It's so nice to every once in a while to hire a company that delivers what they say at the price quoted. AND the best part the service man,  Mike, was prompt, efficient, polite, very nice, organized. It was a pleasure to have their expertise do a job at our home. Installed a 50 gal water heater.

First off, I'm a real homeowner and idiot when it comes to plumbing.

I came home one night after work and found a stream of water flowing down my garage. I called 5 other places that claimed to be 24 hours, but only Max (my new plumber for forever) answered. He came out to my place at 11:00pm and diagnosed the problem. He probably would have fixed it that night as well, but to repair the problem he would have to go through my neighbors house (I live in a townhouse and we share a wall).

Max came back, crawled under my neighbor's house, replaced a pipe, and only charged me a VERY reasonable amount of money. Heck, he even gave me a discount! Max could not have been a better plumber, both from a technician stand point AND his customer service. Can not recommend him enough.

Phil from Flood Brothers was incredible. They rearranged some appointments so they could come day-of as it was an emergency, and turned out they could come 4 hours before the scheduled time, which was even better. Phil couldn't have been nicer, was super clear, let us know our fix today was under warranty, and gave us a fair quote to repair some damaged pipes. Would absolutely recommend their services, they're loyal, nice, and straightforward. Thank you for everything!

They came out quickly. Their technician was very polite.  He quickly got to work and cleaned out the line.  He told me after that my pipe was in good shape.  He also took a look at my bathroom faucet and suggested I get a new one at Lowe's and then call them back. The person answering the phone was also very polite and service oriented.  Two Thumbs Up!

Had a great experience with Alberto from start to finish - had him bid for replacing a dying/ old hot water heater. He showed up on time, friendly - gave a great bid, took care of updating/ bringing the shut-off valve as well for a nominal cost and on game-day knocked it all out in 2 hours and us back up and running like a champ. They're great - highly recommend. Thanks!

I can not believe there are still good and honest  business people around!!!  I had leak under my kitchen and I called Ace Plumbing because my friend referred them.  Chris came and part of the garbage disposal was loose.  He tightened it and gave me a tool to fix it if it every happens again.  When I asked him how much I owed he said nothing.  I could not believe it.  He was very professional, honest and I will refer this company to everyone I know.  I will also post it on Facebook so my friends can use this company if they need a plumber.

Over the weekend i had a horrible situation with a flood in my bathroom, i could not figure out how to get the water to stop running. Luckily i found Matt and Rockstar Pumbiing on yelp and he came to the rescue. Quickly shut off the water and fixed the broken Valve and pipe even without thinking twice. Matt is a stand up guy

I will be referring him to all of my family and friends all of my plumbing needs!

Victor is a true professional.  I decided to finally pull the trigger on repairing my lateral line (it was an old clay pipe that annually got clogged with roots), and when I had Victor out for a quote, my experience with him and his team was a world of difference from prior companies that had been out to hydro-jet the line.  His pricing is fair and straightforward, communication was solid throughout the entire process, and everything went smoothly. I'm very glad I waited to do this project until I found Victor & Team to do the work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Mandel, the owner, responded to my Yelp request in a very timely manner on Sunday and was able to confirm a technician to come out first thing Monday. Our technician, Anthony, arrived earlier than scheduled and was very professional, quick and thorough. He also wore a mask the entire time and maintained social distancing as much as possible, my toddler made this a challenge :-) I'll be keeping their number handy for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend. Fair pricing and excellent service.

Brian has the best customer service out there. I was referred to a few other places but Brian called me back even though he was out of town to make sure I got someone to help me within hours of my call. I have a second review already for New Generation Plumbing. Since my last experience was so good, when I heard a hissing sound in an outside water line that runs to a sprinkler I called and Jose came out and explained the 2 options for replacing the line. He gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled the work.
A few days later Fernando and Luis arrived on time and got the job done. They were very professional and listened to my concerns about how the new pipe would be set up. They really listened and changed the plan slightly based on my concerns. The job was done very well with attention to detail and the work area was completely cleaned up before they left. I recommend New Generation Plumbing for their plumbing skills, their communications, their attention to detail and their customer service. The scheduling and billing office personnel are very nice to work with as well!

Mike came for a free consultation and was very helpful in explaining what would need to be done. He was up front about the cost and what my best options were. I would call him again if I ran into other issues.

Just want to post a quick update to how great this business is! We had a toilet clog with slow flush one morning with clients coming that same day. The customer service is, once again, outstanding!  The office answers the phone right away and gave a prompt follow-up call to schedule service. They were able to work around our schedule. Thank you!!! And they also give a call 10 minutes before service arrives. So pro! What was even better was the service that Art gave us. It wasn't a simple fix to just unclog the toilet. We have a 100 year-old house with odd plumbing pipes. Art cleaned out the first drain and spent some time into the night to figure out the issue was farther down the line. Anyway, I don't know what kind of magic he did, but he worked hard to get the problem solved. Once again, THANK YOU, ART!!!

Connie's amazing, she was very thorough in her inspection and gave reasonable prices for fixing the plumbing issues in my house. Her team was quick and professional and we were able to move into our new home on schedule. I highly recommended American drain works!
