Our Andersen bathroom window, awning type, needed a new crank operator.  Besides the parts which we were able to order, there was a tricky operation involving a 36 in. piece of trim wood.  Nick was familiar with the problem we were facing and was able to remove and replace this fragile piece of wood as part of exchanging the old operator parts with the new ones.  His work was clean and efficient.  I highly recommend Nick both for jobs he has done before (there are many types) and ones that he has to learn how to do freshly.  If you have a household problem, call Ye Olde Handyman!

Just had Simply Green install a toilet, and it was an absolute pleasure working with these guys.

   Wilver had actually come out about a week earlier originally to install it, but the valve to close off the water to the toilet was broken, so there was nothing we could do until the water was shut off to the building and he would have to come back another day.  They only charged me for one visit, which I VERY much appreciated, as I know they did not have to do that.

    They were extremely fast at swapping in my new toilet, and did an excellent job.  I am so happy with this upgrade to my bathroom!  Wilver is very friendly, and clearly very good at his job.

   I highly recommend Simply Green, and will definitely be calling them again in the future for some updates to my shower.

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

My entire experience with this company was great.  From the time Maria answered the phone to take my information and book an appointment to the time that Marco finished the repairs everything went smoothly.  Both were cordial, helpful, professional and friendly.  Marco showed up on time, was experienced, and completed the repairs quickly, all for a fair price.  I highly recommend them.

We were quoted 1650 for a drain and vent re-route (we did all the demo ourselves), so it was just a matter of cutting and gluing ABS piping). Ended up having our regular plumber do the work for 300.

Abdu is an amazingly skilled individual who I've been turning to for years. With every new house project that arises, he discusses the best course to take in order to make my dreams a reality. He recently came for 4 projects: painting crown moulding, re-grouting a bathtub, installing a pair of hand-carved doors onto an armoire, and mounting a hand-carved door frame onto an existing doorframe. Everything turned out beautiful, and we have Abdu to thank for it.

Super high quality and very fair prices with someone with high trust. He works fast but doesn't take shortcuts. Art is the head of the Co and normally manages all aspects of the work. Quote, ordering parts, installation and ensure all work meets the customers satisfaction.

I can't actually rate them as they didn't respond to my phone calls or emails.  Disappointing, since they had such good reviews.

In the past two weeks, we have had Max, Junior and Joe out for various furnace, thermostat and plumbing issues.  Palo Alto Plumbing is THE BEST!  We have been using them for many years, and have always been happy with the work.  They are friendly, competent, always on time, and their prices are extremely reasonable.  I would heartily recommend them to anyone - they are great!  I would also add that Charlotte who answers the phone and Mark are very helpful - they found me appointments even though they are always very busy.

J Fisher was referred to me by another plumber. I ways very impressed with their response and their knowledge. Jim was sent to my house to replace some Kohler faucet parts. Jim was knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I was quoted one hour and he was finished in exactly one hour. I highly recommend these guys - they are now go-plumbers!

Enrique answered the request for a ​quote on Yelp promptly. The quote was reasonable and he came on time (next day). Granted, it was a simple problem (clogged drain), but he handled it professionally and on time. He was done within an hour and verified everything was working fine. I am keeping his card for the future!

The tech did come wearing a mask. It was good practice in the COVID-19 situation. The tech is also willing to work on my issue. However, the tech sent to my home is not experienced in debugging problems. The price list of level-1/2/3 debug could easily add up to more than $1000 without solving any problem. I don't know if this is common practice in Electricians, but this is not good practice in my opinion.

In the end, I had to ask the tech to stop and paid him for his time spent debugging.

I have used Eldridge and Sons Plumbing for many problems over the last 8 years.   From a water heater replacement to replacing a faulty back flow valve, they have always been punctual, professional, and reasonably priced.  

I highly recommend this company for any and all of your plumbing needs.

We called Vince to fix a leak in our bathtub. He came the same day and diagnosed the problem with the bathtub and also fixed a problem with our dishwasher - all without charge!

Later, after the part that he needed for our bathtub arrived, he fixed our bathtub quickly and to our satisfaction.

Jake Guy came to our home to install 3 new toilets that my husband had picked out in their showroom.  On time, professional and just plain nice.  Jake told us he is fourth generation.  Would highly recommend.

Appalling service. Repeatedly lied to me about the time they'd be there, ended up over six hours late for an appointment and refused me the opportunity to speak to a manager or even discuss the issue. Worst experience i've had with a company like this in my life. Would avoid at all costs.

On Valentine's Day I discovered a big leak under my kitchen sink.  With company coming the next day I knew I needed to get it repaired today!  After calling 2 other plumbers unsuccessfully, Thomas came to my rescue that afternoon.  Patrick quickly ascertained that I needed a new faucet.  While I went to Home Depot to buy one he removed the leaking faucet and was ready to quickly install the new one.  In spite of having to go to the store, the job only took one hour!  Patrick was efficient, clean and confident, and he gave us the senior discount.  I was both relieved and very pleased.

They quoted me $450 for seismic strapping of a water heater.
Another plummer, Marc Morrow, did the job for $100.
I don't know what they were thinking, I guess they thought I must be some kind of idiot to accept that quote.
