Timely, great communication and super quick work. Pricing seemed fair but I don't have a lot of experience with hiring plumbers. Overall positive experience!

Our clogged drain pipe in kitchen sink was addressed quickly, professionally, courteously and at a very fair price by Plumber 2 The Rescue.  We were referred by our usual plumber who was unavailable. Plumber 2 The Rescue was responsive and sent George over right away. George got the job done fast, right, and the price was fair.  We will confidently use Plumber 2 The Rescue again.

The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone.  We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy.  To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement.  I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

They showed up quickly and assessed the leak under my sink, out of the cabinet to the bathroom floor. I had thrown beach towels on it so it would not damage the wood floor out of the bathroom.  The got the parts and returned for a quick repair.  All wore booties, masks and gloves. Actual cost was lower than the estimate. All friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them.

Had a big job, a real nightmare thankfully a good friend who spoke highly of them referred me. I usually don't go with referrals but they did a great job and I'm not just satisfied but thankful that everything went went. I am very picky and I gotta admit I am impressed.

The vintage drain on our bathroom basin finally gave out and I gave a call to Ace.  Warren was ringing our doorbell less than two hours later, assessed the situation and went straight to work.  He was fast and efficient and everything he needed was in his truck.

I was having issues with the temperatures jumping from hot to cold on my tubs, my sinks were getting hot. The field manager came out ignored all that, and told me I needed a new tankless system for $5,600. Guess what? An honest company came out and changed the cartridges in the single handled tubs. Thats it, fixed everything. They also changed the aerator on a cloudy sink, fixed that problem. Rockstar wanted to install a filtration system for one cloudy sink. Come on man, I hate doing this but why are you blatantly trying to screw me? Thats not cool man. Not one mention of the cartridges in the tubs, by two of their plumbers. I paid 10x! less and everything works great. Be fair thats all we ask as customers, I didn't ask for a discount.. I trusted these guys.. unbelievable.

I manage a small older building and we often have plumbing issues so I deal with a lot of plumbers. New Pro and Miguel are hands down the best company I've dealt with in the past several years.
We had a sewage backup recently and I called a few different companies including our regular plumber as well as New Pro. If the other companies showed up at all they showed up late and when they did show up they seemed annoyed by our problem. Miguel was on time, professional, courteous and thorough in his free examination and estimate. He explained everything to me clearly and was honest about what he could and could not do. We hired him immediately and he did an excellent job.
While working on that job he discovered a pipe leak under our building and he gave us another thorough explanation and fair estimate and again he was immediately hired. It was the easiest time I've had dealing with this type of service for as long as I can remember. Fired our old plumber and New Pro is now the first plumber on my list. Thanks so much Miguel!

My tankless water heater decided to spring a leak and now I have a swamp in my back yard!  =[  I took it upon myself to try and fix the leak this morning.  I worked on it for several hours and finally gave up... Time to call an expert! I called several plumbers and all of them were pretty rude and none of them could come fix my problem the same day.  NO BUENO! I NEED MY HOT WATER TONIGHT!

Finally, I called victor.  Super nice guy!! I explained my situation to him and he even commended my valiant effort of doing it myself.  He said he would try and make it to my house by 7 pm and that if he couldn't be here on time, that he would send one of his assistants to at least start the job before he could arrive.  Bottom line, he promised me that the job would get done and I could take a nice hot shower tonight.

Sure enough, his assistant showed up and started the job and victor arrived shortly after.   They did an awesome job and were both very friendly and professional . I would recommend to anyone.

They came out on a Saturday morning in a matter of hours and completely solved our backed up sewer problem at a totally reasonable cost. They recommended some maintenance down the line, which I was ready to do right then, but they were so honest that I should wait to see if I even needed it. So far so good. All the stars for this business!

Came out and did excellent work. Called the night before and explained the problem and he came right out the next day. Great customer service and the added bonus of his son as his helper. Brian has the best customer service out there. I was referred to a few other places but Brian called me back even though he was out of town to make sure I got someone to help me within hours of my call. The guy he sent over, Sam, was remarkable and did the job with ease. I'll definitely be using rocket plumbing for my future plumbing needs. Thanks for your help!

I called New Generation Plumbing because my sinks and toilet weren't draining properly.  They responded promptly and sent over Jose & Martin.  They took a look and told me the toilets were doing their job, it's just that they were old (from 2005) and I could buy new ones if I wanted the toilets to do a better job, but that they were functioning fine.  They also took hair out of the sink drain, which improved the water flow.  

Jose & Martin were professional, on time, very polite and wore their masks.  I'd definitely recommend New Generation Plumbing and will use them once I decide to upgrade my toilets.

Zorro was amazing, super responsive!  Water heater broke in the morning, got a new one installed the very next day!  Great prices compared to other competitors.  Zorro even called a couple days later to check up on the job he did.  Would absolutely recommend Z&H Plumbing!

You don't know fun until you're up to your ankle in toilet water in the dead of night. Thankfully they got out that morning and fixed it!!! They saved my life, honestly.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

This was the second time I had George and his assistant out to fix a problem. The first encounter required him to use a hydro-jet device to clean out a service pipe that made the kitchen sink back up. That was a few months ago and there hasn't been a problem with that since. I called again just a few days ago to have him fix a few new issues that weren't as urgent but needed attention. As before, he was very professional, showed up at the designated hour and took care of everything on my to do list. Best of all, he was extraordinarily generous in his charge to me. Maybe he is just very accommodating to senior citizens but whatever the reason, he was both courteous and generous in his dealings. I know I found a good guy and will look no further when the next plumbing problem pops up.

When I called her for a free estimate, Connie gave me advice on how to solve the problem myself, which I did.
