Awesome service!  Quick, affordable, and the team was super nice and effective.  I purchased a new faucet online and had setup an appointment with a different company through Amazon.  After they missed it and rescheduled several times,  I gave up and called up San Jose Drain and Main.  

They were able to run out the same day (which was great since the other one canceled and I had already taken the day off work to be here).  They showed up right at their time slot,  and quickly went to work.  They even ran into an issue with the water shut off not working properly,  and instead of rescheduling during a time when the whole building would need to have water shut off,  Giovani showed some super plumbing skills and was able to do it.  

And when it came to cost,  even though I know it was more labor intensive than he probably estimated,  he billed exactly what he said.  Giovani is a true gentleman and an honorable businessman.  You can be sure I'm coming back to him for all my future needs.

This was the second time I have used their services. The first time, they taught me how to clean the little filter in the kitchen faucet, which has forever empowered me (do the same on the washing machine). This time, I was sick as a dog, tired, frustrated -- and my kitchen faucet was blocked with NO water coming out. Ugh. I called at 10 a.m.; they showed up at 1 p.m. and fixed the pressure thingy in two seconds flat.  And, they didn't charge me!  Can you say forever loyal?? What a pleasure to have such great service.

Both my kitchen and bathroom sink got clogged this morning (Saturday). I knew it would be hard to find a plumber who was available and at a reasonable price. Trieu responded to my Message immediately. He arrived within minutes. He took his time and explained what caused the sinks to clog and advised how to maintain them to prevent extended damage. Trieu is very friendly with great customer service. I am very pleased with his services. I definitely recommend him!

My In-Sink-Erator 5-81 HP 1/2 disposal became  leaking after installed/used about 6 years. I think starting yesterday, it became leaking, water dripped inside cabinet and ran outside into the floor this morning and that is why I realized something is wrong. I searched Yelp found Affordable Plumbing first and called for service. I am happy with the result. Michael is a pro, communication is clear and good. I bought same product from him and very grateful Michael was able to replace the broken disposal right away and I don't have to wait for another day, actually not even for half day.

I contacted Khoa, Capitol Plumbing & Handyman, after reading all the great reviews on Yelp, and I am so glad I did. We live in an older home and have seen MANY plumbers in 30+ years. Khoa is absolutely the best! He arrived when he said he would, is respectful of your property, explains what he is going to do and why, and answers all your questions. His estimate and his final price were the same number! He totally exceeded all of our expectations. We'll be contacting Khoa for all future plumbing and handyman jobs.  Thank you sir!

I came home and my front yard was flooding. I didn't know exactly the cause of it so I called local rooter and plumbing and they came out within 2 hours. The plumber knew immediately what the problem was (it was my sewer) and advised I call the city. I was not charged anything for his trouble and my sewer was treated that same day by the city. I will definitely be calling them in the future.

I can't say enough about the guys from Drain Rooter Service. We had a severe clog that was backing up out our shower. It is two days before Christmas and the guys were out here within an hour of my call and had it all done and cleaned up within 2 hours. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very skilled. I will use them moving forward for all my plumbing needs.

Highly recommend them! Our garage flooded during a heavy storm 2 months ago. We live in the hills so the water drainage is complicated. We realized one of our major underground storm drain pipes was blocked, and we've known for years that another section of pipe was blocked. We hired Handy Plumbing Man and 2 others to come look at the situation (including using a sewer inspection camera) and give us quotes. We negotiated a couple of details with Handy Plumbing Man and then hired them because they seemed professional and had the lowest cost quote. They were here for a total of 3 days. It was a big job, doing a trenchless replacement of a total of about 50 feet of storm drain pipe. They had to dig two holes, including one through the concrete on our driveway. After replacing the pipes they filled everything in and repaired the rebar and poured new concrete to fill the hole in the driveway. We had another big storm last week and it's all working as expected, a LOT of water was pouring out of the newly-repaired pipe. The crew were friendly and professional and clearly experienced. The only small glitch was one crew leaving mid-day one day, and we didn't hear anything for more than 24 hours. I called and emailed them asking what's going on. It turned out they had an emergency on a job where their equipment got stuck and it took a day to get it un-stuck. They should have called to let us know what was going on, of course, but our job foreman forgot in the scramble to deal with the emergency. That's not good, but then the owner of the company called and apologized profusely, said that the foreman should have called us and that wasn't acceptable. He was sincere, and it seemed like a real emergency - so given how good they were in every other way, we didn't think not calling us for a day was bad enough to deduct a star.

No stars we found this company through many good reviews on yelp. I strongly advise that you read about my repipe experience and see whether you can work around the issues I had before consulting an under unlicensed plumber such as this company. I have tried to locate them under the board of certifications but to date no success

On day 1 of work, I noted that staff communication seemed to be an issue.   The owner was rarely on site for the 2 to 4 person team that was sent.  So I had to run around the house to make sure that what I'd asked for was being installed, and that it was not being then uninstalled by someone who'd misunderstood me.

