We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. I made a mistake on my outdoor spigot and wasn't able to fix it by Saturday night so I called Fast Layne Plumbing and spoke with David.  We was able to have someone out the next day to fix the issue.  The communication was great as was the service.  Highly recommended!  Plus, they gave me a military discount.

We had a leaking water softener and he was able to replace the next day.  Georgel also re-plumbed a bathtub to shower as part of our master bath remodel among other plumbing needed like new faucets, valve replacement, new toilet, and new kitchen sink with disposal. Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was "Good Friday" so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! Barrett Plumbing replaced a leaking kitchen drain pipe in May 2020. Barrett was paid-in-full for his services and agreed to return in 1 week for a water filter replacement. Barrett was a NO CALL and NO SHOW for this appointment. On July 9th 2020, the REPLACED pipe began to leak again. Barrett was contacted to service the leak per the company's "2 Year Guarantee".  In response, Barrett was dismissive, verbally abusive (used obscenities), and refused service. No GUARANTEE...No REFUND. Thumbtack was contacted for a resolution.

Greg had great communication the entire time of the process. To even include a week of waiting for the parts he kept in contact the whole time. He even called me to let me know he could come a little bit early. He completed all the repairs and was very helpful. If these are the types of employees Big G has then I give the company as a whole 5 stars. If you had a bad experience ask for Greg next time. We will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

Came out to give me a quote and showed right away he was not that interested. Reading the other reviews about steep pricing, I'm glad he showed their true colors right away. Needed a main shut off valve, he told me it would take hours and hours, and again, hours and hours of labor and the price would be "quite steep." I caught myself trying to persuade him; I knew where the water came in and that is about three feet down, when I realized he already told me "no." Yes he was polite, but oh well.

He did my whole house and my 50x50 steel building. He shows up on time and charged a fair price Permits went thru first time

We had a horrible interaction with this company today. Basically they came to our house after giving us a bid on a job. It was Tarynn place sewer line in our rental property. The price was $12,000. When he got to the house he explained that that was only for one bathroom. But the cast-iron pipe runs through the house which has two bathrooms and the laundry room all of that pipe needing to be replaced. So now the price had more than doubled. Before you allow this person to do any work for you make sure you get a written statement of the work to be done and how much is going to be charged. I have a small handyman company  always give an emailed detailed estimate of what I'm doing and what I'm going to charge. This man stormed out of our house after we asked way too many questions for him. He was only planning on replacing about 10 to 15 feet of pipe. Again charging us $12,000 to do so.  Be afraid be very afraid!
