I woke up at 5:00 AM to a loud vibrating sound, and found my water heater leaking water from the tank. I searched on Yelp for a couple of days and decided to go with Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters. George picked up the call and verified what my water heater setup and replacement needs were. He asked for me to text him a photo and was able to schedule replacement the next day. The next day George contacted me early as he had time to get to my house earlier than originally planned. He arrived with John and a young man who was helping with the install. Very professional, fast, and flexible with my available payment form. I had to do cash, and card payment split, but had trouble with my Venmo account setup, so George and John sent me an invoice and web payment link that worked great. The new water heater was installed fast, so much more secure with the two earthquake straps, and George added a new hot water shutoff valve since I only had one for the cold water before. The young guy who was working with George was hustling fast to help get the job done without delay, which I noticed and admired his work ethic. Shows that George and team do great work! George also had several recommendations for me that I knew about already, but shows he is diligent  and knowledgeable in the plumbing field. I'll be working with George again on a couple of things very soon! They even did a great job cleaning the area after they were done, which is so rare these days with the trades and contractors. I strongly recommend Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters.

This company is fantastic! Jose is very responsive, timely, transparent, and efficient. He has now worked on multiple plumbing projects in our building and I will call on him again if/when the need arises.  He will also point out any weaknesses that could become issues down the road, but does not pressure you to make the fix immediately...only if you want to. He will also let you know what he can do and what he can't. We will continue to call Real Plumbers if/when the need arises.

Ok, so it's 4:30 on a Saturday, and my friend who was helping me with some odd jobs around the house had a mishap with the pipes under the bathroom sink (it was very old, galvanized pipe, so not really his fault). Anyway, the water is shut off, the local hardware store is closed, and I'm desperately looking for a nearby plumber that has 24 hour service. Luckily, through Yelp, I found My Plumbing Doctor! The person who answered the phone said he'd have someone here before 6pm. James, the very nice plumber on call, actually arrived at 4:45, and had everything fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable considering the day/time/emergency. I will definitely recommend them, and use them again myself in the future. VERY happy with the service!!

Max responded to my quote request quickly and was able to come and unclog our kitchen sink on the same day. I also requested him to fix the stopper for a bathroom sink. When showing him the problem with the sink, he heard our running toilet and took a look at too. He came back the next day with parts to fix both problems. Now my toilet is working better than before and I have a working stopper for my sink.

Mike and the Flood Brothers Team are fantastic.  They are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  I've never had such a great plumbing experience.  I'll only use them in the future.  Great experience!

This was as positive an experience Ive had with any plumber in the Burbank area.  Charlie got to my house that same day and the rate was beyond reasonable.  Fixed my leak... fixed my disposal... even tightened one of the outdoor valves.  All while humoring my eight year old's non-stop barrage of questions.  

I'd give more than five stars if I could.

Alberto could not have been nicer.  Fixed my toilet, cleaned sink drain, and changed water filter under sink.  He was on time, efficient and reasonable. I was very happy to find a good plumber whom I can trust.

Great service. I had a toilet leak after hours on a weekend. Chris the plumber was at my home within 1 hour, professional, courteous, completed job well and fast. Would definitely use this service again. He charged what he quoted and didn't overcharge .

We're usually a do-it-yourself house. My husband is really handy, but the outdated plumbing from the 50's in our guest bathroom was causing drainage problems he just couldn't figure out on his own. Chris was fantastic. Prompt and professional and incredibly hard working (on a very hot day, on a job that required being under the house in a crawl space). Everything was clearly explained first and then executed very well. My husband was put at ease handing over the reins to a professional and impressed with the work. We got our bathroom back in one day. Thank you!

We were throwing a party and suddenly had water pouring out from under the sink. What should we do? That's when we looked up plumbers in the area and came across Victor's Rooter. Best of all? They are 24 hours so we called them after the party wrapped and made an appointment. They were able to find someone to fix it the next day. The service was on time, and quick. They did a really good job and offer competitive prices.

We had a sewer line issue that was absolutely driving us crazy, and let's not even get to how bad it was starting to smell up our home. He was able to clear it all up, and at the same time he gave us really great and sound advice/recommendations to move forward. The pricing was very reasonable and matched the well done job. Not only was he good at his work, but he was extremely nice and professional. Lastly, be offered to go the extra mile and look under our home to help identify other issues and concerns we needed to address. I will only use Rapid Action Rooter services from here on out. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and informative. I booked my appointment with Sam, the plumber who came to do the job. We scheduled an exact time for him to show up the next day, not a window of time, and he was even a little early. He was very nice and did great work. We had quite a few things for him to fix, including running to the store to pick up a part. Overall he finished all 5 repairs in about 4 hours for $925. I haven't experienced a need for a plumber before so I don't really know if these numbers are the best but Sam was great and everything got fixed. So I'm happy and hopefully won't need a plumber again for a long while. I highly recommend using Rocket Plumbing!

Greg, Sam and Henry did an excellent job of helping us, and New Generation Plumbing came out immediately to help us solve our plumbing issues. They were prompt, friendly, helpful and educational, and have very fair pricing. Extremely professional company! I would recommend them exclusively in the future, and we will be calling them again if we need any help!

Had a great experience when I needed to replace my water heater. The guys were on time (early even), took care of my old water heater, replaced the new one, and fixed the garbage disposal in a very timely manner. And I was charged exactly what they quoted me. I would definitely recommend Z&H and will be using them again.

Joe Flores was absolutely amazing! He called about 30 min prior to my appointment to tell me exactly when he'd be arriving.  His professionalism was much appreciated and he seemed to be able to diagnose and fix my problem right away.  I would absolutely call flood brothers again and ask for Joe.

I had two other companies come out to look at a thing, and the quotes they gave just didn't seem right. Connie came out, looked, and took out only what drywall was necessary to diagnose the problem. She then showed me exactly what was wrong, explained why it happened, and what they were going to do to fix it. I said, ok, and then they fixed it... at a lower cost and less time than the other two companies. 10 / 10!
