Really had a great experience with Charlie's!  From LuLu responding and booking our service to Luis pinpointing our issue and working over a few days to fix our issues - much appreciated the attention to detail and the fix.  They did the work during the  rains in sloppy conditions and never complained or left us exposed without fixing our deck drains and Making sure we didn't experience flood damage.  Pricing was fair and as quoted - no surprise change orders or nonsense - just straightforward proficiency and hard work.  Thanks!

Professional and pleasant, I cannot say enough great things about these guys. When my master bathroom sink had a leak, they helped me to not only replace the p-trap, but to also complete a new bathroom vanity installation upgrade. Alberto, Skylar and the whole crew took great care of my bathroom vanity project, from start to finish. They responded immediately to my inquiry, quoted me a fair price, and completed the work within a timely manner, leaving me with a beautiful new master bathroom sink. I can't say enough about Ace and their care and responsiveness.  I just moved into a new apartment and put too much down the garbage disposal. It was at night around 8 o'clock. I called Ace and Chris answered and said he would come right over.  He was very nice and put in extra effort to get the blockage removed.  We checked downstairs but our neighbor was not in so we were unable to ensure that the blockage was not with their apartment as well. Turns out there was some, so the next day I called Chris again and he sent his father over who again went the extra mile to make sure the pipes with our neighbor and all the way through to the sewer were properly cleared.  They came back without hesitation and took care of what had to be done.  It's hard to find caring and competent plumbers who are responsive and go the extra mile with a smile. Great find!

This is the first time that we've used Rockstar. They showed up on time wearing a mask and gloves and fixed our gas line issue in a professional manner for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Our 25 year old bathtub faucets started to drip and Miquel got replacement parts and repaired them perfectly. We are so happy. He responded quickly, is polite, very neat, and a terrific plumber! Our go to from now on!

I spoke to Victor and he asked me to send him pictures of the problems and he would come and help. After sending to him and following up, I never heard from him.  I called and texted and just ignored me.  Finally after a day I sent him another text he responded saying he doesn't service my area.  Never told me that or even asked what area I was in.  I counted on him and now my basement is flooded even more.  Surprised this guy has decent ratings, he doesn't desert 1/2 a star in my book.  DO NOT USE in my humble opinion...

Matt came by very quickly once we called. Our main line had clogged due to tree roots causing our toilet and bath to flood. He cleared everything within the hour. Awesome customer service.

My sink flooded and the first plumbers I called said they needed to replace the pipes under our sink before they could even start snaking. They quoted us $1700 to do this which I knew was just insane, so we gave New Generation a call. Jimmy was here the same day and gave us a quote of $675 for all the work in my unit, and then they worked with our HOA to get common pipes replaced and hydrojetted at a great deal. New Gen Plumbing will definitely be the first place I call for any more plumbing needs.

I needed help fixing a stuck bathtub handle. Found Z&H on yelp late last night. Messaged for a quote through Yelp and Zorro was very responsive. I did not spend too much time shopping around, but his price seemed competitive. One other company responded with a cheaper quote, but I already had an appt set up with Zorro. Zorro and his guy came prepared and were true professionals. I had to do some minor cosmetic touch ups around the tile of the new handle after the job was done. There were also a few other minor leaks around the home that I wish I could be further advised on. But all in all he came through with what I needed and expected. Thanks :)

I had a moldy smell coming in from the HVAC area and suspected a leak in the wall as the previous owner had a leak there. I initially called a mold restoration company who tested for moisture in the wall and found 90% moisture in one of the bathroom walls and recommended breaking the wall and spending $4000k to remove the mold (not including repair of the wall). Then I called flood brothers and Mike looked at the crawl space and found no leak. He said they probably used a noninvasive moisture detector (since the walls had no holes) which can have false positives, and recommended double checking the moisture reading myself with an invasive detector since they're pretty cheap. I did just that and the wall was dry. I asked Mike to come back to reassess the other side of the house (which I convinced him to do free of charge) and he found an area of dark soil which looked wet but was actually dry when he touched it. Again he said nothing to do. He could have easily come up with some unnecessary repair but he was honest which I really appreciated. He did ultimately find a leak with mold I'm the original area that he looked at and gave me a few different options depending on how thorough of a repair I wanted. Mike has been very honest and only recommended repair when he actually found something wrong. That's all I can say for now but just doing that earned flood brothers 5 stars.

Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. I will be going back to Sergio for all my plumbing needs in the future. It's hard to find reliable people.

Connie is the LeBron James of plumbing. So communicative and comprehensive, so nice, so enthusiastic, with a work ethic and charisma that would make Dwayne The Rock Johnson blush. She's in, she fixes the problem, she conveys exactly what the problem was and what the solution is, then she's gone with the wind (until next time). 10/10 recommend, will return.
