My dad's water heater was leaking and I was able to get a fair quote and appointment right away. Our technician Dillion was great, very professional and friendly. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one quickly. Definitely recommend!

I reached out to Kevin in a moment of panic.  My very handy husband couldn't figure out our plumbing situation when we were ripping out our kitchen and needed to have the cabinets out today.  He came over after all of his other calls were done for the day, despite I'm sure wanting to get home, to help us out with our issue. He was extremely responsive throughout the day while we were chatting about when he could get over, and when he did get there, he did a great job of walking us through what he was doing and why. Hands down, without a doubt, best plumber in Tucson. Bobby and his team can do it all. They are efficient, resourceful, and honest. I have had several occasions to use or refer their services. From a huge poly pipe replacement to a simple sink clog (I say simple.. but after my renters left the amount of stuff causing the clog certainly wasn't small) One memorable visit was when they came at off hours, didn't charge an arm and a leg, and actually fixed my problem for much less than I had anticipated. That's a win in my book. Hire them for your next job, big or small, and you won't be disappointed.

There's not a circumstance much worse over a hot Fourth of July weekend than having your AC unit spew white electrical smoke instead of sweet cool air. After some intricate and sweaty research, I found Williamson's, and John had my Trane up and running in no time. I was prepared for a terminal diagnosis when he emerged from the wall of burnt wires with a smile that said it all. I love guys that take pleasure in their work, and when he told me he was Trane-certified and could fix it, I had no doubts. He ordered the parts immediately. I was prepared for sticker shock after his many hours of meticulous repair work, and was pleasantly surprised at my reasonable bill. These guys truly provide optimal service at great rates, and their follow-through hits it out of the park.

Wow!!  Why did I wait so long to get a gas outlet installed behind my stove?  The Cooling & Plumbing Co came highly recommended by my community members on Nextdoor--And I join them with the highest recommendation!  When I talked to Jay Monday a little over a week ago, he explained the process wasn't near as complex as I expected and the cost was no where near the high cost I expected.  They are licensed and certified to do gas lines and are used by appliance dealers in our area.  We set an appointment for today (a week later).  His guys--Jimbo and Bobby--showed up on time, were very professional, explained what they were going to do and went about doing it.  Start-to-finish in just about two hours!  Cost--REASONABLE.  The small cutout in the drywall is no problem as they recommended a drywall guy who can match whatever texture pattern exists.  Glad I found The Cooling & Plumbing Co and will gladly recommend them to neighbors and family.  Good job Jimbo & Bobby.

We've hired Tepco several times and they're always knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and punctual. I had never heard of a sewer ejection system and then we purchased a home with one. Of course when you buy a home you quickly discover all of the things that need to be repaired and unfortunately our sewer system was one of those things. Best Price Plumbing IS The Best!  Gilbert was prompt, professional and very efficient. The day after I called he was able to come all the way out to the other side of town, and beyond, to fix the septic tank issue with speed and ease. The plumbing in my home is now in good working order thanks to Gilbert's expert knowledge and outstanding service. My husband discovered a 3 sewer drain pipe leak on a Monday morning.  We called our 'contract' plumber, Strongbuilt, as they had completed work at our home in the past however they did not view it as an emergency and would/could not come to our home until that Thursday.  I called the Strongbuilt office a total of 3 times and was told each time they could/would not come out earlier.  On Thursday I received a call the plumber was on his way w/i 2 hours, however 3 hours later they had still not arrived and there was no word of an updated time frame.  I contacted Al Coronado plumbing as we needed the issue diagnosed and they sent Robert out on Friday morning. I subsequently called Strongbuilt and cancelled the Thursday service call - no apologies no explanations - we were blown off.  On Friday, Robert scoped the drain pipe, however determined he could not repair it and recommended us to Nu Flow. What a saving grace, Brent from Nu Flow contacted me Friday afternoon apologized he could not come to our home sooner than Monday but he had to be in Phoenix for a meeting. On Monday Brent arrived, scoped the drain from 3 vantage points and reached out to a Phoenix technician, Kent, with a probable solution.  Kent was able to drive to our home on Tuesday morning and address the problem with their epoxy coating.  This is an older home, Nu Flow was able to access the problem, apply the epoxy and went above and beyond to line/repair the pipe and restore our trust in a plumbing company. I highly recommend this company!!

We had major plumbing issues due to old galvanized steel pipes.
The workers had a lot to do with digging out our septic lines and old pipes going to the septic tank.
We had a verbal contract and were told that the quote included any unforeseen problems. During the work my husband was told they would have to charge more. We had to put a stop to the project until we contacted the boss who finally agreed to stick with original quote.
During the work we had a hole put in our year old tub. This was fix with a patch. Than I found out that my tub well not hold water.
Still waiting on someone from the company to come out and fix this.
We have called the company and told that someone was going to come out the next day and no one showed or called. We called the company again and was told someone would come out Friday or Saturday but no one has come.
I feel this company is very unreliable. We have a 3/4 finished project that we cannot get completed.
To update on June 17 Rooter Hero company is finally reaching out to us to solve our issues.

Before finding Right On Plumbing I called a half dozen plumbers and companies.  Only one called back and then never showed up to the quote.  I called Right On Plumbing and he told me he could provide me a quote the next day.  He showed up on time and gave me a very reasonable quote and discussed options for each.  We agreed on the quote and Derrick showed up on time to do the work.  He helped me get my water softener working and installed a new Spicket and plumbed new lines for soft water for my hose. I will work with Derrick in the future and highly recommend them.

neither luke or adam coury are licensed by the state of arizona as plumbing contractors as their business card states.   hindsight - i should have checked before a let them repair a leak.    i had an individual  try to fix the  an outside faucet that was leaking in the wall, they opened the wall up but attempted to fix the leak with glue and tape which resulted in my bedroom getting flooded as the fix came undone.  i then dug out the mess they made and went to home depot and bought he copper pipe and fittings i needed and put them on myself.    i did not feel confident in my plumbing skills so coury plumbing came out to finish up the job.   the pipe i put on was left as was and the only plumbing was to solder a piece to hold up the faucet.   they removed the shut off valve  i bought and replaced it with a cheaper one -   retaining the more expensive one.   the coury who did the welding said he would be back to fix the wall.    no one showed back up to fix he wall and have refused to since.   i paid coury plumbing $250 which included putting the wall back.   do not use - not licensed - as well as being dishonest.
