Re-New Cabinets, LLC were an instrumental part of our house remodel. Our salesman, Joe, welcomed us to their showroom during our design process. It was there I met Arlette, the owner of Re-New Cabinets. Final measurements prior to cabinet building and refacing, was done by her husband, Robert. He and Joe returned to our home to take precise measurements.

Our project was complicated. We ordered new kitchen uppers, refaced lowers, did all new in master bathroom cabinets, plus three guest bath complete remodel. We also had ReNew add a cabinet to our kitchen island and repaint the island base. Three additional cabinet areas which were drop zone charging stations in our home were also redone by Re-New.

Re-New's employees paid close attention to detail and when they returned for touch ups their work was meticulous.

Our dark wood cabinets were transformed into modern custom cabinetry and included a custom paint color and stains made just for our home.

I couldn't be happier and give enough positive feedback working with the whole Team @ Re-New Cabinets.  Everything from the 1st phone call with Joe, to going to the Showroom to pick out the style of cabinet, receiving a detailed quotation & timeline. The completion far exceeded my expectations. All timelines were met as promised, once cabinets were done, they came on a Monday to start install and were done Friday, the crew cleaned up every night before leaving which made it painless for construction.

I upgraded some drawers and wasted space to add spice rack and new cabinet above refrigerator. I went with the Salt product it's beautiful and modern. Next,  I will be doing my bathrooms and Hallway cabinets.

A big Thank You,  once again to Joe, and the Owners Robert & Arlette, for a spectacular job done & wonderful people to work with!

Thank you,

We recently had our kitchen and bathroom cabinets re-faced by re-new.  We could not be happier with the results - they are the only company we spoke with that included new solid wood drawers, hardware, custom staining (any color you can dream up, they can accommodate), and color matching the inside lip of all cabinets... they also were able to correct previous installation issues and had very creative and insightful ideas to consider during the buying process, which allowed us to not just reface the cabinets, but reconfigure certain aspects of the existing cabinet boxes.

Beyond the product and design highlights, the craftsman ship was excellent, with meticulous attention to detail, and they made sure to completely clean up, dust, mop, etc, at the end of every workday.  We highly recommend RE-new.

Re-New Cabinets is a local AZ family owned business. We went in wanting to get our 1980s kitchen and bathrooms updated, they handled it with no issue. Cabinet refacing, new countertops, vanity height adjustment from 1980's height to modern standards (about 4 inches height increase), modified cabinet door to drawers increasing in so much better use of space. Their installers are craftsmen, it was awesome to see these guys work. The quality of doors and drawers are top notch, wood construction, none of what you find in big box stores. Highly recommended staff from the owners to sales to installers.

From our first meeting with these folks in their beautiful showroom to the final walkthrough everything was first class.  Joe helped us with some great options that I now could not live without.  No mistakes, no redos, everything perfect!  Mario our installer is a true craftsman, he was neat , clean and fun to work with.  If you're thinking about a kitchen makeover, don't waste your time talking to any other company , go with Re-New!

Re-new Cabinets is everything you could ask for and more, from start to finish.  When we first met Robert and Arlette, they presenter/explained their business model which started with focusing on documentation, so the customer is able to see (w/pictures/video) each step throughout to whole Re-new build.  Then they spent as much time as needed, to answer any and all questions to ensure we were comfortable before ever leaving their showroom for the first time. By the time we left the showroom, we were convinced they were the right company for us.

During our Kitchen & Bathroom re-builds, their (all in-house) team members were on-time, performed high quality work, and cleaned up every day.  Every task they performed produced a beautiful high quality product. Day by day, we watched our home transform into our dream home. Their office team of Joe & Emily supported us and answered any/all questions during the whole process. When finished, we could not be happier. Our decision to go with Re-new was definitely the right one. In this day of questionable companies, it's nice to know Re-new can be trusted at their word.  Also, we not only have a beautifully renewed Kitchen and Bathroom, but we made great friends along the way.

We highly recommend the whole Re-new family!!

An absolutely wonderful experience.  From the 1st meeting with an explanation of what they can do, and what I should expect thru out the process to seeing some of their actual works, it all fell right into the specified timeline.  What I am really amazed at is what the finished product  has done for my home.  After looking at the previous cabinets for almost 20 years and feeling a growing dislike for them, the re faced cabinets have transformed my kitchen, bar and masterbath into a truly WOW statement.  The project manager and professional cabinet maket was astonishing in his ability to remake what was into the new what is.  I am truly happy with everything that Re-New has done for me and intend to use them again.

