Prompt and excellent service.

Water main for our rental property was leaking badly. I called around and couldn't get an appointment from anyone else within weeks.

Called these guys, and they nailed it:
1. Call went to owner of business who replied immediately, no voicemail, no office admin, no salesman
2. He answered everything on the spot and asked for pictures to be texted.
3. Based on pictures, he replied within hours with a quote, and appointment THE VERY NEXT DAY.

They came by the next day and did an awesome job. Quality of work was neat, no complaints. This is how you run a successful business ... these guys are now my go to plumbers from here on.

I'm a home owner in Mt View with an old house.  Recently I needed some professional plumbing services.  I ended up calling EJ Plumbing.  Ended up with Mike, who did a very excellent job with my bathroom.  I will be calling him back for further work.  Beyond that I needed my water heater replaced and Mike got his team to help me out.  So Sam and Isaac show up to do the job.  Hey, I'm old enough to know when someone is good at their job.  These guys were tops.  I will definitely use them again.  This has nothing to do with their work but Sam is one good looking guy and a great personality.  Good work guys!

I've been having standing water in the sink. I took apart the whole thing and cleaned it out - but still no luck. I bought a snake at home depot and used that. Still no luck.

Broke down and called Trieu. Gave a reasonable quote over the phone, confirmed my address and next-day appointment. Showed up on time, called before coming over.

Great guy, knows his stuff. Fixed my issue in a couple of minutes.

Mike was able to troubleshoot our bathroom sink quickly and efficiently. He had detected not just one, but two leaks and promptly remedied the situation for us. He also checked the water pressure. He was on time, communicative and respectful. We would definitely reach out to him in the future for any other plumbing issues.

I have been very satisfied with Khoa's services. He is easy to communicate. He is extremely professional and he is always on time. Koha helped me multiple times, repaired leaking kitchen sink, fixed leaking underground water pipe, replaced garbage disposal. He never let me disappointed.

I called them because they did a big work under my house which has a very tight space under the crawling space. They replaced my water connections from galvanized metal to abs plastic. They also replaced my toilet because it does not work as well as it should be.
So I called them again to install a filtration system under my sink. I purchased the filtration system from amazon. And also to connect a water connection to the fridge that we just bought. He was so helpful and does not mind extra work. He even help me remove the fridge door in order to fit it because my island is on the way. He also mentioned that the shutoff valve on hot side is leaking so he replaced it for free and he also fixed the fridge that cannot put out water out of it.
I will contact them from now on and no one else! Highly recommended!!

Problem: Our kitchen sink drain backed up after having carrot and potatoe peelings run through the garbage disposal.  The sink would not drain.

Result:
A call this morning was answered immediately with an early morning appointment.  The solution was to use high-pressure to clean the drain line.  It removed a large blockage of grease, food bits, etc.  

The work was done quickly and professionally with clear guidance on the work and cost.  

We are very happy with the work done which quickly resolved our issue.

I had a plumbing problem with my water heater called Marco no problem . Gave me a time slot and notified me when he was on his way.  Took care of my problem.  Did such a great job I am having him come back to take some preventative measures.  Would highly recommend Marco!

Perfect diagnosis, perfect solution. Just call Daniel, Ben, and Company. We had all kinds of crazy quotes to solve our problem. Daniel and Ben asked a bunch of questions, did a couple tests and solved our problem quickly and cost effectively.

I had a leak in the pipe. I needed to fix it urgently.  The Always Rescue Plumbing reacted very quickly and after 2 hours a plumber arrived. Thanks a lot to Hugo who fixed the pipe and also replaced the water pump, since the basement was flooded because the current pump was not working. Hugo did a great job.

I reached out to Local Local Plumbing today via text.  Steve responded almost immediately.  I explained my project and asked if he was interested.  He answered yes and indicated he could be out within the hour to give me a quote.  Steve arrived on time and gave me a very reasonable quote.  When I asked him when he could do it, he said how about now as it was only a 1hr job.  I said, sure.  He got right to work.  He completed the work within an hour and did a good job.  I will be calling Steve back for my next job.

Fast and affordable service. Recommended for urgent need of plumbing. They came to my resident within half an hour and resolved my backed up toilet quickly.

I've used these guys for two projects in my 20 year old house. First, I had them replace all the angle stops and all my fixtures because the original angle stops were cheap and no longer functioning properly. Then I had them install new faucets in our master bathroom. Both times they do good work. Showed up on time. Were professional and respectful. Did the work properly. Cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. So I would recommend them.

I posted my review on another site. They moved their office. Same company. We live in. House that was built in 1954, The house's foundation is a cement slab. Embedded in the slab is the still working radiant heating. I knew the sewer lines were old. A number of neighbors had already replaced their sewer lines. Every time I used the washing machine an odor came up from the drain  in both bath rooms shower and tub drains. I contacted our regular plumber and he stated it was a big job and recommended Crown Plumbing. After testing was done. Bad news was all our under the slab sewer lines had to be replaced. Two methods. First method doesn't relocate the sewer lines, it replaces them. But to access the lines in this method would have to Jack Hammer in the Kitchen, laundry room ( between both bath rooms ) and large areas in the bath rooms. The radiant heat pipes in this method would more than likely be cut, ( even with locating all of them). Second method would be to relocate the pipes from under the slab. No inside the kitchen Jack Hammering. Still would have yo Jack hammer laundry area areas through both toilets. Checked out the methods and our good friend who builds homes from the ground up highly recommended the second option. Crown Plumbing strongly recommended the second method. This method is less messy in the inside. But if need will have easier axcess to the sewer lines. They did a great job. It was s huge job. We moved into a hotel from 5/30' until 6/24. With all major work there is going to be a little cosmetic
Work that needs follow up, Nothing to do with the plumbing. The tile person didn't add a transition from the bathroom yo the hall. Crown plumbing is correcting the tile persons error. The owner of Crown Plumbing is a wonderful person. He is 100% responsive to any issue. Little issues that came up ( all cosmetic ) he is taking care of.   Abram is one of the best owners of a Company I have ever dealt with. All the Plumbers were knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Crown Plumbing. See picture  of the house. When the trenches were first dug. All trenches were repaired. I didn't take a picture of the side of the yard or the work fond inside

My guy Eddie showed up at my house at 11 pm , My father was stressing cause he usually the one who fix stuff around the house , but he called quits on this one . Called Eddie and he latterly showed up in 20 min . I highly appreciate his service .

Had an emergency where my water heater's pressure valve was actively leaking in my garage. Called AAA and they were able to diagnose my problem over the phone and come by in just over an hour with a brand new heater at a very reasonable price.  They were very friendly and took the time to explain things to me. Replaced my 10+ year old heater very quickly and professionally. I didn't even realize I had called them for another plumbing problem about 2 years ago. Glad to see they're just as great as they were then, would still highly recommend!

I would say -1 STAR. Terrible Company ! Anything but honest. Called them three times to schedule a visit. They were short and impatient on the phone and committed to a time-slot but never bothered to show up. They were also arrogant in demanding that we accomodate to their truck rollout schedule. Stay away from this company and suggest you look at several other plumbers out there.
