Responsive, reasonable and professional. Jose showed up on time, answered all my questions about all things plumbing and got to work right away on installing an above ground brass water spigot in the backyard. He had advice on some larger plans I was considering for the backyard and couldn't have been nicer. I have finally found my go to plumber in Santa Monica. Call him.

Our rental property had an issue with a flooded toilet and I called Plumbers to the Rescue based on the high Yelp ratings.  They are able to come the same day to resolve and the worker on-site was AWESOME.  He fixed everything and gave good advice for future use.  The water had seeped into the unit below us and he even went downstairs to check if any water damage had occurred.  The owners below were naturally very upset, but had calmed down once he checked every nook and cranny to see if there was any damage and thankfully there wasn't.  His customer service skills were excellent and the prices were fair.  I'd highly recommend!

Had a few estimates to replace our water heater. Max was less than half of one estimate and 2/3 the Home Depot estimate that supposedly no one would beat.
This is why I love yelp. You can find these little gems that you would never find otherwise.

Thank you Giovanni for squeezing us in for an emergency flood issue the very next day when 5 other plumbing companies couldn't!! Jerry came out and attempted to snake the shower drain and returned the very next day to hydro-jet it. Very reasonable pricing and excellent, excellent customer service!! My main line was clogged I was looking on the yelp and I can see he have really good reviews I said let me trade him see how it's going to be worked out when I call the guy this at all it's already after 5 o'clock then whatever the price it's going to be from the hundredth it's going to be $200 so I don't think this is the fair price..

Saucedo Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! We just moved into our new home and poured a bunch of old milk into our sink and then realized it was completely clogged. We called Alberto on a Saturday and he thought it might just be a jammed garbage disposal and actually swung by our house to help unclog it since we didn't have the tool. We ended up needing to replace it, but he and his team were at our house first thing on Monday morning to help. They replaced our garbage disposal, fixed a leaky sink, and a running toilet extremely fast. They were very kind, courteous, and also followed all COVID protocol. I found them on Yelp, so realize the importance of these Yelp reviews. They will be our GO-TO plumber for everything in the future. Thank you!

We bought a new place, and our pipe busted under our home. I was cringing at having to call some strange plumber that would be delayed for days, come to our home and give us some gobbly-gook about how we would need a new flex-capacitor. I expected to have to keep our water turned off all weekend.

I did not expect these two guys to fit us in on the same day, communicate well, be personable, efficient, and get the job done faster than I wrote this email.

I wish there were pixie dust that I could spread over these 5-stars to make them sparkle and draw your attention in. If you need a plumber, call Hermes.  These guys are so great; they will make you happy you sprung a leak!

They did come quick ( with in 2 hours) for a main drain root problem they charged $150.  Other company quoted me cheaper but they flaked. So I guess I can't complain.

Matt provided excellent service! We had a leaky toilet tank (bolts had begun to rust through) and he was able to solve the problem very quickly!

He was also able to snake a clogged bathtub and remove the obstruction.

Incredibly friendly service, would definitely recommend to anyone I know!

Jake arrived 10 minutes early, talked me through the job, then tackled the brave task of wedging into the crawlspace under my house to inspect my 60 year-old pipes for corrosion. He shared the pix he took, snaked the tub drain twice, and warned me about the second round being possibly too much for their age and condition. I'm grateful that he took his time to educate me. Now I can plan ahead for the big necessary job of switching out the pipes that need updating, on a non-emergency timeframe.

AMAZING! - I don't use those words at all in any review - Z&H was just brilliant and I have a number of rental units so I deal with Plumbers all the time.

Water Heater (14 years old) starts leaking Friday night, by Saturday noon we had the best instant hot water heater replacement in place.

I woke up this morning and my toilet was clogged and took a long time to drain. I called many places this morning and they were all expensive starting at least 125$ + extra work materials when on site (my home) and i have to schedule an appointment for at least after two days. HOWEVER, I came across Flood Brothers and gave them a call and they said they would accommodate the same day. I received a call from Giulio and said he would be there in 25 mins. He showed up on time, very cool respectful , and helpful,  Giulio inspected my bathroom located the problem and solved it. Very clean no mess. Hands down best prices and service. There is no need to look up anybody else but flood brothers. Recommended!

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

After my friend and I and two handymans playing with the kitchen pipes, we diecided to call them.  Called around 6 PM, they said that they'll call me back from 8-10 for an estimated time for the plumber to come.  Called me around 9:45 with the plumber in my place by 10:30.  

Good service over all, I got Mike and he fixed our problem, even made sure everything was in working order before he left.  Checked  any additional leaks in the other pipes to make sure.  Will totally use them again.
