I'm so happy I found this plumbing company. Honest service and with that I am a repeat customer. I have my tankless water heater drained every year and they've also replaced a faucet. Clean, fast and fairly priced. And during the pandemic, they are careful and wear a mask.

We had a toilet that was not working due to a down-line clog.
The job necessitated removing the toilet (not easy, as it had been grouted in place), cleaning the line, replacing the wax plug and reinstalling the toilet and replacing the shut-off valve which was old.
The job was done in only a little over an hour, including recaulking.
They left the place clean and they saved me a lot of grief and future problems.  Not cheap, but worth every penny.
I will use them again.

Eddie was on time. He explained what was needed before starting, and what he did upon completion. Work was good, quick, and reasonably priced. Eddie quite understandably took pride in his work.

Max just left our house after we had him come snake our shower drain. My wife had tried fruitlessly for days to get it done herself, but the pipes are old and the clog was apparently  massive. He was the first to reply to my wife's request for a quote and had the quickest availability for our schedule. He quoted us a flat rate, too, which we appreciated. Some plumbers gave us an hourly rate, which made us nervous. We asked him to mask and wear disposable booties (we provided) because I'm immunocompromised. He obliged without hesitation (and even wore gloves), came in, did the job, and then actually gave us a lesser price because while it was bad enough to warrant professional help, it was apparently quick for him! Will absolutely be using Max and A1 again if need be, and recommending him to our neighbors as well. Thanks, Max!

After some bad experiences with previous plumbers, who created all kinds of pressure problems in my house (whistling toilets, squealing washing machine, loud knocking from a water hammer, etc.), I'm so glad that I found Flood Brothers. This is a family business, and what I love about it is that you get the same technicians (Giovanni and Mike Longo, the guys who own it!) each time. They remember me and my house every time, and they fix everything quickly at a fair price. Gio and Mike also took the time to look in my crawl space to see my piping and explain what future problems could crop up.

These guys 1) answer the phone, 2) let you know 30 minutes to an hour in advance when they are showing up AND show up on time, 3) actually fix what's wrong and think about creative solutions (e.g., when I had pressure issues previously, guys from other companies would, say, fix a toilet that was acting funny because of bad pressure, but would never consider that pressure was the cause and the toilet was the symptom) and 4) seem to genuinely care about their customers. I know that I can count on them for both routine maintenance and emergencies.

Very friendly both on phone and in person. They diagnosed the issue very quickly and hydrowashed my pipes multiple times until they were cleaned. Now my laundry drains properly. So impressed!

We run a motel and a room bathroom sink got badly plugged. Plunger and short snake didn't help. Through yelp I chose Saucedo Plumbing because I felt they understood my issue and responded so fast. Within an hour the room sink was unplugged and back in business.
Cost was so reasonable too. He was done in minutes and also checked other rooms adjacent to it just to be sure.
From now on in emergency he will be my guy. I'm also recommending him to two other properties for emergencies.

I am a general contractor and I utilize Ace on my jobs and service calls. Ace has completed three separate jobs for my firm in the last 45 days. Each customer had nothing but praise for the outstanding service. They arrived on time, identified the problem, provided an estimate, and completed the jobs in a timely manner.

My garbage disposal stopped working, although the motor would hum. And when I ran the water, it backed up and drained extremely slowly. I was worried there was a horrible clog and /or the disposal needed replacing. I called Rockstar and they were able to schedule my appt for less than 24 hours later.

Josh showed up on time, was incredibly polite and respectful. He listened to the humming motor, then fixed the issue within 3 minutes. The blades had been stuck and he quickly unstuck them. He even explained how to fix the problem if it occurred again. Because it was so quick and simple, there was no charge.

I would call Rockstar again without hesitation, for any plumbing job large or small.   If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I really dont write reviews often but Miguel came today and was simply fantastic. He came during the rain on very short notice. He was straight to the point and made good recommendations.

I needed a plumber immediately. I had leaking pipes and a backed up sewer. I didn't know any plumbers, so I went on line and searched for one based on reviews. Victor had all these incredible reviews. If they were accurate, Victor was the plumber I wanted and needed. I found out every review was right. Victor cares about you and is concerned about your problem, plus, he knows how to do the work. He's honest and fair in price. The work is done correctly the first time. I can't imagine anyone being better. Victor came as a plumber, and by the time he finished, he was a friend too. I recommend him knowing you'll be in good hands.

This review based off my own personal experience with representatives of Hermes Plumbing. They were sent to my place by Fidelity National Home Insurance Co. to stop the running water in the toilet.

I found them incompetent (didn't know how to open my washlet, even with the Manual, I have provided), hence, couldn't diagnose the problem. On top of it all, they broke the filter, which they attempted to pull out to wipe it off.

The service was performed on 07/12/22, invoice #1642.

If I could have given them no stars at all, I would have done it. Consider yourselves warned!

I hired rocket plumbing to come fix our toilets and shower. Very fair prices and Jose was both amazing at the repair and very kind!! I am so appreciative of the amazing work he completed and I will definitely be using this company again and requesting Jose specifically!

We have used Z&H plumbers for two separate jobs and have been more than happy with their work. Our first job was replacing a water heater. They could not have been more professional. Work was done cleanly, efficiently and the old water heater was taken away without issue. The second job we had was to find a pipe that was knocking under the house. Z&H came and went under the house (not an easy job!), removed and replaced some pipe hangers. After a day however the pipe knock returned and we asked them to come back and take another look. Without charging us extra, they again went under the house and this time replaced all the hangers! The pipe knock went away totally and we couldn't have been happier. They also reply very quickly to text messages and were extremely nice and polite on the phone and in person.

We are very pleased with the work that Flood Brothers Plumbing did for us when we needed our sewer line repaired. Tommy was the plumber who came to our house to check out the job and give an estimate. He was pleasant to work with form the very start and was very informative about the process and also very reasonable. He was able to get us scheduled right away, which was wonderful for us. His crew came out and did a great job (he he city inspector agreed). My husband is not easy to please, but he was very pleased with their work when they left. We will definitely feel confident calling Tommy & Flood Brothers again for future plumbing needs. Even though it's stressful having to have such major work done on one's property they made it very smooth and painless.

Mike came for a free consultation and was very helpful in explaining what would need to be done. He was up front about the cost and what my best options were. I would call him again if I ran into other issues.

2 days before Christmas and my garbage disposal backed up kitchen sink!    I texted and got a response within the hour that they would help me out the next day.    Connie and her team are most efficient, professional and friendly.   The office let me know she was running a little late and that was so helpful.   When Connie and Lalo got there they got right to work and were organized, super clean and explained everything really well.   I also had questions about my bathroom faucet leak, and hot water in the shower and let me just say that Connie took extra time to help me out with all of it.   She tried to find a part for me online but the piece was disconnected,  she then showed me other options for faucets...we went down to the water heaters and she checked it all out and gave suggestions on what to do.    Connie was amazing!    I appreciated the time,  the explanations and her demeanor which was professional and instilled confidence.    They left everything super clean and I am back in business!   I will definitely continue to work with Connie and give her my highest recommendation!!
