Thank you, Yelpers, for helping me make the decision to use a plumbing co. I'd never heard of -- it was a quality decision! I live in a 100-yr. old house with very convoluted plumbing. James arrived within 30 minutes of the call and spent 6 hours locating then replacing a cracked sewer pipe. My husband and I were amazed at the low price for the amount of effort. I've had lots of experience using high-end plumbing co.'s and know that had I gone that route I'd still be waiting for the service, and they'd charge 4x's the price.

Max came over on a Sunday when all of my Grandma's toilets were plugged. Called him in the am and he was there within an hour. He figured out what the issue was and cleared it all up. Ended up being two clogs in the main line. Made sure we checked that everything was working before leaving. Seemed like the job was more than he bargained for, but didn't charge anymore than the initial quote he gave over the phone. Super reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend. Very friendly too!

He came by this morning to take a look at what we thought to be a major leak in our kitchen sink/dishwasher piping. We had called numerous other plumbers early in the week who flat out refused to even step foot inside the house unless we committed to a minimum service charge of $200+ prior to any inspection of the issue itself... but not Efrain! He was as friendly, helpful, and professional as can be. He took a look underneath the sink in a complementary inspection, made a couple tweaks, and had completely solved our problem within a matter of minutes. The fix turned out to be so fast & simple he wouldn't even accept a dollar despite our attempts to pay him for his time. A true example of honest professionalism - Efrain, we salute you. Thank you!!

We had water backing up in our shower when we ran the dishwasher. I found Charlie's Rooter on Yelp and reached out thru the app for an estimates 7:30am. They got back to me in 15min or less. Then we discussed the issue over yelp chat and they agreed to send someone out asap between 9-11am. The technician, Luis, arrived promptly at 9am. He was calm and patient and helped us diagnose the potential issues. Then he got his tools and went at the clog from both sides. He got it and took the time to make sure everything was flowing smoothly afterward. Luis is awesome!!

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

30 days after Chris answered to my emergency call last time, I brought him back to remove the osmosis water system and dishwasher in my kitchen. There were always unexpected issues with the old worn pipes in my unit, Chris got enough tricks to deal with them, including soldering an extension tube which connects the stop valve. Thanks to his work, the flooding risk in my kitchen is minimized as much as possible.

Matt is awesome.   Called him after my kitchen sink was clogged.   I tried to plunge and use baking soda and vinegar, nothing worked.  He answered the phone and set up a time the same afternoon.  He called at the agreed time to let me know he as 15 min late due to traffic.

He showed up, knew instantly what the issue was, which was a simple pipe clog.  After 5 min he fixed it.  They then cleaned my sink and told me no charge!  I tried to pay him but he wouldn't take it. He is honest and knows his craft.   Great guy.

wow, so twice in 2 weeks we had fairly major plumbing problems, and we are working 2000 miles away! we were recommended to Miguel by a friend and he came though with solid honest work, communicating and sending photos to me about what had happened and what we could do. Professional, honest, trustworthy. it's nice to have someone you can call on.

I called Victor based on yelp reviews after repeatedly have sewer drainage issues on a rental property. He was straight forward, honest and very respectful of the tenants while quickly getting the job done. Called Mike to fix a broken pump and a tankless heater issue. He came out within a few hours, explained the problem and how to avoid in the future and offered multiple solutions including a low cost fix, and got it all done the same day. Would highly recommend for fair, efficient, and honest work.

Mandel the owner of this company was incredible! He and his team came out to repair my sewer lines today. Mandel explained everything clearly that needed to be done . His customer service, passion and commitment to what he loves to do shows. I am usually skeptical when I see nothing but 5 stars but in this case well deserved for what he did for me. I recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

My tankless water heater was having issues igniting (pilot problem, gas flow). I called, got a call back from Chris, who tried to identify the problem over the phone. After I provided some pictures, he called me back promptly to troubleshoot the issue and my hot water was back on in no time. I easily saved a couple hundred bucks so this is the least I could do! If the problem arises again, I'll be sure to call Rocket again.

I am so impressed with New Generation Plumbing!! I called them with a sewage issue and they squeezed me in their busy schedule. Jake & Jimmy came even earlier than expected ( which never happens!). Jimmy was very thorough and with snake camera made his recommendation. He did hydrojetting to clear roots etc. He was professional, respectful and not at all condescending. In the past I have had plumbers be condescending or try to take advantage because I have no plumbing knowledge- not Jimmy! He was patient and honest. This is why I will recommend them to my friends and call them in the future. Thanks again Jimmy!!

Decided to make the switch to a tankless water heater. Zoro walked me through the various options via phone and text. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. Day of he showed up on time with his crew. We walked through a few options of where to put the unit and he and his guys got to work. Job was done in about 4 hours. Because I have an old house, we some additional service the next day to adjust some of the faucets, which his crew did. Wife is stoked because we have an extra closet where the old water heater lived. I'm stoked because I'm saving $$ on my gas bill. We're all stoked because we don't have to fight over hot water for showers.

I am so grateful I came across flood brothers plumbing on Yelp. I have used other companies but nothing compares to them and their excellent service. I was happy from start to finish. Nixon was so polite and helpful while scheduling and the technician he sent out, Phillip was amazing!! Connie is AMAZING. We brought her in to check water damage next to our shower after several receiving rave reviews from a local mom group on FB and were not disappointed. She's super thorough and even went into our crawl space to make sure she had a full view of the issue. She also explained every step to us so we had an understanding of why she was checking different areas. She was very covid conscience and came to our door in a mask. I would hire her back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.
