I discovered these wonderful guys when another plumber tried to rip me off with a whole story about how I had to replace this that and the other - - to the tune of thousands of dollars. In desperation, I started looking on the internet and found Eddie and Warren through yelp. I called in the evening (I had no water and they came over that night and fixed everything for under $200). They are AWESOME and have my gratitude and respect for being honest and caring.

Max came on a Saturday to install a new faucet replacing a leak that necessitated shutting off the main water supply to the house. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Would definitely use him again.

My technician was Brendan and he was great! Will 100% use again. Everything from calling and booking the appointment to Brendan actually coming out went smooth, and in the end solved the problem! 5 star service for sure

Just had your technician Luis over to address multiple clogs in my unit. Have to say, very professional and efficient, and in the middle of this coronavirus mess he was extremely careful to use gloves and feet coverings to avoid any potential contamination! He also gave me valuable advice on the status of my drains and will be using this company again when the time comes to replace my corroding pipes. This is my second time using this service.
The main pipe going to my apartment was clogged under the ground.  Tree roots were overgrown and clogged the pipe.
It was an urgent matter.
I called Alberto and left a message on a Sunday around dinner time.  
He returned my call quickly and sent out one of his plumbers who arrived 30 min later.  It was fixed in an hour

Chris recently did a repair in my building involving shutting off the water for the building. I requested that he come up afterwards to check the water pressure in my kitchen faucet which had been dwindling. He showed up after he was finished and tested all my faucets.  He affirmed that my kitchen faucet was old and did not have proper filtration. It had never worked very well. I waited until after the holidays to contact his office. Darcy was extremely polite and knowledgeable and scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace my faucet. Chris called me the next morning to inform me that he would be a bit late as he had to purchase a new faucet. He arrived within the new timeframe with a beautiful state of the art faucet. He is very nice and thorough and made sure that I was satisfied with my new faucet. This is a very honest company and not overpriced. Highly recommend.

Wow, okay so this review is overdue. Nothing but the highest praise for these  guys. I have used them  before and always had the good luck to have Josh. The first time was for a water heater that was acting up but then worked when he arrived (typical!) for which he didn't charge me a cent.

However since I had him there, I did ask to get a tap fixed and a leaking faucet in the garden.

The review is mainly for the emergency work that they saved me on. At about 2pm in the afternoon, I was putting the trash bins outside and heard the sound of water running through my pipe outside. That's pretty normal whenever someone is taking a shower, the washing machine is going or the garden is being watered. However, non of the above was happening so I was a little worried.

On entering the house I could hear water running through the pipes. I checked the washing machine/dishwater/toilets etc etc. None of them were running. Still hear water.

Getting worried I listen at the walls and find it's loudest in the master bedroom/bathroom wall. I decide to do a circuit of my house to find water starting to pour out from under my crawl space.

I shut the water at the mains off and call Rockstar. I got super lucky. The very nice lady on the phone said that Josh would be there in 30 mins and he was.

Always polite, punctual and professional, he crawled through the mudpool under my house to assess the situation. Turns out that a PEX pipe had exploded in the wall in the bathroom and had soaked the wall, the insulation and under the floor of the bedroom.

He advised immediately that I needed a mitigation company and even had one that he had used multiple times. He got them to call me and they were out 40 mins after they called me.

In the meantime, Josh is doing repairs and going back and forth to get the parts needed and getting our water back on.

TLDR: Cannot recommend them enough. They are not the cheapest but they provide 5 start quality work and stand by any fixes that are needed. Communication is always fast and very pleasant. There is no pressure at all and they never try and upsell.

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

I called Mandel after our hot water heater flooded the garage.  He answered quickly and was very helpful/knowledgeable in explaining the issue and options.  He shows great pride in his work and I wish there were more business owners like him.

I own a six unit older 50-year-old building.. been having a lot of trouble lately with backups.. I usually do it myself but it just got to the point where I knew I needed to bring somebody in.. I had met Chris down the street one day got his card had him come over he did what I would have done but the difference is I would have thought it was fixed.. well yeah it was definitely draining well because the pipes are broken they were so old.. thank God he was there because could you imagine how long feces and all that good stuff would have been going underneath my building before we realized it.. oh my God he saved me! Very knowledgeable /lifetime of experience!  Actually I did some scouting and there's a lot of stuff that I need to do so I'm definitely going to be calling them into give me a bid because I am 100% satisfied and happy! Not only that it's Labor Day weekend and not that should matter but I'm a union worker and I just appreciate it!  Chris thank you so much I look forward to working with you in the future. I had been having trouble finding a good plumber but now I have! Phillip was efficient and communicative. Great experience and I will definitely use them again!

Our condo had a backed up line on a Sunday. We had called adeedo and they didn't pick up. So we tried roto rooter and they said it was going to be $750 to snake the toile!
We called sal and his guys were there in an hour and it costs us $120! These guys are my go to from now on.

Today was my lucky day--both toilets in my 2-bathroom condo stopped flushing properly on the same day!  After waiting in vain for a call back from my regular plumber all day, in the afternoon I called 911 Plumbing because of their good Yelp reviews.  Kathy told me they'd have someone at my place between 5 and 8 p.m., and Kevin arrived around 5:30 (not at 8 or later!).  He diagnosed both problems immediately, had all the parts on hand, and by 6:20 he had fixed everything.  911 Plumbing will be my regular plumber from now on.