We want to share our complete satisfaction on our kitchen remodel/renovation in November, 2022. What initially sold us on going to Re-New Cabinets was their website. In addition to having a showroom to look at cabinetry, doors, colors, pull-outs and the difference of refacing vs new cabinets we also got first hand recommendations from Arlette on what we could do.
With Arlette, we were able to see in her showroom, how the lower cabinet doors could be replaced with pull-out drawers that could handle a ton of weight and came out to be more spacious for storage.  These lower cabinets were previously fitted with old, tedious pullouts and minor reconstruction needed to be done.
Robert, Arlette's husband, suggested using cabinet doors in new framing to salvage mail type slots that we utilized and could hide for a clean, finished look. Robert comes on site to define/measures/ professionally diagrams then prices out the project. His suggestions for a new, straight pullout for our trash can/recycling bins turned out way better than the door we used on a hinge. We had another narrower pullout converted for cutting boards put in next to the dishwasher that we picked out that works so well for better storage. We also had glass doors put in and Renew finished the inside so the flow of color completely sweeps through the cabinets and looks uniformed.  So, even if you think you have difficulty figuring out what to do or what can be done, ask Arlette and Robert.
The craftsmanship of the cabinet replacement doors, drawers and pullouts was phenomenal. The crew who did the staining on uppers and painting on the lowers did a perfect job. We chose the colors we wanted, and we received them in the final product. It was amazing.
Most importantly, the conversion done by Mario on site could not have been done any better. He was an artist in how he carefully demoed then pulled the whole kitchen back together. The veneer used was top quality and perfectly matched in color to the staining on the doors. Overall, the meticulous staining/painting work performed by all in-house staff back at the shop and on site is appreciated and were a pleasure to work with. Emily is terrific in helping with communications by phone/email/text throughout the project management with Arlette.
Finally, after looking at their website, then going to the showroom with almost limitless possibilities on what we could do by far beat out the other 5 competitors we looked at; and most did not have a showroom, or enough samples, materials or colors to look over. The cost was fair and accurate for all the materials and labor performed. Re-new Cabinets gave us more for less than a competitor we did bring in for a bid that was ridiculous. You can do your research, but I'll bet you go with Re-New Cabinets.

If we could give them more stars we would.  This is a fabulous company.  Excellent workers.  They do a great job and on time.  Arlette and Robert have a huge job organizing the jobs and following up.  Joe was fantastic to work with.  He answered any questions we had.  We realized close to the install date we need to have a cabinet added, they did it.

Installer and those that did the various other jobs associated with the cabinets were great.  We love these cabinets.

We also had a new island counter put in and replaced the counter in the laundry.  Beautiful.

They protected our home and cleaned up afterwards.

You can't go wrong with this company.  I wish all contractors we work with were as wonderful as this company is.

I cannot say enough positive things about this amazing, family-run business!! What a find! Robert, Arlette, Joe, Emily and the whole install team work seamlessly together in a truly customer-centric, communicative manner, and are honestly a joy to do business with. From the moment I reached out with an inquiry until the day we wrapped the project, they were immediately responsive, service-oriented, professional and caring. It's truly a delight to find such a good human-centered local business. And the results? WOW!! I love love love my kitchen now! It went from 90s and drab to cool,  bright and inviting, at a fraction of the price of a total kitchen rehab. I would sincerely recommend them to anyone, and actually already have. Next up, our bathroom cabinets!

We had a great experience with Re-New cabinets. From the start of the project to completion, the staff was professional, reliable and courteous. We appreciated the advice given when asked but appreciated their acceptance with our final decisions. Our installer was great, always polite and on time. We would have appreciated a small container of touch-up paint at completion; otherwise, we're very pleased with the final results. Thanks for the beautiful kitchen.

I could not be happier with my beautiful new kitchen by Re-New Cabinets! Not only did they update my tired old cabinets to a fresh new look by adding a new modern door style, color and hardware, but actually added increased functionality to my kitchen by suggesting converting some of the lower cabinets to large drawers. What a transformation! No more crawling on my hands and knees to reach something at the back of the cabinet. The large drawers make it easy to access and better utilize my space with drawers that close silently and smoothly. The team at Re-New Cabinets was extremely professional and took pride in their workmanship. The office staff was excellent at communicating timelines along the way so we knew exactly what to expect. They did what they said they would do and completed the project as promised. I would highly recommend Re-New Cabinets for your cabinet re-facing project and plan to use them again when I am ready to remodel my bathroom.

Re-New Cabinets receives a five star rating based on the exceptional experience I had with the remodeling of my kitchen.

Everyone at Re-New Cabinets, from the owners, Robert and Arlette Lenzi, to their excellent sales and installation manager, Joe DeLuca, to their incredible cabinet installer, Alfonso, provide first-class service, before, during and following the work done.

Re-New Cabinets lives up to every promise made.  The work is of the highest quality, the team is focused on customer service and assuring you are completely satisfied during each step of the process.

They came to my home and provided an estimate within 48 hours of my request.  There was a time urgency to my job and Re-New Cabinets met the deadline as promised.  Their follow up during and after the remodeling was exceptional.  Joe Deluca visited the job site three times during the week it took to remodel the kitchen and was present on a Saturday to walk through the completed job to assure I was completely satisfied.  Customer service does not get better.

Their work comes in on time and on budget, with no surprises along the way with the exception that you may not believe how beautiful your cabinets look when the job is finished.

Re-New Cabinets uses high quality materials to restore your cabinets.  Their team members have years of experience specializing in cabinetry and it shows in their work.

If you want your kitchen, bathroom, or any other room with cabinets to be the center piece of your home, Re-New Cabinets is the company to call.

Addendum: Several reviews on Yelp recount negative experiences with Re-New Cabinets.   My experience, which occurred after these reviews were posted, with Re-New Cabinets and Robert and Arlette Lenzi, the owners, Joe Deluca the sales and installation manager, and their installers was outstanding.  First-class customer service.

From our initial meeting with Joe to the installation with Mario and our one on one meetings with Robert we received excellent customer service and follow thru from start to finish.  Joe explained the product in detail at our initial meeting and when it came to the installation process Mario and his partner showed up to work on time as promised and completed the work in a timely manner.  They also overestimated the turn around time so I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to install our cabinets ahead of time.  Emily also called and emailed us thru out the process keeping us in the loop every step of the way!

