We had our water heater spring a leak and flood our kitchen on a Saturday, of course. After calling a few plumbers Team Contractors were the only ones to respond and I'm glad they did. They arrived ahead of the scheduled time, went with us to pick out a good water heater and stayed until we were up and running. They were responsive, courteous, thorough and had a pleasant attitude. They even offered to stay an extra hour to make sure the water heater worked correctly. I would highly recommend their services.

I highly recommend All Pro Repipe for your repipe and plumbing work.  I am doing some work in my kitchen and we found out that all the pipes under the house are rusted and ready to burst.  Julio came and did the estimate.  He was honest and very thoroughly with his evaluation.  He found additional issues and gave us options.  When he provides the estimate he stated that if they find any additional issues, they will cover the cost and the estimate was final.  Julio stayed true to his words.  We found additional things and his team took care of it.  Also, in order to move my kitchen forward, Julio made sure he did the work during same week and in one day.  It was a big job but they delivered - they worked late.

The quality of their work was great.  All patching was done.  They replaced my bathroom shower faucet, pipes, etc without touching one single tile.

My contractor saw their work in the kitchen pipes and say they did really good work.  But what I appreciate most their thoroughness in their work and trust that I don't have to worry about my pipes anymore.

OMG! What a find! Honest, personable, knowledgeable, reliable and quick to respond. After a sewer backup we were told by another reputable company we needed all lines replaced to the tune of 20k!! They seemed so pushy we felt we needed to get a second opinion and so thankful we did! After lengthy inspection, climbing on the roof  and thorough camera inspection , George concluded it was just a simple clog that had needed to be cleaned. George explained every step and what we were seeing on the camera. Wow! Being an old house there will always be a need for a good plumber and so grateful we found this wonderful tradesman. Don't use anyone else...he is the best!

Plumbing Solutions,  Mark was awesome! Today was one of those days BART was really delayed and Plumbing Solutions was flexible with my schedule because my husband was stuck on BART. Mark came over and unclogged our kitchen drain line quickly!  He also gave us ideas on how to make sure this problem doesn't happen again. I really hope we don't need a plumber again, but if we do we will use them.

I'm so happy I found Kratzer Plumbing!  After waiting over 24 hours for another plumber to come (with a very high quote), I called Lee.  The problem was fixed within two hours of me calling him (on a Saturday) and his price was substantially lower than the other guy.

While we didn't go with Wilmar plumbing this time, they were super responsive in coming out to give an estimate, followed Covid-19 protocols and quickly turned around a quote for acceptance.  The quote was comparable the other 4 quotes we received for installation of faucet, garbage disposal, new plumbing for a new sink and gas hookup for a new range top.  We had a few options and went with the plumber who could come out and do our install sooner.

I recently had a new soft water conditioner installed at my house. I called  Serv - All  because I have been a client of theirs for many years. They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. As a first time homebuyer, finding a plumber I could trust was a daunting task; however when I found this company, a weight was lifted off my shoulders! Kevin the owner, is absolutely great! I called and ask for a recommendation on a gas dryer instillation, he sent someone out that same day who was nice, knowledgeable and quick!  Highly recommend this company :)

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

(4) Finally, he charged us a very FAIR PRICE, especially considering his commute - just $200 to complete the work!

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Dave was very responsive and able to schedule fixing a clogged sink on short notice. He explained what was wrong and very efficient! I'll definitely use him in the future for any plumbing issues!

Benjamin Williams and his colleague were  awesome ! He came into our place of business ready and willing to help with our exploding bathrooms. He got the job done in a day and a half and even cleaned them ! He later returned to fix another broken toilet ! Yay them !

After purchasing our home, we learned that EBMUD could not turn on our water due to a leak. We were extremely worried that we might have to replace our entire plumbing system to replace the galvanized pipes with copper. At minimum, we knew we had to replace the water main pipe that was leaking. On top of it all, we had low water pressure and poor heat going to our rear shower, leak under the kitchen sink and leak in the bathroom.

We expressed our concern to Odie and he found a way to replace just the two most important pipes. We now have excellent water pressure and heated water throughout our 118-year-old house.

Julio was remarkable! He replaced my water softener and in doing so showed a creativity and ingenuity to complete the job well. I purchased a smaller than previous unit and the shorter height caused a problem with the connectors. The longest (24) pipes were too short to reach the new unit. The picture shows how he solved the issue. I was able to save money and avoid the trouble of having to return the new unit for a larger one that I don't need.

Vlad saved us so much stress and we have water in our house tonight.  We had a leaking valve.  I called a few places.  He was the only one that offered help right away.  I have no words how grateful I am.  Just amazing service in every possible way.  I will only use his help with plumbing from now on.  The best experience!!!

I had a seemingly simple bathtub faucet leak but recalled in years past, this job was a little more difficult than I was comfortable doing given my skill-set.  If I made a mistake, I would be without water throughout the house for an unknown period.  After reading Yelp reviews, making a few phone calls, and trying to get someone to call back (this leak was not critical, just persistent and I wanted to get it fixed while my time permitted), Richard  called back and discussed my problem. He had me text a photo of the hardware to him, identified the hardware manufacturer and verified he had the necessary parts.   We scheduled an appointment for that evening. He called a couple hours prior to the scheduled appointment saying he could come earlier -- which was fine with me.   20 minutes later he was at my house and completed the job satisfactory within 90 minutes.  While working, he explained what he was doing and if his fix didn't stop the leak he discussed other potential (more complex and costly) solutions.  In the end, he stopped the leak and it has been fine since.   Cost for the time and parts seemed reasonable.  I was happy to have the job done.

Adam did an amazing job! We have had contractors out for things over the years and there was always something that could be better. Adam did better then we could have expected. He replaced a valve in the shower and did it so there was no hole cut in the wall. The attention to detail was outstanding! Good Guys will be our plumber from here on out.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
