Tim showed up 20 minutes after I called and fixed the drain withing 30 minutes, the whole time giving me handy tips like never put anything starchy down the garbage disposal and use Simple Green and some water to clear out your drains once a month to prevent grease build-up. All with a patient, cheerful demeanor--he couldn't have been more pleasant.

I had a serious problem. The city water department reported to me that their data showed my home had a quite serious water leak, yet there was no visible evidence of any leaking whatsoever. But I could verify the leak was real by looking at the city's online data for my home--and when I turned off my water supply from outside, the bathroom and kitchen areas got just a little bit quieter.

Through a chain of events, the leak detection company I brought in confirmed the link, still without seeing any physical evidence, but told me the area the leak was expected and gave me the name of Plumbtree Plumbing and Rooter as a company qualified to break open my garage floor, repair the mystery leak, then repair the garage floor afterward. I set up an appointment through Hannah, then Glenn and others from Plumbtree came in, conducted their own diagnosis and started to work immediately.

Other than water usage the leak was never actually seen. But Glenn and his associates sensibly felt the best course was to entirely circumvent the downstairs plumbing in my 40+ year old home in case there were additional plumbing areas which could similarly fail. The work took a few weeks (and never actually involved any work on my slab foundation as it turned out), but it was all extremely well done. The work was all stuff I feel would have been  beyond the skills of the typical plumber--even though I've had other plumbing work I've been very pleased with.

Glenn, Hannah, and the entire very talented crew (all who participated are worth mentioning, but let me single out Whilliam, who I might have seen most often...and among other tasks Whilliam accompanied the city inspector) who were always courteous, professional, quick, and very clean working. I recommend Plumbtree to anyone with a plumbing need of any kind--no matter how small, or how large and complicated.

I was referred to Quality Plus from a friend and was so pleased with the professional work! I purchased a new house and wanted my faucets swapped out. He was able to successfully swap my kitchen faucet as well as 3 bathroom faucets. He also found some pipes that weren't installed correctly and was able to change those for me to prevent leaks in the future. Quality first will be my go-to plumbing company for all my future needs. Tony&Rick are  great honest guy's  they  came out  an asest the  problem  that we were  having . They  found that  we were  having a  mainline  back  up  an they  searched  my  property  an found that I  had a clean out an they  were able to clean the  sewer  line  from  there  very  affordable  an honest, an very  funny  great guy's  Wil definitely be using them in the future  thanks great service. .

SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! SCAMMERS!!! OMG! Do not use these guys!  They came out to hook my up dishwasher & install a sink.  TheY FLOODED MY KITCHEN THREE TIMES!  They would supposedly finish the job and the next day something would be leaking.  I paid them over $1500 for INCOMPETENCE. In fact, I had someone come out to access my flooring and it was soaked full of water underneath the floor.  They also partially flooded my garage and told me it was the washer hook up and it would cost me over $1000 to redo the plumbing.  It WAS NOT the washer plumbing, it was their incompetence that was not even related to my washer and they were trying to SCAM me. The damage was that my wall, floor and cupboards were soaked and need to be removed. These guys are totally incompetent and never apologized for anything.  AND HAD THE NERVE TO BILL ME! I was so stupid I PAID them.  I will never get my money back.

AND ....saga continues, they were suppose to hook up my gas line to my new stove.  They said they had to check for gas leaks in the pipeline due to federal regulations.  Upon assessment, they told me I had a gas leak and that it was not that bad.  REALLY? A gas leak that was not that bad??? THEN they wanted me to sign a contract for repairing the gas line and hooking up my stove for approximately $1200!! really?!!  I called PG&E they told me that for FREE they would immediately come out because there was a gas leak.  PG&E was at my house in 15 minutes, and tested for leaks,  thank you PG&E.   AND THERE WERE NONE!  Im so glad I didn't sign the contract with the HR Silicon Valley Plumbers for $1200.  The PGE guy was furious with the plumbers that were at my house when he came out. and because it was the day before Xmas, he was so nice (Erin) he hooked up my stove for free!!!! yes FREE!!!   Thank you Erin and PG&E!    First of all, there are NO FED REGULATIONS stating plumbers need to inspect my gas lines and second of all THERE WERE NO GAS LEAKS!  These bozos flooded my kitchen and screwed up plumbing under my sink.  I was even so stupid as to give them Xmas cookies when they were here...Do not mix these guys up with Silicon Valley Plumbing in San Jose. They have 5 star review and when I went to check reviews for HR Silicon Valley , I thought they were Silicon Valley & mixed them up and got a bunch of SCAMMERS.  BEWARE OUT THERE!

