We live in a Eichler and a couple times each year the plumbing backs up. John always comes out and is on time and does a great job!

This last time I called because our kitchen sink was backed up and my hubby was convinced the pipe had collapsed as it was not draining where it typically does in the overflow. Well... come to find out we had a clog on the line for our kitchen sink and washer and they had been draining to a overflow drain. It had been clogged the entire time we lived here! John cleared the clog in no time and even waited a few extra mins until my hubby arrived to explain everything to him!

John is a pro and we don't use anyone else when we have a plumbing problem!!

I had a very good experience, Eduardo came by to look at the water heater which was in bad shape and replaced it right away. Stayed until 8PM to finish. Thanks

This place is a rip off. The manager Mark threatened to put a lien on my property after I refused to pay $150+ (for something that cost $50 at home depot) for a tiny plastic cartridge for my shower knob valve.

They also charge a credit card surcharge of a couple percent

Their guy messed up w the installation of the cartridge and billed me for their mistake as well.

They told my property mgmt that they'd shut down the water between specific hours. (Full day) We're still without water --passed the stated time.

I had a bathroom drain clogged. Called a couple of plumbers and 15$ was the one could come in the same day. Though it is no longer $88 per hr as mentioned by other reviews, it is $125 per hr now. The 1st guy came in the time window but he could not get it done and had to call and wait the 2nd guy. Finally they got the pipe cleared using the snake from the roof top (one story flat roof). The bill was $250 for 2 hrs. They recommended for a camera inspection, which will cost over $300 additional. I do not know if the charges are reasonable, you go to figure out. Just my experiences for your info!

Plumbing connection did an excellent job clearing the clog in our tub. Also gave a fair quote on installing a new drain valve at our old house.

Mr Khan is a very reasonable man, i was even short $1 when i paid him for the job he had done and it did not matter to him. That just shows you what kind of person he is =).

I will definitely use Mr Khan's company again to address any plumbing issues.

John is a great man. I have a problem with a shower head and it only outputs hot water (no cold). Reviewed his online comments and decided to give him a call. Unfortunately, his schedule is so tight and he can't fit me in in two weeks so I decided to give other company a try. They came and give me three options. The cheapest is to change cartridge at around $500 and they can't guarantee it will fix the problem. The next choice to poke holes into my wall and fix the valve problem they believe so much it's the root cause. The cost of the second option is $2700. They didn't stop here and gave me a third option at a cost of $3500. I simply chickened out and let these guy go. I called John a second time and asked him how much he would charge for changing the cartridge (I take gamble that it is the problem). John said it's going to be $70 labor plus parts and travel to shop for the right part. The only problem is that I have to wait for two weeks as he's completely booked. Luckily I have a backup shower so time is on my side.On the day before the service day John called me and informed that he is due to come tomorrow at 11. Right on time he showed up on the door next day. He fixed not only my immediate issue but also at request of mine changed my shower head for two bath rooms with very little add-ons. In the end, I'm paying half what I would have paid others to fix my problem yet exempt from the phycological fear something even bigger happening to the house.
I immediately made a second appointment with John to come to my house and fix a few other small issues. You can't get a better man for your service if you are lucky to book him in time.

Just wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Plumbtree, my tenants called me in a panic explaining there was water everywhere throughout the kitchen, (I live out of state and my tenants needed help sooner than later) after calling Plumbtree I was alerted via text that my technician Anthony was in route, no more than 20 minutes after his arrival, I received a call from Anthony with an explanation as to what was happening,  he even texted me photos, when I asked, how much will this cost to fix? his response was well, there are a few different ways we can go about it, and proceeded to explain different remedy options, he then emailed me a breakdown of all of the options, I really appreciate him giving me options rather than telling me what NEEDS to be done, I never once felt as if I was being upsold, let me be clear, Plumbtree is no budget plumbing company, I'm confident I could have had this work done less expensive by many other companies, I did however, decide to go with Plumbtree, it's clear they very much care about their customers, and that they hold themselves to very high standards, I own other rental homes throughout the S Bay Area, and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I won't hesitate to use them again, thank you Plumbtree for the excellent service

Bullseye did an excellent job locating the leak in my swimming pool.  Jeremy returned my message, showed up when scheduled, and located the leak.   He even referred me to a person that fixed the leak.   They were great too!   Overall, a great experience with Bullseye.   Jeremy even followed up with me a few weeks after to make sure we located the leak during the repair!

These guys are honest and very good. They know what they are doing. Had some external plumbing work done. They were knowledgable, professional and honest. Even made it look good appearance wise. Would use them again.

Guys are amazing. Before calling them I did call a couple companies, but no one picked up. So I had a problem with my sink. Tony picked up the phone right away, and said that will arrive in an hour. We waited for about 45 minutes till they arrived. It took them about 20 min to get everything done. I did purchased the voucher, and they accept it. So I like the service and I will definitely will call them again.

Our out side water hose pipe was leaking. We gave HR Silicon Valley Plumbing a call and was given an appointment that was available the next day. The technician came assessed the problem and was able to complete the pipe replacement in no time with reasonable pricing.

