Had an old water heater that was leaking. They responded quick, showed up same day and had everything done quickly. Mike was super nice and even solved the mystery of a bathtub that wasn't getting as hot as the shower. Would definitely recommend

It has been about 10 years since I last needed a plumber. I had a great one but he retired. I used Yelp to find a recommended new one. I was not disappointed. I chose plumber to the rescue. They had a number of positive reviews. I was going to use Mike diamond but upon seeing their poor rating chose otherwise.
Mathew is the tech who responded. He was young and eager to satisfy. He knew his job and was quick, clean and very helpful. My main line was clear and operational again in just a few minutes.
I would not think twice about recommending plumber to the rescue due to Mathews outstanding performance.

I called them out to do several minor plumbing jobs. The initial estimate was way too high. I had them do the one job that was reasonably priced. The next day I got an unsolicited call from a manager who heard about my complaint. He asked what the company could do to make things right. He told me that the technician who originally came out was new and did not understand the pricing schedules. He then offered to do the rest of the work at no charge to make up for the problem. The work was promptly scheduled and completed. The new technician was more experienced and completed the work professionally and quickly. I asked the pricing on some additional work and was given a very reasonable estimate. I am very happy with the experience.

If you are looking for a quality lumber that will provide you with information and knowledge to make the best decision about what you do or do not need, Charlie and his team are the plumbers for you.  They were great availability, punctual, came out a provided an itemized estimate, scheduled the service quickly, fixed the problems until all issues were resolved and even mopped the floor on their way out.  I would 100% use Charlie's Rooter Service again and recommend them to others as well!

Backstory:
Drain for my washing machine was spouting water like a geysers on to my wood floor instead of draining.  Thank goodness I was home to clean it before any damage.

Called a plumber that was a casual friend of my husband.  Took several hours for them to figure out the issue.  Had to come out the next day with a bigger team, and then spent 2 hours assessing and gave me a quote that took my breath away (in a bad way).  

Enter me crying to my best friend about the issue and prospect for having to go weeks without a washer until we could afford to get the issue fixed.  She recommended Charlie's Rooter Service!  

Am so thankful she did.  Charlie and this team were efficient and honest, the quote only took about 20 minutes (vs. hours).  Quote was itemized and Charlie was able to quickly and simply explain each part of job.

Work is now complete and it was better than it was before.  Would highly recommend Charlie's Rooter Service to anyone who wants an expert level plumber with fair pricing, and none of those scare tactics.

Really happy and satisfied that I found Alberto. I had a wobbly toilet that had a broken seal. Called Alberto and texted him a few pictures of the situation. Quoted me some very reasonable prices depending on what he found after lifting the toilet. He came out within a few hours. He and one of his guys got to work and completed the job very well. They were also immaculate in clean-up and doing all the finishing touches like the caulking nicely. I really recommend Saucedo Plumbing and will go with them for any future plumbing needs!

Recently we had Chris from ACE Plumbing come over to replace a shower head in the master bathroom. It was a nice experience. Chris was honest, reliable, well experienced and patient. The price was very reasonable too. While Chris was scheduled to arrive in the 12noon-2pm window, I received a call from Darcy shortly after 1 pm to tell that Chris would be at our house close to 2 pm (still very much within the time window!) because the project ahead of ours was a bit more demanding than expected. What a courteous team and professional services!

so glad they sent Chris to fix this.  I would give 10 stars if I could.  I had the gas company turn off my gas and red tag my lines.  my home warranty sent out 2 plumbers incapable of fixing it.  so I called  Rockstar.  not only did they recommend and send a great leak detection guy, but after 8 days of no gas (no water heater, No stove, no hot showers, no hot water for laundry, no gas dryer....)  they had it fixed in one day.  Chris was my go to guy and went above and beyond.  He even recommended another repair that they did right away.   so grateful I found them.  I had other companies that wanted to replace all the pipes under my house for 3x the price.

Miguel was very professional. Finding trustworthy people to work in your home can be difficult. I highly recommend New Pro Plumbing as well as Miguel. I would call them in a heartbeat if I ever had another plumbing issue.

Needed a plumber for some sink and shower issues. I saw all the good reviews on Yelp for Victor, so I knew I probably wouldn't be disappointed. Decided to give him a call, after texting for two days (he's busy), he stopped by and was able to fix the issues I had and gave advice to prevent them from happening again. His prices were also very competitive so I'm happy. Out of the 4 plumbers that I called, I decided to go with Victor, and I'm glad I did.

