I needed a shower valve replaced, and Jose was fantastic to work with from the get go. He came out quickly to take a look, gave me my options, and was easy to schedule and communicate with. On the day of, he and Alberto even had time to help a neighbour with their issue on short notice. Friendly, a pleasure to work with, and my shower's never been better.

Moises and his assistant were excellent! They quickly assessed the problem and helped me identify the leak coming from our lower level roof using our garden hose.
They inspected for any pipes leaking. We flushed all the above toilets and ran the showers/jacuzzi above our lower level. No plumbing issues. I will definitely call Charlie's for any future plumbing issues.

I called on a Sunday for possible main line back up and got a super quick response. Warren was there within an hour, and super friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and helpful. Price was given up front, which was really nice, as most other places said they couldn't give me an estimate until they assessed- which I understand, but still didn't want to be left with an huge bill.  Warren fixed the problem quickly, and was very honest about the actual issue- which was less problematic than we assumed. He was so fair and honest that he even adjusted the price accordingly! Never encountered that before! Will definitely be calling Ace plumbing for future weekend emergencies! Highly recommend!

Emergency plumbing needs are a nightmare at any time of year, but this year (2020) and just weeks before Xmas seemed to lean into cruel and unusual punishment.  I am SO grateful to have found Rapid Action Rooter on Yelp and after speaking with multiple plumbers, thankful I decided to go with them.  It was to my absolute benefit.  Mandel and his team were able to come out and begin work within 24 hours of my call (others needed up to a week, and this could not wait), and he showed me everything they did, every step of the way.  The price was well within the same estimates I'd received from the other plumbers and let's be real, plumbing -like dental work- is never cheap.  What made it a lot less painful was Mandel's transparency of the process and the warranty he includes for his work.  QUITE impressive really, and it was better than anything else other licensed plumbers offered.  I would highly recommend him, and will absolutely use his services again.

We have two toilets completely backed up and a shower where water is filling up in the tub from the drain when neighbors take a shower. My husband called Rocket given the reviews and in hopes of being able to fix the problem quickly. We both work long hours and needed a plumber who could come during evening hours. Despite calling Rocket three times to inquire about having their help, my husband has still not received a call back since yesterday morning. Completely disappointed.

Responded immediately to my request but did not show up on time. If you provide a two hour window and can't make it you are clearly unprofessional and disorganized.

These guys are great and super efficient. I needed an old bathroom sink and faucet replaced. They showed up on time and worked diligently on the necessary repairs. They estimated that it would take roughly 2 hours to complete the job, but they finished it under an hour! The work quality is on point and they made a point to clean up after themselves. Pleasure to deal with, will definitely be recommending these guys.

Mark from Flood Brothers unclogged our upstairs shower. He showed up less than 24 hours after I made the call. When he was here, Mark was professional, on time, and very friendly. Would recommend these guys to anyone who is in need of a plumber!

Excellent service.  I had a steady drip under the sink. I had to dump a pan of water every hour. They promptly returned my call and were able to assist me within an hour.  Greg did a great job.  He went above and beyond what I actually needed and he was very professional and tidy.

I am a relatively new home owner and it is really refreshing to get the exceptional customer service that Connie and Lalo provide.  She runs a business that is responsive, honest and extremely thorough.
