There was a issue with our gas line and they replaced the whole system and even came back right away for a follow up issue. Very professional and caring to get our needs met as soon as he could. I had a plumber that I was happy with and used a couple of times, but let's just say two weeks later, I'm still waiting to hear back from them.  So I needed to find a new plumber and based on yelp reviews, I ended up with Plumber2TheRescue.  Many of the plumbers you call are answering their own cell,  and not with the company name, so you're not sure if you called the right number/doesn't feel as professional, so after 4 of those calls, I was intrigued by the good reviews of Brittany answering the phone.  And she did!  It really makes a huge difference.  She answers quickly, was able to arrange something for later that afternoon, and followed up with texts.  She even called back to say the plumber was available to comer earlier.  

The plumber was professional and seemed to do good work.  I had a bit of trouble understanding him and he didn't exactly answer my questions, but this is again where Brittany came in.  I needed clarification and she was able to get it all for me.  She always answered promptly.  The pricing felt reasonable.  I will defn. use them again. It was a very smooth experience.  

Work done: I live in a 2 story building and he had to drain the sink pipes between the units and replace the hardware under my sink.

I called Max for a clogged shower drain.  He came the same day and fixed the issue.  His service, professionalism and kind manner far exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend his service.  Great service at a great price offered with a smile!!!  I will defiantly use A-1 Rooter for my plumbing needs!!!

I am hearing-impaired and find dealing with plumbers too stressful. Being a fairly good handyman myself, I usually ended up doing the job myself. Now I wanted to replace two 40-year old bath faucets with new ones that would match the decor better, but a sore thumb forced me to look for a plumber. Fortunately Flood Brothers responded promptly and courteously to my Request a Quote on Yelp and arranged an appointment with a technician noon - 2 pm within two days. Two guys in deep blue uniforms turned up at 12:15 pm, put on shoe covers before entering the house, inspected the old faucets and gave me an estimate. After agreeing on a price, they worked quickly and finished the job in 75 minutes. Brendan and Giulio were friendly and professional, and clean up well after finishing.

I am delighted with my experience dealing with Flood Brothers plumbers and the quality of their work. However, I did feel that I was paying too much for the job. So after they left I searched Google for the price range of bath faucet replacement jobs. (I did not do this beforehand because I thought I was just getting a quote from a technician. I was surprised to see two plumbers instead.) I found that indeed I was paying well above the high end of the scale. In most building trades, one gets three estimates before deciding on the contractor, but in plumbing they want to do the work immediately. Would I call them for my next plumbing job? Yes, I would, but I would also bargain much, much harder before coming to terms now that I know how plumbers operate.

I called.  Alberto answeredthe phone.   Initially I thought I wouldn't be able to fit them into my day while it was still regular hours without an after hours charge, but I ended up being off work early, so I texted him, and he was over within an hour.

He snaked the bathroom sink drain quickly and cleanly, determined it was a hair clog (long hair - shocking!), and he left the property neat and clean.

Really professional, and I highly recommend him!

Ok, so I've been thru more bad plumbers unfortunately than I can count. I just got used to it....I thought it was the way it goes.....the plumbers I have gone thru were all totally filthy, totally unreliable, and totally shady.
Then I found these guys! Chris is the best kindest Plumber Man ever!!
SO professional, SO clean, SO dependable, SO thorough, and SO good at what he does....SO honest, SO fair, and just the nicest person ever. I'm telling you this is NOT normal! I hope all their customers treat them as good as they will treat you!

I had high hopes given their yelp reviews. One technician came out and returned a few days later with the expert with regard to our problem. They walked around the house and recommended over $30k in repairs and said they would email me or call me with further details. I still haven't heard from them and it has been 4 weeks. I'm not sure what's worse, the ghosting and lack of communication or the estimate of $30k, which was resolved by another plumbing company for far less.

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

Victor really helped us out. He was able to come same day and fix our problem in less than 10 minutes! Thanks so much for making it easy for us. Will definitely call again.

Hermes Plumbing came to fix a water leak in our crawl space. They were fast, professional, and didn't try to upsell us on other services. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be hiring them again for future plumbing needs!

They are excellent. Even though i didn't have them do the work because the HOA for my building had to approve, they still tried to assist. Also, hours after leaving the plumber called me and inquired if the HOA plummers had actually made it out to help me.

Sam is great - Efficient & through! He came the same day and fixed all problems. Communication was easy too.However rocket plumbing is expensive! But I do recommend Sam.

I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

Working with Z&H was a breeze. From the initial estimate, to job completion, they made everything easy.  They arrived right on time for the estimate, and to start work each day.

I hired them to replace the main water supply line to my house.  I got text msg updates as work progressed, and they smartly staged the work so that the water to my house was shut off for less than 30 mins.

We had used Flood Brothers for small projects around the house since we moved to Studio City. Things like replacing the sink or fixing a broken toilet. However, recently we've had problems with the water pressure in the house and couldn't figure out what was wrong

Their team came out, diagnosed it, and replaced the pressure regulator. Only problem, the one they got from the supplier was faulty. So within a day, they went back to the supplier got a new one, and replaced it at no cost. Still not catching a break, that regulator failed because apparently the pressure is just too high in our neighborhood. So Brendan and his team tracked down a high pressure regulator, and installed it again at no charge to us. They came out on a weekend and got it done so that we had water pressure.

Throughout the process, Brendan was very communicative and his team, including Ephrein, were quick at the task. Their customer service cannot be matched. I will always use this company for my plumbing needs.

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

Had an inconspicuous, slow leak under the sink. Looked as though it was coming from my fancy water filter that the Mom Unit gifted me for Christmas. Gee, thanks, Maaaa'.

Greg and Ash came out within their allotted time frame. They were professional from the moment they arrived. After working on my filter for roughly 15 minutes, they determined nothing was broken and it was just a few nuts and bolts that needed tightening, if you will.

After putting back the contents underneath my sink back together exactly as they found it, they informed me there'd be no charge!!?

Connie responded within minutes to my text, and although this was non-urgent, she made a point to come to me on the same day/evening despite a very demanding schedule. One of the jobs I had involved pipes rusting on the outside and she explained to me the parts of the job I could easily do myself to save $$ and prevent future rusting. She had other money saving suggestions, too. I am very happy with her work. She is professional, knowledgeable, fast, friendly and accommodating. I will be using her again for several other non-emergency jobs. And I love the fact that I am supporting a woman-owned business.
