Rishon Plumbing was a lifesaver when our water heater unexpectedly broke down and sprung a leak a few weeks ago!  George was extremely responsive to my initial phone call in the early morning and follow up texts and provided me with quick advice on a replacement solution.  They were able to come out same day and have a brand new heater installed within a matter of hours.  George walked me through the installation and new equipment and they did a great job.  I think the pricing was extremely fair and I was very happy with the service.

Called two handyman places to try to replace my shower handle but no response. I bought the replacement from homedepot and I thought it would be easy but it's more complicated than what I expected. Jose was friendly on the phone and I sent over pictures and described the issue. Very responsive. Freddy and Miguel came with mask and booties. Fixed everything in five mins. Handyman might be cheaper but time is money. They came to fix it right away so no complaints! Will definitely call them for my future plumbing issues

Exceptional service.  Called - they answered. Made a same day appointment. Installed a new toilet and removed old toilet.  45 minutes.  Josh W was good dude - handled everything.  Couldn't be more pleased. Fairly priced.   Highly recommend.

First off, I'm a real homeowner and idiot when it comes to plumbing.

I came home one night after work and found a stream of water flowing down my garage. I called 5 other places that claimed to be 24 hours, but only Max (my new plumber for forever) answered. He came out to my place at 11:00pm and diagnosed the problem. He probably would have fixed it that night as well, but to repair the problem he would have to go through my neighbors house (I live in a townhouse and we share a wall).

Max came back, crawled under my neighbor's house, replaced a pipe, and only charged me a VERY reasonable amount of money. Heck, he even gave me a discount! Max could not have been a better plumber, both from a technician stand point AND his customer service. Can not recommend him enough.

Giulio and Efiren (sorry for the spelling) are miracle workers. We've had a horrible sewer smell in our house for four years. We've had at least five other plumbers come over and couldn't solve it. With one smoke test they did what the other guys couldn't do, they found the issue and solved it.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Do not go elsewhere, Flood Brothers is the best in LA!!

He will literally not find a better or more trustworthy home service company on the planet. I have used them at least a half a dozen times now and they have been phenomenal every time. I also recommended them to multiple family members who all had similar experiences. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Called at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon after my sink backed up and the overflow spewed watery crud all over my kitchen floor.  I snaked with my own line and couldn't fix.  Miguel was at my house by 5:30, when he said he would be there.  Snaked the line from under the sink and when that didn't work got a bigger machine and worked from the outside overflow.  Took almost 1.5 hours.  Charged me the original quote.  Was polite, wore booties on his feet in the house and was very respectful to the family.  I would highly recommend this company and they have my business for any future issues.

Oscar and 2 other people came to do hydrojetting and inspect a potential sewage issue with a camera.
The service itself was ok - they did the hydrojetting, although they were not very aware of cross-contamination. The pipes going inside the sewage were touching the gardening pipes they needed for water, and they were touching the outside table with their gloves which touched the sewage pipes.

Main issue:
I requested the video they recorded with the camera, because I needed it to show the city, and it was part of why we hired them. Oscar recorded a video, and told me that he sent it to his boss, Victor. He then told me a few minutes later that Victor reviewed the video, and said you have a year if you're lucky - the pipe needs to be replaced and will cost 13k. More on this later.
I asked Oscar if he could send me the video to my phone. He asked for my number, and after fiddling with his phone for a minute said you don't have an iphone, so I can't send it - what's your email? I gave him my email, and he said he had no internet. He supposedly tried again several times, although it really looked like he was pretending to do something on his phone but wasn't really doing anything. He finally said he'll send it later.
I then followed up with Victor for a whole week, and he kept saying that he will send it. Eventually, he said my employee Oscar accidentally deleted it from his phone. I said wouldn't you have it in your messages if Oscar indeed sent it to you that day like he said?, to which he replied sorry man, I can't help you. I don't have your video.

This video was later requested by the city to authorize an inspection. I really needed it. When the city finally came and did their own investigation, they said the pipe is totally fine and laughed at the comment of you have a year max. It was probably all an act, and it's clear why they wouldn't send a video.

Very shady and unprofessional. I would not recommend.

I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing and Rooting for all your plumbing needs.  I have used Hermes Plumbing a few times and each time has been a better experience than the previous.

They are quick to arrive, especially when you are in a time of need.  Not to mention, extremely thorough, clean, and professional when they work.  

I had a complicated tankless water heater issue once that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix.  Hermes Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone and they even took the time to explain the issue in detail and how they were going to fix it.

Will definitely call them again in the future!

In the wee hour of Thanksgiving  morning the the toilet started to leak and we were in a panic! After calling multiple plumbing services and either getting no answer, or an outsourced answering service we landed on a Yelp 5 star rated company, Rapid Action Rooter!  The proprietor, Mandel answered our call and I must say, to get him on the phone was a comforting feeling.

While Mandel's crew was already in the field servicing others that came before our call, he assured us that help was on the way! True to his word Mandel's crew arrived promptly at 8:00am. Dwayne and Ronald were professional, efficient and most importantly resolved the immediate issue of having a working toilet, in time for the holiday!

We will continue to patronize Rapid Action Rooter, a company with a proven track record. Thank you Mandel, Dwayne and Ronald for coming through on Thanksgiving! We are truly grateful!

I needed a plumber today and called Rocket after reading their reviews on Yelp. They came within a few hours like they said they would and took care of my issues. Sam was professional and courteous. I will use them the next time I need plumbing services for sure!

Rarely have I needed to get hold of a plumber, but recently some work was needed at a relatives home, and we looked into New Generation Plumbing for the help. Martin definitely helped the process of work become easier to understand, we took on repairs and all problems were solved. Will reach out again when it's time to purchase my own home.

I had a Noritz tankless water heater descaled. I was able to get an appointment within days, very professional, great price and job done within an hour. I highly recommend Z&H Plumbing. Thanks Zorro!

God forbid didn't work and I had to call Flood Brothers again.  This time I had purchased a new dishwasher and the installer had turned off my water main without unplugging my hot water recirculating pump.  The pump was damaged by the collection of sludge.  Call The Plumber!!
    Michael of Flood Brothers came by and tried to fix the problem.  Million to one shot, but the pump he purchased as a replacement was defective.  He got a new one and replaced the old pump, added a new valve, did mystery plumbing work and voila it worked.  Three trips to my house, no extra charge, just perfect work.  
    A shout out to Giulio who made sure it was installed correctly.

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

LIFE SAVER is the term i want to use for 911 plumbing. I had a leak on my main hot water pipe on a Thursday and the guys who came to find and fix it was nightmare form another company . They told ME to replace the whole pipe for $3500. I wanted to get a 2nd quote and after trying numerous plumbing service whole day I finally called 911plubming .

Kathy fixed an appointment within two hours (where as no other plumber wanted to come on a friday even though I was ready to pay a inspection fee)and *Greg* came write on for a inspection and free quote .  From the first meeting I knew these are the guys I wanna work with . So honest and trustworthy. Finally he did the work for $1100 . you can see the difference . not only there was huge difference in price but also the way Greg did the work with minimum disturbance and great care . I cant recommend him enough .

He is my official plumber for my unit and our whole HOA for sure. I wont hesitate to work with him in future .

I just had a wonderful experience  with Connie from American Drain Works.  She unplugged 3 separate drains and did so quickly and efficiently.  She explained what she was doing in such a way that I could understand and see the issues, and she helped me to find some long-term solutions to keeping these now functioning drains open and clear.  She charged me what she estimated it would cost with no extras and let me know what to do if I had any further issues.  What a pleasure.  I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
