I had a cog problem in my kitchen pipe and I called San Jose Drain an Main. They came in 30 minutes and fixed my cog problem in 10 minutes. I am impressed by their services and will use their services again in the near future if I have plumbing issues.

Needed to call EJ Plumbing again for a leaky whole house filter. Thankfully, EJ Plumbing happens to install the brand we use and Manny was nice enough to come out and take a look at our problem, even though servicing these filters is not one of the things they normally do. Manny walked me through the likely causes and we both determined that replacing the tank was the best approach.

Two days later (after Manny had soaked the carbon media for the required 48 hours), he and the crew came out an installed the new tank in about an hour. This included having to extend and reconfigure the copper pipes because the company has apparently made these tanks taller compared to six years ago. Manny authorized this as part of his original quote, which we very much appreciated.

The crew did a great job and even cleaned up the site before leaving. We're back to having filtered water again without the leaks in the garage. Thank you EJ Plumbing team!

We recently moved into an older house without inspecting the plumbing system; and problems surfaced immediately (with additional discoveries along the way).

First, I reached out to Trieu to  install a new garbage disposal and to replace the plumbing under the kitchen sink. Afterwards, I  explained to Trieu a recent discovery (made AFTER we scheduled our initial appointment): water was siphoning out of my new washing machine.  Trieu recommended cleaning out the kitchen drain (which we scheduled the following week).

Early into the second appointment, I asked if the drainage issues we were experiencing with the washing machine could also trigger water pooling outside another pipe when I wash the dishes.

After cleaning out the kitchen drainage pipe, Trieu inspected the main line under the crawlspace; he explained one of the straps holding the main line broke and that replacement or repair of supporting fixtures around the kitchen and laundry pipe would remedy the leak I was inquiring about.  Additionally, he mentioned there was a minor leak near my newly replaced copper pipes (NOT done by Trieu). So, by looking at my home as a whole (vs just the draining system for which I hired him), Trieu saved me from experiencing potential water damage (from prior contractor's gross negligence).

In total, Trieu visited my home three times. For each visit, he texted me 10 to 30  mins before arrival day of appointment. Upon entering my home, both he and his  helper removed their shoes (which they continued to do each time they left to their work truck and re-entered the home). They wore masks, laid out a work mat before starting, ran tests for each fixture/part being replaced and cleaned up the work area. Trieu finalized each job with a detailed invoice. Both he and his helper were professional and efficient from start to finish for ALL three jobs.

But here's the best part: Trieu took the time to help break down my home's drainage anatomy (I asked him to repeat things several times).  He showed me before and after pictures/videos of the main line and water tests, and informed me there's a ONE YEAR warranty for his work (and prior re-piping job done by other contractor!).

Nearly four weeks later and everything Trieu replaced remains in great working condition (no pooling of water, no drainage issues). He gave me peace of mind and the confidence to reach out to my prior contractor (for repair of the copper pipes). I would definitely rehire/recommend Trieu for future pluming issues.

About 6 months after Khoa from Capitol plumbing & Hydro-Jetting fixed a leaking backup valve it started leaking again. On the first repair he swapped the copper to plastic couplings so that the female was metal and the male plastic. He explained that plastic tolerates compression well but a plastic female will eventually crack due to expansion. He was so careful and diligent that I was sure the leak was in a different portion of the plumbing. I called and he came out that very afternoon to look. He dug up the connection and confirmed that the leak was indeed from his previous work. The plastic male had somehow broke. I tried to explain that we had a small quake which might be responsible for the break but he refused any money compensation. After he finished, I offered to pay for his gas and some of his time but he still refused stating he stands behind his work. Wow is all I can say. You don't find this type of dedication very easily.

Pricy. The guy came to fix a leak in kitchen. After he did the job, asked him if there is a warranty, he said they don't give any warranty on any job. Charged a lot for a 30 minute job. After I posted this review, the owner saw this and called me that they do give warranties. Came to the house and gave me a month warranty for the job. With much apology he said that he will tell his employees that they give work warranties.

I needed to get my bathroom faucets removed in order to refinish a countertop. I requested a quote on Yelp and within minutes the quote was provided and appointment was scheduled. Excellent service. Will make this my go-to plumber.

Marvin from handy plumbing man was very helpful and kind to explain every step of what he is doing. He arrived punctually, the price is reasonable. It was a great experience!

Fast response.  Came and gave me a reasonable quote to replace a blown wax seal and also replace valves on our washing machine water supply.  Neat, organized, polite and fast.  Highly recommended.

Steve responded to my request looking to fix a dripping sink faucet. He was friendly, professional, and quoted me a reasonable price. I decided to move forward with his service and figuring out next steps was easy -- he provided guidance on what kind of replacement parts I needed to procure, and set up a time to return to do the repair a couple days after.

He arrived on time with another person to help him, and I watched while they worked -- they were quick, clean, organized, and efficient. Clearly knew what they were doing, and it confirmed that this repair was out of my wheelhouse (or any DIY video I found on YouTube).

Fantastic service and response!  At the end of the day my waste line backed up into the house.  I made a call while Kiet was on his way home.  He turned around and came to my house.  He quickly cleared the blockage with his equipment and did a camera inspection as well.  Saving his business card.  Would definitely use All Go again.

We had another plumbing issue and I was able to call Khan and schedule an appointment really quick. He was professional and accommodating to our schedule availability. The issues we had were quickly resolved and we haven't had any other problems. If we were, we'd give Khan a call again. Definitely still recommend for others who have plumbing problems. Drain Masters is great.  I read the good reviews on Yelp and this is why I chose them.  I had a plumbing problem about 5 months ago.  I called them mid-afternoon and the plumber was ready to come right then.  I told him I didn't get home until 6:00 and he came at 6:00.  He was very accommodating and the price I paid was very reasonable.  He fixed the problem and made sure everything was working properly before he left.  He also made sure other plumbing areas that are connected to the original problem were working properly too.  He did a great job and I will call them in the future if the need arises.
