Although Fallone Building and Remodeling, having been in the remodeling business for 28 years, has experience in all aspects of house renovations we consider ourselves experts in Kitchen and Bath remodeling. We pride ourselves with a personal touch that only an Owner-operated company can offer. We have several cabinet companies that we can offer you with a range of price options to fit any budget. Our workers have been background checked and have been with us for many years. They have a great understanding of what we expect from them to make our customer feel confident that they chose the right contractor for their job. HISTORY

Established in 1983.
We established our company in 1983 in Rumson, New Jersey. Our list of renovations consists of custom mahogany decks,house restorations built in the 1600's, additions, kitchens, baths, basement conversions, the list goes on. We have a great knowledge of the structural intregity of a house and how to maintain that integrity. We worked most of that 18 years in NJ exclusively on referrals from satisfied customers. We moved to Arizona in 2001 and re-established our company here in the Southwest. We hold both Residential and Commercial building licenses.

ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

Gary and wife(co-owner) Robin have been married for 32 years. We have raised 2 daughters, now in their 20's. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat and our granddog lives with us tempoarily. It matters to us as owners of a family operated business that we establish a good relationship with our customers and many of those customers have become friends throughout the years because we try to treat them like family.

We were in need of an overhaul to our 1986 kitchen (low ceiling, dated cabinetry, dated breakfast nook and poor use of space) - after shaking Gary's hand and his initial thorough walk-through, we knew that we had our design & remodeling team. We chose the Fallone's as both Robin and Gary have great ideas, are very personable and punctual. This was our first remodel and the Fallone's walked us through the process, helped guide us in the right direction, presented us with a detailed schedule of the process and even met us at different locations to select tile, stone, etc. They also listened to our ideas, must haves and our second thoughts throughout the project. Not only was the project completed on time, but the kitchen was finished early! Their trade contractors and build team are very professional and performed outstanding work. We went from an unusable closed-in space to an open kitchen that included a proportionate island with all of the amenities (and yes, even a built-in drop-down & retractable LCD TV hidden in the cabinetry). The room has essentially become an addition to the house - far more than just meal preparation it is now a place to congregate. I often work from home while seated at the island and use the kitchen as a backdrop for video conferencing. We would absolutely recommend Fallone Building and Remodeling and have engaged their services once again for the design and build of our new master bathroom (can't wait).
