My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

Did  a great job on replacing my water line from the street to the house. I was impressed by the way they did it with minimal disruption to landscaping and driveway.  Competitive quote, then 5 days later they showed up and did the work in 1/2 day. Impressive.

Triton Plumbing (Mark) is as good as it gets when you have a plumbing issue.  Twice he has immediately run over to a rental property for me and fixed an urgent situation (backed up pipes in a shower, bath, and toilet).   He's honest, quick, and thorough.  He even explained to the renters dos and don'ts for maintaining clear lines in the future, so I didn't have to do it myself.  He will be my first call for any future plumbing repairs either at a rental or my own home.

Extraordinarily impressed with Jose and his team. We learned that we needed a complete sewer replacement and we wanted to go trenchless, for speed and so we wouldn't have to replace our brick patio and landscaping.

Jose and his team were extremely prompt, professional and managed to get things back to *exactly* the way looked before the sewer replacement. They completed the work in a day and we were only without sewer use for 2 hours.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

Paul did great work, quick to respond, and very reasonably priced. I had a leaky faucet that got progressively worse over the last few month. I wanted to get it repaired, but turns out it's better to just replace the whole faucet for future reliability and roughly the same cost. Paul also found the valves to have rusted significantly, and recommended replacement for those. He only charged for the additional labor, and provided itemized receipt for all the supplies used for this project. Very satisfied with Paul's work and would use him again for fixes around the house.

Excellent services by Ricardo and his teammate, who are very professional, efficient, and quite handy. I got my kitchen pipes and garbage disposal replaced and other minor things that need fixing in the household. Ricardo was prompt in communications and is full of knowledge of what needs to purchase and do.

We are extremely satisfied with the work provided by Tim Vu and his crew Angel and David at RPS.

When our sewer backed up, an inspection by RPS hours later revealed mud inside our sewer line. Our home had its sewer line redone by the previous owner less than 10 years ago, but it failed at a joint due to bad workmanship. Muddy soil from recent rain was clogging the line.

We opted for a full replacement. The previous job was done without permits and without a property line cleanout -- and the replacement would be with permits, with a property line cleanout, and would fix all of the previous line's grading issues.

The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work needed. We were quoted a similar amount by another plumber who would not have pulled permits.

RPS completed this major project on time and on budget. They even were extra careful to work around our landscaping by relocating small plants, using care excavating around trees, and using pipe burst as much as possible to avoid digging up the entire line. The pipe burst occurred during a massive rain storm and they stayed late into the evening to have everything ready for an early city inspection the next morning. The team restored our landscaping and took care to ensure the backfill was properly compacted.

After the work was complete, Tim was super helpful in providing statements required by our insurance company to have the work reimbursed. This was in addition to extremely detailed notes and photographs (over 40 pages including photos) of the work in progress Tim and his team already provided. We are especially thankful for all of these details because it clearly demonstrated evidence of a covered loss. We would have been unable to access thousands of dollars of insurance benefits if these detailed photographs were not provided.

We are about to begin more work on our property and I am very glad to be extending a properly graded and installed system which was inspected by the city with proper permits.

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

At first I talked to a nice customer service person on the phone and was assured I could have my drain taken care of - they would call back with a time.  They never called back.  When I called them again, I was given a time window.  They did not arrive during that window.  When I called a third time, now late at night, I was told that oh well they wouldn't be able to get to it at all today.  Do not waste your time with these jokers.

3 months without a sink hooked up and they still can't get it done.   Then they destroyed my sink parts I had special ordered.  They work on commission so it's in their best interest to upsale everything and overcharge you.  I can't recommend.  
After this was posted they are working to finish my sink installation and other plumbing issues.  I am very pleased with their effort and concern.

Nathaniel was very quick to respond to my initial request. He was available to come over within a couple of hours, and resolved our clogged drain quickly for a reasonable price. After he left, we identified a separate issue with our sink and because he was right outside our home we asked if he would check out the other issue as well. He was kind enough to diagnose the other issue and stopped by the next day to fix that as well! Highly recommended and will definitely be our go to plumber going forward!

My water softener doesn't work. Aaron's plumbing & rooter helping me to replace the new one with the reasonable price and great service, and it works great! Also they double check to make sure everything ok before they leave. I would recommend Aaron's plumbing & rooter to anything plumbing needs

I think these guys tried to pull one over on me. I had a main line blockage and they came out to clear the line. After a couple tries, they said it was still clogged (showing some muck on the snake) and I could see water was still filling in the pipe. A supervisor was then called by the plumber who came out. They now put a camera in the line and told me the same, something was still wrong with the line. He proceeded to write out five options for me... all costing thousands of dollars (~$2,300-$10,000+).  They were both very nice guys.  A couple days later, I had an independent plumber come out and within the first 10 minutes and 50 yards of snake he cleared the line. He did it a second time with a cutter attached and pulled out lots of roots. This was an easy fix! I never saw a cutter on Elite Rooters snake and I am sure there are ways to pretend to snake the line. This new plumber mentioned he's seen this happen many times before. I was only charged $69.00 by Elite Rooters which is very reasonable. I want to believe they have integrity and wouldn't pretend to clear the line however it is obvious where they make their big bucks. I am suspicious of them given it was such an easy fix with the second plumber. I don't want to think I was taken advantage of but in this case it's hard not to feel this way!! Either that or they are not good plumbers!! Or both!

Trevin saved the day for me  today . ive been without my shower for months needing a valve replacement. I had purchased all necessary materials , set an appointment with another highly rated & personal referral. He was a no show. when I I called they really had  no idea what was what.
to my advantage  Bullet Plumbing had an opening ! Trevin with Mathew; assessed the job, did the job, finished in record time cleaned up,& the price was as he quoted .  I could not be more pleased !I now have a personal plumbing ,service  in my contacts . i will be calling Bullet Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.
