A solid 5 star experience. Phone calls answered promptly, appointment was made to handle my leaky emergency right away. Situation was handled in a professional manner, and the price was appropriate.

I hope I don't need his services again, but if I do he'll be the first call.

Our water heater was leaking and the guys from Expert Plumbing were able to come out the next day to look. They were able to replace it and install a new one in the tight space that we have.

Only qualm was that we didn't get a detailed invoice. Meaning, we got our invoice, but it wasn't itemized. I would have liked to have known how much was labor, parts, tax, etc. but what we paid was within the ballpark of what we expected, so I didn't sweat it.

Otherwise, super friendly guys.

We called after 5pm after most other plumbers were closed. We were told they would be here in 30-45 minutes. They were prompt and courteous and fixed our main line in no time. For an 'after hours' problem they were also reasonably priced.

Leo was extremely professional and patient trying to figure out what what causing a sewage small every time we ran our washer.  He came twice, but fortunately the smell didn't appear again.  He did not charge us anything. He is definitely very knowledgeable and polite.  Will be calling him again if the problem comes back.

I called Victor because our toilet was clogged.  He was able to come out right away and was able to pinpoint what needed to be done based on what we told him.  He fixed it right away, was very nice, honest, capable person.
We had a very good experience with him and will call him again if needed.

These guys are rock solid. I've needed them for a couple of different issues at my house. After this last experience I had no choice but to write a review.

You know how sometimes you have a buddy and you wish he would date your sister. This is that kind of company.

Daniel service was the best met this guy little time back gave his company a call had a guy name Bruce come out cleaned my drains for was quick and very friendly if I could give more stars I would. If u want a great deal friendly service quick give them a call there outstanding!!!!!!!

I needed my kitchen line snaked for a clog. Called the office and had service completed the same morning. Respectful mechanic, priced right!

Joksan did an excellent job replacing my broken water heater on time.
He is very detail oriented professional. I would hire him again when I need.

Wanted to replace our gas water heater with a new heat pump water heater.  They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and they were the lowest price and took care of all the rebates.  Within a few days, they had scheduled a technician (Alex C.) to come over for the installation.  It was estimated to be a two day job, but Alex worked late to get it done in one day!

We had Mark Brewer come out and install 2 hand held showers several years ago and we were captivated by the fact that he was a really nice guy and knew what he was doing. We got Mark's name from Sisbro Plumbing, which is no longer in business which is too bad because it was a great business and I would send a lot of people there.  Since that time we have given Mark's name to many friends and acquaintances and everyone has told us that he was a great recommendation. Just gave his name out again today and I expect that Mark will have another happy home owner.

I highly recommend southbay's IRBIS HVAC Inc.
They did an HVAC install in my 1000 sq ft. condo for a new ac and furnace. There were a few reasons I selected them over other contractors:

*  They do both residential and commercial work, which means they have more knowledge than other contractors who only do one or the other. A few of the contractors I met took one look at my current set-up and said it can't be done because of the weirdness of my condo attic, or they provided me with info that seemed inaccurate.

* Other contractors who seemed like they could do the work gave me only one quote and it was higher for a less efficient furnace and ac. IRBIS provided 3 quotes in the high, medium, and low price range with the option to add on extras for any of the selections.

* They were the only contractor who sent a link to an online version of all three quotes, where I could compare and contrast the equipment ; there were links to equipment websites with more detailed info. You can select which of the offers works for you at your convenience and sign the contract online.

* They answered all my questions and were not dismissive.

Why I think they did an excellent job:

* They were on time throughout the process and worked efficiently.

* They did the job in 3 days and there were no problems; I didn't expect this! It's rare to find a contractor who gets the job done sooner than expected.

* They added a custom built fence around the outside cooling unit even though this was not in the contract - this is something I wanted but did not expect. They went above and beyond!

Overall: great service, quality work, at a reasonable price.
Lastly, an Irbis is a snowy leopard.  You've got to love a company that adopts a cat as its logo :)

They gave me a quick, fair quote, didn't charge me extra for connection to the underside of the sink, and did the job in a fair and expert manner connecting my sink handles and pipes, and very nice manner as well. Good plumber!

Resonable labor cost, fast response, reliable workmanship, kindness.

Matt did the plumbing on a complete house remodel for us. Matt was the best and easiest to work with of all the contractors we used. Not only is he knowledgable and capable in his trade, he is very responsive and dependable. He takes his commitments very seriously and is a great communicator.

Solid recommendation for Phil and his assistant. They arrived promptly as scheduled, and worked tirelessly all morning. The old pipes/faucets proved more time consuming than originally expected( hard water/30+ years without replacement), but Phil and I easily agreed on a fair price. Will definitely call Garrison plumbing for future needs.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

Smart Plumber is my choice for all plumbing solution. I have been using Smart Plumber for many years now. Their responses were quick and reasonable. My latest was a faulty kitchen faucet, and Joel with his help fixed it in reasonable time!

My tenant had a leaky bathroom sink.  Phil came and fixed it quickly.  Today, which is one week later that same sink was draining slowly so since  he guaranteed his work I called him up and thankfully he came even though it's the eve of the COVID-19 shutdown in the Bay Area and fixed it free of charge.  I'm truly grateful for such great service!
