Had a small leak under the house and garbage disposal go out around the same time.  Rishon Plumbing was prompt to reply, courtesy, and did a quick job repairing both problems.  We will be using them again

Very fast response time regarding setting up an appointment and very efficient in diagnosing my leaking faucet and installing a new faucet. Will definitely be using this family team for any future plumbing issues.

Max came out when we called him on a Friday night for a backup of our toilet that was draining into the garage.   He managed to snake the shower and get everything fixed and also snaked our disposal too.  Thanks max!

Extremely helpful even on a Sunday afternoon. They got back to me and They diagnosed / fixed my water heater problem through FaceTime within 10 mins after my initial inquiry. This review is for a service call on 5/28. I had a pretty severe leak in my kitchen sink due to complete corrosion of the pipes. Rocket plumbing was able to come the very next morning. I spoke to Chris on the phone who was very professional and courteous. The plumber who came was Thomas, who was very friendly and professional as well. He took a look, explained the price before starting, and showed me what he planned to do. Fortunately he had the necessary parts on hand so he was able to get straight to work. When he finished he went over the fixes he had made, gave me good advice for maintaining the sink better, gave a detailed receipt, and took photos of the work.

My sink works great now and I'm very satisfied with the work that was done, and the professionalism from both Thomas and Chris. As someone pretty inexperienced with home repairs and such, I really appreciated how thorough they were in explaining the process and the pricing. I searched price estimates for sink repair online and on home advisor and am confident that they gave me a fair price. I will definitely use them next time I have a plumbing emergency and will recommend them to friends.

I've been using New Gen for about a year for different plumbing needs in my new home. They've inspected my sewer line, fixed leaking pipes from a tub, serviced my tankless water heater, and more.

I always find the people who come out to my home to be honest and helpful. They're one of my favorite contractors to work with because they come out quickly and tell it like it is.

FYI, they did recently start charging 3% for credit cards, which they didn't do in the past. I understand it's probably necessary as a small business. I prefer to pay with card for consumer protections and now it's a little less convenient with the extra 3%, especially on a bigger home repair. No worries. Just something for you to keep in mind if you use them.

I was very satisfied with Z & H's services. I called the week before Christmas and they called right back. They came Monday to give me an estimate, and the work was done on Wednesday in less than two hours. They replaced a gasket in my toilet tank, and installed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. They did great work, were courteous, professional, and on time. Thanks!

I am extremely grateful that I used Connie of American Drain Works for my sewer inspection on a home I had in contract in Mar Vista.  To start, she was extremely responsive on very short notice to come inspect the home before our contingency period ran out. She was very thorough in her camera line investigation and uncovered some major problems with the existing line.  There was no easy fix, in that there was blockage under the house that ran through foundation walls, etc.  She had all the latest equipment and expertise to trace the very convoluted plumbing situation in this 1940s home. Furthermore, she was highly ethical in the face of strong pressure from the realtors to minimize the problem.  As an Architect, I know she was recommending the appropriate necessary fix, and it was something beyond what I wanted to take on as a home buyer.  I will always use her services for future home inspections and repairs needed on the sewer.  It's a small community of building professionals here on the west side and I know her ethics and expertise will continue to keep her as a first choice on any inspections and repairs.
