John was amazing. First scheduled  appt at 2-3 pm on Sat. He called at 11ish to see if he could come at 1pm. He came on time and provided me with a detailed, honest opinion. I thought he could of totally tried to upsold me on unnecessary repairs but he did not. I think he is honest, friendly and clean. I am glad I used Yelp. Wow!! Am I glad I called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing to help. Earlier in the day I had another rooter company out to clear a clog in my main sewer line. After this other company was unable (more like unwilling) to successfully remove the clog - they wanted me to put in an unnecessary clean-out at 2 1/4 the going rate. I then called Fantastic Rooter Plumbing. Jaime Olvera was my technician and I cannot say enough good things about how he handled the situation. I explained everything that had been done including having the City out to clear the line from the existing clean-out to the sewer main. After I explained everything Jaime decided to use his camera and found no clogs. You read that right, the first guy got the clog removed but showed me the water backing up in the toilet drain. I was told not to use the toilet or anything associated in that bathroom until they could come back the next day to install this device. Jaime also put in a better connector for our toilet since the existing flange was too short and he caulked the toilet when he re-seated it. The previous guy just flung the old caulk into my backyard and didn't re-caulk when he was finished. Jaime also discounted my job since I had been through such an ordeal. I will definitely be using and referring Fantastic Rooter Plumbing to any friends who are in need of these services. Also, thank you to Jasmine in the office for being persistent in getting hold of Jaime who was likely under a house when she tried calling him She kept calling him every 10 minutes until he answered. I appreciate her diligence!! Thank you Jaime and Jasmine!! Great teamwork!!

We called them out to unclog a main drain. I tried to explain to the service person that I had this problem a few times in the past years, but because he was training a new person, it appeared he was not interested in what I had to say, and he spent over 30 minutes with his Jr. in tow, checking out under the house, on the street, around the corner for sewer laterals, etc; finally I called the big boss ; I tried to explain the issue, but all Mark would do was to yell at me, and to say that he was offended by my phone call. After listening to his rant for a while, I asked if he was finished, he then said I am finished with you and hung up. They damaged the carpet when they were here; Mark said that they would correct  the carpet issue..... Three plus hours later no contact. I called Mark, he told me that they are not going to send anyone out to clean the carpet, for me to have it cleaned and send him the bill .... I asked he to send me an email to that effect, he refused, and hung up on me again !!  

So YOU decide if that is the type of service personnel you want working for you, and in your home

Kahn provided great service from start to finish. Contacted him yesterday was out today during the time frame promised. Showed him the problem he diagnosed quickly was done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend

John was good and very honest .. he helped replace our leaking shower knob with a new one including going to Home Depot and getting the part all done within an hour. Happy with the service.

Quickly found not only original leak we called him for, but also quickly found a leak in our irrigation that none of the landscapers could find and we have a 3/4 acre property.

Don't waste your time digging ditches and looking for leaks (like we have continued to do) when Jeremy can find them quickly.  Definitely worth the money.

These guys are great! I called this morning at 8 am about an issue I was having in both of my bathrooms. They arrived around 9:45 am, as soon as I told them what was going on they knew how to fix it, told me how much it would cost, as well as long term solutions, and got to work. They were done snaking my bathroom line by 10:15 am. The guys were friendly and quick. I'd definitely recommend them, and call them again for any other plumbing issues I might have in the future.

It doesn't get any better than Tony's Plumbing!   I was in a crisis with a new fridge with icemaker that needed to be installed but I lacked a water shut off valve behind my existing fridge.  Tony & Ricky recommended that I just reuse my existing water hose and that they could get my new fridge up and working in no time vs breaking thru my walls & doing extensive plumbing work.   They saved me a ton of $$ and time.   Tony even wiped the kitchen floor where the old fridge was before installing my new one!  While they were here I had them also help make a minor fix to one of my toilets.  If you want excellent & professional customer service, quality repairs, fair prices, and people with can do & pleasant attitudes, call up Tony's Plumbing.  They came to my house within 24 hours of my call.  Quick response!   I will definitely add them to my household repairs contact list.

Great folks! They will not nickel-and-dime you. They found the issue with my drain line and fixed it for very good value. They also helped find fix issues with the shower head clogging due to sedimentation for free - they told me to just do it and save the money as it was a simple job. Overall great experience!

Cons - A minimum fee of $165 was too stiff for a job I got it done from another plumber for $65 in 15-20 minutes.