On day 2, I talked to the onsite staff and their offsite supervisor Joe about the lack of communication and coordination.  They noted my concern but i was told dont worry i take care of it in broken English to be exact therefore we were not able to improve and due to the language barrier we could not communicate a

In order to schedule day 3, I needed a sizing diagram for the city's inspector but the company did not provide it to me in spite of several requests by phone and email.  I figured it made better sense to call it quits and try another company.

Ironically, the invoicing office of this company is very efficient, calling several times a day to get 90% of the $5k bid paid up as soon as possible.  I paid, but wonder whether I did get 90% of the work done.  When they left, I had a lot of pipe in the house but few working fixtures.

What could have gone better?  I think if I had to do it over with this company, I'd ask for a smaller onsite staff  and/or a supervisor that is always onsite.  I'd review the plans with the onsite supervisor on the first day of the project and continuously track progress closely together.

The only leverage that we have with some companies is payments, so I think I'd want to stage payments more progressively to make sure that I do get what I pay for and that the company has a financial incentive to come back to finish the work.

My 75 gallon water heater decided to flood my garage yesterday. I am so thankful Marlon answered when I called and was able to confirm I turned off the water and propane properly over the phone. Then he was at my house within a few hours!

I'm very happy with the work United Plumbing did.  I've been a home owner for a while and dealt with many plumbing companies, but this was my first time with United.  They were very responsive, had 5 star ratings on yelp, and the last plumber I worked with said they don't do any landscaping work.  So I went with United and they fixed the leak.  They were very professional and responsive.  I am also very on guard with plumbers because I've been price gouged before.  But United's price was very fair.  I will now be loyal customer of theirs based on this experience.

This is the 2nd time I've used this business. Courteous staff who came soon after my call, assessed my problem then got down to fixing it in.

I had a water heater issue and Steve was very responsive and showed up at  the promised time. He provided his hones assessment and infact also volunteered to to pick up replacement parts from a local store. His quite was reasonable and he completed the work in a timely manner. Highly recommend Steve and would work with him again.

Very fast and punctual! Set an appt at 10:45 and someone is knocking at the door at 10:45. Also a good highlight are shoe covers. I seen that he put some on which highly respectable. Fast repair and great price. These guys are legit! Highly recommended! Thank you guys!

Ed was really helpful in fixing our toilet leak at a short notice over the weekend and he did a great job. Would recommend him always for any plumbing tasks.

It's been impossible for me to find a plumber I could afford and trust.  Two very important things for me when deciding who to let into my home and my business.  Crown Plumbing was referred to me by a friend of mine also in the restaurant business.  I've called them for door repairs, leaking toilets, clogged toilets, calcium buildup, and full toilet replacements.

I appreciate every aspect of their business from start to finish.  The service calls are  seamless, the plumbers are knowledgeable, safe and friendly, and the payments/invoices are effortless.  You'll get a text when they are on their way and after the work is done, you get a text message explaining everything in detail; parts, labor, and services completed.  AND-the price is always less than the number I've worked out in my head.  When have you ever hired someone and the price is less than what you thought?  I've used their service more than 5 times now and I will never go back to their competitors.

Such a nice people and their customer service is excellent we called them today for our toilet repair they were in my house in less than an hour.. he quickly noticed the problem..compared to all other places there prices are completely low and reasonable...we are facing the water leaking problem from long time and we tried so many plumber and none of them have cleared the issue but these people are awesome at their work..very friendly and best work they have done.

Great experience all around!  Big thanks to All Go Plumbing for their work. I've been having a kitchen sink backup every 3-4 days for almost a month. I had the under sink apart myself and opened the outside clean out drain, but still only a temporary fix, so I figured it's time to get the experts out here.

My regular plumber was booked solid and so I reached out to All Go Plumbing. I really appreciate that they take calls all the way up to 7pm!  Sometimes it's tough to find time to reach a contractor for a repair when I'm working myself the regular 9-5 hrs.  I reached them for scheduling a few days before christmas around 6:30pm and scheduled for the following tuesday. The owner's brother arrived on time for pipe snake routing through the outside cleanout. He was friendly and first examined the underhouse piping near the cleanout to confirm if there were any other issues (one of which was not enough downward slope, making normal drainage not normal haha.)  He routed the pipe multiple times and encountered 4-5 blockages along the way. Then we ran the sink faucet and dumped 10 gallons of bucket water down the drain to confirm it was flushed. All Good!  

Pipes are back in action and all work completed in only 30 min from arrival to billing and departure.  I really appreciate the help guys!  Keep it up. Their number is going in my go-to contractor list.

Wow!   As good as it gets.

Called at 2:30, Gave Mr Khan a rundown of our issue and was given a nlt 6pm arrival time.  He and an assistant arrived at 4pm.

Snaked my kitchen drain via the roof vent, my bathroom vanity via the p-trap, and the tub.  Turns out we had 3 separate clogs.   He even put the p-trap, that our handyman had removed, back on.

3 separate clogs cleared in under an hour.

All for the originally quoted price.  Which when my regular plumber got back to me said a really good price for all the work.

Would definitely recommend and use again.

Main toilet backed up.   We had elderly visitors, so it was kinda a emergency.

He was at our place in under an hour and had the toilet running again 15 minutes later.

Came quickly and they cleared my main line! charged as quoted!! Thanks guys!!!
