This was first time calling Rishon Plumbing. I'm very happy with the service (toilet fill valve & flap replacement). I called Sunday & the next day Monday a Technician was sent to complete the job. Excellent service! The time frame for the service was only 2 hours. Thank you!

Horrible service. We had an appointment between 10-12. The van parked outside our house for about ten minutes and then drove away. They claimed they called and yelled to get our attention (front door was open), but neither me nor my wife ever received a call or heard them. I noticed the van as it drove away, and I tried to wave down and yell to the driver, but he just ignored me. I then called shortly thereafter, and the plumber said it wasn't going to work out. When my wife called him a few minutes later, he claimed he had waited outside the house for 90 minutes, which is false and contradicted what he had told me just a few minutes earlier, that he had been parked outside for ten minutes. I don't normally bother leaving bad reviews, but this plumber was extremely rude and unprofessional.

To respond to the comments below, all it would have taken for both parties to win in this instance would have been to (i) call one of us to let us know you had arrived; (ii) ask one of the workers present in our home to let us know you had arrived; (iii) not ignore me when I tried to wave you down as you drove away; (iv) not be extremely rude and untruthful when my wife and I called to ask why you drove away; or (v) agree to come back at a later time, at your convenience, rather than refusing to provide service entirely merely because you were impatient and failed to try any of the options above. Any of these would have resulted in a win.

We initially hired Plumber To The Rescue to repair our two office water heaters. It wasn't a quick or easy job, but they did excellent work. Prior to the work, we called several places for quotes. We felt P2R gave the best value for money and were up front regarding warranties, unlike some of the other plumbers. A huge thank you to all of their staff, especially Eddie, for their excellent service. I would absolutely recommend these guys and will call them again for future plumbing needs.

I reached out to A-1 for an estimate to upgrade my water heater. After some minor phone tag, I finally was able to connect with Max. He was informative, helpful, and very professional. I ended up not doing the upgrade, but would definitely recommend reaching out to Max if you are considering a water heater upgrade.

This is one of the fastest and most honorable companies I have called in so long. We were asked to call a water restoration company by our insurance to make sure a small leak we had under our sink didn't cause any more permanent damage. They came out so quick and the agent Chris was so fantastic, incredibly knowledgeable and fast. He was also wearing a mask the whole time and very professional which I appreciate so much because I have an autoimmune. He explained there was no severe damage and gave us some quick tips to help us get out any residual water if we still had concerns by buying a dehumidifier and placing it under our sink where we had the little leak and he let us know the reason one of the faucets had no pressure was the last plumber had turned it off under the sink! The previous plumbers really led us to believe we had so much wrong they needed to fix and it was going to cost thousands of dollars and they were really aggressively pressuring us, but in fact they had caused what was wrong! Money is so tight because of covid and the losses to our business. This company prevented us from being completely taken advantage of by the first company we had called and we are so truly grateful to them and to the agent Chris that came out. It is so rare to find companies you can really really trust anymore and I would VERY HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! The agent was so nice and so helpful and they even came out for free which is practically unheard of anymore and makes me feel like you can trust them even more. We will never use another plumbing company ever again. Flood Brothers impressed us so much they are our go to plumbing and restoration company forever!! We only wish we had found them years ago when we first moved here. Thank you so much Flood Brothers and Chris for all of your help! You are truly our plumbing heroes!

Super happy with the service I received from Charlie's Rooter! Had a late call from a tenant that dirty water was backing up in their tub/shower and all the toilets.

I began looking through YELP for a reputable plumber, left a few messages with various plumbers... being 9:30pm, I did not expect to hear back from anyone until the morning.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt message back from Lulu, giving me a time they could be out in the morning along with what I can expect from their service.

Not only did they come out first thing they even made it an hour earlier, as the tenants were without the use of their shower and tub.

Charlie called explained the problem, gave me two solutions with costs. Took care of it and sent me a photo when the job was complete, as I am not near the property.

Outstanding service from both Lulu and Charlie, I would use them again.

Our experience with Saucedo Plumbing is more than likely the exact experience you are looking for. Our gas line was shut off and we needed immediate help. After calling several companies, Saucedo Plumbing was able to come to our house relatively quickly and ultimately did a fantastic job. Alberto was fast, courteous, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. What made the experience most satisfying was Saucedo's fair pricing and willingness to solve additional issues that were not part of the original service call (toilet, etc). We were quoted $1000 by a competing company and Saucedo charged under $200 for the same service. If you want competence, fairness and honesty....hire Saucedo Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life.

Woke up on a Sunday morning to a puddle on the floor in front of my kitchen sink.  By the time I had time to call around for help, it was about 5:30pm and the puddle / pile of soaked towels had been growing all day.  

