These guys are awesome! My garbage disposal was completely rusted out and needed to be changed for s new one. I called the company on a Sunday and left a voicemail. Within 10 mins, Giovanni called me back. He described exactly what would happen during the visit and gave me a flat fee quote right then for parts and labor. He and Sam texted me the next morning with a two hour interval for arrival, and they came within the window. They were very nice and courteous, took off their boots before entering my house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. I would definitely recommend them for plumbing repair jobs.

I highly recommend NOT using this company. I had them snake my pipes to clear a tree root that had grown into the pipes. This is something i regularly do to keep the pipes clean.  They did the work and told me everything was fixed. I trusted them to do the job and that it was fixed.  Only 3 weeks later my pipes backed up. Clearly the gentleman who did the work did not do his job and was not truthful to me. When i called to ask them to come fix/finish the job, they said they would charge me $350 (again). That is horrible customer service and I will never use them again. I paid $400 the first time for them to do absolutely nothing.

Great work, finished within an hour and also took time to explain to me about the RO filtration system we bought that he installed!  Appreciate the gentleman taking time to explain to me the maintenance  of the system and also explained to me how to spot leaks with my plumbing in general as well as my RO system!  Overall he was very frieNdly and extremely professional!  One of the best plumbing company we've worked with and will hire them again for future home projects!  Lastly, thank you very much for coming out on a Sunday!!

I had a tub drain backup that needed fixing. Mike gave me a quote and was able to come out quickly. He took care of the clog and did a great job cleaning up. You never knew he was there.

Our main line was backing up into the house - in other words, a downstairs shower had sewage backing up into it. Khoa got back to me within minutes, and was able to get out to us to clear the line in less that two hours. Unlike the previous plumber we used (who had to drag his rooting equipment upstairs and unmount a toilet) Khoa was able to do all the work through a small cleanout outside our house. Much MUCH less mess, time, and headache. Because he had the right equipment to clear the problem the bill was much, much more reasonable as well. Actually much lower than I anticipated. Very, very, (very) happy!

Great people did great work! The drain got backed up and the guy found the root cause in a short time. Then he had the old pipe replaced and we can run the water fast! Thank you!

Marco was extraordinary!  

We had an urgent situation where our drain was backed up and overflowing into our bathroom and then into our bedroom. I called Marco and he immediately guided me over the phone (recalling what my house set up since he had been out the week before for an unrelated problem) to help me get the water under control.  

I needed him to come out right away and he rearranged his schedule so that he can squeeze us in. He let us know if he wasnt able to move things around he could call a friend of his also in the plumbing business which was great he had a solution for us if he wasnt able to move his other appts around.

Another reason I really appreciate his work is that he is incredibly thorough. Not only did he fix the issue at hand, he went above and beyond to figure out where the problem could he coming from beyond the immediate problem. Turns out I had a blockage of roots growing into my sewer line to the street. He called the county for me the next day to find out whose responsibility this is to fix.  The county then pointed him to the city so he called them for me and told them the problem he saw using his camera and asked them to take care of it (and they did!)  He absolutely didn't need to do this next step as his work for me was already done but this is how I found him to be extraordinary because he went above the call of duty.  

I really appreciated all his help in this situation and I would definitely use him again.

Joe gave me a reasonable price for multiple projects. He carried with him all the necessary spare parts so he started working on two projects on the same day - installation of a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal.  Joe and his assistant came in wearing masks and took off their shoes before entering the house.  Quick, friendly, and reasonable.

I received a referral from a large Bay Area plumbing supply company to use INTEGRITY plumbing. Marlin was very responsive and able to come out and assess a job within a few days. I needed a tankless water heater installed. His quote was reasonable and installation was completed as expected. His understanding of the job was thorough and he was able to communicate to me what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job.

Alexandr K arrived even earlier than scheduled, worked quickly, efficiently and was still sufficiently careful not do damage anything. He replaced the wax ring under the toilet which I had expected to be the culprit. Will keep an eye on the area to make sure that nothing else caused the leak at the base of the toilet. Thank you. I would hire United Plumbing again.

Had a huge flooding emergency--literal sh** came out of our backyard drain pipe. It was fudging disgusting.... Found this company and they sent a technician by the next hour.

He couldn't clear the drain the 1st time after 2 hrs (main sewer drain was solidly clogged). So he went back to his shop, got what he needed and came back. 2nd round...poop boom! He got it cleared!!! Holy sh**...no more!! I forgot the technician's name but he's a stand-up guy...did not charge extra and offered his advice to keep it unclogged.

Steve is amazing. He is the man you want for any plumbing issues. He did a sewer clean out for us multiple times till we finally just redid out sewer line. He helped us with all of that and now we call him for small jobs around the house too. Thanks Steve!

That was amazing! My garbage disposal stopped working. It was making a humming sound but not turning. I was planning on scheduling an appointment. But they consulted me over the phone with a free tip using garbage disposal key. It totally worked and saved a trip!

Kiet was super helpful as well as Thanh.  They replaced my 40gal aging beast with a 50gal as well as installing some reverse osmosis water filters - everything was great!

They came for my toilet 2 times. First time the guy was friendly and fixed everything. Even left the warranty for 6 days. When the problem returned in 5 days I called again and another guy was also friendly but told me there never should be warranty on the snaked toilet. He fixed the problem and something I even didn't ask him to fix (not for free of course) And it would be fine, but yesterday (3 days after the second visit) my toilet stop working again. And I don't want to deal with Drain Masters again. I don't want them to think that I intentionally put there an elephant.
