I'm happy to update this review. My office was finally finished just before Christmas visitors last year and everything finally came together beautifully. I moved forward with the laundry room remodel, which is being completed this week and the crew went above and beyond to make sure it's perfect this time.

The sale's team is very good and efficient.  However, the realty of performance is 4 - 5 months out to delivery and installation of product.

Additionally, the organization requires an 80% to 85% deposit of monies before any work is started.  A deposit of this amount is usually a sign of a company's reserve capital inefficiencies among many other operational issues.  For the consumer, the risk is very high.

Two months later, our closet was finally installed, and I love it!  The installers did a great job and we are very happy with the result. The only thing I would change is the top 2 drawers were 3 and really they are too shallow to be of much use. The top drawer is a jewelry drawer, but the next one under it is kind of a waste.  It was hard to really tell in the showroom, but I would recommend you go to either a 4 or 5 drawer which is much more useful. The closet is awesome!  I wall papered the closet with a gorgeous silver metallic paper, changed out the ceiling fixture to a small chandelier which added much more light, and purchased my own drawer pulls which had bling on them. It is a showpiece!

Really am impressed with Melissa and the estimate pricing and draft of my tiny closet space! She was great and provided a wealth of knowledge on the product and timing of the project. Can't wait to update with pics of finished product!

My closet turned out amazing. Customer service is top notch. Anything I was unhappy with, they went above and beyond to make it perfect. They definitely delivered with timelessness, quality, price and customer service. I'm glad I put my trust in this company to give me the closet of my dreams. Our designer Nicole is amazing!  She's excellent to work with and has fabulous ideas.  We were so happy with the nursery closet and pantry, we are now in the process of office, laundry and another closet.  Excellent craftsmanship and overall experience!

Melissa was great to work with and had some great ideas too!  Everyone was helpful and professional.  We did some unique things in the closet which took some engineering but they figured it out and got it done the way we wanted.  We love the end product!
