I needed a garbage disposer on short notice and got an immediate quote from George. They made a same day appointment and actually came early after getting my okay. They showed up wearing masks and booties, and had an upgraded disposer installed in 30 minutes without a hitch. Runs great - excellent prompt service. Thank you!

Fantastic service! They came out two days in a row to help us on two different plumbing issues. Their rates were fantastic & everyone was extremely friendly and efficient. Seriously, it was a stressful situation as we had just done an expensive remodel a  plumbing issue was the last thing we needed. Truly can't recommend them enough!

Our main line backed up and I luckily found Max who was able to make it to our house within an hour or so. He cleared everything up and gave us a fair price. Definitely will be our go-to plumber going forward!

I had a huge issue with my main sewer line clogged up with roots (January 11, 2019). I hired a company to hydrojet it, and they said that they could not clear it out and that the best solution would be to spend $4,000 to dig through the concrete and replace the pipe.

I contacted Flood Brothers and Mike came out (January 15) to double check the line for me and see our options. He was able to see the issue clearly (and emailed me a video), he helped me understand the situation, and reassured me that I did not have to do that huge job. I appreciated his help and told him that I would try to get the previous company back out to finish the job. He seems like a good, honest plumber, and I will definitely call him up again if I need assistance.

My husband and I just bought a condo built in 1972, and needed a plumbing inspection. Chris was there in a heartbeat and gave us helpful recommendations of how to get the place running up to speed. We ended up using a general contractor to do our plumbing with an all inclusive price, but when we found a leak under our kitchen sink, we decided to call Chris at Ace Plumbing back. Once again, he was there in a heartbeat, diagnosed the problem, and came back 2 days later with the appropriate part to fix the problem. It's clear Chris knows his stuff and so far I am very happy with the service I am getting. I've stored them in my phone for future reference.

Rockstar Plumbing have great employees like Joe, who went above and beyond in solving my shower drainage problem.  He was kind and courteous and took the proper Covid-19 precautions like wearing a mask and gloves. He was efficient in solving our drainage problem and his knowledge and experience helped him get the job right. I'm very thankful and appreciative of his hard work. I would recommend him and Rockstar Plumbing to all my friends and I'll continue to use their services in the future!

Needed a new water heater same day and New Pro came through in the clutch. Water heater purchased, delivered and installed all same day with whole process starting at 4pm and lasted into the night. Area left clean and tidy following install and was all in all a fairly seem less experience. Fulfilled my new water heater needs for sure.

Victor was very responsive and friendly. He showed up on time, fixed 3 issues, and no surprise charges. He was very patient with my 89 yo mom too who is concerned with being gouged by new tradespeople she does not know. Highly recommend!

They came out on a Saturday morning in a matter of hours and completely solved our backed up sewer problem at a totally reasonable cost. They recommended some maintenance down the line, which I was ready to do right then, but they were so honest that I should wait to see if I even needed it. So far so good. All the stars for this business!

Called Mandel yesterday morning for a sewer line that was backed up on our 3 unit property.
He answered immediately and was able to squeeze us for the late afternoon.  After surveying the issue, he got straight to work and snaked the line, at the source of issue.  Roots!  After clearing the line, he droppped a camera in and showed us where the problem is.  
Did not charge us for estimates.
He even checked the toilets for the rear unit for a seperate issue, at no charge.  
He was worth the wait, and im glad i found Rapid Action on Yelp.

We had our kitchen sink clogged and Chris came to fix it.  He was really good about keeping me updated on when he would get to our house, especially since LA traffic is so unpredictable.  He was super friendly and got the job done!  He also fixed our guest bathroom toilet which was making a funny noise.  My only issue was cost.  We used another company in Culver City and it was 1/2 the cost to do the same thing.  Brian was really great and called the next day to follow up.

These guys do great work and there rates are well worth it! The quality of work and time frame was amazing. straight forward project estimate with no upsells .