The product is EXCEPTIONAL!!   We are so thrilled we chose Re-New Cabinets.  I could not say enough about this company and the quality of work they provided.

Re-New Cabinets is amazing, wonderful workmanship.   From the start Joe had excellent communication skills along with complete knowledge of every detail involved  in resurfacing cabinets, he is extremely helpful and returned call asap. He takes pride representing the company.  I did  my homework and Re-New  Cabinets was the only company willing to delivery within 4-6 weeks, and boy did they deliver.  The owner Robert Lenzi very professional & friendly, he came and did all the measurements  of every cabinet.  The 2 installers were polite and hard working, taking extra care with our kitchen appliances.  At the end of each day, they would wipe down all the counters & sweep.  it took 3 days and I love my cabinets.  Arlett is one classy lady, she called after all the work was completed, explained how to care for our new cabinets.

We expected higher quality for the price we paid. I think there was only one coat of paint on the cabinets. Water has damaged the cabinet. There wasn't a protective coating to prevent water damage.

Buyers Beware. Wanted to make sure their cabinet colors matched the existing granite counter tops.  Sales guy (Joe) did come out to the house but only brought 1 sample which did not look good in the house lighting.  Wanted to see more samples in the house lighting and they sent me a $11K contract to sign before I could see more colors.  Why do I have to sign a contract because the sales guy didn't think about bringing more samples with him.  Most cabinet sales companies keep samples in their trunk or truck when making house calls.  Not a very smart or ethical company.  They are more interested in obligating you with their one-sided contract than customer satisfaction.  Glad I didn't sign anything and will go with a reputable cabinet company I've dealt with before.

Too bad ZERO STARS is not an option; because these people SUCK!

Robert is the biggest piece of sh*t out there. He came to our house and was talking all about his years of experience and how professional & awesome his team is; it's all the flashy stuff you want to hear - how they can do this/that and everything you want. DONT BELIEVE HIM... STOP YOURSELF NOW BEFORE ITS TOO LATE!!!

You will get nothing you ask for... he will do nothing you tell him.... his wife (Arlette) is apparently the business manager. She's a total b*^ch and she tries to be tough and threatening through email/phone but she's too stupid to the point it's not even worth arguing with her. Her favorite excuses are: it's not our fault or it's not in the contract.... AND she's a TERRIBLE COMMUNICATOR so don't ask her for anything related to when a project might be done.

We made a mistake ... don't repeat it. We were told 4-6 days to install our new kitchen (which I knew was B.S. from the minute I heard it) it took 6 weeks and not a single person showed up on sight for over 2 weeks in the middle of this. I basically threatened to not let them finish if it wasn't done by the end of week and they had a guy here on Friday morning and he worked until 6pm.

Then these MOTHERF$^%KERS told me I needed to pay them on the spot since they completed the job. I told them to forget it and I'll contact them to arrange payment when I deem the job is complete and I can correctly install my appliances since they wouldn't do it.

Over promised and undeliver is spot on. Both Arlette and Robert are unprofessional, rude and threatening. See email from Arlette threatening that if we didn't pay she would put a lien on the house and sue (prior to all work being done). Also, they will leave out during the sales pitch they file a pre-lien on your property prior to work even being started. On 6/28 Robert signed an agreement to fix all issues, including installing a cabinet within 3-4 weeks. They never called us to complete work. Instead we continued to call. They cancelled on us last minute 4 times and refused to give a time they would be there. Finally on 9/28 2 workers showed up to install 1 cabinet only and they knew nothing about fixing anything. The workers said they didn't know when someone would be out to fix the backsplash. They were just going to leave the backsplash uneven.

My dad has cancer and can't handle stress. They knew house was being listed for sale once kitchen was completed and it was important to get done timely. To date they received payment in full and did not complete all work agreed to in contracts.

They were offended by the pictures and request for items to be fixed. Arlette took it personally and then attacked our family personally. It was an awful experience. Remodeling your kitchen should be a happy time.

Re-New Cabinets lives up to there promises, the work was the highest quality, and  the installation manager Joe DeLuca showed up a few times to check to see the progress, till the work was completed.  Robert and Arlette also showed up to see if we were happy with the work.

It is now 8 weeks since the installers left my house.  When they left they still owed me a shelf, the one they cut on site was measured wrong and they cut too short. I had also ordered decorative facing for the end caps of the cabinets which they did not have with them.

They sent me a text two weeks after they left stating they would be by on a Saturday with the shelf, which did not work for me.  I responded with dates that would work for me and reminded them about the decorative end caps and that they never re-secured my pull-out oven,(the screws were left inside), that there was a loose cabinet facing and that I would like a bit of touch-up paint.

Since that time I have never heard from them again.

I believe that as a business owner, Robert (who was so anxious to get the work) should contact the customer, set-up a time and see the finished job.  Make sure everything was done up to standards.  After all it his company, not the installers. Once the installers left, I have never heard from him again.

So as I stated.... still waiting for the my shelf, decorative end caps, touch-up paint, but most importantly, a call from the owner of the company who came into my home and sold me on why I should use his company. $14,000.00 later the job has still not been completed.

