Called Frank's Plumbing for a small water leak in the garage.  Jim came out the next day and did a great job fixing the leak.  Very pleasant to work with and honest.  Will call again for any plumbing needs.

Awais came to my home on Thanksgiving day to inspect my leaking water heater.  He is awesome and transparent.  Our water heater is already 15years old and it does not make sense to spend any money trying to fix it.  So we got a new one two days later because the warehouse is closed on Friday.  I would definitely recommend Awais to rest of my friends if they have any plumbing issue.

Matt was able to give a free estimate and beat the price of other plumbers, come the same day as we called, and stay late to do all the projects we could throw at him. We have had plumbers in the past who have charged us outrageous prices and provided jaw-dropping estimates after giving us huge discounts (for example, Mike Counsil Plumbing), so it is nice to finally find a plumber like Matt who is knowledgeable and charges reasonable rates. He has a good sense of humor and does good work.

Mike at Oak Plumbing arrived on schedule and was able to resolve the problem within a few minutes. He was very professional, respectful, efficient and clean. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others!

I've had Dimitri help me a couple times with fixing my gate & other house repair/issues. He's very reliable and always gets back to you with his availability if he's busy with another job. He is also a great communicator. Most of the work I've been able to coordinate with him over the phone/text. I would definitely recommend Dimitri and his team to anyone who needs handyman help

Simms has provided plumbing service on a number of occasions.  Always professional and they are usually able to respond quickly (which is pretty much what you need for plumbing issues).   Steve is hands on and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with an ejection pump replacement.  They also did a great job with a dual water tank install and have cleared my drains/lines a few times with priority.  It is a pleasure to do business with Steve and his team.

Was at our house in 20 minutes on a Saturday night to fix our backed up sewer line.  Good customer service and quickly fixed the problem so we can use our bathrooms again.  Gave us discounts for being repeat customer.  Will definitely call them again.

I needed to replace my old water heater. It was a challenging task because it was crammed into a small space that was really hard to reach. Diego was my technician and he did an awesome job of carefully removing the old tank and installing a new one. I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely call them again for future plumbing needs.

Was recommended by a friend.  They charge 89 dollars to come out to do an estimate, total waste of money.  Their prices are almost 3x everyone else's.   Know that all these guys that comes out are commissioned based.  I called several companies and baileys was the highest.

Best plumber I've ever dealt with. Heard about him from a friend and was promised I could trust him with my kids. If I had kids, I would absolutely trust the guy with them. He made me totally comfortable inviting him into my house and he immediately figured out where the leak was coming from and knocked out the repair within an hour. Not that I want another plumbing issue anytime soon, but next time I do I know I'll be calling a person I know with expertise, not a company with a huge fleet of certified guys. Thanks Ken!

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I hired Royal plumbing to redo the entire plumbing at my house in San Francisco. The work has recently been completed. Over the past few months that I've been working with this team, I've seen nothing but a professional team that delivers high quality. The team is always responsive and available to answer my questions and address any concerns.

The scope included redoing the entire plumbing, installing water heater as well as the plumbing fixtures. They not only did a great job at the rough plumbing part and schedule/passed all inspections on time but also did a great job installing all my finishes.

Working at San Francisco is not easy as it has its own code and regulations. Royal plumbing offered a great price and completed the job without and issues at reasonable time. They showed up on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) when needed and proved that they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them.

I first wanna start this review by saying thank you Joshua who did my plumbing. He was very nice and knew exactly what had to be done. Although we ran into a leak from below the kitchen sink he was able to get the job completed by replacing the pipes and welded them with a blow torch. I have to admit I wasn't worried at all because he seems very professional. Will I refer this plumbing company to my friends and Family? YES! I will because of how well this Gentleman work ethics has shown me. Thanks again Joshua for your hard work..

Had a major blockage in my pipes and needed it cleared asap. Called just after 8am and they had someone come almost immediately. Tom showed up just about 9am (they estimated between 9 and 10)- so it was a good surprise. He was very nice and didn't seem to mind all my questions. He explained what he was doing, gave me tips and advice, and even some recommendations of what could be done in the future to prevent costly work. Most of all, he didn't try to up sell me on things I didn't need. The only negative (which was in no way his or the company's fault) was that my bathroom floor got a little damaged. One tip he gave me... you don't need to caulk around the toilet. In fact, it can actually be bad- because if it is done very well, it could actually mask a underside leak from a loose wax ring and cause considerable floor damage! Good to know!

Amazing business!  My water heater died so I called several plumbing companies. I left messages but didn't get any returned calls. When I called Aptos Plumbing, within 5 minutes I got a call. By the end of the day I had a new water heater installed. The installers were very nice, worked hard and fast. Cleaned up so nice after they were done. The owners are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this company. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!

Total rockstars! From the office Nicole to the technician Vince the experience was as seamless and expert as possible! Let's start with the fact that real people answer the phone at all times and I was able to get a same-day appointment, even though I called in at around 4:30 p.m. they still sent Vince because he was already in the area & because of this they waived the emergency fee! I had a bad leak in my shower and I couldn't get the water to stop. I didn't want it to keep continuing and Vince was there promptly and advised me that my cartridge needed to be replaced. He charged fairly notifying me of everything before beginning and he did the work right there on the spot. I am so impressed with their work ethic and how quick and easy they made everything. My go-to guys from now on

I had a suspicious water leak issue at my house alerted by the city water and my builder warranty was not responsive. I had to hire Rene to identify where the leak was and he discovered that it was in the front main water line. I was about to have him redo the water line but luckily my builder finally came through. However, I had a wonderful experience with Rene's professionalism and reliability.

Shortly after we had a water pressure issue at the house and we found out that our water pressure regulator was failing on us, where it was reading from 80-100 psi but the water pressure in the house was low. I knew I had to call Rene to help replace the PRV. He was able to come the very next day to look at the issue. Since we would have to have the water off for 2 hours, he did some prep digging so that the replacement would go quicker the next morning.

Sergio came the next morning at 10am and was done around 12pm. Quicker than expected!

I really appreciate his team's responsiveness on Yelp msging as well as txting me 20 minutes prior to arrival. This is not my usual experience with Plumbers and I have had some bad ones in the past.

It was an expensive fix, but I am so worn out by my builder's warranty team, that I rather pay a reliable company that I could count on. Rene has a 1 year warranty on his work and the factory has 6 year warranty on the regulator part. The new regulator is much easier to use and looks sturdier than the part the builder had used.

I will surely be contacting Rene's team if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
