Javier was fantastic!  Our house was under Contract to be sold and the water main broke. They were out there very quickly and extremely professional about the work that needed to be done. After doing some research I found Happy Rooter. They had alot of good reviews and good competitive rates. I used them to install my new garbage disposal and kitchen sink faucet (that had started to leak). I went to Lowes and bought a new faucet and disposal and they came w/in 1 day of me calling them to install them. Definitely would use their services again.

Thr plumber arrived on schedule, quickly installed my new faucet and cleaned up the area. The charge was very reasonable - the lowest bid I received.

driving my hollister  5/18/22 around 11am we are merging onto one lane while a young Hispanic looking kid got off to the side of the road to cut us off. I have my freaking 4 year old in the car hauling a camper! He could have totally caused a Accident! That was completely uncalled for and not okay!  I wouldn't care as much if it was adults but my child was in the car, if anything happend this company would be 100% reliable. Check who you hire.

We were extremely happy with Scott repairing and replacing Kohler shower parts.  He is extremely knowledgeable.  It was very difficult to find a plumber able to repair this stack valve unit in remodeled bathrooms but only 10 yrs old.    We are still amazed that they work so well now!  Will definitely be recommended highly to anyone.  Thank you Plumbing Gallery for recommending.  We are 45 yr residents of W. San Jose.  

Now, buying Kohler again is another story..... never!!!

Following my last review post, we tried to fix the shower head amount by ourselves but it still has water leaking problem. I contacted Joksan again and he quickly came to our place, got the problem fixed without any charge. I would definitely choose and recommend creativity plumbing in the future!

Our kitchen faucet broke and we were able to schedule with Barnett to come out the next day and fix it. Our technician Matt was great! He was friendly and professional and was more than eager to help us decide on the right faucet. Matt was in and out but very thorough.

We had an issue with our water heater and had Doug from Blossom Valley come our (was able to come same day too, in fact he arrived in about 30 minutes!) He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable, spotted what was wrong quickly and set about fixing it. He was able to fix the issue in about 20 minutes and gave us great information and tips while he did it. Best part was he also charged us far less than we were expecting and left us with hot water. Could not be happier with the service and will definitely call Doug and Blossom Valley again.

Irbis installed a tankless water heater and ac and rebuilt the ventilation box at my home. The work was done on time and with quality. One thing that is exceptional about Irbis is their professionalism. They are respectful and friendly in their communications. They arrive on time and are focused on getting the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. Major kudos go out to Raymond for quoting and customer liaison and to Daniel and Sergei for the high quality of work.

Total professionals! Hector responded to my Yelp request in minutes, and was on site inspecting the issue within 30 minutes. He gave an honest estimate, and was able to fix the main issue that day, for a great rate. Will definitely call MTZ first whenever I have an issue.

I hired Anar to fix 3 doors that weren't closing properly and to replace my sump pump hoses that had been damaged by rodents. He was very quick to respond and came over the same day to give me an estimate around 5pm. And I was surprised when he said he can take care of all of that the same day. He's an honest person and his charges are reasonable. I would hire him again for any of my future handyman needs.

Matt Henthorn was the 3rd highly rated plumber I called for an estimate. He was prompt and on time and professional. He gave me an overview before starting the job and an estimate on how much it might cost. I agreed and him and his apprentice (what I assumed the other gentlemen was) began working on the shower to diagnose the low water pressure issue. He replaced the shower valve with a new unit but the issue was still present. He then said the cause is most likely debris stuck between the pipe connecting from the shower handle and the tub spout. He said that he wanted to try to blow out the pipe with compressed air before going to another method. Him and his apprentice left to the hardware store to purchase materials to clear the clog. They were gone for what seemed to be forever. They finally came back and built a interesting contraption with pipes and hose fittings to their small compressor. They pretty much put it all together and filled it with 90 PSI. The air pressure shot out all the rust/gunk/debris from the tub spout pipe out through the open valve. They put it all back together and turn on the water. Problem solved with a couple hours or work Matt's ingenuity. The first plumber that gave me the quote I would almost want to say he tried to rip me off. I won't be using either of those services from the other plumbers going forward. I now have a go to honest plumber that I will be using in the future!

Background info:
The first highly rated on Yelp plumber tried to sell me a $$$$ entire house pipe replacement and a bathroom remodel to fix the low water pressure problem to only 1 shower. The 2nd plumber also highly rated on yelp that I had an appointment with earlier in the morning was a no show and no call.

Phil is awesome!  He always shows up when he says he will.  He is very honest, courteous and does excellent work.  On every job Phil has done for us, he has done it with obvious pride in his workmanship. He is suprisingly reasonable for the quality of work he does.  If he doesn't know something, he says so instead of giving out bad information & then does his research in a very timely manner and comes up with creative solutions.  When he needs to bring other workers to help with a job, they are just as nice and professional as he is.   He is also an excellent leak finder!! :)!

I used their service once back in May 2019. Since then, I keep receiving their promotion letters.
I called several times, asked to be taken off their mailing list. Every time I was told: I will let the owner know.
But the promotion letter keeps coming. It is very annoying that you keep receiving unwanted mail.
I don't know what else can I do to make this stop......