We used Re-New Cabinets to renovate our kitchen and we couldn't be happier! From our first meeting with Robert in our old kitchen to begin the process, our meetings with Robert and Arlette in their showroom to pick out all the details, to the crew who did the install, everything was a wonderful experience.
First, Robert and Arlette are there to help! It was so comforting to be able to have people who have been renovating kitchens for years give their honest opinions about what they think will work best in your space. While they will always support the home-owners vision they are there to give opinions, help find styles and designs that work together, and lend their vast experience and knowledge to make your kitchen renovation project the best it can be!
Secondly, their attention to detail and the pride they take in their work is remarkable. Mario and Homero did our kitchen installation and from the beginning I knew they were going to do a great job when I saw how carefully they set up to contain the unavoidable mess that comes with a full kitchen reno. Their installation work was amazing. You could tell they pay attention to every detail, they worked efficiently, and were very professional. Within just a few days, our kitchen was looking like new. We chose to change a lot of our bottom cabinets to drawers and Mario and Homero completely rebuilt many of our old cabinet spaces to make these changes and did an outstanding job.
Enrique and Jaime did the installation of our new granite countertops and I was blown away by how quickly and efficiently they did the install. Everything was done and looking perfect in just a few hours, which was a testament to the time and care they took beforehand to accurately measure everything to ensure the install would go smoothly. I especially appreciated how they drilled the sink holes once the slab was installed and allowed us to choose where we wanted things to be placed (RO, Faucet, Instant hot water) and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
When you choose Re-New Cabinets to do your renovation you will be in great hands from beginning to end. From those in their shop - Rafael, Octavio, and Emily, to the crew doing your installation, you can rest easy knowing there are people working their hardest to make your new space the best it can be!
I fully recommend everyone who is looking to update and renovate their existing kitchen space to use Re-New Cabinets. Our kitchen is night and day different and they helped us bring our vision to reality!
P.S. Will update final picture once the backsplash and re-paint are finished!

We waited for years to start our kitchen remodel, and Re-New was the right choice. After getting two different quotes, we chose Re-New and couldn't be happier with their work and service.
We were unsure what we wanted, just that we wanted the kitchen updated. We went to Re-New's showroom as suggested. Not only were there were so many options, they were a great help with suggestions on color, quality, and new additions like the pull out shelves, knowledgeable in general about the materials we chose.
We really appreciated their expertise in the field; they provided several helpful tips. Most importantly, we're very happy with the outcome and quality. We have a kitchen that looks and feels like a new space, and we get to move in all over again.
Everyone we worked with from Re-New were so nice and professional. Very happy we went with this local business.

Re-New Cabinets does excellent work!   We recently had our kitchen cabinets refaced and the final results were stunning. Their team is very professional, knowledgeable and committed to doing quality work. The pricing was very fair and they offered several options to update and enhance our kitchen.
They are a great company to work with, we were very satisfied with the results and would strongly recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.

We love our remodeled kitchen!  The original builder grade cabinet doors and drawers looked terrible, but the cabinet boxes were still in good shape.  After visiting the showroom we we decided to hire Re-New since refacing would also allow us to keep the existing granite counters.   They helped with suggestions during the design process, and we decided to also convert a base cabinet to two deep drawers, and combine two smaller utensil drawers into one larger drawer.  They told us to expect 2-3 month lead time, so we were happily surprised when they called about a month later to say they were ready to install.   The installer did amazing work and was very polite and friendly.  He put up plastic to minimize dust, drop cloths to protect appliances, and swept up at the end of each day.  (Be aware the process creates a lot of sawdust). After completion, our kitchen looks completely transformed.  All of the materials are very high quality, which is especially evident on the hinges and drawer slides.  I am so happy we chose Re-New over the other companies we talked to (especially the big box store)

NOTE: This review represents OUR personal experience. That of others may have some similarities or may be completely different.

Most of the staff and ownership are friendly and helpful. And, while the cost was much more than anticipated, we were excited about effectively getting new cabinets without tearing out the old...and with what we believed would be a better finish than sanding and painting in place.

But...That was where the positives ended. Inside the cabinets, 25% or more had drilled holes left unfilled. A couple large spots were accidentally scraped on the inside of a cabinet by sliding in a spice rack, but there were several other spots with paint flaws (from manufacture or install). And when advising of the issues, we were accused of product abuse. Great customer service...NOT.

We indeed were guilty of opening the drawers and cabinets...go figure... BUT, none of the 3 (cautious and conscientious) adults in the home (no children) have long fingernails. And the primary user of the kitchen has fingernails trimmed right down. However, the cabinet finish quality cannot sustain even a light, casual touch of a fingernail while reaching for the handles.

Given this fragile finish, the frequently used trash bin drawer is the one that is always the worst.  The trash bin drawer issues began within a month or so...and continue today. No matter how cautious and careful we are, with the shallow hardware, sold, placed, and installed by Re-New Cabinets, scratches and scrapes on a cabinet edge by the handle end up happening...no matter how short fingernails are.

Upon advising Re-New Cabinets about the continued issue, asking for repair and for pain codes so we could do our own future repairs (since this will obviously be an ongoing issue), we were again accused of product abuse (being rough and careless in our use of the cabinets. We take pride in our home and everything in it and the person that continues to accuse us of such could not be more wrong.

After multiple communications requesting response regarding the problem, the response was that it was not being considered a warranty issue. AND, no paint codes mentioned or provided.

We have one of the paint codes from touch-up paint left from when Re-New Cabinets were out to repair product and install problems (and our accidental scrapes mentioned above). But, we know that if the island cabinets are of the same quality as the main cabinets, we will most likely have issues there too over time. But, no paint code disclosed to date.

