Great service from a great company. I have had several plumbing service performed by them, and each time was a high quality experience for me. There have been several plumbing projects that I have needed help with. When I bought my house, the plumbing was pretty much shot. I have had nearly every piece of plumbing replaced since I moved in and each time, I turned to this company because they are just that good.
Most recently, I have had to have my water heater replaced. They installed my new water heater in a matter of hours and all the plumbing in my house was up and working by the end of the day. They all did outstanding work. They did an outstanding job each and every time I called them. They have always been quick to get back to me with quotes and estimates and schedule me for their next available appointment. They have been a huge stress reliever to me.
Everyone on their staff is friendly. Everyone is a pleasure to work with every time I need work done. They always smile and are polite, not to mention, they are very understanding of my problems. They are my favorite team to turn to when I need plumbing done. I won't go to anyone else. I highly recommend this team to everyone who wants quality work done by a professional team at a great, budget friendly price.

I reached out to A-1 for an estimate to upgrade my water heater. After some minor phone tag, I finally was able to connect with Max. He was informative, helpful, and very professional. I ended up not doing the upgrade, but would definitely recommend reaching out to Max if you are considering a water heater upgrade.

They Came out to give estimate of work, but I never got any estimate.  James told me that my fixtures were too old to repair.  I went Snyder Diamond, got the parts & repaired it myself

Called up Saucedo Plumbing in the morning and even though Alberto's schedule was already booked for the day, he made time to swing by the same day after all his other jobs were done to fix our kitchen plumbing issue.  Without his help, we would not have been able to use our kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc due to a back-up issue.  Super friendly, great communication, and gets the job done. Highly recommended!

In the midst of another construction project, I had an immediate need to replace my sewer line.  Victor was able to come out the next day and assess the situation, then return the following work day to complete the job.  He was honest, very personable, fair-priced, and completed the work quickly and professionally.  I would not hesitate to call Victor any future plumbing workand recommend him without qualifications.

Excellent, Excellent service.  My irrigation system was leaking (very bad).  Contacted Hermès plumbing via Yelp.  Was contacted within 10 minutes....they came out and took care of leaky system.  I highly recommend their service.  Pricing was excellent and the work was top notch!

What a lifesaver! Mandel took care of a problem my mom was having. Since she's 91, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. There were many from which to choose. I chose Rapid Action Rooter and I couldn't be happier. Mandel took care of the problem. More importantly, he was the consummate professional who showed so much respect to my mom. I will definitely be calling him the next time there is a plumbing issue at either of our houses. If a friend asks me to recommend a plumber, I'll tell them to use Rapid Action Rooter. Five stars!

I had a problem with my tankless hot water heater. Water was getting hot but then turning cold right away. I called new generation and they sent somebody out very promptly. Martin and John showed up and right away. They pointed out that there was a large sediment buildup in the fixtures themselves. They opened up and cleaned those out in a couple minutes, and then advised that the next step would be more drastic and involved flushing the tankless system, which has on occasion caused other issues. They advised I see if cleaning out the sediment fixes the problem before moving forward. They didn't charge me for the service call. It may not work in the end and I may need to go ahead and get the system, flushed or replaced, but I appreciate their thoughtfulness and light touch.

Hi!  I live in Westwood, and I needed help with servicing my water heater.  Zorro was very helpful, honest and responsive.  He likes to text, which made it easy for me.  I appreciate his quick response to me needs.  After calling 3 other companies, it was refreshing to reach a person who cared.

Giovanni has done large and small projects for us and always been top notch and first class.  He knows his stuff and is our go to guy for any plumbing needs.  He also knows his way around an Italian deli, but that's another story.

Brian came out promptly to help us with a gas leak- he was very through and hard working. He was also very polite and explained us the entire process in great detail. Appreciated the punctuality and attention to detail for a matter as sensitive as a gas leak

Had a leak from a 2nd floor toilet. 911 came over and repaired it asap.  Did the job well and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.

We had a major leak in a water line connection in the parking area of our 9 unit condo. Connie was instrumental in finding the right valve which was difficult to find to fix the problem, and the repair was able to be completed.  I recommend her highly!
