We had pinhole leak in copper pipe embedded in ceiling. We opened up ceiling and found leak location.  Called Midas and Eric arrived in less than an hour.  He examined problem, made copper pipe repair, and reduced initial estimate because it was very straightforward job.  Eric is a young man, very professional, takes pride in his work, and knows what he is doing.  Wonderful for work he did for us.  We have an old house so I am sure we will need him in future.

I called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing in Gilroy in a panic because my dishwasher was gushing water all over the floor. They were able to send Gerardo out the very next morning. Gerardo accurately diagnosed the problem in moments, and was done within an hour! He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and will be coming back for future plumbing needs in Gilroy!

Evan arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment. He actually beat me there!

We were having an issue with our toilet and Evan immediately identified the root cause of the problem. Of course he had a high quality part on-hand and quickly replaced the faulty plug.

He is very thorough at preventative measures, so he spent extra time not only fixing the problem, but identifying anything else that might be an issue. He performed the dye test and observed every component of the mechanism, making minor tweaks and adjustments each time.

Evan is a true professional, courteous, and really walks you through what he is doing so you learn a bit along the way. Highly recommended!

These guys were great!  I called yesterday with an urgent, but non-emergency request.  They gave me an appointment at 9 am today and showed up at 8:45.  Nery not only fixed the main issue, but took care of two other less urgent plumbing issues I had.  He was neat, efficient, friendly, and the prices were reasonable.  I would definitely use them again.

I had a drain leak under the kitchen sink that another plumber wanted $650 to repair for an estimated 3 hr job.  Thats over $200/hr so i hired John through yelp based on yelp reviews. John was very professional did exactly what the licensed plumber recommended but he came in at a much more reasonable rate.  Definitely give John a call if you have plumbing issues.  He does excellent work and I would definitely use him again for future plumbing needs.  Thanks John for your service.

Bad service. DO NOT GO HERE. RUDE people. They said they will give a FREE ESTIMATE, but when the guy arrived. He wanted to charge just for coming out. He did not fix anything! After he WALKED OUT before I was done talking to him. Very rude. terrible attitude.

My gas dryer was installed without a valve, when it stop working, we could not remove it without shutting off the water heater all together. When I called Tony, he is quick to return my call, quoted me a very reasonable price, and set up a time for next day. He tried to call again 20 minutes before the scheduled time, but my cell phone ran out battery, and he couldn't reach me. I was waiting on the site for more than 1 hour but had to run for another appointment. Tony arrived 15 minutes after I left. He found out what happened and set up the appointment second time and came on time. He is very professional, explained how the work would  be done and why, and get all done in half an hour. I installed a valve with extra cost of the part. I didn't need to call PG&E to shut off gas before hand. He then called on a service to test the installation. I am very glad.

Romeo did a hydrojet cleaning. He was quick, responsive and clear in explaining what was being done. Overall he did a great job.

Went with Marti's based on reviews on Yelp. Dean called ahead and let us know he was on his way. We have a persistent problem with our downstairs toilet which backs up once in a couple of months. He was able to clear it but was concerned about some noise he heard while clearing the pipe. Since we have this persistent issue with it, we went with his recommendation to send a camera down the pipe. He did not have the camera with him and promised to show up two days later in the afternoon after his days off. Since the toilet was working properly, we agreed to the schedule.

Two days later Dean called again ahead of the appointment and showed up as scheduled. We sent the camera down and was able to identify an area where gunk had built up. He was able to locate the exact spot of this buildup. Thankfully it is not under our house. It was actually right under a clean out valve. He blasted the area with water and was able to clear the gunk out. Unfortunately the gunk buildup is due to the poor installation done by the builder. It will take a lot more $ to fix.

Overall great experience with this company. Although they are not the cheapest. Dean was much more thorough than the typical 'franchise' guy if you know what I mean. It was worth every penny.

Brand new Rheem 40gal gas water heater from Home Depot wouldn't light; it is the model that lights the pilot when it needs to heat (pilot isn't on all the time). Had Bernard from Noah's Plumbing (referred by Rheem customer service) come out and he quickly confirmed it was a defective pilot assembly (probably a blockage in the tiny feeder tube). He verified proper operation with a 50gal pilot assembly he had on his truck but didn't have a replacement 40gal unit. After finding out Rheem was out of stock on the 40gal. pilot assembly, I found one in So. Cal. and had it shipped. When it arrived, Bernard picked it up at my office and went over and installed it. Water heater finally fixed. On a positive note, Rheem did reimburse me the cost of the replacement pilot assembly.

