We were so lucky to have been pointed in One Call Plumbing's direction! After our last renters left our rental home, they left it with some serious damages, especially plumbing ones! Arthur came in and was extremely knowledgeable and thorough when explaining what he was doing and why. Also, his pricing was super fair and reasonable. He worked quickly and made sure we were satisfied before leaving! We definitely will keep One Call Plumbing's number handy for all our plumbing issues!!

Kevin is such a nice, honest guy. It's so refreshing to come across someone these days that actually cares about what they do and it shows in their workmanship! I look forward to having Kevin come back and will definitely refer him to my friends as well!

Guy came out, replaced my faucet, then offered to quote me for a soft water system, kitchen sink install and a over the stove pot filler, which I accepted and am waiting to hear back. His off the cuff price sounded pretty good.

Cure-All came in to a leaking pipe in my wall.  They sent a tech who worked with the home warranty company to get everything covered, then fixed the problem.  After the work was done, he cleaned up.  He was knowledgeable, fast, reliable, and most of all, trustworthy.  
I have no more to say about this because of how great their service was.  Hire them and you will see how easy it should be.

Got a water heater replaced by Andrew. Very quick and efficient installation and very competitive price. Would definitely recommend!

I used AZ Remodeling recently for some help getting my house ready to sell. Abdul was very quick to respond and communicative the entire time. I got a couple quotes for the work and he was the most affordable. His work was great, and I was very pleased. I would recommend him to anyone who needs some help.

I had Tucson Plumbing Solutions fix our plumbing center.  When we bought the place I always thought it wasn't connected correctly.  Specifically we have a home sprinkler system but the pool was connected to that line.  We also had no monitor system for the sprinkler.  Leonard fixed all of that.  He tore into the system, replumbed the center.  Leonard put in a riser system and made it so the alarm company can monitor the system.  He also installed a Moen alarm hole home auto shut off switch.  When we travel it's nice to know that the system will be safe and secure.  Leonard is a wonderful man and is great with dogs.  Very wonderful and reasonably priced.  I'll definitely be sending him our insurance clients!

We worked with Dave on and off for over 3 years. He over charged us for parts and labor, sold us incorrect pump parts and never got the well working correctly. We would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are wonderful!!!!! I had work done from them for the past 3 years in my business and house and they have the Best service ever!!! They work really 24/7 Gets the job done quick with the best honest prices. Really honest people that cares and listens to what you need done hard to find these kind of service nowadays. One year later and we have another stubborn clog.
I messaged him on Yelp after hours and he responded! He was out and had it fixed the next day.
AND he charged half of what we know other people have paid for the same thing.

The service men from RR were timely and professional.  But the value for the service was highly unprofessional. We had a severe drainage issue and when the clog was discovered by RR in the alleyway more than 140 feet from our historic property, RR gave a bid for over $13000 to fix what was expected to be a collapsed drainage pipe.

Upon further investigation on my end, I learned that Pima County in most cases covers work even on private drainage pipes of it is located in an easement.  It took only 24 hours for Pima County to determine our job fell under this program and to bring a crew out to fix it for us. Thank you Pima County!!

Roto told us they would bring the County out only after they dug the 7' deep x 6x6 foot hole to see what was happening.  They never mentioned or suggested that what have the County take a look first.  The other frustration was when they came to clear our clog they quoted me $280 for 100 feet.  $3.50 for every foot beyond 100 feet and never mentioned a charge for camera analysis and location of the clog.  So in the end we had to pay almost $700 for their service, received a bid for 13K and was never informed that with their initial discovery we should have involved the County.  

We were seriously stressed over the possibility of such an expense at this time, facing hospital bills from a recent severe health issue.  THIS was highly unprofessional and unethical.  If RR doesn't know the policies of their own county to help out their customers, then they don't deserve to be licensed plumbers.
