Best Solar Panels in Arizona
I found DTL through the Home Depot Trusted Associates Program. I took estimates for installing 5 fans, 2 of which required installing new wiring, fan braces, and switches. They were the second lowest bid out of 4, but because Home Depot had done a background check I went with DTL because nobody could be home while they did the work. They arrived early, completed the work in a timely manner, and even installed an electric outlet on the ceiling of my back porch where I will be installing a TV. I can attest to their professional work and expertise. Need some electrical work done call these guys!

I just had my install completed. Amanda made sure I was educated fully before making my decision. The process and install went very smoothly. My PM, Brian, was fantastic as well. Every one of the products they carry are top quality. This company is highly qualified and they do a flawless install. Highly recommended!!

We contracted with bright home and they have not lived up to their sales pitch.
They were responsible to get approval from our HOA prior to installation. They didn't even contact the HOA until we refused to move forward without an approval. They said it was because they were doing "credit checks". Impossible since I am a cash customer.
They worked on my roof for the installation and represented that all broken tiles had been replaced. When an inspector came after them they found that there were broken tiles which they had poorly attempted to fix.
When we notified them of the issue they made excuses and told us they would not pay for a new inspection after they came back to fix their mistake. They expected us to take their word that the work had been done. Clearly that was not acceptable. There person "in charge" Chris Arroyo didn't even have the authority to make the decision. They later agreed to pay after I let them know of my intent to call the registrar of contractors.
Lastly, part of the installation crew showed up stoned. Not what I consider safe for work on a roof.
There are so many choices for solar, don't make the same bad choice I did.
In my experience with them they have done their job poorly, lied and had delays that were secondary to their poor performance.
ALL of my claims can be backed up with 3rd party inspections
After reading their rebuttal we should leave it up to the customers.
As far as being rude. When someone shows up on your roof unannounced they should expect an issue. I was not notified of their arrival and make no mistake they were working for the company not me. I requested to be called before anyone comes to my house.
I'm sure most people will Believe a homeowner with pictures and a home inspection rather than a solar company with a crew that comes stoned. A homeowner that pays cash for his purchase or a door to door salesman that underperforms!
Maybe you should spend a little more time managing your employees instead of making excuses.
The timeline I provided is correct with information directly from the HOA documenting your lack of attention to the approval! I called the HOA and they had no submission from you until I called them.
I didn't solicit you company, you showed up on my door so any time that I gave your sales man he should appreciate. He did just show up at my door unannounced.
You are correct that I do post both good and bad reviews. When a business performs poorly it is the best way to protect other consumers. It is also a way to get the attention of "management" which this certainly did.
I will make sure any and all potential clients in my neighborhood know of my experience.
You just be hugely successful as you only had 3 reviews. Family members?

We moved into a home where the front bathroom lacks any natural lighting. Today, Jovane installed a solar tube for us.... he accommodated our schedule and the light looks great. Now, there isn't the "cave" atmosphere and we love it..... I'll upload some photos soon.

I checked into solar several times over the years but wasn't willing to risk damage to my roof for less than $100 net savings per month. This year I checked a few companies and AZ Solar Wave was almost $20K less expensive than the other company I was considering. That's right $20,000 less. I had read on many reviews for many companies that people had to wait really long times to get on the grid after initial install, some paying their solar loans for 6 months or more before seeing any gains from solar. I also was expecting my solar to take a long time for install simply because the supply chain is so jacked up. Not so. My system was fully installed and on the grid in right around 60 days. I was seeing the benefits from solar for 2 months before my first payment.
The initial sales guy and Brad (who managed the installation) were both very knowledgeable and patient. I'm a numbers person and they didn't bore me with a lot of stuff I already knew. They ran different numbers for me using various parameters, and I really understood what I was getting and why and what the expected return would be.
I also was impressed by the financing they offered. The federal rebate is significant, and they arranged financing that automatically refinances after that rebate is received and sunk back into the loan. So, you don't have to pay interest on the rebate part for the life of the loan. And the interest rate was quite low. I couldn't be happier with the entire process.
I'm 2 months in now and am already seeing really significant savings. On my first bill (which was partial solar) I saved about $75. My second bill looks like it will be about $150 less than last year's at this time. Brad really helped us figure out where the sweet spot for savings would be and things we could do to reduce our reliance on electricity - further bringing down our costs, like doing laundry off-peak and switching our pool pump to a variable one. Managing the early evening hours is our biggest challenge, but we are making great strides and expect to see even greater savings next month when the heat really gets scorching.
I couldn't be happier with our system, our education, and the customer service provided. The system works great. I was kept informed every step of the way and every question was answered quite quickly. I highly recommend these guys.

I've been dealing with the owner of this company for about 6mo now on my solar that came with the house when we brought it. So far Tony has answered every call I've made to him, or called me right back. He has come through on some of my small issues and has fixed it right away. Dealing with Tony has been a real pleasure. He had been a man of his word.

It's been well over a year. So far the system has been reliable. ABP designed the system for break even on our electrical bill. While the production of the panels exceeds their estimate, we have gone from a $3,923.41 APS annual bill to $822.47. While we did not break even, we saved $3100.94.
My gripe a year after is that our salesman, John Himstreet out right lied to us about about pigeon problems. He did promise us a pigeon barrier which the company said they didn't offer. John told us that we shouldn't worry because there wasn't enough space underneath for the pigeons to access. Well, with wing and rain, we noticed large amounts of droppings around our house. Well I went up there last week and was shocked and disgusted to find piles of pigeon poo, dead birds and eggs. John is a pathological liar. Avoid, avoid, avoid! The pigeon service said that solar companies frequently lie about pigeon access. The company said a 3" gap is all that it takes. I wish I had known this when the system was installed. Plan on adding just over $1200.00 to get the work done!

Just do yourself a favor and go with a different company.
I wish I had. Save yourself the headache. If you DO go with them, make sure the quote matches the lease. They are very good at switching numbers, and then lying about it.

With this company gone as so many solar companies do, it does no good to point out that I was robbed of my money as my solar panels do not work and I have no support after only 2 years.
