Great electrician. We found him on Yelp, and consider him our electrician. My wife has a few other projects for him. And fairly priced as well.

Had an electrical problem on a Sunday morning.
Tony responded to my quote request nearly immediately, and was able to come out the same day. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be on the PG+E side.
He is friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him.

Amazing Work. I called the company, they answered right away and gave them a brief description of the wiring issue I had with an oven that I moved to a new location... They showed up within 1 hour to come and take a look and was able to diagnose and fix the issue.  Thank you very much for your amazing knowledge and getting my oven to work!!! Fuse Electrical installed an EV wall connector for us.  I only have good things to say about them.  That includes their scheduling, estimation,  inspection coordination, and installation teams.  I find them to be very prompt, professional, courteous, and creative.  You wouldn't go wrong with hiring them.

Same day response and in-person consultation in less than 5 hours, on a SATURDAY.  Free consultation recommended getting seen by PG&E before pursuing electrical work, which is ultimately what we needed.  Fast, knowledgeable, honest. Its obvious he has many years of experience in the field.  Keeping this contact for if/when we ever need an experienced electrician.

Lex not only was the best electrician, but he was a kind human being.

Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!

We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.

We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.

10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

We had a great experience with Altap. Bahram came installed an electric car charger for us. We're delighted with his work. We're going to be calling him for any other electrical work that we need done. I wouldn't hesitate to use them. They're awesome.

UPDATE: Minutes after posting, the owner Geoff Williams called my cell and personally threatened me. He said, I'm going down to the Hayward courthouse now and will sue you for $500,000. I notified Yelp of the violation of their rules but looks like he does this all the time. Check out the other negative reviews. Am hoping Yelp will take notice and stop him.

Disappointing, unprofessional attitude from the owner. Scheduling was a hassle and they didn't call me when they said they would. I still went ahead with an appointment after quickly finding them on Yelp.

The owner Geoff Williams shows up hair disheveled, bloodshot eyes, like he rolled out of bed onto my porch. He doesn't say hello, identify himself, or give me a card. (Got his name by calling the office after). I open the door and he gives me a dirty look. So I say Good Morning. No response. I say, Well, how can I help you? He says ONE word, Electrician. He's literally so lazy he can't put it in a sentence. Maybe he had a really rough night or bad morning, but seems like he doesn't want this job.

If this is his attitude BEFORE he gets the job, I'm thinking the estimate is going to be crazy high. I tell him I need a panel upgrade, but before I'm going to let him into my home, want him to have a positive attitude. He turns around and walks away! I need someone who can get the job done and show me respect as a client. I certainly don't want the negative energy of a dirty old man in my home. Give your business to someone who works hard to earn business, not this arrogant guy.

My Home was built in 1948, back then grounded wiring did not exist. I had Bay ElectricSF rewire and upgrade my entire home. I had a few estimates, His wasn't the cheapest or most expensive. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to do a job right. His workers for my job, Johnny, and Jamie were both very good, hard-working, always on time, and very professional. We needed a Ring Video Doorbell installed, so I reached out to a few electricians  for a quote. Mark's response was the most detailed one and tied for the best price, so we went with him. He showed up a little later than the scheduled time, but kept us informed. He was extremely professional - wore a mask the entire time, took his shoes off when he came inside - and friendly. He got the job done quickly, but waited around to make sure the doorbell worked with the app. He also did a few other minor jobs we had. We will definitely go with him for any future electrical work we need done - highly recommended!

We have used several different plumbing companies since living in Santa Cruz county and I have to say that working with Bellows was probably one of our best experiences.  The staff on the phones were always pleasant and helpful and concerned with getting a technician out to us as soon as possible.  We have worked with three of Bellows technicians, John, Jeremy and Brian and all three of them were courteous and efficient and checked things over and above what had been the source of the original call.  Well done, Bellows.  We will be using you for alll our plumbing needs.

Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after  installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.
