These guys are great. They showed up when they were supposed to, figured out the problem right away, and were able to fix it with parts they already had in their truck! They even patched up the ceiling (that had a gaping hole due to the leak) for no extra cost. Not only that, they were super personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

While visiting my father-in-law in CA, the kitchen sink became clogged. We called EJ Plumbing in the morning and they were able to send a plumber over in the afternoon to accommodate our schedule. The service dispatcher, Patti, called us ahead of time to let us know a plumber was on the way.  Victor, our plumber was great. He quickly assessed the situation and within about 35-40 minutes the sink was clear. He was very thorough and considerate. He was sure to wear protective coverings on his work boots so as not to track dirt into the house. If you can say that an emergency call to a plumber was a great experience, this was it! I would definitely use EJ Plumbing in the future.

I called Capitol Plumbing and told them our sewer line was clogged by roots. They told me they could clear the line and if not they wouldn't charge me. Who even says that??? I asked them to come out, and later that same day they showed up, put a camera down the line, and cleared the roots. In about an hour they were done and the sewer line looked perfect. I couldn't possibly give them a higher rating. You won't go wrong with Capitol!

We had a kitchen sink clog that backed up badly so I called Duy and his team. He sent David to work on it and he was fantastic! He patiently checked possible sources of the clog including the main line and once that was ruled out, he went to work on the area near the kitchen sink. He snaked the kitchen sink line and went as far as a hundred feet through the clean out pipe to clear out built up sludge. Awesome job! Highly recommended!

I have Todd come out to fix 2 different problems. He gave me a competitive quote for replacing a kitchen faucet and when he arrived he found out it is one with motion sensor. He said it should cost more but he honored the earlier quote. The second job was to replace some leaking valves.
Todd always comes on-time and checked his work after he finished. I am very satisfied with the quality of his work. I definitely recommend Todd to anyone who has plumbing issues.

I had two toilets running, so I went through Yelp reviews and came across this business with highest ratings. It was easy to schedule: same day appointments were available. The plumber (Miguel) showed up on time, fully masked, gloved, with shoe covers. He was very polite and professional; quickly did the assessment and provided with an estimate. It took him less than half hour to replace two valves. Their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues. I strongly recommend this company.

I contacted J&K plumbing the other day via yelp, regarding our water heater and within a couple of mins, I received a response back from the owner to contact their technician in my area. I called Joe, let him know about the problem and he gave me an estimated time of arrival the same day of 1-2pm. Although him and another tech arrived a little after 2, he did call before 2pm to inform me he would arrive outside the window. He assessed the problem quickly, and gave me options and pricing to repair or consider replacing the whole water heater. I opted to repair the problem for now. He immediately began the repair, and noticed that the initial price he gave me was way more because the replacement part was different and much cheaper. I appreciated his honestly in telling me, as he could have charged me the initially stated price, put in the cheaper part, and I would not have known! The repair was done within an hour and we had our hot water back on in 30 mins!

My husband and I contacted other local water heater repair companies/plumbers but none treated our issue with any urgency until we contacted J&K! Thank you for your quick response! Hopefully we won't need your services again, but you will be at the top of our list if we do!

I called the day after Thanksgiving regarding a water meter leak, got a call back within 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes and they were at my house and fixed the problem for basically lunch money. Ujin showed up on time and worked very diligently to replace some rusted sections of the main water intake and outgoing irrigation piping that was in the front of our house.

This was a repair we knew had to be done eventually but we kept putting it off. Now that Ujin and United Plumbing got this taken care of, we can rest easier knowing that we won't have to worry about a sudden leak happening!

They were competitive and truly put in the effort to get this done right.

I'll start with the positive-- the receptionist Carina was always professional and courteous to me when I spoke with her--so thank you! And the prices at first seem good. They told me upfront the cost to snake our clogged bathtub would be $150. However on the day the plumber came out he was unprepared and had to leave and return with a different slimmer snake after he couldn't unclog the drain. Eventually he said that we would need a new system installed--a new p-trap and drain pipe would cost about $850 if all went well. On the day he was supposed to return he did not show up at the time of our appointment. I called and spoke to someone (not Carina) that told me it was not actually an appointment time that I was given but an appointment window and a that I should wait the full window of time (2 hours). I waited and he never showed and the company couldn't reach him after the allotted time . I hope he's okay but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise that he didn't show as that same day I was able to call another company who came out same day and they were able to unclog the drain within minutes. His no show saved us $600 in the end. So my advice if you go with this company is to get a second opinion and quote before you agree to any work after their initial assessment...and make sure you clarify the time you need them to be there before you book. Otherwise, you may be waiting a long time .

Emergency plumbing to fix my garbage disposal.. but with normal price.. awesome,  quick, friendly service.  Masked worn and little shoe booties to keep floors clean.  I'm a multiple repeat Customer for several years.  My goto plumber.

Steven was very responsive to answering questions. I had a running toilet issue for a dual flush toilet. Not easy to fix. I send a request to ask quota and service. Steven responded in 10min and fix the issue in the same day !

Eddie is like so awesome and generous with his time. He goes above and beyond. He came out to fix a flapper that wasn't working well anymore in the toilet. And we ended up talking with him about plumbing issues on another property. He gave me good advice about calling the city to check on cleanouts. Then even when the city was unclear he offered to call them himself. Then when they were unclear, he offered to escalate this to the permit supervisor. He himself made two calls for me and spent time educating me on how all this works. In the end, Eddie got me some great news and saved me lots of money. I'm so thankful to have met Eddie. Don't go to any other plumber from now on. He's the one to have on your contact list.

Requested a Quote on Saturday morning as the maintenance guys at my complex couldn't figure out how to fix the leak under my kitchen Faucet and they shut off my water! I called first thing Monday morning and they said they would be out between 2 - 4pm but would try for earlier if they could. They showed up at 11:15am and had the problem taken care of with in 30 minutes. They were clean, respectful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I also liked the 60day guarantee.
