I own a rental and needed some work done.  Freddie and his assistant were very easy to talk to and knew exactly what needed to be done.  He also gave me a range of pricing in case the scope of work was going to be larger.  My shower was not putting out hot water and I was worried it was going to be a bigger job.  After looking at it he figured out the installer had not put it in properly.  It was an easy fix.  I have no knowledge of plumbing issues and he could've just said it was going to be a bigger job but he didn't.  I'm grateful to find Real Plumbers.  I'd say they are Real and Honest Plumbers!  Thanks to the owner Jose for setting it up and they didn't charge for a consultation fee either.  I've booked them already next month to service my tankless water heater.  I can highly recommend Real Plumbers and Freddie!

They gave me a real low quote compare to other local plumbers, to install a new gas line from the meter to the house, they had to dig up 30 feet of old line,
Came on time and cleaned up real good after!

Max came to my place for a clean out and unfortunately the first time around, the toilet was clogged a week later.  He was very gracious to come back out again to do another clean out to resolve the issue.  God bless, this time around the clean out was successful.  I appreciate him for coming back out in a timely manner.  Thanks Max!

We have had the best experience with Flood Brothers and use them for all the plumbing needs for our 10 unit condo complex. My primary contact, Brendon Lee, goes above and beyond to make sure I am in the loop at all times and is ridiculously responsive. I could not ask for a better partner in trying to make sense of the massive amount of plumbing work our old building has needed and I feel secure in the knowledge that I will always get a fair, honest price and high quality work done. Also, and this is an especially nice touch, when a technician is on the way they send a photo of who's coming - which really put me at ease the first time we used them. Highly, highly recommend!

This service came out to my house today I had just called them yesterday. He was prompt, knowledgeable and kind. Charlie snaked my shower drain quickly and offered me his awesome Yelp deal without me even knowing it existed.

I can not believe there are still good and honest  business people around!!!  I had leak under my kitchen and I called Ace Plumbing because my friend referred them.  Chris came and part of the garbage disposal was loose.  He tightened it and gave me a tool to fix it if it every happens again.  When I asked him how much I owed he said nothing.  I could not believe it.  He was very professional, honest and I will refer this company to everyone I know.  I will also post it on Facebook so my friends can use this company if they need a plumber.

Miguel was fantastic! He was able to fix a variety of issues that I had at my home and was very clear about the work to be done. His diagnostic was thorough, and upon completion of the job, he walked me through everything and showed me each item was completed and functioning properly. As a realtor, I often have the need to provide referrals, and Miguel (New Pro Plumbing) will absolutely be my go-to for plumbing needs!!

I called Victor's Rooter and Plumbing, they immediately picked up, and I encountered a helpful, wonderful, person with great phone etiquette. A rarity these days! And what is even MORE rare to find is someone who cares to know what the situation is so they can trouble shoot and correctly quote before arriving. After explaining the situation with my garbage disposal, the person shared that it sounded like my disposal needed a simple fix that they guided me through AND even offered to face time with me if I needed further guidance. Their verbal guidance helped me fix my disposal! No face time needed.  They had correctly diagnosed the issue and had helped me fix my disposal for free!? -A fix that was going to be a  minimum of $100 according to everyone else I called. As it turned out, I was speaking to Victor himself! I will be calling Victor from here on out for ANY plumbing need I have. He is quick, kind, knowledgable, honest, AND his pricing is fair. Thank you Victor for being excellent at what you do and being a wonderful human being!

Hermes Plumbing came to fix a water leak in our crawl space. They were fast, professional, and didn't try to upsell us on other services. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be hiring them again for future plumbing needs!

While taking a shower before bed, I noticed that the shower wasn't draining and residue had backed out of the drain. Immediately checked all the bathrooms on the same floor and found that sewage had back flowed and there was a clog somewhere. I called Mandel at 9PM and he advised me to shut the water off and that he'd send someone out first thing the next morning since nothing was overflowing. He kept his promise and Kelly and his team came out to diagnose the issue. Kelly and his team was able to flush out the clog and tell me issues about my home's plumbing that I would never have been able to know. Everyone from Rapid Action Rooter knew their stuff and was super kind in explaining the problem. They provided recommendations based on experience and weren't out to take advantage of me. I really appreciated their professionalism and how they were willing to take care of me both in price and quality of work. I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely be calling them the next time I have any plumbing issues.

I'd been without a regular plumber for a while and suddenly needed a simple snake job in my bathroom sink drain. I've done similar jobs for myself, but I was on a time crunch and figured professional plumbers could do it more easily, faster and cleaner.  

I found New Generation on yelp; they were local to me and had an appointment the very next day. As the 1st half of the 2-hour window waned, I called dispatch and they were very responsive to my looming time constraints and kept me posted every step of the way. Martin and Henry showed up with time to spare. They were great--smart, amiable and overall, well, cool. Booties, masks, all very professional.

They hit some roadblocks under the sink initially, but overcame and opened up the drain pretty fast. My sink's plumbing was pretty rickety when I moved in 20 years ago, and I was worried it wouldn't survive a professional snake. Well, Martin said it was a close call and suggested he replace the whole upright, p-trap, yada-yada under the sink--all those pipes down there. He shot me a reasonable price, they banged it out--even checked for leaks under the house (it was a rough snaking)--AND they got me to my appointment on time.

They advertise themselves as an emergency plumber. I get that. Would I call them for some huge plumbing overhaul? Well...IDK. I'd certainly check with them, and probably get a 2nd/ 3rd opinion. But for a small to medium-sized problem, there's no doubt NGP will be my first phone call from here out. Very satisfied!

Zorro was very easy to work with.   He answers all your questions and gives his professional opinion on what is the best solution.   He replaced a water heater.   He arrived on time, was courteous, and cleaned up after himself.   The whole process went smoothly and would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Best plumbers! Fast service, fair pricing. Isiah came last time within a day's notice and did a phenomenal job. This time, Chris came within 2 hours notice. Friendly, followed COVID protocol, and quick service. Chris replaced my entire garbage disposal and was in and out in less than an hour. I will only be calling this company moving forward.

Our drain backed up and flooded our laundry room on a Saturday afternoon. I was afraid we would not be able to get someone to come fix it over the weekend and not be able to use any water for a couple of days.
I read the great reviews for 911 Plumbing and gave them a call. They sent Gregg out within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Happy to have our water running again! Thank you!

First thing I did when I saw my toilet overflowing with sewage was go on Yelp and find a plumber. I went down the list and American Drain Works was the 5th plumber I called. Connie clearly communicated with me her schedule for the day and was able to come to my rescue 2 hours after I called.
Connie and Lalu showed up and went straight to work. Connie was very clear about each procedure, what to expect and the worse case scenario. Unfortunately for us the problem was in the main drain and not the toilet. Toilet had to be removed, pipe snaked, and toilet reattached.
Lalu did a great job and was able to get our clog cleared. They also tidied up the whole area and did a quick clean of the toilet so it didn't look disgusting!

Also, LADIES, how often do you call a plumber/electrician/handyman/etc and you have to hope and pray that you aren't letting some creep into your home?? I love that Connie is a female  plumber!!! She knows her stuff, she explains things thoroughly and there were no hidden charges!

P.S. I don't know how her prices compare as no other company I called gave me a price. However, It was what I expected to pay and she was very clear about the prices BEFORE she did anything!
