Our tankless water heater stopped working (pretty big deal for a household with two young kids), and Rishon Plumbing had a technician (Mike) out to us within 2 hours.

Mike was very friendly, knowledgable, showed me exactly what had happened to the heater, and quoted me for replacement parts and labor on the spot.

The next day, Mike showed up when he said he would, completed the replacement, at the proposed cost, and quicker than estimated.

What more could you ask for?  Will definitely use them again.  Recommend these guys highly!

I requested a quote for water heater maintenance on Yelp and got a response from Jose right away. At first I was scheduled for the following day, but Freddy was finishing a job in my area so he was able to come to my house the same day. I found both Jose and Freddy to be friendly and easy to communicate with. My project was not very complicated -- just a regular flush of the system -- but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a different project.

Plumbing tech was scheduled to arrive from 11am to 1pm. Had to call twice to find out eta. Ended up arriving at 145pm. You think with all the technology these days, we wouldn't have to wait around for someone to show up.... Anyways, tech couldnt figure out how to resolve issue. He called his boss to get more advice, which pretty much sums up the whole experience. Waited two hours and 45 mins. Still no hot water... Had to take afternoon off of work. Paid 80 bucks service call. I'll let the people decide for themselves. Good Luck people.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining over the Thanksgiving weekend.  When I put out a call for estimates, Max responded quickly with a reasonable flat rate estimate, then showed up on time and did an excellent, thorough job of fixing the problem.  He dealt with various inconveniences and glitches (e.g. our hose anti-siphon device soaked him) with good humor, and he helped me out with another small task (extracting a broken fitting from our shower head) while he was here.  100% positive experience, highly recommended.

I had sprinklers leaking all the time and called my plumber of 12 years. He has moved to Tahoe. So I went to Yelp to hopefully find someone and I chose Flood Brothers. We set a time for the next day, 3:00 to 6:00..  I crossed my fingers because we usually get back from carpool by 3:00. I got a call around 1:00 confirming my appointment and was asked if I wanted him to come early. I said no and explained timing. They pushed the time back to 3:15 so we were able to get home by then. The problem was a corroded control piece, which is not really plumbing work. The solution was very easy for us to do--go buy a thing and screw it on.  When I asked what the call out charge was, he waived it. Great communication all around. I might miss my old plumber since we had a history but I hope he is happy with his move and luckily I have found a new plumber.

We had a backed up sink last night and were lucky to get someone to our apartment to fix it early in the morning before work. These guys were great- the plumber arrived on time and was super friendly. He gave me tips on how to minimize plumber visits and he even cleaned the gunk out of my sink at the end of his visit. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.

Had a great experience with Alberto from start to finish - had him bid for replacing a dying/ old hot water heater. He showed up on time, friendly - gave a great bid, took care of updating/ bringing the shut-off valve as well for a nominal cost and on game-day knocked it all out in 2 hours and us back up and running like a champ. They're great - highly recommend. Thanks!

It's Thanksgiving Day. Water is backing up and coming into the house. What started as an emergency turned into something wonderful. Warren came out - the owner of this father son company. He was reassuring, ran a snake through an outside drain and found it was damaged by roots. Left us with a stump pump to handle the situation for the day and is returning to install a hidden stump pumpkin so this never happens again. (Repairing the pipe would be not cost effective given it runs thirty feet and is under six feet of dirt.)

He was cheery, experienced, prompt, and offered a solution no one else had thought of. I actually feel lucky this happened so I can know him and have a plumber I can trust. (I've tried so many.) Can't recommended them more highly.

For Christmas, the company should put Shawn on one side of a scale and gold bars on the other until the scale balances. Then they should give Shawn the resulting gold.
We suddenly had no working toilets recently. Rockstar had Shawn and his helper (whose name unfortunately escapes me) there the same afternoon. Shawn showed me on camera the plant root blocking the pipe. There followed excavation and repair, and subsequent excavation and repair the next day of a broken pipe near the sidewalk. This was very hard work, which both of them did with a very positive attitude. At the end of the job, Shawn even hosed down the driveway and the sidewalk.

On time, very clean and all services done with a smile. I would recommend New Pro Plumbing very easy and clear about price estimates. I will use them next time.

Victor is amazing. Our sewer line collapsed from tree root intrusion and the clay pipes' old age so after a failed rescue attempt by my regular plumber I found Victor's on Yelp. He came over promptly, ran the camera through the sewer and recommended the trenchless pipe burst replacement solution, which would take only a few days and would not require street closure. We live on a long dead-end street so that was important. Victor told me about every step of the process including necessary permits, he adhered to his schedule and was always available by phone or text. His price was very reasonable, and I did shop around. His crew was prompt, efficient and kept the work area clean and safe. I am delighted with the final result - a free-flowing sewer line! - and equally impressed with Victor's work, knowledge and professionalism. So glad I found Victor. I definitely want him to do more work for me in the future.

Mandel was fast and amazing.  I had an issue come up in the morning and I looked up plumbers in my area on yelp and Rapid Action Rooter came up with great reviews.  Their response time was quick, service was great, and he saved me a lot of money.  I highly recommend.

Rocket Plumbing was extremely easy to work with, I was looking for someone to come in the day of and take care of a clogged kitchen sink after being away for a month. They were in and out within half hour!

Responded immediately to my request but did not show up on time. If you provide a two hour window and can't make it you are clearly unprofessional and disorganized.

Had a great experience when I needed to replace my water heater. The guys were on time (early even), took care of my old water heater, replaced the new one, and fixed the garbage disposal in a very timely manner. And I was charged exactly what they quoted me. I would definitely recommend Z&H and will be using them again.

This place came to our November 2 Phillip came so professional and nice he look at the problem which was our water heater broke there was water every where, he came he did have another job, he ask us what we wanted in a water heater we told him he went out bought put it in fixed to  top where it attached put copper connections!
He was wonderful and really nice!
This is our go lot place from now on!!

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

Greg  from 911 plumbing came out to my property in santa monica a while back and he also did a job for my parents in Glendale on the same day. Gregs a Trustworthy guy,+very good with elderly folks like my parents. This is a Good company
