Artur and a fellow technician installed my HVAC replacement today. I live in a 3rd floor condominium and they had no issues with the installation within my unit and on the roof top. They both wore masks and left my place as neat as when they first arrived.
Overall it's been very pleasant dealing with Fuse Repair.  The response has been great  - from the initial visit by Stan to assess my place for a quote,  documentation provided as requested by my HOA and up to the installation.  I highly recommend their service.

I've found the owner to be honest, skilled, punctual and knowledgeable in the field. Mike and his guys did several jobs at my house over the last year including a partial repipe, new drains, and some work on gas lines. In each case there was great communication from start to finish, a very fair price, and the work was all top notch. So much so that other contractors that have been to my house commented on how good the work looked.

Rich Briscoe is, without a doubt, the finest plumber we have ever worked with in the last 40 years that we have owned our home. We had a bad experience with a local plumber years ago who did not complete the job as we requested and so, in our search for someone more reliable, we found Briscoe Plumbing. Not only is Rich professional, he is ingenious, thorough, and warm-hearted. He quickly responds to calls and goes over and above what he's being asked to do. A perfect example is the fact that we called him to do a bathroom job and he got it done correctly and left. 15 minutes after he left, we remembered we had a problem with a refrigerator grate that we were told by a Bosch refrigerator man was impossible to fix. Rich took on the job and fixed  it for us. Also, the handle of the refrigerator's freezer was broken and the same Bosch repairman charged us $150 to tell us it couldn't be fixed. Rich took the door off and with tenacity fixed it perfectly and we were so grateful to him and so happy. Moreover, Rich is reasonably priced, fair, and knowledgeable not just about plumbing, but about helping the homeowner get the care they need.

I called him up to ask about the cost to flush a hot water heater and he asked how old it was. Since my hot water heater is from 2004, he didn't recommend flushing it out. Due to age and likely significant sediment, it could stir it up enough to clog up the lines.  He didn't think it'd be worth it for me and recommended to save my money for replacing the water heater, which would likely be soon.

He's honest and gives a good opinion and I really appreciate that! Will call him when it breaks!

I posted my plumbing needs on Yelp and the response was immediate.  Unfortunately, I spoke to another company who also responded quickly. They were very gracious about my dilemma.

I called Steve at 830 after discovering that my hot water heater had blown up...  I called Steve Davis. Got right a hold of him. Him came right over confirmed the cost of new heater, did not try to talk me into higher priced model, only what we needed. He left to get the new Hot water heater and came right back. Got everything back up earlier than he had promised. Then for no charge he fixed the dryer venting on my dryer and made a few suggestions and it has really cut my drying time down. I would recommend Steve Davis Plumbing to anyone. Thanks Steve.......  Nice Guy too....

Eddy Cruz was terrific.   I had a really hard job for him.   I am not really handy but I can do some simple things.   Getting my old faucet out so I could install a new one wasn't simple.    I tried and tried.   Even bought not one but two basin wrenches that were supposed to be the best but neither one could budge it.   Eddy also tried for about a half hour and then concluded it had been glued in.   So, undaunted, he removed the old faucet from the top instead of the bottom.   I was also missing some screws for the new faucet.   Anyway, he got it done at the price quoted.  Excellent.   He is my guy from now on.

i was very impressed with this company.  We had our entire house re-piped from pex pipes to copper due to many leaks we had with the pex pipes.  Ramiro was very professional and gave us an accurate quote and realistic timeline for the job.  They were excellent and stayed on schedule.  They were also very neat while doing the work (protected floors, etc).  Once the job was complete, they quickly patched up the walls and re-textured perfectly.  The staff were all very professional and polite.  During the process, they offered to change our shower faucets since the walls were opened up, as it would be a good time for that if we wanted it.  We now have new shower faucets and pipes that provide immediate hot water and are thrilled with the work done.  I can't recommend them enough.

I couldn't have asked for someone more friendly and helpful than Adrian. I had hot water leaking from a pipe on my side yard and he came to my house less than an hour after I called him in the afternoon. He told me that not only did I have a broken pressure valve on my water heater pushing water into the yard, but the water heater itself was broken and leaking. Then he showed me everything he saw so I could see too. He told me he could get a new one and replace it right away. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Definitely the first person I will call him if I ever have a question again.

When I got to the garage this morning, our water heater started leaking...I found this company on Thumbtack and they offered to come on the same day to fix it! He also provides a quote right away, very straightforward and transparent pricing. After quoting a few others we chose them because they offer the most reasonable price. Oleskii definitely knows his stuff - he told us the problem right away, the material cost, and overall itemized cost. All very clear and specific. He got the job done with no issue. Total Plumbing Services were very quick to respond and scheduled us the same day for a camera sewer line inspection. Roberto was very professional and knowledgeable and even explained the inspection every step of the way. We didn't feel overwhelmed or rushed to make any decision about next steps which we really appreciated. Would recommend their services to anyone!

I was in the middle of hosting my son's 5th birthday party and my tenant calls about an emergency leaking water heater.    I call Ivan who was just finishing up a job and he rushed over to the rescue.  He arrived, diagnosed, fixed and invoiced me all within a couple hours.   Speed and convenience!

They were able to come right away to fix a outside leaking faucet I thought needed replacement since very old , but he took out his wrench tighten it up & didn't charge me. Best 5minutes I've had with a plumber, even thou I felt alittle dumb!