We are now stuck with this product that looks great from a distance, but up close has scrapes near the (shallow) hardware that had resulted from the apparent non-durable finish. We did pick out the hardware from Re-New Cabinets, but should have been advised that the finish durability would not be able to sustain use of shallow hardware.

We had been looking forward to cabinet upgrade and had saved to do the project...and now left with disappointment.

Again, this was our experience... It would seem logical that this is not the normal experience or this company would not still be in business...but...this was our experience.

We just finished our kitchen cabinet refacing and we love it! The kitchen was in good shape but the doors kept peeling paint chips all over and wasn't really our style. We endend up with a very elegant and modern kitcken for 1/4 price of a new one. The best part is that it was installed in 5 days. Working with Roberto and Arlette was wonderful. Knowledgable, great products, many styles to choose from and I even skipped looking at other pulls and handles because they had such a big/quality selection all included in the quote. Just go to the show room and you will be sold with what you see. I read that guy's bad review. The truth is that the other quotes we got with 10 samples in the trunk that's what you get, with Re-New cabinets you go to a showroom with 100 times the options and they do give an accurate quote that includes most of them for the exact same price. They are so efficent they have the quote and contract ready to go when you are. I rarelly write reviews but it was hard for us to find someone who would give us exactly what we wanted.

The are impossible to work with Arlette is rude and just dumb! Robert will lie to cover up her stupid comments and disrespectful manners. Good quality but not worth the BS with the owners. If you use them get everything in writing and tell them NO CONTACT FROM ARLETTE!!!!

We are very pleased with our new kitchen cabinets.  We started this project with a visit to the Re-New showroom.  Although small it impressed us with the many different options available and the quality.  We were hooked.  Arlette was helpful with the decision making process, assisting with cabinet choice and color.  It was a fairly easy process and the installation also went well. Our dated maple cabinetry has been replaced with creamy white cabinets and drawers and we are delighted!!!

We used Re-New Cabinets after talking to several other companies.  We chose Re-New cabinets as it is a family owned business with a relentless focus on customer service and satisfaction.  Robert, the owner, has a strong knowledge of the business, and he was able to help us determine the right cabinets for our home.  Robert provided us with several samples to ensure that we were happy with our selection and did not rush us through the process.  Mario, our installer, was incredible.  His attention to detail, work ethic, and discipline were outstanding.  We worked at our house for 5 days straight and even missed part of Halloween with his kids to finish our kitchen.  Arlette, the business manager, was also very professional and helpful.  She always responded to my e-mails and phone calls and made the experience with Re-New very pleasurable.  I would highly recommend Re-New cabinets for your home remodel!  I would have posted pictures but we are still in the process of re-modeling.

It was a pleasure working with Robert, Arlette, Joe and Jackie through this process.  My home is 32 years old and now my kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room look brand new, updated and amazing.  Everyone was so warm, knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  Mario who did most of the work in my home is amazing.  Did such a beautiful job on every detail.  No more wasted space in the back of cabinets under my island.  Had them transformed into 4 big beautiful drawers.  My two garbage pails are now out of sight for the first time I love it.  I am so happy with the way everything turned out and highly recommend Re-New Cabinets.  In fact my sister is having her kitchen redone at I type..

Couldn't be happier with the work that was done. Our 1979 home was updated beautifully with cabinets and drawers in the kitchen, wet bar, laundry room, and soffit around the fireplace. The results were dramatic. Robert got everything rolling, Arlette kept us appraised of everything, and Mario did amazing work and cleaned up every night before he left. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I started the process of re-facing our kitchen a year ago, then Covid happened and we put it on hold. Once we decided to revisit our project Re-New was the first company we contacted back. They are extremely efficient in what they do. They had a record of our previous estimate and when we wanted to make a couple of modifications Robert came out right away. Once we decided to move forward the only slowdown was me, there were so many awesome options that I couldn't make up my mind. They helped me to narrow it down and walked me through making decisions one at a time. In the end I couldn't be more pleased! They are professional, thorough, friendly  and in general made it easy to do business with. They did exactly what I had expected and been promised. Anytime I called and left a message with Emily I always received a return call from Arlette. They stayed late for me to stop in after work and Joe met me at their showroom on a Saturday. We have had other remodel jobs at the house and not once was it as easy as Re-New made it. It was because of other companies I was afraid to take the plunge and get started with this. Not once in the past was a project started and finished on time.  Homero  showed up on time every morning and worked super hard ALL day to get it completed. I am so happy with my kitchen that I plan to have the cabinets in my bathroom re-faced in the future!

