Great service. Our garbage disposal was leaking from the bottom and needed to be replaced. George, who came out to install the new disposal unit, was very professional and skilled.  He even noticed that the water pressure in our kitchen faucet was low and fixed that for no additional cost. Total cost for the replacement until and labor was very reasonable.

Gave me a low flat rate bid based on photos, showed up the same day, repiped wonky kitchen drain lines, took Zelle payment, and lickety-split - it's done! Doesn't get any easier than that.

I called on Saturday with an emergency! 5 bathrooms with backed up toilets and tubs! Renting to an Airbnb group of 30. Plumber 2 the Rescue arrived in 30 minutes after my call. They were so fast, so responsive and so honest! Thank you for coming to my rescue!!!

Sorry to say A-1 does not really care about his customers. A few weeks ago, my plumbing had backed up.  I called A-1 for service.  We set an appointment for 9 am the next day.  Not only did Max NOT show up, he did not even call.  Needless to say I was extremely disheartened.  I'm a good customer.  Always pay my bills and never complain.  The lack of reliability and professionalism earns A-l one star at best.  You'd be well served to find another plumber.

Giulio was great. I heard back from him within a few minutes of calling the office, and he explained possible options on the phone for my clogged toilet. We made an appointment for that same morning. He arrived on time, masked up for Covid safety. Giulio fixed the toilet in no time and left me with a functioning toilet and a clean bathroom. Great service. Thank you!

You're going to love Alberto and his crew.  We were having some issues with the sump pump, and had been told by others that the engine was burnt out and needed a full replacement and line rooting.  

Albert came to the rescue - literally same day, he and his crew were on-site, on time, professional and precise.  He immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it with a few tests and adjusted the line - at no charge.  (Turned out to be an electrical issue).  

Let me tell you something - in my line of work I come across a variety of trades and handy people, from electrical and air to plumbing and security.   There are hustlers and then there are guys who just get it done.  Alberto isn't in the profession just to take a few bucks off you. He's in the profession to be a professional. I wholeheartedly endorse Alberto and Saucedo Plumbing and can promise you now when that sump pump is ready for replacement, he'll have my business.

I highly recommend Warren/Ace Plumbing.  I have used him for years and have recommended him to many other friends/family members.  He has done LARGE jobs (replacing large length of sewer line from my house to street) as well as your basic clogged sink or toilet.  I have always found Warren to be reliable and absolutely trustworthy.  He is a unique character and also a funny guy.

Miguel at New Pro Plumbing did a great job at a fair price.  He laid a new gas pipe to the spa area in the backyard and installed a shower in the same area.  I am very happy with the results.  I would definitely refer his services to friends, family and neighbors.  Thank you Miguel!!!

I had Jacinto show up to clear a drain and tub as well as adjusting the toilet flapper and shower head. He did an efficient job, and I felt the price was fair. The office was great at communicating. It was a minor job that I didn't want to get worse. I'd call them again when needed.

Professionalism on a different level. these guys are the best and well worth every single penny. I've had other plumbers do jobs on my house before but of course they've always left something either broken or semi fixed. I gotta say I have zero complaint for Zorro and his crew! Z & H Plumbing did water heater replacement in my property.
2 plumbers from Z & H installed new 40 gallon water heater less then 2 hours with new earthquake strapping and water heater pan. Special thanks to Zorro for fair price and quality work, I will call you guys again whenever I have any plumbing repairs.

We have been looking for years for a go-to plumber. We've tried dozens of different plumbers/companies. Some were good, some not so good, and some who were just looking for ways to upsell you.

Tony from Flood Brothers Plumbing just came by. On a scale of 1 to 5, this guy was a 10. We've had an ongoing, running water issue with 4 (now discontinued) Toto toilets that 3 other plumbers advised us to replace. Tony took the time to figure out that our (older) flapper (design) used spacers, and that it could be the source of our issue. He removed the spacers. We're now going to see if that solves the problem. If not, I'll have him come out again.

Next, one of our sink drains was leaking. Tony discovered that the plumber who installed this new drain used plumber putty (not good) to repair a cracked piece on the P-trap instead of (getting and) installing an undamaged P-trap. I now know what P-trap to buy and he explained how to easily install it.

Last, I'm a sucker for new devices that give you visibility into how much water, electricity, etc., we're using as a household. As a result, I got the new Flume device from LADWP, and we unfortunately figured out that I won't be able to use on our water meter. But as a bonus, Tony then showed me how to turn off the water to the whole house in case of emergency.

I have never had a plumber experience where the plumber took time to understand and diagnose each problem, explaining his observations along the way. All I can say is that our search for a go-to plumber is over. Tony and Flood Brothers Plumbing is the way to go!

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

Highly recommended! They were exactly on time for a huge job. Had a leak in the main water line coming into the house and they had to run about 50' of new copper plumbing all the way from the house, under the sidewalk to the street valve. Also repaired corroded fittings and repaired the pressure regulator. All for about $3k less than our other bids. And... they're nice guys!
