NG Rooter & Plumbing has been my go to since moving into my new Condo. The Condo itself is from the 80's and seems to need fixups here and there quite often in these beginning stages. Juan has been extremely helpful the multiple times he has been out to the property and always fixes the issues up quickly. he always has great knowledge and ability to do the work. He is also very honest and trustworthy when giving opinions on a project or issue. Fair prices and great work. Would highly recommend NG Rooter & Plumbing and ask for Juan!

I reached out to Nick for help with a jammed garbage disposal. Nick for extremely responsive throughout our interaction. He managed to remotely troubleshoot and fix the disposal. If you have anything that needs fixing, Nick's the man!

Bill from Simply Green Plumbing just orchestrated a major repair to my complex sewer lateral which had a root blockage and I can honestly say it was the s*#ttiest job I have ever witnessed.  My roughly 250 ft long sewer line goes up a very steep hill to my house and the root intrusion was at the bottom of the hill.  Imagine the literal s*#t storm when the pipe was popped open to release the pressure so they could do the repair.  When Bill came up to explain to me what he had found I could realize from the smell that we were dealing with some real s%^t.  

Ok, joking aside Bill and his crew are extremely professional and they are equipped to deal with any scale of problem you have.  Everyone is very friendly and we all seemed to have a good time fixing my sewer problem despite the rather nightmarish situation.  I would highly recommend Simply Green Plumbing and feel amazing knowing my sewer line is probably the fastest draining sewer in town.  Thank you Simply Green and I hope I never have to deal with so much s$&t again.

Really, No stars. Worst service ever. Left us with a leaky basement cuz he really doesn't know what to do to reseal entrances after he's installed new pipe leading to the outside egress line. Ghosted us for 3 days then he shows up with rocks (?) to seal the hole. Not even smart enough or helpful enough to either offer us a partial refund or help us sand bag the area before the next storm. Do NOT use this business. Not all small businesses have integrity. Lesson learned. My 68 year old husband  and I have been dealing with the considerable fallout !! Basement soaked two times since this work was completed . Now wondering why or how he's managed to get  such good reviews. Have u all looked to see if your crawl space is dry ?

Johnny was on time and very professional. He quickly determined that the leak in my ceiling was coming from above the cast iron pipe. He poured some water down a drain above to see if that was the source, but it wasn't. He informed us that we need a water proofing specialist rather than a plumber. He could have done what other plumbers did--quote me a few hundred bucks to replace the pipe coupler, but he was honest to advise us that plumbing wouldn't fix this leak and to never accept estimates or hire plumbers without onsite inspection.  I will call them for any future plumbing needs!

Couldn't have been anymore on time, fast, friendly and showed me what was wrong.  Marco is terrific! 2nd time getting to use Reed plumbing.  1st time for my mom, and now our turn.

Andres and his team were fantastic.  Having recently purchased an old victorian in SF that had VERY old pipes, I was very concerned about the size and cost of the job.  Andres came over, did a quick evaluation and was able to break down the different costs associated with repairing my home.

Team: The team was extremely professional and very hard workers. They were very strict about observing COVID policies and I felt very confident that they knew what they were doing.  

Time: They were able to come out for a quote right away and schedule a job for the very next week.  The majority of the job was completed in just a few short days and hot water + new tankless water heater was installed.

Parts: They used all made in the USA parts and Cooper and were very proud to use them. There were a variety of companies quoting based on parts, and Andres was able to break down the types and quality and best inform us on what would last longest for our home.

Price: They were true to word on their quote, and the only adjustment we made was to add on another section in our home.  

I would highly recommend them: Great quality of work, hard hard workers, very pleasant to deal with, honest and hard working. We will definitely use them for any future needs or projects.

I had a small leak in my irrigation line. I was messaging with Adu around 4pm, and he came over that night and worked on repairing it. Ended up coming back the next day to finish. Great service!

We called Hansen plumbing the morning after Thanksgiving when the sink was clogged from the huge prep work the day before. We called 5 plumbers and didnt expect anyone to call us back that morning. Art called us back within 10 minutes of our message, and came out one hour later. He did an outstanding job, was very honest , very professional and was very appropriately priced. We would highly recommend him and look forward to calling him for the next crisis.

I just had my garbage disposal cleared.  After Hour Plumbing & Drain was the first one to be available and performed the service the same day I called.  Tyler did a perfect job and was pleasant, efficient and clean.  He was masked and had gloves on as well as booties.  He came when expected and explained the work since I was interested.  The price was right as well.  I would recommend this business for sure!

