These guys came out to fix my sink the same day. I had been fiddling with it and cleaned all the tubing but it needed a good snake. After snaking the drain, they replaced some outside faucets for me too that I've been meaning to get changed. Was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

I called on Saturday with an emergency! 5 bathrooms with backed up toilets and tubs! Renting to an Airbnb group of 30. Plumber 2 the Rescue arrived in 30 minutes after my call. They were so fast, so responsive and so honest! Thank you for coming to my rescue!!!

Excellent work and work ethic from Saucedo plumbing.  He and his assistant installed a new tankless water heater and fixed a broken drain in less than a day.  He even printed out the rebate for me!  He is very knowledgeable  about plumbing and is a hard worker.

Wow these guys rock!! Shaun came out to fix a leaky bathroom sink valve. He looked like he coukd do it in his sleep. From turning off the water at the street to changing the valve he was done within 10 minutes! He also told us our toilet was in need of a part in the future but didn't try to sell it to us. We had Miguel come over due to flooding under our kitchen sink. He was able to come that same day, just a couple of hours after I called, and he was super pleasant and approachable. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues with the faucet, as well as with the incorrect manner in which some of the pipes under the sink had been connected and installed. I would highly recommend.

I am totally recommending Victor to do repairs on your plumbing needs. He goes far and beyond to fix my sewer issues that were caused by another plumber who tried to scam me. Victor was willing to step in and suggested to me what's necessary or not. He fixed my broken sewer pipe in a matter of hours and did such an excellent job. He is honest, trustworthy and most importantly saved me from getting scammed by another plumber! He is very on time and also reasonable with his pricing. Totally recommending him and will always use him in the future.

They've been to my house multiple times after I moved into a new home, and they have been super helpful fixing everything that wasn't quite working after the previous homeowners left the place without having maintenance in a while. They reply quickly and get the job done fast, at a reasonable rate. I met them through my home warranty!

I needed a new garbage disposal and pipe fix and Mandel came to the rescue the next day. He showed up friendly, with a mask and fixed me up in 15 minutes. Explained everything he was doing, showed me the work and was off to the next rescue. Thanks Mandel!, See you on my next emergency.

I have a second review already for New Generation Plumbing. Since my last experience was so good, when I heard a hissing sound in an outside water line that runs to a sprinkler I called and Jose came out and explained the 2 options for replacing the line. He gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled the work.
A few days later Fernando and Luis arrived on time and got the job done. They were very professional and listened to my concerns about how the new pipe would be set up. They really listened and changed the plan slightly based on my concerns. The job was done very well with attention to detail and the work area was completely cleaned up before they left. I recommend New Generation Plumbing for their plumbing skills, their communications, their attention to detail and their customer service. The scheduling and billing office personnel are very nice to work with as well!

Made an appointment easily over the phone to inspect a leak under the kitchen sink. Appreciated the free leak inspection as other companies sometimes charge just to come out. The plumber actually showed up earlier than the expected time window and was very courteous. He found the leak very quickly and it turned out the leak just needing a tightening of the water spray. Thankfully he said no charge as the fix took like one second. Appreciated the quick service and his time. Will definitely use them next time and recommend them.
