Usually when you use a company that charges a lot, you get excellent customer service which includes a willingness to make things right when there is a dispute.

This was not my experience with Goodroad who, after adjusting watering times on my drip system clock, refused to accept that the reason all my plants died was because they had programmed the timer incorrectly. Robbie continued to push back even after I demonstrated to her that the unit was functioning fine but had faulty programming. She blamed dust storms, power outages, timer firmware, and even my reluctance to change the backup battery several times a year. Computers do funny things she told me. Yeah, I'm a tech geek - you're not going to pull that one over on me. Eventually she reluctantly claimed to take responsibility for the error and agreed to replace the dead plants which were barely a month old.

The low point to this fiasco was when I saw her at Sprinkler World (she didn't see me) and overheard her talking trash about me and the dead plant situation. She suggested to the staff that I had somehow altered the programming in the timer after she left in order to get her to have to replace $300 worth of plants. Right - I'd lie to get her to replace perfectly good plants because that somehow benefits me. Coincidentally, my bill was $300 above average the month that she agreed to replace the plants for free. There hasn't been a problem with the timer since all this happened.

With a remodel underway and a new baby coming in January I haven't made the time to replace Goodroad, but I plan to. It's too bad - she has a knack for putting together a great looking yard.

Robbie is very creative, but you pay top dollar for it and you don't get professionalism if you end up in a dispute. Nothing is ever her fault, even when it plainly is.

I love my new boulders in the front yard.  I will be calling him again when it is time to go to the back.

We have had them put in new curbing (six different areas!) and re-lay our front walk.  Every piece of work has been impeccable and the guys that come out are so nice.  I can't recommend them high enough.  Very economical too.  You can't get any better than this company for response time, quality of work and price.

Wonderful service, fast replies. Will definitely contract again. I asked for gravel service and they were so quick to get the job done. My front yard looks amazing.

This company is awesome! You can definitely tell when people care about their work and I was so lucky to find them! They have been incredibly responsive, helpful and the work that they did was thorough and precise! It's always fantastic when you can find a company with good, genuine people that make you want to use them again and again. I have signed up for regular service with this company and I am confident I dont have to worry about a thing with them!

Bennett Landscaping seems to really stick out in an area with tons of fly by night landscaping companies. It seems to be a small family business with great customer service and reasonable pricing. The guys put  a lot of time and effort into fixing up my yard, way more than I expected. It really looks nice and they seem to be one of those rare businesses that truly take pride in their work.

We recently completed a patio makeover which included a lot of demolition, engineering and design and building an outdoor fireplace, plants, fire bowl, planter bowls, sprinkler system, lighting and travertine patio. We started with another landscaper and had to terminate them due to fraud. Chris at Lone Star stepped in and helped us start over. Wow! What an amazing job they all did (Chris, office staff & laborers)! They were all so professional and hard-working and made sure every detail we wanted done was taken care of in a timely manner. We also added some additional work in the front yard once they got started. Our back yard is so beautiful and now a true outdoor living space. We still can't believe it's our yard when we look out the windows.  It only enhanced our view of the golf course and mountains. We would recommend them to anyone needing work. They have great resources and are so knowledgeable in their work. We are definitely calling on Lone Star for our next project (hopefully Phase 2 of the rest of the yard). It is so comforting to know they do have your best interests in mind. Chris never recommended something that was questionable. Jamie in the office was always more than willing to help with any detail, always seeing it through to the end.  The laborers were so professional and had a wonderful attitude, even though they are working outside in 110 degree sun. I had an issue with an ugly, neglected & front yard that needed some serious help. I called God's Garden Landscaping. Tyler answered the very first time I called, set up a time to come by, showed up, gave me multiple options at a very competitive price. We agreed on a price for supplies & labor, Tyler showed up when he said he would & just got the job done. Tyler is very efficient & thorough with his work. You can tell he takes pride in his work & would prefer to earn your future business as well, which we have already discussed a backyard makeover. I highly recommend Tyler & his company!

If there were minus stars I would check those. The owner Nathaniel is an arrogant man who does not keep his word. Last June, his crew was sent out and did an unprofessional job without knowledge of proper pruning techniques. They also chopped off 5' Lilac bushes that were beautiful and ones my mother had planted many years ago. When I called to make him aware of that and many other unfinished issues, he said he would have new Lilac bushes planted. He failed to do that and when I recently confronted him regarding that, he said he wouldn't follow through. Can't trust this company or their expertise or lack of. I spent $4600 on the job and am terribly dissatisfied.

So happy to find someone who knows how to repair irrigation systems & won't just mow & blow.

We had a bid to redo our front and back yard landscaping, add pavers and turf. We posted and Gardiel responded in minutes. We met an hour later on Friday morning. His bid was for way more work than the previous and his prices were unbeatable. I was concerned to give a stranger thousands of dollars upfront, but Gardiel is the type of guy you can trust and I did. That night a truck showed up dropping off pavers. On Saturday they showed up first thing and got to work. They worked everyday and finished on Wednesday. I was very happy with the work. On Saturday our Hot Tub was coming. I realized we didn't have clearance and needed to take a block wall down. I was texting Gardiel and the Hot Tub guys... While texting Gardiel showed up and took the wall down. We went ahead with the 10 am delivery on Saturday. Gardiel will be back to install RV Gate and fix the wall.

My mom who is elderly can't go out and water as she used to she called and they came out to inspect the sprinkler system she paid them what they asked for, the sprinkler to date has not come on she called them to come back out and recheck it and they haven't returned

Creative Yards LLC is reasonable priced, extremely professional, and respectful towards your home. I used them recently to extend the concrete patio and add gravel onto my front yard. They arrived earlier than expected and finish prior to the end of the day. They are insured licensed and bonded, which are quite difficult to find nowadays. If you have a big yard or wish to renovate your existing yard, please use them. Thank you Martin! I will be using your service again in the future!
