We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Everything of course happens on a Friday!!! Now mind you this is not just a regular Friday, but it was "Good Friday" so my expectation on calling a plumber, let alone, having someone come out the same day is just absolutely unheard of right??? Wrong!!! Jimenez Plumbing is absolutely AMAZING!!! Their response time is phenomenal!!! I noticed a leak in my front yard on my way to work and called Jimenez Plumbing. I had never heard of them but noticed they had GREAT ratings! When I called I was greeted with a very polite, professional person on the other end of the phone named Sandra. Right away she told me she would have someone out in a couple of hours. Low and behold she sure did!!! Not only did Eugenio (the owner himself) and Felix show up but they fixed my leak and also did a little extra project for me while out there too. Their price is reasonable too!!! I will be recommending them to family & friends if anyone ever has plumbing issues!!! Thank you Sandra, Eugenio & Felix. I appreciate you all! Happy Easter!!!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Went on Yelp to find a plumber and Techcool said they could be at our place within an hour. They also came in SIGNIFICANTLY less then a competitor. Installed our toilet and were gone in an hour. Very professional and reasonably priced. Recommend

We'd used Beebe in the past, about 10 years ago and had no complaints with their work.  However we called them with an emergency  (I consider water flowing into the house from the main line an emergency).  We shut off the water and called Beebe with our emergency.  It turns out only we considered this an emergency.  Best Beebe could do was more than 72 hours/3 days out for a repair call.  We found another local plumbing outfit that really does deal with emergencies and they were here within the hour.  Strangely enough they also had Bee in their name.

If you can schedule your emergencies for a convenient time, I'm sure Beebe still does decent work.  If your emergency is unscheduled they are not the company to call.

All in all maybe I should thank Beebe plumbing as we have found a new plumbing service to use that we are very happy with.

Called them for an estimate and set up a time for them to come to my house while I was away. I called two times the days following to find out if they showed up and if they could do the work. The nice woman on the phone said she had not heard from the owner about the job, but she would have him call me. It's now been over a week and no call. I've since called another company and have had the work done efficiently AND timely.

If this owner didn't want my business, at least have the courtesy to call me and say so. I wouldn't have argued or had a fit. But at least call me otherwise you're getting the one star review on Yelp for other potential customers to see!

The first time I used Blue River, I had a good experience.  As long as you don't have issues arise due to their work, you'll probably be fine using them. If you do, find someone else.  Blue River actually fired me and told me they no longer worked in my area just so they wouldn't have to come back and fix their mistakes.  I'm left with a RO system install that won't produce enough water to make a cup of coffee and an ice make that doesn't make ice!!!

Don't hire just any Plumbing Service.

When I experienced a plumbing issue I wasn't sure who to call, luckily for me I came across Barrett Plumbing and Drain.  

I received exceptional customer service from everyone involved. I was able to get an appt around my schedule, same day, and I even received a text/email prior to arrival.

Austin arrived on time and diagnosed the issue and made all the necessary repairs.  Austin made sure all my questions were answered, gave me info that I needed, and provided quotes for projects  that I requested. Austin finished the job quickly and efficiently, and made sure the work area was clean  after the job was completed.  

I'm very happy with the choice I made in calling Barrett Plumbing and Drain. I now have piece of mind when I need any Plumbing projects done in the future.

Big G Plumbing was sent out because I was unable to turn the water off at my clothes washer.  They were great, they called me and scheduled right away. They were on time which is a plus!  

He had to cut into my drywall to fix the problem but it was a small repair and he cleaned it up when he was done.  

This place was amazing, I've worked with plumbing companies in the past and I've had some good experiences, no complaints but I never had my expectations blown away and that is exactly what they provided!

Amazing, these guys were on time and got to work right away. Kept me informed through the whole process. Highly recommend! Even gave me an unexpected military discount at the end.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Long story long after weeks of meeting with plumbers, licensed and unlicensed I contacted Jerry.
Believe me in a few short weeks I've seen it all (job was such that it needed a quote/plumber to see the situation before taking it on). I've had people a few hours late to no shows, plumbers on crack or whatever else drugs they may do, to others saying it can't be done or they wouldn't want to do it, quotes from $400 to $1500, hours to complete from 2 to 2 days. To make things more difficult it was a condo building, so water has to be turned off to multiple units.
These guys are fantastic (Israel was the plumber assigned to my job), on time, super professional and friendly (no smelly, exposed crack plumbers here), work completed in half the time they estimated and the work area left so tidy I had nothing to clean. Did I mention that their price was on the low end?!

Thanks, Jeff, for doing a great job fixing my leaky sink!  You managed to fit me in your schedule the day I called even though it meant working late.  You had the replacement drain with you and completed the task quickly and well.  Then you cleaned up your work area and handled the paperwork efficiently.  I'm happy to refer you to others and add you to my list of "peeps" I love to have on my team.  :)

I was backed into by a driver in a Decelis Plumbing Co. Work truck in a parking lot on the corner of 16th St and Glendale today at 11:30am. The driver was on his cellphone. While there was no major damage it would have been nice to get some information. I have been unsuccessful at getting in touch with anyone at the company. I have photos of the the front of my vehicle and the back of the work vehicle.

We had a horrible interaction with this company today. Basically they came to our house after giving us a bid on a job. It was Tarynn place sewer line in our rental property. The price was $12,000. When he got to the house he explained that that was only for one bathroom. But the cast-iron pipe runs through the house which has two bathrooms and the laundry room all of that pipe needing to be replaced. So now the price had more than doubled. Before you allow this person to do any work for you make sure you get a written statement of the work to be done and how much is going to be charged. I have a small handyman company  always give an emailed detailed estimate of what I'm doing and what I'm going to charge. This man stormed out of our house after we asked way too many questions for him. He was only planning on replacing about 10 to 15 feet of pipe. Again charging us $12,000 to do so.  Be afraid be very afraid!
