I have called on EJ Plumbing several times over the years and each time they have done an excellent job.  Most recently Isaac came to replace a couple of valves on the exterior of the house.  He arrived on time, did excellent work with good quality parts, and was very cheerful when explaining what he was doing.  Highly recommend this company and Isaac in particular!

I had a main sewer line plug and had Roto Rooter come out.  Tech ran the tool until he hit an obstacle which he told me was either pipe offset problem or a giant root. He gave up stating that the line was flowing and he could notbguarantee the job. $425.00. He recommended a video follow-up $165.00.
Plugged again. Called Trieu who promptly showed up. He gave me a $150.00 quote and went to work. He pulled out a foot and a half root configuration and assured me that the line was open. He then video checked the sewer line. He assessed the main line as being perfect. The city hookup had a small offset. Trieu gave me a wealth of information to help me address this problem. Great human being and I highly recommend him.

Mike was great! We needed to get a water pressure regulator installed and he was able to come out, give us a quote, and return to do the work within a few days. He showed up on time and the total was the amount he originally quoted. We are super thankful Mike was able to do this job for us and in a timely manner. Khoa from Capitol Plumbing came on a Sunday afternoon to unclog my sewer main. They arrived ahead of his expected time and went right to work. Almost 2 hours and 3 machines (each one bigger than the last) later, they got the drain clear.

We had a 9 p.m. Sunday emergency with our water heater. We called Local Rooter & Plumbing. Mr. Vo asked us to text him photos of the valve. Mr. Vo spent 10 minutes of his family time on a Sunday evening and walked my husband through the steps of how to relight the pilot. The instructions were clear and concise. Mr. Vo wouldn't accept payment for his time. We were fortunate to contact a reputable company. If we have to deal with any future plumbing issues, we will definitely contact Local Rooter & Plumbing, an honest company.

The main line to my house clogged backing up waste water that overflowed from the shower Sunday late afternoon. After trying using a manual snake and strong acid, I requested thru Yelp for an estimate for Monday service. Of the six companies that responded by late Sunday night, only 2 responded with an estimate. I went with Drain Rooter Service and they scheduled Todd to come at 9 am. Todd came early (THANKS) and did a great job. The price was the estimate and he informed that there is also a 30 day warranty. My tenant is happy with the professionalism and curtesy that Todd displayed. Todd found roots in the line so I will be calling again in the future.

This review is specifically about Marvin Gonzalez at Handy plumbing man.
We were faced with an issue where our water heater was not working and needed a quick turn around. I called handy plumbing man based on the great reviews I have read and Marvin was assigned as our plumber. He came out within an hour and gave us a quote immediately. We then were surprised that he was able to install the water heater the same day.
Marvin was very patient with us and he explained step by step instructions on water heater. I was very impressed and he was very professional. I will recommend him to anyone!

Our kitchen sink faucet stopped working, and neither we nor another plumber could remove it.  And then our water main valve failed, leaving us with no water to the house.  Thank goodness for J&K Plumbing.  They came out first thing in the morning and in 90 minutes had replaced the water main valve and under sink valves (all of which were non functional) plus removed the old faucet (which required a saws all to remove!) They then installed a new kitchen sink faucet, providing a much better faucet than the one we had initially purchased.  The new faucet looks fantastic, and installs easily from above.  I was blown away by their speed, expertise and professionalism.  I recommend them highly - they are the best!

Main sewer clogged during Christmas, contacted united plumbing and they came in the next day to quickly identify problem and propose solution. Took a whole day to dig dirt and replace new pipe, technicians were responsive, nice and hard working. Great experience!

I had a leak in the pipe. I needed to fix it urgently.  The Always Rescue Plumbing reacted very quickly and after 2 hours a plumber arrived. Thanks a lot to Hugo who fixed the pipe and also replaced the water pump, since the basement was flooded because the current pump was not working. Hugo did a great job.

We came home with our main sewage line clogged and spewing all over our lawn. I was so embarrassed to call someone but knew I had to get a professional in. Steve came first thing in the morning and cleared our problem and was absolutely amazing. He told me the reason for the clog (tree roots) and guided me on the best way to fix our problem in the future. Will definitely be keeping him as our plumber and will be using him in the future once we're ready to change out our drain pipes. I cannot thank you enough for helping us out on this emergency!

Plumbing is one of those issues you don't expect to deal with and when you have an issue not only is it stressful to have to deal with the inconvenience, but the stress of finding a reliable plumber one who can be trusted and not try to rip you off is just as big a nuisance.

I was extremely blessed/fortunate to come across steven and King Kong plumbing. I've been going to him and his guys for years, and they are so quick, efficient, RESPECTFUL, but they are very relationally strong meaning they do what they say they will, no hassle, they don't talk your ear off- or make crap up. They do what u ask and clean after themselves, are very polite and hard working.

I know them by there names and Forgot the name of the company because they are so cool and reliable but I had to leave A review after all the help they have done. From small issues - clogged drain, a leak, a backup , a major piping issue they are helping me with- they can do it all. I've compared prices from big name:market companies and will never go to them again. Some guys charge to give u damn estimate - but not King Kong plumbing- King Kong plumbing l has the best price in San Jose and these guys get in- get out- and do a great job.

Can't say enough positive things, and truly hope if anyone is stressed looking for plumbing help- give these guys your business and you won't regret it.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish.  I needed a shutoff valve replaced for a refrigerator before a new refrigerator was being delivered.  They were able to come out within 2 hours of when I called them and the plumber was courteous and thorough.  I will definitely consider them for any future plumbing needs.

What can I say...Khan and his worker were lifesavers!  My wife and I were holding a birthday party for our 21 year old daughter at our recently purchased home when trouble arose!  One of the guests had used the restroom and the whole bathroom started to flood!  There was obviously a backup somewhere in the sewer line and it needed cleared...fast!  We called Khan, late on a Sunday evening and even though he was headed home and already done for the day, we explained that this was an emergency.  He said he'd be there in 15 minutes and actually showed up in like 7 minutes.  He showed up, got to work in less than a minute, and snaked the line in less than 10 minutes!!  Needless to say our guests were relieved that they didn't have to drive down the street and use the bathroom at a gas station and we were very much obliged by his very quick response and professionalism.  My friend had used his service as well to replace a water heater and was also extremely satisfied with Khan's level of service.    Great job and will definitely not hesitate to use again!

I had a great experience and got some extra help, it's everything like the good reviews here. I called at 10:30am when toilets and shower drains were all clogged up after some rain.  He told me it's the sewer line that's backed up and quoted a reasonable price. Bang, he showed up 20 minutes later. Suspecting what's backed up is from the access hole on the ground level out to the road, he told me upfront I can get it fixed by the city for free.  I had him do the job anyway. The 4 metal cap was all corroded and extra efforts were required. After the issue was fixed (snaking the line), he went out to ACE to purchase the replacement cap.  All this was done within 80 minutes. A fantastic service from a neighborhood store!!
