We contacted PLD after noticing our water bill starting to creep up.  Dave came out to the house and confirmed we had no leaks.  To me this was worth the time away from work and the cost, its like going to the dentist,,,IMHO its better to pay a little now and know everything is ok rather than waiting, developing a problem, and pay much much more.
 PLD was able to schedule the appt quickly, gave me a clear window of when to expect Dave, and Dave showed up as promised.  Very happy with PLD and would use them again (hopefully I never need to), but would gladly recommend them.

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! Thank you!

Mike work hard to find replacement water heater which took a great amount of time! Worked late to put it in to make sure we had hot water. We are forever greatful to him!

Phillip has provided 2 different services at my house. One for drywall repair about 25 square foot and a 2nd visit to replace a leaky spigot outside. He gave me reasonable quotes that included the materials and stuck to the price when completed. All work has been up to my expectations and Phillip has been reliable meeting the timeframes he sets. I have Phillip coming over a 3rd time for plumbing work in the kitchen as I am satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Vitaliy came by my house to do a water-softener install.  Price was very reasonable and his professionalism and workmanship were top-notch.  Will definitely have him back to do a few other jobs around the house.  He even hauled away the big box the softener came in even though I did not purchase it from him.  Excellent customer service!

I'm out in Florence, and it's kind of a pain to get contractors out here.  Once they here Florence it's like cha-ching, additional trip Charge!!

Eric replied to my VM immediately and did not try to jack the price up at all due to where I lived.  I had him replace three toilettes, and look at two shower head faucets.  The job was done in a timely manner and the cost was about average.   I've got him in my 'Trusted contractors' list which I keep on hand though, because when you find a decent electrician, plumber, or anything out here you damn well remember their name!

Called Saturday morning when I couldn't get my water back on from installing a new appliance. Joe was really great and tried to help me over the phone first, was out within a few hours and saved the day. Great pricing for a Saturday emergency. Highly recommend.

He quickly tackled two of my three projects, which included fixing a hot water heater installation issue, and replacing the valves for my kitchen sick plus cleaning debris from the faucet. Mike is honest, helpful and on time.   If he can't do it, he will say so and probably has a reliable lead.   I have used him for the last 2 years on several of my properties.

I called and spoke with a gentleman named Tom who was very friendly and informative. I asked for a quote to replace our toilet which he provided, including the different options and explaining each in a way I was able to understand. He proceeded to ask me more information about the problem we're having and that's when I really grew to appreciate him and this company. He actually took the initiative to offer a much more affordable option that included just replacing the tank and line versus the entire toilet which saved a few hundred dollars. I honestly didn't know any different and could have easily been taken advantage of for unnecessary expenses. That means the world to my family because we're already struggling without these unexpected repairs. It was SO refreshing to find a person/business that didn't take advantage when they had the opportunity to do so!! Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

Extremely rude he came in and said he fixed our toilet and sink and it was all the same ended up charging more than he said he was. I would not recommend to anyone. I heard their the best in Suprise, Az and honestly I would've done a better job myself.

Donald did a good job clearing the leak beneath my kitchen sink. (I hope) Before that they did good putting on a new water outlet when I got a new and different washing machine. So I decided to spend some of the stimulus money I got from Uncle Sam and give them some work and stimulate the economy.

I did not have any drain problems, but my house was here before the AZ Code required a sewer clean-out pipe. I didn't have one and decided to let them put a two-way clean-out tube in for me out front of my house. I thought the price was high and even had the estimator out again, but decided at the last minute not to try to whittle the price down because it was stimulus money.

Before they got here I had the city out to tell me where my drain connected to the main sewer and they had no instruments, but were old experienced guys. Straight out they all three said. Exactly what I thought! It is totally illogical for the pipe to go anywhere else but straight out to the street!

That was not good enough for me but not for Cure All. They got on my roof and tried to run some sort of electric device down and out of my vent pipe, and try to see where it came out with some sort of high-tech metal detector. So he broke off the cover to my vent pipe and left it laying there to blow away in the wind. It was clear where the pipe went with my dousing rod

It was two guys bigger than me so I declined to let them try to go under the house and make their handy-dandy metal detector nonsense work for a job that there was no reason to go under the house for.

They were polite and courteous but perhaps a little too cautious, maybe hesitant about digging a three-foot deep working trench in the wrong place.

I recommend them whole-heartedly for their high-tech stuff, but maybe not for doing any digging. Looks like I will dig down and locate that pipe myself. Age 70!

Why can't you get any information about a a/c warranty? We had them come out and give us the cost of a 1 and 3 year warranty but when I tried to get information as to what that covers you can't get any answers!
