I'm giving JB Yard Maintenance five stars because I can't give them six or seven. Hard hard-working guy. Super responsive. Showed up early. And worked hard the entire time. 100% I recommend Jerry from JB Yard Maintenance!  I was super thrilled with the job. I had a ton of weeds in my desert landscape yard left over from all the rain. He came in he had a plan and he crushed it! I'm going to have them back. Get them to do my backyard and then try to maybe see if I can set up a monthly maintenance plan. See the pictures below the before and after a pretty cool.  Call JB Yard Maintenance you'll be super happy.

Follow up:  I had JB yard maintenance come back out and do my backyard. So many weeds from the rain. I know the pictures are going to look bad but it happened really fast. So I'll show you the before and after of my backyard. Thank you again Jerry!

Alex is very professional and honest.I had a leak in my irrigation system for my yard  . He came the very next day.Fixed the problem and showed me what  he did and showed me how to put the timer on my plants .Very reasonable  on the price to.

I was in need of landscaping service to trim 9 very overgrown shrubs and contacted Ricardo through Yelp on Thursday. He responded quickly and said he would come out on Friday to give me a quote. Ricardo showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me a great quote. I was surprised that he said he would come back on Saturday morning to do the work. By noon on Saturday, my yard looked beautiful.

This nursery has an excellent selection of plants, annual and cacti and also has a great selection of colorful pottery including Talavera.  I really enjoy visiting Whitfill Nursery.

Excellent customer service and communication!  I know that when I call or email, Wayne will be there when he says, and do a top-notch job.

Inquired about removing 30-40% of overhang from a neighbors 25ft ficus. Denis was great from that start. Quick response to a quote request, very responsive to messages via Yelp, arrived same day (within 2hrs) to check out tree and provide quote, then open to negotiating on the price..all which was very much appreciated! Denis arrived on time and on the day I was available, worked like crazy for several hours, and removed all debris, leaving the yard cleaner then it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend Denis's landscaping company.

Inconsiderate Crew and VERY NOISY

Sergio's  team works in my neighborhood and anyone thinking about hiring this firm should be aware they use equipment that is EXTREMELY LOUD. (I'm shouting because I can't hear myself think!) I have tried working directly with Sergio on this issue many times but  with no luck, in fact, it's gotten worse not better.

What a waste of my time.  They sent 3 people out to measure and give me a quote for my pool and backyard renovation project.  I was told that I would have the quote in a few days.  It's now going on 2 weeks and I heard back.  No reply to my email, text or phone...

Phil was servicing my neighbor for ants and was able to fit me in that day. His price was reasonable and he did a thorough job.
We had discussed him returning the next week to repair a sprinkler leak. He surprised me and looked at it while spraying and fixed it!
I truly appreciate his efforts and will continue to use his services!

We interviewed Roman with RX Landscape and initially really liked him and his communication and felt good about hiring his team for the installation of our limestone pool deck. His guys showed up on time and did a great job laying our pavers in the pattern I selected.

It all fell apart (literally) within a month and the deck started collapsing at the corners. I called Roman with my concerns and he came out to fix the problems within about 2 weeks. At this point he already had final payment so my project was not a priority and that was made very clear by his actions and lack there of. The fix he performed was minimal at best.  Bottomline, they failed to build any sort of sufficient foundation around the perimeter of our deck. He started ignoring my calls and texts the 2nd time around. He responded to my husband and said he would be here over the weekend and of course NO SHOWED. After this incident, my husband reached out at least 4 more times, but Roman has decided to completely ghost us...Similar to another review I read prior to submitting this one. At this point I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND RX LANDSCAPE.

Luis, you need to go make sure that you're on time for you're scheduled appointments. Disappointed, tried to reschedule, and we still couldn't coordinate a time to get some easy yard work done.

I do not recommend Damian and would not use him again. Damian showed up for an initial meeting and did get me an estimate in a timely manner which I found encouraging. (Thus 2 stars not 1).

Damian claimed he had built a cinder driveway I saw a photo of on HS website on Yelp but I believe it was the company he worked for before going on his own. I was trying to get our new place in Vernon shaped up from Phoenix so I had some urgency and thought I'd give a new business owner a chance. I expected he would put some thought into the project and have a plan to build up the driveway since he was just getting started.

Instead I got a barge load of 2,3 and 4 inch cinders dropped and Damian's skid steer operator (his father) raced around frantically for hours spreading cinders. Damian didn't even stay around to supervise but instead left right after introducing me to his father, so we had to figure out what to do ourselves which should have been his job. There was so much cinder that we kept having to expand the area that he spread it on and it was still too deep with cinders. After spreading a mountain of cinders for several hours and continuously expanding the parking area, there was no more realistic area to spread them so we said enough. I thought my SUV would get stuck in the deep loose cinders the first time I drove on them. I still leave ruts in the deep cinders. I now I pray for weather so the cinders might sink into the ground. When it rains or snows we drive the car up and down to compact the cinders. Most likely I'll die or break an ankle tripping over cinders before that ever happens. I brought in someone to try to fix the problem, and learned that I could have had the driveway built up correctly, and rolled to compact the cinders for the same as I paid Damian. Not just a dump and spread. I don't recommend this company at all.
