Was renewing my kitchen when I decided to upgrade my plumbing too. I didn't regret calling Rishon Plumbing. Very efficient, very friendly and a great price. I also had him replace my shower plumbing, and upgrade some of my pipes that were old to copper pipes. Would definitely recommend their services.

Jose came out to replace our garbage disposal (within 24h of my original call!), and immediately noticed the pipes under the sink were corroded and actually started leaking during the replacement! He had all the parts he needed in his truck to do the plumbing replacement/upgrade to all PVC (in addition to installing our new garbage disposal) and he was in and out in under an hour for all of it! He also made sure to explain how to troubleshoot the new disposal for the various ways it might cause issues in the future.
Jose was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional -- highly recommend!

Max cleared up my clog real fast. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. One thing I wish he did was call to notify me that he was running late, as I had to take of some time from work. I would definitely call him again if I get another clog

Charlie is the Man! I called 8 o'clock at night and only one other plumber answered. Got a great price quote for clearing a backed up line going out to the main sewer line. Charlie called on his way the next morning and showed up as promised. Went straight to work and was done in about 15 minutes. I've had at least 6 others perform the same service at my house and I plan to use only Charlie's from now on. He went out of his way and cleaned up around the area, which no one has ever done before. Great guy, very polite and professional. With all the bs we deal with everyday it feels great to have someone make things easier for once and provide great service at a fair price.
Thank you again, you're the Man!

We hired New Pro to do a number of plumbing jobs at our house, and their representative, Miguel Lopez, was terrific. He was friendly, helpful, and ultra-competent. When one of the jobs turned out to be more complicated than we thought, he took care of it without raising the price. He also worked to locate a rare part that saved us from buying expensive new faucets. New Pro is now our go-to plumber.

I called Victor to get a quote for a small toilet repair and he said if we FaceTimed and were able to fix it that way, it's all good. So I FaceTimed, I showed him the problem, it was a quick fix, and it was all good! I couldn't believe he would be so kind and offer his expertise via a free FaceTime consultation. That's good business right there! Thanks, Victor!

I called hermes plumbing and Hayk came out that same day to help me with my plumbing problem. I really appreciated how quickly he responded and came over. I know absolutely nothing about pipes and plumbing so I was very happy that Hayk explained to me what the problem was, how it may have happened, and what I can do to prevent it. He is so helpful and I highly recommend hermes plumbing for all your problems! Thanks for everything Hayk!!

Didn't have the pleasure of receiving actual repair from this company but Mandell clearly cares about all customers. He was honest about his crew not being able to service my project and not wanting to hold me up. He even recommended other nearby companies that might be able to help. Wish all customer service interactions were like this. Hope to do business with you at some point .

This wasn't my choice of plumber. My tenants unfortunately called these plumbers to relight a water heater. The tenants were forced to pay CASH on the spot. What kind of reputable business demands cash? If you call this company:caveat emptor. They have post office boxes with street addresses throughout Southern California to legitimize their service. Their Venice business & Santa Monica business addresses are both residential addresses. The plumber who came out wrote on the invoice 15 year old water heater from 2003. This was completely incorrect. The water heater was manufactured in 2007 & purchased & installed new in 2010 from a large home improvement chain store. So here's what happened: Chris came out & relit the pilot for a $120 service fee thinking in his mind that my water heater was 15 yrs old. Two days later the pilot went out. I left multiple messages with their answering service without a reply. Finally my son got in contact with the plumber Chris. He told him we needed a new water heater for $1400. Later the same day, I spoke with Chris. I have a COMPLETE TRANSCRIPT of that call. He absolutely refused to come out again to look at my water heater. He was rude, intimidating, demeaning & unprofessional. Later I got ahold of the owner Brian who I believe isn't the actual owner, but merely a customer service representative-- a sort of middle- man for the actual owners who are very ORGANIZED. He promised he would have another plumber Jose come on a Monday ( it was a Friday) when I spoke to Brian. I didn't hear back the whole next week. Finally the next Friday Jose( second plumber) came out. He backed up.his co-worker's story that my water heater needed replacing. He even feigned trying to relight the pilot. Fast forward to a few days later: I got another plumber to come out. I had arranged to install a new water heater per Rocket Plumbing's advice. New plumber told me I don't need a new unit-- there was no rust or leaking. He was able to fix the unit with a part he had & gave me a warranty. Here's the bottom line: I have requested a refund of the $120 because the plumber did not do his job. He aged up my water heater on the receipt in a ploy to pressure me, an absentee owner, into purchasing a new unit. Brian ( the owner?) refused & told me I was wasting his time & money & that I just wanted to get something for free. Brian tried to get me to give him the phone number of the new plumber I got to.fix the water heater. I sent him the invoice, but not the #. I'm assuming he was planning on intimidating the other plumber. This is how they operate. They assume that most customers have little knowledge about plumbing ( which is a great assumption if you are calling this company.) Chris actually yelled at me: ARE YOU A PLUMBER? I'm expecting Brian to reply to this review with a boilerplate I tried everything to satisfy this customer but believe me he didn't. I deserve a refund. I'll be protesting in front of their phony street address/mail box store soon. Update : re: Brian's response: The water heater is perfectly fine the new plumber had a part & fixed it. He didn't just relit the pilot. He gave me a One year warranty. You even admit that your plumber made an error on the receipt about the date of the heater. The tenant who.paid cash told me that he would not recommend you as plumbers. You are the intimidating ones. Let me know if you would like a full transcript of my conversation with your plumber Chris. I waited a whole week for the other plumber Jose to come out- then when I contacted you- you acted like it was a big chore to send him out after it had been promised. You are listed on a website as the customer relations person. Why should I pay $ 120 for someone to light the pilot & then it goes out two days later-- did Chris tell the tenants he thought the water heater was failing? Please move back to Chicago, and God Bless. It's not my problem if you lost money because your plumber screwed up the original job. You owe me the money & you have made the decision to not do.the honorable thing. Shame on you. What kind of customer would be pleased with paying $120 to relight a pilot & get a receipt with the wrong manufacturing date? I will pray for you.

