Best Plumbing Services in Arizona

I had water coming out of my foundation on the outside of the house - a slab leak.  I have had experience with other leak detection companies in the past with varying levels of success, NONE as good as this one.  I called several leak detection companies early the next morning and the earliest they could come out was late the next day, some were three weeks out!  I aborted Google search and found this company in Yelp.  Dave was able to come out in a few hours and once here, I spent less than 5 minutes outside showing him where the water was coming from and then he went inside and spent the next 45 minutes there using three different types of equipment and then told me (and showed me using his equipment) with greater than a 90% certainty exactly where he thought my leak was and described how it could be fixed!  He used a noise level detector to figure out which line (hot or cold) and to get the fixture closest to the leak, then injected a signal on the copper pipes to figure out exactly where the pipes ran using another tool, then used thermal imaging to find the PUDDLE of water in the slab around where the pipe was leaking.  The techniques were AWESOME!  He also gave me a plumber that was able to come out the NEXT day to fix the leak.  

This was during COVID-19 times and Dave came to the door wearing a mask, which was very much appreciated because I fall into the high risk category.  He cut a hole in my drywall (after asking for permission) as part of the troubleshooting process and the plumbers actually used that same hole to run the new plumbing.  He made the cuts nice and straight, knew right where to make the hole because of his equipment, and cleaned up the mess on the floor and tile before leaving.

I am writing this the day after the leak has been fixed and am still amazed at how well the leak detection went.  I am definitely using Dave if I EVER need leak detection again.  BTW, the plumbers I used said they have used Dave in the past and know that when he finds a leak it is always where he says.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! My shower drain has been clogged for the past month, and let me tell you showering with a pool at your feet is not fun. Finally, I put in an order with my home warranty company and they connected me to VITech. I placed my work order in the morning and heard from VITech a few hours later, they got me scheduled for the following day (at my earliest convenience) and came promptly in the timeframe they originally quoted me. The tech took a look at all my issues, fixed them within 30 minutes and was on his way. Best part?! I don't have to worry about my bathroom products floating around in a pool on the shower floor anymore! Thank you VITech!

I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. Oh, and he even put my back awning cover on my back bedroom back up, and the screens all around the back patio. I am posting pictures from the before, to the after

I would like to tell about my experience with Ethan at Sunland Plumbing.  I am a realtor and had a plumbing emergency at a home we have for sale.  2:30 on a Friday afternoon I get a call saying the water main is broken at the house what should we do?  This house in in Sun City Grand, I called 10 plumbers, no one could be here today.  Will Monday morning work?  NO!  Ethan was on his way home from another job, said I can come right now and twenty minutes later he was there.  Ethan is very professional, and got to work quickly completing the job.  I recommend Ethan at Sunland Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them again!

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

No ability to contact through Yelp.  I thought the whole point of Yelp is enabling that green request a quote button over to the right to greatly simplify contacting the business.  I much prefer electronic contact over phone tag and/or stepping away from my desk (my job) to go outside the building to make a personal call because you are only open when I'm at work.

Their website contact form doesn't work.  I seriously filled out the form more than once.

I left a voicemail and they don't return my call (it's been a week now).

Pass.  These people apparently don't want my business.  Please delete your page on Yelp.  Looking for another plumber.

After we bought a house the inevitable happened- things broke and needed to be fixed right away.  We had called a couple plumbing companies and they did fine but they were a little bit expensive.  

I found Joe on Yelp and he was able to come out and fix something for a better price than a previous plumber.  Not only that, he checked all our toilets for a part that had been recalled and replaced them that day.  He also did a check of our entire house to make sure things were working properly.  He also took the time to check a discrepancy with our water heater after the job.  I wish we had found him earlier!  Thankfully everything has been working splendidly since he came.

Excellent service at a reasonable cost. An honest contractor! I appreciate their service and cost and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. I've used Southwest Plumbing Services just before the holidays and am scheduled to use them again this week.

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

Mike was on time, knew what he was doing and did a nice job installing our attic stairs. Pleasant to deal with and very capable. Can recommend without hesitation.

Another 5 star review for Tom and Brandon.  I had a water leak right off my water main / meter and called them on Jan 2 to schedule an appt.  Tom got me scheduled the next day and Brandon called ahead to let me know when he would be there as I had a dentist appt that afternoon.

Brandon was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and pretty efficient.  The price seemed very fair given the amount of work needed and he quoted it up front (Which I really appreciated).

Brandon also noticed some issues around my water heater that needed attention and gave me a very fair quote to come back and fix them.  

They honored the Yelp special of no trip charge and 10% off as well!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The service was good, and prompt however the price is prohibitive.   I have a large water heater was charged 2400.   I found afterwards I could have the same water heater - size and brand for 1900.   If I had the time I would have done more research and chose another company who would do the same work, with the same equipment for less.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

We have used this company twice and both times they have outperformed our expectations! Today, Adam Garza came out to give us a proposal for some plumbing work! He was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward! He made some recommendations that saved us a lot of money! I highly recommend George Brazil for plumbing or electrical work!

Not good. Scheduled rejuvenation service. They didnt fo anything. Offered to clean my coils for 440 dollars. Then told me they couldn't do it. Then tried to sell me a new unit for double what the competition charges.

This is a sales driven company. 80 bucks to get only a sales pitch with a hard pressure attempted close.

Have had two other companies take a look..both said unit doesnt need to be replaced. And if it did they could do it for half the cost. Be careful with this company.
