We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

I messaged Dignity Plumbing inquiring about getting the water sources in my house checked for leaks. Estevan was able to accommodate my schedule & the quote was free which is huge - I personally don't want to pay to get things checked out on top of what it costs to get it fixed so that was nice! I will be going with Dignity Plumbing for any future issues!

The tech came to replace a faucet with the exact same faucet but a new one. There was no leak when they arrived and tech also said there was nothing wet. They then told me there was a leak and had to fix something else. So my $150 job doubled due to a leak that seems to have been caused by them.

Had an issue with a toilet and Alex from Beebe came out and fixed it promptly. Was very friendly - likes dogs! - but very professional and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, continued to notice slight problems the next day but Alex came back within a few hours of our call and looked again and fixed it for us. Prompt attention to customers.

Great company and techs.

Called them for an estimate and set up a time for them to come to my house while I was away. I called two times the days following to find out if they showed up and if they could do the work. The nice woman on the phone said she had not heard from the owner about the job, but she would have him call me. It's now been over a week and no call. I've since called another company and have had the work done efficiently AND timely.

If this owner didn't want my business, at least have the courtesy to call me and say so. I wouldn't have argued or had a fit. But at least call me otherwise you're getting the one star review on Yelp for other potential customers to see!

There are all kinds of plumbers in the world. And we all will need one, some day. A journeyman plumber like Rolph is the best there is. Sure, his follow through and communication are flawless. And his work is exceptional. But he also might be one of the most honest, friendly, nicest people around. He and Larry can do the work and take great care of your projects but you will also enjoy the process. They focus on the job, communicate thoroughly, don't rush a thing and when they're done, you know your job is done impeccably. The bonus is that they're great people! I care about who comes to my house and does work and I couldn't dream up a better plumber. Rolph and Larry ran new gas lines, across our entire house ad converted our fireplaces to gas (previously wood burning) and then he cleared every drain in my house, main traps etc. He is the best!!! You will be so glad you chose Blue River Plumbing.

Assigned to Big G through home warranty. Called to make an appointment as we have no hot water at all. Greg stated it would "about a week" and they couldn't see us sooner because it wasn't classified as a rush by the warranty company. Call our warranty and they do not offer "rush" classifications at all. Had it sent to another company.

Don't sign up to do warranty work if you have no intention or desire to do it in a timely manner. When we are out of our warranty we know better than to use this company.

I am so happy with my service with Blue Plumbing. They responded to my Yelp inquiry very quickly and were able to send a technician out within the hour. The tech, Mark, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my issue quickly and did a great job- he even helped me install my washing machine after replacing the pipes. I'm so impressed with this company and completely satisfied with their work! I'll use them again in the future.

I found Cobra Rooter Plumbing through Angie's List.  I paid for a deal in advance, kind of like a Groupon, via Angie's list.  I was very happy to connect with Jerry the owner. To keep this short, he came out on a Saturday with in 2 hours notice, to do a electric power snake of my very blocked up pipes.  My bathroom sink kept overflowing when the folks upstairs turned on their water.  My floor was getting flooded..He was amazing, worked very hard, and checked everything was working great.  Cleaned up all with a smile.  He did not charge a penny more.  I got a great service, for only 90 dollars.  I would highly recommend this company.  This company is honest, affordable, and reliable to do a great job. I am one very happy customer.

so the water heater started leaking yesterday, today it was a flood.. found Majesty due to the good reviews.. called, Jeff answered, got a quote, Jeff said he would be out between 12 and 2... at 12:01 he is backing into the driveway... replaced the water heater with a better model.. thorough, professional, and knew what he was doing... I will use him again when plumbing goes to, well, you know!!!!  I definitely recommend him...

He did my whole house and my 50x50 steel building. He shows up on time and charged a fair price Permits went thru first time

We had a horrible interaction with this company today. Basically they came to our house after giving us a bid on a job. It was Tarynn place sewer line in our rental property. The price was $12,000. When he got to the house he explained that that was only for one bathroom. But the cast-iron pipe runs through the house which has two bathrooms and the laundry room all of that pipe needing to be replaced. So now the price had more than doubled. Before you allow this person to do any work for you make sure you get a written statement of the work to be done and how much is going to be charged. I have a small handyman company  always give an emailed detailed estimate of what I'm doing and what I'm going to charge. This man stormed out of our house after we asked way too many questions for him. He was only planning on replacing about 10 to 15 feet of pipe. Again charging us $12,000 to do so.  Be afraid be very afraid!
