Excellent service - I think I just found my new go-to plumbers! I had an old hot water heater that needed to be replaced and George gave me a quote over the phone. After confirming an appointment, I found out I needed a water pressure regulator installed on my main water line as well. George confirmed they could do that at the same time as the water heater replacement and gave me an updated, and very reasonable quote for the entire job. George and John arrived early and did a quick walk-through of the job with me then got right to work. They were true professionals and completed the job in just a couple of hours. Afterward they walked through what they had done with me to ensure I didn't have any additional questions. My old hot water heater setup was not up to current codes, so they made sure to make things current by installing flex hose and changing out my gas valve and installing a sediment trap to the gas line. They took extra care when removing the old water heater down two sets of stairs and bringing the new one in - not a dent or scuff anywhere. George and John did an outstanding job - professional, on time, clean, respectful, reasonably priced and accurate to the original quote! Highly recommended!

Responsive, reasonable and professional. Jose showed up on time, answered all my questions about all things plumbing and got to work right away on installing an above ground brass water spigot in the backyard. He had advice on some larger plans I was considering for the backyard and couldn't have been nicer. I have finally found my go to plumber in Santa Monica. Call him.

Made a call, left a VM. Got a callback in less than 30 minutes. Plumber arrived in less than an hour. Truck was modern and unmarked. Did a thorough job on a main line partial stoppage and double checked the line was clear to the municipal service. Left the job site clear and billed as prompted. This company is now at the top of my list for on call plumbing needs.

Fast and efficient! Needed a pipe snaked and Max did a great job. He explained where I might have a potential issue and discussed longer term fixes. 5 stars

I had a water leak after a demolition of our bathroom shower. It was Friday night (630pm) and I was in a bind. Attempting to fix the plumbing leak myself, I failed miserably. It was still leaking, but not as bad. Moses was the plumber that came to my house during my emergency. There's more to the story, but he fixed our plumbing leak.
To the owner of Charlies Sewer and Drain, Moses was professional, did a an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, and also showed an amateur handyman some neat tricks about copper piping and certain code requirements. He noticed my small demo project and gave me a few pointers. It turned out that the main plumbing leak I had was caused by the last contractor. They didn't put a metal backing plate, and drywall screws were hitting the copper pipe. Anyway thanks guys!

Excellent work and work ethic from Saucedo plumbing. He and his assistant installed a new tankless water heater and fixed a broken drain in less than a day. He even printed out the rebate for me! He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and is a hard worker.

Chris and Randy recently repiped my main bathroom (this was necessary as the pipes were original galvanized and were beyond showing their age). They did a great job and performed the work in a very timely manner. I had three different quotes on this work and Ace Plumbing was the most through quote. Chris took time to explain everything that would need to be done and even split the work into two different phases, which was very helpful. He looked at what needed to be done and assessed the situation. The price was fair, which is where I wanted to be. I obviously didn't want to over pay but I also wanted a competent plumber, so I didn't want an underdog bid either. I am very happy with the work! I've had other plumbers who dropped the ball on aspects of work and I regretted ever working with them. Chris and Randy were the opposite, they went above and beyond. They were very professional and came back a day or two after to check the work, which I highly appreciate. They also fixed a few other minor things that I pointed out around, this helped me out immensely and is highly appreciated. Their customer service was great all around. Darcy, who responds to the phone inquiries was great also. I now have a new plumber and I feel like I have piece of mind moving forward. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

We hired New Pro to do a number of plumbing jobs at our house, and their representative, Miguel Lopez, was terrific. He was friendly, helpful, and ultra-competent. When one of the jobs turned out to be more complicated than we thought, he took care of it without raising the price. He also worked to locate a rare part that saved us from buying expensive new faucets. New Pro is now our go-to plumber.

Tenants called about a blocked pipe over the weekend and had a plumber come out to investigate. That plumber told me he thought I needed a full drainage line replacement and that it wasn't possible to flush the line due to corrosion. Suspicious, I called Victor at Victor's rooter who agreed that the first plumber's assessment seemed suspect. Victor is the owner and came out to the property himself along with a team member the following day. They inspected the pipes, found them to be in good condition and identified a singular clog. He informed me there was nothing wrong with the drain pipe itself, and that it only needed some strapping to adjust the angle to keep sludge from building up. They hydrojetted the lines to clear the blockage and offered me very competitive pricing to boot. So happy to have found an honest plumber to go to in the future and have the piece of mind knowing I'm not being gouged for unnecessary repairs!

Mike came in as a second opinion and not only came at a competitive price, but he took the time to explain thoroughly what the situation was (kitchen sink leak...or flood) and how he would be able to help. I know that sounds like a duh, but unfortunately that doesn't happen all the time. He was quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. We arre keeping Mike's number handy for sure and will defining work with him again for all our plumbing needs!

Mandel is probably the only honest plumber/business man in LA. I say this after talking to 5-7 plumbers who would not help me or give me any real options on my need. My water heater broke, he came the next business day and replaced it without any burden. He also gave me an honest assessment of what the issue was and helped resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Getting in the shower to find only cold water is no fun. I knew our water heater was on its last legs, so I wasn't too shocked. Called Z&H on Sunday, they were at our place on Monday and at he time promised. Installed new water heater and hauled away the old in in about an hot. All on a really warm day, while having to climb several flights of stairs lugging the old one down and the new one up. Super impressed and would highly recommend.

Discovered a small leak under my kitchen sink and called Flood Brothers. The call was quick and they were able to get me an appointment the next day.
Phil showed up on time and was able to diagnose and fix the issue within a few minutes. He clearly knew his stuff and was a pleasure to work with.
I would definitely call Flood Brothers again for any plumbing issues.

I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.
With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.

They said they would show up between 11AM and 2PM. they showed up at 11AM, identified the source of the leak and fixed it within 45 minutes.
Afterwards, they explained to me what the issue was, how they fixed, and what to do if it happens again in the future.
Real pros.

It's usually best to go straight to a professional. I had this drippy faucet fixed once by
a handyman, and the second handyman said that he didn't think he could fix it. Drainworks
fixed it. At 3:30 I had a drippy faucet and at 4:30 I had a newly installed (by Lalo)
faucet which didn't drip. That's all I wanted. The price was EXTREMELY reasonable,
which I appreciate, because if you own a house and you live in it for 28 years you're
going to be doing repairs for 28 years. Thanks Connie and Lalo.

p.s. Connie filled out the warranty for me and all I had to do was send it in.
She also took the time to explain to me the common flaws in new faucets.
