George and John are great at what they do! My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner! I've gotten quotes from 10+ companies through Yelp for a bathtub overflow replacement and they gave me the best price for their services. They showed up on time, were extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. If I have any other issues in the future, they will DEFINITELY be the ONLY plumbers I go to from now on. Thank you, George and John!

They are clean, friendly, efficient, and show up when they say they will. They thought and I though the problems were fixed. A few days later, clogged kitchen sink returned. Called about it. Jose came out, fixed it and improved a couple of other things on top of that. Maybe I have tough plumbing problems that can't always be fixed on the first try. It's great to know you can trust this company to stand behind their work. Highly recommended. If there is an award for nicest professional plumber, Jose would be tough to beat.

I called Plumber to the Rescue after another plumber failed to show up. Eddie was at my door an hour later. He got the job done quickly and charged a fair price. Totally decent guy, too. I will definitely use them again.

Max was prompt and ready to tackle a clogged kitchen sink. I appreciated his calmness and honesty, he gives great service for a reasonable price! Totally competent and honest company, I'd recommend and would use again

Wonderful service. Came back from a trip to find a flooded bathroom floor due to an issue in the shared pipe below my unit. We called 3 other people and all their estimates in both time and price were all higher. Brendan came out in an hour an a half, pretty speed for late night on a Sunday, and had the problem resolved in about 45 minutes. He also kept in touch regarding his ETA, as he was coming from another job. Very professional, friendly, and a reasonable price for the work, especially considering the time and urgency of the matter. Next day I contacted them for a more detailed invoice to pass onto my HOA and Brendan was very helpful and gracious. Would use this service again!

Charlies in general and specifically Luis continue to be amazing! Luis replaced all outflow in my crawlspace when I first moved in a few years ago.
Then Two weeks ago I replaced my sink and added a dishwasher. Tried to do the plumbing myself but 80 year old original vertical pipes were in bad shape and plugged right up. Luis was the first and only person I reached out to. I texted at 10pm on Easter Sunday expecting a call sometime Monday but Luis called me right away!
He said he could talk me through the fix or come out and do it asap. I was already exhausted from the dishwasher/sink which had its own set of non-plumbing problems so opted for Luis to come out.
He came out Monday, gave a fair price quote and the problem was fixed by Tuesday. I've now got a working sink and dishwasher plus an extra garbage disposal to boot - and the fix is going to last way longer than my shoddy attempt.
PS just today I was trying to replace a faucet in my bathroom and the same super old original plumbing snapped in two! I called Luis and again he offered to talk me through a fix myself, which I am opting for since it's not as complex. Can't stress enough that he is doing this for free on his own time because he's just that kind of person.
I'm very happy to have found Charlie's and specifically Luis. He's going to do any and all plumbing for me into the future.
His worker (name escapes me) as well is amazing.

Alberto Saucedo is my plumber for life! Quick to respond, straight-shooter, honest, and arrived when promised. He is professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. He and his crew were very careful with our hardwood floors and the job was spotless when they finished.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking. With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

Rockstar gets 5 stars for customer service. On Yelp, I always got an almost-immediate response to my messages. And Sal, the plumber they sent out, was very respectful and quick.
Where I had trouble was with scheduling. Sal was out within 24 hours for the first visit. Unfortunately, his remedy for our leaky faucet didn't work. He came out again and said I needed to order a new diverter from the manufacturer, and he'd come back to install it.
I ordered the part, but scheduling Sal to come back a third time proved to be problematic. I reached out twice on a Sunday. When I didn't hear back, I pinged the owner via Yelp on Monday, and the scheduler immediately called. An appointment was set for Wednesday.
On Wed, Sal didn't show up at the scheduled time, so I called to reschedule for later in the day. Sal called later, and he was still at another job, so we rescheduled for Friday AM. Sal showed up on Friday and very quickly switched out the diverter.
Will I hire Rockstar again for plumbing? Absolutely. Their customer service (minus their 3rd-party scheduler) is top notch, and they get the job done.

Highly recommended. Miguel was very responsive and agreed to come within two hours in the evening to help us address the issue with our garden spigot. Once he arrived, he was friendly, professional and fixed the problem quickly. He also offered a few recommendations for other areas that should be addressed in the future. Much appreciated!