I feel it is my duty to give everyone a heads up regarding the company Re-New Cabinets, LLC.  I had wanted to have my kitchen done over for at least 10 years but the cost was just too high.  So I decided to have the cabinets refaced.  I did get at least 3 quotes and they were all the same request.  The request was for white cabinets on the top and dark brown on the bottom.  The two corner cabinets would have textured rain glass fronts.   I got the quote from Re-New in Aug of 19 and the salesman advised that rain glass would be extra and I said that's fine.  Got the quote and in Sep of 19 they came out to measure.  Robert, the owner, measured and I again advised him the 2 corner cabinet fronts are to be rain glass.  He advised that would be extra and I told him that the salesman already advised me.  I gave them a check for half the cost and per the contract it would take a total of 5 to 7 weeks from when we chose the cabinets.  That would have put the install at end of Oct or beginning of Nov.  We started to empty out the kitchen the middle of Oct.  Since I did not hear anything from Re-New by Nov 10, I called and spoke to Arlette, the owner's wife.  She advised the bottom cabinets were backordered.  I asked why I was not advised and her reply was that it was not in her control.  That's not what I asked her.  She was extremely defensive and started giving me all sorts of excuses.   A real unpleasant experience.  We finally agreed to start the install on Jan 6, 2020... All went well until they started to put up the corner cabinet doors.  They were clear glass not rain glass.  I immediately called the salesman and left a message.  Arlette calls me and starts right off by saying, read the contract.  The contract says beveled or rainfall glass is a small extra cost.  The salesman and the owner both advised me of that and I advised them both that it was fine and that that is what I wanted.  This woman is now telling me that they would need to write up another contract and order it and said that I never approved it .  Total Bull!  I told her I wanted what I ordered or I will not pay the balance.  She then threatens to put a lien on my home and I told her go ahead and I will sue you.  I then hung up on her.  The husband calls me back and starts in on me.  SO NASTY and said he didn't care that all the other quotes showed rain glass and when I told him I was going to write a nasty review, he didn't care about the either.  They still had not installed my handles and one cabinet so I was stuck.  The one installer came back on Jan 13 at 3:40pm when I was making dinner.  Then the salesman comes and shows me a quote for rain glass of $250.  He also advised me that he did remember both conversations regarding the special order and that sometimes Robert forgets to write things down.  He also said that Arlette has a temper that goes from 0 to 100 in about 5 seconds.  They have no concept of customer service.  This could have been handled in such a different way.  The next day I noticed that one drawer had no stop on it and kept coming off the track and one bottom cabinet was installed crooked.  I called the salesman right away.  Well, after many, many calls and 10 days later, the installer finally came out to fix the cabinets.  It took him 10 minutes!  That same day I received an anonymous letter in the mail addressed in bright blue magic marker.  It used my legal name and was sent in a business envelope.  The one page inside had such filth written about me and was of course not signed and no return address.  Now I am not saying I know for sure it was from Re-New, but I do not know anyone else so sick and vengeful.  I know this a very long review, but people need to know and be aware of what is out there and to be very careful.  From now on I am going to tape all my conversations and meetings with companies when signing contracts.  It is a bad combination to have Robert, so arrogant, and Arlette , so ignorant,  running a company...BEWARE

We are extremely happy with the results we got from having Re-New Cabinets redo our kitchen and bathroom.  The technician was on-time, professional, and did excellent work and our work was done at a very fair price.  We'd absolutely use them again.

They refinished  my Cabinets 3 years ago. They told me it should last at least 10 years.  The finish is coming off all on a number of drawers & cabinets. .  They refused to touch up the cabinets and said they would only warrant there work for 2 years.
To fix them they wanted  $4000.00 .

My 25-year-old master and guest bathrooms looks fabulous and new!  The refacing of the cabinets looks gorgeous (including building and installing a new cabinet of drawers where there had been an empty space for a chair beneath the counter top in the master).  The work was high quality (we chose beautiful white shaker style throughout both projects with modern brushed nickel handles).  The installation was done well, both when and as quickly as promised.  5 days total for a large kitchen and separate wet bar and 4 days for two large bathroom vanities plus quartz countertops in both bathrooms.  All the men arrived on time and got right to work, kept the areas clean and did a final cleanup after the projects were done.  All in all, a great quality job was done at the right price and how great to have work done when and as promised!  Thank you very much to all the people at Re-New!

After a garbage disposal leak under my kitchen sink required a cabinet removal to prevent mold and further wall damage, I decided to bite the bullet and do a complete kitchen remodel.  I contacted three different companies I found in my local Home Concepts circular.  Two companies came to my home, while a third asked me to send pictures of my kitchen and then come to their location to look at some cabinets and counter-tops.

After meeting with the two contractors who visited me in my home, I had no hesitation in selecting Re-New Cabinets.  Robert Lenzi took the time to discuss various options with me, show me some of their previous remodels on his iPad (before and after shots) and win my confidence in his team's ability to not only rebuild my kitchen, but turn it into the room I knew I would love.  I'm a passionate cook, but my previous kitchen was lacking in terms of its beauty and ability to stand up to the bathrooms that were remodeled by the previous owner.

Once I gave Robert an idea of what I wanted to achieve through a remodeling effort, he and Arlette went to work making my dream come true.  Robert returned the next day with a couple of cabinet samples (that were very close in appearance to the bathroom cabinets, but more functional for a kitchen) and showed me all the ways that moving to these doors and drawers would change the complete appearance and functionality of my kitchen.  I had never even noticed that my previous kitchen doors and drawers had a gap; once I compared that to the bathrooms, I understood how much better this remodel would make my kitchen look and function.  Robert also explained how much larger the drawers would be as a result of the change, and the soft close features of the doors and drawers were a selling point as well.  Finally, he recognized an opportunity to add a cabinet under the island and completely change the appearance of the sides of the island.  No convincing was needed beyond these suggestions!

Hector was the first person to visit my house for the restoration.  He did all of the drywall work, and he went above and beyond to make the new walls clean and ready to build on.  He will be back tomorrow to paint and put the finishing touches on this incredible remodel.

The next team onsite were the cabinet installers, Mario and Francisco.  To say that Mario and Francisco's work was of the highest quality would be an understatement.  They were extremely professional, diligent about cleaning up before they left and their level of attention to detail was simply incredible.  Mario made some coping cuts on the cabinet headers that continue to amaze me every time I look at them.  They are truly skilled craftsmen, and they even worked on July 4th and the following Saturday to get the job done.

