Juan was very responsive when I called and was
able to come check out the problem. He recommended getting a new toilet instead of fixing it since it was 20 year old toilet. When I called him next time he came within the hour and installed the new toilet and made sure to check everything twice. Would highly recommend him for plumbing services.

Nicholas was kind enough to give me advice on how to remove a custom shower arm installation which was giving me trouble. Very friendly and professional throughout, he's very knowledgeable and I'd definitely call him up for my next job.

We had a sprinkler valve that sprung a leak at my moms house. They came within 30 mins after I called them and fixed it.  However, a day later it was leaking again.  I called them and left a message.  The owner immediately called me back and sent a different person to take a look.  It turns out that additional parts were needed to fix it.  Wilver Castillo was the plumber today (Saturday). He explained the problem to me and they agreed to fix it at no additional charge.  Their service is prompt and excellent.  I understand that plumbing can be very complicated; I have had 2 other homes and a commercial property where a variety of plumbing problems have come up.  Simply Green were reliable and made themselves available on my schedule.  Thanks guys!   We are planning on replacing old pipes next Spring and will be using them again.

KVN Plumbing did a good job helping me replace my tub spout. Kevin responded to me within hours on a Sunday and serviced my tub spout the next day. He was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I would work with KVN Plumbing again

Johnny was great ! Called him for a Saturday appointment  told him what the problem was and asked him to skip the free estimate at my own risk since I have the parts under warranty. Story is never trust what the Kohler rep is telling you, they got me the wrong warranty parts. So came Saturday, JOHNNY came and saved the day, luckily there is a home depot right off our corner so Johnny hooped on to his van and took off 15 mins later with the savior parts for a very reasonable price. Of course I gave him 5 stars because he didn't charge me anything extra other than the parts he bought. His magnet is now sticking on my refrigerator door !

What a great team!  I had a problem with a shower valve.  Maria gathered information before the team came over, and arranged to have the valve replaced under warranty.  Even better, they had a replacement on hand, so they didn't have to wait for suppliers to ship the warranty replacement.  Pepe and Daniel were all done in an hour, and educated me along the way.  Highly recommended!

Service 10/10 Andres price was reasonable and he was nice and explained what the issue was.  highly recommend them for their good and thorough work.

Andres  and team helped us completely replace my main sewer lateral pipes, using the trenchless sewer method.   He provided an estimate that explained the cost and possible additional costs.  Throughout the process, he kept me informed of what was happening.  His team arrived early to perform the job, which was completed within 1 and 1/2 days.  Part of the process involved breaking concrete and then replacing it.  Once completed, you couldn't tell any work had been done at the site.  

The company displayed great professionalism and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. They also helped with replacing  piping under the house and his team did an amazing job. I will certainly use them again in the future.

I would recommend everyone who has a drain problem to this business. His team is super efficient, considerate, thorough and delivers high quality work.

Abdu and his partner were fantastic. Most of the other handymen didn't know how to fix my fan speed control, but Abdu knew how to do this and he quoted a great price. Would definitely work with him again.

I finally bit the bullet and decided to install an air conditioner.  I called several companies and all were very slow in responding.  But not Palo Alto Plumbing.

Max, the owner of the company, came within a few days of my call and provided a general estimate on the spot. He arrived on time, was professional and friendly, spent time educating me about his recommendation, and was finished within 15 minutes.

He informed me that my HVAC system was the incorrect size for my home and advised I upgrade a size to improve the performance of my existing heater and to ensure an air conditioner would be able to push enough air into my home.

Years ago, I had been advised by several HVAC advisors that my initial heater was too small a size for my home and also advised upgrading to the correct size.

I received the estimate within 1 business day and decided to proceed forward.  Again, they were able to schedule my job quickly.

On the day of the installation, the team arrived 15 minutes early but waited in their trucks until the scheduled time.  Amazing!

The two staffers were professional, friendly, and cleaned up my house and yard so you would never know they had been on site.

Highlights:

- RESPONSIVENESS:  They returned my calls immediately when looking for an estimate.  And, they were able to schedule an estimator within a few days.  

- TIMELINESS:  The estimator, Max, who is the owner of the company, came a few minutes early!  On the day of the installation, the team arrived 15 mins early but waited until the scheduled time to start.  And, they finished within the time frame they committed to. Unbelievable!

- ESTIMATE: Max is a straight shooter and his on the spot estimate was very close to the actual estimate.  Years ago, I had an estimate that was actually 2X the estimate that Max's team provided.

- CLEAN:  Both Max and the team doing the installation wore booties, put down coverings on my hardwood floors and carpet and returned my house to the state it was prior to their install.

- RATING:  AAA or 5 Stars!

i got a new washer and gas dryer then realized i needed all the water and gas pipes done. i called josh and his crew they came out on date on time as expected ready to work. very friendly and professional. i am how you can say a little ocd and i was amazed how centered and level everything was when i came out and i think my yard was cleaner than when they got there. i trust these guys to do all my plumbing work home and business  and know that it will be done up and above normal standards.

I live on the West Side of Santa Cruz and realized my expeller pump wasn't working late in the day on Monday.  This is connected to my main bathroom ... so being out of service was an issue.

I called, left a message and got a call back in 5 minutes (Yeah!).   He realized my predicament and scheduled me the next day.    He was exactly on time, fixed the problem quickly and price was exactly what was quoted (which I have come to find out was a lot lower than others).  

Henry and his partner were clearly qualified and licensed.  He had all the tools as well (he had to take apart a wood box around the unit).  I would recommend them without hesitation.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars.  Our experience with Pacific Coast was fabulous from start to finish.  Francis came to the house to walk through our project (replacing outdoor lights, replacing the transformer, and adding additional landscape lights) and was thorough, professional, and thoughtful.  The entire project was completed a week later.  Levi was our technician and was amazing.  He was on time, polite, professional and did an exceptional job.  He walked me through everything twice, and completely cleaned up and removed all debris (boxes, old lights, etc.).  

I highly recommend Pacific Coast.

I own a lounge and it was flooding, and business was being interrupted.  Eldridge & Sons came out to the business to determine what steps needed to be done.  Each time they came out, they were very punctual.  Keith and Wade explained every detail and showed me what was going on every step of the way.  They told me they'd rarely seen a pipe with such corrosion.  Bottom line, I would highly recommend their service based on efficiency and dependability.

Vince was great. He was very responsive and communicated well as the when he would arrive and if there was a delay. He got the job done in the estimated time and cost. He also explained what he did and provided a 1 year warranty on his work and parts. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Recommend by every local friend. They replaced the garbage disposal for us and explained my question related or unrelated patiently. Will use again definitely.

The technician came out to fix our clogged sink. Ended up breaking our faucet as they pulled a bunch on it and they didn't own up to it. Now we have to fix the faucet ourselves. I saw in some previous comments that they fixed a clogged bathtub for other people but causing the tub to drain improperly a few months later. Unfortunately that happened to us as well. I would stay away from them. Not a trustworthy business.

They've done great work on my plumbing and now on my
A/C unit. The young men that work there are always polite and their prices are very reasonable!

We had Frank from Benjamin Franklin plumbing come out to fix our dish washer and he was great, fast, and wonderful to work with. We also happened to ask about this terrible noise that our pipes were making, and he fixed it quickly (and cheaply). We also appreciated that Frank came quickly to our house to fix everything. We had first called other plumbers in the area but were either cancelled on or they didn't show up. I did read the other reviews and see there might be some problems with the company itself, but Frank was great!!
