John came out today to fix our dishwasher & water heater. We were very happy with the work he did. Their prices are great, they don't charge a trip charge, just gave us an estimate when he came out. He didn't try to up sell us on a water heater! We will definitely use them again!

Just want to give Addam Galusha a big Thanks for his hard work!  we were having issues with our sewer clogging . called PlumbServe and Addam responded immediately he took care of our backup.  we continued to have problems with it. the timing was bad. we had a loss in our family and then the holidays.  but Addam helped us get through it. and later he ran a camera down our cleanout and found the problem.  long story short he came back replaced the line with new abs.  and now everything is flowing good!!  if ever in need I know who I'll be calling!! I had toilet that needed to be reset and a water heater to be replaced. Trevor and his team, provided an estimate and completed the work in a very professional and timely manner!

Jason becket just left to troubleshoot my Home Depot bought water softener.  He arrived early and saved me a few hours.  I'll know shortly if I need a new unit but I would recommend Maloney.  No sales pitch for anything and in fact I was the one inquiring about new units.  Time will tell if I need to replace.  For the cheap service call fee; I'd recommend

What a day..but i wanted to take some time to do this to say how pleasant the guy was from your company.just moved into our knew home for two weeks now. having some plumbing issues needed an estimate from your co. On the RO and soft water system.Also had(pruitts plumbing)at the same time to change our water heater because that's who our warranty co uses.what a total difference in service. thank you for having such great workers

If you're new to the area or even just looking for a great plumber / plumbing services, I have to tell you.... I can't say enough about Estella Mountain Plumbing!  We were new to the area just purchased our home about a year ago and of course, issues.  We had a main that broke by the home side so it was our responsibility and of course we are out of town when this happens so the neighbors called and we start searching Tommy came out immediately sent us pictures, had the water off and called with an estimate. Within less than an hour  from our frantic call to him leaving, the problem was fixed as if it never happened, he saved us hundreds of not thousands of dollars,  because if it wouldn't have been handled so quickly we would have had an enormous water bill!  He was fast was knowledgeable and provided customer service that just doesn't exist anymore and did not take advantage of after hours emergency service. Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

Great work at a fair price. Had them install a new facet set in a bathroom and repair a leaking tub facet. Courteous, on time , efficient and a fair price....does it get better than that for a plumber? Give these guys a shot!!

Such a great company! Nick came to our house to replace an angry hot water heater in November and was back yesterday to investigate a different leak. Both times he was here within hours of my call, totally saved the day and helped us find folks to clean up the damage. He was friendly, professional, efficient and his work speaks for itself. Perfect service! Was able to get scheduled immediately and they saved the day! Was on the last leg of a bathroom remodel when I ran into a plumbing issue and they fixed it perfectly! Cannot recommend them enough!

Over priced by double for work that wasn't anything special from other companies I've gone through much cheaper before.

Company is made up of salesmen, very greedy and only care about dollar signs.
I have worked in the plumbing field for years behind a desk before moving here, I know where the numbers are suppose to be when it comes to the work/parts for jobs and I promise you, this company is over charging people out here. In my opinion that's why they are driving brand new Mercedes vans.

Didn't argue the price, this is the way they run business, but hoping to spread awareness to others. Don't get roped in by their talk and used by these guys.

The guys did the work fine. But the price is not right. Plenty of other companies that can do the same work for a justifiably reasonable price.

I will never go to another plumbing company again! I've tried cutting corners in the past with mom and pop companies until I had a terrible experience and decided to give RR a try! Cassie's persistency in helping with my rental properties was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail and the knowledge she possessed was evident. Cassie was not only extremely knowledgable but provided impeccable service. I felt extremely comfortable sending her to my properties and having her work directly with my tenants. She helped explain the work needed thoroughly and left everyone feeling at ease. The most important thing to me is turn around time, Cassie was super responsive whether by text phone or email I knew my questions and concerns would be immediately addressed. A successful business is not based on Sales rather then the number of repeat sales.  Companies thrive & survive off tradition, make it a generational thing. Roto rooter is exactly that because of employees like Cassie, I will continue to give my business to Roto Rooter.

On October 24, 2012 I paid for permitted gas lines to go from my meter outside to the inside  of the house to hookup my gas stove and gas dryer.  I wanted it permitted to make sure it was legit should I ever move. I also had to pay to repair the drywall they had to cut in order to put the gas lines in.  So on top of paying $1350.00 for a permitted gas line I had to pay to fix the drywall repair.  Fast forward to April 2013 where I called and stated it was taking an absorbent amount of time for my stove to heat up.  I was scoffed at and told it's an appliance problem and not their problem and to call an appliance repair.  I did just that but the appliance repair guy couldn't find anything wrong with the stove.  I'm sure he would have had he pulled the stove out to take a look at the gas lines and the connection to my stove.  So fast forward now to March 2016.  I'm been getting very bad headaches, nauseous a lot, and some pretty gnarly bloody noses. I wasn't sure what was causing this problem and only after having other work being done and my stove needing to be moved did the gas smell appear.  I called out the gas company who turned it off and explained the leak was from the gas lines inside my permitted wall.  Needless to say, after the incident in 2013 I didn't feel comfortable calling them to fix their error because one they made the error and two they tried to brush it off like it wasn't their problem.  So needless to say, the certified, new plumber told me this: Incorrect tape was used to seal the gas line joints and connections with water tape,  the one line to the stove had one thread on it, it was leaking in two places, the gas line itself was so loose that you could swing it side to side, and they used a refrigerator mount to secure it which did not work at all. Tell me, would you use the same company to come repair something that they didn't do right the first time?  I think not.  Also, I'd like to know how this actually was signed off by the City of Maricopa permit department!  Frustration.  But at least it's fixed now and I feel a lot better.

After the purchase of my 1960's home in 2019 I found several plumbing issues. Even Flow (Bobbie) was recommended to me by my Real Estate Agent Eva. Bobbie was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas from my hot water heater to my bathroom re-pipe. Even Flow is the only company I will continue to use for all my futue plumbing issues.