The following week, Enrique arrived to install the granite I had selected from AZ Tile (AZ Tile comes highly recommended by the Lenzis, for good reason).  He and his associate removed and replaced the granite in very short order.  I had requested a build-up for the granite to match the depth of the granite in my bathrooms.  How they could tear out and replace granite in such a short time with no mess left me breathless.  Enrique was instrumental in helping me achieve one of Robert's ideas to install an extra cabinet and make the kitchen island significantly longer and wider.  I really appreciate that Robert and Enrique worked together to give me more work (and play) space.

After struggling to select an appropriate backsplash for this updated kitchen, Arlette gently recommended against my original choice and guided me to AZ Tile for advice.  Once again, she was absolutely on target.  The team at AZ Tile quickly helped me find something in the same color tone that was far better looking and more appropriate than my original choice.  I want to also mention that Arlette was the one who helped me pick a grout color and the most beautiful hardware for my new cabinets; if she gives you advice, I'd recommend that you listen!

When Demi and Christian arrived to install the backsplash, I could hardly wait to see how everything would come together.  As with Re-New's other teams, Christian worked overtime to get the job done in short order.  Like all of the other installers, he left absolutely no mess behind and demonstrated his commitment to his art with meticulous attention to detail that others might have overlooked.

If I could give Robert and Arlette more than five stars, I absolutely would.  They were always in touch, giving me updates and constantly asking how things were going and whether I was happy and/or had any questions or concerns.

They are warm and caring people, and they take great pride in making sure that their associates reflect their values and their passion to quality and customer satisfaction.

If you need a remodel, you should strongly consider Re-New Cabinets.  I can't imagine that you'll be left anything less than than thrilled with the results!

I have thought long and hard about this review and came to the conclusion that I must share our experience.  Hopefully this will help someone who is thinking about hiring them, or any other contractor.

We visited Re-New Cabinets and dealt with Arlette.  She was very knowledgeable and helpful.   Robert was on time to look the job over and give us a quote.  We agreed on color, design and start date for new drawers and door fronts in the den and master bath.  We signed a contract.

For the most part the workmen and women were on time.   They put up plastic sheeting on the bathroom and den doors to help keep down the dust.  We've had projects like this done before and the sheeting did as expected and as previously experienced.  It's about all they can do.

Throughout the project, they were hard to get ahold of and sometimes I had to place more than one call over several days.  I was told Robert doesn't always answer his cell phone if he's with a client.   Apparently he doesn't check his messages, either.

We were going on vacation before the job was complete, causing a payment issue.  Arlette insisted that we pay in full, We need you to pay now.  This was repeated four times during the same conversation.  We agreed to make a partial payment with the balance due upon completion.

The renovation looks lovely; however it shouldn't have been so difficult and they shouldn't have had to return to fix problems.  Attention wasn't paid to the original configuration.  The new drawers are over one inch shallower and over three inches shorter than before; the previous contents don't fit.  The new hinges are much larger than the old ones.  We didn't think to ask about dimensions and it wasn't pointed out that they would be so different.  We have one legal size drawer for hanging files.  The rails were installed for letter size.  There are two drawers where the hanging files should be turned 90 degrees from the front.  These rails were also installed incorrectly.  There wasn't an issue with them returning to correct the problems, but if they'd paid attention in the first place, it wouldn't have been necessary and the job would have been done sooner.

The bottom line is that no matter how many renovations you go through (and we've gone through several in our 30-year old house), you still don't think to ask every question.

My wife and I will forever make it known how exhausting our kitchen remodel experience was with Renew Cabinets. It was 6 months from the signing of our contract until they finally completed our job. Our problem wasn't with their installers but the owners Arby and Robert. We had to finally file a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors to get our job completed.  We also filed form 3949 with I.R.S. The several customers we contacted through reviews, as well as ourselves, were asked by Robert to make payment to him instead of Renew cabinets. Future customers read the negative reviews and look at Arby's response. She doesn't want a customer posting what she calls derogatory or negative reviews. She claims they have an open door and customers should make any comments to them directly.  This is what happened to my wife and I when we tried to have Robert the owner and our sales representative come to our home to inspect our unfinished job that lasted 5 months......our response from Arby the first time was that Robert had the flu. The second attempt we were told that Robert retired.  Somebody needs to break the news to Arby that public forums are for good reviews as well as bad reviews. Our experience trying to communicate with the owner's wife,  Arby, was beyond terrible and is deserving of being posted on a public forum to alert future customers.

I cannot tell you how incredibly pleased we are with our reface cabinets! About four years ago, we had another company repaint our cabinets. Honestly I thought they had done a good job. But after further review of the matter, I would never have use them again. Enough about that... Re-New was so very professional. I did not go with a painting job but I did a urine laminate which is so stunning. The door fronts and drawers were replaced with this beautiful  Italian laminate. Our craftsman was Mario who was absolutely amazing!!!  I have had many subs work for me throughout the years and none as professional as Mario!!! Renew should be so proud to have such an amazing craftsman working for them! Another thing is the timeframe was right on target. There was one small glitch with the cabinet coming in the wrong size. Immediately Ron called to let me know that he had taken care of it and it was installed in less than a week. That in itself is quite amazing! So bottom line is, this is a very good company!  Trust your instincts and know that some people just can't be happy with anything. Thank you Ron, Arlette, Joe, and Mario! Y'all rock!