I can not say enough great things about Z&H Plumbing.  Zorro and his team were amazing.  My water heater went out on Friday... kaput!  It was an old water tank and needed immediate replacement.  We decided to upgrade our home by replacing it with a tankless system.  Our usual plumbing company that we had worked with for years gave us a very high price for the install and didn't give us complete information about available rebates and necessary info about the work.  I called Z&H Plumbing because of their great reviews on yelp and because they specialize in water heaters.  The gave me a quote over the phone and assured me that the price would not change by a cent.  I had never had an experience where a project like this didn't change due to unforeseen circumstances.   They assured me it wouldn't.  They also told me they would start the job the next morning at 8:30 and be finished by 1.  They sounded too good to be true, but I decided to take a chance and I'm so glad I did.  At EXACTLY 8:30 their van pulled into our driveway.  Their team was efficient, courteous, worked cleanly, communicated everything that was going to happen during the install including exactly when the water  and gas would be turned off then back on.  They did a beautiful job.  Then, at exactly 1:00 they pulled out of the driveway because the job was done.  The bill was exactly what they said it would be, and they even made some extra adjustments that were not included in the original scope of the work.  They also informed me about a $1000 rebate from the gas company for installing a tankless heater, which I never would have known about.  These guys were great!  I feel like I now have a new company that I will be using for future plumbing work and I am really happy to recommend them!

We recently had a leak in our bathroom and of course it had to occur on a Friday after hours. Our property management company called Flood Brothers Plumbing and they came out, shut off the water, and diagnosed a cracked pipe for a charge of $150. Next morning on Saturday, I contacted them for a quote to replace the cracked pipe. They wanted to charge me a whopping $2200, which turned out to be SIX TIMES more than the next company I contacted!!!

In the end, I am so grateful to have avoided this predatory company.  Do your homework and call around. There are still plumbing companies out there that are honest and ethical and charge accordingly, even in emergency situations. Sadly, this company isn't one of them. I will be requesting my management company to never contact them for any future plumbing issues.

First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time.  They came in fixed the problem quickly.

I'm going to have to disagree with the majority of the other reviewers out there, because I've had a series of terrible experiences with 911 Plumbing.

Most recently, Greg and Vic came out to repair a toilet handle for the 4th time!  Two weeks later, it was broken again.  They had advised me that if this happened, I should get a new toilet, but I was reluctant to spend a few hundred dollars on a new toilet.  So, I took the handle assembly apart and examined it carefully.  It looked as though a new handle had been stuck on the old lever (the piece with the holes onto which the flush valve chain attaches).  The two pieces were clearly incompatible.  I took the handle and lever to the nearby hardware store, where the staff plumbing expert confirmed my suspicions: Those plumbers saved four bucks by replacing only the handle instead of replacing both pieces.  For the princely sum of $8.75 (including tax), I purchased a new set (handle + lever).  Since I installed it, there have been no further problems with that toilet.

I'm never using this plumbing service again!

I am always in search of a good honest plumber and look to local area plumbers to patronize . . . well, I've found that plumber!  American Drainworks is located in Culver City and is family owned . . . My initial call to Connie in the office proved to be a very pleasant experience - she is professional and courteous . . . Chris is so very wonderful and accommodating - he troubleshooted my problem and came up with a more cost-effective solution to replacing my whole drain assembly unit - what would have cost hundreds ended up just costing just $115.00.  Chris came by three times - the first time was to evaluate the problem, the second time was to install the overflow cover plate, and the third time was to install the pull drain assembly - he was kind enough to search for the correct pull drain part when he discovered that the one he initially brought on the 2nd visit wasn't the right fit.  Chris accommodated my schedule - and since he lives and works locally, was able to meet me after 5pm!  What a great find - good plumbers are hard to find - especially HONEST good plumbers . . . I would highly recommend American Drainworks for anyone in need for plumbing work - Chris and Connie are the best!
