I'm currently in the middle of an extensive remodel on a home that was built in 1968. Early on in the project we realized that we would have to replace all of the plumbing in the house, replace pipes, re-route some of the plumbing, gas lines and update the septic. While it was bad news for us, we intend on living in this house for a long time, so better to replace it all now than to deal with burst pipes or a septic tank explosion.  Our GC brought Antigua Plumbing and we've been so pleased with them; Butch (owner) and son, Stephen. They are thorough, ontime, super friendly and very communicative. We feel confident in the work they're doing for us and would recommend to anyone who is building or remodeling.

We are very pleased with the services we received from Compton Plumbing, from start to finish. They switched out a kitchen faucet and installed a garbage disposal. Our Service Technician, Polsen, was polite, informative, timely, responsible, clean and thorough.   We are so pleased to now have a plumber we can trust and rely upon. Valleywide came out to look at my pool pump and right away saw what was wrong. No one else was able to diagnose the problem. Very happy with Valleywide!  They were very helpful and explained everything to me as they went along.

We've had a drainage issue since moving into our house. Whenever we ran our washing machine, the kitchen sink would fill up with the water from the washer. The previous owners did not have a washer hooked up when we did the house inspection so we didn't know at the time. Running the water from the kitchen faucet was fine and drained quickly so we didn't understand why it was backing up. We had someone come in to snake the pipes but they couldn't solve the problem--the water kept backing up in the kitchen sink. So we put up with it for a long time.

Then we got Tom's name from a family member and called him immediately.  Tom came right on schedule and assessed the situation quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to go up on the roof and snake the pipes to get rid of the clogs and it worked! We no longer have to hear the kitchen sink gurgling and filling up with water whenever the washer goes into its spin cycle. Thanks Tom!

I was tired of the recurring issues I'd been having with the builder-installed Bosch tankless system.  I had literally gone through two new Bosch and Eamax systems within the 2 years we'd owned the new home so I contacted Element plumbing to audit my current setup and figure out why it kept failing.  All I wanted was instant hot water from the third floor master bath without the wasteful waiting.  
Making an appointment was easy with Element and Michael offered multiple solution options.  I ultimately decided to update the whole system to a Navien NPE 240A because I'd lost faith in Bosch products.  So far, so good!  Thank you, Element Plumbing and Michael, for fitting me in and cleaning up my builder's mess.

We were in a tight jam but Cal's plumbing was there for us. James was great. He even made a recommendation on a potential project that ended up being very valuable to us. I will be sticking with Cal's Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.

A review I totally forgot to do. Back in January 2021, I had Dustin come in and install a water pressure regulator at my house. I'm the type that I rather be safe then sorry. I have heard that the water pressure in Queen Creek gets pretty high at times. So I didn't want to take the risk. Dustin came in and installed a regulator, noticed a leak and repaired my water omitter valve, and re-taped the piping. He did a great job, and was very professional. I would definitely offer him another job if needed.

Horrible!  I just filled out a form online - didn't even submit payment, and all of the sudden, they were showing up at my door.  Not ok!

For the actual work....drilled a hole in the shower tile for a shower curtain rod where we didn't want it.   Said you needed a stud to hang a shower curtain rod.  Newsflash....you don't.  You just need an anchor screw....a shower curtain rod is not that heavy!!  Never work with these guys.

this company just left my house and did a Fantastic job... Im not sure what they other reviews are but i got the customer info from yelp and they did a great job and priced it a bit high but they justified it with nice clean work. I don't know if we are talking about the right company but I read the reviews and my experience was totally different. I would recommend them to anyone else.. they were great

After leaving my original review I heard from Sunny Plumber and they made everything right.  They were able to send a manager out to my house the same day to give me an estimate without charging for the estimate.  The gentleman that was here was very pleasant and gave me several options and explained things really well.  The price was very high and the estimate they said would be emailed to me never came.  After a few additional estimates I decided on a different company.

I can't speak to the quality of this company but only the horrible phone/customer service.  I called today to talk to someone about scheduling an appointment for an estimate on a new water heater and also talking to them about a whole house water filtration system.  When I asked about the average cost of things like this they wanted to charge me $80 before they would give me ANY information at all.  I understand there are variables and differences in houses and the amount of work needed for the different jobs.  I couldn't even get a ball park range of what I might be looking at.  I understand I couldn't get an exact quote but there are averages out there and also a high end and low end ranges to help people gauge if this is something they could even possibly do.  Needless to say I've crossed this company off my list and I will give my business and money to someone else that will give me an idea of what I will be spending.  I'm very leery of ANY company that won't talk to me unless I pay them.  Be careful with this company.

I wish I could give 2 different reviews for this company.
First, the plumber( David ) who came out and did the work for us was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our underground , under asphalt water leak in record time.
Second, the supervisor of the company called my personal phone at 6:30 p.m. demanding payment for the invoice for the job that had already been paid 2 days before. Even after I showed him proof of payment from our bank account he continued to call and harass me and demand that I give him bank account info over the phone. Mind you , the work was done on 03/01/2021 and payment was made on 03/08/2021 and this man personally called me hounding me for payment on 03/10/2021. Very unprofessional especially for someone who stated that they were a supervisor.
My business will never use this company again and I will definitely not recommend to any of our other business friends.
