Had to call 2 days in a row, but not a big deal. People get busy, I totally get it. Once Russ called me back, we made an appointment for the same day. Russ and Logan did a great job clearing my stopped up sink. I was most impressed with how clean they left the area. Russ even wet mopped the bathroom. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to call again if needed in the future.

Called about my faulty water heater and got it replaced the next day. Seriously, that was fast. Friendly and knowledgable. They answered all my questions. Everything was A+++

I had a backed up main drain, they came out within two hours. I found out I didn't have a way to get to the main drain on our old house, so it turned into a bigger job. Tony was great and set up an appointment for the next day. They showed up on time and even finished faster than estimated. Great to work with, would highly recommend. I will definitely call them for any plumbing issues we have in the future!

We had to call an emergency plumber after the toilets and tubs backed up. This was the third plumber in 3 months to come out. Happy Rooters were the first to actually find the reason why this kept happening. The team was prompt, friendly and honest. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

Stan and Mike came in and were courteous and fun. They got the replacement parts for the GE Water Heater into the unit and stayed to make sure that I had hot water. Only took an hour. Thanks guys!

Needed a plumber for a variety of plumbing needs around the house.  Called a few and was not impressed.  Called Tom's and Scott, got an answer on the second ring, an understanding of the scope of my needs and a plumber out at an agreed time.  Now the pricing.  I was expecting the typical service charges and add on's  Nope, nada, zilch.  So it was straight  hourly rate plus any parts.  Cody showed up on time, covered the punch list, noticed a potential problem and we spoke and I agreed it needed his attention.  At the end, it was as stated.  Hourly, no BS no add on's.  I was impressed with the quality, efficiency and pricing to get this done.  No hesitation in using them again or giving them a shout out with my friends etc.

Joksan responded to my request and gave me a quote quickly. He found the leaking pipe behind the ceiling. He replaced the damaged pipe with a reasonable price. He is very professional and skillful, highly recommended.

I needed a gas shutoff valve installed for our dryer, so I gave Barnett Plumbing a call and got an appointment with Matt. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable, and he explained what steps he was taking so I could respond appropriately in the event of a gas leak. Super fun guy to talk to and learn from. Called late in evening and they called straight back. Scheduled them in the morning for a very backed up toilet (I wasn't in a rush). The team showed on time and very quickly solved our issue. They explained it step by step prior to starting and executed exactly as described. Price was more than fair and would without any hesitation use them in the future.

When my dental office's A/C stopped working during the summer, our manager at the time first called the original company who installed the unit, over 20 years ago. Their technician kept putting off the appointment, charged us $500 to fix the issue, only to have it malfunction again in 2 weeks. Reluctantly, the tech came out again, said that there was nothing he could, gave us an exorbitant quote of $10,000 to replace the machine, and threw in his uninvited comment about not liking dentists and dental offices, thereby insulting my RDA's as well. Needless to say, we never called that company again.

We recall using IRBIS for our home's heating unit in the past, and we were very satisfied for their excellent service. Thus, I decided to try them for our dental office as well. BEST. DECISION. EVER. The IRBIS representative who came out to give a price quote, Raymond, arrived promptly and well-prepared with a detailed folder that explains our options. He explained what the project would entail to my RDA, the time frame under which it would take, and gave us a reasonable price quote. He sent me an email that reviewed each package, and once I confirmed, they sent me an approval message immediately. Raymond was there step by step, when our landlord had concerns about the installation process. It was reassuring that Raymond even replied to my emails on Saturdays and Sundays, within 15 minutes. That was speedy service. I forwarded Raymond's responses to each of the landlord's questions, and he felt confident enough to give me the green light to proceed with the installation. Whew!

Once the basics were established, Derek did a superb with scheduling the actual appointment. They originally had an October installation date, but I asked for an earlier day. Derek replied to me right away each time, and got my office scheduled within 1 week, on a Friday in which our office is closed. We had a lot of time and day restrictions, but Derek navigated all of the criteria expertly. Whenever I had a payment or scheduling question, Derek was extremely responsive and professional. He really goes that extra mile to explain things to clients. I felt really badly when the payment check from our new bookkeeper did not arrive on time, but Derek was very patient and understanding. He went out of his way to drive over to our office to pick up the check, and he had to wait for the delayed FedEx person to deliver it that late afternoon. Even after the check delivery, Derek still stayed late to explain what the buttons meant on the remote control. My dental assistants were also very impressed by Derek's kindness and conscientiousness.

The installation technicians, Dzmitry and Martin, arrived on time. They had to move a shed in the back to get to the wires, and they moved everything back like it was originally. The installation was fast and they finished up ahead of schedule. Everything in our office was left clean, and the installation was immaculate. They removed the old unit and installed the new one exactly to my specifications. It was perfect.

The air conditioning works so well. My RDA's said that they wanted to move in and live at the office, with the perfectly controlled temperature. The unit is so sleek and modern, adding a high-tech, aesthetic appeal to our office. I decided to play a little Yelp Roulette, and submitted a request for plumbing services to contact me. The idea being that the first one to contact me wins. Hector at MTZ contacted me right away, and told me someone could be there later in the morning.

Tim shows up in a mask, and put on two footies before entering the house. I explain to him that I have a leaking faucet in one bathroom, and possible a 2nd leak in another bathroom. He goes in to take a look, and 10 minutes later, shows me the problems in the 2 sinks. He tells me he'll be back in a few minutes with a quote. When he comes back, he shows me 4 different quotes of what he can do, ranked from highest priced to lowest. I opt for something in the middle.

He goes out to get some parts, and from the time he arrives, until the time he leaves, he has taken only about 2 hours.

I asked him about how long he has been working at MTZ, and he told me that the company is brand new, opening up at the beginning of the year. That explains the low count of reviews, but the 5-star rating (as of today) is true.

The professionalism and service was awesome! Highly recommend!

One of the best services you can ever get and very responsive as well. I called them to fix my loose gutter, mount a 75 inch TV and attach a chandelier. I got all these three done in a good time and at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the service and would recommend them if you need a reliable, reasonable and friendly handyman.

I had a couple of plumbing problems and called Matt again. He responded quickly and arranged  a time the same day for an appointment. As always Matt came on time and looked over the problem. He was able to fix one quickly and obtained parts and returned to fix the second problem. We decided to install new low flow toilets which Matt ordered and picked up. A day or two later Matt installed them . As a true professional, Matt tries to keep my expenses low , works very efficiently, and always is respectful of his surrounding ( Neat and clean ). I can highly recommend Matt in every way.

I recommend Smart Plumbers.  They did not charge to come to my house and the plumber came the same day and gave me a reasonable estimate then and there without having to call in to the office.  After deciding to go with them, Federico came out the next day and did a great job fixing my problem.  Everything was done so efficiently and easily I had to sit down and write this review.  I have never written a review about plumbers before, but had to share my good experience.

WoW, what a sarcastic bunch of jerks that work here - they may do an alrite job plumbing, but who needs the attitude when I am paying good money to have the work done?? Thanks, but No Thanks!!!!!!!
