We noticed pooling water in our kitchen on the floor near our refrigerator. We had water leaking out from behind our newly installed refrigerator that was getting into the wallboard behind our refrigerator as well.  

I contacted Expert Plumbing over the weekend.  They were able to send someone out first thing Monday morning to assess the issue.  

Communication was excellent. They set up a one-hour arrival window, sent me the name of the plumber coming to my house, and keep me informed of his arrival via text message.  

Talal D. arrived at my house on time and asked about our COVID preferences (masking etc.) prior to entry.   He then proceeded to look at our issue.    He ran a quick test on the water line, identified and fixed the problem right away.  No need to return for more extensive work or opening up or wall.  

He suggested we leave the refrigerator our and have a fan pointed to the wall to dry it out the next few days.  

I am a very happy customer- love the quick fix and service.  I will definitely use them again for any and all plumbing issues without hesitation.

They did a good job to repipe my gas line and fix three faucets. The work cost me $600. I'm not sure if that's a good price or not, but their job was done well.

Had a significant sewer problem. Marco came out the next morning at the appointed time and tried to clear the line--unsuccessfully. Seemed the problem was much more involved than just a clogged line. Marco explained the problem and the choices. Showed me part of the problem on screen. We agreed on the necessary fixes and Marco got the permit the same day and began work the following day. Workers arrived as scheduled. We only had one day where we were totally out of commission. Job included concrete demolition, replacing two sewer lines, and much digging. Marco did what he said he was going to do, on the schedule that he told me, and all is back to working. Marco is affable and dependable. Would certainly use them again.

Honest, professional, and excellent service.  Our main drain was clog and we need help ASAP.  Called at 8:45am and Victor came around 10am.  He provided couple of options to address the issue with the quotes.  He didn't try to push us into a more expensive option.  He is very honest and processional when explaining the options.  Didn't feel any pressures of being push toward a more expensive option.  At the end, there is no surprise charges.
It was a very hot day and he went up to our roof to clean up the drain.   It was getting uncomfortable due to the heat.  Victor only took a short break and immediately went back up and complete the job.  
His rate is very competitive.  We are so glad we found him and will definitely recommend him.

Alex showed up in the afternoon of Christmas Day, precisely an hour after I called Letts plumbing about my backed up kitchen sink. He was able to unclog it within an hour and saved my Christmas evening plan.

They do charge a holiday/weekend overtime fee and I was informed that if I can wait till Monday the charge would be materially lower. Good tips for next time I guess as I really don't have any flexibility today. Overall, Letts Plumbing is responsive and gets the job done. I would not hesitate to give them a call next time for plumbing needs - hopefully on a weekday.

I had requested this company to finish the plumbing for a bathroom. I was refused because the company works with a contractor only, not directly with the owner, they need a contractor to tell them what to do, not the owner

Without hesitation we would recommend Tom and Scott's plumbing.  Finding a plumbing company that you can rely on for the quality of work, honesty in explaining the problem and not overcharging for the parts and labor is a rare find.  High marks to Hugo who within a hour had our master bath toilet seal replaced, work place cleaned - you would never know anyone had been in the bathroom!  Hugo was not only exceptional in knowledge but courteous, helpful and offered tips and suggestions to maintenance and care.  Thank you, Hugo and Tom and Scott's plumbing.

Jackson was on time and solved the problem quickly. Spent the time to troubleshoot and provide me a report of the condition of the system. Providing recommendations without any pressure or fear tactics to do more work.

So dig this: The former owner of my house did everything on the cheap! And that, dear yelper, includes the pipes!  Their methodology? If it's the wrong pipe just force it!

But also because my plumbing nightmare got moved up to a high priority. Found them on yelp with great reviews. I called and received a call back from Mark within 30 min. We had 3-4 issues but one was a slow leak. During this crazy winter of rain they were crazy busy but he said can't have a leak. I'll send someone out first thing in the morning o fix the leak and we'll come back in less than a week to fix all the other issues. Once Doug arrived and evaluated the drip problem he was the most diligent and persistent person I've met in a long time. He wasn't happy with the way something was working and was determined to get the right parts to make it completely right. Thank you Doug and Mark at Blossom Valley Plumbing. We'll call you again in a heartbeat with our plumbing issues.

I was looking to replace our old furnace with a new central air conditioning specifically with a heat pump solution. Raymond from IRBIS suggested a solution that was perfect for us. It's a hybrid system of carrier ductless heat pump with carrier air handler installed with ducts. The outdoor unit is compact and quiet with efficiency of 16 seer to 25 seer. They also installed whole house air cleaner tech pure along with UV light. Raymond was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions patiently. The installation was done as scheduled and professionally. Will definitely recommend IRBIS and Raymond.

Anar and one of his associates came and fixed a gazebo in our backyard, they did a very meticulous job and got through it pretty quickly. I would definitely recommend him and use him for future jobs at my home. They wore masks and maintained all the necessary safely precautions while communicating with us.

Phil Garrison is a great guy, enjoyable to be around, busy but easy to work with. He has a team of fast, highly capable, and competent plumbers who can do excellent work when excellence is what you require. Personality was never an issue. Garrison Plumbing did extensive work at our property, renovating nearly our entire plumbing system. It took a couple of do-overs to get everything right and up to code, and it cost a few thousand more than we initially expected, but we ended up with an excellent plumbing system at a decent price. Garrison likes to work off of a fixed price contract, and will tailor that contract to cover precisely what you ask for. For remodels of older homes is not always easy, as you often don't know what you have until you open up a wall or floor. The key to a successful outcome with these guys is to know exactly what you want beforehand, and to carefully check the work at the end of each day to make sure you've gotten it. I would suggest that you provide Phil with as detailed a plumbing plan as possible, including the precise locations of all plumbing appliances and roof vents, with the types and sizes of all materials fully specified. If you want things built to code, get a permit. If you want a leak check, specify it in the contract. If you want copper instead of Pex in some locations, specify it. If you want something other than the minimum allowable slope on a sewer lateral, specify it. Otherwise, when the work is done under a fixed price contract, you may get an unpleasant surprise which may be very expensive to change, such as a toilet vent with 90 degree elbows below its spill line or a roof penetration through the flashing of a skylight. These guys typically work in 2's and are very expensive by the hour. When they know exactly what they're doing they're a great value. When they don't, they do it as cheaply as the contract allows. If you know what you're doing and you provide the guidance they need, they'll do a great job for you. I highly recommend them.

My next-door neighbor and I have had plumbing problems in our condos for longer than a decade.  When the inevitable next occurrence happened in my neighbor's unit, she phoned Ace.  They checked my unit as well and found mold and water damage in both units that had been left unaddressed by the contractors and plumbers we had working here just a few weeks earlier.  Aaron not only thoroughly investigated both units, he also explained how damage progresses and why, and was particularly informative in explaining all the consequences .  He advocated for both of us to our management company, and it is clear that he is an expert in mold remediation and damage.  His work and that of his staff is impeccable and thorough, and he excels at communicating the problem and the solution.

I've had a lot of experience with a lot of plumbers and contractors in the 14 years I've owned my condo, and while the problem is a true pain in the neck, I no longer worry about substandard work or side deals.  I simply know they will tell me the truth and that they won't cut corners that cost much, much more in the long term.

Meanwhile, the condo association and management company are looking at permanent solutions for this ongoing problem.  Ace's advocacy and honesty, not to mention their vast store of knowledge on water and mold, have made this most unpleasant experience bearable.  I wouldn't think of calling anyone else.
