On December 30, 2018 we got in trouble : the SoCal Gas company turned off the service to my house due to a gas leaking! No hot water and awfully cold right before the New Year ...
Out of 5 other companies, Eddi & John replied to my call almost immediately and not only beat others in price but showed their best to help us so we still could have the New 2019 Year Celebration.

Needed storm drain rooter. Found these guys on Yelp and was not disappointed. Giulio was very professional. Explained the whole situation, options, and order of escalation. Luckily the first step solved the problem. Will call again when I need rooter or plumbing.

I'm a General contractor and have worked with Charlie's sewer & drain a few times now and value the importance of having a camera on-site along with the ability to clean roots and find trouble spots all in one. Not seeing the problem and viewing the cleaning afterwards never made a lot of sense to me. So I advise using a company like Charlie's that offer both services.

Our water heater went out on a Saturday night. We tried the landlord and he had us go first with the gas company. Turns out they came quickly because we reported smelling gas. Props to SoCal gas for being fast and wearing masks and gloves. They tried repairing but ultimately said the thermocouple needed replacing and suggested calling a plumber. Our landlord's preferred plumber doesn't do weekend calls, so we reached out to city plumbing on yelp and selected the auto-multi-bid function, which also prompted a message from Saucedo Plumbing right away. The owner Alberto quoted a fixed price for Sunday work, came out within an hour, and when he couldn't fix it that day because we needed a special part, he didn't charge me for the visit and said would come back the next day after getting the part, but agreed to keep the price fixed at same initial quote even though he was having to order a new part special delivery from OC. Monday they got the part and came over safely suited up in masks and gloves and got the pilot light back on in minutes. I cut a check for the first quoted price, they were on their way, my wife had a hot shower, and we were back to life :) We couldn't be happier with the service, pricing, and attitude of Saucedo plumbing. Honest people, doing great work, at a fair price! What more can you ask for!!!

My husband and I just bought a condo built in 1972, and needed a plumbing inspection. Chris was there in a heartbeat and gave us helpful recommendations of how to get the place running up to speed. We ended up using a general contractor to do our plumbing with an all inclusive price, but when we found a leak under our kitchen sink, we decided to call Chris at Ace Plumbing back. Once again, he was there in a heartbeat, diagnosed the problem, and came back 2 days later with the appropriate part to fix the problem. It's clear Chris knows his stuff and so far I am very happy with the service I am getting. I've stored them in my phone for future reference.

The best, by far.  2nd time using Rockstar.  Easiest booking experience- live person picks up.  Quick availability. Sent same plumber as the first time, which is appreciated.  Shawn is super knowledgableable, polite, and makes you comfortable from the moment he shows up until he leaves.  Doesn't waste your time or your money.  The only waste of time is if you hire some other plumbing service.

Victor's saved my sanity a week ago! Out of the blue, the toilets began to overflow, water wouldn't go down in the shower, etc. I called my regular plumber who told me I needed the pipes rooted. This was not a situation that Drano could fix! I called one company that looked good on Yelp, but that was a mistake. Called three times, and each time they told me someone would get back to me in 10 minutes with a scheduled time. That never happened. So I then found Victor's on Yelp and crossed my fingers. What a relief. I was called back within 10 minutes of my call, and they were able to come the same day! Victor explained my options to me; my house is old, and the pipes are old, and I wasn't sure what would happen if they tried to hydro-jet them. So he told me the price for snaking and said it would apply to the hydro-jetting if I decided on that. Oscar arrived exactly on time--extremely polite and never made me feel like an idiot because I didn't know anything about pipes! He was very thorough, went under the house, took pictures, and found a way to get to the other pipes through the roof. The snaking, as I should have known, could not get through the sludge that was in my pipes. To make the decision on the hydro-jetting, I called my plumber. Oscar told him everything that needed to be done, and Steve agreed. He told me Oscar knew what he was doing. I did not know that he didn't have the hydro-jet with him, though, and that was disappointing because I had to wait another day. But he was so nice and so professional that I couldn't get upset. Next day--again exactly on time. He said the job would take about an hour. I think it might have been an hour-and-a-half, but it was a lot of work. I was so happy to be able to flush again!! He also gave me a bid on my old main pipe, which I know will have to be replaced. But there was no hard sell--it's expensive--and I told him I'd call when I could do it. And I will call them, definitely! They are a pleasure to work with.

My water heater broke down and Rapid came and installed a new one  immediately, and at an affordable price. The owner Mandel is extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable on all kind of plumbing issues and needs. After my water heater was installed I was extremely satisfied and impressed on how fast my water heater was installed! This is an awesome company! I'm so happy I located them from Yelp and decided to have them help with my water heater issue, and I will definitely be calling them back for my other plumbing needs!

Sam from Rocket plumbing came out to unclog my kitchen sink. He was nice and explained everything he was going to do.  I had a another problem with a pipe that needed to be replaced.  He left to get the parts and came back quickly. I was very pleased with the work he did. He gave me a deal in the price.  Super happy.

I submitted a quote online with New Generation and got back to me within about an hour asking to schedule an appointment for a quote.  Was able to get an appointment same week, the job was to repair a leaky facet.  Plumbers were right on time and gave me a quick estimate.  I scheduled for a few days after accepting their reasonable offer.  I had another plumber unsuccessfully attempt the same job so I wasn't sure if these guys were able to help me but they were able to do so.  Guys were very knowledgeable and were able to perform the repair without a hitch.
COVID-19 safe, came into my house wearing gloves and masks the whole time.

Our tankless water heater died over the weekend, nothing freaks you out more than thought of no hot water. Unfortunately the manufacturer was no longer in business. Based on the yelp reviews I called Z&H mid Saturday and Zorro gave me a quote and a tankless heater recommendation. He never tried to upsell me other than adding a filter that descales before the heater which upon investigation was a good call. I also asked for an upgrade as I want an Energy Star rated heater and he suggested the Takagi T-H3. I also requested the heater to be moved in a new location. The quote was fair for the product and the work required. They were here Monday morning by 8:30am. The heater installation was completed by 1:45pm. The workers were courteous and the install was very clean.  Very happy with the service.

Giulio R was great. Everything you want in a professional. He was prompt and knowledgeable yet concise. Price was well within reason for such short notice and off hrs. We will be using Flood Brothers again.

Our kitchen sink backed up causing the garbage disposal to not work and Carol was immediately responsive and got someone out to take care of it within a few hours. It is our second time working with American Drain Works and they have consistently delivered prompt and quality results. While I hope to not need a plumber again soon, we will definitely call Carol again if we do.
