I called the office and got a plumber within 45 minutes.  The plumber fixed the sewage clogging issues the first time and had to return a few weeks later for the same issues.  The plumber resolved the issues on my side and discovered the city end of the pipe may have other issues, such as tree roots obstruction.  So I called Sunnyvale Utility office and got a plumber to come inspect its pipe.  It turned out my plumber was absolutely correct.  Problem solved!  Plus the person who answered my calls along with the plumber himself were so friendly and professional.

Quick and efficient service, would use their service again. Our toilet was clogged and they responded quickly and snaked it out.

Victor returned my call while I was leaving a voice message. He had Richard at my house less than 1 hour later. Richard was polite and thorough. He apologized for making a mess. I only saw the dirty cleaning towels he had used to CLEAN UP the mess. Victor followed up after the job to make sure I was satisfied. Fast, clean, and reasonably priced plumber. How could I not be satisfied? I would give better than 5 stars if it were possible.

UPDATE!  I've used them three times now.  Each time, I couldn't be happier.  Victor and his entire team are great.

After waiting more than 40 minutes after initial call to request emergency service still have not received a call back from any technician call the number again and explain to them since it's an emergency I would like a call back with an ETA if they can't do that that's fine I will call somebody else it's now been 60 minutes and still don't know if anybody is ever gonna call me back.
A simple he's on a call now and may not be able to call you back right away would be sufficient but being kept in the dark is just plain stupid. Letts was my first choice as there's many happy people on next-door and other areas I'm not sure how that's true if they can't return the phone call apparently emergency service means whenever we get around to it will give you a call and let you know when we're coming but it might not be today. Update after a second call in for emergency service still have not received a call back why answer the phone for emergency service if no one is going to respond or call back. It's now been more than 2 hours
I will never call these idiots again and I will tell all about how I was treated.
Apparently the owner has no clue what occurs after hours. If so fix your ad if you don't respond to emergency work then delete it from your ad

My second time using this service. Both repairs have proven solid.

our sump pump failed during a storm.  Scott sent a crew over that day.  our pump was located under the house in crawl space.  John crawled through the mud and 2 inches of water to replace the pump.  He was covered from head to toe in mud.  That is responsiveness, effIciency, and a willingness to do what it takes to complete a job.

I contacted Joksan for a leak in my RO filter. I tried to fix the leak myself for an hour before I gave up and decided to call a plumber. It was Sunday and most plumbers were either charging a surcharge to come for a quote or did not have availability for several days.
Joksan saw the picture and video I sent, and immediately diagnosed the problem to be coming from inside the filter. In hindsight, any experienced plumber should be able to spot that. But apparently no one else did. Joksan's tip helped me to fix my RO filter over the Labor Day weekend, it saved me not only time but also money.
I will definitely call him back for anything plumbing related in my home.

I've been using only Barnett plumbing for almost 15 years, if not longer.
I have never had a bad experience with their team. Matt came out today and took his time ensuring there wasn't an easier way to fix the problem. He spent extra time checking his work and when we determined the leak could not be fixed without further work he did a great job replacing our washer valves.
They are courteous, fair and go above and beyond to ensure their work is done well.
In addition to this with all that they have done for my home I've never had to call them back to fix anything they have done.

They replaced my water heater promptly and did good work. But no invoice. I asked twice, nothing. Then a final request for payment. OK, not really a problem.

But surprise: They don't accept credit cards. No notice of that, and no paperwork before the service, so this was a surprise.

Would I recommend them? Yes. But wish their back office were more efficient.

IRBIS HVAC is very professional, they respond fast. Tim is friendly and patiently explained to me how they are going to install the heater. The price is also very reasonable . I highly recommend them .

Total professionals! Hector responded to my Yelp request in minutes, and was on site inspecting the issue within 30 minutes. He gave an honest estimate, and was able to fix the main issue that day, for a great rate. Will definitely call MTZ first whenever I have an issue.

Just moved to a new place and used them to mount a tv. They were quick to respond and were even able to schedule same day!

Very professional and throughout the whole time kept making sure we liked how the tv was mounted.

Our water heater was old and flooded the garage. After Matt was recommended as trustworthy and fair by a neighbor, we called and thank goodness he responded! He worked with urgency, his price was fair, and he was easy and kind to speak with over the phone. I would absolutely use him again for any future plumbing issues, and I'm SO happy we found him!

These guys do great, reliable work. I needed a 240V outlet installed in my garage so I could charge my EV and the process could not have gone more smoothly. I had an idea where to put the outlet but they came up with a better solution, even though it was more work for them - which they didn't charge me extra for. That is what I call quality service. They were in and out and even called a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. The quality of their work is first-rate and if I ever need *any* electrical work done to my home, these guys will be my first call. Highly recommend.

We used Smart Plumbers to replace an old water heater that suddenly sprang a leak. They did a wonderful job and were a highlight to a rather trying day.

We have used several plumbing services in the area and Smart Plumbers was by far the best. In particular, the price was reasonable, the quality of the work was high and I was impressed with their attention to detail.  I felt that they were giving us honest appraisals of the work needed, and never felt like we were being sold unnecessary services.

I also want to call out our plumber, Yohvany, for his persistence and hard work and for his positive attitude.  The job had a couple of setbacks that required him to stay longer.  Without asking, he put in the extra work and remained cheerful.  I also appreciated the advice he gave us about other plumbing issues in our house.

I have already recommend Smart Plumbers to others and will not hesitate to use them in future.

Ricardo and Carlos came to replace an old section of my main sewer pipe to put in a new clean-out and two Ys for storm drainage downspouts. They did a very nice job within two hours, which exceeded my expectations. They were neat and courteous and I had a great experience!

Sean supervised the work and followed up nicely from providing me an estimate to getting the job done on time. Although they're not the lowest bid, they were able to accommodate my timing needs and did a wonderful job (including snaking a storm drainage pipe in my garage). I think it was worth paying a premium as it was a pretty painless process working with them, including their reliable scheduling/office staff. I'm glad to have found a plumber I can rely on.
