Giovani and his team are efficient and get the problem fixed once and for all. I had a property going on the market soon and needed some plumbing leaks fixed asap. I didn't have time for shoddy work, so I hired the highest and best reviewed plumbing business. Giovani answered the phone and came over the same day. They took care of it all in less than a day. They took pictures and sent them to me with the receipt so that I could prove to buyers that the leaks were repaired. Done and done! House sold! Thanks, Giovani and team! I will certainly use you guys again! So, how about that reply? ;-)

Michael did an excellent job replacing a hansgrohe mixing valve for my shower. And he was the second plumber I hired. The first one could not figure out how to take it apart and suggested we replace the entire thing. Michael did it with ease and was thorough. He did a temperature check afterwards to make sure it was working properly. The temperature was not quite right and he identified another issue with a mixing valve. Overall, Michael is not only extremely competent, but also thorough and attentive to the needs of his customers.

I was extremely pleased with Khoa from Capitol Plumbing. He came on time, he was very careful bring in snake/ tools. He was very polite and his prices are very good. My easy snake the drain turned into a something stuck in toilet and we need to take the toilet off situation. Apparently my Poo-pouri somehow got flushed and was blocking toilet. He was quick, efficient and friendly. I definitely recommend Capitol Plumbing if you need a plumber.

I never write a review, but here is my first one. Awesome job from Local Rooter, my first experience with them and particularly Kim Vo. I had a problem where in my washer flow was backing up into the garage sink. Called my home warranty company and they deployed another company guy to do the cleaning/snaking etc. but in spite of the guy spending 3 hours between two visits, nothing happened and no root cause. Time was going and life was at a standstill with over a week of no laundry.

Finally a colleague gave me their phone number and this guy showed on the same day, gave me a precise problem, in fact he found that my kitchen drain had a leakage and needed a more urgent replacement. In all, his explanation, with pictures, video and diagram was excellent. He spent over 45 mins talking to my home warranty company explaining them about the issue. It was late in the day, so I called them next day, and Kim showed up couple of hours later. It was Saturday and he and another gentleman, spent the next 3 hours, making sure all the pipes were changed, tested, additional cleanout installed. Kim was very professional, took away all the anxiety with these kind of jobs, explained each step and charged a reasonable fee for the whole job. Very impressive and thanks to his timeliness, hard work and professionalism. Definitely a friend to be in the plumbing industry. Thanks Kim, Would definitely Recommend you to my friends.

Had a little bit of a scheduling snafu but ended up still being able to come by 2 business days after I contacted them. They came on time and replaced some pipe in my crawl space and were done by the early afternoon.

My kitchen sink only drains when garbage disposal is on. I got several quotes. United Plumbing gave me the best offer and first availability. Alexandr showed up on time and had it fixed under an hour. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for fast service.

Had a toilet that wasn't flushing. I sent a message early this morning. It's 9:40 am and he already came and solved the problem.

Charged $120, which is on the low end for plumbers. Nice guy, didn't leave a mess.

Shows up in 10 minutes and fixes a plumbing issue in 5 minutes. I could have done it myself, but hey he was super honest and was going to leave without even charging me but I took care of him. Hard to find honest professionals. Another guy tried to charge me a hefty sum even without telling me what the issue was and he had 500+ great reviews on yelp.

We had to replace our old cast iron sewer line under the house as clogs became more frequent.

We started looking for a contractor and It was extremely hard to deal with most of the plumbers we contacted. Multiple no shows, no follow ups, quote takes days, inadequate pricing, etc.

We eventually contacted the City of Sewer and it's been a very good experience from the very beginning. Super fast responses from the owner (Steven); they arrived on time, gave as a quote during the appointment and were able to schedule the work for the same week.

The actual replacement took less than 5 hours and we were able to use water in the afternoon.

So far everything works well. Going to work with this company for other plumbing needs in the future.

Ed, the owner operator saved my Father thousands of dollars on his new sewer line installation. He replaced roughly 125 ft of sewer line. He had to begin by breaking up the flooring in one bathroom, where the sewer break was, and dig roughly 4ft down to begin replacement. All the while making sure the working area was clean and safe! He uses the trenchless method that I recommend using if you want a clean install of a sewer line.  All in all, it was a huge process that he passed the city of Sunnyvale inspection with flying colors all while saving my Father roughly $4500, which was also quoted by roto-rooter. I can't express enough how happy my Family was with his work. I don't post much, if ever, but I felt the need to give #1 Honest Plumber a great review. Thanks Ed!!

Very professional. Our water heaters pilot light went out and we ended up needing the thermocouple replaced. The tech had the parts and fixed the water heater on the spot. I'm pretty sure we need a new water heater sooner than later and when we do, we will have crown back out to help. Very impressed.

Thanks for the service. They installed a gas line for my new gas stove. They patiently to explain every detail of the gas line BTU requirement by going through the code book with me. They showed up with face mask and be on time too. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

I found Khan using Yelp to do a service on my leaky toilet tank,then after the services was done I still have to call him back because I still had the same problem.Khan came back twice and replaced the parts for free then the 3rd time it was the flapper that was the problem he charge me once for the prize of 2 parts including labor and on a Sunday.I don't think
