Rishon Plumbing was a lifesaver when our water heater unexpectedly broke down and sprung a leak a few weeks ago!  George was extremely responsive to my initial phone call in the early morning and follow up texts and provided me with quick advice on a replacement solution.  They were able to come out same day and have a brand new heater installed within a matter of hours.  George walked me through the installation and new equipment and they did a great job.  I think the pricing was extremely fair and I was very happy with the service.

Got a call that our buildings water heater was leaking.. as the treasurer of our HOA, the responsibility fell on me to find a plumber and get everything squared away.

I called Real Plumbers Inc and Jose answered and said he could be here in 20 minutes.  True to his word, 20 minutes later Jose was here and within 10 minutes of that had identified the problem.  Luckily it was not the water heater, but a pipe leading FROM it.   He patched it immediately so I was able to turn the water back on and we made an appointment to complete the repair in the next couple of days.

They came out extremely quickly to our synagogue, where we'd received an abnormally high water bill.  They showed us where the meter was, because we couldn't find it.  They showed us how to read and understand the meter - and how to tell if there was any water being used, which would show us if anything was leaking.  They also checked out faucets and toilets for leaks.

They were extremely professional, courteous and helpful.

I'm extremely happy and will use them again for our synagogue or for our personal residence.

Max recently did a temporary relocation of my water heater for a small renovation project.  He was very flexible when I needed to move the date a couple days later than originally planned.  He was on time and efficient.  He re-installed the water heater a few days later when the project was done and put everything back as before.  I'm happy to support a local business and would definitely recommend or use Max's service again in the future if needed!

We had a leak. Chris came by on Saturday and stopped said leak. On top of that he was nice, complimented our dog and followed COVID protocols. I hope we don't need Chris' services again soon but it's nice to know that we have a go-to plumber to call.

Never replied our message or called us. I heard from a couple of other people they had the same issue with them!!! I wouldn't recommend this guys at all.

This company is amazing! Answered my call very quickly, worked with my schedule to take care of my plugged drain and took care of it very quick. Alberto is a pro who I can't endorse stronger and I'm glad to have him a resource in the future. Skip everyone else and call him!

Great service! Very prompt. I called this morning for an earring dropped down the drain, and Chris happened to be in the area and came immediately after he finished his prior job. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable, and the price he charged was very fair. Would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.

I hoped to get the leaky hose on the kitchen sink sprayer repaired. Sal called me on the day of my service appointment to get more details. After some discussion and texted photos, Sal researched if a repair was possible. Because we could not identify the manufacturer of the faucet, Sal could not locate parts and replacement was my only option. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, so I could get a new faucet after work.

He was early and completed the work quickly and neatly. Sal is kind, knowledgable and thorough.

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

My Water Pressure Regulator started to leak and had water all over on a Sunday. I chanced upon Victor through Yelp and called him up. He showed up in such short notice and gave me a  reasonable estimate. Worked on the problem and replaced all the broken parts and neatly cleaned up everything. I am so satisfied with the work he has done. Very professional, prompt and friendly too.
He has done work on some of my neighbors' houses and they are all happy and satisfied with Victor.
So next time you have plumbing problems give Victor a call.

Hermes sent Mike and his brother out to address our broken kitchen line to the drain. They showed up on time, identified and fixed the problem in short order. They were courteous and professional. I am pleased to be able to recommend these tradesmen.

I would like to thank Mandel for his kind service yesterday. Rapid Action Rooter was actually the 3rd plumbing services I called as I went in order of the ratings listed on yelp. The first place I called closest to my area in Westchester was AA Twin Brothers plumbing. While someone answered the phone immediately, the customer service via phone was not kind, warm or welcoming at all. The lady seemed like she didn't care and just wanted to get off the phone. I had to interject so I can even ask a question so I called back to cancel. Another place I called had better phone customer service but starting prices compared to others seemed more expensive. I then called Rapid Action Rooter and phone was immediately answered by Mandel who was cheerful and was able to schedule within a few hours, sooner than the other place to help with our toilet and shower drain problem. He even took time to have me share the problem I observed and provided a quote of $99 if toilet did not need to be removed. He asked me to simply text him my name, address and appointment time we agreed on. I then called back just to check and see if my text was received, and his wife kindly responded immediately to assure me I was on the schedule. When he arrived he greeted me kindly, I showed him to the bathroom with the drain issues, and he did his best to try using his metal snake machine to get through the old drains of the house from the side of the outside of the house to try to save on money. Unfortunately while he did his best, the drains were not unclogging so the toilet did need to be removed and he needed to bring his snake machine into the house to unclog the situation and that was $375. He then noticed that the shower drain was also pretty clogged up so he asked if I wanted to go ahead and have him unclog that one too and he would give me a discount so the whole total ended up being $400. The job took over 2 hours which was longer than he anticipated but he stuck around to get it done. I thank him for his kind help. I kind of wished that he brought his own towels or cleaning items to help clean the mess in the bathroom afterwards but I don't know if it is customary for that to be part of the job so I just hired a cleaner to come in to help clean and sanitize the bathroom from all the mud, dirt and sewage stuff that came out of the drains which splashed around the walls and floors. Anyway, Mandel loves his job and I was thankful for his prompt and honest assistance.

