called to get my tankless water heater services. George was very responsive and wax out the very next day. Service was very good. Would highly recommend his company.

Jose did a great job fixing our garbage disposal in the kitchen and replacing a broken faucet in the bathroom.  He and his coworker showed up in face masks, gloves and shoe covers for Covid Safety.  They were professional and thorough and charged us the same price as quoted during the pre-visit estimate. Also they were able to come within 24-48hrs after the initial contact through Yelp. Great Westside plumber.

I called them up on Friday and they had an opening on Saturday morning.  Josh showed up in the hour window they gave me.  I told him the bathroom floor is weak and I think it's the toilet.  He said they don't do repairs on the floor, but he can pull the toilet up.  We both guessed it was the wax ring.   The add on was about 30 years old.  Who knows if the toilet or wax ring was ever replaced?   Anyway, the wax ring was disintegrated, and he replaced it and there's no more leaks.   Now I have to get a flooring company to replace the plywood and possibly the beams underneath.   Josh did tell me that they will probably pull the toilet up and they will have to install another wax ring.  The original estimate was $99-149 with the guy on the phone at their office.   Josh said the price was a little over $200!!!   I could've bought a new toilet for that price!  Did they come out right away?  Yes.  Did he do a good job?  Yes.   Are they reasonably priced?  No.   Will I use them again?   Not sure.
Update:  they gave me the difference back in cash in my parent's mailbox.  That was a nice gesture for admitting their error.  Thank you.

Junior was so amazing. I had an emergency at my house and ended up needing the main sewage line replaced. They finished it over a weekend. Amazing people and easy service.

We had a kitchen sink blockage, that my hubby and I tried to fix our selves. After very little luck we called Charlie's Rooter Service and they came out within the hour. Fixed it quick. Luis was extremely courteous, helpful and super fast. Had my sink working in 15 min. It is so hard to find good honest company's to fix home problems......but I have found my forever Plumbers. So reasonably priced too. BEYOND HAPPY WITH Charlie's Rooter Service. Next time, we won't even waste hours trying to fix our selves.....we will just call CHARILE'S and have it done super fast!

Warren and Chris are great and give the best prices. They say they don't advertise and just get work by word of mouth. I was fortunate enough to run into Warren when he was doing a sewer line replacement for a nearby building.

They are my first people I contact for plumbing problems and they give free advice. Very honest people.

Salvador is a gem. Never in my years have I seen an employee who loves his job the way he does. He's knowledgeable, honest, doesn't try to push anything on you, and he LOVES what he does!! He got there on time, did an excellent job and fixed my drains within a matter of minutes.

While he worked we got to chatting about his job (I'm a recruiter, so I'm naturally interested) and I have to say, Matthew and Adam know how to treat an employee. Sal told me how eager he was to learn from his peers, even though he was raised as a plumber and has been doing it over a decade. His father and grandfather were both plumbers, but he still learns and grows with the guidance of those around him. He is excited about his career and helping people!

Spencer was also great. I called to pay my invoice (which was less than what others quoted) and RAVED about the service. I begged him to leave a tip but he said it wasn't necessary. He was so excited to hear feedback, but I'm sure with plumbers like this he hears it all the time. He told me that he would pass along the information to the owners.

Miguel was prompt and quick in his response. The toilet was unclogged within minutes. He was quick on his feet and also gave some solid suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service.

Thanks Hayk for saving our pipes! Without him, we would have had to replace our entire pipe system. Tree roots had infiltrated our pipes and we called a different company initially. That first company said that there was nothing they could do to fix it and said we would have to replace the entire piping system. Before investing all that time and money, I decided to get a second opinion and thank God I did. Hayk offered to clean out the tree roots and that there would be no need for us to replace everything. He went above and beyond, cleaning out the roots 6/7 times until they were all gone. Thank you so much for your help! I HIGHLY recommend Hayk to everyone!!

We purchased a property and sewer line inspection showed some issues. Sent the link of video inspection to Rapid Action Rooter and they said they would need to run their own video inspection in order to provide me an estimate of repair cost. The cost for video inspection is going to be $150 and would be credited to the repair if I chose to get repair done by them.

I have talked about 20 other competitors and no other company charges for inspection in order to provide an estimate for line repair. I hope the company aligns their norms with the industry.

These guys were responsive and super professional. They fixed my problem the same day and were reasonably priced. My issue turned out to be nothing too big so they didn't over charge me and I felt like they were straight forward with me. I will definitely use them again if I need a plumber in the future.

Greg, Sam and Henry did an excellent job of helping us, and New Generation Plumbing came out immediately to help us solve our plumbing issues. They were prompt, friendly, helpful and educational, and have very fair pricing. Extremely professional company! I would recommend them exclusively in the future, and we will be calling them again if we need any help!

Very professional and punctual, he diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and the job was done less than 20 minutes, no mess left, clean.
I called them yesterday and the issue with the water heater was resolved in less than 24 hours.

Fast and efficient, responded immediately and was able to fix our issue within a half an hour. Volunteered to come back to fix a further adjustment at no cost.

Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k.   Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day.  Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem.  Saved me two grand and a headache!

We experienced a sudden clog in our main pipe that started to flood all the toilets and tubs in our newly constructed home. Greg showed up within an hour of calling 911 plumbing services....at 6pm on the 4th of July no less!!! He quickly assessed and expertly fixed everything in an hour. SUPER impressed and grateful for this service.
