Had to call 2 days in a row, but not a big deal. People get busy, I totally get it. Once Russ called me back, we made an appointment for the same day. Russ and Logan did a great job clearing my stopped up sink. I was most impressed with how clean they left the area. Russ even wet mopped the bathroom. I would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to call again if needed in the future.

Talal was great! He was able to come out the same day we called and fixed our leaking toilet. Great service, super knowledgable and a nice guy too. Highly recommend!

Victor is awesome. We called to help fix our drain that was backed up. He thoroughly checked all of our sinks to make sure it was backing up. Ran the snake and where most would be done, he walked around the house to check if there were any other clean outs and found one. Then ran the snake and that ultimately solved our problem. Happy Rooter will definitely be our go to for all plumbing needs in the future. Thank you Victor...

Have been a customer for over forty years and have always been more than pleased with the fantastic service.
Called last week, had an emergency...water dripping out of ceiling.
Was told they were booked three weeks out.  I explained that this was an emergency and was told they were truly sorry but fully booked.
Really?  Not available for emergency service to a loyal 40 plus year customer?
That is pathetic!  The founder of this company (retired) would never treat a customer like this.

Carla was totally friendly,  and has awesome customer service skills..Unfortunately due to my property management company that I lease from they didn't use this company.

Scott was on time and very professional and knowledgeable. He patiently listened to my explanation of the situation I was having after replacing a Hansgrohe shower control cartridge and housing, and solved the problem quickly.

The details: I replaced an old Thermobalance I cartridge and housing with a new one. But then I wasn't getting hot water and I couldn't figure out why. I thought I had tried everything taking it on and off testing this and that and couldn't figure out what the problem was, and decided I needed a pro, maybe it was something more serious?

Apparently there was some orientation issue with the hot/cold spring loaded control mechanism on the end of the cartridge handle that was not working the way it was supposed to work because I didn't put it back on correctly! It was not apparent to me that there was more than one way it should go back on, it just spun around 360 degrees so how could it be wrong?!? It looked pretty straight forward to put back on, how could that be the issue?!?

I don't know how the valve control got pointed the wrong way, but Scott immediately figured that out, putting it back together correctly and then we had normal hot/cold temp/pressure. I felt foolish that I couldn't figure that simple part out, but the previous Plumber we had out couldn't figure that out either, and he wanted $1500 to put in a new shower valve!

When I heard that I suggested we get a second opinion. It was well worth paying the service call to get a lesson in control handle orientation, than paying all that money for a new valve. I thank the Plumbing Gallery in San Jose where I bought the Hansgrohe replacement parts, for providing me with Scott's number.

I also appreciated that Scott provided some advice on how to deal with a couple other plumbing related issues.

We took his card so we knew where to call in the future for any plumbing related issues.

Very good experience with Joksan and his team. Great communications starting with a timely and reasonable quote to adjusting the appointment time as I need a replacement valve to arrive via mail before he can begin the work. Although Joksan was not on this job, the plumber he sent was professional, courteous, and completed the job quickly and staying on site until everything was tested. He was an hour later than the appointment time, but forgiven given the quality and the unpredictable nature of the work. I would not hesitate to contact him for future plumbing needs.

Our tankless water heater has given us reason to contact Barnett twice in 2021 - and on both occasions, they were extremely responsive and reliable. Unfortunately it is difficult to get them to come out on an emergency/same day issue, but we have never waited more than a day to get an emergency appointment. The operators/dispatchers are always available and are super helpful. My family and I trust Barnett and will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Very happy with the work Blossom Valley did at my home.  They showed up on time.  Replaced my faucet and fixed my water heater.  Very honest & polite.  Would highly recommend Blossom valley Plumbing!

My husband and I bought a cute little 1960s townhouse with a less-cute, more terrifying original gas furnace on the wall (queue lying awake at night worrying about CO poisoning). It became clear after one winter and spring in the new place that we'd need modern heating/cooling units, so we got a bunch of quotes from HVAC providers. IRBIS were organized and helpful from the very start, and installed a mini-split system for upstairs and downstairs. Derek was highly responsive when managing the project, and the technicians that came out were friendly and careful. When there was an issue with the outside extractor (it arrived slightly damaged), they quickly arranged for a replacement. The system works fantastically well, it's almost completely silent, and it was well worth every penny. If you're looking for A/C and heating, definitely get in touch with IRBIS! :)

Hector was a very professional person.  He and his apprentice did a very good job on the leak that I had under the sink.  The work they did was excellent and clean.  I received an estimate, but found out that they had to do more than the estimated work because it was a little more complicated than originally thought, but still only charged me the original estimate.  I would not hesitant to use MTZ Plumbing again for the good work and professional experience.

Anar installed a shed and a fence gate for us. Everything was done fast and nicely.

I saw the reviews, so called Phil. He is very old school and a straight shooter; refreshing. Good to work with. Job well done; technicians were dedicated to doing things right. There was an issue during installation not due to his team or product. All was completed satisfactorily. All in all, he will be the first I will call if I need plumbing services again.

I had an old AC unit, and it finally died.  I had several quotes done, and AY EMP was the quickest to respond, was thorough in discovery, gave the best quote, and surprised me by upgrading my original quoted unit at no additional charge.  The team was polite and you almost barely knew they were here.  I am so pleased with Andrew and the team, and they let me know they perform a wide variety of services.  This was such a good experience, I plan to work with them on future projects.

I have used Smart Plumbers four times so far. Three for regular drain clog issues requiring using the rooter to clear out clogs. At the last visit, they recommended changing out the P-traps and arms under the tub and shower and also hydro-jet cleaning of the kitchen drain for our 50 year old house.

Well, I called them back and had them do the recommended work. It turns out that the P-trap + arm under the tub was old 1.5 metal pipes and somewhat rusted, however it was not clogged up so much (I visually inspected the pieces after removal).  

The P-trap+arm under the shower were 2 pipes and had been changed out by previous home owner. They were new pipes. The plumber did not tell me this and simply changed them out. That may have been unnecessary work.

These two tasks were quoted over a $1100.

The hydrojet job of the kitchen drain was done well, I expect - I have no way of knowing until the next clog.

I attempted to resolve the issue by calling the owner Mr. Lee. I spoke to a representative (calmly) and was told that Mr. Lee would call me back. It's been two weeks and he has not called me. I would have been OK with Smart Plumbers if they were to simply talk to me and offer some conciliatory service like a coupon or an extended warranty.

I am somewhat disappointed with the what was unnecessary work done by Smart Plumbers (cost me $500 - $600).

Tyler was super determined to diagnose my leaky shower faucet issue, was confident in what the solution was, and was quick to come back out and install the replacement cartridge that was needed after getting the parts needed. He is a super honest and genuine guy and I'm very confident in his work. If I ever have any other issues, I'll be asking for Tyler again!
