Mike at Flood Brothers is my go-to plumber.  When you live in a house that's 100 years old, you have such services saved in your phone. I could go into detail about the first job I hired him for, but that would mean describing at greater length why/how my house smelled like feces.  

I text Mike photos and he gives me a guesstimate about what the problem is, he shows up within 24 hours,  he is polite, professional, very clear about cost and works quickly and efficiently.  Marcelo, his assistant is also very polite and helpful.  I would/will recommend Mike at Flood Brothers anytime.

Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. I called Rockstar Plumbing this weekend to make an appointment. Everyone I talked to on the phone was professional and polite. Two days later (I didn't have an emergency) Matt, the owner, got here inside a 1-hr appointment window, fixed it in 15 min, and was super polite the whole time. He told me how to make any future adjustments myself.

I called several plumbing places and Hermes gave the best price. Even though its the holiday season they were the only ones that could squeeze us in to instal a new water heater. Also, although they didn't have any specials or coupons mentioned, as soon as I brought up 911 Plumbings offer they matched them immediately. Nobody wants to replace their sewer line. It's invisible and can cost more than a car, but when its time for a new one, it usually has to be done ASAP.

We called a few plumbers and Mandel was quick to respond on a Sunday. Not only did we need a new sewer line, we needed to replace the cast iron drain pipe underneath the house as well as some drain work that another plumber had done incorrectly. He came out to West Adams Sunday night, gave us a quote, and we had a new trench-less sewer line by Tuesday afternoon. He had an excellent crew and left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Mandel patiently answered all of our questions and wanted to make sure we understood the scope of the project as homeowners.

The total cost was very fair. I truly believe you'd have a difficult time finding the quality of work we received for the price that we paid.

In the past, other contractors have left me with a sour feeling once the job is done (things not going right, having to babysit a contractor, etc). That was not the case with Rapid Action Rooter. I felt like Mandel and his crew did a quality job. Parting with new sewer line money is never a good feeling, but I was comforted to know the job was done right. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat, but I know I'll never have to.

Sam is great - Efficient & through! He came the same day and fixed all problems. Communication was easy too.However rocket plumbing is expensive! But I do recommend Sam.

They scheduled an Appt the next day . The estimate to come in was a bit high . The part that they fixed was done in about 20 min. No reduction in the fee , but they are plumbers and I needed my water back on . Very friendly and professional .

I moved into a new home with an existing tankless water heater and it needed descaling and maintenance. Even though the job was relatively small, Zorro treated me like a VIP client while helping me schedule and during the visit. He explained to me how my water heater works and tricks to keeping it healthy. The cost was competitive and fair.

Even with this simple service, Zorro did excellent work and showed he cares a lot of about his customers and their plumbing needs. I would not hesitate to hire him again for any plumbing job, big or small. Z&H Plumbing & Water Heaters is the best in town!

I needed to replace all cast iron drain pipes in the garage, called 5 top reviewed plumbers on yelp, few didn't even return calls. Flood brothers came up on time for an estimate and gave me good price comparing to others. We scheduled a job and they came up at 9 am with a strong and professional crew of 4 and finished the job by 3pm. In my opinion they are very honest and professional company. I will recommend them to our Villa Marina HOA council as TO GO plumbing company in our 500 unit complex.

First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time.  They came in fixed the problem quickly.

Labor day.  Midnight.  2 days of trying to unclog my kitchen sink failed.  Called around, some places that said 24/7 were not.  Ratings were good so I decided to pay more, but go with someone who had excellent reviews.  Paid off!  Greg was courteous and excellent.  Did the job plus checked the peripheries in case there may be a problem down the pipe, as the blockage was far down.  I did pay a bunch as it is a holiday weekend, but very happy with the results.

Our kitchen sink backed up causing the garbage disposal to not work and Carol was immediately responsive and got someone out to take care of it within a few hours. It is our second time working with American Drain Works and they have consistently delivered prompt and quality results. While I hope to not need a plumber again soon, we will definitely call Carol again if we do.
