Phillip is such a great worker! We called him to do a couple of things around our home that we wanted done after we moved in. Very knowledgeable and he figured things out fast. Very friendly and honest and always communicated with me on things so we were always on the same page! We could not be any happier with the results on all the work he did for us! AMAZING! I have to say we got this company through our home warrenty to come check out a leak under the sink.  They were so kind and so customer oriented. They quickly found the issue and got it remedied. The tech who came out (I think it was Igor) even had to run to a supply place to replace the sink hose. I highly recommend vitech!!

I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

I would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends and family. I will call his company again for any future needs.

My husband and I had just bought a house. Of course with homeownership, comes the home repairs. We had a shut off valve that broke under a sink and had to turn the water off to the whole house until it was able to be replaced. Mike was here just couple hours after our call to him and everything was done and back to normal within an hour. Super nice guy. We will be using him for all repairs in the future.

Scheduled an appointment and Erik came out today. He was professional, personable, reasonably priced, and did great work. I had valves that were leaking outside next to the hose which has been an ongoing issue since I purchased this house. The leak recently got pretty bad and was filling a bucket of water per day. Erik walked me through the construction of the set up and showed me that the valve was not actually serving any purpose as it was not connected to anything. He was able to remove the unnecessary valves that were causing the issue. The set up is now much more simple and most importantly, no longer leaking! While Erik was here, I also had him disconnect a second washing machine I had set up in the garage that was no longer in use.
From the time I called him, he had a very quick response time (called me back within 5 minutes), came out as scheduled and completed the work. I have used other plumbing services in the past but never felt compelled to write a review. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs I may have!

I have contacted several plumbers for a quote, This plumber was the most responsive and quick to answer all my questions. And was very prompt and very friendly. I had a clogged kitchen sink that I could not get it unclogged my self after nearly 2 weeks of trying. He fit me in as soon as he was available. In addition to my kitchen sink he also did some work on both of my outside hose spicket that had small leaks. he did a fantastic job and fixed all my issues and explained a few things under my sink that I didn't know before. I would do business again for any of my plumbing needs.

Come the next day and below quote. Has done multiple jobs at my house.  Called him for the 3rd time to do an upgraded sink install with new deposal.

I contacted mike after Response Crew poorly hung a wall mounted entertainment center in my apartment. It ripped out of the dry wall and came crashing down ruining many valuables. Unlike the handyman with Response Crew, mike came in, did what needed to be done to fix the issue , got it hung properly, and left! And it was CHEAPER than the previous company who tried running the clock to get more money out of me. I paid half of what I paid the first time to get the job done right. Also, since he charges by the hour, he even asked if there was anything else that I needed done before he left since my task hadn't taken the full hour! Don't make the same mistake I did and go straight to Mike!! He is friendly, fair, and efficient. Thanks mike!!

No doubt Tom is a nice guy. However, I was charged $175 for labor for a thirty to thirty five minute job. He did have to come out to diagnose the issue and found I needed a toilet kit. He got the kit and installed it. I can't understand how that can be a $175 labor charge or that that was a good deal. He just told me that $175 is their minimum labor charge! Really?!!

Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

I've used them around two years ago and Ziggy was great! He cleaned the drains and they worked perfectly. He was efficient and the charge was reasonable. Couldn't ask for better and will definitely call them again when I have a problem.

After attempting to repair my shower handle myself, I finally realized that I needed a professional.  The shower handle would not turn left or right nor would it pull out or push in, which is the way this one functioned.

This tech, Wes, was so professional, on time, quick and did a beautiful job. He had to cut into the wall, through the back of a pantry, to reach the plumbing inside the wall. When I looked inside the wall, he had done such a great job of measuring, fitting the new piece and welding it, that I could have set it on my table as an art deco piece. NO Kidding!  I was really impressed.

I would highly recommend this company. I now have a plumber to call.

Elijah O. made two preliminary visits to our residence to evaluate issues, consider options, and make a plan before arriving on scheduled work day with Tony V. They did a great job, put in a long day replacing main breaker and branch breakers, installed surge protection and replaced outdated smoke detectors, and performed a long list of additional electrical tasks, installations, and time-consuming rough-in work.  They worked very well together, efficient, pleasant, kept us informed about everything they did, answered questions and explained in detail everything we needed to know.  Looking forward to them returning for second phase of this project, and already making a list of additional electrical updates for them to come back and do for us in the near future.  Very happy!  We appreciate their integrity and enthusiasm.  Also appreciate receiving email saying they're on the way, with photo of technician for i.d. and a little background info.  Very nice gesture.

We made it through the summer of 2016 without any failures. However, last year, the 4-ton system failed.  Goettl once again stepped up and replaced the compressor, free of charge. I paid nothing for parts and nothing for labor.

Honestly, I don't know whether the continual problems are due to the hardware or the ineptness of the initial installation or the initial specification/design where TXVs were not part of the package.  Our two systems are Amana branded, which is a Goodman product. Goodman is without question THEE least favored brand, consistently. I had *hoped* that the up-branded Amana badging and top-end features would be a quality product.

I go through each season with anxiety - as opposed to peace of mind - that one of the compressors will die again.  And at this point we are nearing the end of our 10 yr parts & labor warranty.  And then what?

In the overall analysis, I have to stand by the 2 star rating, which Yelp describes as Meh. I've experienced better.  My rating of Goettl is certainly closer to Meh than it is to A-OK.  I might give a rating of Meh - they're okay.  Maybe.  They HAVE honored their warranty, graciously and without hesitation.
