Another great experience with Midas. We had water leaking around our washing machine and I called John. He diagnosed the problem, our old water heather was leaking. I've known John for several years now and he's also given us great service and advice, so I knew I could trust him when he said it was time to get a new water heater. He did all the work himself within a few hours and we couldn't be happier. Thanks again, John!!

I went a month and a half without a plumber to complete the water heater installation. The reason for the long delays was because most plumbers who promised to come by to look at what I have, and no-show.  Finally in 1 week, I had Jaime and another plumber came by and look at my water heater configuration.  In the end, I chose Jaime, because he sounded like he knew what he was doing (with suggestions and such) and his price was just as competitive as the other one.  He finally came by yesterday to do the work and it was beautifully done.  I am very happy that I chose Jaime to do the work. Almost 2 months later, finally the installation is complete.  This is for my electric tankless water heater.  Paying by credit card was easy too via his phone.

We noticed some insects and sewage smell from the crawl space vents. Jordan, the service technician who was assigned to inspect was on time, extremely patient and thorough in root causing the issue to be a broken pipe from the kitchen drain. Just to be proactive I requested him to check couple of other drain outlets which he did. The professionalism he showed in patiently explaining and drawing out the issue and what needs to be fixed was extremely helpful. The estimate was reasonable and he provided breakdown for labor and material. Based on how he conducted the inspection, explained patiently and answered all my question, he most certainly gained our trust.

My bathroom sink was completely clogged. I have had trouble with this sink and the bathtub before and so I knew that I needed to get it snaked. I also have had problems with the kitchen and garage sinks recently and so I figured I might as well get all four drain lines snaked to prevent future clogs. I called several of the rooter companies and got all kinds of grief about trying to get price quotes over the phone. These companies all want to send a plumber out to your house for an estimate, which gives them a chance to up-sell additional services and work you for the best price they think they can get. I finally agreed to let The Plumbing Company send out a plumber for an estimate. After 30 minutes of talking the guy wrote up an estimate for $550, which did not include removing and installing the p-traps (I said I would do this to cut down on the cost). I asked if he could run the cable machine on the roof in order to access a main drain line through a drain vent line located on the roof. This would have essentially cleared the kitchen and garage sink drain lines since they both branch into this main line. He said he refused to run cables on a roof because it was too dangerous and he was worried about falling off the roof. I politely sent him on his way.
 
I also agreed to let $15 Sewer & Drain come out for an estimate. Luis arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He explained their pricing and suggested that instead of snaking the kitchen and garage sinks separately, he would run a larger cable from the roof vent, thus reducing the total cost (what a great idea!). He figured it would take close to an hour to snake the three drain lines and said that if it went over an hour, he would have to charge for an extra hour. I explained that I would agree to give him the job as long as he was reasonably sure it would not run into the second hour. I also asked if he would let me help him with removing and installing the p-traps to save time and he was fine with that.

We got started and immediately had some difficulty with the first drain line. We ended up having to go under the house to figure out how the drain lines connected to the main sewage drain. We got that taken care of and moved on to the other drain lines, which all went smoothly (and nobody fell off of the roof). Luis did the p-trap work on one of the sinks and offered to clean up the mess in the bathroom. From start to finish, the job took at least 90 minutes, but Luis only charged me for the amount he originally quoted me, which was $158. Luis did a great job! He was fast, professional and knowledgeable and did not try to jerk me around on the price. I would highly recommend Luis and his company to anyone who needs their services.

Have an appointment with plumbing connection between 9am-11am. They came right on time at 9am. Super nice and friendly. Get right to work. Very professional. After 15 mins. The clogged sink is taking care of. They are working on my garbage disposal. Nice guys, good price and professional work. Highly recommended!!! Thank you plumbing connection!!

We've had John here on two separate occasions. He'd likely be the first one we call if we need anything. We highly recommend him. He's fixed faucets, doors, toilets. If he can't fix it, he'll let you know.

After scheduling an appointment, Anthony came out to our home in Morgan Hill and did a phenomenal job fixing our water heater.  He even called a few hours after the job was done to ensure we were getting hot water.  Friendly and VERY PROFESSIONAL.  Everything from the scheduler of appointments to the follow-up phone call.  We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.   Thanks, Plumbtree!!

