Did a good job installing a tankless water heater for us; was super clear on the phone what it would all entail, knew the model that was needed to get a rebate, etc.
Our water heater broke so we were looking to get it done quickly, and they made themselves available the next very day. They wore masks, nice guys, did maintenance on our other tankless. All good on the install and maintenance.
A few months later our shower faucet in our main bath quit. Called Rishon to get it fixed, they came out to assess what was needed, did all the ordering of parts, and came to do the install the minute parts arrived.
Everything working great, they followed up both times the next day to ensure everything was working as expected, and you really do get the sense they care about you as a customer.
Will definitely be my go-to plumber going forward!

I had a leaky water heater and called Real Plumbers.  Jose promptly returned my call, came out to look at my heater the same day, gave me a quote, and returned two days later with a new heater, installed it and took away the old one.  I definitely plan to call him again with any future plumbing issues.

These guys were awesome.  The bidding process was simple and clear.  They came at the time they promised, and worked effectively until it was finished, at which time they left the place clean.  During the process, Warren kept me in touch with everything we encountered, because this job involved some factors that were unknown until we started digging.  Compared to other plumbing services I've used My Plumbing Doctor stands out.

Had a main line back up and called Charlie's Rooter Service because of their great Yelp reviews. The call was placed in evening, well after normal business hours. Within 30 minutes, Louis was at our home ready to diagnose the problem. Louis was very knowledgeable and isolated the backup to the upstairs toilet and started to work on the issue. At this point he could have easily told me that the best and correct way to resolve the issue was to remove the toilet and snake the line, which of course means more money. And that would have been the logical recommendation and I was prepared to pay the higher rate. Instead Louis attempted to manually snake the line through the toilet. After several attempts he got through and cleared the obstacle causing the back up. I'm appreciative of his efforts to fix the problem while at the same time attempting to keep the cost down. The extra effort shows honesty and integrity to your profession. He was not there to take advantage of a situation and gouge us, he was there to fix the problem. I highly recommend Charlie's Rooter Service and when you call them, ask for Louis. He was fantastic!

Our water heater went out on a Saturday night. We tried the landlord and he had us go first with the gas company. Turns out they came quickly because we reported smelling gas. Props to SoCal gas for being fast and wearing masks and gloves. They tried repairing but ultimately said the thermocouple needed replacing and suggested calling a plumber. Our landlord's preferred plumber doesn't do weekend calls, so we reached out to city plumbing on yelp and selected the auto-multi-bid function, which also prompted a message from Saucedo Plumbing right away. The owner Alberto quoted a fixed price for Sunday work, came out within an hour, and when he couldn't fix it that day because we needed a special part, he didn't charge me for the visit and said would come back the next day after getting the part, but agreed to keep the price fixed at same initial quote even though he was having to order a new part special delivery from OC. Monday they got the part and came over safely suited up in masks and gloves and got the pilot light back on in minutes. I cut a check for the first quoted price, they were on their way, my wife had a hot shower, and we were back to life :) We couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and attitude of Saucedo plumbing. Honest people, doing great work, at a fair price! What more can you ask for!!!

The vintage drain on our bathroom basin finally gave out and I gave a call to Ace.  Warren was ringing our doorbell less than two hours later, assessed the situation and went straight to work.  He was fast and efficient and everything he needed was in his truck.

I would definitely recommend Ace for your plumbing needs.  Darcy was great too--personable and knowledgeable.

A GREAT company!!! I had called as we needed help replacing our whole house filter and installing a UV light.  They tried to book us for the same day, but were not able to  and apologized (I was not even expecting that).  William came in only a few days and did an EXCELLENT job!! He was not happy with one of the parts provided by the manufacturer, so (after going to Home Depot x2), he had that particular part ordered in a specialty store and came back to install it.  Highly, highly recommend this company.  We will certainly use them again.  Thank you!

Excellent!  I called for a possible repair.  The sink in the kitchen was possibly leaking.  After a check on it, the issue was quickly resolved.   Since he was there, I asked him to check my old fussy toilet... Thankfully he did.  The old water guzzler had a significant crack on the bottom of the tank.  He was able to grab me a new water saving toilet and install it.  Great service- very professional.

Great service and communication.  Had an issue with a clogged pipe and they were able to snake the line (around 100 feet) and fixed the issue quickly and professionally.

Very disappointed with Rapid Action Rooter after reading all the supposedly good ratings they have on Yelp. I now wonder if they are fake. I called yesterday, Monday, at 2:38 p.m. and spoke to Mandel to get an estimate on the plumbing work that I need to have done. Mandel spoke with me briefly regarding my estimate  and then told me to text him my info since he was under a sink working and he would call me back when he was finished. I waited and waited, that was at 2:38 p.m yesterday, Monday, and it is now 11:00 a.m. the next day, Tuesday, and I haven't heard anything from Mandel. No problem, I will call one of his competitors and pay my money to one of them. He should remove the post from his advertisement that says, replies in about 10 minutes.

Rocket Plumbing did a great job both for me individually and for my building. Sam was fantastic and did skillful and efficient work replacing my worn-out garbage disposal and defective faucet cartridge. My building also had a significant pipe blockage on our garage level and Rocket Plumbing was able to get it cleared expeditiously. They will definitely be our first call in the future.

The dispatcher / operator is incredibly helpful. The plumbers are professional and reliable. They also communicate well.

Zorro was able to assess the problem with our water heater thru the pictures I sent. They arrived within the specified time frame and got our water heater fixed within 30 mins. Highly recommended and will make sure to do future business with them again.

Was very impress with how professional and how beyond honest this crew and company acted. With an industry like this in a day and age where we (consumers) are worried about getting ripped off, it will never happen with this company, we had 3 other quotes as much as 899$.. ...
But when Richard&Giulao came to our house they spent about 30mins trying to diagnose the problem found the source of the problem, and then said it would be about a 100$ for me to fix it if I wanted, (which I did and took me about 2hrs),,...kinda blew my mind, they quickly showed me a few ways to fix the problem, and it's been about 3weeks, and no more leaks or issues.They could've easily taken advantage of us like the others tried too, but they didn't. This is hard to find, maybe they can open up an auto mechanic shop next.

I have used them 2 times and they were very responsive, easy to answer the phone and they were able to come on the same day.

I woke up in the morning to find my kitchen sink backing up and overflowing. So, I started going through Yelp and found several plumbing services that were near the area. After making several calls to other places, I finally came upon 911 Plumbing Services.

The call started with a person on the line, setting a price for the clogged sink, and scheduling a same-day appointment. Granted, they have the usual we'll come between such-and-such 'o clock and such-and-such 'o clock (with mine being 11 am to 3 pm), but I was pretty happy with the same-day appointment that I didn't mind waiting.

Anyways, 2:00 pm rolls around (pretty much what I expected, but again, not minding at all) and George and a co-worker (sorry, I didn't catch your name) rolls up in their van and they bring their equipment in to fix the problem.  They were respectful of my place, covering their shoes with booties as to not track dirt into my home.  After about 10-15 minutes, they cleared the drain and that was it.  They were extremely helpful and polite.  They definitely will get another call from me if I have any other plumbing issues.

Amazingly fast and efficient.  Very informative - talked me through process, then gave me very fair price.  No more leaking toilet!  Give Chris a call.
