Zack was awesome! I found him on Yelp since I like to support local whenever possible.

I called for a problem that I thought was a bad circuit breaker. Zack arrives in the time window agreed upon, I show him the breaker box and he rather quickly noted it was not the breaker, but a problem along the line since I told him we had just changed out our light switches. He found the faulty wiring (ground wire ended up incidentally touching a live screw) & with a quick readjustment the problem was solved!

Since that was resolved quickly, I asked if he could change out a couple of outlets I wanted done. Of course he agreed. One outlet ended up not being so easy to do, but wanting to make sure he did it correctly the first time, he took the time to troubleshoot the problem and install the new outlet right.

Zack's many years of experience shows in his knowledge & ability to explain what he found to be the problem as well as the solution in lay person's terms. He put me at ease that I was getting quality work. I would not hesitate to contact Zack again for any other electrical needs, which may be sooner than later since I just moved into my condo. Tony went above and beyond and proactively reached out to see if he could come by this evening to work on our small project - new outdoor light and light switch. He was booked weeks in advance but was able to squeeze us in and got it done in no time. He also provided us a second opinion on stair lights that saved us a ton of money. Excellent service by Mr. Hormoz and Mr. Ben.
I had to install digital in wall programmable switch for some of the lights. I approached Mr. Hormoz on weekend. He sent Mr. Ben to install it in less than 24 hours. Others I approached were available after a week or so. Overall it was a pleasant experience, no hassles and they are reasonably priced. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism towards the work. I strongly recommend their service.

Background story: we purchased a home built in the 1960s and renovated with a low life GC named, Mike. He took all our money and promised us a newly renovated home. But what he left us was a house of horrors. The electrical wires were spliced, connected incorrectly, hanging in the crawl space underneath water pipes- which COULD have been disastrous if a rodent chewed on the wires and had water dripping on them, one of us would have been electrocuted!

We were lucky enough to have been introduced to Lex who explained these issues to us. We had no idea about these issues because we never checked the crawl space! Lex was able to fix all the loose hanging cables in our crawl space, he checked our attic, and main panel too. He gave us a fair estimate AND completed within the said time frame of the project.

We slept much better that night knowing that we had an actual professional, who cared about our safety and not just the dollar amount to make sure that our house was safer.

10/10 would recommend Lex for any home improvement, business upgrade, or if you just need a second opinion!

No heat or hot water over the coldest night of the year!  Got a hold of Robert at 7:00 and he sent Sebastian right over.  They located a replacement for my obsolete 150A breaker, Sebastian fought road closures (they're repaving my street) twice each way and by 11:00 I was thawing out, getting ready for a hot bath.  Thanks Sebastian and Robert.

Bahram did a great job and was very easy to work with.  I would certainly hire him again as well as recommend him to any neighbor looking for electrical help no matter how big or small of job.

Craig is nothing short of professional, friendly, and extremely skilled. He gave me a competitive quote, was super responsive, and had a huge smile and good cheer on him as he did his work. Setbacks didn't faze him and he took them as a puzzle to work around. I didn't have a complicated job; just putting up a medium heavy light fixture in our breakfast nook. But Craig knew what he was doing and so It was done extremely well and quick. I highly recommend him!

Kevin and team were great to work with -- and communicate with.   I ended up with an unexpectedly complex lighting problem in our dining room.  They stayed late on a Friday night, working through numerous adjustments to fix it.  And they did the little things well, like cleaning up afterwards.  Totally recommend!

Amazing service. My husband and I noticed a burning smell in the garage right before we were going to bed. We called at least half a dozen emergency electricians and no one answered, EXCEPT Wright Electrical. They walked us through exactly what to look for to get a safe and worry-free night of sleep. I wish I had called them first! I cannot recommend them enough!

I had an awesome experience with Bellows!

A few years ago I called them to came out for a clogged shower drain and it ended up being something that was completely resolved with a blast of hot water down the drain.  Of course, I had not figured this out on my own prior to the service call, the gentleman who came out from Bellows had by taking the time to try a simple fix before completely digging in to the job and racking up an invoice.  I was so impressed and grateful, that I put them in my memory bank for future use.

Fast forward to last month, and my home in Santa Cruz was in a sixteen day escrow and I had to scramble to have my toilets and shower heads retrofitted for low-flow before I could close escrow.  I called Bellows and they were able to schedule me for a free estimate right away.  Again the gentleman who came out took the time to check my toilets for date stamps to make sure they even needed to be upgraded in the first place.  They did, and I was promptly scheduled for an installation that would work within the constraints of my atomic fast escrow.

I felt that they were definitely competitive with their bid (Each toilet, fully warrantied, installed, and old one hauled away, was priced under $100.00 from prices at Home Depot).  They also installed the low-flow shower heads I purchased free of charge.

The day after installation, the same day I had to be out of my house, I noticed some water on the floor by one of the toilet's shut-off valves.  It was the absolute last thing I needed!  Several people were going in and out of the house and I had just a couple of hours until I had to turn over possession to the new owner.   I was fairly panicky when I called in to report this problem to Bellows.  The woman on the phone was very understanding.  She was able to get someone out to me within an hour or so between calls to make the small repair it took to correct the problem and get me out of my house on time.

If I hadn't moved out of the area, I would definitely use Bellows for any and all future plumbing needs.
