I had a clog due to some bad plumbing and George was able to come out and fix it in less than 24 hours.
He gave me a flat rate over the phone and a time window when he would arrive. I actually got a call 1/2 hour before my appointment asking if they could start early (which worked for me).
George was able to quickly clear my clog and also explained what was necessary to avoid problems in the future.

Upfront, honest, and professional. I will be calling George at Rishon the next time I need plumbing services.

My mom had a pipe burst and major flooding in herbmaster bathroom on Sunday night  . They were fast, kept me in the loop the entire time,  Brenden arrived, he was quick to diagnose and treat the broken pipe. He was very professional, courteous and empathetic to our situation and my mom age.

Honestly, if you live in or anywhere near the west side in L.A. and you need a plumber, call Saucedo. Alberto is great guy and a hands-on owner who really knows his stuff.  The price he quoted was more than fair (far less than I was quoted by one big plumbing company...you know the one), and the actual price ended up being on the low end. Also -- and this shouldn't be a big deal but of course it is -- they actually showed up exactly when they said they would! I know, crazy! Also unlike the bigger companies, they  didn't try to upsell me whatsoever. Great company, great owner, great experience overall.

Meh. Three stars is generous: they booked time online, didn't show. I called, oops, officer manger blew it. Whatever. Went with another company who came over quickly for less money.

Reliable service. Josh was professional and courteous. He replaced a faucet and a shower diverter in just a few hours. Added bonus, he removed blockage from my shower, increasing the water pressure.

I called on a Sunday morning, and Miguel as able to get here at the time I wanted (late in the afternoon - they had an earlier time open as well!!)

Our bathroom sink had clogged up, so he quickly and efficiently snaked the pipes, and also gave us 30 day warranty.

He does it again! I've been using Victor for plumbing and rooting for many years now. No matter what my problem is, he can fix it. His work, customer service and pricing never disappoints. The last time I called him was over to my dads house for a shower tub back up, after trying to snake the pipes for a while, surprisingly the snake finally caught a dead rat causing the back up. In the face of an actual plumbing emergency Hayk came out and took care of the problem after multiple other emergency plumbers refused.  One plumber came out, talked to me, and then claimed they didn't have the right tools for the job.

Hayk showed me just how full of it that guy was because all he needed was a small chisel and small hammer in addition to the normal plumbers kit. Watching him take care of it made it look so simple whereas the other plumbers were so intimidated.

I would call Hermes plumbing again in a heartbeat, they know how buildings are built and that gives them knowledge of how best to get access to the plumbing.  Plus they cleaned up after themselves and were pleasant to talk to, despite the emergency.

Mandel came same day to replace my Garbage disposal that had frozen.  He keeps replacements in his van and was a nice guy too.

My tankless water heater was having issues igniting (pilot problem, gas flow). I called, got a call back from Chris, who tried to identify the problem over the phone. After I provided some pictures, he called me back promptly to troubleshoot the issue and my hot water was back on in no time. I easily saved a couple hundred bucks so this is the least I could do! If the problem arises again, I'll be sure to call Rocket again.

WOW! This place is amazing!  I called in the AM and got on their schedule the same day.  The plumber came out and did not charge me to tighten the screws on the toilet seat. I plan on using them going forward for my plumbing needs.

Can you say fast response time !  I had a leak in my bathroom.  Not only did he take care of the problem but really honest.  Most people will turn a little problem into a huge ordeal.  He was quick and almost cost me next to nothing compare to a couple other quotes !  Keep up the great work Zoro !

I don't leave many reviews on Yelp but I have to highly recommend this company and Joseph in particular. I don't think I ever had an experience where a company quoted me a price and then ended up charging far less (because the work was quicker/simpler than expected). Joseph was efficient and professional and also really friendly with my talkative 3 year old daughter. We will definitely be calling Flood Brothers the next time we have a plumbing problem, without hesitation.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Tony came to the rescue! He did a great job and was so easy to work with. We would definitely call him again!

Had an inconspicuous, slow leak under the sink. Looked as though it was coming from my fancy water filter that the Mom Unit gifted me for Christmas. Gee, thanks, Maaaa'.

Greg and Ash came out within their allotted time frame. They were professional from the moment they arrived. After working on my filter for roughly 15 minutes, they determined nothing was broken and it was just a few nuts and bolts that needed tightening, if you will.

After putting back the contents underneath my sink back together exactly as they found it, they informed me there'd be no charge!!?

After attempting to reach several plumbers, I happen to reach Connie at American Drain Works.  She was a delight!  We have a very old home with lots of plumbing problems and Connie and her team were able to take of our problem.  My husband, who is not easily impressed, was totally impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and skill.  We have found our go to plumber for any future needs.  Connie and her team have been by far the best in service, price and professionalism.
