Frank's just installed a replacement water heater and disposal.  They arrived on time and finished the work quickly.  They left everything clean and even replaced a sink faucet at no charge.  They are polite and professional.  VERY HIGHLY recommended!

Once I realized I had serious plumbing issues I knew I had to have it fixed right away. Awais was very responsive and knowledgeable. He came as soon as he could and fixed the issue and some. He is honest and knows what he's doing. He also made sure to keep my service cost low while going the extra mile. I highly recommend him.

It was my birthday, and I was visiting with some friends and family and the toilets backed up at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. I was so frustrated!  Of all the days to have this happen... My guests had to start leaving while I was calling emergency plumbers.  Abdul answered and said he would come right over. I was so thankful. When he arrived, he said that he wanted to help out, especially because it was my birthday. Our problem was not easy, and he even had to try to run the snake from the roof.  When that didn't work, he persevered by pulling a toilet and reaching the clog from there with some tricky adaptations to the snake.  I was thoroughly thankful that he was so knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I definitely plan to call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Needed an emergency plumber and Jacob was timely, honest and helpful! Appreciated the quick response time and ability to handle our situation quickly and effectively.

I was referred to Simms for a 2nd opinion. We were told the repair was major and the cost $3100-3500.

Simms returned our call in 24 hours. The had a tech come out the same day. They said the repair was not major and would be under$200.00.

The work was complete in 30 minutes or less and I could jot thank them enough. This all happened during Christmas.

I would refer them to anyone! They are probably the last truthful plumbing service in business!

The company is a scam.  After doing research company is out of a house in Milpitas.   I asked for a quote to change a was seal and install a bidet in my house.  The quote was 200 dollars.  When the plumber had the toilet off he called me in and said the flange needed to be changed.  He went out and talked to the owner and came back and said it will be between 300 - 400 because this could take time to get off.  He had the flange off in 20 minutes and said the boss was coming to help.  He was going to get a flange.  Next thing I know 4 guys out house 3 guys in bathroom to install a flange.  A total of 3 hours including 40 ;minutes for parts and the owner gave me a bill for 800 dollars.  Never said why he just said not by the hour but by the job.  I would never deal with this company again.  I also reported them to the BBB.

We hired OC Plumbing for a small kitchen project (old water line and drain cap + new ice maker line). The appointment was easy to schedule and Diego did really great job in our house.

Will definitely hire them again for my upcoming projects.

Seems like Joe had a real family emergency and he felt really sorry for the way he left me waiting. This time he offered me free install of the faucet that I ordered online and cleared one of the toilet clogs. Despite my attempts to pay for the service Joe said I am really sorry for your experience and consider this my token of gratitude for letting me come by and complete the work. Now why did leave the 1 star off and give 4 stars .. well turns out there is a small gap between the kitchen sink and the platform, which is a bigger leak than the filter faucet. I wish the first inspection identified this. Now I have to wait and find the right people to fix the Cualking or even worse replace the kitchen sink. All in all I am extremely happy with the punctuality of this company. They promise to be on time and 2 times in a row a minute before shceduled time slot. They give an exact time for appointment instead of a 2 hour window like most other facilities companies do. Keep up the good work. Leaving my previous review here for historical reference only

I would have given negative stars if it was possible.
Looking at only 2 reviews on Yelp for this new business wanted to try them. The first impression was good. They responded with a quote within an hour. Scheduled diagnostic appointment with a note: 89$ cost will be used towards repairs. Tech arrived one minute before scheduled time. I was impressed and happy.

Fast forward to estimate for repairs it was high. and when called Mr Joe was rude and said you run a business and tell me how much it will take to repair these things. and by the way to sent my technician back after diagnosis so 89$ will be not be subtracted from total for repairs. Then after a few phone calls, text messages Joe agreed to cover the 89$ into repair cost. and scheduled repair appointment.

30 mins before scheduled appointment time I get a text from Joe saying he has a family emergency. I hope all is well. Then no response to my calls, voicemails or text messages. At least have the human courtesy to let me know you are not available. Never going to call this guy again.
Joe doesn't know how to handle business and clients. Very poor customer service

Our usual plumber was not able to respond so we asked neighbors for recommendations.  Kenny Rogers Plumbing responded immediately and was able to make our client happy. Can't ask for better than that! We hope to use KRP on other small and large projects.

As property manager of several commercial buildings, I call ROYAL PLUMBING whenever the project demands highly skilled attention. Joseph, who heads the firm, and his partner Barnard are well-versed in plumbing codes. I have no hesitation to give them the highest ranking in plumbing work.