Called around 9am regarding my water heater. Seems the thermocouple went defective overnight. Result, no hot water! Bernard was on another job and called back promptly. He mentioned he probably had the part and would text me when he was on the way. An hour and a half later I received the text and within 20 minutes he had arrived. Service was friendly, quick and professional. Cost was reasonable. It doesn't get much better than that. Highly recommended!

We needed to make a repair the plumbing under our kitchen sink, and we contacted Mario to see if he could help, he gave me a firm quote, then at the last minute, we asked him to also install a tricky new faucet in that same area, he updated his quote.  He communicated well, arrived on time, and did great work at a fair price and even provided us a 30 day warranty, we will use him again, you should too.

So where do I start? In October my water heater was leaking... I called several places and got three quotes between $1300 and $1600 to get it replaced not including fees for permits in Fremont and the work would need to be scheduled 4 days out. A waste of my Friday. A friend sent me Khan's yelp review. I called at 8:15 am on a Saturday morning expecting to leave a message (The hours on YELP said 9-6). To my surprise he answered, I explained my situation and he said he could be out at noon ( the same day) and  it was less than the other quotes I received (score!). I texted him the address and the countdown began. At 12:05 pm I was getting nervous he had not shown up .... He called at 12:15 to apologize they were taking lunch and would be there in 15 min. They were. They had my old water heater out and the new one up and running in an hour! I was very impressed and extremely grateful.....

Fast forward six weeks later. The water heater at my rental property in San Jose goes out. I called SEARS, HOME DEPOT ( their contractors) and same story, the technician could come out in 4 or 5 days... not an option to have no hot water in winter.  I called Khan this morning at 8 am since I already know he answers his phone :-). He told me San Jose was outside of his coverage area but since I was a repeat customer so he would try to squeeze me in between 2-3 today! quoted me $50 more but I was pleased.  He arrived early took out the old heater and installed the new one and texted me when he was done. I went out to the property expecting pay him and he had already left. ( We did complete the transaction via phone) I joked if he did not want to get paid? He said, Money is important but a satisfied customer is more important.  The commitment that he has to customers past and present is fantastic. He answers the phone outside of business hours. He takes payment remotely. He leaves the place cleaner than he finds it. Sweeps all the water ( from draining the tank away) . I have receive same day service on both occasions and at the cheapest rate. I have never done a YELP review but Khan is fantastic so I thought I would let folks know my experience. I can truly cannot recommend TrenchFree and their team enough. For a solid year, we've been having plumbers visit our house every 2-3 months to fix repeat issues. Finally, we spoke with TrenchFree. When all the other companies we spoke with were going to charge $150+ to run a camera in our lines and find the issue, they offered a free estimate. The workers at our house were all incredibly friendly and professional, and got to work quickly. They were able to identify a problem with our pipes outside our house that every other plumber had missed. Within days we received a quote back, and they were on site to fix the issue. They even came during 106 degree weather, on a Friday going into a holiday weekend, to make sure the job was done right. Lastly, and this is where they truly won me over: Once the job was complete, we thought an issue had arisen that still wasn't fixed. Within 24 minutes of me hitting send on my email, they were back at the house and fixed the problem -- even when it turned out it was OUR fault and nothing they did. Please let me stress this:: do not waste your time pouring through lists of reviews, looking for plumbers who cut prices in order to raise them in other spots. TrenchFree doesn't have the same number of reviews as some of the other companies, so they may get overlooked. Don't make my mistake. I found Mike at Pure Plumbing Solutions on NextDoor, and SO glad I did. Called him one evening regarding some work I needed on my water heater as well as wanting it flushed to remove any sediments. He gave me a quote over the phone, and was able to come out the very next day. When he was running a few minutes late, Mike was great at communicating and letting me know exactly what time he would arrive.

Both Mike and his worker arrived wearing masks. Both were very pleasant and did the job very quickly and efficiently. Within in an hour, my water heater was flushed out, and had new and improved piping. He realized the job was quicker than first thought and ended up charging me less than was first quoted. Late on a sunday afternoon noticed sewage was backing up into my yard from the cleanout near the house.  Yuck!  Called Bayshore based on Yelp reviews, expecting to get voicemail.  Juan answered the phone on the second ring, and offered to send someone right away.  I said it could wait until tomorrow, and he gave me the first appointment of the day at 8am.  Jesus arrived right on time, was super friendly, and quickly cleared out the drain.  He took the time to have me flush a lot of water through to make sure it was right, and gave me advice on preventing future clogs.  Price was reasonable and exactly what they quoted, with no attempts to make additional work.  300 day guarantee.  Excellent!
