Very quick communication, affordable prices for the plumbing job in Los Angeles. Requested a quote from many plumbing companies some of the responded several hours later others never responded except Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters who responded right away, I wish I contacted them from the beginning would have saved me a lots of headache. Needed my garbage disposal to be replaced ASAP, the person from Rishon have me the quote instantly and was wiling to come within am hour and he did. Very satisfied customer, Thank You!

Had my disposal replaced, project finished in the same day called for help.  Gloves, booties, mask on through out work, I do not care though.  Work looks good so far.

Warren was awesome. Came within a couple of hours, and fixed it in 15 minutes. Only cost 75 bucks to fix the disposal... highly recommended he was awesome.

I'm in tears as I type this, but not in a way you might think. My husband got laid off before quarantine, so when our kitchen sink got clogged, we first tried to fix it ourselves. We were able to clear out the pipes directly beneath the sink but there were still issues. My husband looked up all the local plumbers on Yelp with 5 star reviews and Rockstar was the quickest to respond and also had the best availability. Sal came out and couldn't have been more respectful, thorough, and conscientious. He was very clear in explaining everything, used a 25 foot motorized snake to clear out the line and said he wouldn't charge us (this was before he even knew about my husband losing his job). He did say we might want hydro jetting at some later point to fully clear the pipes, but said the snaking he did would be good for now, and he double checked everything and even tightened other pipes and lines for us that had nothing to do with the problem. Sal voluntarily wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time and also cleaned the sink and cabinet area before he left. Since he wasn't charging us, I tried to tip Sal but he wouldn't even accept the tip!! Sal, our whole family is so touched by your honesty and generosity!!! When it's time for the hydro jetting, we will definitely ONLY call Rockstar and ask for you by name. You've made us loyal customers for life!

Rocket Plumbing is a company I'll forever use. They came out and worked on our repair and fixed it in the same day, along with several other repairs throughout the house. Their pricing is extremely reasonable and the staff is very nice, honest, and professional. I have been in direct contact with the owner and has been working with me directly to get these complicated repairs done as efficiently as possible. Highly recommend!

These guys are great! Super fast response time, and I was able to schedule an appointment for first thing this morning. They arrived right on time (a little early actually), and were friendly, thorough, and professional. I initially called them to unclog my shower drain (which they were able to do really quickly), but they were also happy to look at my toilet and dishwasher when I mentioned I had issues with those. They immediately found the problem with the dishwasher drainage, which 2 other companies had previously looked at but been unable to diagnose or fix. These guys had it knocked out within 15 minutes!! I got an instant quote for replacing my broken toilet, which was super reasonable, and on top of that, they didn't even charge me for the original appointment today for the drain clearing!

I don't write that many reviews, but these guys are fantastic. :) I've already scheduled another appointment with them to replace the broken toilet.

Thank you Zorro for coming out to replace our water heater on short notice! He & his associate came on Sunday morning & did an excellent job in replacing our water heater in about an hour.  You can tell he has been doing this for years since he knows exactly what to do in replacing it.  Our water heater had been leaking & making noise for a few days, but I did not notice until last night, when I saw the drip pan show collection of water.  I searched Yelp reviews & called several local plumbing agencies before calling Zorro since they were not available on weekends.  

I liked Zorro's requests to text him photos of the water heater so he can have an idea of the problem.  Our dialogue through texting made it easier to communicate quotes for different options of water heaters.  He kept in contact throughout & let us know when he was on his way.

I will definitely use Zorro again for future plumbing jobs.  He & his staff are professional, quick & fair.  Thanks again!

The BEST service i think I've ever experienced, from any company, ever, for any problem. Called these people at 130pm today with a snaking job. It's a Saturday right before Christmas I figured, there's no way I can get them to come today... uhm... I was wrong. They were here within 45 minutes, and out the door 10 minutes after that with the problem FIXED! Giulio was our plumber and he was THE MAN!!

I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.

With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.

We had an excellent experience with Connie and American Drain Works.  Importantly, the bid was so much more reasonable than other plumbers we tried.  Beyond that, Connie was excellent to work with -- she explained the situation thoroughly in terms I could understand and showed me everything I needed to see about our pipes with the use of the snake cam.  Scrupulous and assiduous.  Her workers were excellent -- polite, considerate, etc.  I could not have had a better experience and I will be calling them again next time I have a problem at any of the properties that I manage.
