I got a project in dire need of sewer lateral inspection and Team Contractors came to the rescue. Khoa and his crew came promptly/on-time, quickly assessed the situation and prepped the sites for visual inspection. Given the lack of clean out on the property, Khoa had a team member went down to the crawlspace and inserted the camera from there. After determining the sewer line is in good shape, he came again for the inspection showing the condition of sewer line to the city inspector. He also insured that we had a good copy of the video recording so we can provide the video to the city for record.

All these works were done in a very short period of time. Khoa was extremely professional, thorough and patient throughout the process. His fee is very reasonable given amount of time and work his team put into it - they worked on the hottest days with temperature running 95+ degree with no complaint.

I highly recommend Team Contractors. They did what they promised and over-delivered on top of it - I hope there are more contractors like them. I will definitely call Khoa and his team again for my next project.

I called Bellows to service my furnace. They quoted me $150 to show up to my door. Any service or repairs to the furnace would be charged extra and they won't tell you how much the service costs.

For the past 3 years that we've been in our home, we always default to the local plumber who does a fine job.  However, on a recent issue with the new Toto toilet, I received a quote for $600 to fix it.  This just didn't seem right.

My husband suggested we try the plubmer he uses for his business in Gilroy.  At first, I was hesistant to have someone come all the way from San Martin to help us on what I believed to be a basic fix but upon speaking with Brian, he was more than happy to help and do the drive to see what he could do.

(1) First off, Brian was PUNCTUAL - something that normally isn't a virtue with the contractors and plumbers we've used.  Having an infant at home, this was so appreciated and just plain respectful of our time - thank you!

(2) Brian quickly UNDERSTOOD the issue, had the correct parts to fix it in less than an hour.

(3) Brian was RESPECTFUL of our home, making sure to keep clean the area he worked in.

In addition, a left over issue from a past job by our former plubmer to fix the kitchen sink still acts up from time to time.  Brian had a look and quickly understood the issue and is going to come again to fix it.

What I appreciate so much is that the team at Sullivan isn't green to plumbing issues.  Clearly, Brian has grown up around the trade and can quickly and effectively address the issues without wasting time and our money.

Julio came out to my house to check out a water leak coming from my ceiling in the kitchen area. He was able to diagnose and repair the leak in the same day and set up my Sheetrock appointment for the next day. Julio was very polite, professional and worked quickly to take care of my issue. I had a dripping showerhead, so I requested a quote via yelp. Vlad was the first one to replied and told me he could come and take a look in half an hour. He showed up with a mask, quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave me an affordable and competitive price. Within 2 hours, the dripping was gone, and everything is fixed! Adam is very knowledgeable on Takagi tankless water heater. We had a problem to produce hot water.  Adam diagnosed the tank and figured out that it was not tank problem.  Finally he found that it was shower valve which was installed opposite way.  Adam re-installed valve and now it works.  Adam is polite, on time, and skilled. He is very busy, but it worth to wait for him. He charges the reasonable price.

Rosendo arrived early! He was friendly and helpful. He looked at the job, and went to work. Needed to cap a pipe that had no threading. 15 minutes and it was solved.

No knowledge of fixing hot water heater at all.
We have paid $125 first trip +$200 second trip to 99 Dollars plumbing
But they didn't solve the problem on no hot water coming out.
We end up have it repaired by a handyman who replaced the burner.
The burner was provided by Rheem warranty program.
The handyman we hired said, it should  be easy to read red lights on the control valve which tells you which part may be the problem .
There was No formal invoice
No repair description on the receipt
