Best Solar Panels in Arizona

Glendale Roofing & Construction Solar Panel
Rude reception. Just called Glendale Roofing & Construction for some basic information... including when they are available and how long it would take to do the job. Well, they told me they are 3 weeks out to give an estimate and they don't know how long it would take. Then... very rudely said thank you and hung up.

Veteran Solar AZ Solar Panel
Often requested but seldom completed, I anxiously am writing this testimonial to share with not only Veterans but all to give Veteran Solar AZ an opportunity to complete an amazing, eye-opening and free Energy Audit.

We are transplants from the upper Midwest this past Spring due to my service connected and arthritis issues.
After a short time, we realized that we needed to harness the power of this unforgiving sun. But we didn't know where to turn, look, or ask. Like all, we too wanted a trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest Solar Company's insight and guidance, without all the sales hassles. This was all new to us.
So we turned to Yelp and the Internet to find a Veteran owned and operated solar company. This is how we found Veteran Solar AZ and it's Veteran owner, Ivan.
Within minutes of requesting information, mind you on a Sunday afternoon, I received a call from Ivan, to schedule an appointment that worked for both parties, within 10 days.
Ivan absolutely took us by surprise... as our defenses were already in place (ignorance) thinking this will be an hour long sales pitch. Embarrassingly, we could not have been farther from the truth.
Ivan was very professional and personal. He provided us with a power usage Audit to include how and where we could save electricity, especially during peak times. From replacing our nearly 15 year old single staged pool pump to recommending smart thermostats, Ivan was genuine and honest.
Ivan was able to put together a system that would likely take care of 75% of our demand and even sell some excess energies back to APS. (Likely to save nearly 90%, but Ivan refused to  make a promise he couldn't keep!!)
We visited on a personal level regarding how many living in the home - including how long and often our 2/3 college kids will be living with us amongst other valuable pieces we never even thought about.
What I thought was going to happen was a sales pitch and handshake to think about it.
The Audit that Ivan and his team conduct far surpassed any and all reluctance and we signed a contract that day to do our part in going green. Ivan was forward thinking providing insights and not pressure, from the replacement pool pump and charging station coupled with the abilities to have backup batteries installed later, after technology and prices drastically change.
There were no slick sales' pitches. Just honesty, trustworthiness, and solar knowledge creating an educational and informative conversation.
As a Veteran, I wanted to support another Veteran. What I got, was a friendship.
Without any reservations, I would highly recommend Veteran Solar AZ to anyone even thinking about ways to potentially generate passive income by harnessing our Sun's infinite power.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone with this company for months and still no answer! The entire process of installation has been difficult and hard to understand why not one person can answer a phone call!

Freedom Forever and all their associates have been the best to work with. This has been the most seemless process I have ever I have had with a company. Joe has been in constant contact with us through the entire process, and it has been a great experience. Thanks Joe!

Clean Energy Now Arizona Solar Panel
I finally decided to invest in solar and I was a bit overwhelmed at all of the choices in this oversaturated market. I got a business card from the owner at a farmer's market and chatted with him a bit. He was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I did take a bit of a chance as he had no reviews on Yelp yet or much of an online presence. However, I did feel confident in moving forward. Securing the permits and working with the power company did take a few months before we could actually do the install. The process and install did take a bit longer than expected, but the fair pricing and overall experience was worth it. The panels themselves are very sleek looking as well. There is definitely an upfront cost and investment, but it will pay for its self in time.

Our Sun Run solar system rocks.
Keith and his team did a great job of keeping us informed every step.
We didn't pay anything to get solar on our home and it's saving us a bunch. There was some extra work done on the outside panel, but we did not get charged thanks.

Divine Energy Solutions Solar Panel
I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! Highly recommend Divine Solutions if you're thinking about buying solar for your home!

Going Green Solar Solar Panel
This review is based on 6 years of having a Solar Hot Water Heater installed, service (both warranty and non-warranty) and includes all issues with the company. Now, if there was a way to give Negative Stars, this company would get it.

