Super impressed! Contacted Rishon Plumbing early this morning and they responded almost immediately. My toilet needed a new part that was tough to find and they went all around town looking for it. George showed up early, fixed what I needed quickly and was very nice and thoughtful. Definitely bookmarking these guys and planning to call them for any future plumbing needs.

I have been using Jose for 20 years and he has always done a fantastic job.  From water heater replacement, leaking gravity heater, clogged drains and faucet replacement.  Our house is 100 yrs old and Jose is able to take care of all our issues.  He is very responsive and most importantly, trustworthy.  We had to leave town and needed work.  We gave him our code and key and came home to the work done and cleaned up.  I will never use another plumber.  Jose can do anything and do it well.

Well, I was a bit skeptical of all the 5 star reviews, but I have to say that the plumbing doctor was quick, easy, and reasonably priced.  Called on a Friday to have my new kitchen faucet installed, and they offered to come out Monday, but I chose Tuesday morning at 7:30 so I could still get to work after they finished.  Warren arrived 5 minutes early, worked quickly and efficiently and 45 minutes later I had my new faucet installed.  No muss, no fuss.

Max is great. I hired him to switch out my water pressure regulator. He's honest and reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again!

We haven't finished our work with Flood Brothers yet, but so far Junior has been really helpful and responsive; he came out to our house on an emergency call, even though it was pretty late at night, which we were so thankful for! They were able to resolve the initial clogging issue we had but discovered some extra issues (roots damaging the pipes) while working and we are working with them now to fix that too! I am hopeful the rest of the work will be smooth and we can get the issue fixed!

Sewer line backed up in our house.  Within a couple of hours of me contacting them on Yelp someone was at my house and they used a hydrojet to get the sewer going again.  They showed me with the snake camera that I had some root intrusion in the line running from the house to the street.  We scheduled them to come back and install an epoxy liner to solve the issue.  

Very professions, fast, and polite.   They kept me informed every step of the way.  When they were done, everything was neat and tidy.  Would recommend them without hesitation.

Chris and Darcy are a great team and our go-to plumbing service provider. Darcy is always highly responsive in booking appointments. Chris is very trustworthy and does high quality work for a great price. They've helped us over the years with toilets, trash compactors, water pipe issues, etc. I highly recommend giving them a call when you have plumbing needs.

Had Christian and Richard come out to help troubleshoot some plumbing issues over in Pacific Palisades and they did a great job. Quick and efficient, went above and beyond looking at all alternative solutions in doing the repairs needed for the master bathroom. These guys deserve a raise.

Quickly scheduled an appointment to address clogged pipes and handled the issues with ease and efficiency. Miguel was very friendly and went above and beyond to keep the area clean. Nice to have a plumber in the area.

I highly recommend Victor. He came right away on a weekend when we had a main line sewer problem on a weekend. He took video's of the problem inside the pipes without charging extra like every other plumber has, showed me exactly what the problem was, made a temporary fix and promised an estimate on a permanent fix. His permanent fix, a trenchless re-pipe with lifetime guarantee came in at about 1/2 of what others had quoted when I'd been given the same advice before.  He said it would likely be about 1/2 (and I never told him what the earlier quotes were) because most of the big plumbing companies contract out to guys like him to do the work -- but mark up the price so they can take a profit for themselves.  While on the property, Victor noticed a water regulator that was dripping and fixed that too after pointint it out to me.  The re-pipe work was done on schedule, in the promised timeframe, and at the promised price. They worked cleanly and efficiently.  We were so happy with his work that we pointed out a number of longstanding plumbing issues we'd just ignored.  For each, he explored pipes or crawled under the house, took photos of what was going on so he could show them to me, and thoroughly explained various methods to fix the problem --- some cheaper and some more expensive, with the advantages and disadvantages of each method so I could choose.  Again, each issue was fixed quickly and successfully at a very reasonable price.  I will definitely call Victor next time we need a plumber. Responsiveness, punctuality, honesty, value, efficiency -- hard to find that in a plumber these days but Victor has it all!  Thanks for the excellent work!!

Mike and his brother came to our house the very same day we called them, thx guys!  They fixed our clogged sinks, explained everything to us so clearly without the usual plumber speak and the cost for their services was very competitive.  We have used Mike and his brother several times before and each time they have exceeded our expectations!

I had a clogged main sewer. Mandel can out the same morning I called. They cleared the sewer and sent a camera down the pipe to see what the issue was. They found roots growing through the old clay pipe and a back pitched section of new pipe that the pervious homeowner installed. He took the time to send the camera down with me so I could see exactly what was going on. Our sewer runs under about 80' of a concrete driveway, so I was getting nervous of what fixing the problem would entail. They were able to open a small section of the concrete to do the repairs. From that section they were able to fix the back pitched section of pipe, removed the roots, and re-line the old clay sewer. I won't have to worry about my sewer again! The broke up the concrete, removed it, and patched it back. You can hardly tell that they were there.
Mandel and his team were awesome! They were extremely courteous and willing to answer any questions along the way.
I would recommend Mandel to my family and friends for any plumbing issues!

I had an emergency plumbing situation! I called rocket plumbing and they came within 2 hours..  I had 2 stopped up toilets that Sam fixed quickly & professionally! Thanks rocket plumbing!

Martin and the other technician (didn't get his name) were amazing! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable (they came by today and fixed the issue instantly) but they were also great people (didn't try to rip us off and even wore booties inside). So glad I have found a respectable plumber I can trust. We just moved to LA and ill use them for everything in the future.

Finally found a plumber that I had a good experience. A polite young man named Justin called to say he would be at my property in 15 minutes (actually got there in 12 minutes). When he got there he went right to work asking pertinent questions and made a quick diagnosis and fixed the problem (total time was 20 minutes). Turns out it was a simple fix by snaking the line. The point of this review is the sincerity Justin showed in getting it fixed without trying to up-charge for other things like I've found in other companies. I would recommend Flood Brothers Plumbing and request Justin as your service person.

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Very pleased with everything. From my first call to Kathy at the office to the call prior to our technicians arrival. Including the actual service performed. Our guys names were Abel and Vic. I think Vic was the guy that actually installed our new kitchen sink. He did it quickly and efficiently. It's not his fault the faucet we bought didn't do what we had hoped it would. And it wasn't his fault that there was a humongous weight attached to the hose below the sink that jammed every time we pulled the hose out to clean the sink corners. As a matter a fact Vic was very patient with me and my grief. He spent extra time rigging the weight so it didn't jam. So we very much appreciated his efforts.
We'll definitely call this company again for all our future plumbing needs.

Connie has helped us with our plumbing several times and she is the best plumber we've worked with.  She explains things clearly, she and her team do quality work and are fair and reasonable with their billing.  I would strongly recommend them.
