We found our plumber! Trying to fix the leaky shower head, I found I had reached the end of my DIY skills and needed a pro. Edwin came over immediately, was knowledgeable and well equipped, and let me watch and learn from him. The price was fair and the job done professionally. Calling again for a spigot to be placed on the other side of a wall for our garden hose, Warren came to help us out-  another job speedily accomplished, well done and at a reasonable price. This is a friendly family business full of pride in quality of service and I highly recommend them!

Max is awesome! When my garbage disposal stopped working, he came knowledgeable and prepared. His response time was quick! He was also straight forward, honest, and reliable. What could've been a daunting task was made so simple and easy. W/in an hr, it was as if no problem ever existed. Flood Brothers are the best! I had a clogged pipe and it was difficult to find someone who would work in condo buildings. Luckily Giulio and Anthony came to the rescue with their big snake and got the crud out of my pipe! I also appreciate that they came early and wore masks and booties. Again, this company is great and I'd use them again if needed.

The best plumber I ever hired. I always have some kind of trouble. Too expensive, don't know what they are doing, take too long, don't get back to me, trying to rip me off.

I sent a message through Yelp, and they got back to me an hour later. No big deal. If I was in a hurry, I would have called them. They told me someone could come by in an hour and told me the cost. We set up an appointment and the guy was punctual. He was friendly and wore a mask, gloves and feet protection. He showed my husband what the problem was and since it was NOT past the clean out, it was going to be a little more. Since it was obvious and my husband could see he was being honest, we went ahead with the job. Luis ran a snake through the sink and it cleared up right away. He cleaned everything up, ran the water for a long time to make sure it wall all good, and left. Very happy with them.

I called Saucedo pluming this morning when I was unable to connect the gas line to a new stove/oven we purchased for our condo.  I received a call back within 20 minutes and Alberto Saucedo and his associate were there in a couple of hours as promised.  They hooked up my stove without problems and spent additional time helping place the unit back into the space which was a very challenging fit.  Finally they adjusted the legs and added a spacer I had so it was level.  I was so impressed by their amazing customer service that I will always use them for any future needs!

First let me say this review is long overdue Chris and crew are awesome. Our small business has had Ace out more than 3 times and they have always provided great service. First visit Chris came after hours to fix a leak under one of our sinks, second visit he came out for a preventative maintenance appointment and we just so happen to have a sink that had clogged and overflowed right when we were leaving and thank goodness Chris had not left yet. He fixed the problem and showed me what to do in case that would ever happen again, his assistant even was helping me sweep out some of the overflowed water (which they do not have to do). Good old great service from a family business. Thank you Chris and Warren.

They were easy to contact and schedule with and they were flexible with my schedule. My problem was not urgent.

Dejon was awesome. He put on shoe covers as soon as he walked in, explained the issues clearly, and told me his plan and timeline. The accurate timeline made it easy to work with my HOA for the planned water shutoff.

Originally, I needed just two angle stops replaced. When Dejon pointed out how old the supply lines were (made with metal), I asked if he could look at the other lines. He did and then offered me a discounted price for doing all six lines at once. He did not up sell me -- I made the choice based on the age of the home and knowledge of remodeling of yore.

I found Rockstar's well below other companies for angle stop replacement. More importantly than the price, I found their customer service to be reliable and I appreciate that feeling when dealing with plumbing.

I needed my company's bathroom faucet to be fixed and decided to start Googling for some nearby plumbers to help. Miguel answered the phone and was SUPER warm and welcoming. He immediately was able to help that morning. He called to give his ETA as well so I knew when he was arriving. When I greeted him, he had a great big smile, was very happy to help, and did a wonderful job! He fixed our sink extremely quick, with a positive attitude. My son clogged the toilet and usually I can unclog it with soap and hot water but this clog wouldn't clear. I messaged Victor on Yelp and he responded within minutes. He sent his guy Oscar out the next morning and had my toilet fixed in 5 minutes. It wasn't cheap but it's worth every penny for how quick and efficient they were.

They came out on a Saturday morning in a matter of hours and completely solved our backed up sewer problem at a totally reasonable cost. They recommended some maintenance down the line, which I was ready to do right then, but they were so honest that I should wait to see if I even needed it. So far so good. All the stars for this business!

I had an issue with my old water heater and Mandel came out that day. He offered a reasonable quote and replaced it within 24 hours. Not only did he fix that, but also my toilet. Highly recommend. I will be contacting them again for any other plumbing issues.

Martín is reliable, honest and punctual. We have used New Generation for all our plumbing issues big and small and referred him to all of our friends because we've always been satisfied with the work they do and always for a reasonable prove.

Zorro contacted me right away. He was smart to ask for photos of my broken garbage disposal so he brought the correct sized replacement.  He gave me a reasonable quote, showed up exactly on time, installation and was completed on time so I could get to work.  He also fixed 2 leaking faucets, one I had asked him to fix, and one I discovered day of.  Pricing was reasonable, and there was no upcharging or additional hidden costs.  I would use them again and recommend them.

One of the worst nightmares anyone can possibly have is a leaking gas pipe right under their house. The smell of natural gas at varying times is definitely not a welcome addition for anyone at any time. That was my dilemma until I called the one company I knew I could trust, Flood Brothers Plumbing. I used this company a few years ago to repair a water leak that flooded the basement, so I knew they were good. This time however, they even exceeded my expectations.

The crew (Brandon, Estuardo and Pedro) that was assigned to analyze and fix the damaged plumbing was beyond extraordinary. Not only did they find the pipe that was leaking, they also found numerous others above and below the ground due to the age and deterioration of the old existing pipes. At my request, they quoted a price to replace all the old plumbing (approximately 270 feet) as well as a timeline when work would begin and end that was not only reasonable, but rewarding for both parties. Upon completion, all work was not only done on time, but it was exceptional!  Brandon, the lead on the job kept me informed as to their progress and findings as work on the job proceeded. Their work upon completion was so good, that I even asked them to do another smaller job the week after they finished working under the house to replace all the natural gas pipes in the original work order.

I am beyond grateful and extremely happy with all the finished work that this sensational crew did while they were here. What more could I ask for besides a reasonable price, an excellent final product and completion of the jobs right on schedule.

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

Just completed some plumbing repairs with 911 Plumbing. Mike and Greg did a terrific job. They are kind, polite, professional and efficient. They pointed out a crack in the toilet hardware I didn't realize was there - so I am very grateful. They even tightened a loose faucet as a courtesy and gave me a loyalty discount. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, Greg and the team at 911! Use these guys!

I can't say enough about how happy I am with Connie and her team. I had a leak under under the kitchen sink that would delay another installation. Connie and Lalo were at my house within the hour. They made sure everything was immaculate and working properly before they left. The cost was also very fair. I don't want another plumbing issue, but if I do, American Drain Works will be the company I use.
