We lost cold water pressure on 2 sinks in the kitchen. Top Hat Plumbing was able to reverse pressurize our lines and we had cold water pressure back quickly. Very reasonably priced and extremely personable. Highly recommend.

Expert Plumbing provided same day expertservice.  This family owned business is operated by two brothers who were extremely professional, friendly and helpful.  Moe Dakkak came to our home within one half hour and quickly cleared our clogged drain.  The price was very fair and actually less than he originally thought it would be.  I would definitely call Expert Plumbing for any of my plumbing needs.

Steve Kim did call back after first vmails.  He seems pretty busy, but calls back from his callerid to my cell phone after the calls.

He did drive by and check on my mom's work and did a quote.  Will circle back with him later if needed.  My mom is evaluating her options.

We had a sudden pipe leak in our backyard - I called around and Pro Roto was able to get a guy over in an hour. Unfortunately it started gushing again later when we ran the kitchen tap, but Isaac responded to my texts right away and sent his guy back even though it was evening. This time he told us to let it cure overnight with the water off, and no problems since then (it's been a month and a half). Really appreciate the prompt service and readiness to return when the pipe leaked again. Price was reasonable.

Victor provides honest, upfront work. He provides updates whenever necessary. If there is any work he feels is not up to his standards, he will do what it takes to make it right. Victor is also easy to reach and responds quickly.

Water heater died on a Saturday morning.  We had a full day Monday so it was either get it replaced Saturday or cold showers through Tuesday.  I have used Letts before and called them. Replaced that afternoon with a professional approach and I am very satisfied.  They said it would be at a higher rated and it was, but I agreed to that and it was no higher than they said it would be.

Buyers beware. Came in, looked at the toilets and said we needed new toilets, even before snaking it. Our house is three years old and was skeptical from that point on. He then said he will snake for 149. He came in with the hand held snake and tried for 5 minutes. He then said we needed new toilets and quoted us 1148. Omg! Very money hungry company. Basically stole our money. Please save your money go to a more reputable company.

This local plumber is a great find as they are very reasonably priced, professional and very service oriented. I originally scheduled them for a more expensive repair service but they fixed my problem without having to use the expensive option. They are about helping you out without taking your money which is hard to find these days. Since then, I have been a loyal customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed with any work.

Joksan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. We needed to replace a sink in our bathroom. I was quite nervous not to break the stone. Joksan came in time, did the work marvelously. I would highly recommend Joksan and creativity plumbing.

I have an old house with old plumbing. So the thought of calling a plumber makes me anxious. I had a tub faucet that had been leaking for a while and took a stab at fixing it myself. Luckily the screw was stripped and I gave up. Had I continued I would have definitely made it worse.

My neighbor highly recommended Barnett and they were the only plumber I called. They even bumped up my appointment because they had a plumber Matt available sooner.

Matt our plumber is great. He's  wry personable and informative. He accurately diagnosed the problem and had the exact part on the truck.

The leak was fixed in under an hour and worth every penny. I should have called sooner.

I will call Barnett again for future plumbing problems and recommend them to others.

We had Mark Brewer come out and install 2 hand held showers several years ago and we were captivated by the fact that he was a really nice guy and knew what he was doing. We got Mark's name from Sisbro Plumbing, which is no longer in business which is too bad because it was a great business and I would send a lot of people there.  Since that time we have given Mark's name to many friends and acquaintances and everyone has told us that he was a great recommendation. Just gave his name out again today and I expect that Mark will have another happy home owner.

Highly highly disappointed!!!We got an HVAC installed in April this year and were promised that the work would come with a city permit ( given to us after work was completed and upon city's inspection).
We were very happy with the service until it started raining. In October when it was raining, water was running through and pouring inside our living room. We called IRBIS and had someone come over and fix the issue. The technician came and said he fixed the living room unit but unfortunately won't be able to take a look at the other units since he didn't have a long ladder. He said he'd come back the next day with another technician and a long ladder. We never heard back from them in spite of following up.
Today again, with the rains, water is coming through into our living room. We called them and were given a visit window, however no one showed up. No one bothered to inform us but after calling them multiple times, finally someone will be coming over to check the leaks.
Let's see how it goes and btw we are still waiting on city's permit!!

Hector is the best. I've had him out twice now for two separate issues. He is friendly, responsive, timely, professional, and wears slips so as to not track in any dirt. He will explain what the problem is, what caused it, what can be done, and what the cost (and sometimes risk!) of certain actions and repairs might be before he puts the work in.

First time out, he replaced the shutoff valves for my kitchen sink when I had replaced the faucet, but found I couldn't hook it up because the old shutoff values had old weird soldered copper pipes rather than a threaded hookup. He took the time to explain where the water main shutoff was to the house, how to fix the problem, and also answered all my questions about also adding in a reverse-osmosis water filtration system while he was replacing the shutoffs. The sink works like a dream now and the water filtration system has been a game-changer, especially during quarantine where most of what we are drinking comes from the tap rather than out at work/restaurants.

The second time he came out, he fixed an issue I had with my shower leaking. He was running a little bit late, but called me multiple hours in advance to let me know so I could rearrange my schedule and he actually showed up at the new time when he said he would (professional!!).  He simply tightened up a few things, said there was no underlying problem, and didn't charge me for the ~20 minutes of service (and education on how shower valves work!). Look no further, MTZ are the guys you want

I messaged them about replacing a leaky gas valve.  They came on time right away the next morning and did an excellent job.  Later that night, I found I had trouble re-lighting my water heater.  They came within 10 minutes and helped me work the issue out at 11PM.  Now, I don't expect them to do that for me ever again and we still need to respect the working hours of our professionals.  But I really appreciate that when I was scared about a possible gas leak in my garage from the pilot light going on on my water furnace, they took the time to come by.  Really excellent people and I would call them again.

This guy (along with his trusty sidekick):
-Showed up when he said he would
-Was chill & pleasant both on the phone and in person
-Solved our plumbing problem promptly
-And for a reasonable rate -- $125/hour, with no extra $50-70 BS surcharge for the simple act of climbing on the roof, unlike two other places I called (He-Man and Kratzer Plumbing)

My one beef is he failed to return a follow-up call.  But otherwise, so far so good...

Great job Garrison Plumbing team!  Water heater went on the fritz and with three girls in the house we needed a fix fast.  Got ahold of Phil around 8pm and by 2pm the following day we had hot water.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

We had an emergency plumbing situation @ our home one early evening and these guys responded within an hour.  Jin Lee and his partner ended up having to remove the entire toilet in one of our bathrooms in order to snake the pipes.  They were fast, competent, clean and even have a 90 day warranty on their snaking services.  Barron Park Plumbing referred them and I have to say we are very satisfied with their service and work.

Derek was communicative, on time, and helped me understand what the potential problems were. He tried a multitude of possible solutions to the problem, describing ultimately what the issue is for future prevention. Very helpful and above and beyond what was expected. Would definitely recommend Derek and Ace!
