Superb service.  Conscientious workers.  My job was large, ambitious, complex, including challenging setbacks, but they were up to the task.  And they pushed to have it completed and permitted in a timely fashion.  The price was also slightly lower than others quoted. They left the worksite clean.

In particular, Ivan Avila went the extra mile.  But all were easy to work with and communicated well.

We had an issue with our older toilet not flushing completely. Oscar came over the following day and fixed the issue with an auger. He was easy to talk to and had helpful recommendations and thoughts on how to prevent any future issues. He was very tidy in that he used shoe coverings and was masked. Thank you for the help!

Call on Saturday, the really nice dispatcher made a Monday appointment for me. She was great, super nice and very understanding. On Monday Jimmy Sousa called let me know that he is on his way. He was another super nice guy. He gave me a couple opinion to choose from. I decide the direction that Jimmy recommended. Once he finished, he notifies me and started to clean up. I recommend this company to my friends and families. It hard to find good people and quality of services.

When you call they never answer the phone, the message is full. He ask if he is not answering send him a text. he never respond to two text messages I send. Is this a real business? Even one star is too many. I am very disappointed.

Northstar has emailed me and politely apologized for not responding accordingly. As a customer and a Yelp user I appreciate the company's good, professional manners and the customer care. When I received the email I already hired a licensed plumber. Wish Northstar well and the best of luck.

Great job fixing my sink. Refit all my pipes and cleaned out my main exit pipe. Can't say enough about this great no hassle company.

We have had Takai reroute my shutoffs on my washer and he also replaced our main shutoff coming into the house,  also replace the pipe coming
into the house from the main, and replaced some fittings, everything he has
done has been excellent, I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is very reliable, honest and he knows what he doing!

George is a hard working honest man.  You will not be disappointed. He was able to complete the tasks needed and work around some of our needed emergencies.  We did have some delays in the project however not any fault of his.  He was honest with the solution and willing to make things right. A tenant reported an issue they considered an emergency (overflowing kitchen sink). I called 3 different plumbers, and none could look at it that day until I called Patterson Plumbing. They were able to fit us in. Ivan was great about contacting the tenant, keeping me in the loop, and handling the payment. He also took care of their garbage disposal without charging extra. To top it all off, Patterson Plumbing sent me a thank you card.

My family has used Hai for a series of plumbing needs in our home for the last 2 years. He is both reliable and knowledgeable. He is determined to find the source of the problem and provide us with a permanent solution. He is respectful of our home every time, and it is a very easy decision to call him whenever there is a problem.

Our kitchen sink has been backed up for months. I began making my way through yelp in search of a specialized plumber and was put in contact with Bunnies plumbing. Adhemar, responded to all of my questions was very patient with me. When he came out to inspect the plumbing issue he was straight forward and explained everything so I could understand. Unfortunately, the plumbing issue wasn't fixed because it requires a second visit. I definitely recommend Bunnies plumbing.

Problems wait for no one. My wife and I had good and bad luck the past few years finding people to fix various things around the house. Great work was followed by desertion.

In this case, we needed to install a new air gap to our dishwasher with a new discharge line from the air gap to garbage disposal which required drilling a new hole near the top of our sink. We first called the plumber most recently used, but they had family issues which prevented a timely response. So we turned to Yelp.

My wife left a message in the afternoon. Shawn called back the next morning, offered an estimate by phone and made arrangements to visit in a few days. We expected him between 10 and 11 AM and he called at 1040 AM to say he'd arrive about 11 AM. He came with the necessary parts and was done by 1215 PM. Since we planned to have a new dishwasher installed within a few weeks, Shawn explained the issues to be aware of and patiently answered a couple of other minor plumbing questions.

Overall, Shawn met the criteria to earn 5 stars, including:
-   Flexibility with the calendar
-   Arrived on time
-   Explained what needed to be done before doing it
-   Completed the work with a minimum of fuss and delay
-   No harm to the house
-   Cleaned up after himself
-   Nice guy
-   Charged a reasonable price of $225

Based on our first experience with Shawn, we'd heartily recommend him for plumbing problems in and around San Jose. Let's hope he's available next time we need a plumber.

NOTE: Although Shawn's title is handyman plumber, he said emphasis should be on plumber.

Amazing service from these guys! They fixed a leak at our water main. I was impressed at how hard they worked to solve the problem and how friendly they were. Super nice guys and took the time to look at some other unrelated issues we were having with our plumbing. Would absolutely recommend them and have them on my list now as the first plumbers I would call next time I need one.
