Long story short, my main sewer line was clogged and I could not flush the toilet and the bath water was not going down. All this happening on a Sunday night! I checked out Yelp and found San Jose Drain and Main and sent them a message through yelp. They replied back at 5:30 the next morning! Made an appointment, they gave a 2 hour window and showed up right at the beginning of that window. Sam and Jovar were quick to get going and in 20 minutes or so main sewer line unclogged (it was tree roots). They were fast, friendly, on time,professional and most importantly solved my problem at a very reasonable price. Next time I have a plumbing issue I'll know who to call.

I had Jairo come and take care of an issue with my water heater. It was the weekend so I know he was busy but he came over, did a great job and was very polite and personable. He explained what he did very thoroughly and explained my options to me which was great! Manny was very over the phone and very up front about the price while other companies very vague and unhelpful. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future!

We had a dripping shower faucet, so I decided to reach out to Handy Rooter Plumbing that night.  Trieu reply in minutes to ask me to send a picture.  He was able to give me an estimate and came out the next day to fix it.

I reached out to a couple places for an estimate on replacing my garbage disposal.  Mike responded, gave me an estimate AND was able to schedule me in immediately and made the repair all within 2 hours!!  Excellent customer service, excellent response time and repair.  He was very quick and polite and funny.  I will definitely be calling him again if I have any other plumbing needs.  Highly refer Mike & APS.

Khoa is very knowledgeable and genuine. We lost hot water in one of our showers and he came and fixed it. He advised that it could be temporary but didn't want to cut our marbel slab walls if it wasn't needed. He said If you lose hot water again, call me and I will then do the major fix. Fast forward 6 weeks,  we lost hot water again. We called Khao he came out same day and fixed our hot water at no charge. I tried to pay his gas and he wouldn't accept my money. He still didn't do the major fix because he had researched another fix. We are trying to figure out how to fix the issue without having to cut or bring down the marble slabs which would we be expensive to replace. We still have hot water in our shower, yay! I appreciate Khao being transparent and honest through this entire process. He's very professional but personable at the same time. Definitely recommend Capital Plumbing!

I was having an issue with water pressure and temperature and Handy Plumbing Man responded almost instantly to schedule an appointment writhing a couple days. Marvin Gonzalez called before arrival and was right on time. He was super efficient, educated me on what the problem was and suggested a few options to repair the issue with estimates. I had a  Insinkerator Badger 5 1/2 HP Heavy Duty Motor garbage disposal that no longer worked -  it just hummed. I have manually cleaned it out and started it with the fix it tools but that no longer worked. All sink connections were good so I just needed to replace garbage disposal with same model that I purchased at Dale Hardware in Fremont, Ca. Also, my wife was freaking out without garbage disposal so getting it replaced ASAP was important, along with overall cost to perform the job.

What a team! This is by far the best service experience I've had. Daniel came home and looked at the problem, his first approach was to put a camera down the line which others would charge $200+. He took his time to diagnose the problem and is a super honest guy who is genuinely there to help.

We had a big blockage and his team worked nonstop to replace our drain lines. The guys were super careful about not creating a mess, extremely polite and respectful of our home and not even a scratch anywhere. Think of it - they took 30mins to put paper, mats, painters plastic in all areas and even swept away everyday of the job.

Edward brainstormed with me about a reoccurring leak problem I was having and tried to find a more permanent solution. Excellent work ! My friend in San Jose Ca, needed  a plumber so I looked on yelp and found this service. He was prompt with excellent customer service and did and outstanding job of replacing an old toilet and a new sink with vanity. As my senior retired friend has some experience as a plumber, he knows a good job when it's done! Also I must add his fees were very reasonable!

2017/3/4: after a little over half year, my pipe got clogged again. I reached out to Khan while he was out of town , so I called someone else . That guy came , spent quite some time, didn't really seem to know what to do , charged us $450 without resolving the problem ! I called Khan again, he came back in town over night and came to our house right next day. Helped us clear the pipe in no time and only charged a much lower fee! There's no doubt that I will rely on Khan for rest of my life for any plumbing needs! He's the best!!!!!
