My sink has been clogged for over 3 weeks, and I tried a lot of things to fix this. Draino didn't do it, called another plumber and they companies snake broke in the pipes. I was so fed up with this situation, and luckily we found them through a referral. My goodness, they are punctual, polite, bilingual, and patient with everything, took there time to explain what the issue was and how they manage to fix it. I was floored with how fast they fixed the issue. Would use again and would gladly recommend them to everyone.

Nick is not just a handyman, he is a licensed electrician and plumber. Having all this knowledge and years of experience in a single contractor makes him a time saver and unique professional in this business. Everything that's sometimes wrong with contractors he got it right: 1) He communicates by txt and is very responsive. 2) Once you're on his schedule you can count that he will be at your home by the time he promised or you will get a txt in advance if his prior job is taking a bit longer. 3) Although he charges by the hour he is super good at estimating how long it would take and therefore you won't run into surprises at the time of paying him. 4) He drives a big van full of supplies, so he is not one of those that either use time during the job to buy what he needs or requires you to provide it unless you want to. 5) He is very thorough and pays a lot of attention to details. He will clean everything after he finishes and he will ensure you're happy with the job before he leaves. If not, he will rework it until you're happy.

At my house he fixed leaking toilets, fixed patio doors that were misaligned and stuck, patched and re-attached a towel rack, fixed a back yard gate, sealed a bath tub and a shower and finally re-grouted a bathroom floor.

Russell Stone is great, very personable & professional and he charged a very fair price for the work done. What I appreciated was he knew what he was doing, showed up with a very professional truck that was well stocked and completed the work in the time he originally stated and for the price he originally quoted.

My shower valve broke and needed to be with the new shower set. The plumber was very knowledgeable and provided me with a couple reasonable and affordable options. Once I selected and option he got started right away and completed the job fairly quickly. Excellent service!!

Yes, Johnny was great. I had a problem with my kitchen sink. I tried fixing it myself, I spent three hours then gave up. I called Johnny and he came took care of it within 30-45 minutes. The guy really knows his job. I was not home when he arrived so my teenage sons let him in to do the job. When he was done he called me to let me know the issues he had repaired, I GeV him my credit card ,and problem solved. Johnny is very trust worthy and professional. He is a very nice guy, if you have any plumbing issues I recommend you give him a try.

I woke up to a plumbing emergency in my kitchen and needed help clearing the line. After reviewing the YELP reviews I called Art who called me back within an hour and came out to the house immediately. He not only cleared up the problem but talked me through the procedure so I would know what to do should it happen again.

Cedric and his apprentice arrived on time to replace our propane water heater.  They both worked four hours without a break to finish the job.  They were courteous, kept us informed of their progress and time needed to finish.  Cedric let us know when he was on his way to start the job.  He adjusted the time of start to match our schedule.  His price was competitive, a bit lower than our other two bids.  His work was excellent and he followed through with his itemized bid and the receipt for money received via email immediately.  He left our property clean and as he found it.  Excellent work and friendly demeanor.

If you can have a favorite plumber, Dahl is my favorite plumber by far. I have an old Eichler with very fragile pipes. My main hot water line runs under the house. To get at it you have to drill into concrete. Most plumbers won't even try to fix an Eichler, but for Dahl it's no problem.

Moe came out today and did a great job getting to the leak we had. We fixed it no time with no mess. And this was with a pipe that ran through concrete into the ground.

I've tried a bunch of plumbers, but there is no comparison, Dahl is the best by far.

I was very satisfied with the prompt service we received and the quality of the work done. Josh is very responsive via email and phone and he really is an expert in his field. I would definitely recommend J. Fisher Plumbing for any office or home needs. He makes you feel valued as a customer and cares about cleaning up after a job. For the great quality of work done, his prices are very reasonable.

I have found my plumber and I will never go back! I have tried many plumbers in Santa Cruz and never have I experienced such professional, kind, hard working, honest and skilled plumbers before. Their quote was plenty fair and the price even dropped as they did the work and discovered ways to make the job cheaper. They installed a new line from the meter to the first shut off, a big job, and they did it seamlessly. When they called me out to take a look the job was super clean, as if there had never been a leak. They even patched the concrete and raked the landscape so that it looked nice and tidy when they left. Our last plumbers left a mess in our kitchen that we had to clean up so this was a pleasant surprise. I give Garcia Plumbing my highest recommendation.

Save yourself a ton of aggravation and use a different electrical company. At fist, PCE offers excellent customer service. Then they miss appointments, 'forget' to file claims with insurance, and therefore overcharge the customer. I was told the reason my service was $7k was because they were submitting to my insurance and I'd be guaranteed to only pay my $1k deductible. Imagine my surprise and frustration when Bill and Josh screwed up, lied to protect themselves, and I was hit with a major bill. Be aware; this is a group of fraudulent shysters.

The great reviews are true--Eldridge & Sons offer knowledgeable, responsive service. First, they call you back. Surprising how many trades do not. They were able to come out immediately and fix our plumbing issue. I would use again and highly recommend.

Did a great job! And a honest price what more can I say! They fitted me that day I had a clogged sink so I was very happy! I didn't have to play the song and dance to get a estimate first and wait 2 weeks later like other companies, nope he came and worked on my sink and gave me a great price! I will defiantly use these guys again!

I had two showers needing repair and contacted two plumbers before contacting Guy Plumbing - one wanted $150 just to come and take a look, the other literally came for one minute and wanted to tear into the wall and replace everything and quoted me $1300 for one shower.  Guy Plumbing came out fast, fixed both for less than half as much.  Honesty goes a long way.

This company responds quickly and came out the next day to fix my clogged bathtub.
The plumber offered two different prices one using a snake to unblock the pipe for $325 and other to snake the blockage and further clean the pipe for $725. I chose just the snake one. It only took 15 minutes to open the pipe. The plumber did a good job but the prices are too high. I should have asked for an estimate on the phone.

Routine service, annual check with these guys who are contractor for one hour service plan. The plan charge is 20 per month. Using a power wrench, the one guy stripped the top cathode bolt and kept going until every speck of rust in the heater was let loose and completely clogged hot water system for house and required immediate replacement of water heater. Expecting two people the next day but only one shows up? Took entire day and 3400 dollars. I was suckered and don't want the same thing to happen to another senior.
