These guys are great! Had to do a snake out of pipes to clear out a stopped up washing machine. They ended up doing to separate snake outs to make sure it was all clear and charged us for work on one. Reasonable rates and nice, competent guys. Thanks!

Love this company already. Eddie answered my call about a toilet stoppage and we scheduled for him to stop by right away. He did ask some questions to try and diagnose the issue over the phone. He concluded that there must be a minor blockage somewhere near the top so I tried the plunger for a third time after I hung up w/ Eddie and BOOM. Cleared.

I called him back to let him know and he was genuinely happy! He even gave me some tips for future reference to win my business. This type of service goes a long ways to earning trust. I'll be bookmarking Plumber to the Rescue for sure.

We needed help with a nagging running toilet issue that was beyond us. Professional and pleasant, I cannot say enough great things about these guys. When my master bathroom sink had a leak, they helped me to not only replace the p-trap, but to also complete a new bathroom vanity installation upgrade. Alberto, Skylar and the whole crew took great care of my bathroom vanity project, from start to finish. They responded immediately to my inquiry, quoted me a fair price, and completed the work within a timely manner, leaving me with a beautiful new master bathroom sink. I highly recommend them, and will be sure to use them for any plumbing concerns in the future.

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

I had a problem with my toilet for months, I finally gave in and called Rockstar Plumbing. Josh came in and he was extremely helpful in finding a solution. Not only that but he made sure I understood what was wrong with the toilet and took the time to educate me on what to do. As a homeowner who has had issues with toilets in the past, I am extremely appreciative of this.
He even took the time to explain to me how the plumbing system works in my condo and he game me tips on what to do to make sure everything stays in working order. I highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing if you need a good honest plumber for your home.

We had Miguel come over due to flooding under our kitchen sink. He was able to come that same day, just a couple of hours after I called, and he was super pleasant and approachable. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues with the faucet, as well as with the incorrect manner in which some of the pipes under the sink had been connected and installed. I would highly recommend.

I reached out on Yelp around midnight, after I came home to a kitchen sink FULL of water, nearly overflowing and wouldn't drain! By 8:30am the next morning Victor called me and I had a 10:30am appointment. To be honest I was just stoked I found a company to come so quick for such a good price, I didn't care too much if they were good. Then Victor and and his guy came and they were professional, nice, fast, and efficient. They fixed the drain despite it not being as straightforward as I had assumed it was when I messaged him originally. Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

Mandel was great.  From the start he was responsive, polite, and up front on costs. He showed up on time, had everything ready to go for our water heater replacement.  He was quick to remove and replace our unit, took the time to show me how it worked and answer all of my questions.  I highly recommend Mandel and will be calling him back for any future plumbing work I need done.

Everyone makes mistakes. But it takes a special person to own it and go out of his way to make things better.

I would highly recommend new generation plumbing. They have excellent communication and their service was great.

Zorro was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. We found out late on Saturday that we had no hot water. Turns out that the water heater was completely busted and leaking everywhere.  Gave Zorro a ring and left him a message. He was quick to return my call within minutes to set up an early morning appointment for Monday for a complete water heater replacement. Him and one assistant showed up on time this morning and was done in one hour! He even relocated the gas shut off valve for easier access, that was much appreciated! They left their work area clean and was able to haul our disguising old heater away. Before leaving he gave me a quick overview and showed me how to flush out the the unit and how to operate the different functions. We now have hot water! Thank you!
