These guys are the real deal!!!! Reliable, honest, responsive, clean, Covid conscious and just wonderful..... They told us what was broken and why and what was okay and why. I will never use another plumber again. Thank y'all at real plumbers for being so helpful, kind and decent in a world that's generally gone mad.

A-1 came on time when we scheduled, which is already a huge differentiator compared to most plumbers these days. I understand most of them have more business than they can handle but there are so many who flake and never show up or stop responding. Max is a nice guy, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Very reasonable pricing also. Did a nice job installing our new Duravit toilet. Took about 4 hours and he cleaned up after himself nicely.

Michael, came out to fix a backed up toilet, he was very friendly and on top of it very efficient. I would recommend Michael and Flood Bros for your next plumbing needs.

I had a water leak after a demolition of our bathroom shower. It was Friday night (630pm) and I was in a bind. Attempting to fix the plumbing leak myself, I failed miserably. It was still leaking, but not as bad. Moses was the plumber that came to my house during my emergency. There's more to the story, but he fixed our plumbing leak.

To the owner of Charlies Sewer and Drain, Moses was professional, did a an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, and also showed an amateur handyman some neat tricks about copper piping and certain code requirements. He noticed my small demo project and gave me a few pointers. It turned out that the main plumbing leak I had was caused by the last contractor. They didn't put a metal backing plate, and drywall screws were hitting the copper pipe. Anyway thanks guys!

I called Alberto about some plumbing issues.  He came promptly, arrived on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate.  The next day he fixed the problem, again arriving on time, and did a great job.  I had a small issue with a fitting that needed to be turned 90 degrees and he came by and fixed it the next day.  I gotta give him two thumbs up.  He came out, fixed the issue and was a great communicator.  Did exactly what he promised.  Would highly recommend and will use again if I have a plumbing issue

30 days after Chris answered to my emergency call last time, I brought him back to remove the osmosis water system and dishwasher in my kitchen. There were always unexpected issues with the old worn pipes in my unit, Chris got enough tricks to deal with them, including soldering an extension tube which connects the stop valve. Thanks to his work, the flooding risk in my kitchen is minimized as much as possible.

I had a leaky drain/garbage disposal under my sink and called for help around 10am. I had someone at my house within 2 hours. Sean helped me out and was polite, courteous, and quick. He assessed the problem and was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I made sure to save their info for next time - feels great to finally have a plumber to call that I trust. 10/10

I highly recommend Victor. I had been told by another plumber that my water pressure was way too high and he estimated it would cost $2,000 to fix the regulator. A friend referred me to Victor for a second opinion. Victor was prompt, professional and very honest. He checked my water pressure both inside and outside the house and reported that my pressure was absolutely fine. The first guy had been unscrupulous. Not only did Victor save me $2,000, but I now have a new plumber.

Mike from Hermes Plumbing came by just now to fix a hot water issue, checked out everything and made really constructive suggestions.
He was fast, professional and I didn't feel pressured or that he was suggesting things that I didn't need.
Was not expensive either!
Totally great value and am going to use him for follow up work.  If you are in the LA area use them!

I would highly recommend Rapid Action rooter. The company name stands behind the service. Mandel responded to my online inquiry within minutes and was at my house within 45 min of our phone consultation. Problem resolved with no problem!!

Seriously, don't look any further. Chris responded promptly to my call. He was on time, having put in a courtesy call in advance of the appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not an easy call but the right step to save us an unnecessary exploratory expense. It was a leak in our living room ceiling we thought was coming from our upstairs bathroom. That according to another plumber who wanted to charge us $5000. Chris said, no -- and was right. Iit was a wall pipe in the ceiling. He cut out two areas of drywall. Removed the cracked pipe and replaced it.  And the rodent droppings.  He was smart, extremely efficient, and very courteous. And his cost was super fair. Best experience ever with a plumber.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Most plumbers were booked up until after New Year's. This company sent someone out the very next morning. They were on time, Covid safe, and very polite. The estimate was reasonable, and then they were able to schedule the very next day after we secured the parts we needed. They arrived early and completed the work very well. They also gave us advice on how to better protect our water filter from the sun. Very helpful and professional.

Zorro got back to me right away, came over and gave me a free assessment of my plumbing issues and told me exactly what was wrong, quoted me a price and came back the next day to fix.

I liked that he wore little slippers over his shoes in order to keep my floors cleaner.

I only wish I could give more stars!!  Our hot water heater began spewing hot water in the middle of the night!!  We called at least a dozen emergency plumbing services, and the majority didn't answer, and the ones that did answer said that we would be receiving a call back but never did.  And then we called FLOOD BROTHERS and were transferred to Brandon immediately.  He didn't have the parts on hand but was able to talk us through the process and called first thing in the morning to follow up.  He was in constant communication during this stressful situation.  I will recommend Brandon with Flood Brother's to anyone and save the time calling anyone else!

Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. I will be going back to Sergio for all my plumbing needs in the future. It's hard to find reliable people.

After attempting to reach several plumbers, I happen to reach Connie at American Drain Works.  She was a delight!  We have a very old home with lots of plumbing problems and Connie and her team were able to take of our problem.  My husband, who is not easily impressed, was totally impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and skill.  We have found our go to plumber for any future needs.  Connie and her team have been by far the best in service, price and professionalism.
