Excellent service! They came on July 4th on a Holiday to replace my water heater on short notice. Very professional and knowledgeable people and their prices are very reasonable. Overall great service and I'm glad I found my go to plumbing company. Definitely would recommend them.

I am sad to have to write this, but if you expect your plumber to stand behind his work, this company is not a good choice. I bought a water heater from Warren White/Plumber to the Rescue in Culver City on Aug. 23.2013. Warren recommended the Rheem water heater, and I spent extra money ($1050) to get one with a 10 year warranty. I knew I was paying a premium price for it, but thought he would stand behind it if there was a problem.
The day it was installed, it started blasting out air with the hot water. I thought it was due to the work, and would go away, but the air blast got worse--to the point where it's dangerous. Warren installed some new Anode rods from the manufacturer. This did not fix the problem. He now says it was a lemon from the beginning, but the labor warranty has run out and it's not his water heater. I have had no hot water now for 3 weeks, and he actually made an appointment to come and replace it on Oct. 2nd, but forgot about it, and now says the company won't do anything for him. I've called the company also, and they insist that the problem is not the water heater.
I expected Warren to stand behind work he said was warranteed for 10 years. I also had purchased the same water heater from Warren a year earlier for the back apt. of my duplex. It's fine. Obviously, I've been a good customer. However, Plumber to the Rescue isn't interested in rescuing me and it looks like I'm on my own.

Our kitchen sink stopped draining over the Thanksgiving weekend. When I put out a call for estimates, Max responded quickly with a reasonable flat rate estimate, then showed up on time and did an excellent, thorough job of fixing the problem. He dealt with various inconveniences and glitches (e.g. our hose anti-siphon device soaked him) with good humor, and he helped me out with another small task (extracting a broken fitting from our shower head) while he was here. 100% positive experience, highly recommended.

Needed quick service and Alberto delivered! I have never used a plumbing service but needed help immediately, I called several plumbing companies but none of them were able to come out same day. I thought because it was the end of the day, Saucedos would not be able to come out the same day either, I was wrong. Alberto answered, and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He came in 20 and quickly fixed my toilet problem. Definitely will consider using this service again in the future!

Work at a production company and one of our toilets was being a pain, called New Pro Plumbing and an hour later my boy Miguel showed up and fixed that toilet real quick, like that Drake song. Also lit our pilot light which was really tight of him. Today was a good day. Thank you Miguel. Yous my boy.

I highly recommend Victor. I had been told by another plumber that my water pressure was way too high and he estimated it would cost $2,000 to fix the regulator. A friend referred me to Victor for a second opinion. Victor was prompt, professional and very honest. He checked my water pressure both inside and outside the house and reported that my pressure was absolutely fine. The first guy had been unscrupulous. Not only did Victor save me $2,000, but I now have a new plumber.

We called Rapid Action Rooter on a Saturday with a semi emergency and Mandel came over right after he finished his other job. He was fantastic and fixed our blocked disposal in our kitchen sink that was backing up. He wore his mask and was super professional. He is a really great plumber and a genuinely a great guy who is passionate about his job. Great guy, great family owned business, you can't go wrong calling Rapid Action Rooter. Thank you Mandel for a great job today and we will be calling you again for any plumbing problems we have in the future.

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.
7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.
Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)
I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)
This is a 5-star operation.
I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. And they didn't even ask for a positive review, which I thought was classy as well. Thank you, Chris and Brian!!

Excellent and professional service by Jake and his team (Henry and Martin). Did a great job in assessing, communicating and repairing the shower leak. He was able to quickly find the part and have his guys repair it. No upsell and no attitude. Will hire them again for other plumbing needs.

Such great people to work with!! Highly recommend!!
During the rains last winter, Zorro came out and installed a sump pump which saved my water logged basement. The sump pump worked a treat during the rainy season and hasn't been activated since. Now, 9 months later, the sump pump was not actively removing the water like it used to.
Zorro came out first thing in the morning and fixed the issue (a stuck discharge pipe) free of charge and showed me how to maintain the pump to resolve this issue in the future.
5 star service and workmanship

Flood Brothers are the BEST! I have been using them for a year now. They always get the job done and if something goes wrong, they make sure to come back right away and fix it until you are satisfied. They came to my home twice this week and made sure to follow all COVID safety guidelines. Mask, gloves, shoe coverings, etc. I am so thankful that my toilet is no longer screeching loudly! Brendan has been a consistent plumber for my home and is always so professional and nice. I highly recommend!

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Fast Service. Abel and Greg did a good job unclogging and explaining the issue at the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. Thank you guys.

Be careful with large projects or placing trust in American Drainworks. Though my story is more complex than clean-out it indicates a surprising lack of trust and ownership. Several thousand dollars was pre-paid to American Drainworks for ongoing maintenance and an eventual planned overhaul to drain lines. In mid 2015 American Drainworks went through some personnel/management changes and afterwords refused to honor the remaining funds in my pre-paid account (balance still at thousands of dollars due to overhaul not yet scheduled). Their response was that the pre-paid account was upset during their personnel/owernship change, but the fact remains, from a customer perspective, this company was paid $ which has now disappeared with only partial work completed. For months I tried to have patience and discuss options to get follow through on this, but was denied and referred to lawyers.
The lesson here, is despite appearances, I don't recommend trusting this current company. If the situation is ever tough the customer is likely to be left hanging while American focuses on protecting itself first.
I thought long and hard before sharing this experience as Connie and team aren't all bad but having now completely lost thousands of dollars and gotten repeated refusal to offer any work or return I feel its important for this to be shared to others looking for a small company they can trust.
