We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Just had Georgel come and installed a brand new RO system and fix some plumbings at an affordable price.  With the hike on the water pricing for bottled water especially during this Quarantine phase we thought it was a good idea to put an RO system now AND he did not take advantage of the situation by any means I called several companies and he was so competitive and the best thing he was so professional and nice he was in and out and left the area clean!He was great and best of all on time with no exaggerated appointment time. Give him a call! He is an expert plumber over 18 years of experience that just started his own business so no ridiculous overhead! Local to the northwest valley!

Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was "Good Friday" so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

They showed up right on time and gave me an estimate on the work to be done. I thought it was more than fair and had them get started. They were finished within 10 mins of starting. They changed out the hose bibs on my house. It was a great experience overall. The dogs even loved them. They wore masks and were very respectful. I do recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They have very good, affordable pricing.

I had a flood in my bathroom on Sunday I called them Monday morning and they showed up in less then 2 hours all the way up in tonto village and fixed the problem a fair price and speedy work.

The first time I used Blue River, I had a good experience.  As long as you don't have issues arise due to their work, you'll probably be fine using them. If you do, find someone else.  Blue River actually fired me and told me they no longer worked in my area just so they wouldn't have to come back and fix their mistakes.  I'm left with a RO system install that won't produce enough water to make a cup of coffee and an ice make that doesn't make ice!!!

When I experienced a plumbing issue I wasn't sure who to call, luckily for me I came across Barrett Plumbing and Drain.  

I received exceptional customer service from everyone involved. I was able to get an appt around my schedule, same day, and I even received a text/email prior to arrival.

Austin arrived on time and diagnosed the issue and made all the necessary repairs.  Austin made sure all my questions were answered, gave me info that I needed, and provided quotes for projects  that I requested. Austin finished the job quickly and efficiently, and made sure the work area was clean  after the job was completed.  

I'm very happy with the choice I made in calling Barrett Plumbing and Drain. I now have piece of mind when I need any Plumbing projects done in the future.

If i could rate zero stars, I would. I had the unpleasant experience of using this company through my home warranty. Making an appointment with them was a pain and they were very unprofessional yelling at each other from across their office I'm assuming. They called while I was at work and when I called 10 minutes later they told me they couldn't schedule me and they would have to call back. I tried telling them I'm at work and can't answer the phone, so they told me to call when I got off at 4, but no one answered the phone. They finally sent 2 guys out a week later and it was extremely uncomfortable having them in my house. They talked down to me the entire time and ended up calling my warranty company, telling them that I installed something incorrectly. This was untrue and not at all what I told them. They kept blaming me for whatever messed up the pipe. So, I basically paid these horrible people to come into my house, be rude to me, and blame me for the issue. I will continue warning people to stay away from this company.

I am so happy with my service with Blue Plumbing. They responded to my Yelp inquiry very quickly and were able to send a technician out within the hour. The tech, Mark, was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix my issue quickly and did a great job- he even helped me install my washing machine after replacing the pipes. I'm so impressed with this company and completely satisfied with their work! I'll use them again in the future.

We have an older home (1956) that uses the old, original orangeburg piping for the sewer line. Our sewer started backing up into the yard a few months ago and we had called the plumber we've been using the last 5 years of owning this home. They came out and said part of the pipe was crushed and they didn't feel comfortable doing a patch because of the orangeburg. They quoted us close to $6000 to replace it down to the street and said the price would only go up from there if they had to go into the street to continue the fix. We had them clear the line which fixed the problem temporarily until the same problem start again a little while ago. We called Cobra Rooter to come out and give us a quote and second opinion. The owner, Jerry, came out right away and looked at the pipe that had been uncovered previously. He said he would start by clearing the clog and then see if a patch was possible. The next day he was able to clear the clogged drain and did a really nice patch of the pipe for only $280. He did quality work at an extremely fair price. It's nice to find someone who is honest and hard working. We will be only using Cobra Rooter from now on and will be referring anyone who needs a plumber to check them out. Jerry and his company saved us thousand and did a stellar job on the repair.

I am happy to report that thanks to Jeff Lewis @ Majesty Plumbing I have resolved my plumbing issues. Another company that I can honestly say I enjoyed spending my money with.

I was backed into by a driver in a Decelis Plumbing Co. Work truck in a parking lot on the corner of 16th St and Glendale today at 11:30am. The driver was on his cellphone. While there was no major damage it would have been nice to get some information. I have been unsuccessful at getting in touch with anyone at the company. I have photos of the the front of my vehicle and the back of the work vehicle.

We had a horrible interaction with this company today. Basically they came to our house after giving us a bid on a job. It was Tarynn place sewer line in our rental property. The price was $12,000. When he got to the house he explained that that was only for one bathroom. But the cast-iron pipe runs through the house which has two bathrooms and the laundry room all of that pipe needing to be replaced. So now the price had more than doubled. Before you allow this person to do any work for you make sure you get a written statement of the work to be done and how much is going to be charged. I have a small handyman company  always give an emailed detailed estimate of what I'm doing and what I'm going to charge. This man stormed out of our house after we asked way too many questions for him. He was only planning on replacing about 10 to 15 feet of pipe. Again charging us $12,000 to do so.  Be afraid be very afraid!
