Jose picked up the phone- on a Saturday! He is  professional, articulate & genuinely concerned. He suggested I text him a photo of my leaky bathroom faucet. He gave instructions on what kind of new faucet was needed, so I immediately got a new one at Home Depot, and he arrived exactly when he said he would to install the new bathroom faucet & fix the leak.

He even found a 2nd leak underneath (an obvious one I was unaware of) and made me aware of it. He was able to fix both issues on the same day & within the timeframe he said it would and made it all happen within a reasonable quote.

Jose suggested I save money by scheduling the repair on Monday or a weekday, considering that weekend rates are generally more, but I appreciated that he made me aware of that & allowed me options for time & financial commitment. I went for the weekend rate & it was worth the immediate attention and professional care... and the peace of mind!

I called Plumber To The Rescue on 1/6, they came on 1/7/16. I read Yelp review before called them that many customer was very happy for the service so, I decided to try them a first time. They came on time and did what they had to do for the partial clogged main line. I spend $ 133.50. I was very happy that it fixed well until TODAY! After 2 weeks later of service, it clogged again! Usually, it hold up1-2 years to call pluming service.I called them this morning but, they are not open until Monday.

Today, I had a gas range delivered from Pacific Sales only to find out that the contractor in charge of the kitchen remodel plumbed the gas fixture incorrectly.
Frustrated, my husband and I started calling around to see if anyone could come and re-plumb the gas fixture (We have been without a kitchen for 6 months, so we just wanted the stove plumbed and working pronto.) We called Max and explained the situation. Even though he was jam packed with clients today, he squeezed us in. Not only that, but he came ASAP. He was amazing!!! He corrected the contractors mistake efficiently and in a matter of minutes the range was working. Hooray Max!!!
We will be using Max again!!!

I wish I could give Charlie's Sewer & Drain 20 stars, that's how wonderful they were to deal with.  Luis was very forthcoming and walked us through each step of what he was seeing and doing.  He laid out all of our options and got us quotes quickly.   Never had a second thought about Luis and his team from the moment they scoped out our line to when they finished the work of replacing our mainline and adding a clean out.   So happy to finally have this issue (that we've dealt with for way too long) off our plate and that we found these amazing guys to take care of it.

Alberto wasted no time getting to work on my kitchen faucet and drain and bathroom sink drain and faucets. After completing the work he cleaned up. I have had plumbers leave a mess bigger than when they arrived...NOT ALBERTO!

I had a chronically backed-up bathroom sink and after trying to snake it myself, I decided to seek professional help.  I called the number listed in Yelp and Chris answered right away.  He said he was nearby and he got here in less than an hour.  He made quick work of the clog and cleaned up under the sink, too (something I'd been putting off.  A fair price and great service, you can't do better than that.

This was our second time calling Rockstar Plumbing, and just like the first time they were awesome! They helped us with our issues, answered some questions, and were very polite! I recommend to anyone who lives in the areas they cover to call Rockstar Plumbing if you are having any kind of issues with plumbing! Thank you again for the great service! W

New Pro Plumbing is excellent.  I called late at night when our toilet was backing up into our bathtub (so gross), and Miguel arrived less than an hour later (earlier than he had estimated).  He fixed the problem for a very reasonable price, clearly explained the issue, offered advice for a permanent fix, and was entirely pleasant throughout.  Highly recommend!

Excellent all around - the service and the end result were too notch.

We were sent a Hermes technician from our insurance company to fix the toilet in the primary bathroom. It was leaking and not only needed to be reset but have the wax ring replaced. The technician was friendly and fast - super professional and fixed the job right then and there. We were so grateful considering this was a follow up job / second opinion from another company.

Will definitely use Hermes in the future!

Rapid Action Rooter is AMAZING!!! They came through in a pinch for me and my family during the memorial day weekend. We had low pressure shower and two sinks that were leaking. I reached out to a few plumbers and Mandel from Rapid Action Rooter reached out to me first. He gave me his number to call him, he was available right away. I ask if he can come the next day which was Saturday and also happened to be his wife birthday. He said give him a few minutes to work something out. Less than a 30  minutes later he called and said he will send one of his technicians. His technicians Adrian and Erick came the next day on time inspected everything and order parts. They came back on Monday which was Memorial day was on time again and completed everything before noon. They are reasonable price, timely, friendly, and explain everything in a easy way. Recently had a very good experience with Rocket Plumbing!  Fair, honest and competent - a hard combination to find these days.  Mine were minor fixes but Sam was fast and efficient.  I would highly recommend and will be calling them next time we are in need.

