I used Rishon to repair a water heater. George was responsive and super professional, took care of things really quickly. I'll use them again in the future and definitely recommend.

Horrible service. We had an appointment between 10-12. The van parked outside our house for about ten minutes and then drove away. They claimed they called and yelled to get our attention (front door was open), but neither me nor my wife ever received a call or heard them. I noticed the van as it drove away, and I tried to wave down and yell to the driver, but he just ignored me. I then called shortly thereafter, and the plumber said it wasn't going to work out. When my wife called him a few minutes later, he claimed he had waited outside the house for 90 minutes, which is false and contradicted what he had told me just a few minutes earlier, that he had been parked outside for ten minutes. I don't normally bother leaving bad reviews, but this plumber was extremely rude and unprofessional.

To respond to the comments below, all it would have taken for both parties to win in this instance would have been to (i) call one of us to let us know you had arrived; (ii) ask one of the workers present in our home to let us know you had arrived; (iii) not ignore me when I tried to wave you down as you drove away; (iv) not be extremely rude and untruthful when my wife and I called to ask why you drove away; or (v) agree to come back at a later time, at your convenience, rather than refusing to provide service entirely merely because you were impatient and failed to try any of the options above. Any of these would have resulted in a win.

Fantastic service! They came out two days in a row to help us on two different plumbing issues. Their rates were fantastic & everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. Seriously, it was a stressful situation as we had just done an expensive remodel a  plumbing issue was the last thing we needed. Truly can't recommend them enough!

This was the most straightforward and amazing experience. Max was able to give me a fair quote and responded so quickly to my needed job. He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

Incredible service this afternoon from Lewis and Javier. Our call was for a blocked drainage pipe in an outside patio. Not only did they fix it, they also identified a blockage in a sewage pipe and fixed that as well. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, friendly too. Highest recommendation. A+++

We had to replace a shower valve. It required cutting into an interior wall to access the plumbing. Alberto and I communicated about the job, he gave me an estimate, and we set up a time. He and his partner arrived right when they said they would, and managed the replacement very quickly and efficiently. They did great work, and he's a super nice guy. Would hire again!

Great service! Very prompt. I called this morning for an earring dropped down the drain, and Chris happened to be in the area and came immediately after he finished his prior job. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable, and the price he charged was very fair. Would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.

Ricardo and Chris were super knowledgable and replaced 2 faucets that were leaking, as well as some valves under the sink. They also consulted with me about some other plumbing projects that need to be done in the near future. They were quick and efficient and got rid of the leaks. Will definitely call again!

I have been asked a few times for a Plummer recommendation considering I'm moving into a newly remodeled home.  Each time I've provided Miguel's contact information.  I follow with how professional he is in all aspects of the job.  From explanations, negotiations, to install and clean up.  I'm so thankful to have someone I can trust to do a job well and show up in emergency no hot water situations.  He is prompt and reliable and knows his stuff!

Victor and his crew are top of the line experts, we had a 30ft main drain lining done, they were thorough and quick to bring us up to speed on the needs of our main sewer line and the  precise order of the execution of the work. I called Rapid Action Rooter on Tuesday in regards to our bathtub not draining and knowing it was the stopper in the back that needed professional services. The initial response time was great in regards to sending photographic evidence. I received a call shortly after explaining the issue and he was spot on actually. He told me he will see when one of his guys are available to come out and I let him know, we'll see what the issue is once they come out. 2 days later and never received a call back or any correspondence. I wanted so badly to support black. The pricing for the small job was very reasonable. I actually got another company to come out pretty quickly and the big job that Rapid Action called correctly over the phone was quoted a few hundred cheaper. Maybe in the future for smaller jobs we'll try again. The reviews brought me here. Thanks tho!

Update:
I feel a bit uneasy about this company having my address now. After noticing my review on yelp, I received a call from them which I ignored. I then check my phone and there is a text message stating my guys will be out after  3:30pm today. I responded, no thank you. It is already being fixed. Which I had told him earlier today after writing my initial review. He called after I texted saying, I never received correspondence and he said I never sent my address which I stated I did, and he confirmed the day he asked for pics when he quoted me over the phone.

I had my husband call because after I sent I didn't need him to come out, I wanted to make sure this man didn't show up at my house. He didn't answer the first try but called right back. He claimed it was a mistake, he meant to call and text a different client but then proceeded to have a 2 minute conversation with my husband about how my review can negatively impact his black business. And he just wanted to make up for the miscommunication. That's very weird to me. I wrote a respectable review and the 3 stars was MY experience. This was a matter that I consider urgent and felt ignored. This is MY experience. After reading non five star reviews, someone had the same experience.

Hands down the best service ever. They show up on time and do honest work. Instead of insisting on a replacement they did a repair on my bathroom faucets which was a relief.

I've used them on a big sewer repair before too. I can't say enough about their quality of work.

They were able to come earlier than promised and replaced my garbage disposal quickly and efficiently. Price was reasonable and communication was great. The owner responded to my messages promptly and answered all my questions.

After my botched attempt to be a plumber and unclogging my own sink,  Isaiah came and saved the day! He was very professional and got the job done!

I share a studio in el Segundo with four other bands... one of them (who I WILL soon find out) clogged the toilet and left it for me to find. Not cool. Long story short the toilet is unclogged 47 mins later thanks to Sal's Plumbing and I can record music without smelling the worst smell I've ever smelled :(

After my review was read by the owner of the company he called me right away to make things right I think that's very professional and honorable. He definitely made things right even though I already had my plumbing need serviced.  But the fact that this owner takes care and really is concerned about his customers makes me feel really really good about this company and his company work ethic. So I will definitely keep them in mind for the future.