They came out on a Saturday morning in a matter of hours and completely solved our backed up sewer problem at a totally reasonable cost. They recommended some maintenance down the line, which I was ready to do right then, but they were so honest that I should wait to see if I even needed it. So far so good. All the stars for this business!

Mandel sent his team out (contracted with Right Time Rooter and Plumbing) to replace and relocate my hot water heater outside.  Anthony and his guys showed up on time and did a great job.  There was a minor issue that caused the pilot light to go out and he offered to come by that evening.  I didn't want to disturb his evening so he came out the first thing the next morning and everything's been fine ever since.  They also wore masks which is a plus in my book.

We had a clogged kitchen drain and were heading on vacation.  I called Rocket and they were able to send Jose right away.  Jose was so fast and considerate.  I'm really happy with the work and how fast my issue was addressed.

I have a second review already for New Generation Plumbing. Since my last experience was so good, when I heard a hissing sound in an outside water line that runs to a sprinkler I called and Jose came out and explained the 2 options for replacing the line. He gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled the work.
A few days later Fernando and Luis arrived on time and got the job done. They were very professional and listened to my concerns about how the new pipe would be set up. They really listened and changed the plan slightly based on my concerns. The job was done very well with attention to detail and the work area was completely cleaned up before they left. I recommend New Generation Plumbing for their plumbing skills, their communications, their attention to detail and their customer service. The scheduling and billing office personnel are very nice to work with as well!

I needed 2 water heaters that needed to be replaced soon in my duplex. Zorro texted a quote and arranged to have install the next day.
What can I say? These guys were clean, professional, efficient, and fast! They hauled away the old water heaters too!

it was 7pm on a friday night and my house that i just moved in to decided to start flooding from all the toilets. in a panic i jumped on yelp to find a plumbing company.  side note: i haven't had the best experience with some past contractors the year and was nervous of this entire process. (im a new home owner).  anyways within an hour they had sent someone out to take a look at my house.  to make a very long story short... my pipes were backed up and my sewage pipe leading to the street was cracked and roots growing everywhere. I was panicked.  it ended up taking 3 days to complete, Jerry was with me along thew ay even speaking with my step dad about the work and payment breakdown. He was really patient and professional with me. Explaining everything and showing me along the way.  They had to dig up my front yard to replace an entire piping system.. but when i say after its like nothing ever happened I mean it. Im shocked that my grass was put back down so perfectly its like no one ever had to dig it up.  each person that was sent out to my house wa extremely professional and nice.  I was pretty sick during this entire weekend as well.  flooding was the last thing i needed.  

I know its silly to say but I even saved them in my phone. They will be my go to plumbers and will 100% refer them to anyone else in need of emergency or just plumbing repair.

We had a sink clogged today and it was hard to find a plumber on the weekend. Joe from Sal's plumbing was very responsive and sent someone within an hour. Thomas was the plumber who came over and he was on time and very helpful. He plunged the sink and it got fixed immediately. The clog seemed to only be in the pop up assembly.He didn't need to run the snake so he didn't charge us at all. We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much!

We had a plumbing emergency at a rental property we own at 10:30 on a Sunday night.  Our regular trusted plumber was not available, so I took the advice of the reviews here and called 911.  Not only did an actual person answer the phone, but he said they could have someone there within an hour.  He also quoted a very clear and very reasonable price. Then he called back 5 minutes later to say they'd be there in 15 minutes...and they were.  As it turns out, the guys who showed up weren't able to solve the problem at that time (through no fault of theirs), and they weren't going to be available to perform the next level of service until noon the next day (after my usual plumbers were available again), so I didn't wind up using 911 for the next steps.  They did, however, nicely discount the initial service call and offered to deduct that amount from the rest of the work if I decided later to have them come back.  I was very impressed overall.  Completely courteous, professional service from start to finish.  They will definitely go on my list to recommend and call again.

I've now used American Drain Works twice. Both times they were extremely professional and easy to work with. The team at HQ handles your requests with white glove treatment. The team that comes out to your house is always very punctual, communicative and knowledgeable. This past time we have Lalo come out to replace a shower cartridge and he did a wonderful job!!!