Rocket Plumbing to the rescue!  We arrived home from a trip late at night Thanksgiving week only to find no hot water and a flooded basement.  I immediately began trying to find a plumber to help us and was so desperate that I finally called one of the big companies we had used before and not liked.  Then, early the next morning, having misgivings about that, I found Rocket Plumbing on Yelp, read the reviews, and called them.  Chris said he could get Sam out by late morning.  I sent him pictures of the basement area and cancelled the other plumber, crossing my fingers that Rocket was as good as its Yelp reviews.  It was.   Chris followed up by phone several times before and after Sam arrived around 11:30 a.m.  It was a long day, but we got the basement pumped out and a new water heater installed.  Needless to say, we were delighted, as we had been thinking we might have to move to a hotel room for the night if we still had no hot water and no heat.  (Yep, the furnace was down in that basement as well.)  This was highly professional, very considerate service with no up selling.  Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend new generation plumbing. They have excellent communication and their service was great.

Needed to have a pressure relief valve installed and found Z&H.  While there are so many stellar reviews, I really needed to see this for myself.

When I sent a message via Yelp for a quote, it amazing to get a reply from Zorro so quickly.  It was late in the evening and while most companies are closed, he's working!  Got the quote and set up the appointment.  Later when my tenants requested a different time, Zorro  worked with us on that too.

Zorro arrived on time and immediately got things rolling. He was able to quickly turn off water to each unit with his height and reach advantage (it would've taken others a ladder and additional time to access).  There had been some lingering residual water in the system in which Zorro located and released.  Once that was cleared, the pressure relief valve was installed quickly and professionally.  

He made sure all units had their water turned back on and once everything wrapped, I got my email receipt on the spot.  

Thank you Yelpers, indeed Zorro came through bigtime. The reviews are true and I will definitely have him come back when we're ready for the tankless water heaters.

I highly recommend flood brothers! They respond very quickly, I had the pleasure of having Giulio come out to my home he showed up on time was very polite and got the job done quickly, he was very professional & was able to take care of the plumbing!

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Tony came to the rescue! He did a great job and was so easy to work with. We would definitely call him again!

I found 911 plumbing on YELP and after reading their reviews I figured I would give them a try.  At this point I was already a REALLY BAD plumbing experiences in so how much worse could it get.  My shower faucet was leaking and my regular handyman recommended a plumber he worked with.    Plumber came out and told me that in order to fix the problem which was in the wall he needed to replace the turn knob. Well, three expensive new moen knobs later (2 months after the initial problem, the knob replacements were literally snapping off), I had resorted to using a wrench to turn my shower on and off.  The plumber kept telling me that my husband was too strong and that's why the new knobs he was installing were literally breaking off.  Hmmmm...

So 911 to the rescue.  Greg and another guy (forgot name) came out.  Super professional and explained everything they did.  Discussed options and prices.  Turns out the first plumber had made things worse rather than better.   The problem was not my husband's strength nor the knobs but the way the piping had been fixed in the wall.  It's now been almost a year since 911 completed the job and no problems with the shower or knob.  I was super happy but didn't write a yelp review.  UNTIL NOW a year later... when I needed 911 again.  

I had a leak in my front yard and needed to turn off water to my entire house.  Called 911 plumbing who scheduled to come out.  In the meantime, my husband figured out that the water leak was related the sprinkler system (not main water line) and that valve could be turned off separately.  I called 911 plumbing back to explain what had happened and Greg was super honest with me.  He said that sprinkler systems can usually be fixed by gardeners at cheaper rates.  WOW. What plumber guides someone to get a better deal elsewhere.  911 does because they are honest people.  I own my home so I am sure I will have plumbing needs again and 911 is the only people I will call.  Thanks guys !!

Had a water heater issue - made loud motor-like noise when hot water turned on.  Called home warranty company American Home Shield (AHS), they then put me in contact with their contracted plumber, Bear Plumbing.  Bear told me the water heater had a leak, needed to be replaced, and that more than a few other items were needed and/or needed to be brought to code.  Bear turns off the hot water as they say it is dangerous to have it on.  Bear tells me AHS will contact me re approval.  The next day AHS calls to let me know they will cover the water heater at $406.41; AHS does not cover the additional items which total $960!  I do some researching, made phone calls back and forth with Bear and AHS, and after 1 week without hot water, decide to get a 2nd opinion.  I  called American Drain Works and Plumbing.  Carmen, the woman in the office took detailed notes and scheduled appointment for the next day.  Connie comes to check out water heater and before I get to the house to meet her, she calls me to  inform me that the water heater is under warranty.  She calls the water heater manufacturer and is told that the water heater is under recall and the manufacturer will take care of parts and labor through their service provider.  Connie then calls the service provider and we schedule the appointment for the repair work!  I asked Connie about the additional parts Bear said was needed.  Not true!  Asked Connie about water heater leak Bear wrote on their report.  No leak!  What a scam!  I am so happy I met Connie.  She is well informed, took the time to answer my questions, and called the service company for me!  And she didn't charge me.  I trust Connie.  I definitely will call her for any future plumbing work and have already referred one of my friends to her.
