I woke up at 5:00 AM to a loud vibrating sound, and found my water heater leaking water from the tank. I searched on Yelp for a couple of days and decided to go with Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters. George picked up the call and verified what my water heater setup and replacement needs were. He asked for me to text him a photo and was able to schedule replacement the next day. The next day George contacted me early as he had time to get to my house earlier than originally planned. He arrived with John and a young man who was helping with the install. Very professional, fast, and flexible with my available payment form. I had to do cash, and card payment split, but had trouble with my Venmo account setup, so George and John sent me an invoice and web payment link that worked great. The new water heater was installed fast, so much more secure with the two earthquake straps, and George added a new hot water shutoff valve since I only had one for the cold water before. The young guy who was working with George was hustling fast to help get the job done without delay, which I noticed and admired his work ethic. Shows that George and team do great work! George also had several recommendations for me that I knew about already, but shows he is diligent  and knowledgeable in the plumbing field. I'll be working with George again on a couple of things very soon! They even did a great job cleaning the area after they were done, which is so rare these days with the trades and contractors. I strongly recommend Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters.

Called two handyman places to try to replace my shower handle but no response. I bought the replacement from homedepot and I thought it would be easy but it's more complicated than what I expected. Jose was friendly on the phone and I sent over pictures and described the issue. Very responsive. Freddy and Miguel came with mask and booties. Fixed everything in five mins. Handyman might be cheaper but time is money. They came to fix it right away so no complaints! Will definitely call them for my future plumbing issues

My bathtub faucet was leaking, so I called yesterday to have someone come look at it. The guy came 5 minutes early, was professional and even took off his shoes before entering my house.  The fix was quick and took about 30 minutes.  My only complaint would be that they charge you a minimum of an hour even if the project doesn't take that long. All in all, it was an easy, painless experience and I will use them again

I reached out to A-1 for an estimate to upgrade my water heater. After some minor phone tag, I finally was able to connect with Max. He was informative, helpful, and very professional. I ended up not doing the upgrade, but would definitely recommend reaching out to Max if you are considering a water heater upgrade.

I am editing my review because this company has EXCELLENT customer service. After posting my review below, the owner reached out to my husband and me in order to find out what happened and fix the situation. Not many companies do this so I appreciate this type of service.

Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as most of the other reviewers. We had a clogged bathroom drain and paid $150 to have it snaked over the weekend. Well, it didn't work! We were advised to contact our Property Manager/HOA because the plumber thought the clog was lower down. He thought that we may have to cut into the wall and cut out sections of the pipe to clear the clog. WTF? We ended up using another plumber that a friend referred, and he cleared the clog within minutes! It was only 4 feet down. Flood Brothers used a drill snake while the other plumber used a completely different device. I don't know what happened but it is upsetting that I just wasted $150.

Look no further, bookmark Charlie's and don't waste your time calling anyone else.   We had three companies out for the same problem to no avail. Charlie came out, showed us our entire line with camera and gave us three very fair solutions to choose from. He also guarantees his work which speaks volumes. Amazing plumber and super nice team all the way around. He even offered to mop the floor where he had done some work.  Hopefully we won't need to call on his services again anytime soon but if we do, he is the only call I'll make.

Alberto is responsive, fast, clean, nice, and reasonable. What more do you want from someone you hire? He and his co-worker came in and fixed everything in no time, and I even had him come in to take a look at a faucet that we ordered. He gave me his opinion and didn't charge me a callout fee.

Had a drain blockage at 3:30 in the afternoon. Chris came out by 4:45 and my drains were draining by 5:05. Reasonable price and courteous thorough service. Definitely keeping his business card on file.

Sal came out the afternoon after I called that morning so A+ on timeliness (he could have come earlier but I couldn't work that out with work). He was very nice and considerate, generally a pleasant person. Did a quick and thorough job fixing my shower handles, one was stuck and the stem needed to be completely taken apart. I kind of wish I had more work for the minimum charge (he gave me a $50 break on it ) but it does need to be worth it for the company to send someone so it makes sense to have a minimum charge. Over all I was happy and feel confident in keeping the number for any future plumbing needs (although I hope to not have any ). I will give their name and number for a recommendation if anyone else needs a plumber.

