My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

I hired Gladiator Plumbing when I ran into some plumbing issues doing a remodel in my condo. I needed a shower valve cartridge replaced, a couple new angle stops installed, and a new garbage disposal put in. I was pleasantly surprised when Joe Bailey, one of the owners of the company, came out to perform the work himself. This is the kind of hands on ownership I like to see when I hire a local company to do work for me. I was not disappointed. Joe showed up on time, performed the work well beyond my expectations, and completed the job quickly and on budget. When he left, it was like he was never there. The job site was clean and his work was terrific! Most impressive was his knowledge of local building codes and the right way to plumb. Mark is breathtakingly experienced, knowledgeable, and competent.  A plumber's plumber!

After Mark cleared twin clogged drains, in response to my questions about some other more serious plumbing issues, Mark responded with on point advice backed by his deep experience.  He gave rough estimates, but nothing like a hard sell.

Installed new sewer line. They did a great job and filled in the lawn well afterwards. They did permitted work and charged thousands less than the other company that bid the job.

Paul does solid work and seems to be a really nice guy. Lowering my review here only due to him being a little unreliable and poor at communicating. Was promised an itemized invoice and another quote on new jobs to be done around the house after the last job he completed here and then he promptly disappeared and will not answer a call or text. Tried once at the beginning of the week over the last couple weeks and nothing. I think he would be really solid for odd jobs / one time things but over the long run it seems he isn't someone you can consistently rely on.

Ricardo replaced my fill valve and ceiling fan. He was punctual on his visits. He showed great deal of patience, explained the problem & solution to it well and he also performed the work to my satisfaction. I would recommend Ricardo for handyman services and would call him next if there is a need.

David assisted me over the phone to help me with a quick question about replacing a water hose hookup for my fridge. It was very nice of him for saving the hassle of scheduling such a quick job. I will for sure go back to these guys for any future plumbing needs!

I had a laundry line that was clogged and called Rooter Hero.  Johnny came promptly at the time promised. Our laundry line is very narrow (1), but he had a snake that could get through.  He pulled out some roots and asked me to test it. When it was still clogged, Johnny persisted and ran the snake to 75 feet -- at it was cleared! I appreciate that Rooter Hero gives a 90 warranty, and charges by the job, not by the hour.

Maybe only a quarter star. Remembering the pushy Up Selling of work that did not need to be done. A plumber friend dropped by and then Mikes guys backed down to less than one third his attempted big deal they tried to push..

A band of guardian angels landed on my doorstep late Friday afternoon. Their names were Jesse, Luis and Charles. This plumbing trio fixed a worn out valve, explained everything there were doing without talking down to me and finished up the job quickly. And the price they quoted to me was affordable. My worst fears were soothed and the water was back running into the house for the weekend and the upcoming holidays. What's more, this heavenly trio showed me what I need to do in the upcoming months to make make sure the plumbing is running smoothly and efficiently. Thank you. Now I have a preferred plumbing company and a preferred plumbing team.

Water heater at my rental property failed in the middle of winter, and Aaron's Plumbing sent Arizona out to take a look. Arizona was helpful and suggested that my water heater has aged out of warranty and a diagnose and fix might be able to extend the life of the water heater, but I'm looking at probably more out-of-pocket down the line and probably won't be cost efficient.

He quoted me 5500-6000 range to change a 50 gallon, power vent system, which I was told to be more expensive (about 2x the cost of regular water heater tanks). I was having a bit of a sticker shock, because I had not anticipated the cost to get so high. He was able to cut it down to 5000 if I get it done immediately since he doesn't have to come back out to do it.

After some consideration, I looked online to see comparisons for a power vent systems and a high end system would cost more than $2000 online, so I'm guessing after retail costs, transportation, and taxes, I'm probably looking at 2500 at the least, for just the heater. I'd probably be paying around 1-2k for labor and warranty, which I thought, given how quickly it was turned around. Yes, the cost was at a premium, but I've paid for happy tenants, and a load off my mind.

Aaron and Steve also came out to help during the install. There were some adjustments to be made but it looked like a good install so far.

Geovany from Elite Rooter was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came to our home to help fix the clogged sink in the kitchen. Within 2 minutes, he was able to identify the issue with our clogged kitchen sink and thoroughly explained the situation and what needs to be done. I was very relieved that he knew how the plumbing is set up in the homes in our area. On top of all that, he even fixed a minor issue with my toilet free of charge!  I would definitely use Elite Rooter's services in the near future.

Bullet plumbing did a great job replacing my water softener. I got a bit over my head with the project and they came out quickly to save the day. I got a fair estimate and a couple options to consider. They even evaluated another potential job while on site and didn't pressure me to tackle it right away. Good local small biz team that I'll hire again.
