We were in the process of moving so our schedule was less flexible than normal and Russ was willing to work with us on a time to work up an estimate.  The job was to install a larger gas line to the back unit of a duplex and add some branches for new and future gas appliances.  When here to make up the estimate he was great at brainstorming to determine the best route for the pipe to fit our budget and also make the finished job look great.  The bid was absolutely fair and he never asked for more. He always started on time, put in a full day and cleaned up.  He originally stated that he would be done by Friday and ended up being done on early Wednesday afternoon.  We have had no issues with the work and would absolutely call Russ again.

$275 for 20 minutes to snake a kitchen drain. 15 minute drive to my house. (That's $550 an hour rate) Ridiculous.

Mr Kim was here in 45 minutes though he said he would be here in an hour to snake our main drain from the roof due to both toilets overflowed and one bathroom sink was backed up. He did the job in less than one hour. Thank you for your years of experience and a job well done!  Oh and he didn't charge us an unreasonable fee.

My experience with this plumber is poor. They have an ad I Yelp and it says they provide you a $80 coupon discount for a $149 job. However when you call they say yes you get the $80 discount on a $350 charge. They said that was the competitive going rate. So I looked up my previous plumber Bayshore plumbing who did an excellent job last time and charges $145 for a standard cleanout.

Thank you YELP. I found Happy Rooter on YELP after waiting a couple of days for a call back from a more known plumbing contractor for a clogged main sewer line. It was a good thing I did not get the call back. I called Victor late on a Friday afternoon and he said he would stop by after his son's baseball practice. Victor called when he was on the way.  We decided that the main sewer line needed to be replaced and he gave a very reasonable quote. The work was started and completed on Monday. Victor had to replace additional pipe which was not quoted but the price stated the same. The crew cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. The family could not be happier with the work that Happy Rooter did and now we have a permanent plumber to call for any of our plumbing needs. I will refer Happy Rooter to anyone that asks.

We are remodeling our master bath.  A full tear down of  walls and completely move every bit of the plumbing type of project.  From the moment of meeting Shane, the owner/president, we knew we were in good hands.  Every bit of this job was a pleasure.  They came in under bid and ahead of schedule. At the end of each day we were unable to tell that someone was there doing major work all day.  It was more like a cleaner came in.  It was cleaner then it was at the start of the day.

In the middle of this project, we had an related catastrophic water heater failure that occurred late at night.  They came out promptly that night to stop the leak and were back early the next morning and had a new one installed within a few hours.  We had the pleasure of meeting the majority of the plumbing staff and felt comfortable and welcome to let any of them into our home.  Everybody that works for Letts Plumbing is very knowledgeable and efficient in their work.

I have no hesitations in providing an outstanding referral to all my friends and family and in this day and age of crappy/subpar customer service, it was extremely refreshing to deal with this level of professional service.  They go above and beyond and every bit of their work was perfection!!!!!!!

We had a backed up sink and Daniel was there  within a couple hours. We priced around and their rates were excellent! About $75-100 less than some others we called for quotes. He was thorough and friendly! Gave us some suggestions on work to do for the future to avoid similar situations but no pressure by any means! We would definitely use them again.

I have been using Tom and Scott's plumbing for over 10 years. Pat who works in the office is always helpful and friendly. The owner Scott has been amazing! He is such a nice guy. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

Joksan is incredible. I called on a Friday of Memorial Day weekend with an emergency water heater leak and he was at my place assessing it in 30 minutes!

He was responsive, upfront and honest - he made some recommendations to prevent future leaks (like replacing a corroded pipe to the water heater) while replacing our heater. He also improved the connections to the gas at no additional charge.

This is the best experience with a plumber I've ever had.

Been using Barnett for 20 years, since moving to Pleasanton/Dublin.  No idea how their prices compare because I'd never go anywhere else for plumbing needs.   They let you know when they are nearby and always show up on time.  All of the plumbers I've dealt with from Barnett have been courteous, professional and transparent with pricing.   Matt from Barnett did a job at our house today and he even fixed another small leak while here.  Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good about Mark and his crew. They are prompt, courteous, professional and fair. They know what they're talking about and do what they are asked to do. I am in the remodeling business and I have seen plenty of people who claim to be plumbers but end up not having the depth of knowledge necessary to solve the problem in the best way. Mark and his crew have that knowledge. And when they don't, they know how to find the answer. I have had Mark work on my own house and rental and I refer him to friends and business associates. And, on top of it all, he was referred to me by one of the most particular contractors I know, which says a lot since this contractor has impeccably high standards. Highly recommended!

I had my central ac and furnace install today. IRBIS HVAC gave me the most competitive quote in terms of pricing. Ray was very helpful in answering my questions and they were able to come in the very next day for installation after I accepted their offer.

Their team of Project Manager Derek and field Project Manager Oscar kept checking in on their team working at my home throughout the day.

Their lead technician Dzmitry was joined by Hugo and they arrived sharp at 8:10 am and eventually 2 other technicians joined them.

They had to get to my crawl space as a part of the install and they used protective cloths so that my home wouldn't become dirty/dusty.

The technicians worked till about 5 pm and got everything finished on time. Their finished work is very clean and polished and I am attaching pics to show it.

I would 100% recommend IRBIS HVAC and this wonderful team to anyone looking for anything HVAC related.

Hector and Tim did an excellent job of the whole house repiping and sewer replacement. His estimate was very competitive and gave a 10 year warranty. There was a leak in the shower and he was very quick to fix it. I highly recommend his services.

Anar is honest and hardworking. I needed a few clay tiles replaced on my roof. I already had the tiles and these needed to be cemented and nailed. Anar gave me a reasonable price for the job and gave me a same day appointment. He came on time, inspected the site, then made a run to home depot to get the right materials. I watched as he patiently did a thorough job in placing and nailing the tiles in place. I would not hesitate hiring him again for any odd jobs around the house

Excellent and honest plumbing company.  We have used their services twice - once Matt did the work and just this week Bernardo removed and replaced a kitchen faucet for us.  Their estimates were spot on and both men are very pleasant.  This is the best and most honest plumbing company that we have used - and will continue to use.
Highly recommended.

My beef with Phil at Garrison Plumbing is that IMO he has an unprofessional work ethic. I made an appt for a small plumbing job (replacing a section of copper pipe on a water heater) for a couple days out..I got a text from his employee changing the appt to a couple weeks out..no biggie. So a couple of weeks rolls by and on the day they were supposed to show up..nothing. Texted Phil about the missed appt...nothing, no text back just nothing. If a biz owner can't even communicate why they didn't show up for a job they scheduled, then I don't want to do business with them. YMMV.

Reasonably priced, pleasant, polite. Andrew called ahead as promised, arrive on time and was through in evaluating and resolving our plumbing problem.

Most recently, I had a broken bathroom sink drain stopper and two dripping sink faucets.  Richard came out on time and fixed everything quickly -- and with no problems.  He was courteous and explained everything he was doing.   I have used Smart Plumbers on numerous other occasions -- to fix a broken shower faucet and a broken garbage disposal and to replace old sink faucets -- and they have never disappointed.  I highly recommend Smart Plumbers.
