Second time using them and I will definitely recommend them. Honest and professional.  George and Raul came out today and got right  to work. George explained everything to me and made sure everything was working properly. Fair price, excellent service. Making the appointment was easy too. Also, The office staff was friendly and efficient.

The ceiling in my garage was pouring out water on a Sunday afternoon. I called A-1 Rooter and Max answered. Based on what I could tell him he tried to see if we could figure out the cause over the phone.  We couldn't and he was out within an hour. He figured out the location of the broken pipe within the wall very quickly and was able to repair it within 2 hours. He not only knew what he was doing but he was honest and authentic - explaining the situation very clearly. He even let me know it is likely the repairs are covered by my homeowner's policy.  To say he made a bad situation better is an understatement.  I highly recommend him if you need a plumber.

I want to reciprocate and help this young business out as they showed me the plumbing profession has evolved to be a very courteous and attentive to detail kind of profession.

Specifically, you're lucky if you get Brendan and Julio (hard J).  Both of these guys are so genuinely kind they made me want to hang out with them.  They entertained me with great conversation while they 50ft. snaked my kitchen sink and shower.  Their knowledge of the many of the many 100's of things that can affect drains was very impressive.  They put little booties on their shoes as not to affect anything in my place.  They laid a cloth tarp on the ground where they working.  When they were done they grabbed some paper towels and cleaner and cleaned my sink and shower area leaving it more fresh than they found it.

From a business perspective I told them they don't charge enough for the type of premium experience they deliver.  They charge the same as the John-Doe with the exposed butt who learns his trade by word of mouth.

They told me they're a younger company and they're doing their best to treat people right and create a longterm opportunity for themselves.  I 100% hope that happens for them sooner than later.  These guys make a dirty job feel like a 5-star hotel experience.  Thanks Brendan and Julio, appreciate you guys a lot.

Charlie's was the only plumber who has a great price for rotorooter and actually was available on a Saturday.  Ramon was prompt and courteous.  He handled the clog quickly and cleanly.  I highly recommend Charlie's

Ok, so I've been thru more bad plumbers unfortunately than I can count. I just got used to it....I thought it was the way it goes.....the plumbers I have gone thru were all totally filthy, totally unreliable, and totally shady.
Then I found these guys! Chris is the best kindest Plumber Man ever!!
SO professional, SO clean, SO dependable, SO thorough, and SO good at what he does....SO honest, SO fair, and just the nicest person ever. I'm telling you this is NOT normal! I hope all their customers treat them as good as they will treat you!

These guys are the best. They answer the phone, schedule appt, show up on time or early, that's half the battle sometimes.

They did a hydro-jet clean out for us a couple years ago. Today Sal came by to unclog a line that I thought needed a roto or jet, but he determined that it was much closer to a shower drain and he just hit everything with a snake and some white vinegar & baking soda !  It was all much closer to the drain (some gunk / calcium buildup too).

Fair price, good professional advice. Sal was awesome and I highly recommend Rockstar.

There are few reliable and honest contractors in this town. I can say without any hesitation that Victor stands out among the rest. I called him early this morning to fix a recurring plumbing issue in my apartment because the maintenance team Simply used a plunger and tried to plunge the issue but it was recurring.

Victor said he would arrive within an hour and a half and he did not only did he arrive but he asked  pertinent questions about the bathtub draining, too.  He took care of the issue as the toilet was almost overflowing and he did not charge the weekend rate!

He described to me why issue reoccurred and I also noticed that he got the toilet to flush more voraciously then it ever had.

Thank you so much for such a job well done and for being an honest and fair businessman.

Hayk responded promptly and came out the next day to fix our leaking tub spout. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly with parts he had in the truck. He was courteous and clear about the problem and solution. I'll definitely call him in the future.

Sam came by on two separate days to get a bunch of work done for us. We ended up replacing three faucets, one in the kitchen and 2 in the master bathroom, as well as a few other items. Sam was efficient and got the job done. For one of our bathroom faucets, he had to cut part of the granite counter. Before he started that, he even asked if the baby was sleeping 'cause it was going to be loud. I thought that was really considerate of him. When he was done, he came out entirely covered with dust, but he made sure the bathroom wasn't, which was great. Easy to work with. Our plumbing issues, all resolved!

Exactly what we needed. Fast turn around time. Great Team work with Fernando and Chuy. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately and handled the problem Lightning quick and safely. I'll definitely call them for my plumbing needs next time.

From beginning to end, an A+ experience. It's not fun having to replace a water heater, it's expensive and messy. Z&H are fair in pricing, available (even though I canceled the first appointment), and very professional. My wife was reluctant to use a company we had never used before, but the Yelp reviews were uniformly excellent. Now we know why. I wholeheartedly recommend Zorro and team.

I would give Connie and her team 10 stars if possible.  She just left our townhome after fixing our backed up kitchen sink.  The job wasn't easy because snaking the drain from the kitchen drain didn't work initially.  After some investigation, we realized that our kitchen drain actually goes behind the wall, and if we can't clear the clog then we would have to open the wall up.  Connie didn't jump to the conclusion and actually went into our downstairs garage to try to snack from 3 other spots.  When all the options failed, they cut open a section of the pipe and that was when the pipe cleared.  

They went absolutely above and beyond not only fixing our problem, but explaining along the way what could be the cause of the problem, and what they are doing to deduct possible clogging spots.

They showed up early and got the job done.  They even cleaned everything up including my dirty sink!!! They didn't leave any dirty foot prints/tracks inside the home and were super respectful.  I couldn't have asked for a better service.  Connie, you will be the person I call for all my plumbing needs in the future.  Thank you so very much!
