Mike is a wonderful plumber. I called on a Saturday morning and he came in the early afternoon-that day! He was knowledgable about what was wrong with our sink (which is very old) and did the job quickly and efficiently. I will call him in the future if I need more work done in my home. Very happy with his service.

Kitchen sink backed up over holidays. Real Plumbers responded same day and quickly and fixed the problem in less than one hour. Appreciated the quick service and attention to detail.

I bought a house. Went with someone else for the home inspection (b/c Plumber to the Rescue wasn't available).  

Basically, after the initial inspection we didnt trust the other company to do a good job so we called Plumber to the Rescue for a quote.   These guys were quick to come over for the  quote and gave us amazing prices (far lower than the other company).  Additionally, we were told we had to hydrojet the sewer but the Plumber to the Rescue guy said actually didnt have to spend that money and offered to rooter the pipes instead (saving us hundreds of dollars as well as the risk of blowing out our pipes).  

They are fast, efficient, interested in saving you money (rather than making a quick buck). We'll be referring them to friends as well as using them for any future plumbing issues.

I called Max for a clogged shower drain.  He came the same day and fixed the issue.  His service, professionalism and kind manner far exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend his service.  Great service at a great price offered with a smile!!!  I will defiantly use A-1 Rooter for my plumbing needs!!!

I had a toilet clog that would not get unstuck no matter what I tried but one of the Flood Brothers plumbers came over (on time) and fixed it right away and didn't even charge me. Additionally, he gave me a rundown on how my toilet works in general and how to fix it on my own in the future - super helpful! Will certainly be using these guys for plumbing related issues in the future.

There's a reason this company has 5 stars. IF YOU ARE IN ESCROW AND NEED A HOME INSPECTION LOOK NO FURTHER!!!! We hired them for a sewage inspection. We were told the sewage line was replaced on the property we're in escrow on. Our inspection found that not only was it not all replaced, but the job was done poorly and there were 3 locations of root buildup which were bad. They helped us hydrojet the roots, and provided videos and a cost estimate for us. Extremely professional experience, and we will definitely hire them when the time comes for sewage repairs!!!

Also, pretty sure they are family owned and run which makes me so happy and want to support them even more.

Really happy and satisfied that I found Alberto. I had a wobbly toilet that had a broken seal. Called Alberto and texted him a few pictures of the situation. Quoted me some very reasonable prices depending on what he found after lifting the toilet. He came out within a few hours. He and one of his guys got to work and completed the job very well. They were also immaculate in clean-up and doing all the finishing touches like the caulking nicely. I really recommend Saucedo Plumbing and will go with them for any future plumbing needs!

We had Ace Plumbing help us replace a toilet and faucet. From start to finish it  was great service. Darcy was super responsive via phone and email. I don't know about you, but we  many service providers, it's hard to get them to even call you  back half the time!

Chris came by to look at the situation  and provide an estimate. They do charge a fee for this, which goes toward the service. That's reasonable for me, since you are taking up their time. The day of, they gave us a two hour window and showed up in the middle of it. Worked through the day and finished early afternoon. When they were finished, Chris gave me a call  to confirm what they had done along with any issues they might have come across. Again great communication all around. I came home, and confirmed they also had cleaned up after themselves and also moved our belongings out of the way to make sure it didn't get dirty.

Their work was great, and everything was done very professionally. Hopefully we won't run into any issues with our plumbing, but if we do, we are happy we have a reliable service provider. Thanks Ace!

Call to request a diagnostic on my leaking shower/tub and set an appointment for 6/30/20.  Was told by dispatch Salvador the technician will call 15min prior to arrival; which he never did.

When tech showed up he looked at the problem and told me I had a leaking shower valve that needed to be replaced; quote $1100, and my shower pipe had electrolysis and that had to be replaced too; cha-ching, another $700.

