Great service!  They responded quickly to my request to install a new hot water heater and arrived/finished on time.  Friendly and professional - highly recommended!

I called Real Plumers at 8am this morning begging for a same-day appointment and Jose was able to squeeze me in to his schedule to take a look at a leak in my kitchen sink. He and his team were on time, extremely sweet, honest, and super knowledgeable. My entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to a crack and they got the part and fixed it within the hour.

I reached out to A-1 for an estimate to upgrade my water heater. After some minor phone tag, I finally was able to connect with Max. He was informative, helpful, and very professional. I ended up not doing the upgrade, but would definitely recommend reaching out to Max if you are considering a water heater upgrade.

Giulio was great. I heard back from him within a few minutes of calling the office, and he explained possible options on the phone for my clogged toilet. We made an appointment for that same morning. He arrived on time, masked up for Covid safety. Giulio fixed the toilet in no time and left me with a functioning toilet and a clean bathroom. Great service. Thank you!

Needed a new water heater same day and New Pro came through in the clutch. Water heater purchased, delivered and installed all same day with whole process starting at 4pm and lasted into the night. Area left clean and tidy following install and was all in all a fairly seem less experience. Fulfilled my new water heater needs for sure.

Victor was prompt and showed up within a half hour after I called SAME DAY APPOINTMENT.  He did the job fast and he did such an efficient job I actually am calling him back to so some other plumbing work for my dryer next week.  Highly recommended.

I will not be using Rocket plumbing again and I caution other people to just dive in with them before getting everything straight.

2 stars for being able to diagnose a problem and quick response.  I worked with a plumber named Chris.  He was courteous but I was not very appreciative of the he handled business.  Pricing changed at least 4 times in the process because he just had to keep adding things on and at the very end, he stripped the shower handle. He then mentioned that it's old and that he could go buy one and install it and charge me for it.  What about the handle he removed 2 times and it was still fine until the very last isntall?  What about how he got sick of trying to fix it and just told me it is done so he could collect a check?  Good thing I checked his work before he left. The handle was not even secured and with 1 touch it would fall off. He then looked irritated when I called him out on his mistake and fiddled a bit and said sorry he couldn't do anything.  Oh at the cartidge costs another $25....so that $25 coupon on our website? yeah it basically is false because we can arbitrarily raise the price on actual hardware after you already signed a contract with us.  Perhaps it was a coincidence, but between trying to slither away after ruining the shower handle without telling me, and then cancelling out the coupon by showing up telling me that the price changed after i spoke with you 3 times that day on the phone made me feel like I should warn people.

Again, constant price changes, fix one problem while creating another, and lying about what occurred.  And lastly, when I complained, he had the gall to say I should have quoted you $20-40 more for a cartridge replacement to begin with.

I had Jacinto show up to clear a drain and tub as well as adjusting the toilet flapper and shower head. He did an efficient job, and I felt the price was fair. The office was great at communicating. It was a minor job that I didn't want to get worse. I'd call them again when needed.

Fantastic!  Spoke to Zorro and he was able to get his team George and John (no Ringo or Paul but good enough...) here right away which was extremely great as it is an airbnb rental and we lost hot water.  They fixed it promptly and easily, no fuss.  Good price, I'd totally use them again.  Plus Z explained to me what my options were and what I could hope for to worse case scenario -- a lot of contractors will not get into that over the phone and I really appreciated that he did.

Good swift communication. Really prompt and helpful. Great advice and reasonably priced though not what was originally quoted. I'm happy with the work.

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! He resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, was professional in his conduct, and was COVID-ready and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone in the LA/Beach Cities area. Mike and Greg are two of the kindest and honest people I've meet! I had two plumbers come to my house before I called 911. I was quoted $250-$600 with a plus or minus of 5 days to complete the job.

I was convinced that the problem was much more minor than I was being told. Mike, Jack, George and Greg were able to resolve the issue and since I didn't actually need any parts, they only charged me the service fee.

Highly recommended!!

I hope Connie isn't mad for our review being so late!  Connie and Lalo deserve all the kudos they're getting; they are the real deal.  A few months ago, my wife, Kristen, and I bought our 1930s home in Inglewood knowing full well the original cast iron pipes needed to be replaced.  We had one company come out who gave a quote, but mysteriously some of the things the service guy said would be covered wasn't in the agreement, hmmm...We pulled the ripcord on them and reached out to Connie; her reviews were great and we respect a female-owned company in what seems to be predominantly a male industry.  Well, Kristen and I could not have been more happy with our decision.  What stood out right away was COMMUNICATION.  After Lalo inspected the pipes, Connie literally sat us down and did a drawing of our pipe system and explained where the weak spots were and what she was going to do and how much it cost.  Blown. Away.  No technical jargon, just a complete plan of what needed to be done.  And a great price as well!  Connie is a no bull person, her and Lalo get the job done, and they're nice people, too!