I reached out to several plumbers that were listed as open 24 hours a day, and Ace was the first to actually pick up.  Chris was friendly and professional, and he made me aware upfront that having him come out on a Sunday evening would be $180/hr vs. $135/hr if I waited until Monday morning.  I was concerned about the speed of the leak and that it had already been dripping all day, so I asked him to come ASAP.  He was on his way to another job at the time but said he could get to me around 7pm.  He texted me to let me know when he was on his way to me and his ETA and arrived at almost exactly 7pm.  He also had the courtesy to text me when he arrived rather than ringing the doorbell (as requested), so that my dogs wouldn't start a bark riot.

Chris identified the issue quickly (a damaged 2-way angle stop) and had all the parts necessary to fix it in his truck.  He explained everything to me as he was doing it and worked cleanly and efficiently.  He even offered to help me mop up the remaining puddle on the floor!  Very nice guy!

Ace is my new go-to plumber!  Highly recommended.

Matt came out a few days ago after I called about the dishwasher spout spewing water all over the counter. He brought in his shop vac, placed the hose over the dishwasher spout, turned it on and sucked out what he said was food debris. That's it - he was done and then on his way and charged me nothing. I actually had to reschedule that day's appointment and Matt was flexible enough to accommodate the time change. Well done sir, great service.

I called New Pro Plumbing with an emergency main line problem. I told them we needed 2 men because they had to clear it from the roof. No problem

One guy showed up, didn't have a ladder, and wanted over $500 when they quoted $100-175 over the phone.

Even a simple bait and switch would have been better. This guy wanted to remove my toilet to get to the main line just because he didn't have a ladder.

Don't call New Pro Plumbing. They lied about who they would send. They lied about the price. They lied about everything!

Referred to us by a friend, fixed our problem quickly. Was friendly and helpful. We will definitely use his services again.

They were great! I had been waiting almost a week for the plumber originally assigned by my home warranty. When that company left me in the lurch, I called my warranty and they called Hermes and got me an appointment within hours for my leaking toilet. These guys were great, fixed the issue, educated me on what was going on, wore masks and even coverings on their shoes. I'll definitely request them in the future should I need a plumber.

I had an emergency and they came through for me.  Great customer service,  knowledgeable, professional and friendly.  I will most definitely be using them in the near future.

I was an idiot and drilled a hole into a water line when putting up a shelf. Rocket plumbing was able to accommodate a repair the same day I called. Jose is a great representative of the company: friendly, courteous, and professional. And he discussed all my options with me and helped pick the best one for the repair. I'm happy to have water back to my house again and that the whole event was way less painful than I thought it would be. Thanks!

They're responsive, courteous & very professional. They do a great job & are reasonably priced. The visit to determine the problem is free. They don't charge you if it's just a very simple adjustment. I contacted them after closing hours on a Friday night for a hot water problem. They were here at 8am on Saturday. Everything was fixed in a few minutes! Couldn't ask for more!

Zorro was quick to respond to my call via text.  Using pictures I texted him, he was able to provide a quote for replacement of an old water heater with an outside gas water heater.  He clearly explained differences between our options and scheduled installation for the next business day.  

The job required running a new gas line from the meter under the house to the very back of the house.  It involved reconfiguring the previous pipes we had to fit the new water heater.  We didn't get any other quotes because I'd heard he had great pricing and I believed he would do a good job.  He did a great job!  

His work was neat and tidy. Our inspector commented on several things that he did which were not required by code but excellent.  It was something to do with how he grounded it and the angle of the pipes as they left the heater.

He was professional, kind and respectful.  He arrived promptly when he said he would for all 3 visits: for the install, to prepare for inspection, and following inspection.  My husband asked him to move the control box to a different location after the install so it was accessible inside and he gladly did so.

I had an issue with a water leak so I looked on yelp and found Flood Brothers Plumbing. They immediately sent out Jerry who quickly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote to fix the problem. Thanks to Jerry and the rest of the Flood Brothers team, all issues have been resolved. If you're looking for an honest, reasonable plumber, look no further.

Yes,  911 gets one star.   Your staff stated that we were out of the service area by less than one mile.   We didn't answer the phone because we were on the line calling someone else.   Why would anyone be expected to wait around to see of a company would change their mind?? And what's with the multiple voicemails stating that you want to make it right?  The problem was fixed,  so how can another company make it right after the fact?  The first review was nothing but fact....1)Our city was listed on your website as being within your service area.  2)Only after several minutes of taking our information were we asked about our location.   3)We were then told we were out of the service area.   4) After stating that our location is on the website did the woman say she would call back.   5) She did call back,  but did NOT leave a voicemail - we called her back.   6) Upon calling her,  she restated that we e were out of the service area.   When we complained that it was less than a mile she apologized,  but that was it.  7) We called someone else who was able to come within 30 minutes.   8) Awhile later we noticed a voicemail saying that they would make an exception and help us out.  Didn't return the call because we didn't need their sympathy help , we'd moved on after being told no - just like anyone else in our position would have.
