Rishon's responder George, I think was very kind to let me know their immediately availability.  I needed someone sooner than the earliest appointment made available from Rishon, hence could not engage their services.  However looking at the professionalism and demeanor, I would definitely get hold of them in case I would need them for other plumbing issues.

Jose was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. The generous integrity Jose has as a person is a natural guarantee that his work is equally excellent. He will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

These guys have been so great - I love Eddie - he is honest and excellent at what he does. He and Matt came over today - prompt, excellent service. I was being hosed by a previous plumber -- I feel so lucky to have found this company.

Max is great.  He services my tankless water heater, and I find him reliable, trustworthy and fair.  I would call him for any plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone.

AMAZING !!!  After one plumber was unable to conquer our sewer line problem Charlie's Drain and Sewer came to the rescue by a recommendation from a neighbor. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!  They brought out all kinds of heavy duty equipment (water sensors, extra long snake cameras, pipe pullers, top quality fiberglass pipe lining, etc.) to get the job done right. Charlie and his whole crew came to help, including Moises, Jose, J and big man Seth.  Best of all they explained everything and made us feel very secure that we should never have a sewer line problem ever again. So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

Warren was great, very honest, reliable, fast, efficient and he worked with us on pricing for what turned out to be a huge job. He talked us through each step throughout the process. I would recommend him on any large or small job.

We had multiple leaks under our sink and i couldn't stop the dripping.  I called Rockstar and they sent Jason S the next morning.  He arrived within the hour they said and called first to let me know exactly when he'd be there.  Jason fixed the problem quickly and didn't push any extra work on me even though he probably could have since our plumbing is pretty old under there.  From now on, it's Rockstar for us.

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

We had always had issues with our pipes and had annual rooter service which caused the pipes to crack under the house and leading up to the city line.  Victor was punctual and professional especially when dealing with the city which can sometimes be a difficult task.  He handled it with ease which made it easy for us too.  It is difficult to find an honest plumber and I've had so many experiences where the quote is based on how urgent the need is.  He has helped look at other quotes I've received and given an honest appraisal with no pressure to use him.  I can't recommend him and his crew enough.

Excellent service, on time, quick, explained my options to me and did a great job. I purchased a new faucet online and wasn't able to install it myself. He shared his thought on the faucet I had selected, installed it quickly, cleaned any mess that might have been made, and made sure the water temperatures were ok before leaving. The price beat the other quotes as well. I would definitely use their services again.

So I called this morning because my issue started again. Mr. Mendal came out by 3pm today and fixed my issue. Again great service, communication and guarantee their work. Thank you again

Rocket Plumbing plumbers are Super Professional. Chris and Matthew arrived on time as scheduled, listened to my concerns and issues I WAS having with plumbing, explained clearly my choices answering all questions. I opted for the HydroJet to clear main root filled main line. With that done they went to work and worked quickly and efficiently to clear main line. I am pleased with their work and have had other plumbing issues resolved using their company. Their prices are reasonable and they certainly do good work. I will use them whenever I need a plumber. Did I  mention they are polite as well! The call back/turn around time was rapid.  Rocket Plumbing is on it!!!

I hired this company to install a $250 water filtration system. They sent two guys out to install it and I was charged $395. They installed the small faucet lopsided and the unit made a sound like a motor car. They sent two guys a week later to fix the problem. But the loud, spontaneous motor-like noise continued. They indicated that there was nothing they could do. I end up hiring water filtration company and a whole new unit. If this company cannot install a simple water filtration system, I'm not sure they could be trusted with a bigger plumbing job. I would not use them again for any plumbing problem.

Z&H came and fixed my water heater. I called 4 other companies and no one would fix my water heater, they would only replace which would have cost me about $1000. I am I the process of a remodel and didn't want to replace. Z&H came quickly and fixed it reasonably and saved me a ton of money.

Last week I had a stopped up kitchen sink and called around to get quotes and estimated time. I called three companies and they were all around the same price, but these guys got back to me within about ten minutes, and were able to get someone to my house within a few hours. That in and of itself was great, but when Mark arrived, I was very impressed. Clean uniform, mask on, he put floor protectors on his shoes and was very professional. He found some food stuck in the p-trap, which was the immediate cause of our issue, and while he was down there, he went ahead and cleaned out the drain pipe and tightened down the faucets. He then cleaned up under the sink and wiped down all the pipes, so everything looks like new.  All around impressive performance from these guys, and I'd be delighted to call them again for any issues.

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

Vic and Abel came out for a leaking hose-bib.  I had another estimate of $800 and was told by another plumber that the entire pipe needed to be replaced.  Vic and Abel were honest and said everything was working.  They fixed the leak and it was only $175.  Thank you so much 911 plumbing services!!!

Amazingly fast and efficient.  Very informative - talked me through process, then gave me very fair price.  No more leaking toilet!  Give Chris a call.
