Real Plumbers went above and beyond to solve our plumbing issue. They turned a worn out pipe and pressure regulator valve into a work of art at a fair price! It's good to know we found a plumber that we can trust. Thank you!

We had a challenging issue with our plumbing that included excavating and replacing our waste line in our home, as well as replacing the lines for two of our toilets. Josh and his crew came out to our home quickly and professionally replaced all the plumbing lines. I appreciated their attention to detail, quality work, and cleanliness.
I have found our new plumber for life!
Hire them, they're great.

I requested a quote from Max because of all the 5 star reviews. For a toilet replacement. Everything included. He got back to me within 20 ~ 30 minutes with a very reasonable quote. I asked some clarification questions and he answered them. Because the quote was within the bounds of what I expected, I went with his quote and booked him. When Max arrived he had everything he needed to replace my toilet. He was literally in and out in one hour and fifteen minutes. Amazing. Love my new toilet (his recommendation)! Yes, Max is worth getting a quote from and hiring to do your plumbing job!

Flood Brothers were great! They were super responsive over the phone and by email. They had a cancellation so were able to fit me in same day. Tracy was friendly and had the toilet unclogged within a few minutes. Highly recommend!

We usually call Charlie's Rooter whenever we need plumbing services. They always respond quickly, perform professional services effectively, and quote reasonable prices. Today, we had a loose faucet tightened and reduced water flow diagnosed by Luis, who was very friendly and efficient. We will continue to call Charlie's first whenever we have a plumbing need.

These guys are A+ professional. Did everything by the book. Cleaned up after themselves. Pulled the permits and passed inspection. Fair price. Solid work

Christopher is knowledgeable, professional and humble! My kitchen was clogged and I initially had another rooter company to fix. After one hour of trying, they couldn't figure out the issue and left my p-trap loose and leaking. After such a horrible experience, I called Christopher and he came the next day morning. Christopher did all the inspection and found the root cause and gave me a fair price. After replacing the clogged and corroded galvanized pipe with ABS pipe, the water went through! What a life saver during this stressful Covid 19 situation! I would highly recommend Chris's plumbing service!

Kudos to Joe and his team for a re-pipe of our house. I called Rockstar on a Monday morning, and the dispatcher scheduled an appointment for that same morning. The galvanized pipes under the house were cracked, causing a backup from the master toilet to the bathtub. Because of my wife's poor health condition and her 24 hour nurses, it was crucial that the job be done correctly and quickly. Joe and his team knocked off the entire house re-pipe job in just one day. A week later, our other toilet began to leak, and Joe was out the next day and corrected the problem at no charge. He was even nice enough to help fix a broken cabinet that had come off the hinges in our kitchen! I highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing to anyone needing quality plumbing work done to their homes. They not only call themselves Rockstar, they ARE rock stars in work quality and ingenuity. You rock, Joe!

Victor and his crew are top of the line experts, we had a 30ft main drain lining done, they were thorough and quick to bring us up to speed on the needs of our main sewer line and the precise order of the execution of the work. He is very responsive and quick to call you back. We would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. A total professional..that we would recommend for all your plumbing needs.

I had a leaking tap for days and Mike and his coworker came to do the job. They were complete pros, called ahead, were on time, cleaned up after themselves and frankly did an immaculate job. I've used a lot of plumbers in the past and these guys were in a class of their own. Furthermore a secondary issue arose which could not have been spotted after they had left. I called Mike and without hesitation he came back and fixed it the next day. Now that's real customer service! I recommend them without hesitation and will keep their card on my fridge.

Mandel (owner) is the best. He responded to my message right away, talked to me about my problem and actually tried to help me find a less expensive alternative. At the end of the day, I ended up going with the more expensive route because that best suited my needs at this time. Kelly came in and got the job done efficiently and for a reasonable price. In addition, he wore a mask during the whole process. I would definitely use Rapid Action Rooter again.

I had a great experience with Rocket Plumbing. My kitchen sink was backed up big time. Sam came out and worked his butt off until he was able to unclog the pipe. Then, he graciously helped me clean the kitchen, which had become quite a mess.
Overall, I was very happy with my experience and would highly recommend Rocket Plumbing.

I have used ZH Plumbing as a subcontractor over the years and for personal service, Zoro and his crew of plumbers have exceeded my expectations as a customer service oriented company, always on time, professional, honest and best of all competitively priced.

Good swift communication. Really prompt and helpful. Great advice and reasonably priced though not what was originally quoted. I'm happy with the work.

The situation: I am a helpless renter, and my water heater pilot light went out. Disaster! (First world disaster, at least) I have no idea how to fix this. It's a rainy Saturday night and I'm outside, in the rain, in the dark, reading the instructions on the side of the water heater trying to get it fixed. I don't know what I'm doing and there are spiders surrounding me and of course I can't get it lit. I also can't reach my landlord but I decide to call around and see if anyone is available to come help me.
I called 911 Plumbing and George answered. I explained what was happening (I left out the spiders though, didn't want to seem too weak) and he said he could come out for sure. I said I would have to talk to my landlord first to make sure it was ok to call him out.
George said he can almost always fix any water heater with the universal parts he brings, but it's not certain. He advised that I take a picture of my water heater and send it to him, so he could confirm that he can fix it before he comes out and wastes anyone's money. Very nice, I thought.
I sent him the photos and he said it looked like he could fix it, and to let him know if my landlord called me back.
A half hour later, I let George know that my landlord was still MIA and thanks for the help, but don't worry about it. George called me back and tried to walk me through lighting the water heater. I failed and again said thanks for the help, thinking that would be the end of his kind help.
He then sent me a video of himself lighting a similar water heater, explaining what I might be doing wrong.
I then sent HIM a video of what I was doing to light it, obviously wrongly because it wasn't working.
He texted me that he was going home as he has the same water heater as I do, and he would get there in about 30 minutes and send me a video of how to light my exact water heater. !!!!!
At this point I felt a little bad and a little stupid, he was obviously going above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Also lighting a water heater should be simple right?? Apparently not.
He sent me a video of himself lighting my exact water heater, and I went outside and followed his video and I succeeded.
Conclusion: I have hot water, and I am happy. I am so impressed with George's helpfulness, which was amazing and unprecedented. He spent well over an hour helping me (for free!!)

I've now used American Drain Works twice. Both times they were extremely professional and easy to work with. The team at HQ handles your requests with white glove treatment. The team that comes out to your house is always very punctual, communicative and knowledgeable. This past time we have Lalo come out to replace a shower cartridge and he did a wonderful job!!!
