George and his partner associate are the best plumbers I have even known. They totally bailed me out by replacing my water heater, new sink in kitchen and a very difficult clean out and installation of a new main cleanout under master bath sinks...Classy man and awesome prices...he is worth it...When he sends you an estimate...Go with it...Less than others and better quality.

I was having trouble with my dishwasher not draining, and Jose and Alberto were super helpful in checking it out and getting it to drain, even though it ended up being an issue with the appliance itself and not the plumbing. Further, I had a question about the handle in my shower and Jose showed me the piece I needed to buy to fix it and explained how to install it. All of that and he didn't want me to pay! I had been putting off calling anyone for a very long time, and Jose and Alberto made me feel so grateful and relieved with their great communication, honest answers, and patience. I could not recommend them more highly.

Thank you Plumber 2 the rescue to resolve quickly and efficiently an issue in my building to move shut off valves and fixed the ones in my unit for the  washing machine.

I would give this 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I do not have that option. This guy came to look at my sink and to unclog the shower drain. He did the shower drain, but did absolutely nothing for my sink. In fact, the sink was worse after he looked at it. Now it is leaking, the sink strainer washers are completely shot, as well as the nut. I have to get a new tail pipe. I probably can just do this myself watching YouTube videos and save myself a whole lot of money!

Chris was extremely helpful. On time and saved the day! I called the day off the issue- a clogged kitchen sick, and he was able to be over within two hours to root the pipes. Chris was informative and was willing to check the drainage on the other sinks I'd had- very thorough gentleman!

I came back from work to find a clogged bathroom sink.  Even though it was after 7 p.m., Miguel came out and worked tirelessly for several hours late into the night using first one snake and then a larger snake to attempt to clear my drain.  Throughout the ordeal, he was very polite, kept up a friendly conversation, wore booties, and was careful to not disturb my very cluttered apartment.  Due to multiple elbow pipes in my plumbing, he needed to return the next day to gain access from a lower unit.  He came back the next day to continue working for several hours until he was able to unclog the drain.  He also fixed my toilet, which he noticed was running.  He did a great job for a reasonable price.  He was also very professional, and made sure to get my approval of each quote before beginning work- no hidden surprises.  I highly recommend him!  Thank you, Miguel!

We had a leak under our marble floor in the kitchen. Needless to say, I was in a panic concerned about the destruction of my floor, but Victor came in and did an AWESOME Job. Only One Tile needed to be replaced. When I got home from work, the Only evidence was the New marble tile that replaced the old one. Thank You Victor

Our wall mounted sinks have been leaking from the knob for months, and our warranty company has sent three previous plumbers who would come, look and say they couldn't fix it.

Mike from Hermes actually took the faucet apart, but then determined the tool needed was a little unusual but assured us he'd try. 10 minutes later he excitedly called back to say he'd found it - he returned and fixed both of the handles as a precaution against future leaks. He was super professional, considerate and we really appreciated his diligence on a tricky issue!

10/10 would hire again!

Would like to say this was a good experience but it wasn't.  I read several reviews of Rocket Plumbing on YELP and decided to hire them to flush my water heater.  I spoke to someone on Saturday and he told me that they were available on Monday between 2 and 4.  I texted my home address to him. I took time off work to be here for the appointment. It is now 4:40 pm on Monday afternoon.  No one from Rocket has shown up or called me.  I called their office and Chris answered the phone. I told him I didn't want to see them and if they showed up I would not answer the door. No stars is appropriate but YELP won't allow that.

Great job installing the water heater. The reason for the three stars is that I had to pay via Venmo instead of credit card. They said they accepted card but when I tried to pay they said it wasn't going through even though I didn't see a charge pending or receive a fraud alert and I have a pretty high credit limit. Luckily I had the cash to pay but wanted others to be aware.

I was very impressed with the great customer service I received over the phone. I did not get a voicemail or a out of the country representative.(Sears) Zorro was so pleasant with me. Zorro came and replaced my water heater.After he left I noticed water heater was leaking some water.I called Zorro and he came right back. He advised me that I needed to replace  the pressure reducing valve that goes outside on the faucet. He didn't have one on his truck so he went to Home Depot and bought one then came back to replace it. By then it was 7:00 pm. This was the day before Christmas Eve. I highly recommend Z & H Plumbing & Water Heater. Zorro is the BEST!!

In the midfle of our travel, our dogsitter informed us that the guest toilet is clogged and there is water buildup in the guest shower. He did have a service call with a different company who used a 50 ft snake on what they believed to be a sewage line with no success. They then said they'll have to remove the toilet at a high cost. At that point, I said that I'll take care of it when I return home.

Upon returning home an hour or two before midnight on Sunday, I started calling companies who were open and communicated with three. Jeff from Flood Brothers Plumping reached out via text and said he can come either at 2 am or 6 am. He said he can definately solve the problem one way or another. I asked him to come at 6 am. He arrived on time by the minute. He first used camera to see through the line where the other company had thought was sewage line, and deteremined that was a drain line. He then quicly found the sewage line outlet (I didn't know where it was since we hadn't had a similar problem since moving in 11 years ago). He again used his camera to see the water buildup, and in fact quickly opened the blockage at the same time. By around 6:20 am our problem was completely solved. Jeff even took the time to explain his observations with camera as it went through the line, and recommended hydro jetting in the near future to clean up the pipe (instead a more expensive option of changing the very old lines).

Overall, Jeff was superb from every aspect. I highly recommend him and Flood Brothers Plumbing. Thanks for helping us!

911 Plumbing is our go to plumbing service. We have had several issues at our rental unit and they have helped to fix all of them and help prevent small problems from becoming bigger ones. They are honest straight forward guys that don't pressure or try to up sell. You can tell they want to provide the best service and get the job done right. Very happy with all the work they have done for me.

Fixed a leaking toilet. Came prepared with the parts after I sent photos of the toilet so to avoid the need for a follow-up visit which I appreciated. Friendly and reasonably priced. I will be using American Drain Works if needed in the future.
