When a different plumber bailed on us on the day of the appointment, Awais was quick to the rescue. In a quick phone call, he scheduled the same day appointment, asked for the relevent information, answered all of our questions and then followed up for other details over text. He was punctual to the time of the appointment and the work was completed professionally.

We had an emergency water heater leak on Sunday afternoon. I called Matt based on positive Nextdoor reviews. He asked for a couple of pictures of the leak, and upon seeing them immediately confirmed that he would be able to fix it on the same day. He arrived a bit later than what he communicated (to his benefit, he was stuck longer on another call), but charged me $25 lower than usual. He quoted me a fair price to replace the water inlet pipes, cleaned up all the water logged heater and surrounding area. Got the job done in 60 mins. Highly recommended.

Had OAK PLUMBING come out to our house ( 2 story) today (Sat 6/20) to try and fine a water leak in the wall(s).  Johnny from OAK PLUMBING arrived, he asked me to give him some background on what we had experienced so far with the water leak.  I showed him the water spots on the carpet and inside the wall where a previous hole had been cut in the drywall.  Johnny explained to me how he was going to proceed with trying to identify where the leak may be coming from.  After running the upstairs shower and bathtub Johnny determined this would be a good starting point do to a previous bubble in the kitchen ceiling from moisture. Johnny went on to explain that he didn't want to cut any large holes in the kitchen ceiling with the emphasis being on keeping any drywall repairs to a minimum.  (As a home owner this is very much appreciated) With that being said,  Johnny told me the best way to try and pinpoint the leak would be thorough making small holes in the kitchen ceiling and using a small specialty camera inserted up through the holes to see the piping and pinpoint the leak.  Johnny told me he does not have this piece of equipment on his truck today and he will need to return this next week.  We scheduled a day next week and Johnny will return.  I am very impressed with OAK PLUMBING so far.  From the communication with their office keeping me informed as to the scheduled arrival of the Technician (Johnny) to Johnny's professionalism in taking the time to explain each step he would take to try pinpoint where the leak was coming from,  gain access to the leak and minimize the removal and repair of the drywall.  So, this is just the first part of my review for OAK PLUMBING.  As mentioned above, I'm very impressed so far with everything OAK PLUMBING has done, and I will follow up with part 2 of my review once the work is completed.

Dmitri is a highly skilled professional. He is an honest person, and know quite a few different trades, including plumbing, fence, wall, gutter, epoxy, electricals, and many more.

I hired him doing many different jobs after purchasing an old property. He is smart enough to figure out things.

Diego fixed our clogged toilet and replaced parts of the toilet. He was very professional, clean, and conscientious throughout the whole process, and took time to check that the problems are indeed fixed. We will definitely use OC plumbing again because of our pleasant experience with Diego.

I had a badly blocked Kitchen drain pipe. After multiple failed attempts attempts at clearing it myself, decided to call a professional. I made contact through Angie's List.   The first call I received was from a different Plumbing Company ( based in Fremont-covered the Bay Area) The second call I got was from James Bailey (Bailey Plumbing-Morgan Hill/Gilroy).  I wanted to support local business and James was very professional and honest with all my questions. Spoke about his brother Joe, who actually does the field work,  in a real BIG way. There was absolutely NO disappointment! Joe was definitely there to get my problem resolved and didn't stop until it got done. Great job Joe! Great company with Great People.

A few weeks ago my ex (of 7 years) called my cell and asked to come over right away.  

She had a sound of desperation in her voice and she didn't provide any details with her urgent call.

Like an optimistic chump I grabbed my car keys and headed to her place with a sense of optimism in my heart.

I arrived at her new furnished apartment with expectation of reconcile for the holidays.

Instead I met a pool of sewage that was coming up from her tub.

I quickly realized she viewed as a convenient handyman at her beckon call.

I looked deeply into her eyes and said honey; this will be a dirty job and it would be best to leave for a long movie .  I will call when it is done.

She flashed her Bambi eyes to me with a quick flutter and skipped to her car; with a knowledge that I will be dealing with her plumbing problem.

So what did I do first? I yelped Plumbing.

Kenny had an opening between work sites and he came over for a consolation.  

Kenny mentioned that the problem was a very simple and he can do right away.  His prices were very reasonable and I felt comfortable with dealing with him.  

I would highly recommend his service to anyone that is having plumbing issues.  His work is very impressive.

Drain and water have been a life saver for me. I got an appointment the next day , Axel and crew came over , ran the video line , explained everything to me , did a temporary fix and gave a competitive quote compared to others. After I signed with them , they  exactly stuck to the timeline, took care of permits and inspection and did their work extremely professionally. While I hope I don't run into too many drainage issues  , they will be my go-to guys and highly recommend them.for everyone!

Royal Plumbing has NEVER dissapointed. They are an excellent crew and reliable. They give excellent quality work. Highly Recommend them.

I had a pipe break in my front yard that was sadly off the main line. To stop the water I had to go use the companies valve at the street.  It was after 8 pm and my family needed to be able to use the facilities, so going without water overnight was not an option. If I had more time I would have done the fix myself. Instead I called Miracle plumbing. They came out in a reasonable time. About 2 hours from the call. The plumber said it would be $500 to dig around the pipe and then he could tell me what the work would cost. I dug the hole myself while he watched. As it turned out he was able to unscrew a small section of pipe and replace it with a new piece and a cap. For that I was charged $750. Admittedly this was after hours so some premium is to be expected, but considering that I could have easily done this myself if a hardware store was open for about $10 worth of parts, I was pretty unhappy. Otherwise the experience was acceptable. I was told the price up front and he allowed me to dig the hole and save on that charge. I will likely use another plumber in the future however, because that price seemed far too high.

I first wanna start this review by saying thank you Joshua who did my plumbing. He was very nice and knew exactly what had to be done. Although we ran into a leak from below the kitchen sink he was able to get the job completed by replacing the pipes and welded them with a blow torch. I have to admit I wasn't worried at all because he seems very professional. Will I refer this plumbing company to my friends and Family? YES! I will because of how well this Gentleman work ethics has shown me. Thanks again Joshua for your hard work..

He was great! Very personable and he noticed that my shower caulking looked aged. So he did both. Good work. Cleaned up after himself. Very pleased.

After getting ghosted from a plumber I had worked with before I needed someone new and I needed them fast. I was pleased with the response I got from Todd, the detail of the bid and the follow up of the work.
It wasn't the most inexpensive job but I feel good about the whole experience.

I called their office for my kitchen drain cleaning. Wally is very professional and organized starting from scheduling a apptmt. to providing updates up as he turned out late. He didn't charge me as much quoted because it's not useful to do drain cleaning looked kitchen plumbing and situation. I liked his approach of helping customers and suggesting things.
I end up paying some amount for his time as he reviewed my old house plumbing & clean-out structure for quick preventive checks and few minor fixes, but very gladly. Highly recommend them for your plumbing/drain/clog issues.
