I received a call from my landscaper telling me I had a huge problem. Our house was leaking water from an outside wall. There was no indication of a leak from the inside of the home. It could have been anything!! I panicked a little and called our homeowners insurance. They said we needed a leak detection specialist I didn't know they existed... so I Googled it naturally... Phoenix Leak Detection (Dave) came out within minutes to assess the problem. He was able to determine where the leak was in minutes and stop the leak before it got any worse. Thank you Dave!! Your level of professionalism was superb!!

Gino has helped me with multiple projects- From a new gas line install, to three full bathroom remodels , he has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in finding fixtures/parts and thinking of final details, so friendly and willing to help in a pinch! he went above and beyond in fixture selections with a very difficult client of mine as well !!! I was very impressed with Philip , my mom needed a faucet replaced in the kitchen and bathroom, he was quick and efficient and the price was very reasonable,  he also check for any leaks around the house and backyard, He definitely sold me on using all of his services as a handyman and his plumbing experience.

I would definitely recommend his company to any of my friends and family. I will call his company again for any future needs.

We had to have our main water line replaced from alley to the house, They estimated it would take the full day and possibly part of the next-  the invoiced amount was to be $3100 total -
Two men did the job in 2.5 hrs and when I was surprised they finished so fast the guy in charge said it was an easy job.
I called the office to pay and the owners wife was shocked also that they were done and said she'd rework the estimate.
They took $200. off, that is all.
When I expressed concern over the small amount they deducted she spoke to the owner and he took another $150 off.
We really expected them to cut the bill in half consider the materials were roughly about $800.
And we agreed on the price when we thought it was a full days work. We would not have agreed otherwise.

We were very happy with the work and the courteousness of the men that did the work but were not happy with the price in the end.
We also had planned to have them do our AC unit replacement but decided to go with another company after this disappointment.

Our AC stopped working Tuesday afternoon and Urgent Repairs was able to come at 9pm and install a new compressor! Truly a blessing and extremely friendly! Thanks, again!!!

We had a leaky shower head and some other issues. A previous plumber said it could cost up to $5000 to find and fix a strange odor in the guest bathroom.

We called Eric at CTR and he was wonderful. Very friendly, extremely knowledgable, passionate, affordable and professional.

He was able to fix all our issues for under $400.

I highly recommend Erik's company, CTR plumbing.

The only con is that we can't relocate him to Oregon when we move.

Setup an appointment with Justin.  He did not show up.  I called and he said he was on his way.  Two hours later and he did not show or respond to my calls.  The right thing to do would be to call and let us know he would not be able to make it anymore but that did not happen.

I needed a RO system installed and Desert Sonoran did a great job and finished in a timely manner.  Friendly service and fair pricing - I'll definitely use them again!

MIke finished my kitchen remodel by painting the backsplash and light boxes, totally updated my bathroom with new paint, hardware, toilet, and vanity/sink.
Excellent work... while he was at it I asked if he could look at fixing the grout in my guest bathroom shower. He did that also.
Very affordable, efficient, and all around excellent work and an individual.

The main water valve to the house, I knew was causing low water pressure. One company stated, The problem is from the meter to the house. You need a new main line for 5100.00 The other company quoted approx. 700.00 for a new gated valve. Requested a full remodel for our studio with Rene at Sunny View Drywall, recommended by a friend. We are very satisfied with the price, quality, and professional installation. Rene remodeled the studio in the timeframe that he promised. I will definitely be contacting Sunny View Drywall for any other services in the future!

The service was good, and prompt however the price is prohibitive.   I have a large water heater was charged 2400.   I found afterwards I could have the same water heater - size and brand for 1900.   If I had the time I would have done more research and chose another company who would do the same work, with the same equipment for less.

I had two major leaks in my house, and used a different company to repair them. The first leak was a reasonable cost to fix. But the second one was outrageous. After this company tried to sell me on repiping my whole house (for a measley $14k) and a new water softener ($4500), I said no way. I was referred to Cure All Plumbing by a family member, so I thought I'd give them a shot.

Ben came out to the house and gave me an estimate to repipe the house and a water softener for about 1/3 of the price as the other company. Immediately I felt ripped off by the other company, but very relieved I found these guys. A few days later, Ben and three other workers repiped my entire house and fixed a couple odds and ends. They finished this in just over one day, which was incredible. Ben was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. It was a relief knowing you could trust these guys, instead of the slimy salesmanship displayed by some of the shadier companies.

I highly recommend using Cure All, and will refer them to everyone I know. As I told Ben, they now have my household as a permanent customer.

They charged my 90 y.o. Mom $1,400.00 to replace 2 bathroom faucets, which they stated would cost $200/each because they are all brass faucets. They also replaced a valve underneath each sink. They were there approximately 2 hrs. They did not leave any paperwork, but charged my Mom $1,400.00. So I must assume that they charged approximately $400 for parts & $500 an hour for labor. Are plumbers now receiving $500 an hour? Wow, this seem excessive and I feel she was overcharged.

Very disappointed in the service I have received from Goettl. I had a new hot water heater installed by Dayton exactly 1 year ago. Fast forward to a couple days ago and my hot water heater is not working--the pilot light won't stay lit. Come to find out Dayton sold the business to Goettl, who no longer has a plumbing department in my area but is coming sometime in Q4.

I have had several calls with them only getting as far as the receptionist and being told I would be contacted by the manager John, but he never called back. Every conversation there is some vague answer like he has a vacation coming up but I'm not sure when, he might be in the office Monday and I have yet to talk to him. I was told my manufacturer's warranty would cover parts and labor, but no other plumbing company will do the labor to fix my water heater. So basically within 1 year of a brand new hot water heater I am stuck paying someone else to fix it and I haven't even been able to talk to the manager about it because his receptionists are running interference.

The kicker was that on one call with a receptionist I just asked for an email with my warranty information. She said she would send it. She never did so when I called back a few hours later asking for it, she sends my invoice and acts like I'm the dumb one for asking where the warranty information is. Then she realized she sent something else and when I asked for the warranty information, I got the I'll have John call you line again--which he never did.

Very poor service and no backing of a brand new product I bought new with warranty parts and labor a year ago.
