I was having electrical issues with my old water heater malfunctioning. These guys immediately responded to our quote request even though it was 10pm when we inquired.  After explaining our situation to them, they quickly assessed the problem and got a new water heater installed. They were in an out in under 3 hours, and gave us a better price than the others that we spoke to in the area.  I highly recommend them.

Found these guys highly rated on Yelp and called them when I had a clogged sink drain. They came out within a couple hours and had the job done quickly and professionally. Very nice people to deal with and reliable for all of your plumbing needs.

After I posted my 2 star review, the owner, Warren, contacted me and apologized for the service.  Not only did he apologize, but he offered different ways to make up for my negative experience. He offered to do the next service request himself, but since I've moved out of the area, he then offered a refund for the previous service.
I was pretty impressed at how customer satisfaction was so important to him.

Max was friendly and responsive, came out and re-piped under my sink after I messed it up, and added some higher quality parts and piping.  He clearly knew what he was doing and provided a high caliber of service.  Will definitely call him again; no complaints at all!

Garbage disposal was acting up so Tommy from Flood Brothers came to check it out. Not only was he on time but he showed up promptly at the start of the scheduled two hour window. His service was top notch and he completed the job with ease. Don't look any further. Use these guys for all your plumbing needs.

Man oh man oh man oh man! Our main line for our house backed up and filled our driveway with poo so I started calling plumbers and rooter services on Yelp. Charlie's came and did the job for literally 1/3 of what everyone else quoted. The plumber was incredibly friendly and literally the first one I've ever had who did the job for what was quoted over the phone, and didn't come up with a bunch of new problems to charge us for. Super honest, friendly, awesome rooter service. I hope I don't see them again, but if I do need service these are the people I'll call.

Alberto was very professional over the phone.  He was able to come out the same day that I called to assess the problem that I was having.  The guy that he eventually sent out was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable that I had made a good choice by calling him.

Called and they came out in 30 mins. Found and fixed issue fast. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Miguel was contacted again for a large pipe replacement and installation, a waste and drainage pipe from the main ceiling located in the garage of my condo in Marina Del Rey. I was thoroughly and totally satisfied with the work, the time invested, the overall fee for this work, and the after clean up that was involved in this particular project.

I am perplexed by a negative response on this review site as I cannot imagine any challenges in working with Miguel, his team and with New Pro Plumbing.  There is not only excellent communication and accountability in that you know he will do what he says he will do (and do it right and well) but there is an overall courtesy that one does not often find within the Plumbing industry at large.  I am definitely referring Miguel to anyone in my local area in Marina Del Rey because I feel the sincerity, honesty, and the results that I have seen from two major calls that he handled well & in a timely manner, are major reasons  to promote his services.

One other important information to note.  Miguel can be reached after hours which is totally comforting and does not put extra $$'s involved on calls to diagnose after normal working hours problems.  Lastly, Miguel can be reached quickly.  In the past, I have left so many messages with Plumbers and there was no return call within a timely manner.  There is a prompt courtesy here that one does not find often within this industry but there is a trust that he will respond and you can know from me that he is competent.

These guys were great. They responded quickly and were able to come by the next day. They showed up on time, got straight to work identifying the issue and resolved it with a simple fix. I'd definitely call them again.

Called to have a plumbing issue under the sink looked at, real person answered right away without being on hold forever, tech came out within the hour and was able to fix it on the spot. Ladies in the office followed up immediately with a call and emailing invoice/receipt. 5 stars from beginning to end!

About 6 months ago I used Z&H Plumbing to replace some old galvanized pipe. I was happy with how things turned out so I called them this morning when I found out my water heater was leaking. Given the location of the tank (tight spot in the closet), this wasn't your typical water heater install and go job.  It was taking longer than anticipated, but the tech never stopped working and always had a positive attitude. He installed the new heater, even removing the moldings around the closet to get the it to fit!  He cleaned up and left everything as it was before the work was done including replacing the molding and the false wall. As I was before, I was charged as quoted. I will definitely continue to use Z&H.

I have had an unknown problem in my shower drain for months now. Today, Mike G from flood brothers came to the rescue and got to the bottom of the issue! It was more severe than I thought. Best customer service and best experience with this company! THANK YOU MIKE!!

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

We  just had an excellent service. Greg from 911 Plumbing just left our house and we couldn't be happier. We had our main line clogged and he unclogged it. It was very professional and on time. I am always in search of a good honest plumber and look to local area plumbers to patronize . . . well, I've found that plumber!  American Drainworks is located in Culver City and is family owned . . . My initial call to Connie in the office proved to be a very pleasant experience - she is professional and courteous . . . Chris is so very wonderful and accommodating - he troubleshooted my problem and came up with a more cost-effective solution to replacing my whole drain assembly unit - what would have cost hundreds ended up just costing just $115.00.  Chris came by three times - the first time was to evaluate the problem, the second time was to install the overflow cover plate, and the third time was to install the pull drain assembly - he was kind enough to search for the correct pull drain part when he discovered that the one he initially brought on the 2nd visit wasn't the right fit.  Chris accommodated my schedule - and since he lives and works locally, was able to meet me after 5pm!  What a great find - good plumbers are hard to find - especially HONEST good plumbers . . . I would highly recommend American Drainworks for anyone in need for plumbing work - Chris and Connie are the best!
