I was in need of landscaping service to trim 9 very overgrown shrubs and contacted Ricardo through Yelp on Thursday. He responded quickly and said he would come out on Friday to give me a quote. Ricardo showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me a great quote. I was surprised that he said he would come back on Saturday morning to do the work. By noon on Saturday, my yard looked beautiful.

Blown away by this place. As someone who oftentimes buys their plants from places like Lowe's or Home Depot, it was such an awesome experience to walk into Whitfill for the first time. A huge selection of all kinds of plants, flowers and other gardening essentials, this sprawling nursery will give you plenty of options. While I assumed the prices would be absurd, I was pleasantly surprised to find that things are pretty conservatively priced. To top it all off, they have beautiful peacocks walking around the property and other fun birds hanging out in the indoor plant section. Highly recommend if you're a fellow plant mom/dad!

I requested a quote and got a quick response and scheduling from Denis. My project was for a one-time cleanup and biweekly maintenance. When they arrived for the work, they were quick and thorough covering all the areas we agreed on. What a waste of my time.  They sent 3 people out to measure and give me a quote for my pool and backyard renovation project.  I was told that I would have the quote in a few days.  It's now going on 2 weeks and I heard back.  No reply to my email, text or phone...

Roman came out to install turf in my back yard, the general install and process was fine. However when we noticed an issue with the turf he said he would come back out and take a look and then just ghosted me after.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

It took me texting/calling him back several times to get him to book an appointment to trim a palm tree. Eventually he scheduled a morning appointment, but when he did not show up, I called him and he said he wasn't available but could come in the afternoon. Once he finally did trim the tree, there were two palm tree branches hanging straight down from the top of the tree that should have been cut off and removed. I called him to come back and trim these off, and he said he would, but he never did, so now there are two dead branches hanging from my tree.  His prices were very in inexpensive, but the experience was very frustrating and I am not happy with the results, so I will not be using his services again.

Called to have some grading work done and he was able to walk my property and get me a quote. Then he blew me off 2 appointments in a row and he didn't even realize he used the same excuse both times (woke up sick) but still no call to let me know he wasn't coming and on the third no show he decided he didn't want to come to Holbrook anymore. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Your reply is hilarious. Why do you assume I can't afford it??? I thought it was a good price. You're the one who made excuses and didn't even call when you weren't going to show up. That's OK I got All Custom Exteriors to do it. Don't make excuses for your incompetence.
