I called San Jose Drain and Main because I had a leak under my kitchen sink.  The gentleman on the phone asked to me check the end of my sprayer and make sure its tightened.  Sure enough, that fixed the leak!!  Calling them saved my $120 minimum.  Even though they did not make any money, they helped fix my leak.  Thanks so much for your help.  Awesome service!!  I will definitely remember this if I have future plumbing issues.

I had a major sewer line replacement with EJ Plumbing. They were incredibly patient with quoting, coming out multiple times when we discovered one sewer issue after another. Their team was thorough, professional, and I would highly recommend them for any big projects. They were very transparent with pricing. I contacted affordable plumbing services about a broken garbage disposal. We set up a time for the repair. Micheal was on time, clean and courteous. He told me how to take care of my garbage disposal. The whole interaction was as easy as one would hope. No surprises and no drama.

Khoa provided great service! I had a toilet that was leaking, and he came by the next day to fix it quickly. He is also very nice and was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend and definitely will use again :)

Called on  a Saturday and was told that someone will be at our place by 5PM.  Duy actually showed up before 5.
Our problem turned out to be a broken sewer pipe instead of just a clog.
We reached an agreement on what needed to be done.  People were there the next day (a little later than expected but not too bad) to work on the repair.  The job was not 100% completed until for a couple of weeks but it was due to the city not being able to send out inspectors soon enough.   (Thanksgiving week probably didn't help.)
Overall: good communication, easy to deal with.

We have not used a plumber in may years, but needed one twice in exactly a month! This time Todd sent his super nice colleague Tu to repair/replace/install a leaking kitchen faucet for us. Due to position of the sink, it was a very tight fit and extremely difficult to work in the available space. Tu was determined to accomplish the task, and did so with competence and a great attitude. We really appreciated the help with a project we might well have been able to accomplish ourselves a decade or so ago but for which we now definitely needed the help. Again, I am happy to highly recommend these good people to anyone looking for a skilled, reasonable and responsive plumber. Handy Plumbing Man responded quickly to my Yelp request for a new hot water heater. It died yesterday afternoon and Elmer and Carlos were at our house at 8:00 am today replacing it. It is now 11:00 am and we have hot water again! Elmer and Carlos did a great job. They were both friendly and Elmer was very informative and helpful. They had to move our garage refrigerator out of the way to get the old water heater our and install the new one. We'll definitely call Handy Plumbing Man again!

I got a quick response through the Yelp app. I was given useful information that I was not given by other rooter companies. I'm going to be saving this number for any future plumbing issues that I have.

Made an appointment, on Friday between 4-6 pm. At 3:55, two guys show up, unload toilet, take old one out, by 4:35, they were done, I got a new toilet working really nice. Told me I have a guarantee to work for any problems leaking. So far, so good. 5 Star is good and fast. Going to need a new dishwasher soon.

Got charged $650 for a simple washer valve replacement. As a first time home owner I should've done more research, found out later something like this should have costed $250 max, since it took only 30 minutes of labor and no piping was touched. Lesson learned to make sure to get a quote beforehand and hope others can watch out for these scammers.

Eddie at #1 Honest Plumber has been focused on the needs at my residence every time I have contacted him with a plumbing issue.  Last time we called I had an emergency with backed up shower and toilets.  He arrived a couple of hours once the call went out (even though he was very busy). Eddie was creative in his analysis with multiple plans to address the main line blocked issue. He saved the day and charged me a very reasonable rate. These guys are great. I've had two interactions with them recently. They're now in my address book for future needs!
1. I put an offer on a house & had them come out for a detailed plumbing inspection. They found that the copper piping was bad and needed to be replaced. They were professional, friendly, and drew up a cost estimate immediately. Upon careful consideration, I decided to withdraw the offer and saved a ton of money as well as a big headache.
2. More recently, they came out to investigate a leak in my kitchen sink. Found the leak quickly and advised how I could fix it myself quickly and pretty easily. Of course, they said that they'd be happy to come out and do it themselves, if I'd prefer. I was impressed with their transparency.

Just moved into a house and this was our first plumbing service. Taunted by the price I actually did my homework before requesting service for the toilet tank leakage. Edris, from Right pluming came right away and he had the part with him that needed replacement. He actually gave some tips for some common issues that I can I fix without having a professional Plummer which was really really nice :-) Overall, I am happy with the service and the price was not expansive.

We had a mysterious leak occurring in our garage that appeared to be related to our clothes washer. After unsuccessful attempts at diagnosing the issue with other appliance repair companies, we called All Go Plumbing and Rooter. Kiet investigated and found that the leak had nothing to do whatsoever with our washer, but rather washer and water softener drain water was coming back out of our uncapped service pipe and spilling onto the garage floor. He used his water jet to clean out our main drain line, which he discovered had been clogged due to being old and had not been unclogged for several years. He also fashioned and installed a service pipe cap to ensure that sewer gases would not get into the garage space. Both solved the drainage issue. Oddly enough, we found another leak issue after that visit that, as it turns out, had been occurring for some time without us noticing. Our two water softener and washer drain hoses had been sharing an old cast iron stem/stand pipe and the lack of pipe diameter caused the drain hoses to splash back water out of the stem pipe while draining. Kiet patiently came out to investigate this issue and helped us set up the drain hoses as well as they could be into a single stem pipe and did not charge us for the visit. Kiet is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend All Go Plumbing and Rooter!

This is the second time I called. The first time was to replace my whole house water softening system (actually I first called to have them take a look, and again when I was sure I needed a system replacement) and this time it's for the broken garbage disposal and a new replacement kitchen faucet.

They are punctual, courteous, efficient, and professional. The job was done very well and done quickly. What more could anyone possibly ask for? Would recommend to anyone, and I'm sure I'll be calling them again. For COVID19 they wore masks for safety.

Had a blockage (or two) in my sewage lateral a couple weeks ago, almost at the point it reaches the sewage main in the street.  I called Drain Masters, and Edward came out pronto and snaked the clogs out no problem with 125 ft snake.

The previous plumber I called couldn't reach the clog because his snake wasn't long enough, and told me I needed another clean line installed at the front of my house to solve the problem, which would have been about $1000 to install.  Edward called B.S. on that claim, and unjammed my lateral for a good price.

Thanks for the honest business, Edward.  I'll definitely call you for any future plumbing problems I have.
