When my water heater broke, I called George who had a quote for me within an hour (after I provided him pictures). The quote included the model number for the new water heater (so there was no question that I was getting what I paid for), and a commitment to come and replace the unit the next day. It was a 75 gallon water heater and a very tight squeeze in the space, but George did not complain when he had to take apart my fence and re-assemble it to accommodate the fit. I compared his price with another plumber. George came in lower, and did a great job. A couple weeks later,I had a question about a part, and he came back to make sure everything was in its proper place. George is very responsive and professional. I highly recommend him!

These guys came out to fix my sink the same day. I had been fiddling with it and cleaned all the tubing but it needed a good snake. After snaking the drain, they replaced some outside faucets for me too that I've been meaning to get changed. Was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

Recently called Plumber to the Rescue (formerly My Plumbing Doctor) again to repair our toilet (a kitchen sponge had gotten flushed).  Eddie came over and was very prompt, helpful, efficient, and friendly.  He also took a look at a couple of other plumbing issues we were having with our faucets and gave us some great advice.

Max came out and installed plumbing for a washer dryer.  He spent a lot of time under our home and worked late to help us get the job done and not be without hit water for too long.  He even billed us slightly under his original esta one because he discovered we already had ductwork done.

Mike and the Flood Brothers Team are fantastic.  They are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  I've never had such a great plumbing experience.  I'll only use them in the future.  Great experience!

Alberto is great, professional, knows what he's doing and nice. I called him up because i thought my toilet was backed up but he knew immediately this was something deeper. Same day he scoped out the pipes with a camera and blockage detectors and saw the pipes had to be replaced because of root damage (pic shows the blockage). They worked hard to clear the water to see exactly where the the roots were blocking, which was great because they found they didn't have to break any of the concrete sidewalk. He showed me his work every step of the way. Also, he is punctual, if he says 9 he''s there and ready to work at 9.

I highly recommend Warren/Ace Plumbing.  I have used him for years and have recommended him to many other friends/family members.  He has done LARGE jobs (replacing large length of sewer line from my house to street) as well as your basic clogged sink or toilet.  I have always found Warren to be reliable and absolutely trustworthy.  He is a unique character and also a funny guy.

Although I use Yelp religiously I rarely post reviews.  But I just received such incredible service that I had to post this.  Shawn at Rockstar Plumbing is (I know cheesy!) a rockstar!  I had a pretty urgent situation and he was due to come between 8 and 9 the next morning but he was in the area the prior afternoon so called me and came by.  He was very personable but equally sharp and focused and upon viewing the condition of a kitchen pipe that was wet to the touch and badly corroded he explained what the problem was, that some type of metal had come into contact with this kitchen pipe and the section of this pipe downstream from that contact was badly degraded.  I watched him inspect to see if the metal that was in contact was visible and sure enough he found it.  He took several great pictures that were extremely helpful with my insurance claim.  He came back the next morning, on time again, and quickly replaced the degraded pipe.  He even got an admission from my on site building manager that the pipe at issue was the building's responsibility and would thus be covered by the building's insurance.  Unreal!  On every level Shawn was spectacular and he's my plumber for life!  Shout out also to Rockstar dispatcher Spencer who helped me schedule the urgent appointment initially even though I had spaced and thought that I had already scheduled when I hadn't.  The whole operation at Rockstar is the best!  Save yourself the trouble and just call these guys!

Our toilets backed up into the showers and within 4 hours David and his team where here to help into the night.  They were so response, kind and helpful.  I had 2 other plumbers tell me they couldn't do anything and David saved the day!  I would never use another plumber again.  They are the best and professional.

Rocket Plumbing plumbers are Super Professional. Chris and Matthew arrived on time as scheduled, listened to my concerns and issues I WAS having with plumbing, explained clearly my choices answering all questions. I opted for the HydroJet to clear main root filled main line. With that done they went to work and worked quickly and efficiently to clear main line. I am pleased with their work and have had other plumbing issues resolved using their company. Their prices are reasonable and they certainly do good work. I will use them whenever I need a plumber. Did I  mention they are polite as well! The call back/turn around time was rapid.  Rocket Plumbing is on it!!!

My home buying experience has been stressful & new generation did not help the situation. Through a friends referral, I asked my agent to help coordinate a sewer inspection.

The guy came and stated he was unable to locate the clean out pipe which is usually on the side of the house. He said it would cost $750 to dig a hole 6ft x 6ft to search for it. He said he had a packed schedule and left quickly leaving us out in the cold. Now I was super stressed because I had another huge expense to worry about.

Our realtor got another recommendation through a colleague. We spoke to them on the phone, they gave a few alternate solutions which didn't cost $750 or digging a huge hole on a property we didn't own yet.

There other company came out...and found the clean out pipe within minutes on the side of the house which was hiding behind a trash can. I can't believe the guy from New Generation plumbing didn't bother look closely. Note that this is a small 1100 square foot house, not a compound so there are no excuses & they offered only one expensive solution when there were alternate cheaper ones we learned about from another company.

Honestly, plumbing is a huge headache and I would expect top notch service. If these guys aren't careful enough to find a pipe on the side of the house for a sewer inspection, why would you bother with a bigger situation. I do not recommend these guys and I'll definitely have a conversation with the friend who recommended them & make sure they understand my experience. Again, this was just for a simple sewer inspection but I would never contact them for plumbing matters.

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

I was having some trouble in my bathroom with two sinks overflowing and the water not going so I called his company based on their yelp reviews and they were very prompt proficient and on time.

I called them yesterday around 3 PM and they showed up this morning around 10 AM. One of the guys was named Greg and he was extremely professional and knew exactly what to do and fixed my problem in such a short period of time literally matter of minutes.  Thank you guys for your prompt service I will definitely use your company again.
