Although we did not do the job that Rishon quoted, I'm giving them five stars for customer service.  They sent an obviously well-qualified plumber to quote on our job the same day that I called.  He understood what we needed, offered suggestions, and we got the quote promptly.  It was the lowest we received but still too much for our budget for something that was an elective project so we've chosen to postpone it for now.  Their high ratings are well-deserved and I plan to use them in the future.

Man, great job fixing the office bathroom and sink, quoted a great price on service and equipment and really fast on the fix, highly recommended - thank you!

I made the mistake of calling the gas company on a Friday afternoon to report the smell of gas.  They showed up, turned the gas off and told me to call them back when I had it fixed.  It was the beginning of my weekend and I was faced with no cooking, hot showers, and laundry for the foreseeable future.

I called 4 different plumbers and Warren was the only one who was willing to come by after 5pm.  Since the meter was at the curb and there was no shut off valve where the gas enters the house he added a shutoff and we were able to assess that the leak was indeed in the front yard and I'd need to get a new service line.  Awesome, I had recently landscaped my entire front yard and now it needed a brand new trench dug through it.

He could have waited until the start of the work week, but no, he rallied up his guys and brought them over on a Sunday.  It was pretty amazing to see these guys work.  Not only did they dig the least invasive trench to my landscaping, but they even separated my newly mulched topsoil from the rest of the dirt and covered all my walkways with plastic.   They worked hard all day without a complaint and left my yard looking clean and neat, as if they had never been there.  But most importantly they fixed my gas line early enough that the gas company was able to come over that night and turn the gas back on.

Warren and his team truly do live up to their namesake.  They're professional, compassionate, hard working and fair with their prices.  When my previous plumber barely gave me the time of day, Warren came to the rescue and put a stranger's needs first.  And as soon as you meet him you'll realize that's just the kind of guy he is.

I could go on and on about these guys but the bottom line is that I can't recommend them enough.

I own an old English Tudor whose plumbing, badly installed when the house was built, has always caused me problems. Our guest toilet clogs often and always needs a rooter to unclog.
Happened again last week but my usual rooter guy was on a large job, my backup guy was also unavailable. I called A-1 and Max answered. He listened and showed up a few hours later when He said he would.   He arrive with plunger in hand.  I told him he'd need the rooter but he laughed and said he understood uncooperative toilets, especially older ones. He started plunging while explaining how the newer design dynamics were more efficient but he welcomed the challenge. When I was sure he was about to give up he changed the plunging angle and voila! A loud gurggle sounded and he stepped back with a smile and the toilet flushed perfectly!!! MAX THE MAGICIAN WAS IN THE HOUSE!  With new faith I told him of a few reoccuring problem I had and he quoted a price and promised to return the next day.  He did and as on his previous visit, left everything in perfect order!  AND...charfged me twenty dollars less then he'd quoted because he said he'd found the old style parts easier than he thought he would.  Does this sound like a fairy tale?  CALL MAX AND FIND OUT!!!

Charlie is honest and I will definitely hire his company in the future. He came out to repipe my neighbor's line for a very good price and ask him for an estimate. He came out the next day and inspected my drain with his camera and gave me a fare estimate. But what stood out is he told me I really don't need it! It was a 9k estimate because it was a very long run with a lot of concrete cutting but he didn't try to sell me something I didn't need! I have old clay pipes and I had a couple of cracks and little dips but he gave me his honest opinion and I value that and shows what a good honest business person he is. God will bless this man and his company for the honesty! I will definitely hire in the future and will recommend Charlie's Sewer to anyone!

After experiencing issues with our tankless water heater, we decided to reach out to local plumbers to figure out what the situation was. We requested quotes from various plumbers, only to be quoted crazy amounts. ACE was the most reasonable.

Thanks to Ace P&R, we learned that a tankless water heater requires annual maintenance, which we hadn't been doing. We also learned that whoever installed ours did a terrible job. Hence, why we were experiencing so many issues. After learning all this, we decided to buy a new one on our own and have ACE install it, which wasn't so easy due to the newer unit being bigger than our old unit. They even went as far as ensuring that our unit was properly secured. They also recommended that we include a filter so we can skip the annual maintenance. We were very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them back for maintenance.

I work at the Northridge mall, had a leaky pipe in the restroom, found Rockstar Plumbing on Yelp and glad I did. Very professional, efficient and fair pricing, even when the simple job turned out to be worse than anticipated, Josh didn't hike up the prices, this was invaluable especially as a woman who has zero plumbing/repair pricing knowledge.

My wife found him on Yelp.  He came out, did a camera inspection, and had to clean up unfinished, botched work.  

We have a lot of ficus trees and they haf penetrated into the sewer pipes but the work needed to extend into the city alley.  He went and pulled permits and completed the job.  In addition he was kind enough to adjust the water pressure in our showers from the main line despite it not being in the contract.  

I spent over $8000 but he was indeed the fairest.  He was confident that his bid would be the least too.  He gave me a guarantee too.

Excellent, Excellent service.  My irrigation system was leaking (very bad).  Contacted Hermès plumbing via Yelp.  Was contacted within 10 minutes....they came out and took care of leaky system.  I highly recommend their service.  Pricing was excellent and the work was top notch!

My gabage disposal was leaking and could spill the dirt on the floor making the house to be very filthy. Had a few plumbing companies come by for estimates and I found Rapid Action Rooters to be the cheapest among all that I reached out for, and they had all the tools and parts to do the job with them. The rest of the places I called required scheduling a new appointment except Rapid Action Rooters. The team showed up promptly and in about 40 minutes the work was complete. Definitely recommend.

I woke up at 1:00am to my house flooding because of a broken pipe in my bathroom.  I was in panic and called several plumbing companies and since it was in middle of the night none of them answered except Flood Brothers.  I still haven't heard back from the others.  When they showed up, they made me feel at ease and not like I interrupted their sleep.   The price was reasonable and service was above and beyond anything I could've expected.  Thank you Giovanni and Michael

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

I had a minor plumbing issue I needed fixed quickly and my usual plumber was not available. I took a chance on these guys today and am SO happy I did. They answered on the first ring, were professional, helpful and courteous & had someone at my door within a couple of hours. They called, as they said they would with an ETA, and were right on time. They completed my repair very quickly, were tidy and once again totally professional. The price was very reasonable & now I am just making a list of all the things I'll be having them back for. Look no further, give these folks a try, a good plumber is a rarity but an honest one is even harder to find. You'll get both here, so what are you waiting for?

I have used Chris's services many times over the years in my rental properties and my own home. He is knowledgably, courteous, prompt with very fair pricing. He always makes himself or one of his crew available the same day if needed. I would highly recommended him to anyone and have done many times.