This is Abby R, not Mark. I've waited a long time write this review. Ultimately, we like our cabinets and appreciated the Owner's style recommendations. He was great to deal with on the front end - friendly, polished. Then came the rest of the crew. (Not going to mention names.) I had to call the office to find out that our installation was already scheduled (while my mom was visiting), and the first day of work, they sent one man who immediately let me know he didn't speak a lick of English. That explained the kind of stern e-mail I received prior to work starting that stressed that I wasn't to talk to the crew.... An hour or two later, a man came who spoke some English, and within 2-3 days, he turned out to be a crook. He damaged our cabinet with a saw and didn't admit it to me ever - suddenly pulled the no englais on me while he made ME try to explain to him what I (not my line of work) thought was wrong, and even lied to Owner about it until Owner got it out of him. When my husband tried to reach Owner about it, his office manager told my husband with certainty that I signed off on the work and let the employee (Mr. X) go. She was pretty rude throughout, especially in the end we she tried to call my husband at work to set up another fix when she knew I worked from home - was there every day. She insinuated that I was one to yell or get upset with her. Never did, especially since her communications with me were always email, and I'm sorry if she takes it personally when a customer is rightfully dissatisfied. She probably took it wrong when I said (in the midst of all the repair visits), why ask me when is a good time for a repair crew to return (again) when you always end up telling ME when is best for them? Just tell me when. (By then, I already experienced that we were all going to have to sacrifice for the dishonest employee's crime.) Owner ended up admitting to me that Mr. X came clean about what he did - dropped his saw - but at the same time, Owner told me he told Mr. X there was no reason to be sorry. !! So after that, you feel much less comfortable about having known liars who will pass off damaged goods in your home, and a boss who allows it and complains that some customers watch over his crews. Can't blame them! I sometimes wonder when I'll find more bad work that was hidden from me. I didn't watch over the crew, and Owner thanked me for it, but it's good I just happened to decide to look at their work one day and question this damaged door. The finish crew's time was wasted for a few days - dragged into weeks - my time and aggravation wasn't trivial, and the cost to the company was all A-OK with Re-New, just to protect one employee. Plus when you find out there are lots of family ties among the crew, then you know the customer might not be protected in many instances. It got to where I held the final small payment on the damaged cabinet repair until my husband and I decided it was good enough - it had been painted over with pure white paint vs. the specific antique white it should be, and it showed... I had lost trust by then - it was pure business at this point. But it's sad to me we finished without any closure, no follow-up whatsoever. I thought they were better than that. So I wouldn't work with them again.

This review should have been written 9 months ago when Re-New Cabinets finished our bathroom cabinet refacing.  My husband and I are thrilled with the work Robert and his crew did for us.  Robert has a VERY good eye for detail and was extremely helpful when it came to picking a cabinet style and hardware for our master bath.  We did not have a decorator to fall back on, thus Robert's input was invaluable and spot-on.  Six years prior to Robert's beautiful work we had used someone else (I wish I had known of Re-New back then) to remodel this same bathroom.  The bathroom turned out nicely, but I hated the refaced cabinets the minute they were installed.  Hated them!  Finally, after six years, my husband agreed that in order to enjoy our remodeled bathroom we needed to redo the cabinets... again (thank you husband!).  Now when we walk into our master bath I feel like I'm walking into a bath at the Ritz-Carlton.  Thank you Re-New Cabinets for making my dream come true.  I'd also like to thank Alfonso for his quality installation, which is a crucial step in making everything come together as it should.  I would DEFINITELY recommend Re-New Cabinets for your remodeling needs.  Their work is absolutely perfection!

Renew Cabinets
The first statement that describes Re-New Cabinets is Over Promise Under Deliver.
The second statement that describes them is Lack of Customer Service Skills
If you choose this company BE SURE to get EVERY little detail in writing, otherwise it won't happen. And once your project starts don't even think about sharing your customer concerns with them or you will receive an unprofessional phone call and email....
I sent an email on the 2nd day of my project concerned about the following:
1. Who was going to be in my home and what times -they had already been late both days
2. Project Delays - I was told it would take 4 days-then on the 2nd day they told me 6 days. (actually took longer because they had to return to fix many things)
3. Workers unprepared- both days I was asked if they could borrow our ladders
4. Sanding and sawing inside the kitchen - they did not prepare us to protect our furniture and belongings for this amount of dust.

Below is the email I received in response to my concerns: (no editing, this is actually how it was written)

Mrs._______,
As per the conversation with Robert over the phone, the lasted over 6 minutes he explain several things to you, just to be clear. This is a construction project, therefore I was very clear with you to be patient. I told you about your pets, your cabinets process and the dust. I am sorry that you feel disappointed with our work, that today is our second day. We were very polite to you every time you call, the time you spend in the showroom, answer all your questions, and its seems that you are counting the minutes on us. We don't work like that Mrs. Berney. This is a construction project.
* The only people that will be in and out, from your project will be Alfonso, and his son Osvaldo. The project management is Alfredo as well.
* If you have any other concerns feel free to reach out to Robert at 480-695-1140.
* Robert spoke to you at 8:35 AM he just check his phone and he told you exactly 30 minutes and he shows exactly at 9:05.
* Do you realize that your designer was late twice, one time 2 hours and 40 minutes, and the other time was over 1 hour, and we never complain about that.
* Mrs. Berney, the day that you supposed to come to the showroom you were late but I am not complaining either.
Mrs. Berney you took your time to wrote 2 pages, and we have not finish the project.
