From HomeAdvisor to project completion, it only took less than two days for an non-emergency request. Furthermore, they replaced an old flex pipe of toilet water intake free of charge two days later, even though they only replaced toilet's angle stop valve, and it was arguably not covered by the warranty. It was an exceptional level of courtesy.

I  am pleased with the work done on this project.  Most impressive are all of the people who  worked on it including you all in the office.  The on-site crews deserve the highest acclaim, as they seemed very knowledgeable, willing to work, and quite pleasant.  My involvement with them along the way was extensive, so I do believe this feedback is accurate.  Please give special mention to the young man who, on the first day, accomplished most of the by-hand digging.  He just never quit!  Further, I could see that, when Jose was taking the lead, this same young man (name difficult for me to recall) was always seeing what he could do to speed things along; impressive.

I was so pleased. I had a bath tub which took 5 minutes to drain after a shower. I'd tried a snake of my own and some very strong liquid chemical which had not helped. I called and James said someone could come the same day. In fact, DJ was there in about an hour. He put his snake down a better place so it would reach further but due to a kink in the cable he had to stop that approach so we went up on the roof and tried from there. He made progress but said he had to return tomorrow with an undamaged snake. Sure enough, he came at 8AM and within 5 minutes his undamaged snake had cleared out the entire stoppage. Then he used my rags to thoroughly clean up the tub so it sparkles and reassembled all the screws and fittings needed to access the drain. And the cost was very reasonable. Kudu's to DJ and Fifteen Dollar and their staff. I'm a happy camper.

The old water heater finally gave out and it's no fun living with no hot water (I know, I know...1st world problems). I called several contractors and Plumbing Connection had the combination I was looking for (good reviews and competitive pricing). Mr. Khan contacted me before arrival, brought the water heater replacement, removed the old water heater, quickly installed the new one and hauled away the old one. During the installation, he even helped explain what all the pipes and knobs are used for. I highly recommend Mr. Khan and Plumbing Connection.

Plumbtree did a quality and timely job repairing our main water line that runs from the meter to our townhouse.   Because we are in an HOA, Plumbtree had to open a service ticket with the 811 service (Call Before You Dig) to make sure all wires, pipes, lines, utilities were marked before digging.  The service rep on the phone was helpful and courteous, and a technician came out to get the process started right away.  They communicated with us every step of the way, answered our questions, provided accurate estimates, and followed up on everything they said they'd do, including completely testing the water and adjacent sprinklers.  It was not an easy job, because the leak was almost 3 feet down, and there wasn't much space to work between the street, the driveway, two intersecting sidewalks, the meter box, and a tree.  They put in a higher quality pipe than the builder's original (cheap) PVC, so it's better now than when it was new.  The whole job was not inexpensive, but the price was fair for what they had to do, and especially for doing a quality job, right the first time.  We will call them first for our next plumbing issue.

I'm a pretty handy guy and have done lots of plumbing in my own remodels and repairs. However, this time with my kitchen remodel I just couldn't get my ice maker copper line to stop leaking. Even after three attempts! Time to call the pros. And what a pro Ramez is. He graciously agreed to stop by just before the end of the day before thanksgiving and was at my house within 15 minutes of taking. We had guests coming and no ice is no dice. He was a master and better to watch work than a YouTube video - of which I watched dozens and still couldn't fix this damn thing myself. Within 20 minutes he extended the copper flex, attached the new fittings and even brazed the nut for extra measure. The price was great too. 3 others had quoted 1/2 to 2/3 more and couldn't show up until after the holiday. So I highly recommend quality plus plumbing for honest and fats work and their name says it all.

Tony and his crew are very responsive and quick to respond to a call. Tony came out to fix 2 outdoor pipes that were spraying water everywhere. They fixed an outdoor faucet and an outdoor pipe for our sprinkler system. Fast easy quick!

I had leakage from the the water pressure regulator and needed replace the main valve of the waterline outside of the house. I reached out to HR Silicon Valley Plumbers and got the response from them immediately. Dominick came in as scheduled. He is very professional and quickly help me to decide what to fix and replace with reasonable cost comparing with out companies I received from Yelp. He finished the job very nicely and cleaned up areas afterwards. I am very happy about the job Dominick was done and would like to recommend him to anyone who need to find an excellent plumber.

I had the pleasure to work with Bernard of Noah's Plumbing and I must say he was very easy going, easy to talk to, and he has ~20+ years experience in plumbing. More than that, he has people to call when in need to harness 30+ more years of experience. A place to turn for that kind of resources is very valuable, because time is money and he gets results. I had a very positive experience working with him on replacing a water heater, he went above and beyond the call of duty because of my unique circumstances. Mario's Plumbing is super fast, efficient and professional. They replaced a toilet in one of my units and did an excellent job and was able to come out within the same day as I called. They also were extremely helpful for another issue that occurred in another unit at my apartments with their shower and was able to be out within 2 hours. I really appreciate them and all that they did to help me and my tenants. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be using them as my plumbing service moving forward.

We had issues with our kitchen and bathroom sink and needed the faucets replaced. Khan and another worker replaced both sinks super fast and did a great job! Very very nice people also!

We had the kitchen sink clogged and found Pure Flow Plumbing through Yelp, Chris replied instantly and provided a very resonable flat fee. We made an appointment and Chris arrived on time. We are living in a townhouse, and it is not easy to fix the clog issue. Chris had to do the snake multiple times. The quality of work is excellent, and the kitchen sink drains perfectly after the fix. Chris also gave us advices on how to maintain the sink to avoid clogging the drain in the future. The City of Morgan Hill started in June 2022 a new requirement for PSL (private sewer line) Inspections prior to selling a house. They also have a Grant Program that reimburses the homeowner up to 50% of costs for repair or replacement.

I requested my first replacement bid from TrenchFree and Carlos came out and viewed the video I received from the inspection I paid for from another company that doesn't do repairs but used his own camera to view the sewer and gave a free esitmate. I needed two more estimates for the Grant Program, it was like pulling teeth to get the estimates and some Contractors wanted to charge from $250-500 just to give a bid. I submitted my three bids and the city chose TrenchFree as the lowest and approved the Grant.

I can't say enough about how great they were to work with all while I had already relocated out of state for retirement!

Probably not space to mention all the contacts I had but Thanks Carlos for getting it all started and to all the others involved! With the reports/video I received and submitted, I was informed by the city that all looks good and my check from the Grant Program will be on the way!

Our kitchen sink had a major leak. I found a reference for Pure Plumbing Solutions on Nextoor in my neighborhood. I left a message with Mike, and he responded within 30 minutes or so. An hour later Nate was at the house diagnosing the problem. He explained everything to me, and he repaired our plumbing problem the same day. Overall, Nate was super professional and friendly. I will definitely give them a call next time our home needs service.
