I've used Franks Plumbing multiple times.  Every single time, I have experienced exceptional, quality services, professional plumbers and friendly and helpful office staff.  Prices are reasonable.  I highly recommend Frank's Plumbing.

I had four different plumbing projects that needed to be done and Awais got them done for me very quickly and at a very fair price. He will definitely be my go-to plumber from now on.

All toilets backed up, both showers throwing up sewer water on a Sunday evening and I called up Matt Plumbing. Mr. Abdul came within an hour of the phone call even though he was busy with another customer in San Jose. He looked at the problem, snaked my sewer drain and spoke about the long term solution. Him and I traced  the sewer line  up to the street. Finally, he cleaned everything up and left everything in great condition.

Mr. Abdul is very humble, and a very dependable tradesman. Thank you.

[Review by my mother, Sharon] WARNING! WARNING! If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I had a LONG review I was ready to post but due to word count I needed to cut down my explanation of my negative review.

I called Oak Plumbing on March 17th, they had Jovan Cummings come. He inspected a problem area near my septic system. Told me he needed a probe to check for the pipes, something I didn't understand but since he was the expert, I let him do his job. I've lived at my residence for over 15 years and me and my husband built our house from the ground up so I know when there are major issues with the septic system. Mr. Cummings got a T metal probe and began to forcefully stab into problem and non-problem areas uphill 70 ft along the pipeline. I had to go into my house to assist an electrician with something and when I came back out to check on Mr. Cummings, he left without any notice. He did send a quote for work and the pricing was extremely unreasonable.
The next day, I called another plumbing company, who fixed the leak, which turned out to be a faulty bracket but he also uncovered 7 puncture holes along 70 ft of my pipeline that were made by Mr. Cummings. How do I know it was Mr. Cummings? Right after Mr. Cummings left, I told everyone in my house to not run the water until I could find out what was going on. By the time another company came, I had not run the water for about 24 hours (no shower, no flushing the toilets). While the new plumbing was being repaired, we were testing the lines along the way. Each time he would repair one spot, water would shoot out of the ground from another hole. If these holes were made, before Mr. Cummings arrived, it would smell like sewage and the side of my house would be filled with water. It would be MUCH worse than the slight leak that was there before he arrived.  

Two days later, after not receiving a phone call back, I drove to Oak Plumbing and was greeted by an extremely rude, unprofessional employee named Ariel Gonzalez. He even said his boss/the owner (Mark Harris) was worse than him when addressing customer grievances. When I asked Mr. Gonzalez why I hadn't received an acknowledgment phone call, he said he just hadn't gotten around to it and that he doesn't care when asked why he was acting like he didn't care. Needless to say the conversation didn't get anywhere.  Mr. Gonzalez was well aware what Mr. Cummings had done and didn't dispute the usage of the T shape probe.  However, the following day, I received an email from Mr. Gonzalez stating he wanted to make it right and to reply back to the email or give him a call. I replied to the email stating that if he wasn't willing to: 1) pay me back for the repairs I paid for as a result of the Mr. Cummings negligence, 2) pay for an independent leak detection company to perform a leak detection test to make sure no other holes were made and 3) if the leak detection uncovered more damage, Oak Plumbing would be responsible for paying those damages also, then there was nothing else we needed to talk about. It's been over a week and I have not heard from Oak Plumbing, Mark Harris and/or Mr. Gonzalez.

I have filed multiple complaints with various agencies and there has been no contact from Mark Harris, the owner of Oak Plumbing.  I believe I will have to take this company to court in order to regain my loss when I don't believe it's something I should have to do.  I have pictures, video and 6 witnesses to back up all my claims and will proceed in court.

I've had Dimitri help me a couple times with fixing my gate & other house repair/issues. He's very reliable and always gets back to you with his availability if he's busy with another job. He is also a great communicator. Most of the work I've been able to coordinate with him over the phone/text. I would definitely recommend Dimitri and his team to anyone who needs handyman help

I cannot tell you how great these guys & ladies are! I have used them a couple of times and they have always been wonderful but today I just had to give one of the guys a big hug. These people went WAY overboard in helping us get the our new stove hooked up just one day before the Christmas holiday. Including but not limited to calling the place we got the range from, to track down a missing (we thought) part, They worked their schedule around our stove delivery and just really, really made our day! They are the BEST!

