Same day service! Honest, knowledgeable, price competitive. Removed and took away old water heater. Installation of new water heater took about an hour, very quick. The plumbers were very knowledgeable, well skilled, competent and confident. They did an awesome job with the replacement of my old water heater. Save yourself some time and headache! I will call Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters again if needed!

My toilet needed replacing and when I looked up plumbers, Real Plumbers came up first. They already had great reviews and they responded quickly to a quote and had availability the next day. Freddy and Alfredo came by this morning. They were great and quickly replaced my toilet. We encountered a problem with it fitting it in because of part of my wall stuck out a little too much. So they went ahead and improvised and took the part off my wall that made it so the toilet fit. They did a great job and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them again for any issues I have. I have used Warren and his company several times and have been extremely impressed and happy every time. Late Thursday night, I unhappily discovered my garbage disposal was inoperable.  I called My Plumbing Doctor and they agreed to send someone Friday afternoon.  Eddie and his assistant Matt (Warren's son) came at 3:00 (call time was between 2-4).  They tried to fix my disposal, but said that it was broken.  In anticipation of this, I had gone to Home Depot earlier and purchased a new one.  Eddie installed the disposal in about 40 minutes.  I asked if he could take a quick look at my bath tub that was not draining properly.  He happily agreed to do so and did the best that he could (which was pretty darn great) while advising me that to completely fix the problem I would need a new piece  that he would need to purchase.  When Matt gave me my bill, it was $85 total.  This was for an hour of work.  I was not charged additionally for the work done to the bathroom tub.  I thought that was very cool! My disposal works great and so does the draining of my tub.  These guys are professional, extremely priced well, good plumbers and I just wouldn't go anywhere else for my plumbing needs.

I asked for an estimate on a job through yelp and got an immediate response from Max saying he's unavailable. I tried to clarify that I had not provided a timeframe and that I just wanted to know what he thought the cost would be so I can compare with other providers, but he again responded immediately saying I can't give an estimate if I'm not available. I'm not entirely sure why he couldn't have waited until he was available to give me a proper estimate rather than shutting me down immediately - it was rather disappointing to get this kind of response seeing how most people seemed to praise how great their experience with him was.

Chris was extremely helpful today! I called for an estimate and was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help unclog the drain in the kitchen sink! He took his time to make sure he didn't rush through anything and leave any problems behind and even showed me how I can deal with minor blockages myself! Would definitely use their service again.

I manage a small older building and we often have plumbing issues so I deal with a lot of plumbers. New Pro and Miguel are hands down the best company I've dealt with in the past several years.
We had a sewage backup recently and I called a few different companies including our regular plumber as well as New Pro. If the other companies showed up at all they showed up late and when they did show up they seemed annoyed by our problem. Miguel was on time, professional, courteous and thorough in his free examination and estimate. He explained everything to me clearly and was honest about what he could and could not do. We hired him immediately and he did an excellent job.
While working on that job he discovered a pipe leak under our building and he gave us another thorough explanation and fair estimate and again he was immediately hired. It was the easiest time I've had dealing with this type of service for as long as I can remember. Fired our old plumber and New Pro is now the first plumber on my list. Thanks so much Miguel!

Tenants called about a blocked pipe over the weekend and had a plumber come out to investigate. That plumber told me he thought I needed a full drainage line replacement and that it wasn't possible to flush the line due to corrosion. Suspicious, I called Victor at Victor's rooter who agreed that the first plumber's assessment seemed suspect. Victor is the owner and came out to the property himself along with a team member the following day. They inspected the pipes, found them to be in good condition and identified a singular clog. He informed me there was nothing wrong with the drain pipe itself, and that it only needed some strapping to adjust the angle to keep sludge from building up. They hydrojetted the lines to clear the blockage and offered me very competitive pricing to boot. So happy to have found an honest plumber to go to in the future and have the piece of mind knowing I'm not being gouged for unnecessary repairs!

Our water heater was not working properly and the staff at New Generation Plumbing was great in providing me with good service at a competitive price! For reference, we paid $175 to change the water heater valve. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this company. Zorro and team did a great job on our water heater removal and installation. They were prompt with my questions and we conducted most of our communication via yelp and text and agreed on a price which they honored throughout. They did not try to upsell or provide any other service that was not requested for. They were also efficient with the installation. We also had them replace our wood stand with a metal stand which they did a perfect job on.

These guys were great.  We had an emergency at our house and we were all in a panic. Giovanni and his crew were here in what seemed like minutes. They fixed the leak and cleaned up all the water that flooded half my house. The whole crew was friendly and everything was explained clearly step by step. Good luck getting these guys to get back to you, after 3 phone calls and emailing them photos, I've yet to hear back from them to schedule an appointment for an estimate for a whole house replumb...it's been two weeks.
