Stanislov and Dmitri came to check the washing machine inlet valves after Best Buy reported that they were leaking and they wouldn't install the washing machine. It turns out there was nothing wrong with the valves. It was just water pressure pushing water out after tap is closed. They helped install the washing machine as well. Now I need to get my refund from Best Buy.

We were NOT satisfied with Simm's. We explained we needed to get an estimate for water heater and toilet work in a trailer, they sent a tech out to the site(!) and after several calls because they didn't call us, and waiting more than a week with a very bad toilet situation, we finally found out when we pressed, that they don't even carry parts, get parts, or do work on trailers!! Couldn't that have been told to us before they even came out, or made us wait??

Van came in the rain, spent some time diagnosing my clogged drain problem, and fixed it. He arrived quickly, was very professional and friendly, and his fee was reasonable. I'll be calling A.B.E. plumbing serer and drain in the future when the need arrises.

We had a leakage in the water heater yesterday, and no hot water was there. We were in a terrible fix with my kids,  with no hot shower possible.
We called up the OC plumbing and this guy came in evening and fixed the issue then and there the same evening..in almost seconds. ;);)

Unfortunately when you need a plumber, it's never a good situation. Desperate for a plumber, we called around and we got the best quote/estimate from Bailey. The person we were communicating with even said they had availability the next day since we needed service as soon as possible. Well, when we tried to confirm the time, we got no response back. So we called and even left a voicemail so that we get in touch with someone but never received a call back. Crazy that they were responsive at first but then went MIA after that. Super frustrating...

OK, Kenny didn't do our work, so a 5-star might be premature, but after I wrote the initial review 2 things happened:  1) Kenny actually CALLED THAT NIGHT to see how I'd done with interviewing contractors, if I had any other questions, etc.  I know.  Whaaat?  and 2) His referrals turned out to be very different from each other, but both good. We went with Water Quality Plumbing, and - following Kenny's advice - we knew what questions to ask, including asking them to take $1,000 off the price if we dug the trench ourselves. They did, we dug, and it was such a pain in the a** that it would've probably been worth $1,000 for us to have them do it! Anyway, that's beside the point. The real point is, Kenny helped us through what was a really crappy situation, and even though he couldn't come and do the actual work he will always be a super-star in my book. I hope I can get on his calendar to plumb our bathroom remodel!

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

I found out that we had water leak when we got our water bill. I messaged Joseph and he was very quick in replying. He came the next day and was able to find two leaks and fixed them within few hours. Very professional. I've been very happy with all the work that he's done. Highly recommend.

I called Miracle Plumbing for toilet leaking and I was told the Y pipe under the toilet bowl was clogged with some stone-like stuff and need to be cut and replaced. Then I paid twice of $249 for the exploring diagnosis fee that by the end cutting 6 holes on the ceiling and the walls without a decision. After each hole cutting, the technician would go out to call his supervisor for a long talk. By the end of 6 holes, I was told I need to make another appointment tomorrow so he'll bring his supervisor in to further investigate. And I need to pay more of this kind of $249 until they can start to take action. I was so upset with this kind of exploring diagnosis. It means the technician having no clear idea where the pipe would go. And he doesn't use a stud detector to find the hollow place but cut where he was guessing. The worst part, two of the cutting edges his saw cut into the electrical wire. I couldn't see the professional skill that in any sense matches him to the rating of 4.9/5.0. When I got home, I checked the YELP reviews about Miracle Plumbing, and felt really bad about my experience. I should read review beforehand. I cancelled the next day's appointment. Although I still have to spend another big lump to hire drywall professionals to fix the 6 holes, I am fortunately enough not to lose even more money for nothing.

I had a problem with my toilet backing up and Davila plumbing sent out one of their guys.  It was fixed but unfortunately it happened again.  Luis (the owner) called about two weeks later to find out my satisfaction. I told him that the problem wasn't fixed and he came out right away and camera'd the main sewer line for free.  He was there for an exhausting 3.5 hours until he could figure out just what the problem was (we had many so it is hard to differentiate all the variables).  He was very thorough and knowledgeable.  He gave me a set of solutions--short term, long term, etc. His prices are all preset (showed me a huge catalog of their repair prices) so it's not like he's making them up.  They are probably more than average but they are reasonable, especially considering he'd get the job done right and he doesn't seem to just be choosing the most expensive solution.  He really is a very honest guy who wants his customers to be happy.  If you have a little problem, you could go with a company that just snakes out the drain.  But if you have a more complex problem or you have no idea what is going on, call him.  I highly recommend him.

Aaron Sanchez was great, as was his team (Ceasar is the man!).   Good competitive prices and no nonsense.   They did the same job I got a bid in by Mike Curiel plumbing but half the cost.   All around solid crew.

They snaked our sewer from House to city pipe, about 30 feet. The cement pipes fill with roots and sewage backs up into the house. It only drained for 3 days. The guy who came would not come back out. He charged $250.
We got Triton Plumbing to redo for $145, the owner will guarantee for 30 days

Bruce and Justin were awesome! Ended up not needing their service, but they didn't charge anything. I thought I had lost my engagement ring down the drain, ended up finding it somewhere else! Great service and knowledgeable. Called this morning and they came within a half hour or so. Thanks so much!

Alvictor came to install my water heater today. As usually he was efficient, quick and attentive to details to make sure everything went on well.  The water heater is reasonably priced and works perfectly well. Could not be more satisfied

We called Wally in the afternoon for a job that needed to be done right away, and he was there the next morning! He replaced 4 valves and fixed a leak. The cost was very reasonable. He did a great job and also gave us excellent advice on other DIY projects. He is very knowledgeable and personable and we would highly recommend him!

Magnificent Plumbing is 100% MAGNIFICENT! Called Monday and they were able to come out on Wednesday the same week to inspect, test, and replace our PRV (pressure regulator valve). Our water pressure wasn't even 30%. ‍
I received quotes from other plumbers that were 50% - 75% more and they wouldn't be able to come check it out until the following week. Sergio is honest and does detailed work. He also fixed our hall toilet issue for a nominal fee.
Our water pressure is back to being magnificent. I will be calling them for other future plumbing issues as needed. Thank you Sergio & Magnificent Plumbing!
