Our toilet has an issue with the incoming water valves.  Jesus and his assistant came, they are very efficient and did an excellent job resolving the problem.

I highly recommend Handy Rooter & Plumbing!  I sent out a request for a quote to drain my shower clog and it went to 5 businesses.  Trieu was the first to respond and immediately provided an estimate.  The others either didn't respond, responded way later or asked unnecessary questions.  He said that he would arrive between 1-2pm the same day and let me know when he was on his way.  He arrived on time, snaked the drain and recommended a hair drain catcher.  He is very friendly and I will definitely use him again!

Excellent work! Michael responded to our inquiry within a few minutes and was prompt to respond with all our  follow up questions. He happened to be available same-day and gave a window of 6-8pm. Michael texted when he was on his way and arrived around 6:30pm. He took COVID precautions and wore shoe covering when he entered our home. After a quick look around, he got to work replacing our faucet and repairing a broken hot water valve. The project was a little more complicated than he planned, but he was still able to wrap up around 8pm. The faucet looks great and is working nicely. The price was fair, the work was professional, and Michael was courteous throughout. We would definitely recommend Affordable Plumbing Services.

Khoa is a very good plumber. He does not charge for estimate as other plumbing companies. I shared some photos showing the leakage in my underground irrigation piping. He quickly gave me a reason quote, and then came in the next Monday fixing it. Don't use those large plumbing companies which have a big overhead. Use Khoa!

We had a kitchen sink that would not drain. Duy immediately picked up my call last night and advised that they had calls lined up for the next several hours and could not make it out to our home until around 1pm the next day. I provided my contact information and address.  Just to follow up the next morning, I texted Duy to re-confirm the time.  Again, he was responsive and I did not have to wait long for a reply.  He advised he will send Jaime out and will arrive around 1:20.

Jaime showed up on time with a mask on and with disposable shoe covers.  He tested the other water sources near the kitchen to make sure the problem was not systemic.  Luckily, it was isolated to the kitchen sink.  Jaime brought in the drain snake tool in and found that there was a blockage well past the u-pipe under the sink.  He used the tool twice to clear the blockages and ran it around 30 feet.  Problem solved!  No more blockage at the kitchen sink and the water now drains.  Jaime provided me with a tip to pour some baking soda and vinegar down the drain once a week and to chase it with hot water to prevent grease from building up on the walls of the pipes and to be sure to use the strainer to prevent big chunks of food from going into the pipes.

This company does not charge an hourly rate!  We only paid a flat fee that Duy quoted us the previous night and the fee did not change when we made the payment after the work was completed!  I would HIGHLY recommend Local Rooter & Plumbing for any emergency plumbing needs!

Got quote from another Plumbing company to replace valves stem on tub faucet. Other company said was too old and had to replace valve and whole unit after having to break tile. Estimate was $2500. Called Integrity and they gave estimate of $250 plus parts. I asked Marlon to replace both valve stems and diverter as a precaution. They replaced all three stems and  charged $100 more to replace the additional cold valve and diverter. So for parts and labor came to $520 far better than $2500 and still having to repair tiles. Best to get several estimates because some businesses want to make the larger payments with maybe less work. Thanks Integrity you do have Integrity and I will use you again.

I called this company (they were the first to actually answer the phone) to get my water heater replaced. I fully expected to have to wait a few days - or more. They said they could have someone there between 11:00 & 1:00 PM (My call was around 9:00 AM) No way! Today? Yes sir. Just send me a picture of the current water heater and I will send a quote. Now I'm thinking there must be a 'catch'. Bargain basement heater? Shoddy work? They won't really show up? But no - they were there by noon, and a new Rheem heater was professionally installed and functioning by 2:00 PM. They also installed new flex connections, AND they hauled away the old heater. Highly recommend!

I have contacted COS Plumbing for a clogged kitchen sink. COS Plumbing responded immediately and provide me with fair quote and same day appointment. Steve is professional, on time, friendly, and very informative. Would definitely call him first the next time we need plumbing assistance.

Ed is my hero. He stands by his company name and growing reputation. I had worst experience with one company (E.R.) I found here on Yelp but I didn't review much, until thing got worse and needed to look for another contractor to complete the undone job by the previous plumber. If you happens to read this review, save yourself sometimes getting quote from other plumbers, just call Ed and trust me, he's the right guy to do sewer related job. I would have saved $3K if I started the contract with him, however, for all expenses, I still save $1K by not continuing with the previous plumber.

Ed is HONEST, knowledgeable, easy to work with, punctual, and get things done on schedule as he commits.

I would have given him 10 starts if I can.

If I could give Abram and his company more stars I would! I had a gas leak of all the things in my new place I got and dealing with mt home warranty and PG&E, Crown Plumbing helped me so much and quickly. I was supported in dealing with this process with my home warranty and steps needed by them to potentially cover this. Abram was kind, patient and responsive. His company got the work done fast thankfully since I couldn't stay at my home. His team of guys led by Moises were super friendly, communicative and fast but thorough. They did a lot of work in a short time, and the install was clean and looks really nice. They took care of my water heater while at, without long waits to get a new one to install and brought things up to code. They offered not only great quality work and quick, but took care of me during a stressful time. Thank you Crown Plumbing for getting me back in my home!

ED was super nice guy and professional I did hire him for the replacement of a toilet I did collect three more quotes but the lowest with same day installation just got from Safety Plumbing that really works safe and safe the life of our plumbing equipment. I did really appreciate there clean work and honesty . I recommend to all.