After he left, & while I was waiting for a 2nd plumber/quote; I actually found the source of the leak myself.  I actually had a faulty tub spout that was leaking & back flowing water into the walls.  Long story-short, I managed to fix the leak myself with a new $18 tub spout from Lowe's.

Not sure if Salvador was just incompetent or he new exactly what was leaking, and just wanted to take advantage of a home owner; either way I would advise people to stay away from Rockstar Plumbing Services-Tarzana Ca.  Unscrupulous or incompetent, you decide.

After the hard rain, our drain started to back up. Water was coming in from the bathtub and the toilet was flowing over. I called New Pro Plumbing at 8:30pm and Miguel told me he would be at the house at 10:30pm. He was on time and worked through the early morning cleaning out the drain. He found excessive roots in the drain and was able to clear them up at a follow up appointment. I highly recommend Miguel and the New Pro Plumbing for any plumbing issues ! Reliable service!

I found Victor on Yelp and was very happy with his timely professional service. I will definitely be calling him again if we run into any more plumbing issues.

Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a fix or replace issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

I called because I noticed my sewer clean-out cap was off and an absolute mess was surrounding it. Called Rapid Action Rooter on a late Saturday morning and Mandel (the owner) came out to check everything. I was anticipating a snake clean out after going through this a few times but the camera revealed much more damage. I had to replace a section of the pipe near the sidewalk. You can basically say there was a tree inside the pipe cracking it from the inside. I was on my way to major damage. Previous companies provided patchwork remedies while Mandel and his crew took care of my issue within a few hours. It was major work and they took care of everything after explaining what needed to be done and walking me through each step. Super dependable, super professional. Rapid Action Rooter is now my new go to for all my plumbing needs!!!!!

The work was done competently and efficiently but most importantly, they showed up when they said they would come and the estimate was fair and accurate.  Hard to find a contractor/vendor in LA that is reliable so kudos to Rocket for standing out.

Fernando and his team were extremely reliable, professional and efficient. They offered us reasonable quotes for our sewer and plumbing needs. Water heater gave up the ghost last weekend on Saturday.  Placed a few calls on Sunday and got a return call from Zorro within 20 minutes.  Zorro asked a few questions, I sent over a couple of iPhone photos, told him a bit about the history of the water heater, its location in the basement.  He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone.  Next day (Monday) John and George (no Ringo or Paul) showed up on time.  Very courteous, they looked over the situation to confirm and then quickly got to work.  They came up with a couple of ideas to improve the installation.  No surprises on having to pump out the old water heater because its in a basement-they came prepared!  Ninety minutes later, we had hot water!  No fuss, no haggling, no you got this problem or you get that problem.  This is the way service ought to be delivered by all repair companies.  Way to go Z& H!

Had a plumbing issue last week and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Called Flood brothers and they sent a technician named Phillip out and he went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed and I was happy with the service. Will be using flood brothers and Phillip again. Thank you! :)

Had another plumbing issue and I called sals plumbing. They came the next day, crawled through the attic and found a small needle hole in a pipe. They fixed it the same day! Thank you for the fast and realiable service.

I agreed to pay $150 for the after hours service fee to address a leaking pipe in our front yard. When the guy showed up at 8pm, he said it was going to be a minimum of $750 to diagnose it and that might take care of the cost of fixing it but it could very well be more expensive. Mind you that's just the minimum he said. We had already turned off the water to the house and he said he was happy to take the $150 service fee and leave if we didn't want to pay that price.  With no guarantees that he'd be willing or able to fix the problem at a starting price of $750, we had him leave. I can't speak to the quality of work, only that 911 Plumbing runs a scam business model.

I had a leak in my supply line under sink Connie removed and replaced it and no more leaking. She also showed me where the water shut off value was located outside my house and showed me how to turn off the water supply to my house in the event I should have another leak, she also removed the kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators and cleaned the calcium depots that clogged the flow of the water. I will be using Connie at American drain works again. Highly professional and knowledgeable of what she was doing. A customer for lIfe!!
