We were getting water from our air gap in the kitchen sink. Chris F came out a few days later and did a very clean, professional job and didn't charge an exorbitant amount. Highly recommend.

Trieu gave me an estimate over the phone after I described the problem and sent pictures. He came out the same day and was on time. A little over an hour later, our toilet works perfectly and everything is back to normal. This was about as painless as it could be. Thanks, Trieu! We will call you first next time we need a plumber.

Mike came over to fix our disposal unit, and found out that it was just jammed instead. Instead of going ahead and installing the new unit, he only charged us for the diagnostic. After that we had him look at our toilet, and he was able to diagnose the problem for that as well and gave us tips for how to improve water flow at no charge.  He saved us a ton of money was extremely courteous, very prompt, very professional, and we will definitely be calling him first the next time we have plumbing issues.  He puts the customer first!

I needed to have a pressure regulator valve replaced as it was leaking. Khoa responded quickly and came out the next day to replace it. He gave me an up front estimate which was accurate and competitive. The team did a fantastic job and it was quick, too!

I expected that it will take several days to fix the water main pipe which was broken suddenly.
They came up in a couple of hours after the request, and finished to replace the pipe in one day, which is unexpectedly great!
The price was more expensive than expected but provably it was the reasonable market price for this kind of big job. It was worth to pay.

Hired this company to replace our old tank water heater with a new tankless water heater. Marvin Gonzalez came out with his crew. They did a great job - efficient, professional and clean. Marvin was very responsive and knowledgeable. He clearly loves and feels ownership over his work. We love the heater. One of the best decisions we made. Water gets super hot and it's instantaneous. We will definitely be hiring Marvin for all our plumbing needs!

Wow, this company is amazing! My tenants let me know there was water heater leak around 7pm so I jumped on Yelp to look up plumbers. I read the reviews on Integrity Plumbing & Drain Service and gave the company a call instead of requesting a quote...and the owner of the company...picked...up... the...phone! I explained my situation and sent him a picture. He instructed me to turn off the water heater and that he would stop by in the morning on his way to a scheduled job to find out what he would need, get it ordered and then return in the early evening to get my water heater up and running. What customer service! The job was done quickly, professionally and I couldn't have asked for the whole experience to go any smoother! I gave this company's information to my stepmom and a friend too, that's how impressed I was by Marlon and his company.

Contacted United Plumbing on Monday through Yelp about a shower that had stopped putting out hot water. They responded quickly, give me a fixed price for replacing a cartridge, and scheduled a visit for Tuesday. The plumber showed up on time, had the necessary parts in his truck, and quickly repaired the problem. I would recommend them & would use the again.

Had a huge flooding emergency--literal sh** came out of our backyard drain pipe. It was fudging disgusting.... Found this company and they sent a technician by the next hour.

He couldn't clear the drain the 1st time after 2 hrs (main sewer drain was solidly clogged). So he went back to his shop, got what he needed and came back. 2nd round...poop boom! He got it cleared!!! Holy sh**...no more!! I forgot the technician's name but he's a stand-up guy...did not charge extra and offered his advice to keep it unclogged.

Responded quickly. Showed up on time. Got the emergency taken care of and came next days with parts to do permanent repair. Professional, competent and friendly.

We were notified by the city that we had a water leak as our usage was very high, compared to previous months. We contacted #1 Honest Plumber. Ed responded within 5 minutes. He was understanding and very accommodative. The person he sent to our home was a consummate professional. Diligent. Methodically checked every bathroom... and correctly identified the problem in our irrigation system (which I pointed out as a perenial wet spot). He dug up the area and found the leak. He would have fixed it if I would have accepted his quote for $450. I did not. He charged $150 for the 50 minutes he spent identifying the problem. In summary, this company lives up to it's name. They are very honest. Prompt and extremely responsive; albeit a bit on the pricey side.

Elderly instant water heater gave out after its full decade lifespan. Our family was in urgent need of a replacement. Crown answered the phone, nicely, we had an appointment within a day, they came on time, and replaced the unit with an upgraded model that same week. We are highly satisfied. Crown plumbing is excellent!

Fabulous work by Mesbah & team! We had a leak in our kitchen sink which could potentially cause water damage to our kitchen floors & cabinets. The team here responded quickly. They diagnosed the problem - a broken sink, broken drain pipe & a leaky kitchen faucet. They replaced the drain pipe & faucet then applied glue to the sink to repair the issue. They went to Home Depot to get the faucet & communicated great! Sending pictures to select from. They also guaranteed the work saying they'll do a free repair if the leak occurs again.
5 star service! Highly recommend this fabulous team :)

These guys are awesome! I found them to be responsive and courteous. They helped in the removal and exchange of a defective water heater for a new one, and transported it to and from Home Depot. Their estimate seemed reasonable, although in full disclosure, I did not obtain quotes from anyone else. I didn't feel I needed to because of their professionalism. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber.

KHAN to the rescue again!! Waking up on a Sunday morning to a busted water heater is no way to start Sunday after a week of not being home. I asked for a quote and KHAN was at my doorstep within 10 minutes! Khan and his team are great, they put in a new water heater within an hour, the price was fair and reasonable.

quite an ok price, but very courteous, flexible and the guy knows what he's doing. they'll even wear shoe-covers inside your house (some other services will refuse) if you ask them too. if you have time doing plumbing - getting underneath the sink, spend like 2-3 hrs, i'd say go do it yourself. but for those others who don't have time or simply don't want to go back & forth to home depot (as normally the case with me), be prepared to spend $125-$150 for fixing/replacing faucet.