Been using ABE for the past few years because they were considered our 'family plumber', so we thought there was a mutual trust and understanding to provide fair service.

Contacted them last week for a bigger project (sewage cleanout access installation) and they quoted me different prices, and kept changing their conditions for the job. First price included just installing the cleanout access. Then they said that was hard to access via the crawl space, and it's easier to dig a hole outside the house (which is true), but they almost doubled the cost. Communication with the Van (owner) has also always been unclear and he even yelled at me once for asking for clarifications on when he'll show up. This wasn't a big deal as I understand plumbing is a tough job and work situations can be stressful at times.

I got fed up and contacted a different plumber who quoted me half the price and was honest about the work being done. They even explained the whole process and said whatever ABE told me was BS. Turned out it wasn't that difficult to begin with. So I went with them and the job is done.

I wasn't gonna make a big deal about this but the dealbreaker was when Van showed up at my house (without prior notifications) asking to proceed with the job, and when I told him it's been taken care off, he gave me a rude hand gesture and stormed off. No explanation. No clarification. It's like he knew he wasn't being honest and I found out eventually.

Wouldn't recommend this plumber at all and glad I found a better plumber for the future.

Diego came by at the time they said and fixed the my toilet and sink in like 35min!  Friendly and courteous!  Ask for Diego and he'll do your work and fix your plumbing issues in no time.  What's even better, he educated and show me what the problem was.  Call OC for your plumbing issues...you won't be disappointed!

I have to say this is one of the most profession and customer service orientated businesses. From the start Nicole who answered the phone had the answers I needed and was quick to find me an appointment. Her patients and service were above excellent. When David showed before the scheduled time, he was very professional, honest and straight to the point. David is by far one of the best I have come across when dealing with plumbers. His service nothing but top quality. bailey's plumbing will definitely be my go to plumber for future repairs. Thank you again for the great customer service.

A few weeks ago my ex (of 7 years) called my cell and asked to come over right away.  

She had a sound of desperation in her voice and she didn't provide any details with her urgent call.

Like an optimistic chump I grabbed my car keys and headed to her place with a sense of optimism in my heart.

I arrived at her new furnished apartment with expectation of reconcile for the holidays.

Instead I met a pool of sewage that was coming up from her tub.

I quickly realized she viewed as a convenient handyman at her beckon call.

She flashed her Bambi eyes to me with a quick flutter and skipped to her car; with a knowledge that I will be dealing with her plumbing problem.

So what did I do first? I yelped Plumbing.

Kenny had an opening between work sites and he came over for a consolation.  

Kenny mentioned that the problem was a very simple and he can do right away.  His prices were very reasonable and I felt comfortable with dealing with him.  

I would highly recommend his service to anyone that is having plumbing issues.  His work is very impressive.

Axel responded to my request for bids on replacing my sewer lateral, was responsive and helped me understand the differences between options. D&Ws TrenchFree technology was what fit my situation best. They completed the job quickly, barely disrupted our yard and garden and came at a good price. I'd recommend them for anybody.

As property manager of several commercial buildings, I call ROYAL PLUMBING whenever the project demands highly skilled attention. Joseph, who heads the firm, and his partner Barnard are well-versed in plumbing codes. I have no hesitation to give them the highest ranking in plumbing work.

