Zack has done work for me on 3 separate occasions now.  He was recommended by another contractor.  I have to say he did an excellent job.  He was quick and knowledgeable. I will always call him whenever I need work done.  He lives here locally as well.  Also he did something no other electrician has EVER done.  He cleaned up after himself!  I am not kidding either.  Do you know what I mean?  Most contractors leave their electrical bits and pieces all over the ground, floor, and anywhere else.  Zack is really down to earth and treated my house as if it were his own.   So....... did I tell you he cleaned up after himself?

Tony is a quality professional.  Great customer responsiveness/engagement and just the same with the service he delivered.  Installed multiple Nest items including doorbell and outside cameras.  Highly recommend him and will have him back for future projects.

Eden did a high end kitchen remodel including a new subpanel, as well as a bunch of minor outlet and switch modifications around the house.  I always felt like I was in great hands with Eden.  They are very professional, and the quality of their work was always perfect.

All wiring was beautifully tacked up, threaded through conduits, neatly tucked into outlet boxes, clearly labeled, and tested.  They discovered and pointed out problems and found solutions to obstructions.  

Pricing was very good, and they were willing to come back as many times as was needed to interleave their work with other trades to complete the job, without introducing any delays to the schedule.

Fantastic service. We needed to replace 3 light fixtures and we had a non-working doorbell/intercom system for many years. Every other electrician said they don't do doorbell/intercoms except Fuse. Michael came and was so gracious and courteous and got us 3 nice fixtures and installed them perfectly. The real surprise was that he didn't give up on the doorbell/intercom which a prior electrician said was unfixable and needed to be replaced. Michael found the problem and was able to fix the doorbell/intercom and saved us from having to call in a different contractor who would have probably made us replace the whole system. Many thanks to Michael and Fuse Electrical!

I replaced an electric outlet in my kitchen and inadvertently hooked the power up backwards which apparently shorted out one of the breaker circuits In my breaker box.  This left me without power in our main bathroom, master bedroom, hallway and office/spare bedroom. Ken of AC3 LLC was one of only two electricians to return my call in a timely manner and was the only one that could come out and track down and fix the problem the same day. He was prompt, friendly, and diligent. I am very grateful he was available and will be using him for future electrical work I will be doing.

I would like to thank lex for coming out in such short notice and helping me out. We had a short circuit and he was very responsive and fast and efficient. I can't thank him enough, I'm glad he was able to fix the issue even before arriving he already knew what it was. I highly recommend their services at ONE10.

No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

It was after 6pm, we need the service. I found Altap Electrical on Yelp. It was the only shop that opened until 8pm. After the call, Bahram showed up quickly, and identified and fixed the problem within  one hour with reasonable price. It was impressive. Would highly recommend.

We had wires ran to our fireplace for a TV mount (the wires had to be hidden along the ceiling) and 2 exterior patio lights installed (and new wires/connections from the main electrical panel). Craig was very responsive, meticulous, and reasonable! We initially got a few quotes from different electricians... the first quote we received from a Bay Area company wanted to charge us 4x as much! Another electrician wanted to expand the project to be much more complicated. It just goes to show how you really need to explore your options even for simple projects.

When we met Craig and he described his process to us, we knew that he was someone who paid attention to detail. The work was completed in a day and a half -- we were extremely happy with the results. He's very personable and kind - our 2.5-year-old daughter thought he was hilarious. Really glad that we met Craig and we highly recommend him!

After reading some good reviews, I thought I'd send Geoff a message and request an estimate via Yelp for some minor electrical work at my house (replacing outlets, removing old phone wiring, etc.).
All I got back was a very short reply of Too busy. Apologies.

If you're busy, that's fine...but I was asking for an estimate.
Geoff, here's some constructive feedback for you:
The next time someone contacts you for an estimate, at least TRY to give the impression that you want their business.
You could've easily given me a rough estimate and then say you were booked for now.  You could've also followed up by asking me how soon I needed the work done...maybe even say you'd like to try to work something out or even refer me to a colleague...something other than your short, dismissive reply.  Granted, a referral might be a bit much but it's not unheard of.  In fact, PJ Erwin, one of your Oakland competitors was nice enough to give me a referral even though he was booked.

My point is that you need to work on your customer service skills because you've definitely lost a potential customer.  However, it's obvious you don't care judging from your reply to me.

My Home was built in 1948, back then grounded wiring did not exist. I had Bay ElectricSF rewire and upgrade my entire home. I had a few estimates, His wasn't the cheapest or most expensive. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do a job right. His workers for my job, Johnny, and Jamie were both very good, hard-working, always on time, and very professional. I am completely satisfied with Mark's work and he will now be my go-to for all of my electrician needs.  He installed a new outdoor outlet for a new hot tub that I purchased that required some trenching.  Mark did a great job, had it done fast and was extremely neat.  He didn't leave the area a mess! Mark had a great attitude and I felt comfortable with him working in my home and around my daughter.

These guys were great.  They recently did two projects at our house and we were very happy with the results from both of them and the price was reasonable.  Will for sure use them again in the future.

I have had three jobs done by Bellows:
* Replacement of  the sewer main from the house to the street.
* Replacement of 40' of waste line and hydrojetting of an in-slab waste line.
* Removal of old furnace and installation of new furnace.

In every case, I have been 100% satisfied.  They do great work.  They are on-time, efficient and completely clean up at the end of the day and at the completion of the job.  

They have always charged reasonable rates and there have never been any surprises.  They are excellent communicators and make the options, costs, and potential challenges very clear up front.  I've been lucky and didn't run into any of the nasty things that can happen when doing major plumbing repairs and line jetting.  But I knew in advance what could happen and felt that I was making informed decisions.

On the furnace job, they discovered a rusted duct and gave me multiple options, ranging from a very cheap 5 year fix to replacement of the section.  I elected to replace the section.  The additional cost was very reasonable and only covered the cost of materials and the minor additional time to install.

Last but not least, I have personally enjoyed every employee with whom I have interacted.  You know that feeling you get when someone is forcing themselves to be nice but they either don't like you or don't like their job or both?  None of that with Bellows!  They have all been up front, honest and mostly pretty happy, except when banging a knuckle. :)  I have felt very comfortable interacting with them and trusting them in my home.

I was very surprised at this business; and sad to say, this is my very first negative review on Yelp.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.

However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.

Disappointing.