I gotta say a couple great things here about Jake and New Generation Plumbing. I needed some advice on a plumbing issue and Jake responded to my inquiry within seconds! He gave me some really helpful input and responded to my messages in lightening fast time. I haven't officially hired him for a plumbing job, but I wouldn't hesitate for a second giving him the job if and when the time comes. Thanks, Jake!

Used Zorro to remove an old tank water heater and install a tankless heater. He responded within minutes when I initially reached out on a Sunday and had a very reasonable quote for me shortly after I texted pics. We had the job scheduled quickly and he and his team had all the under home gas, water, and electric taken care of to code in less than a day. I can't recommend him enough for a job like this where you can't afford mistakes or delays leaving you without water.

Just completed some plumbing repairs with 911 Plumbing. Mike and Greg did a terrific job. They are kind, polite, professional and efficient. They pointed out a crack in the toilet hardware I didn't realize was there - so I am very grateful. They even tightened a loose faucet as a courtesy and gave me a loyalty discount. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, Greg and the team at 911! Use these guys!

What a pleasant experience! Everyone fears having to deal with a plumber and potentially getting ripped off. Let me start by saying that Connie is wonderful. I was referred to her by a contractor friend of mine. I recently had my master bath remodeled. My shower had been draining slower and slower for several years now. I had used draino and other assorted chemicals. They always worked for a short time and the problem kept getting worse. I was standing in almost 2 - 3 inches of water within one minute of turning on the shower. I asked the contractor (not the one that referred Connie) to please clean out the drain during the remodel process. According to them they did it. They were either just lazy or incompetent... Still not sure. After no results they informed me I needed a jetro (high pressure water through the pipes to clean it out). I called several plumbers who did not do jetros. I asked several other contractors if they had a good plumber and was referred to Connie. She spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me at around 8:30pm listening to my dilemma and what I was sure I needed. She told me just how expensive a jetro would be to get that much hose with the needed manpower to hold the hose up into my condo (don't ask!). She also informed me of her concerns because I do live in a complex built in 1980 with copper pipes. She said the high pressure water could actually rupture the pipes. She said she would like to try a regular snake first. And all other options prior to the jetro. She told me she would contact me the following day and get me into her rotation as soon as possible. She showed up at my house at approximately 4 PM. That little lady was able to clear that years old problem with a regular snake in 20 minutes, something that 2 full grown men (Clowns) from the first contractor could not accomplish. And she saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars from potential busted pipes and having to rip open walls. Any plumber looking to make a buck and not actually care would have said ok, you want a jetro... let's bust out the high pressure hose and see what happens. I am thrilled that I now have a fantastic, honest plumber to add to my list of professionals. And the kicker... She charged me less than she quoted me on the phone!
Thank you Connie.
Thank you Connie.
