Jesus arrived within three hours of my call. He was professional,knowledgable and informative. Initial estimates were very fair. Unfortunately it was quickly determined that repairs would take more time than initially thought. However, I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Bumble Bee Plumbing and would encourage anyone else in need of their assistance to give them a call.

I was Very Impressed with Mark from the beginning.  I had no problems getting two free estimates from Mark.  There was no pressure or trying to sell me additional things I didn't want or need.  
I told Mark from the beginning I was already getting multiple estimates for the work I wanted.  That didn't bother Mark in the least.  
Mile High Plumbing was the Most Reasonable Estimate I received out of seven total estimates for the same work.
Mark was even nice enough to work around my work schedule.  
Mark kept his price to the estimate and I didn't have to argue or haggle with him about anything.  
The Work Mark did was Excellent.

AJ kept me up to date - letting me know when he would arrive and checked in the day before.

He had everything he needed to get the job done and got right to work after I showed him the problem. He was done within an hour.

Super personable, real professional. Explained every step of the way and then gave me some tips to prevent the problem in the future.

If I need plumbing work in the future I'm calling Aarow. Earned my business and I'll refer everyone that asks.

I will definitely ONLY be using Aspen Plumbing from now on. I had some contractors doing a bathroom remodel on by home and messed up my toilet plumbing. Scott came out and diagnoses the problem and fixed it and now my toilet is as good as new. Thank you Scott and Aspen plumbing!

Angelo was very personable and easy to work with. We called him to remove a tree root in our sewer line which he did.  It was very large and difficult and required him to change equipment during the job.  He used his camera to be sure it was all removed and discovered more tree roots further down the line and removed them as well.  He was very thorough. His prices are the best. He also cleaned a couple of in house drains for us and did it quickly .  He will be our  first call for all things related to plumbing.

This company hasn't even come out to my home yet but I feel compelled to share my positive experience already. It's Sat morning and a technician has already provided some helpful prior to my service appt scheduled for next week. Excellent responsiveness!!

It is so hard to find a trustworthy contractor when you are out of state but when I called Spencer at Steadfast Plumbing and after just a couple conversation I knew I had finally found the best plumber.   I have numerous homes in the US and have had several plumbers but Spencer is the best I have ever had overall.  He was very informative, explained pricing options, recommendations based on our likes, even went out of his way to help us by picking up an option he didn't have from his supplier at a local store.
He completed the project as promised and even stayed later to make sure it was done correctly.  We totally trust him to be in the home when we are not there now.   I would only recommend steadfast plumbing in the Arizona East valley area, excellent service at a very fair price.

These guys are good, they are very responsive and they know what they are doing. They also make suggestions to save me money! They are on time, do good work and leave the place clean. So far they have installed two water heaters (in 2 houses) for me, and a garage sink, including new plumbing for it. I don't hesitate to recommend them to my friends!

They inherited me as a customer from Joe Ciotta Plumbing. Called them the first time because of a water flow problem in our commercial building. They returned the call quickly and were professional. They've got a terrific texting system to confirm, and remind you of, the appointment.  Also got a text on the appt day to let me know the name of my tech and that he was on his way.
Jared was professional and polite, presenting himself with a smile and a handshake. He listened to the problem and asked questions as necessary. This time, it seems that I didn't actually need his help - he turned me over to the gentleman that inspects my backflow because he was pretty sure that's where the problem was (he ended out being correct). We walked through the steps of 'what if that's not the problem' and how he'd help after the backflow guy visited. I only got charged their visit-fee, which seemed totally reasonable to me.
They have a secure way to accept your credit card payment when they visit, which I appreciated because our business is so small that I didn't bother to order checks.
Pleased with my experience. I hope we don't need them again, but if so I wouldn't hesitate to call!

They completely refuse to give a quote over email or the phone, but will only tell you in person (even if it's a basic faucet replacement). That way you can't comparison shop for the best deal. It's manipulative and shady.

My review and sentiiments echo those of Bill H. dated 10/28/20.  Webers was one of three bids that I received to fix a broken sewer line.  Ian gave me a thorough bid and it was by far the lowest of the other two bids. I gave them the work, which they completed professionally the following day.  A wonderful experience from beginning to end.  I will use them again and they are highly recommended!

This company is not a company I would ever recommend. He quoted to me $110 for an plumbing inspection and said he would give the customer a deal since their mom had been a past customer. Well, his deal was to charge them $295. He included $85 to write the report that all was well with house. He had already given a verbal report to my clients but then charged them to have it in writing. I have been a realtor for 16 years. I have never had a company charge $85 to write a report.

They charged for work that wasn't requested and after client tried to dispute the charge, he filed a lawsuit against them in small claims court.
Finally, after harassing calls, the client gave up the fight and paid the full amount for work they had not requested.
Be very aware and make sure that you get things in writing and get the charge before ANY work is done by this company.

Came on date that was scheduled, was prompt and did not exceed quoted cost. We need to re-route our water softener pipe which I physically could not do. Raul quickly determined parts needed, ordered them and came over and knocked out the work quickly.

Contacted Aqua Vets for new gutter installation. Shawn was quick to give estimate over the phone. He followed up with prompt on site visit to visually inspect project, color selection and answer any questions. After gutter installation, Shawn inspected work that was done and verified that we were satisfied.

I know what you're thinking...the seller is paying for it, so it doesn't matter what company we get a warranty from, and I can tell you you're wrong. I've been hung up on, lied to, and the customer service manager Scott ignored me for over 2 weeks before I had to email him AGAIN to get a response. Every single person that I've dealt with was nothing but unprofessional and rude. On top of all of that, they refuse to accept responsibility for any of their screw ups. Don't put yourself through the misery that I've been through over the last few months. I couldn't cancel my contract fast enough!

horrible. Less than two years installing AC units nothing but problems. Both units stopped working. Two leaks in ceiling due to them not making sure condensation lines in attic were attached. never call back--took an entire week of my AC being out for them to come and fix it. now another leak--no return phone call and when I call back they say warranty is out--barely two years--and I might want to call someone else. horrible customer service, horrible repair work, horrible company.