Shibli is great.  I've called him 4 times in the past few year.  I  finally got around to giving him a review.   He's professional, courteous and clearly knows his stuff.  You can tell a lot by the way someone maintains his equipment, van and attire.  He's fast and explains things in layman terms, which is also a good sign.

Tony's Plumbing was super easy to work with.  I called them for a faucet replacement and they came out the same day, changed it within 30 min and done.  They were friendly, upfront about the cost, prompt, and courteous and cleaned up nicely after themselves.  All in all, it worked out really well and I'm very happy with the experience.

Dragan came out and fixed our problem quickly.  He's very polite and neat, suggested improvements but didn't push.  He was on time, and the charges were extremely reasonable.  I've never been able to say such great things about a plumber!

Our water heater broke and the guys from the manufacturer I called made us do some troubleshooting steps on the phone and we even called PG&E to isolate the problem. Then I got to contact Bernard from Noah's Plumbing and at just one look, he already knew what causes the problem! Which was of course not the ones that the tech support on the phone figured out.  He even gave me 90 days warranty for the repair in case something goes wrong again and I bet it wont happen again. He gave full information and details on what is happening and how is he addressing the concern, and what causes it to happen why it wont work, in a way we can understand. It was really quick for him to make the appliance up and working , and give us hot water again!  Really the best and the nicest guy to do the job!

In my new home, I've used Mario's three times now to fix some plumbing issues. Mario's has been prompt, thorough, and honest. Each time, they've taken the time to scope out the project before giving me a quote and explaining things to me every step of the way. They do a fantastic job, are responsive, and very friendly.

I called Fremont Plumbing a night before to have them to fix the leak on my main water pipe to the house.  They said they came next morning between 10:00AM - 11:00AM.  Khan and his guys came over at 10:11AM.  It was raining on Saturday 11/26/2016 but he took the job anyway because I did not have water to the house for 2 days.  
Khan gave me a good price, I agreed and they went to work right away.  
Khan and his guys were highly competent with what they are doing.
They fixed the pipe in 2 hours and I had water to my house after 1:00PM.  Amazing!!!
I will use these guys again with no hesitation.

I give this company my highest recommendation. I needed my sewer line replaced, which required extensive excavation & concrete work. TrenchFree gave me the lowest bid I received, with the least amount of landscape damage. My next door neighbors had also used their services and were pleased.

The workers were thoroughly professional - prompt, quiet, and cleaned up each day. When the work was finished, I could scarcely tell anything had been disturbed. It was a pleasure working with them, which I can't say about other contractors.

Abel and his crew were able to help us when we found huge pipe leak under our house. They quickly cleaned out the debris/sewage and showed us the problem (our old pipes) he was able to give us a quote on the spot and was able to come the next day to fix everything. They're fantastic to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for our future plumbing projects

We called on a Saturday for a sewer issue he was at our house in a little over an hour. Fixed the issue, in and out.

I called Thursday at 8:30AM to report a leaking Takagi tankless water heater installed in the attic.  No one returned my call.  I called at 4:30PM iterating my leaking Takagi tankless water heater problem an that no one had returned my morning call.  I stressed its attic installation posed a problem.  No one returned my call.  I called again Friday at 8:30AM to report a leaking Takagi tankless water heater.  I informed the operator I had called twice previously.  I once again stated it was a Takagi tankless water heater installed in the attic.  Friday at 10:30AM the Bayshore Plumbers dispatcher returned my call.  The dispatcher asked the size of the unit.  I described it as about 2 1/2 feet square.  The dispatcher then asked in surprise Is it a tankless unit? to which I responded Yes, I called 3 times with that information.  The technician arrived within the promised time frame (thank you for that).  The technician asked if the water heater was installed in the garage.
The technician then called Takagi support passing the phone to me.  Takagi support told me the parts were no longer under warrantee a fact I told Takagi support I already new.  I passed the phone back to the technician.  The technician continued the conversation with Takagi support and finally told me I would have to pay for the parts in advance and have them shipped to my home.  The technician then told me that once I received the part I would once again have to call Bayshore Plumbers dispatch to schedule installation.
A $140 part, a $30 overnight shipment, a Saturday service call, and the parts installation for $500 labor.  The total represents 50% of the water heater initial cost.  That together with a week long scheduling effort did not make for a happy experience.
