My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

We used gladiator for replacing a toilet in our home. Joe came and was on time and was very clean.  He took care of business and was very polite.  We definitely will call if we ever need help and recommend to friends.

I had my water heater replaced by Mark and his crew recently. They arrived on time, completed the job in two hours (as originally estimated), charged what they quoted (and gave discount for the extra work of water main valve replacement, which I asked them to do time permitting), answered all my questions and cleaned up at the end. I had a very positive experience and will certainly reach out to Triton next time I have a plumbing project.

Highly recommend hiring Paul! We hired him to install a barn door earlier this year after hearing great things from my mom and sister who both hired him for home projects. He did a fantastic job, so we've hired him for numerous other projects since. He's reliable and quick to respond via text. I'll absolutely reach out to him again.

Everything was great! Our water heater started leaking on a Tuesday night - Eric came out Wednesday morning for a free estimate and completed the install later that day.

Courteous and hilarious, Shane made a frustrating emergency situation far more bearable.  He was very knowledgeable and gave an honest estimate of the range of repairs we could do, helping us figure out what was absolutely necessary in the short term, and what could be done long term if we so chose to.  He fixed the emergency problem (hot water leak) very quickly, and we're looking forward to having him back for some additional repairs. I had plumbing issues under my kitchen sink.  I needed to find a plumber quickly.  I contacted a few plumbers but Leo was the only one available in the evening.  He was very professional and honest with his diagnosis.  He showed me and explained where the leak came from and his Quote was reasonable.  I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend his business!

Today Richard, from Mike Counsil Plumbing, came to my townhome to inspect my plumbing.  From the moment we met he was pleasant and professional.  As I took him around to inspect the plumbing it was evident Richard was very knowledgeable.  He inspected my hot water heater and the plumbing in my kitchen, and 2 bathrooms.  He provided me with a detailed report before leaving.  He also was kind enough to give me some maintenance type tips. Such a pleasant experience.  Great customer service.  Kudos to Richard!!

Our sewer line was blocked, but who to call?  

Looked for plumbers on a few sites, went to the Yellow Pages, and called Counsil Plumbing. Explained the problem to Valerie who was very receptive to our plight, and we made an appointment for that afternoon. Mike arrived as promised, saw the clean-outs, and told us that it was our street clean-out where the problem was. So I called the SJ Emergency Public Works number and told them about my sewer backup. They came out that afternoon and fixed the problem.

Thank you, Mike (and Valerie)!! Always refreshing to find a professional who will take the time to tell it straight, and that gets a recommended review from me! Here's my 4 star vote for Counsil Plumbing and who will be my first call next time, for any of his services. Your card is now in our phone book, so we don't have to search for a source next time.  Read the other reviews like we did!

We called Nathaniel at around 7:20 PM on a Saturday night after a clog started a flood of dirty water into our shower. We had called multiple other plumbers with more reviews, who were all booked, so we took a chance with Plumbing Point. We are so glad we did. Within 40 minutes, Nathaniel was at our house. They tried everything they could think of with the materials at hand before eventually giving up a few hours later, but they were back early in the morning with longer snake. It turns out the clog was in the city's pipes (not ours), so they cleared it and are writing us a note we can use to ask the city for a maintenance check. The pricing was very reasonable, and we would definitely call them again for an emergency!

We have used Aaron's plumbing a few times over the past few years to replace water lines throughout our home and to add gas lines for our stove and outdoor BBQ. We could not be more pleased! Erick from Elite Rooter helped me open up my bath drain which had tons of deposit. We had issue taking out the drain face plate as the screws were rusted. Erick explained the options very well to me and we went ahead with carefully cutting only part of the face plate which we can put back on easily. He was able to do it quickly and they did for a fraction of price what others were quoting! I would highly recommend him and would definitely use them again.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. Literally water pouring from my upstairs bathroom to the lower level bathroom.
I called Bullet Plumbing this morning at about 9:15 (I had used them before for a clog and they were great). They were at my house by 9:40, found where the problem was coming from, and stopped any further damage. He rushed here between jobs to take care of it.  
They returned after finishing their scheduled job, finished the work and cleaned up afterwards (the work was all done by 1:30pm same day!).
They were very polite, efficient, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Bullet Plumbing, and will use them for any future needs