After the hard rain, our drain started to back up. Water was coming in from the bathtub and the toilet was flowing over. I called New Pro Plumbing at 8:30pm and Miguel told me he would be at the house at 10:30pm. He was on time and worked through the early morning cleaning out the drain. He found excessive roots in the drain and was able to clear them up at a follow up appointment. I highly recommend Miguel and the New Pro Plumbing for any plumbing issues ! Reliable service!

Victor and his team were friendly, efficient and very responsive to any and all questions we had. We hired him to help my mother with a plumbing issue, and he was able to make space for her in his busy schedule. Victor is honest, informative and very helpful. We would hire him again for all of our plumbing needs! Thanks Victor!

I called today to request someone to check out this gross odor in my bathroom. Anna Av responded quickly to my msg and mentioned they would arrive after 3pm.
Av arrived at 5:30pm and I told him the situation and he quickly proceeded to help me with the musty smell in my sink. Aside from that, Av was very polite and was not rushing to do the job.
I would highly recommend Hermes.

Rapid action rooter is the best plumbing company we've ever used. We've tried several, but Rapid Action is hands down the best. Mandel was quick to assist when one of our pipes burst on a Sunday morning- he sent one of his guys to fix it within the hour, and then came back later that week to replace our water heater that was overdue for a replacement. His rates were very reasonable, and he was very informative and honest. He did not try to upsell us at all. They also worked quickly and efficiently. We are very grateful to have found Rapid Action, and will absolutely be using them again.

Sam was awesome!  He was professional and easily fixed our leak in the tub.  Will use them again.

My old water heaters were 10yrs old and I decided to get new ones before running into problems. I got a couple of estimates from a couple of local plumbing companies. At the end of the search New Generation Plumbing had the best customer service representative that was on top of my questions and concerns. The crew that came to review the project was the same crew that showed up on day of water heater exchange.
Henry and Martin showed up promptly at 8am and 2 hrs later the job was done. 2 new water heaters installed and working.
The crew's attention to detail was beyond expectations. They even cleaned out the spiderwebs and junk that had settled on the floor and around the water heater enclosure.

Called up Zorro this morning for a quote. He asked for a few pics via text and quoted me a very fair price (hundreds less than at least 3 other competitors who came to my house and tried to upcharge me).

I jumped at the deal and he gave me an arrival window...SAME DAY. I don't know about you, but being out of hot water sucks.

He arrived with a member of his team and went to work. Took little over an hour to remove the old heater, update some plumbing lines tank straps and install the new heater. He tested the water functions (he used new shoe covers when entering my house - definitely a nice touch) and sent me an invoice via email. No upcharges or hidden fees.

Call these guys - they are the best! I am in a house rental and I was having relentless issues with bathroom plumbing. I called with many questions and the guy I spoke with discussed all the details with me. I wasn't sure what I could afford but he said they will come out and fully evaluate the situation and discuss what should be done - for FREE - and then its up to me if I want to move forward. Zero pressure. Giulio came out the next morning to evaluate the problem. He was coming from another job and thought he might be a few minutes late so he called to let me know. How cool is that? (btw, he was on time) Then he put protective covers on his shoes before entering my house. And he thoroughly took care of my plumbing issue. Even my dog was bummed to see him go!

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

I have used 911 Plumbing many times and I have always been very satisfied.  I have an apartment building and hav e all kinds  of problems.  They have  done big jobs like installing new pipes and little jobs like clearing pipes.  The plumbers are always professional,  polite and courteous.  They also give you the price before they begin work.  
Kathy, the office manager is very friendly and efficient. We always get same day service with usually a 2 hour window.  Kathy calls when they are 30 minutes away.  I have used many different plumbers, but now I only call 911 Plumbers!

Wow is this woman amazing! I called today for any inquiry and she took her time to learn about my issues and what I needed, she informed me of the steps I needed to take in order to get the sewer inspected for a client and then she reffered me to a specialist. All in one phone call she gave me amazing service and educated answers. I am so impressed! Thank you for your kindness and great customer service.
