I'm glad I've found Rishon Plumbing. They have completed several big and small projects at my rental property and at home within the last a year or two: leaking, squeaking, not working items. They impressed me last time when they've finally solved a big mystery of my bath tub: the water was not draining, even though another plumber cleaned all pipes. Rishon Plumbing team found  a piece of plastic inside and replaced a small section of the pipe that was reduced in size. These figure it out personalities are hard to find.

I have hired Jose to find a leak in my house in Santa Monica. The contractor came out and found a leak. However, he couldn't tell me where it is so I had to schedule a second visit. After I ask about a quote on the leak so that I can submit it to my home warranty, Jose said he doesn't want to take the job anymore because of the way my voice sounded... I had to pay for the leak detection fee regardless. He initially told me that he can apply the leak detection fee to the repair cost, but since he doesn't want to take the job, there's no way to do that. In the end I'll have to find another plumber and pay them again to come out. It's a waste of my time and money.

I have used Plumber to the Rescue in the past and they remain on my go-to list for service.  I don't often write up these reviews unless they are horrible or fantastic, beyond the norm.  In this case, I want to comment on the receptionist, Susan, who is the latter.  She was so responsive, knowledgeable, and had wonderful customer service, friendly, concerned, and followed up as needed, which was a lot on a recent situation.  She is the front lines and makes a huge difference in not only first impressions, but overall coordination of service.  THANK YOU, Susan!

I requested a quote from Max because of all the 5 star reviews. For a toilet replacement. Everything included. He got back to me within 20 ~ 30 minutes with a very reasonable quote. I asked some clarification questions and he answered them. Because the quote was within the bounds of what I expected, I went with his quote and booked him. When Max arrived he had everything he needed to replace my toilet. He was literally in and out in one hour and fifteen minutes. Amazing. Love my new toilet (his recommendation)! Yes, Max is worth getting a quote from and hiring to do your plumbing job!

Mike and the Flood Brothers Team are fantastic.  They are reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable.  I've never had such a great plumbing experience.  I'll only use them in the future.  Great experience!

The best plumber I ever hired. I always have some kind of trouble. Too expensive, don't know what they are doing, take too long, don't get back to me, trying to rip me off.

I sent a message through Yelp, and they got back to me an hour later. No big deal. If I was in a hurry, I would have called them. They told me someone could come by in an hour and told me the cost. We set up an appointment and the guy was punctual. He was friendly and wore a mask, gloves and feet protection. He showed my husband what the problem was and since it was NOT past the clean out, it was going to be a little more. Since it was obvious and my husband could see he was being honest, we went ahead with the job. Luis ran a snake through the sink and it cleared up right away. He cleaned everything up, ran the water for a long time to make sure it wall all good, and left. Very happy with them.

Honestly, if you live in or anywhere near the west side in L.A. and you need a plumber, call Saucedo. Alberto is great guy and a hands-on owner who really knows his stuff.  The price he quoted was more than fair (far less than I was quoted by one big plumbing company...you know the one), and the actual price ended up being on the low end. Also -- and this shouldn't be a big deal but of course it is -- they actually showed up exactly when they said they would! I know, crazy! Also unlike the bigger companies, they  didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. Great company, great owner, great experience overall.

Chris and Randy recently repiped my main bathroom (this was necessary as the pipes were original galvanized and were beyond showing their age).  They did a great job and performed the work in a very timely manner.  I had three different quotes on this work and Ace Plumbing was the most through quote.  Chris took time to explain everything that would need to be done and even split the work into two different phases, which was very helpful.  He looked at what needed to be done and assessed the situation.  The price was fair, which is where I wanted to be.  I obviously didn't want to over pay but I also wanted a competent plumber, so I didn't want an underdog bid either.   I am very happy with the work!  I've had other plumbers who dropped the ball on aspects of work and I regretted ever working with them.  Chris and Randy were the opposite, they went above and beyond.  They were very professional and came back a day or two after to check the work, which I highly appreciate. They also fixed a few other minor things that I pointed out around, this helped me out immensely and is highly appreciated. Their customer service was great all around.  Darcy, who responds to the phone inquiries was great also. I now have a new plumber and I feel like I have piece of mind moving forward.  I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

