Frank's Plumbing is reliable and knows plumbing. Their works are clean and professional. They are honest and friendly to deal with. When we have household plumbing problems, we always contact Frank's Plumbing for service. Glad we got a good plumbing resource in town.

Had a slow draining sink in the kitchen on a Sunday. Requested multiple quotes on yelp. Awais responded in 5 minutes. He came over in a little more than a hour and get the job done in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

Was highly recommended by Nextdoor neighbors.  Haven't used yet, but will the next time my tenants need repairs.  I will update review once I have an experience with them.  Love all of the wonderful reviews.

Andrew, Matt and Josh did great.

I found Oak Plumbing through Yelp and hired them because they're a local company with good reviews.  I hired them to replace the internal components on two toilets. One was starting to leak, so I figured the other would leak soon as the toilets were both installed the same day.  Andrew came out first, and replaced the stuff and also replaced a corroded shut-off valve.  

After having the water back on in the toilet that was leaking, I noticed the leak returned.  I called Oak who sent Matt and Josh out to repair.  They immediately saw one of the flapper valves hadn't been replaced. They had the toilet ship shape in about 1 minute.

I really like the customer service I received.  Everyone was very pleasant. The texting of the picture of your technician so your phone prior to his arrival is pretty slick.

I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Dimitrii and his crew installed LED ceiling lights for 4 bedrooms and the family room, as well as removed the popcorn ceiling and installed 6 ceiling fans. He was very reasonable in price, and most of all very courteous and hard working. He and his crew accommodated us and worked through long hours and weekend to get the job done to our satisfaction.  He even offered to paint 2 of the bedrooms and did a good job on that.
Since then we assigned him subsequent jobs of changing a corroded hot water pipe for our tankless water heater, as well as install 3 outdoor sockets in the frontyard, backyard and pool area. All of which were very satisfactorily done!
Extremely pleased with his service and would highly recommend. Very versatile and handy!

I used Simm's for some project work on my house a few years ago and they were fantastic! On time, professional and very friendly and knowledgeable. Add reasonable pricing to that list and you have all you could want in a plumbing service company. I had several teams from different companies doing all sorts of work on my house at the same time back then(flooring, painting, roofing, electrical and of course plumbing)and they were adept at maneuvering through all the hustle and bustle with out a single hitch.

Today I had them out again for some other plumbing work I needed done and just as before I was impressed. Veronica was very accommodating with scheduling, and I  immediately felt like my family and I were in good hands. Ada was the gentleman that came out to the house to check a few different problems that were plaguing my aging home.

Ada was great. He was quick but not rushed and he took time while he worked to answer all of my many questions. He offered great suggestions and his solutions to my problems were well explained in a manner that was very easy to understand. He was relaxed and friendly and inspired confidence.

With my past experience with his company I knew I could trust he was giving the best options that really fit my needs.

He swiftly provided the work I had originally called them out for, and for the new stuff I sprang on him he asked if it would be alright to have the office call me to schedule a return trip. It was a very reasonable request, so I agreed.

When I got the call just minutes after he left, Veronica again set up an appointment that was perfect for my needs. I knew if it was a more urgent problem that they would have made that work for me too.

I don't usually go on this much about a company and their service but I made an exception here because they were so exceptional.

When a company obviously hires such great employees and offers such a consistently excellent level of service like this, the choice is clear. For anything related to plumbing and water heaters, I'm going with Simm's.

My husband found them through recommendations from Nextdoor.com. He called them at about 2pm and Tim showed up within an hour as promised .... on a Sunday. Cleared out our kitchen sink drain within 30 mins. He was prompt, courteous and professional. And they warranty their work for 30 days.

Diego came by at the time they said and fixed the my toilet and sink in like 35min!  Friendly and courteous!  Ask for Diego and he'll do your work and fix your plumbing issues in no time.  What's even better, he educated and show me what the problem was.  Call OC for your plumbing issues...you won't be disappointed!