The pilot on my 6 year old GE Water heater, model SG40T12TXK00 went out on Saturday morning. I called Miracle Plumbing based on their 5Stars Yelp reviews. They told me that they charge $79.00 for a service call on weekends, which sounded reasonable to me. My initial experience was nice. Their technician came out on time. He  relit the pilot, which stayed on and water heater started to work again. I was happy. However, the pilot went out again after a couple of hours. I called back. The same technician returned on Sunday morning and concluded that the thermocouple had gone bad and needed replacement. I was quoted a flat price of $319.00 for the job. I was desperate. I agreed. The technician replaced the thermocouple and relit the pilot. However, something was not right about the repair. The heater which was working fine earlier, now started exhibiting a delayed ignition problem, which is scary. Basically, when the thermostat releases gas to main burners, the burners don't fire up. Instead the gas keeps coming out of the burner till enough gas has built up in the combustion chamber, before it comes in contact with the pilot flame. This results in a scary mini explosion inside the combustion chamber and main burner lights up. We called GE tech support. Surprisingly, they said that the delayed ignition, while not desirable, was not a safety hazard. They told the tech to ensure, and adjust, if necessary, the gap between pilot hood and burner screen to 0.22 (same as the diameter of a 7/32 drill bit). The technician refused to do it citing company policy and left. As a gesture of goodwill, they didn't charge me for draining my water heater. When I contacted PG& E, they declared delayed ignition a safety hazard and disconnected my water heater from gas line as a precaution. I got everything fixed after a Rheem authorized plumbing company technician came out and replaced the full pilot assembly instead of only the thermocouple, all for $295.00. I am very disappointed in Miracle Plumbing and my initial goodwill was misplaced. As far as I am concerned, they didn't finish the job. I would not recommend them.

First, I want to start by saying that  am a person who typically doesn't do Yelp reviews, but in this case I made an exception. I am usually very skeptical when it comes to some plumbing companies. I have had bad experiences with many- from jacking up their quote/estimate because they can, to not showing up on time.

So, I was relieved when a family member recommended Davila Plumbing Company.  Right away, I could tell this was a different kind of business.  When I called and spoke to Luis, the owner, I could immediately tell that he is someone who loves his work with a passion and a pride that is rare. He scheduled me in, and even walked me through a temporary fix over the phone.

When the van pulled up, it was right on time. Wow!  Right away,  they were able to locate the problem and walked me through the process for repair. The rest of my pipes were throughly inspected and thankfully, another small leaking area was found before more mess and water.

Typically, in the past, I have always been nervous at this point because this is when most companies will prey on your desperation and move the prices up. Not with Davila Plumbing. I got a very fair and reasonable price, and I even decided that this might be a good point to have a couple other things fixed around the house that were bugging me.

My headaches are gone. I no longer have to stress when it comes to plumbing issues around the house. These guys are straight -shooters and I appreciate their timeliness and value.  If you are a person who values honesty, integrity, and good old  school fair business practices, then these ares the guys for you. If you are a person who values solid, clean work from people who love what they do, then this is the company for you.

Had The Plumbing Guys come out to look at a sink that wouldn't drain. Sergio did a great job, got the sink draining better than I've ever seen before!

My faucets has low pressure and they sent Brian out to diagnose FREE of charge. He even cleaned the faucet heads without a charge (gave him a tip) and was very knowledgeable, respectful and good at his work. I have tried so many plumbers and never had such a good experience! Highly recommend.

Amazing business!  My water heater died so I called several plumbing companies. I left messages but didn't get any returned calls. When I called Aptos Plumbing, within 5 minutes I got a call. By the end of the day I had a new water heater installed. The installers were very nice, worked hard and fast. Cleaned up so nice after they were done. The owners are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate for a minute to recommend this company. Five stars doesn't seem like enough!

Plumbing care is # 1  great company , Martin installed a new tankless water heater, the next day the brass fitting leaked, we called Martin he was out in 10 min. And took care of the problem, we then had him install a water softner , so far it works great! I have referred this company to my friends.

Wally did a great job for us today. He installed a new shower head and a few other items in our bathroom. He is a true professional who knows his work in and out. He also gave us a few tips on how to prevent and detect leaks in the future. We have already signed him up for our next project. Thank you Wally.

My main water shut off valve broke leaving me with no water. I called several plumbers. Some wanted to give me an appt days away and some didn't even call me back. Roto-Rooter plumbing came almost 3 hrs after his appt time and then he was going to charge $356/hr but said he couldn't do anything that day because it was too late. I called Magnificent Plumbing the next day and they immediately answered and gave me a same day appt time of 10-12pm. They texted me at 1040 and were there at 11. It was up front pricing and they did a great job. No hassle and didn't waste my time. I will definitely use them again.
