Our tankless water heater was 4-years overdue for its yearly maintenance. Called them based on their great Yelp reviews, and George (the owner) was able to come out the same day. He explained their maintenance steps (filters, descaling) so I know why the unit needs to be maintained and what to look for if there are problems. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll call Rishon for our next maintenance tune-up.

I've used Real Plumbers twice in the past two weeks, first to fix a running toilet, then to replace some showerheads. In both cases, they were easy to schedule, arrived on time, did quality work and cleaned up completely. Very personable over the phone and while here in our home. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.

I called them this morning for cleaning of the main line in my house. Eddie the plumber showed up on time as promised. He went right away to work. He did a thorough job, compared to the other plumbers I dealt with recently. Eddie is a pleasant professional plumber I would recommend.

All I can say is I was blown away with the level of service I experienced with Brendan and a couple other team members at Flood Brothers. I would give way beyond 5 stars if I could. No one ever wishes to have to deal with a water leak in the home (or business, or anywhere) but when our tenant first discovered some water damage in our condo unit we immediately turned to Yelp in search of a plumbing company that could help us identify the source. I had to deal with this situation remotely so that was another factor. When I saw Flood Brothers' fantastic ratings and saw they also offer water mitigation/ dry-out services, I decided to give them a call to see what their availability was.
Given the nature of our water issue, they were able to send Brendan out within a few hours to visually inspect, with another person the following day to come cut into the drywall and conduct rigorous inspection to finally identify the root cause coming from the upstairs neighbor's HVAC. Brendan returned to the site to confirm then advised the tenants and upstairs unit how to stop the leakage until the unit could be fixed and they contained the area and set-up dry-out fans to eliminate the moisture.
Seems pretty standard but the reason I cannot sing enough praises is because of not just the efficiency but the level of communication and courtesy demonstrated by Brendan was beyond anything I've ever experienced for a situation like this. Brendan took it upon himself to play point between all the involved parties (myself, my tenant, and the upstairs neighbor) to ensure everyone was informed on the situation at all times. At one point, the upstairs had an HVAC company out and they had determined there was no issue with the system (even though there really was) and I was in communication with Brendan late into the night to ask more questions about what the leak could possibly be from and coordinating his return the next day to do more inspection/ troubleshooting on site. Brendan constantly made himself available to me and the building residents to answer questions and on multiple occasions re-routed his day so he could be on-site if needed. And he was always so friendly, informative and happy to help. Due to all the parties involved, there was even a delay in when we could have Brendan back to inspect post-dry out and he was nothing but accommodating.
I said it so many times throughout our ordeal - though I hope not to have to deal with this sort of thing for a long time to come, if and when I do, Brendan and the Flood Brothers will be my first call. Thank you team!

We had a toilet that was backing up into the shower. Our plumber couldn't get here for a few days. That just wasn't going to work for us. We found Charlie's on Yelp, and he was here within a couple of hours. So polite, quick, even cleaned up before leaving. The price was very fair and exactly what he quoted over the phone. I will recommend Charlie's to all my friends.

My kitchen sink backed up at night and I really needed it fixed. Ace Plumbing responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes, and a plumber was at my house within half an hour. He fixed the clog quickly and the price was very reasonable for after hours work.

This is an excellent and professional business. Shawn has been been to our home for a few different items and he has been great to work with. Shawn is knowledgeable, friendly, and gets the job done. I would suggest using Rockstar for your plumbing needs.

Miguel was fantastic! He was able to fix a variety of issues that I had at my home and was very clear about the work to be done. His diagnostic was thorough, and upon completion of the job, he walked me through everything and showed me each item was completed and functioning properly. As a realtor, I often have the need to provide referrals, and Miguel (New Pro Plumbing) will absolutely be my go-to for plumbing needs!!

Thanks yelpers! We found Victor on yelp and I could not be more pleased. We had a sewage line issue (roots growing into our 1930s ceramic line). He explained everything very clearly and was super efficient about getting the work done. He is knowledgeable, honest, kind, and generous with his time. He and his team do great work at fair prices. I'm so glad to have met our go-to plumber after many years not so great experiences.

Our toilets backed up into the showers and within 4 hours David and his team where here to help into the night. They were so response, kind and helpful. I had 2 other plumbers tell me they couldn't do anything and David saved the day! I would never use another plumber again. They are the best and professional.

Where do I begin... it was a Sunday evening (8ish) when my toilet and shower began to back up. Lord who am I going to call this time of night that will be able to come out and rescue me. I did a google search for plumbers open on Sunday evenings near me and got back 2-3. So I began my search and 1 never called me back (thank God for that) the other said his van had just been stolen and the third.. well this is where Mandel comes into the story. I called and he answers, I explained my problem and he says I'll be there after my next job. He got there within the hour. He ran the snake and quickly realized that there was a bigger and more serious problem. He offered to run the camera down the line (for an additional fee) which was not just worth it but very necessary. He showed me where the problems where (plural) and after a thorough discussion we concluded that the work needed to be done. He was in and out in a matter of a day and a half. They are extremely professional and they take amazing care of your property while working there. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is an honest, family man who is carrying his grandfather's legacy. What I take away from this experience and leave you with, is that if you want an HONEST, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL... RAPID ACTION ROOTER is who you call! Thanks Mandel we have found our forever plumber.

We've been having occasional overflows of our toilet and the good old plunger trick stopped working so we gave into calling a plumber. I was surprised that they were able to make it to my house within a couple hours but VERY happy about it as well lol. Our toilet is finally fixed and we were assured that we wouldn't experience any more overflows. The gentleman that came to our home also gave us some tips to ensure that even if a toilet were to get clogged, I wouldn't have to worry about ruining my carpets. As a home owner I really appreciated that. Thanks!

Excellent service! I needed a new water heater replaced. Zorro gave me a quick estimate after a brief description. The heater was replaced the next day within hours. Thank you!

Mike & crew are as good as they get. They did a very major job for us, removed & replaced every drain line in our home, under a raised foundation...cramped, tight, tough work.. They were professional, efficient, clean & considerate whenever working in the house, honest, thorough and a pleasure to work with. Finding a company like this is all too rare these days. These guys were great. And I'm a hard-to-please, no nonsense customer with high expectations. These guys exceeded them. Seriously.

Thomas came to the rescue on a Sunday when our garbage disposal / kitchen sink clogged up in our old townhome. Not only was he punctual and professional- he quickly fixed the problem and took extra measure to ensure our pipes were clear! Thank you so much Sal's & Thomas!!!

Thanks to George (the field supervisor) for coming out to my residence and assisting us in turning off the water main and to fix our plumbing. We had a rude awakening (or for me, a bad morning) when I was ready to walk out my door for work and heard what sounded like a waterfall coming from one of the bathrooms in my house. Come to find out one of the small water lines under the sink broke and water shooting out non-stop.
Thanks to Yelp, I searched the local area and 911 Plumbing came up with high reviews and 24 hour plumbing service.
Even though there was some miss communication between the 911 Plumbing operator and their on-call service technician (minus the 1-star), George finally took the call and arrived at my house about an hour later (which was late since it shouldn't have taken less than an hour to get to my place). Apparently the person that was supposed to come out was still hungover from the night before and never picked up the call from their operator.
George brought his over 10 years plumbing experience and had the tools and knowledge needed to turn off the water and fix the the broken faucet in about 20 minutes. It was nice and a relief.
When it's an emergency, it will probably cost an arm and a leg for the fix! You can rely on 911 Plumbing and George for 24 hour emergency plumbing service though. Thanks to them for coming out to our house!
