very much appreciated the easy communication as well as giving a quote through texting instead of having to come to the apartment. the job was performed successfully and efficiently despite being for something that another plumber had already told me they couldn't do. highly recommended!

These guys came out to fix my sink the same day. I had been fiddling with it and cleaned all the tubing but it needed a good snake. After snaking the drain, they replaced some outside faucets for me too that I've been meaning to get changed. Was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

Called My Plumbing Doctor and what a pleasant surprise to get such great communication and service.

Due to the storm in progress, scheduling took a little communication.  They make sure that I knew exactly what was going on so there was no waiting for someone not knowing if or when they were coming.  My Plumbing Doctor arrived exactly on schedule.

After rooting out the system without success, the young man (with hands that could get into places beyond believe and very strong) got on his hands and knees and with effort pulled a 9' long rope of roots out of the drain.  He explained what the problem was and recommended what I should do so it does not happen again.

After fixing my problem, he rooted out my neighbor's sewer without having to call and make a future appointment.  My neighbor said the cost was half what he had been paying another company.

I thought the price was very reasonable and was less than the original ball park indicated.

A-1 Rooter & Plumbing responded very quickly to my inquiry on Yelp- faster than anyone else. I had an urgent problem where my toilet wouldn't stop running and wouldn't fill up, and I had company arriving that evening.

The plumber arrived in the window we specified while talking in the Yelp app. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and didn't hesitate to act once I decided which was best for me (the fast option).

Service was friendly and professional. I would use them again.

I called Flood Brothers because our gas and hot water were turned off Phillip came right over and solved the problem in 2 minutes. Totally professional and reliable I can not recommend them enough especially having gone through so many plumbers who dont know what they are doing.

I had a fantastic experience with Charlie's Rooter Service. Lou was fantastic, very personable and extremely knowledgeable and professional. My plumbing issues were explained to me and I was given options- no pressure. I rarely review business services but I felt highly motivated to highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with the clogged plumbing/ sewer problems. These guys are really worth contacting and working with.

Nano and company are the most honest folks you will have the opportunity to work with on plumbing needs.
Honest, responsive, price appropriate and easy to communicate with are all traits that describe doing business with them, and only just begin to scratch the surface of items I really appreciate.  
I would be remiss if I left out the technical skills Nano brings. His equipment is state of the art and he is just magical with how he handles a hydro-jetter !

Just called Chris for a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink. He was extremely friendly and professional. He came within 15 minutes, located the problem immediately, and fixed it free of charge. I don't have a regular plumber but I will definitely use this company from here on out. Would definitely recommend!!

From the start, Rockstar was fast to schedule me and was very communicative regarding my appointment. Shaun(Shawn? Sean?) came over to repair a clogged sink in my bathroom. He arrived on time, and he took off his shoes to come inside to inspect the issue which really showed how respectful he is. He was fast to repair the clog, and let me know that my pipes weren't looking so happy (I still have galvanized steel). I knew my pipes would eventually need replacing and it was good to know that the sink clog was the canary in the coal mine for the situation. He also pointed out some oddities he noticed with my plumbing, he didn't have to do that but I appreciate the attention to detail and the honesty.

To top it all off, the repair price was extremely reasonable, and I feel confident contacting Shaun back to get a quote for the repipe.

I came back from work to find a clogged bathroom sink.  Even though it was after 7 p.m., Miguel came out and worked tirelessly for several hours late into the night using first one snake and then a larger snake to attempt to clear my drain.  Throughout the ordeal, he was very polite, kept up a friendly conversation, wore booties, and was careful to not disturb my very cluttered apartment.  Due to multiple elbow pipes in my plumbing, he needed to return the next day to gain access from a lower unit.  He came back the next day to continue working for several hours until he was able to unclog the drain.  He also fixed my toilet, which he noticed was running.  He did a great job for a reasonable price.  He was also very professional, and made sure to get my approval of each quote before beginning work- no hidden surprises.  I highly recommend him!  Thank you, Miguel!

Victor is seriously awesome. I suspected a blockage in my main sewer line and had my everyday plumber check it out. He told me a needed proper Rooter service - so I turned to Yelp.  I was impressed that Victor answered the call himself and due to a cancellation was able to come out the same day.  My main line was so blocked by tree roots that the snake couldn't cut it. Victor jetted the line and once it was cleared, saw with his camera that the bottom of my pipe had been eaten away by the aggressive roots of my three-story (thirsty) ficus tree. Yikes!  

Over the next two days Victor and his guys dug up concrete and laid 20 feet of new sewer pipe. But because he owns his own equipment, it was much more reasonable than other Rooter services that charge a rental fee when hydraulic machines are needed. He also understood my concern about cleaning up my yard after the black sewer water - given my chocolate lab pup.  So instead of the normal lime, he went the extra mile and brought in decomposed granite - and even color matched it to my yard.

He and his team were courteous, on time, and did a great clean up job in my basement. He's also a really nice guy with a ton of integrity. I don't normally go on and on, but Victor is one of the real gems that I have to thank other Yelpers for sharing about. All of this was done the week of Christmas. Victor literally saved me from having a sh*tty holiday.  Infinite gratitude!

Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

My upstairs toilet overflowed into my downstairs bathroom. I call Mandel at 8:00 A.M. He told me he would be at my home between 10 -11. He called me to let me know he was running late. Once he came to fix the matter he educated me on some safety facts. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Thank you for the knot and the help.

Sam, the technician, was on time. He assessed the two situations and acted accordingly. Though I thought the cost was somewhat expensive, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5,  he explained the assessment, proper treatment and guarantee For the work.  Overall, I felt it was good quality service.

Martin was extremely kind and helpful. He fixed our disgusting dishwasher problem in under 5 minutes. He also explained why it was having problems draining and made some adjustments to the way our tubes were set up so it wouldn't happen again.

Z&H Plumbing came and helped fix all of the crazy plumbing issues installed by the horrible house flippers that had no idea what they were doing. Never trust a flipper, they used the cheapest means possible and never addressed the problem. Z&H came to our rescue! They were fast, efficient, on time and the price was great too. Gotta love that. Next time you have a plumbing issue give them a call!

We had a sink clogged today and it was hard to find a plumber on the weekend. Joe from Sal's plumbing was very responsive and sent someone within an hour. Thomas was the plumber who came over and he was on time and very helpful. He plunged the sink and it got fixed immediately. The clog seemed to only be in the pop up assembly.He didn't need to run the snake so he didn't charge us at all. We couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much!

Don't ever use these guys they overcharge.
The technician was nice but the company is archaic in their business practices and overcharge.  Too bad they would've had a good customer for multiple homes.

Left two voice messages and texted as instructed on the outgoing message. Never even got a single response. It may be an indication of her limited skills but at least some communication would have been nice.
