George not only responded immediately with the best bid to replace my hot water heater, but he and his team were diligent and professional from start-to-finish.  They were superb--I recommend Rishon.

One of the bathroom's faucet was leaking and in another bathroom the water wasn't diverting properly. When the shower knob was turned on, water continued to flow from the bathtub spout as well. Jose responded to my inquiry the same day and we got something on the books right away. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time. Jose is courteous, professional, and a great communicator. I highly recommend Real Plumbers!

I had called several plumbers in an effort to get someone out to snake my shower tub drain, but they were either too expensive or just sounded flaky (funny how you can tell that over the phone). After happening upon the positive reviews on Yelp, I called & spoke with Warren, and he came out the next morning at 7am. He was punctual, polite, neat in his work, and had the job done in about 15 minutes. I no longer have to take military showers, and I know who I'll be calling the next time we have a plumbing issue.

Tankless Water Heater went one night. Started to search for vendors and Max was one of the 1st to respond. Very smart guy, knows what he is doing.  

My Noritz was about 9 years hold (never serviced - my fault)

Max was able to diagnose the issue and was able to get all the parts covered under the warranty. Call up Nortiz and mailed him the parts to fix my tankless.

Even put in his extra back up Tankless he had so we can have hot water while he repaired my unit.  Then 1.5 week later he came back to install my repaired unit.

Hoping the unit last another 5-10 years before I have to call Max again to instal a new unit.  :)

Long story short, my kitchen/laundry room drain line was clogged. I called a few different companies based on reviews but no one was available as soon as I needed them except for Charlie's Rooter. 90 min later Luis arrived in his van. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. Unfortunately for me a simple 50ft drain auger/snake was not able to get the clog. Luis recommended the hydrojet and it worked. 45 min later and a clean drain. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat.

Nano and company are the most honest folks you will have the opportunity to work with on plumbing needs.
Honest, responsive, price appropriate and easy to communicate with are all traits that describe doing business with them, and only just begin to scratch the surface of items I really appreciate.  
I would be remiss if I left out the technical skills Nano brings. His equipment is state of the art and he is just magical with how he handles a hydro-jetter !
The only way to go wrong on your next plumbing need would be to not give Saucedo Plumbing a shot at it !

Wow!  What a great experience.  They gave me a quote and stuck to it.  Arrived same day and took care of my leak AND ran a rooter just for good measure.  Didn't try to up charge me with any surprises either.  Chris did a great job and was very pleasant and professional.  I definitely recommend them.

Sal came out the afternoon after I called that morning so A+ on timeliness (he could have come earlier but I couldn't work that out with work). He was very nice and considerate, generally a pleasant person. Did a quick and thorough job fixing my shower handles, one was stuck and the stem needed to be completely taken apart. I kind of wish I had more work for the minimum charge (he gave me a $50 break on it ) but it does need to be worth it for the company to send someone so it makes sense to have a minimum charge. Over all I was happy and feel confident in keeping the number for any future plumbing needs (although I hope to not have any ). I will give their name and number for a recommendation if anyone else needs a plumber.

Total Scammers. Miguel came to my house and quoted $900.00 to replace toilet. Toilet is $200.00 at Home Depot. I told Miguel his price was ridiculous and he reply's this is Mar Vista and you have very valuable home. $900.00 for toilet that won't stop running repair. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday. Watch out with these guys!

I asked Victor to redo drain pipe for me. He went over his plan with me and made sure my concerns were addressed. Work was done on schedule as he told me, his crew cleaned up well after job was done. He took pictures of working progress and sent to me while I was at work. Fee was reasonable. Highly recommended!!!!. There is a reason his review is overwhelmingly positive. Thank you.

Mike was great to work with! We had multiple issues for which we placed a claim through our home warranty. Mike was easy to communicate with,  worked with my wife and me to schedule a convenient time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. He talked to us about what our issues were, helped us understand them, and quickly fixed them on his first visit to our house. We will be going to him with all our future plumbing needs!

Our garbage disposal has been busted so we reached out and got a quick response. All I needed to do was send a picture of what we had under the sink and they arrived with a new disposal and installed it quickly same day! Couldn't have been more convenient!

I called Sunday night about our bath handle in a guest room that we discovered was stripped. I went to Lowe's and bought a replacement that night and got a call from them Monday morning at 9am asking about the job and when they could come over. He also quoted a general price and length of time to do the job.

Happily he was able to complete the installation quicker than he thought and offered a lower price accordingly without being asked.  

This is the 2nd job they've done for us - I've found them to be responsive, flexible, and fair.  I'm happy to pay for all three of those. Keep up the good work!

We hired these plumbers for my tankless water heater installation at our new place. They were professionals, prompt and knowledgeable plumbers! The work was done clean and fast! They came in the morning and were already done by noon. Most important they checked my entire plumbing system before the installation. There were small leaks that they also fixed !

Unreal!!!   I felt the need to start a Yelp account just so I can say how amazing the experience was getting lucky enough to call these guys first when get my plumbing issue dealt with.   I had water coming out of the ground through my wall and assumed that a pipe must have must of burst.   The two guys who came to my (Giovanni Longo and Joe Flores) figured out the issue in just a few minutes and fixed it, no charge, wasn't a burst pipe after all.   While they were there I even got advice on how to deal with some other plumbing issues around my house.    They were here so fast I almost wasn't ready for them lol, and they couldn't have been any nicer.   Amazing and I'll definitely be calling in the future when my next plumbing issue arises.   Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had dealing with any kind of home repair issues.   I can't thank you enough:)!!!

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! I needed a plumber to come fix two shower handles that weren't catching the cartridges behind them to get the water as hot as needed. I called 4-5 different plumbers before finding American Drain works. The other plumbers either didn't service Santa Monica, or they got in and decided they couldn't do the job (I can't find the part you need and this job is too big for me).  American Drain Works did the job and did it right. Thank you for saving the day and restoring hot showers to my condo!
