Will NOT  fix issues on an Air conditioning install done that they did (admittedly two years ago) still will not repair the mistakes that were done at the install time a example of this are:  surge protector not hooked up A metal pan is supposed to go between the roof and the AC unit was not installed. Many more mistakes and shortcuts were done.    
The rep I talked to  on the phone was very nice and apologetic about the company she is working for.  Gave me the bad news nothing will be done  so guess is time to tell others that this company takes shortcuts to get work done and will NOT back the work they do.  

I had an ac unit installed.  But can you imagine if a pipe is not installed correctly inside your walls and it has an issue starts to leak without you knowing that would become a major disaster that they will not come out and repair. this company needs to go away

Had both plumbing and electrical come out. Both techs were extremely nice. The only reason it's not a 5 star from me is that electrical was late and missed their first appointment slot and we had stayed home from work to accommodate them. They didn't call right away but they did make sure they came back out that night once we were home. Electrical repairs needed were made within an hour, no trouble. We will call again when we are ready to replace our water heater.

This company was called out this morning to look at my air conditioner which was not cooling. The technician charged me $525 to install a run capacitor. The condenser fan motor went out on thermal protection five minutes after he had left. I tried to call them back out and they refused to come back out and look at it again. I did get a call from the technician 7 hours later and he told me that I'd have to replace the motor and it would be about $700 in addition to the $525 I already spent this morning. This technician did not advise me that at the time of service nor wrote it on the invoice as a recommendation. My brother-in-law's an HVAC Contractor in northern Arizona and he drove 2 1/2 hours down to look at my unit. He advised me that my unit was only three years old and still has a manufacture parts warranty and that the technician should have called the manufacture/supplier(Furgeson HVAC) to verify warranty and Availability on parts and I would only have had to pay the trip charge, labor and processing fee to the technician to replace these parts. I tried to call the company again and I got a very rude customer service representative who talk to me and my brother-in-law as he tried to explain to her what was going on and she hung up on us. I had to have my brother-in-law put in a temporary motor to get me temporary cooling over the weekend because I'm on oxygen and I couldn't stay in the home. It's just very frustrating that this could've been taken care of this morning quickly by this company that I trusted to come out and take care of my problem. The technician was very unprofessional the customer service staff was unresponsive. They were giving me false information over the phone and trying to cover up the technicians mistake/scam. Thank God I have a family member in the business. I definitely won't be calling this company again and as I work for the city of Phoenix I will be advising all of my colleagues about how I was treated by this place and hopefully they can spread that word around as well because that's not how you take care of a paying client in my opinion.

I wish I could give 2 different reviews for this company.
First, the plumber( David ) who came out and did the work for us was great. He knew exactly what he was doing and fixed our underground , under asphalt water leak in record time.
Second, the supervisor of the company called my personal phone at 6:30 p.m. demanding payment for the invoice for the job that had already been paid 2 days before. Even after I showed him proof of payment from our bank account he continued to call and harass me and demand that I give him bank account info over the phone. Mind you , the work was done on 03/01/2021 and payment was made on 03/08/2021 and this man personally called me hounding me for payment on 03/10/2021. Very unprofessional especially for someone who stated that they were a supervisor.
My business will never use this company again and I will definitely not recommend to any of our other business friends.

I really rather give 0 stars. Paid $80v for a professional to come out to tell me that my water heaters elements are all working as they should according to his diagnostic test. I ask what he recommends I do as I had been without hot water for a week. Recommends to replace wAter tank and that they could do it for $1600.

Involved my neighbors to see their thoughts. My neighbor was able to find that the heating element wasn't working. Replaced a part for $21. I now have hot water.

I'm 25 years old without knowledge of this stuff and if it wasn't for me having good neighbors I would be 1600 out of money for my desperate need of hot water.

I've now learned that Water heaters cost $500 at the most, so the other $1100 is just ? profit.... wow... on false information.

Scam artists! Do not even let them inside your house. Broke my garbage disposal and after he broke it he said, I had to break it (just wanted decorative button replaced, nothing wrong with function before) Didn't have a replacement part with him and told me to go to Home Depot and buy a kit, take out the piece he broke and return the kit to Home Depot. Really?!?! So not ethical!!! Now my garbage disposal is inoperable. In addition, he quoted me on a job and after I agreed to his inflated price(3times higher that another bid, but they were booked for 2 weeks)and he took everything apart  he said he was going to have to charge me more and that his price didn't include some things that were necessary to make my faucets operable. He said if I don't pay it won't work( it was working fine before he got here, just decor) and he said, You can afford it, look at the car you drive. Finally, after arguing for 10 minutes he agreed to make it operable. Now I have a leak that wasn't there before he installed my faucet and he will only come back to fix it if I pay him even more. What a nightmare experience! Too bad you can't give -* ratings.
