My water heater repair request was sent to 5 service providers randomly by Yelp, and JM plumbing was one of the three responded within an hour. Although their quote was not the cheapest and they had no reviews in Yelp, but I was convinced they were the best technician for the job because how sincere and knowledgeable they showed over the conversation. I did not regret my choice. JM was very responsive to requests and flexible on schedule. They got job done professionally.

A guy named Jim came out to fix my leaky filtered water line and did an outstanding job + a little extra that was not part of the quote.  
He fixed the leak, but then he also tied/tacked up the extra water lines underneath the cabinet which made look very organized instead of a bunch of water line all twisted up -- he didn't have to do this, but he wanted to leave the job looking professionally complete -  I ended up with more space underneath my cabinet - yeah!
Gladiator was on time, courteous, and very professional.

We've been looking for a plumber to solve several problems around the house. We found Mark at Triton Plumbing and are so happy! He's friendly and explains what needs to be done. Surprisingly, Mark suggested repairing some of our issues instead of just replacing them. He quickly took care of all of our problems. I heartily recommend him. His prices are reasonable and he's a very honest man.

Very professional service. We needed two trenchless pipes placed. Jose came out quickly to assess our needs. Jose communicated very well throughout the process. Crew was very professional, efficient and did a great job replacing the hard top surface when they were done. Highly recommend.

Thank you 5 Star Plumbing for coming to the rescue when my shower got clogged! As a woman with long hair, it's inevitable for the drain to clog from time to time. I was having visitors come over and needed to have this situation fixed ASAP! I called 5 Star Plumbing and they gave me a reasonable quote and were able to come super fast! They did a great job and offered tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thanks for the fast service and well trained staff!

Ricardo came out to give an estimate. We didn't use him since the home owner did the Repair in the end. But he came out right away and responded quickly.

Dave did a great job installing my new water heater!  Reliable and punctual!  I have used a lot of plumbers and it is good to be able to have one to rely on when needed.

My husband trying to do a DIY project to replace the spout with diverter in the bathroom tub. In doing so he broke the faucet along with the piping inside the wall. At that point he didn't know what to do. He called Best Bay Plumbing and Russell the owner came out right away. He saw the problem and he cut open the wall and repaired the piping along with the faucet. He was very professional and he charged me a fair price. I am very pleased with his quality of work and I recommend his company.

Owner is very easy to deal with.Eric is his name great family owned and operated plumbing company.

Warning!  This guy is a flake!  I Scheduled a month in advance.  His site gave a 2 hour window.  I wait for 2 hours.  Nothing.  Tried calling, straight to voicemail.  30 minutes after the window I get a text saying he had an emergency and he would see me the next day at the same time.   The next day, I'm waiting.... I call.  No pickup.  I text, no reply.  I Guess my time is worthless?  Super unprofessional.  2x noshow!!! Do not trust Yelp.   reviews are wrong.

Rooter Hero was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced for our stopped up kitchen sink. They snaked it further than previous services had.

Had a problem with tree roots intertwined in drain. This company charged me triple what I have paid in the past. Then they wanted to go under house to check piping... Never again. Good Luck.

Mike is a very nice guy, reasonable rates, and stands by his work.  We had him do some work at our house a few years ago.  Recently, we found that there were a couple small items that needed to be corrected.  He came out and fixed them no questions asked.  Thanks Counsil Plumbing!

Nathaniel arrived when he said he would.  He is one of the best plumbers I have ever met.  We are now renters and the showers both backed up with
sewage (yes, disgusting) last night.  The landlord found Nathaniel and what
a find he is.  I cannot say enough about him. As seniors he saw we were wearing masks and he immediately offered to put a mask on and used booties thoughout his work so the floors were left clean.  In this heat
wave of 98 degrees he went under the house to install a vent which was never put in when the house was built  and the one on the roof was not up to code. The heavy duty auger he needed would not fit through that hole.  He tirelessly worked for 4 hours with his young son, always with a smile and willing to answer all of our questions.  He is respectful, so nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest.

Aaron was wonderful to work with. He always arrived early and was very thorough diagnosing our leak. He did a great job replacing several valves and left the job site spotless all for a very reasonable price! I'd highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Matt and Sal arrived on time (they were able to fit us in on the same morning we called!) and were incredibly professional and conscientous. From covering their shoes each time they entered the house to taping off  the floors and walls in the inspection/work area they worked carefully and quickly. They explained each step as they worked to identify and fix the problem (a backup at our washing machine.) Unfortunately we have old pipes and the camera showed a pretty clear blockage that will need to be addressed later, but I feel confident in having Elite Rooter do the work that is necessary based off of our initial experience with them. Thanks guys!

This is the third time that I got help from Trevin. He is recommended by my next door neighbors. He is very good at responding to my text or calls, and always find a reasonable time to fix issues for our house. He explained situations and gave precise cost estimation every time. He even called to check service quality when someone else in his team provided service to us. He's reliable and professional in plumbing services. I highly recommend him!