Now, unlike several other reviews that said the company is "Leads Generation Company", I didn't get this feeling at all. As, I contacted them for SOLAR ELECTRIC.

I made the appointment and the Sales Rep (sorry, don't remember his name), showed up. After going through the presentation, turns out that they said, "You have to have a SOLAR HOT WATER HEATER installed first, before going Solar Electric". Boy, I sure wish that I had checked into that better.*

Well, here's what the final results were: Duct Sealing and a 3-Panel, 2-Tank System for $9,200.00. :o

Here's what we got: Duct Sealing (FANTASTIC- 5 Stars); allowed me to increase my thermostat setting to 80-81), Instant Hot Water (NOT), $80.00/month savings (lucky to see $20.00) and a 2-Tank System (initially, only 1 installed because my old tank wast only 6 years old. But after contacting the Company President, the 2nd Tank was installed at no charge. So, I'm thankful).

What has happened since:
1) The "FLO" (tank needs filling) Code error comes on about once a year (prior to 2017). While under Warranty, it was still a bit of a hassle to get resolved because Going Green Solar told me that I had to contact the system supplier, which was FABCO. But, once out of Warranty, I had to pay the company who installed it $150.00 per service call. :o Luckily, the tech showed my how to do it myself and it's pretty simple to do. But, takes time since I had to use the outside hose. AND, it's hot work during the summer time.

2) in Jun 2016, the Power Supply went out. That was a $225.00 job.

3) Also in 2016, I noticed that the FLO Code error was coming on more frequently; 3x So, in October, I had the installer come out. Turns out the Panels were leaking. Now, the panels were under warranty. But, the labor was $450.00.

4) After purging the tanks on Jan 1, 2017 the FLO code error came on again in February. Fortunately, I was able to find and purchase a "Faucet to Hose" adapter and this makes filling the tank from indoors easy, cool and quick. However, the FLO code has come on 6 more times since then. :?

Since the original installer failed to return my call, I went with another company for a $95.00 service fee. And, while there is no evidence of leakage (thank goodness), there is a problem. So, the tech and I discussed ways to where I can try and resolve it. But, I'll have to wait until the FLO error shows up.

5) EDIT 7/20/17: Again, after purging and filling the tanks on 7/1, the FLO code error has come on 4 more times since (total this year, 11) 7/11. I don't know if the system gets a bubble in it that effects this, or what. Needless to say, with the $ spent so far, I didn't contact anyone.

So, at a cost to date of $10,120.00 and provided nothing else happens (doubtful), it will take another 36 years before the system pays for itself. And, since I'm 56, I doubt if I will live to see that!

Will I be able to get Solar Electric? Sure, but, will I? I don't know. I got to figure if it's really worth it, or not.

*So, if ANY company tells you that you NEED a Solar Hot Water Heater system installed first, FIND another company.

Power 22 Solar Panel
The solar paraphenalia installed on the front of my house is six feet wide and five feet tall. Most customers probably have their solar on the back of their house, but mine is on the front. It's made my townhouse look quite awful. This is something no one tells you or shows you a photo of.

I'd told my rep that I want to sell my house sooner rather than later. No problem, he said, and he acted as an authority on GoodLeap's assumable loans. Since then I've learned that an investor may not assume the loan from GoodLeap. Only someone living in the house full-time can assume the loan. I live in Tucson, so I'm guessing if someone buys my townhouse as a second home, a snowbird hangout, they cannot assume the loan. Had I known this, I would not have had solar installed, because most likely my buyer will want this as a second home. The rep should refrain from acting as an authority on assumable loans.

Have the rep leave your house so you can review the long contract and terms without his sitting there waiting for you to sign. It's a legal and binding document committing you to tens of thousands of dollars, so don't be rushed.

If you're not looking to sell your house for the life of the loan, and the system isn't on the front of your house, you may have a better experience than I.