My son flushed a toy down the toilet and it caused a clog. I requested a quote from a couple businesses and Bailey Plumbing was quick to respond with a great price. They were available when I needed to schedule. Communication was awesome with reminder texts and a text when they were on the way. Plumber did an awesome job and was honest about what may need to happen. Luckily he was able to push the toy through and checked multiple times to make sure everything was good before leaving. I highly recommend this company. Very punctual, honest, and priced right. Thanks so much for the help!!!

OK, Kenny didn't do our work, so a 5-star might be premature, but after I wrote the initial review 2 things happened:  1) Kenny actually CALLED THAT NIGHT to see how I'd done with interviewing contractors, if I had any other questions, etc.  I know.  Whaaat?  and 2) His referrals turned out to be very different from each other, but both good. We went with Water Quality Plumbing, and - following Kenny's advice - we knew what questions to ask, including asking them to take $1,000 off the price if we dug the trench ourselves. They did, we dug, and it was such a pain in the a** that it would've probably been worth $1,000 for us to have them do it! Anyway, that's beside the point. The real point is, Kenny helped us through what was a really crappy situation, and even though he couldn't come and do the actual work he will always be a super-star in my book. I hope I can get on his calendar to plumb our bathroom remodel!

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

The reason you see so many 5 star reviews is because Davila is really that good! They are easy to schedule with and have great customer service. We use them as our go-to plumbing company. Always there for emergencies and super helpful in explaining all the little details! (Luis will patiently answer ALL of your questions) I would not hesitate to recommend their services, and in fact, I have several times, and people thank me. If you're looking for someone to get the job done right (& the first time!) then call Davila Plumbing.

I was assigned these guys for a water heater fix thru my insurance company.  It's been a week no new water heater.  Non responsive group of people even though I've been placed in the escalated list to get this done. They don't call back or follow up. They won't work with you to accommodation date your schedule.

Just had my bath tub spout replaced by Ruben! The water diverter stopped working and the metal was corroded underneath so I couldnt pull off the old spout by myself. Very happy I called in the professionals to do it. They were fantastic and the team at Alert was very responsive. Work was fast and efficient.

Hands down best plumbing experience ever.  Bruce, Todd and team have a ton of experience, communicate details-options very well and just plain good people.  So refreshing to work with folks like this when dealing with challenging things like plumbing issues.  They built a ton of trust and respect with me on the first call.  I also agree with the other positive comments here....everything noted is consistent with my experience with Aptos Plumbing!

I got Plumbing Care's info while looking on the Rheem website for approved contractors in my area for fixing my two and a quarter year old Rheem water heater (I know why it's called Rheem now...).  Anyways, I had Vince come over from Plumbing Care, Inc.  First,very likable fellow.  But what really made a good first impression was that he called me about forty minutes before my appointment to let me know when he would arrive (+/- 5 mins) and still within the 2 hour window promised.  Punctual, on-time, as good as their word.

He got right to work with a quick review of the issue and possible causes, provided his input and estimate immediately.  Told me up front what the costs would be for diagnostics if I decided to proceed and cost of labor.  I am trying to decide between a new water heater or fix the two year old one...  Decisions, Decisions...  If I decide to fix it, I'll most likely go with them.

One more item - if you can, try to be informed about your warranty on your own before you contact any plumbing company.  Usually, your WH comes with paper work for warranty information, duration, scope.  If not, check their website or call the manufacturer to obtain it before you contact a plumbing company for repairs whether the repair company is certified to repair it or not.  I find that many companies go straight to the it's only a 1 year parts and labor on your unit which isn't the case for me.  Either they don't know or they do know and would rather you paid out of pocket for labor.  Being informed prepares you to confirm the correct information and pay the correct price.

Wally is the best plumber we have ever had.  Our kitchen sink drain clogged occasionally, we had a service from AAA, they just did some unclogging from the sink casually.  The problem never got fixed. We don't cook regularly and are very cautious to use drainer and garbage disposal.  I feel lucky that I called Wally this time.  He was patiently to use the snake to reach down and found out the real clog was deeper all the way down.  He came next day with all equipments and worked in the crawl space to clean all the pipe joints.  We are so happy now that finally we have a nice flow.  I highly recommend Wally 's service::))