This review is to help future customers as well as the business owner of Miracle Plumbing to perhaps rethink your service offering.  I called Miracle Plumbing because they are one of the local Pros recommended by Rheem.  I was told that there would be a fee for someone to come over to check the problem.  I agreed but didn't ask how much.  Well, two gentlemen came in the time slot promised, very professional, but that would be $198 later.  I didn't know why they needed 2 persons to diagnose a problem that I have already described in detail on the phone (I'm an engineer by trade, so I know what I am talking about.  This is an intermittent problem, so I tried many things and gave them all the details).  But it turned out, these gentlemen were not Rheem experts.  First they offered to replace the water heater, a $2500 water heater less than 2 years old.  When I asked is it paid for by Rheem, the answer was that it was gonna be out of my pocket.  Next, all they did was calling Rheem technical support to describe to Rheem what I described to MP.  Then there were two possible causes, which I asked what would they do first and how do they test it because it is intermittent.  They said they can try one at a time or do both, because Rheem would send both parts.  They can't even tell me the costs, had to wait for the office to send official quotes.  Well, it would be $500+ for one, and $300+ for the other, so it would be $1100 total for labor and I still don't know how they would be able to test or even guarantee that they fix the problem for good.  Needless to say, I didn't call them back, still have the parts in my hand, but no instructions how to install.  Which brings up the next point, do not buy Rheem, they don't have technical support for owners (the phone # on the heater rings forever with no one asnwering, the one on the website kept asking you to call back because they have some issues), the link for user manual is broken, so they are forcing owners going through these supposedly Pros who are not pros and only interested in gauging.  Now, MP might be real pros in installing new one or fix real plumbing problems, but as for fixing water heater issues (igniter, temp control, etc...), don't waste your time and money.

I'm writing this review in hopes that no one else becomes a victim of davila plumbing company.

We contacted them because of the great reviews on Yelp to install a new toilet. For a plumber that should be a walk in the park right? Not for davila. After installing our new toilet, a couple months later there was a small leak in our kitchen ceiling. We had them come out again in the plumber said it was because of a faulty toilet. So we contacted the toilet company , who sent us a new one and he reinstalled it.

We thought everything was over until a couple weeks ago when I was luckily working from home and all of a sudden splashes of water came pouring down from ours kitchen ceiling. I called other plumbing companies and everyone who came to inspect said that the toilet had been leaking this entire time because it was installed incorrectly. The plumbers who repaired the leak said that the wax seal was not done properly and there should have been two instead of one so there was a big space between the toilet bowl and the pipe, meaning our PEE AND POO WATER was splashing on our kitchen ceiling this whole time and the water that came flooding down was part of it. SO. DISGUSTING.

When we call them back regarding this issue they told us that we are way past the warranty and there's nothing they can do about it. Um, how are we supposed to know the toilet is leaking on our ceiling until there's actual water leaking through? Luckily we have great home insurance and they will be going after davila for the repair cost of thousands of dollars. STILL, IT'S NOT FUN NOT BEING ABLE TO USE OUR KITCHEN FOR A WEEKS AND HAVING TO BE HOME TO LET THE REPAIR PEOPLE IN AND OUT.

Please spare yourself a similar saga and go with different plumbers.

I talked to Aaron to schedule a free estimate.  Thomas came out.  He was on time.  I had two dual sinks clogged.  He snaked out the line.  I asked if he could also snake out the shower.  He was GREAT!!! I had another company come out and they could not clear the line.  Suggested I they might have to go through the roof or go through the wall.  I AM SO HAPPY!!! They gave me a discount for the shower drain because he was already here.  I AM SO HAPPY!! I would call them again.

Came within two hours to assess and provide quote.  Returned next day to make repairs.  Knowledgeable and friendly.  Fast, fair, efficient.

Those guys are Awesome!!! They show up on time, put on soft little booties so they don't wreck your carpet, and they do a great job!!! I'll be calling them again soon!!!

Yesterday morning I went to take my shower and there was no hot water. Took a look and my water heater was leaking. I called Martin at 6am and he was at my house within 30min to take a look. My water heater was dead and I hired him on the spot to install a new one. With 3 kids under 5 years old, there really is no choice but to get things done quickly. By 11am, we were back up and running. Martin was polite and courteous and his work was professional. You can tell Martin takes pride in his work and I would not hesitate to call him again with any other plumbing issues.

I was very happy with Wally's service. He is very polite and courteous. He responded almost instantaneously to the yelp inquiry and showed up in the next two hours to fix the garbage disposal. Instead of quickly recommending that I get it replaced, he went on to explain what seemed like the problem and how he would try to repair it first. He also explains the pricing upfront before he gets started and is very reasonable. He was extremely professional and even showed me the parts of the broken mug handle that were causing issues with the garbage disposal. I will be calling him all for all future plumbing issues.

These guys are great! They responded super fast. Attended the site and scheduled the piping job in less than a week. They did it very clean to perfection. Very cooperative and affordable. Sergio and Jose, the plumbers onsite were amazing and accommodating. 100% recommended