We had a broken line near the irrigation controller. The irrigation manifold/ solenoids/ valves/ wiring were exposed at the bottom of a box, set into the ground. To repair the pipe, it was necessary to pull the box out of the ground.

The guys came out on the weekend (time and a half) and capped the leak. The idea was that they would come back during ordinary working hours to do the permanent repair. Nice for them to be sensitive to the costs, and much appreciated.

The finished repair was also well done. When they put pressure back on the pipe, they wanted to leave the hole open for a day to make sure there were no leaks. They were going to send someone around the next day to close the hole. So far, no complaints. Friendly guys, competent work.

Well, they did close the hole. The box was pretty much sitting on top of the ground, the irrigation components mostly covered with mud, just a few of the wires sticking out. I thought of calling them to make it right, but I have zero confidence that they would dig out around these components by hand to properly reset the box. More than likely, they would have done it with a shovel and destroyed at least the wiring and likely as not some of the other components as well. So I did it myself.

I begin to understand how the elderly, infirm, and naive get taken advantage of.

Josh is fantastic! I've had him/his team put in plumbing for a new shower and come out to fix a leaking kitchen sink faucet (separate occasion). As others have said, the fees are quite reasonable. I also appreciate that he and Jim are both on time, and that Josh is quite communicative, whether by email or text (and probably by phone, but I didn't try that). I can't imagine looking for another plumber now that I've found these guys!

My tenant had a leaking/unresponsive shower handle...they're in Santa Cruz and I'm 2600 miles away...I checked Yelp and found Henry's THANK YOU!! They sent a tech out and had a big mess all tidied up in a very reasonable time.  Henry's will now be my go-to guys...tenant is thrilled and so am I!!

The electricians that came to my house were the most professional, polite, informative electricians I've ever had. They did a wonderful job and I will hire them again for any electrical services I need.

I was completely satisfied with the service given by this company.  Keith was prompt, very professional and he was able to fix my issues in a relatively short time.  I am very happy with them and I would definitely call on them again.

I asked multiple businesses for quotes on Yelp. Vince was the only one that actually read my message and answered my questions adequately from the first message instead of giving some generic response to call them. That was a good sign and it was the right choice. He gave me a fair price and was very professional and did the job cleanly and quickly. I already recommended him to a friend and would hire him again for future needs.

The plumber they send Dan did excellent job on our Toto toilet installation, he is not only very very professional also his altitude is so polite so patient and trustworthy. His charge is very very reasonable. He is the best plumber we ever had and I definitely will recommend him to anyone who need excellent service.

Dan also has a helper Glen who helped clean our sinks, he is also excellent who worked very efficiently and earn our trust.

Overall, we will have Guy plumbing do our future plumbing and heating work and they definitely deserve to get 5 star Honor.

Very happy with the work done and the great, fast service. James was very straightforward and didn't try to hustle us at all, like some companies might. Quite the opposite! He helped figure out the best, most efficient way to get the job done and gave us options and helped figure out what may need to happen down the road. Like some of the other reviews here, he came really quickly and did a great job. Left the space super clean too. I would totally call these guys again! Got the 10% Yelp discount, so that helped too!

This was my second time using this company.  I cannot say enough good things about them. They showed up quickly and stayed until job was done. Work was done outside and even though they had to dig up part of yard, they put everything back and no evidence of problem. Titus was wonderfu.

Called BFP, via their 800 number that advertises 24/7 emergency services, on a Friday night. I tell them i need a plumber to come by and install a new toilet and toilet flange. The Old one was wobbly and water started leaking from the base.

The person on the line said they can have someone out on Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Kinda odd that it would be (3) days for emergency work. She did say it was pretty busy after the holidays and i have a spare bathroom i can use anyways, so i agreed to the appointment. I gave her my name, address, cell phone number and email address. She said she would be sending me a confirmation email shortly. Never arrived. Please note that during the call, i ask her a few times that it will be on sunday from10 to 2.

Sunday comes around and i wait all day for the plumber... No one shows up or calls to inform that no one is arriving. So now i am scrambling to find a plumber.

I finally find someone that is local and schedules work to be done on Tuesday. While i am at a dentist appointment on Monday, someone from BFP calls and leaves a voicemail that they have a plumber in the area and they can be there at 11am.

Hmmm, my appointment was for Sunday from 10am to 2 pm and they call the next day and say they can come by.... Sorry buddy, a no show / no call on Sunday, there is no way i am going to trust what you say anymore....

Wish i could leave ( 0 ) stars instead because no work was done.
