I hired I2A to troubleshoot an electrical issue and to install an outdoor conduit/outlet. Tony arrived on-time and took the time to carefully examine the wiring. He explained everything to me in great detail and answered all of my questions with great patience. We discussed the various options for the conduit and he walked me through the alternatives and tradeoffs. He also helped me solve a long-stand mystery about my home wiring along the way! In the end we agreed on a solution and a price. Tony arrived on-time to do the work and did a wonderful job. He asked me questions along the way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. This morning our power in three rooms shut off. We went to the breaker box but nothing was working. I reached out at 7am and an appointment was scheduled for 4pm. They arrived early and were able to check out our breaker and diagnose the problem.

The issue was corrected and good advice was given. I will definitely be coming back for all electrical needs.

No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

Awesome service, only one of three to answer my phone call on a Saturday morning, I wasn't home when he arrived early, waited for me with no irritation, friendly, came in and solved the problem right away, no complaints.

Craig replaced a couple switches and an outlet. It was my mistake that I didn't ask for a quote. There is a minimum fee for coming out. I haven't had minor electrical work performed in a while so I wasn't aware of a minimum fee. The price was more than the last time I had my switches replaced (4 years ago) as I also had other work done and more than anticipated for minor work. Minimum fee makes sense, and his pricing is likely reasonable. Up front communication about minimum fees and pricing would have been appreciated. I would have considered waiting and adding more work as my job wasn't an emergency. Craig is a personable guy, does good work and I'd recommend him for future jobs which is why I still provided a high rating but just make sure to discuss pricing up front with him if he forgets to bring it up.

We suddenly lost power yesterday morning and scrambled to find an emergency electrician. Bay came and performed a thoughtful assessment and very fast and reasonable repair. The electrician who came was on his day off and was more than happy to assist. The service was fast, the diagnosis was correct and most importantly the price was fair - even in an emergency. I should point out that before Bay came, we had another electrician come who tried to tell us we needed to replace our whole panel for $6000. I'm so glad we sniffed out that scam and found Bay to help. Highly recommend!

I found Kody Wright through Yelp and what a find!  We needed an electrician who knew audio/visual installation and could help navigate us through the hoops of getting Comcast to Carmel with it's challenge of descriptive addresses.  Not only did Kody respond immediately and arrive on time, he installed the TV and system beautifully and became our go-to person in handling Comcast. We live out of town and Kody went way beyond the call of duty meeting Comcast at our house for the setup when we were unable to be there.  To add icing to the cake, he wouldn't charge us for his time.  Wright Electrical will be our electricians for as long as we're around and I highly recommend him for any job.  You'll be so glad you called.
