Our hot water heater needed to be replaced quickly.  It had been leaking a little bit for a while and then seemed to stop, but then the heater broke down completely, and we had no hot water.  I called Rishon Plumbing first thing in the morning.  George responded and after texting him pictures of our heater, he gave me a fair price, and we scheduled the replacement of our hot water heater storage tank for later that same day in the mid-afternoon.  George and John arrived a little early, which was fine by me, were personable and professional, wore face masks, and got to work right away in the garage.  They were incredibly efficient and addressed my concerns with confidence and in a reassuring manner.  They clearly know what they are doing and amazingly finished everything in about an hour.  They live up to their outstanding reviews.  I'm glad I hired them, and I am so happy to have hot water again.

Responded super fast and was on time. Very nice and professional. Fixed the problems quickly (leaking toilet and garbage disposal). Very happy with work. Will definitely use again.

I called yesterday and made an appointment for today to install a new kitchen faucet, they blew the 2 hour window, no call, no show. I called them, went to voicemail, mailbox full, couldn't leave a message, the outgoing message said you could text, texted, no response, very unprofessional. I had called them in the first place because my regular plumber couldn't make it until Monday and I was off today and wanted to get the work done before the weekend because the existing faucet is leaking, they quoted me a higher price but it would have been worth it to me if the job had gotten done. I'm glad I didn't cancel my Monday appointment, I'll live with it through the weekend and save money and already know the job will be done right, as after this happened I made a deeper dive into their reviews and found several that were really bad and several other no show reviews, I guess I dodged a bullet.

I was blown away by Max professionalism and knowledge! I do not write reviews very often but A-1 Rooter & Plumbing, Inc. deserves this review after a quick response, fair price and a very fast and professional job! My problem was solved in such a timely manner that my wife has Max card on the refrigerator door!

Just had your technician Luis over to address multiple clogs in my unit. Have to say, very professional and efficient, and in the middle of this coronavirus mess he was extremely careful to use gloves and feet coverings to avoid any potential contamination! He also gave me valuable advice on the status of my drains and will be using this company again when the time comes to replace my corroding pipes. Alberto is responsive, fast, clean, nice, and reasonable. What more do you want from someone you hire? He and his co-worker came in and fixed everything in no time, and I even had him come in to take a look at a faucet that we ordered. He gave me his opinion and didn't charge me a callout fee.

After finding a leaking drain pipe this afternoon, I tried to wrap my head around the potential cost of repairs. Considering the likelihood of water damage was ughhh... too much.

Had an issue with root intrusion on out sewer line, and Rockstar came out to give us an estimate.  They explained the process clearly and gave us all the confidence we needed to feel comfortable moving forward.  When we decided to make the call and replace our pipe, they were very accommodating with our schedule and a whole team got to work right away and kept us updated throughout the day on the process.  Very polite and professional team.  Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

I called these plumbers because my roof deck was flooded and leaks were coming into my house. I needed the drain unblocked and to understand where the water was getting into the house.

It was peak Covid in 2020 so a tiny bit of extra to come out made sense but they charged us $1250 to basically unclog a drain.

They could NOT identify the source of the leak, even though that is why I specifically asked them to come out.

Mike and his brother came to our house the very same day we called them, thx guys!  They fixed our clogged sinks, explained everything to us so clearly without the usual plumber speak and the cost for their services was very competitive.  We have used Mike and his brother several times before and each time they have exceeded our expectations!

These guys are skilled, fast, and friendly. I called Mandel at 1pm after a pipe sprung a leak in my crawl space. Within an hour, Mandel and Kevin had already arrived, examined the leak, and provided an estimate. An hour after that they had completed the repair and packed up their truck. What a huge relief!

Rocket Plumbing (Sam - the technician) is a terrific plumbing service. Got back to me after my initial call; talked with Sam - set the appt and discussed an estimated price.

Sam showed up on time, was professional and knowledgeable. We talked as he was doing the work, and let me know exactly needed to be done and took care of the work.  Price was right on target.

I'm very happy with his work and how he handled himself. Rocket Plumbing is now our go to plumbing company.

This is the second time I've worked with Flood Brothers. For this time, I called Flood Brothers because my toilet wouldn't stop dripping. They told me they'd come and check it out and provide a free estimate. Rueben came during the scheduled time and was extremely professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the issue with the toilet and fixed it within minutes (luckily it was an easy fix!). I will definitely use Flood Brothers again and would recommend them to others.

Kevin Q came out on a Saturday night to cap a busted water line. He came out within 30 minutes with no rush charge and got it handled on a holiday weekend. Very thankful!

911 responded to my request for service immediately and was up front and transparent about their pricing. They also tightened a loose faucet for me. My tenant remarked at how professional and skilled they were. Happy to have found a new go to plumbing company!

Connie is the LeBron James of plumbing. So communicative and comprehensive, so nice, so enthusiastic, with a work ethic and charisma that would make Dwayne The Rock Johnson blush. She's in, she fixes the problem, she conveys exactly what the problem was and what the solution is, then she's gone with the wind (until next time). 10/10 recommend, will return.
