We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. We had a leaking water softener and he was able to replace the next day.  Georgel also re-plumbed a bathtub to shower as part of our master bath remodel among other plumbing needed like new faucets, valve replacement, new toilet, and new kitchen sink with disposal. He is considerate, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced - definitely recommended!

Requested a quote today, he texted me to confirm everything and was out to my place earlier than quoted by about 25 minutes. Response was quick and he knew what the problem was right away. Had to get a certain type of pipe/valve connecter and was very prompt. Explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and gave me a price up front. Very thankful for the quick service and he was also very pleasant. Would definitely recommend and call again if I need further services. Thank you!!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

The people at Wrangler are good, honest people. They are a l local longtime family business. They know how important it is to do what is right, especially in a small town, in order to stay in business. I have had them to my house twice now. They told me what to do to avoid the problem in the future so they don't have to come back! Now I am calling them because I'm having a problem with my water heater. Great people! I'm really glad they're available here in Payson!

There are all kinds of plumbers in the world. And we all will need one, some day. A journeyman plumber like Rolph is the best there is. Sure, his follow through and communication are flawless. And his work is exceptional. But he also might be one of the most honest, friendly, nicest people around. He and Larry can do the work and take great care of your projects but you will also enjoy the process. They focus on the job, communicate thoroughly, don't rush a thing and when they're done, you know your job is done impeccably. The bonus is that they're great people! I care about who comes to my house and does work and I couldn't dream up a better plumber. Rolph and Larry ran new gas lines, across our entire house ad converted our fireplaces to gas (previously wood burning) and then he cleared every drain in my house, main traps etc. He is the best!!! You will be so glad you chose Blue River Plumbing.

Barrett Plumbing replaced a leaking kitchen drain pipe in May 2020. Barrett was paid-in-full for his services and agreed to return in 1 week for a water filter replacement. Barrett was a NO CALL and NO SHOW for this appointment. On July 9th 2020, the REPLACED pipe began to leak again. Barrett was contacted to service the leak per the company's "2 Year Guarantee".  In response, Barrett was dismissive, verbally abusive (used obscenities), and refused service. No GUARANTEE...No REFUND. Thumbtack was contacted for a resolution.

Assigned to Big G through home warranty. Called to make an appointment as we have no hot water at all. Greg stated it would "about a week" and they couldn't see us sooner because it wasn't classified as a rush by the warranty company. Call our warranty and they do not offer "rush" classifications at all. Had it sent to another company.

Don't sign up to do warranty work if you have no intention or desire to do it in a timely manner. When we are out of our warranty we know better than to use this company.

I'm a contractor in Arizona. I have been using these guys for the past 5 years and I will continue to use them every time I have any plumbing or gas project. Their knowledge is extremely extensive and their workmanship speaks for itself. You will not regret hiring these guys.

Beware!!! Horrendous work. !! I called this company for plumbing work and they did horrible work and left my home damaged and do not respond to emails/calls. (See photos)

* i was quoted 1,250 for a toilet replacement/install. I didn't dispute the very high price and I pre-paid this invoice because I knew I might be out of town and didn't want any hiccups. I was NEVER informed that the replacement dimensions would not fit the same as the old toilet, leaving huge gaps everywhere. During the removal/install process the technician didn't use any kind of cautionary protection to ensure no damage was done to my flooring. Chipped and scraped tiles all around the toilet of my freshly remodeled bathroom!! I emailed this company and have called 6 times over a three day period with no response. I can not believe this is the work they consider "acceptable"

I've never encountered such a trustworthy plumbing company before. I'm always concerned about being scammed, especially in a field I am completely oblivious of. Majesty Plumbing is professional, trustworthy, and considerate! I highly recommend!

I was backed into by a driver in a Decelis Plumbing Co. Work truck in a parking lot on the corner of 16th St and Glendale today at 11:30am. The driver was on his cellphone. While there was no major damage it would have been nice to get some information. I have been unsuccessful at getting in touch with anyone at the company. I have photos of the the front of my vehicle and the back of the work vehicle.

We had a horrible interaction with this company today. Basically they came to our house after giving us a bid on a job. It was Tarynn place sewer line in our rental property. The price was $12,000. When he got to the house he explained that that was only for one bathroom. But the cast-iron pipe runs through the house which has two bathrooms and the laundry room all of that pipe needing to be replaced. So now the price had more than doubled. Before you allow this person to do any work for you make sure you get a written statement of the work to be done and how much is going to be charged. I have a small handyman company  always give an emailed detailed estimate of what I'm doing and what I'm going to charge. This man stormed out of our house after we asked way too many questions for him. He was only planning on replacing about 10 to 15 feet of pipe. Again charging us $12,000 to do so.  Be afraid be very afraid!