As the saying goes, Plumbers only need to know two things: Poop flows downhill and payday's Friday.

Having replaced the kitchen faucet a couple of months ago, I guess I'm getting lazy in my old age.  

I set up an appointment to find out why there is no cold water going to the tub/shower faucet that had been replaced in the house we just inherited.

After they failed to for the appointment and never bothered to call, I suspect that they may be the ones that did the original job.

Having been in the building trades as a carpenter for decades, I have done most common plumbing jobs like replace toilets, water heaters, and faucets. They are jobs that anyone with half a brain can figure out. How hard is running a snake to remove a clog?

Seems like the good reviews are all for these types of jobs. I guess a real plumbing job is too much for them to handle.

Our water heater broke and the guys from the manufacturer I called made us do some troubleshooting steps on the phone and we even called PG&E to isolate the problem. Then I got to contact Bernard from Noah's Plumbing and at just one look, he already knew what causes the problem! Which was of course not the ones that the tech support on the phone figured out.  He even gave me 90 days warranty for the repair in case something goes wrong again and I bet it wont happen again. He gave full information and details on what is happening and how is he addressing the concern, and what causes it to happen why it wont work, in a way we can understand. It was really quick for him to make the appliance up and working , and give us hot water again!  Really the best and the nicest guy to do the job!

Mario and Kevin were super responsive. Even though they were fully booked up at the time that I called (Saturday) they  continued to follow up to see if someone was able to come out and help. By chance , one of their plumbers finished early with another customer and Kevin immediately called to see if I needed help still. They came out within 30 minutes and did a great job at a very reasonable price . I highly recommend them and will be calling them in the future for other projects .

I can't wait to rate Mr. Khan and his assistance five stars. My water heater was leaking yesterday morning from my kitchen to the garage. Then I called him at 9:30 am and asked him to come over for inspection at 5:00 pm. This is the first time I need to have water heater service. I really had no idea about what's going on.  

After his professional inspection, there was no way to repair this 15 years old water heater but to replace a new one.  He promised me to come back at 7:30 pm and replace a new water heater for us.  He is a kind and considerable person, he worried about our kids who can't have a warm bath at night.

This is really a huge job need to do from them, all the old parts need to be changed.  I am so sorry that he need to work till 10:30 pm.  After he replaced a new water heater, he cleaned up all the mess from the floor! Then he explained how all the necessary information to my husband and  wait for another 15 minutes. He want to make sure all the hot water coming in and told us if there was any problem from it. Don't worry, just give him a call.  What a relief! I can have a good sleep yesterday night.  

He did an excellent job! I can tell he is an energetic man, a family man, a hard working man, and the most important is he puts his heart into his job and customers.  I will absolutely refer him to any of my friends if they need any plumbing or water heating replacement services.  He surely did a good job more than he charged from you.  He is a reasonable man and offer your an affordable price.  I am here to show 100% respecting and rating on his service!

Responded very quickly to my initial message. He ran into a personal problem and couldn't make the appointment time but offered a discount to come on a later day. Handled my issue quickly and effectively.

After years of calling plumbers to clear my main sewer line, I finally decided to take the plunge and get my sewer line replaced. While searching online, I happened to stumble on this company, Trenchfree, all the way in San Jose. I gave them a call and Felipe came by for a video inspection of my line. He showed me the condition of my sewer line which he said was orangeburg material (people describe it as layers of paper held together by coal tar!!), with roots invading several sections of the pipe. He was able to give me an estimate quickly (which seemed very reasonable). Since he was my first estimate, I called a couple local companies who did a lot of sewer lateral replacements in my town. Their estimates all came in higher than Trenchfree. Given that Trenchfree's specialty is trenchless replacement of utility lines and that they have a lifetime warranty on their work, I decided to go with them. They took care of all the permits and inspections with the city. They completed the work in 2 days (first day, digging and putting in the new sewer line; second day, inspection, backfilling and putting everything back in place). I was amazed at how they were able to put everything back in place, especially the pavers. The pavers looked like they were never touched. Thank you Trenchfree for your work!!

We just purchased a new washer and dryer set and had it installed buy the company we purchased from. The installation guy did a great job, but after a few days we noticed the smell of gass In our garage, did a soap test on the connection and found a small leak coming out of the connection valve. I immediately got ahold of Able, keeping mind this was late Sunday morning, he quickly texted me back saying he would be here Monday morning. He showed up on time and quickly assessed and replaced the valve. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. We will keep recommending and using His company whenever a plumbing/rooter/gass problem arises. THANK YOU ABLE!

Our house is over 100yrs old. Plumbing is a great challenge, but Mike and his company were up for the job. Working to find and fix the problem. As they were all finished and ready to leave they found a pipe that was completely plugged and going above and beyond they stayed to fix it also. The cleanup was great, no mess left behind. In addition, they cleaned the floor where dirt was tracked in. Amazing job done; by an amazing hard working group. So if your house is old or new trust Pure Plumbing Solutions.