Brand new Rheem 40gal gas water heater from Home Depot wouldn't light; it is the model that lights the pilot when it needs to heat (pilot isn't on all the time). Had Bernard from Noah's Plumbing (referred by Rheem customer service) come out and he quickly confirmed it was a defective pilot assembly (probably a blockage in the tiny feeder tube). He verified proper operation with a 50gal pilot assembly he had on his truck but didn't have a replacement 40gal unit. After finding out Rheem was out of stock on the 40gal. pilot assembly, I found one in So. Cal. and had it shipped. When it arrived, Bernard picked it up at my office and went over and installed it. Water heater finally fixed. On a positive note, Rheem did reimburse me the cost of the replacement pilot assembly.

Bernard not only knew the Rheem water heater inside and out, I was especially impressed with his troubleshooting skills; fast and efficient. He, without a doubt, saved Rheem from a costly warranty replacement in this case. If you have a Rheem water heater with a problem, don't call anyone else, call Noah's Plumbing and ask for Bernard.

Today my sink got suddenly clogged. After running the garbage disposal and after seeing the water not going down and the pipes underneath the sink leaking, I knew right away that something was not right.

I didn't think twice in calling Mario's plumbing as this is my second time using them. Where should I start first....

One of Mario's employee showed up on time, with a mask on and with his boots covered since we have carpet.

After diagnosing the sink situation , it took him no time to figure out what the problem was. After fixing the clogged sink in only 20 minutes , he spot on another problem with a rusted pipe, hence the leak. He fixed the leaking pipe in literally only 5 minutes and left with a big smile on his face for being able to help me.

All I want to say is that Mario's plumbing definitely has them all... professionalism, high customer service, integrity and respect.

( In the hope that nothing else will break in the house)....  I will definitely use Mario's plumbing services again !!

Kahn and his assistant came out today and did a couple of jobs for us.  Changed out the backyard hose faucet and snaked out our clogged kitchen sink pipes. They came out earlier than scheduled and called ahead to make sure we were there.  Both guys were friendly and got right to work checking out the problems.  Kahn quoted me $125 to snake the kitchen sink and $75 to replace the outside faucet ( I told him I had already bought a replacement part).  When it turned out I had bought the wrong part he agreed, when I asked him, to provide a replacement at no extra charge.  Since they didn't have the right part in the truck, his assistant (a workman with a great attitude) pieced one together from parts they had and it worked fine.  So far so good, right?  Then, why not 5 stars?

Now, Kahn is working the snake to clear the pipes and he tells me that the grease is really heavy, and I should clean it out every 3 or 4 years.  Makes sense - got it.  Later, when he repeated the bit about the heavy grease, I was like, yeah, didn't we cover that point already?  And finally when he was leaving he reminds me again me how heavy our grease was.  So I say, you can take that grease with you 'cause we don't need it.

Now, I'm wondering why heavy grease is such a big deal for Kahn.  He's got the heavy duty snake, he got the pipes cleaned out in 15 or 20 minutes and is getting paid $125 for his trouble. It seems kind of insulting to keep on about how dirty you let your pipes get.  Makes me feel like my lifestyle is greasier than it should be, like I should cut back on the lard and stop pouring frying pans full of bacon grease down the drain every morning.  

So, yeah, my pipes are clogged up with grease and that's why I called you to get them cleaned out.  This is like you if were to go to the dentist and the hygienist is getting ready to clean your teeth and she says, ' Wow,  your teeth are filthy and then while she's cleaning she says, This plaque is gross, dude and then when you leave she says, try brushing those things once in a while!.  

I get this from oil change guys sometimes, Man, your oil is really dirty, and I'm like, yeah, that's why I came to the oil change place to have you put some clean oil in.

So plumbers, remember: Grease is your friend -  it's what prompts us to invite you over to our homes and to fork over the cash.  You are, indeed, living off the fat of the land.

All in all, the experience wasn't bad at all. The repairs were done in a short time and they left everything in good order You can judge for yourselves if the price seems fair.  Only thing I would say is dial back your comments on the grease.

Our garbage disposal get clogged since yesterday morning and Chris came to fix within just 30 minutes! We are surprised with his expertise and efficiency. We will definitely ask for his help if we need any plumbing service next time.

I've recently hired TrenchFree ( 9/25 & 9/26/17) to install at my residence a new Property Line Cleanout, a new Building Cleanout and a new Sewer Lline connection between the two cleanouts. This was done using their Trench-free process. I found their employees to be prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