5 stars is not enough! Had a major emergency today when I accidentally hit a hot water line. Called victor and within 2h he was at the house. Fixed it in 20m. Super professional very nice and VERY reasonable with pricing. Will call him again for sure!!!!

Very professional crew! I found Hermes Plumbing and Rooting on a weekend; and they managed to come out same day and fix the plumbing leak I was having with my toilet. They came right on time, and practicing all COVID-19 guidelines(booties and all), and made sure that they had solved all of my plumbing needs before they left. It's nice to see honest plumbers still out there, will definitely use them again!

I called some other guys and they spent 5 mins, gave up, and then suggested we tear all the piping out at a cost of over $4K. Call Rapid Action instead and they cleared the clogged drain right away.

I love these guys. Chris was amazing. He fixed a very nasty sewage leak under my house. They're my go to plumbers.
2355 Westwood Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90064
They responded right away to my emergency (plumbing overflow in master bedroom bathroom) but they had no availability today and there wasn't much proactive action on the part of the person who answered the phone. There was no maybe tonight maybe tomorrow just nothing available today....click....goodbye

As a renter, it is always problematic when something breaks at the house... There's that extra level of concern, an additional layer of planning and preparation that needs to happen in order to fix, repair, patch, plug, or otherwise remedy the situation. As tenants of a landlord who lives a few hours away, we really don't like to bother them with frivolity. As a self-professed DIYer, it tends to be easier to make a Home Depot run to replace a sprinkler head, or re-caulk the edge of the bathroom tub.
On Christmas Eve, our water heater went on the blink. The pilot light was no longer a going concern, due to a faulty thermocouples assembly, and calling the 800-number at GE to deal with a product that was still under warranty only resulted in them being willing to mail me the part, with the promise that It's an easy fix. A few days later, the part arrived in a box amidst other late - delivered Christmas presents... Except this one was no gift. Right around the time I realized I did not own a size 20 torx screwdriver, I started looking on Yelp for a plumber that was efficient, expeditious, and reasonable.
This company combined all three of those necessary components and more! Zorro and another fellow showed up right on time despite torrential rain, and made the repair quickly and right on budget. The invoice was emailed to me immediately, allowing me to forward it to my landlord for reimbursement... A nice bonus right after Christmas spending.
The little extra attention to detail - - cleaning up around the water heater, picking up bits and pieces of the old gasket that they replaced, and getting the job done quickly without multiple trips for parts made this an extremely painless process. Their quoted price was lower than anyone else I called, including a well-known company that advertises on the radio... Those gems wanted to charge me 80 bucks just to come out to diagnose the problem, even though I already knew what the problem was.
Based on my experience and so many other reviews, this is an honest plumber who works quickly, and charges a fair price. I hope you never need them, but if you require a plumber, I highly recommend you give them a call.

These guys saved me today. Really. There was a leak in the master bath. I had called another plumber who came out and told me that it required a) cutting a large hole in the wall and b) removing the tile from the shower wall. I was dubious and so I called Flood Brothers for a second opinion. I spoke with Giovanni and within three hours he and his brother were at my house. Their diagnosis: it wasn't a plumbing leak at all. The shower door wasn't close enough to the tile wall. Without a proper seal, water was trickling down the tiles and into the wall through a crack in the tile. No need for making holes in the wall. No need for removing tile. A simple shower door repair will solve the problem. Needless to say, I was relieved. And to my surprise, Giovanni didn't charge me anything for the visit.
In short, these guys were honest, professional, and great with dogs :) Clearly not out for a quick buck, they're in the business to provide great service to loyal customers (of which I now count myself one).

Connie is the greatest. I had her do an inspection on a house we were buying and she provided a detailed through report in a timely manner. She also asked if I wanted to go under the house with her when she did her inspection so I joined her. While we crawled through, she walked me though everything I was seeing and pointed out the areas of concern. I also had her do a quote on some plumbing issues at my current place and she ended up getting me the parts for free from the manufacturer and advised me on how to install them. I will definitely come back to her with any of my plumbing needs. She clearly loves what she does, is knowledgeable, friendly and a straight shooter.
