Our downstairs bathroom plumbing backed up and flooded into our garage. We tried calling our regular plumbing company but they didn't respond, so we called Rockstar Plumbing. They came right away. Christian was kind, patient, and super helpful in cleaning out the water and dealing with whatever might have caused the backup. He was patient with me and my family as we asked a million questions as to what the issue was and how to fix it from happening again. He was professional and honest which made the process easier to deal with.

My mother-in-law had a leak in her bathroom that was seeping into the bedroom. Victor arrived the day I called, when he said he would, he accurately diagnosed the root cause, and he fixed it. He called me when he was there and spent a good amount of time with me on the phone addressing all my questions--and I ask a lot of questions. It's rare to find people to do even the basics in SoCal when it comes to good customer service, but Victor is someone who clearly takes pride in his company, doing the best job, and making sure the customer is happy at the end of it.

Hermes is literally the BEST!! I lost a very valuable family ring down my sink drain, and called them in a panic in the middle of the night. They picked up immediately and told me not to lose hope. They were able to come the following afternoon and they rescued my ring!! I am endlessly thankful and they are very very efficient and kind. Thank you guys again!

My sink was backing up and my garbage disposal wasn't working. The plumbers came and got it to work again, but noted the disposal was rusted/aging. I appreciated being given the chance to choose whether they replaced it or not, and in the end I decided to have them do it. I asked them to fix one other thing while they were at it, and they were kind to add it on. I also appreciated how the men handled my over-eager dog, who kept trying to join them. Overall, a great experience.

I had to replace my leaking water heater and Z & H came over promptly and installed it in a couple of hours.  They also saved me the hassle of disposing the old water heater and the box it came in and cleaned up debris from the install.  I had some additional questions about the water heater afterward and they were still helpful and responsive.  I'm very happy with their service.

Best price I could find for the work we needed done. They where able to come in on a weekend and give me a quote to fix our water heater. Great service, called and had an appointment within days. Had an estimate right up front to fix a clogged sink and Vic Bezatyan was excellent at getting it fixed. He even fixed a leak we were having with the sink as well free of charge. Quick and on time, will definitely be using them again!