I am so happy and appreciative for Rockstar Plumbing and Josh. From beginning to end my experience with this company was great! We were Josh's last job and it wasn't working out smoothly. But Josh was pleasant, positive, compassionate and thank god stubborn! He snaked my daughters toilet 4 times. The blockage was deep and far and he worked over and over again with his 75 foot snake to clear the line. He wanted my daughter to have her bathroom back and he wanted to be the one to do it. He kept his composure the whole time and he cared. He wanted to complete the job for us; add the pride he has for his craft and sprinkle in the stubbornness and poof, you not only have success but an amazing experience with a business and a human being. Miguel came to my house and replaced my leaking toilet tank.  He was quick and efficient and was very affordable.

Victor responded quickly and was able to see me the same day, he was very knowledgeable and able to fix the toilet in minutes. Very pleased with the work. My sink is currently broken and I'm calling him again to help with that. Would definitely recommend.

They're responsive, courteous & very professional. They do a great job & are reasonably priced. The visit to determine the problem is free. They don't charge you if it's just a very simple adjustment. I contacted them after closing hours on a Friday night for a hot water problem. They were here at 8am on Saturday. Everything was fixed in a few minutes! Couldn't ask for more!

I needed help replacing the thermocouple in my water heater. I tried to do it myself the previous night, but ran into a roadblock. I spoke with Zorro the next morning and he told me it was an easy fix and that he would be by between 4:00 and 6:00 later that day.  At 5:15, I received a text from Zorro saying that he was still at another job.  He asked if he could come by the next day.  Honestly I was disappointed and a little ticked because I was getting this information so late in the day, and on a Friday! It was too late to schedule another appointment. I felt like I could have received this text a bit earlier.

What Zorro did following this, was outstanding. He apologized and said that he just wanted to make us happy. He offered to come by early Saturday morning. What else was I going to do? ...Wait until Monday and start this whole process over? Zorro and his cousin showed up promptly Saturday morning. The assembled the pilot in less than 30 minutes! I thought that the price was a little high, but then again, that's what I was quoted on the phone.  I'm sure everybody in this business charges about the same for a service call. So, I can't really complain. They were professional and I would hire them again.

Our patio spigot was leaking real bad and we called these guys at 911, she was great at keeping me updated on when the plumber will show up. Kevin got here very quickly and replaced the spigot in no time. Stress is over! He was courteous and polite. Will definitely recommend and use 911 again.

We were in dire straits, roots in our pipes, a full house back-up and breakdown of all basic plumbing needs during the time of Covid is no small amount of stress.  Not to mention that our home owners warranty, naturally, has an exclusion to doing anything related to roots.  So here we were:  stuck, a son just home from dental surgery and no way to run water in our house because we had no way to drain water.  We are a one bathroom house and we had already waited over 24 hours for our warranty people to show up only to be told they couldn't do anything for us.  The need was real that we have capacity to have a functioning home.   We had been told by several plumbers that they were incredibly busy at this time of quarantine and we were looking at getting even just estimates in several days with the potential of not starting on a job for several more days.  Reminder:  one-bathroom house!  Stress!  After talking with a lot of recommendations from friends, Connie at American Drain Works and Plumbing took the most active interest in helping us solve our problem and immediately got to work on assessing our needs.  They were at our house the next morning at 8am.  Her team and this dynamo of a lady boss herself were under our house, giving us options, working with us on all levels to do what needed to be done.  Her trusty artist with drains, Lalo and his team, worked all day and half of the next.  We learned so much not only about the job, our contract, a true plumbing work ethic but also the follow-through from a dedicated team who cared about the quality of their work, and the quality of their relationships with their clients.  We got excellent service, customer care, & attention to detail, working with us while we got the financials in order,  from this outstanding Westside Woman owned/Lady Boss Team.  I cannot say it loudly enough.  Connie, Lalo, Joan and your whole team, we are sold on you and how you love helping people and problem-solving and solution-building to make the world a little bit nicer.  These are challenging times and this was a challenging week for us.  We recommend American Drain Works and Plumbing for any and all plumbing needs.  They are based in Culver City and I highly, highly recommend them to my peeps in their service area!  It was a stroke of luck that I got them on the phone and I'm so grateful to them.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!
