My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

When our toilet, after numerous different attempts, refused to cooperate we called about 10 plumbers in hopes that one of them would be willing to come out on a Saturday night. 7 of them didn't answer, 1 was way too expensive, another charged by the hour, and then there was Mark. He stated over the phone he had a flat fee and could be over in 20 minutes. I went with Mark because of his sense of urgency and honesty. He arrived when he said he would. I was impressed with the fact that he was able to diagnose the problem within seconds. He unclogged the toilet within minutes and even offered us advice and numerous strategies for future toilet troubles. I truly appreciated his genuine attitude, promptness, and expertise. We called Jose about replacing our water line. The rates were very reasonable and the job done was outstanding. When they left, you wouldn't have realized that someone came in and dug and drilled holes to feed piping from water meter to home. It was left in better shape than when they started. We would definitely use again if say we needed a sewer line replacement.

My water heater started acting up, suddenly water would come out hot and cold so I wanted to get it checked out right away. I called 5 star plumbing to have them come out to check it out and give me estimate. They were so fast and efficient, right away they knew what the issue was. My water heater was just too old and needed to be changed. I asked if they could do the job the same day and they said yes. Within a couple hours I had a new water heater installed and have had zero issues, I love having nice hot water and not worry about the water heater anymore. Their quick availability, reasonable pricing and professional services are what makes them the only plumbing service I will continue to use in the future I highly recommend them.

We are very pleased with Paul's work in re-caulking our bathroom sink and installing new faucets and drain plumbing. The old caulking was disgusting looking and the new caulking bead is perfect. He did a neat and professional job, arrived as scheduled, and charged a reasonable price.

Ricardo replaced my fill valve and ceiling fan. He was punctual on his visits. He showed great deal of patience, explained the problem & solution to it well and he also performed the work to my satisfaction. I would recommend Ricardo for handyman services and would call him next if there is a need.

Joseph the RPS technician, is top notch.  My kitchen sink had really gone so bad, it had to be replaced.  Joseph got the job done beautifully.  He removed the old porcelain sink and replaced it with a stainless steel one, with all its hardware above and below. He arrived on time and did a thorough job, always keeping me updated, and always cleaning up after himself.  A very respectful, knowledgeable and experienced tech. Thank you so much Joseph. If you are looking for plumbing services, RPS and Joseph should top your list. I would not hesitate to call Joseph/RPS again. A well done job.

Had our old cast iron sewer pipes replaced after 60+ years.  Great service,  on time, friendly. Reasonable price, beat the competition. Cleaned up each night and had us reconnected with little down time.  Explained fully what the issues were and how to resolve. Russell, Dom and rest of team were fantastic. Would definitely use them again.

Leo is awesome and very professional plumber.  He came to my house on Sunday late afternoon.  He was able to assess the situation and resolve the problem in a few minutes.  He fixed our kitchen sink and dishwasher which was backed up.  I highly recommend him.

We had a faucet installation that revealed some leaky pipes. We were referred to Mike Counsil and Gert showed up early the next morning to assess the issues. He was very helpful in explaining what was going on and what his recommendations were. He said he would send over a team to finish the job.

Then James and Ben showed up pretty promptly afterwards and I can't say enough great things about these guys.. they kept it professional, friendly and had great knowledge to offer about everything they were doing.

I had a whooshing noise that wouldn't stop from the crawlspace in my home. I found Plumbing Point on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they seemed responsive and honest. Nathaniel and Armando diagnosed the bad leak in my crawlspace and over three days we got all the pipes in our crawlspace replaced. Nathaniel explained that the folks who installed my pipes didn't clean the flux off properly and so the copper pipes corroded after a decade. They offer a 5-year warranty on their work and they were professional, on time, responsive (e,g. Let me know asap when two of their workers couldn't show up) and cleaned up very well daily. Will call them again if I ever get plumbing issues again (knock wood!)

Ruben came to fix our main sewer pipe that was leaking. He was very responsive, knew what he was doing and did excellent job in communicating. He explained everything thoroughly and shared photos/videos for reference. He left everything in clean condition and did an excellent job! I am glad that he came to fix my house and would definitely recommend!

I first saw the excellent reviews for Trevin and Bullet Plumbing on NextDoor and called him for   replacement of our pressure regulator valve and some hose bibs that were stuccoed / painted over from the time we bought the house.

Trevin was on-time, within or even below his initial estimate and the work was excellent. Even other plumbers who came for stuff like hot water installation commented on how good the work was.

Most recently, we needed to cap a gas line and I had a shower where temperature was too cool and flow too weak. He made short work of these.

It's always a pleasure to work with some like Trevin--super competent, honest, prompt and respectful. And if he doesn't pick up your call right away, it's probably because he's in the middle of a job--he'll get back to you soon.

I'd recommend him without hesitation.