These guys are great! I had some shower handle problems and it didn't seem like too easy of a fix for me. I contacted some plumbers through Yelp and luckily one of by them was New Generation Plumbing! They got me an appointment the next day and arrived within the 2 hr window. I had just gotten another plumber come and look at the problem but he seemed to quote me a pretty high price plus the other plumber wasn't as courteous as these guys. They introduced themselves as Henry and Hector then instead of just walking right into your house they put in their shoe covers first. Of course they are already masked up. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair quote, much lower than the other plumber. I felt at ease with these guys already especially Henry. He was always very calm and had the knowledge to explain everything. It was obvious he was trying to up-sell me on anything. They told me they needed an hour to get some materials and they were back within the hour and got the job done pretty quick. Where they really took the extra step was when they noticed another problem after and instead of leaving they offered to look at it and gave me some info on what i should do. Again, they didn't try to tell me it's going to be another xx$ to fix it. They told me what needed to be done. Really nice and professional! Would highly recommend

I was beyond stressed out last night when the drain valve flew off of my hot water tank after midnight. The entire room was filled with water, I stayed up until 4am clearing the water out and mopping up the room. To my absolute surprise when I called Z&H plumbing I explained everything to Zorro and he would still be able to come out today after he finished up other clients!! Today is Saturday therefore I thought no one would be able to help me. I was so relieved & happy I felt emotional. Zorro & his partner showed up earlier than I expected, they began working immediately. He not only changed out my old dilapidated hot water tank he replaced it with a larger capacity tank at no extra charge!! They cleaned up the debris that had come off of the old clunker and showed me what to do in case of an emergency. From my personal experience I have found the plumbing company I will use for this day forward. Fast, courteous and professional is all I can say. They left me feeling as though a huge weight was lifted off of my shoulders. One more happy client to add to all the others! Thank you Z&H you guys are awesome!

5 stars are not enough. We called on a Sunday and they were quick to respond. Jeff showed up and was attentive, thorough, and professional. He ended up really going above and beyond throughout the project. And the rest of the crew was polite and professional.

We were in dire straits, roots in our pipes, a full house back-up and breakdown of all basic plumbing needs during the time of Covid is no small amount of stress.  Not to mention that our home owners warranty, naturally, has an exclusion to doing anything related to roots.  So here we were:  stuck, a son just home from dental surgery and no way to run water in our house because we had no way to drain water.  We are a one bathroom house and we had already waited over 24 hours for our warranty people to show up only to be told they couldn't do anything for us.  The need was real that we have capacity to have a functioning home.   We had been told by several plumbers that they were incredibly busy at this time of quarantine and we were looking at getting even just estimates in several days with the potential of not starting on a job for several more days.  Reminder:  one-bathroom house!  Stress!  After talking with a lot of recommendations from friends, Connie at American Drain Works and Plumbing took the most active interest in helping us solve our problem and immediately got to work on assessing our needs.  They were at our house the next morning at 8am.  Her team and this dynamo of a lady boss herself were under our house, giving us options, working with us on all levels to do what needed to be done.  Her trusty artist with drains, Lalo and his team, worked all day and half of the next.  We learned so much not only about the job, our contract, a true plumbing work ethic but also the follow-through from a dedicated team who cared about the quality of their work, and the quality of their relationships with their clients.  We got excellent service, customer care, & attention to detail, working with us while we got the financials in order,  from this outstanding Westside Woman owned/Lady Boss Team.  I cannot say it loudly enough.  Connie, Lalo, Joan and your whole team, we are sold on you and how you love helping people and problem-solving and solution-building to make the world a little bit nicer.  These are challenging times and this was a challenging week for us.  We recommend American Drain Works and Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.  They are based in Culver City and I highly, highly recommend them to my peeps in their service area!  It was a stroke of luck that I got them on the phone and I'm so grateful to them.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
