I am very happy with the service that Ron provided. We had a number of small projects that needed to be taken care of and he was quick and efficient. We had an attic fan replaced, Satellite TV cables re-routed to an interior wall, an outlet and switch installed for an exterior fountain and outlets and light switch installed in our shed. I hired ALTAP to upgrade my electrical panel from 100A to 200A because he gave me the best quote and some good advice on how to upgrade the kitchen wiring. He was on time in all his appointments and he took care of the city permit and the inspection.

This morning my microwave made a popping sound that made me very nervous. I called and was able to make phone contact with Rhonda right away. I explained my concerns, and she said she would check the schedule and get back to me. She did, within 20 minutes, and Geoff was able to come check things out in short order. Wiring is fine, I do need a new microwave. I was so happy to have this checked out so quickly, and not have to worry about wiring with everything else going on in our world these days. I so appreciate  both Rhonda's and Geoff's efficient and very kind responses to calls for help! Thank you so much!

I contacted BAY ELECTRIC in SF several weeks ago to fix/repair the long fluorescent light tube & fixture in the garage.  

Keven, the owner, responded, explained the problem and replaced/fixed it and cleaned up the area under the fixture where he was working.

He also replaced a light switch in the kitchen.

Years ago I had an electrical box with a timer installed in the garage to power a small deck.
I needed to have someone re-route the power  off of the timer and direct it to the existing gray electrical power box on the deck.  

Two days ago I called Kevin at BAY ELECTRIC in SF to do the job.  He was unable to come out but offered to send Yoni who also works at Bay Electric.  Yoni arrived promptly when he said he would.  I showed him what needed to be done.  

I offered him the ladder in the garage.  When he was finished he returned the ladder to its proper place and made sure the area under he was working was clean.

Yoni also checked the gray electrical box on the deck to make sure everything was working correctly.

I am extremely pleased with both Kevin and Yoni and their work ethics.  They are prompt, polite, professional and friendly to talk with.

It's the little things in life that mean so much to me.  I am confident now that Kevin & Yoni from BAY ELECTRIC in SF are at the other end of my phone call if/when I have any and all electrical issues in the future.

Mark installed ceiling fans in 4 rooms and recessed lighting in another and it was perfect, he also added an outlet for wall mounted and he fished HDMI cables through the wall for me. Very professional, charged me exactly what he quoted me and he did an amazing job.

This company responded promptly and actually showed up!  What a relief!  After having at least 5 contractors for various things not return calls or not show up for appointments in the Salinas area, it was nice to deal with a professional, reliable company. The young man they sent out was courteous, quick, and got the job done. I will definitely refer them and use them again. Thank you!

After dealing with a couple other plumbers trying to get some issues dealt with. I was so frustrated with sub par customer service & extra wait time for the appointments (not being prompt) I live in mountains & it appears most service companies have an issue with it. Anyways called Bellows only because I've seen them driving up to Bonny Doon often, I was informed of an extra service charge for long distance, which no problem esp if I get good service. After their first visit, I was very impressed excellent customer service & Andrew was so friendly & willing to check out other issues with our messed up plumbing. He not only fixed the main problems but then helped arrange another team Member to come out & do a larger job under the house where he found broken pipes. I would highly recommend Bellows to anyone in need of any plumbing issues. Thanks so much!

I e-mailed Sam at Hi-Tech AV to redo some wiring and correct some blatant mistakes committed by an installer before. Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.

On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
