I put 5 to David (+ Max M) for taking full ownership and professionally resolving the issue with our heater. As for the business as a whole, I would rate them at 3 -3,5, since we were not provided with the correct estimate and the issue was not identified properly within first 2 visits, our landlord had to pay 10 times more than it was estimated initially.

As the owner of a water damage restoration company, I've had the privilege to work side by side with this leak detection company. Leak detection is a specialized industry that requires the right skills, right tools, and great integrity with its business practices. They also have a very fast turn around time. I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. This is why we heavily rely on their services when our clients need leak detection or a water damage source report.

We were really pleased with Redwood Pipe and Drain. We wanted to start moving into our new house and they were able to start the next week and tackle the whole job: new copper pipe, installation of on-demand hot water in different location, water softener, redo drainage, relocation of washer/dryer. His crew were friendly and they worked really well together. We were really pleased that Mike and his team did the work and left the yard just as they found it. The coordination with subs (electrical, sheetrock) was seamless. All that work an they were in and out in less than a week!

Great job done quickly and professionally.  Pricing was good!  Had dishwasher and disposal replaced. Rich took the time to explain how the new ones worked.  Very happy and will definitely use again!!

I recently had two interactions with Miramar plumbing that did not go well. The first interaction was for a leak in my kitchen that was also bubbling my walls downstairs. I had thought it was the dishwasher that had leaked, but this was coincidental. Nonetheless, George looked no further and missed that the actual leak was behind the refrigerator. Of course this allowed additional damage and created more issues.

I thought I would give a local business one more chance. But on this occasion we called twice over 24 hours, once stating it was urgent, and then had to call a third time. Only to be told they did not have the tools needed to do the job.

When it comes to plumbing issues thoroughness and responsiveness are paramount. Unfortunately neither of those were satisfied in my interactions.

I needed a gas line removed to my pool heater and they came out same day, did the job and more!  They offered to take out the pipe to the heater at no extra charge.  Great guys and I will keep them on speed dial!!!

Our bath tub clogged so we called on there services this guy Edwin Rivera came out had back service in 10min. He very polite and proffessional. Thank you Warranted Plumbing Services your Reasonable price and quick service. No more Roto Rooter

Tonight, we have running water again thanks to Steve! He came to our house at night to figure out where the leak in our garden was coming from. He diagnosed the problem correctly, but had to come back in the daylight to excavate. His diagnosis was correct! He found and fixed the problem quickly. His work was very neat and other then a trimmed hedge you wouldn't even know he had to dig. I will absolutely call on him next time we need a plumber. Best of all he charged much less than what one big company quoted us. Thanks Steve!

Thank you Eddie! We had a mysterious leak in our ceiling between our first and second floor that had ruined the drywall. He was super polite, on time, wore booties in the house, taped off the area to keep the room clean, diagnosed the issue quickly and even offered to repair a light canister that had rusted as part of the problem. He repaired the issue and even repaired the drywall in just a few hours. He will forever be the plumber we call for future needs. Thank you!

Leo was the lead for this amazing job. I woke up to a clogged sink, that hadn't drained from the dishwasher the night before. When I expressed my concern about the job, he had the owner come so they could talk it over and modify the work so I would be more comfortable - and saved me some money there. I really appreciate how seriously he took my concern. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks Leo!

We had all of the old pipes in our 98 year old house replaced. Advanced Repipe Specialist was efficient and professional, and were reasonably priced.

It was a Sunday evening and my water heater gave up.  With a river of water running out of my garage, I called Dependable Water Heaters for help.  The reason I called that particular company was because of the universally glowing reviews on Yelp.  Adrian not only took my call on his only day off and Mother's Day, no less, but he also told me exactly what to do to get through the night and came out the next day to assess the situation.  He showed up on time, of course, with a new water heater and disconnected my broken unit.  In addition, Adrian called and scheduled the water damage restoration company, Dry Force, and gave me the number of a good drywall person.  (By the way, Dry Force is another outstanding company.)

The water damage in my garage was repaired and Adrian quickly came back out, installed my new water heater and explained how to take care of it.  Every interaction with him has been comforting, personable and professional.  The quality of his work was outstanding and his price was extremely reasonable.  My only regret is that Adrian does not do all other home repairs because I would call him for everything.  He is definitely a keeper.

Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

After the technician didn't show up during his appointment window was past, I called the office. After they hung up on me, I called them back to learn that they forgot to call me an hour earlier to tell me he was running late. They assured me someone would be there that afternoon, and 10 minutes before the second appointment window was closed, someone (not the guy they said) arrived. At one point, he left to get parts, but after his return, I went to check on him and he was missing. He did a crap job at the installation of new shower stems. 1) he installed the stems on the opposite valves 2) he did not cut the hot stem to length 3) he cut the right stem too short so the thumb screw could not be tightened 4) he damaged my toilet seat cover when he used it to cut the stems 5) he did not pick up his mess 6) he tried to convince us that the hardware was specialty and he would return with more parts the next day, but what he really did was screw up the job so badly that he was trying to cover his tracks.7) tried to pass a used stem for a new one. 8) cross threaded the stem and bent it beyond repair. I wish I could attach photos. For a Diamond Certified company, they are a complete sham.

I hire this co. for an emergency same day gas water heater replacement. The came promptly and had it done for an hour or so. Fast, efficient, clean. They took care the old heater. The price is not the lowest, but I need a knowledgeable plumber. I should have given them a 5 stars, but only I found out that it is a 38 gallons, not 40 gallons that I have asked them. Well,  the 2 gallons difference cost me $30 rebates from PG&E.

Our water heater went out. I called around to a couple of plumbers. 2 never returned my calls, two more quoted me prices $500 and $1300 more than here! The plumber arrived on time and had my water heater replaced in an hour! Great experience overall.

I don't believe I ever made a bad review about a company that I was involved with. This plumbing company is in the list of certified contractors of American Home Shield, my home warranty company,  that they sent to look at my stoppage on my kitchen sewer line to the main line after paying $100. They did the usual snake process twice and reported that they found mud on the snake and requested AHS the use a camera to find the problem. AHS did not approve it saying it was my responsibility since it's not part of my contract. It was an emergency so I contacted another plumbing company, Gasca Plumbing, who did the identical procedure and they were able to clear the stoppage. They went down the crawl space to inspect and found my sewer pipe intact.
The report that Rock's Plumbing wrote to AHS was there was a SLAB LEAK. How can there be a slab leak if my house is NOT built on a SLAB but rather have a crawl space. I read a consumer review about Rocky's and some one advice that check on their license if it is active.
