Super great deal, very nice guy named Paul came to work on our drain. One company was trying to charge us 75 just to go out and "assess" what was wrong with the pipe. we paid 95 to fix the problem with this company.

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

I had a problem with water heater explained what problem was and provide information that they needed on model and type of water heater I had. He showed up next morning with new water heater and removed mine and installed within two hours, he took old one back to dispose of and cleaned up like they were never here other that the beautiful new water heater that stands before me.... Great customer service, very professional and best of all the pricing! They were honest and up front and we couldn't be more happy! Defiantly would recommend their services to anyone and gladly would use them again...

Needed a smart shower repaired.  Techcool came out that same day and worked until they got the job done.  They were very nice and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking plumbing work.

I don't even want to give them one star--they never showed up, never called.  I waited outside my rental unit from 8:00 am when they scheduled until 10:00 am when I called them to see where they were.  It was cold!

Called them for an estimate and set up a time for them to come to my house while I was away. I called two times the days following to find out if they showed up and if they could do the work. The nice woman on the phone said she had not heard from the owner about the job, but she would have him call me. It's now been over a week and no call. I've since called another company and have had the work done efficiently AND timely.

If this owner didn't want my business, at least have the courtesy to call me and say so. I wouldn't have argued or had a fit. But at least call me otherwise you're getting the one star review on Yelp for other potential customers to see!

The first time I used Blue River, I had a good experience.  As long as you don't have issues arise due to their work, you'll probably be fine using them. If you do, find someone else.  Blue River actually fired me and told me they no longer worked in my area just so they wouldn't have to come back and fix their mistakes.  I'm left with a RO system install that won't produce enough water to make a cup of coffee and an ice make that doesn't make ice!!!

Tom came over this morning, showed up on time, worked quickly and fixed a lot of problems in my kitchen sink.  He did a fantastic job and the price was excellent.  I recommend him and Barrett Plumbing and Drain to everyone.  Thank you Tom and thank you Barrett.

Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order.The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

Called Cobra Rooter and plumbing for a water heater that was shutting off.  They were able to get to the problem within a day after my request.  The repair was done by Mike within an hour or so.  Great communication and fair price!  Thank you!

Thanks, Jeff, for doing a great job fixing my leaky sink!  You managed to fit me in your schedule the day I called even though it meant working late.  You had the replacement drain with you and completed the task quickly and well.  Then you cleaned up your work area and handled the paperwork efficiently.  I'm happy to refer you to others and add you to my list of "peeps" I love to have on my team.  :)

He has over quarter a century experience, has a license and is bonded. I am an auto technician for 25 years and I liked how he took his time and did flawless work for me. Excellent workmanship and material. I now have a plumber for life. I highly recommend him!