Bernard not only knew the Rheem water heater inside and out, I was especially impressed with his troubleshooting skills; fast and efficient. He, without a doubt, saved Rheem from a costly warranty replacement in this case. If you have a Rheem water heater with a problem, don't call anyone else, call Noah's Plumbing and ask for Bernard.

Late on Friday afternoon wrapping up work.  See that my kitchen sink annoying link ended up being a huge mess.  Panicked at looking for plumber before the weekend - found this listing.  Not only did someone come out within an hour.  The service was friendly and so helpful.  Definitely going to call on Franco and Marios team for my next emergency or job.  Hope you do too!

This review is for Water Heater Repair only.  

I ALMOST gave a 4.5 star review.  Almost.  Here's why NOT.

I called on a Wed and Khan was able to fit me in the same day.  That's worth a star right there.  I needed someone to fix the damn water heater because it kept turning off on us and required a daily restart or else we won't have hot water.  Khan told me he'd be here by around 5pm and he came at 6pm but that was fine with me.  He told me the thermocoupling needs to be replaced and quoted me $192, which I thought was steep considering he said it'd only take 1/2 hour.  I was hesitant and he questioned how I found him and then told me about the $50 discount for Yelp customers, making it $142.  I agreed to the price since this sounds more reasonable.  

His assistant did all of the work.  Khan tells me that the water heater should be okay for at least a couple more years before giving me any problems.  Prior to them leaving, I asked if I have to call them back the next day or even the next week...if I would have to pay.  He told me no.  Good thing I asked because I did have to call him back.  The damn thing turned off the very next day!  

I waited a week before calling Khan (to make sure the problem is really still there) and he told me to call the manufacturer because the water heater is still under warranty (which is 6 years and I've had it for less than 5 yrs).  The rep from Whirlpool shipped me a new burner assembly.  I called Khan and they were able to come out the same day.  2 of Khan's assistants were the ones working on the water heater while Khan stood there and watched them do the work.  Khan tells me that it should work this time.  He tells me there's no charge THIS time, emphasizing on THIS particular time.  HUH??  I don't believe I should have to pay again if you guys couldn't fix the problem the first time.    He tells me that other companies would charge again if they had to come out and that there's no charge for me THIS time because he cares about his customers.  

I sure don't feel like he cares.  He tells me if they have to come out again the next day or whatever, then he'd charge me.  Is it MY fault that you guys couldn't fix the problem the first time? It's not a NEW problem that arose.  It's the SAME problem that I thought I had ALREADY PAID to fix last time (which was just LAST WEEK!).  I'm sorry, but I don't trust companies who do not stand behind their work.  

I will update this and lower it to a 1 star if the damn thing turns off again.  I will not call FPC back though.

Highly recommend Chris! he was extremely professional & did a great job! We were in a bind & he was able to fit us into his schedule & did the job for the price he quoted.  We will definitely come back to Pure Flow for any plumbing needs in the future. Thanks Chris!

Top marks for these folks. They returned all calls promptly; they showed up as promised, and on time; and they were super courteous with my 90 year old mother who was getting the work done.

I made all of the arrangements from the South Bay for the work to be done at my Mom's house in Hayward. I couldn't be there when Carlos went out to quote, but in reviewing with Mom later in the day Carlos had even shown her the scope of the pipe that needed sleeving (sewer line from the house to the street). He also had no problem answering my follow up questions.

The crew arrived on the scheduled day and got right to work. The job took a little longer than anticipated as the line was WAY deeper than everyone thought it would be, but they made sure it was hooked up at the end of Day 1 so that Mom could do her thing. Day 2 they got the city inspection and sign off, and started the finishing work. Day 3 was for the finishing touches.

Mom's comment today: Drains doing well.  I think I would give them a five.  On time, kept things neat, cleaned up when they were done.  Haven't had any problems.

I hired Abel to replace two water heaters in my duplex. When I called him, he came out within the hour. Assessed the situation and made his suggestions to what would be the best path to take. In this case the heaters were old. One was not working, so it was best to replace both. I asked when he could do it. He answered tomorrow. I was like wow! I have several rentals and to get anyone out to do work is next to impossible! It always seems people are a week out or more. Abel came out the next day with two new heaters and installed them. As he was turning off the water for one unit, he noticed the pipes were pretty rusty and recommended replacing them. Thank goodness he said something because that could have been a flood disaster! I will use Best Bay Plumbing for all my plumbing needs! Thanks Abel!
