Really couldn't have been better. Goodroads was the last step in a huge and frustrating 2 year project. From first contact, layout, pre-work check, the work and post look over it was organized and detail oriented in ways no other landscaping company I've ever dealt with was. Even payment has modern options.  The vision we had was understood and followed. Leaving a small pile of stones to cover an unfinished area. Working with me as I laid my own 12V and audio wiles, etc. It was a pleasure and positive experience.

Jonathan is amazing! He came out same day to look at work and within a couple days we're back and did an amazing job! Was only thinking about doing a clean up but because of his service I'm hiring him monthly!

Bennett Landscaping seems to really stick out in an area with tons of fly by night landscaping companies. It seems to be a small family business with great customer service and reasonable pricing. The guys put  a lot of time and effort into fixing up my yard, way more than I expected. It really looks nice and they seem to be one of those rare businesses that truly take pride in their work.

Chris and Patrick did a wonderful job on my small, but a much needed make over on my patio! They worked with my budget and my patio looks amazing!

Never showed for the first scheduled maintenance. Quoted $75 each for two houses (mine and neighbor). Scheduled 2 weeks out.  I texted the night before and called the day of to confirm. Confirmed with a very unenthusiastic person. Waited all day, no time window was provided. No show.

We selected Yavapai landscaping for our new Prescott home because we were impressed with the quality and artistic look of other projects they had done in our neighborhood.  From our first call to them the company was very responsive, organized, and punctual.  Sales Manager Ted Ferris did a great job listening and made great suggestions to realize our vision.  The crew, led by Chilo, was fabulous.  They made requested adjustments and were true artists in building a rock wall and river, and the front and back paver work.  Julie met us at the nursery, helped us select plants and trees, and did an awesome job positioning them in our yard.  They worked hard from beginning to end.  The end result is BEAUTIFUL and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Yavapai Landscaping!!!

Miguel did great work at first, he was with me for three months. Maintaining my business landscaping, and doing great work. I pay him $140 a visit, and according to my cameras his crew is on site never longer than 24 minutes. That equates to $350 per hour, a hefty price but well worth it in my opinion, for great work.

However in my most recent experience I found not only has his work changed, he personally has become very rude. After this service I found that there were hundreds of grass blades and weeds coming through the desert landscape that had not been handled during their service. I reached out to Miguel via text and asked that he send his crew out again to address the grass/weeds. He quickly called to tell me that he sprayed them himself so he knows they were already handled. I asked, shouldn't they be turning color and dying 5 days later, he said Yes the spray must not have worked and that he's not sure why. He agreed to come back out and respray.
The next morning I receive an angry text that says This is the first and the last time I will be doing this I spray this morning and the little rain we got this morning wash out the product tomorrow I will stop by again tomorrow and spray next time I will charge you for doing this.

I decided to call Miguel since text can lead to misunderstandings, and angry words. Miguel answered very rudely, treating me like I had done something wrong, not like I was his client! He was talking over me, and told me it was not his fault that the product didn't work, and that he doesn't need customers acting like BLEEPS... Gasp, I ended the call with saying that it's time to cease our relationship goodbye.

I am not sure what has happened to Miguel Espinosa and his landscaping and Irrigation Business, however I do know this, Poor, Rude behavior, accompanied by attacking and name calling a client who never has called you and complained, Zelle's you money every time without question... in a Service industry this is unacceptable behavior that leads to failure. I hope you get things figured out sooner rather than later. Your'e Fired!

Gardiel and his team were great to work with and did a great job on our backyard landscaping. We had grass, sprinklers and concrete demoed by them and they installed a travertine circular patio & extended our existing patio and walkway to the side gate, installed new turf, raised our wall, installed pavers on our side yard, added rock, misters & landscape lighting. I would definitely recommend them, they did a fantastic job at my home!

Called Medinas Landscaping to come look at removing two trees and trimming two palm trees. They came out and gave me a quote then completed the job the next day. They were very professional and attentive. I would recommend to anyone who needs large tree trimming or removal.

They are thieves, they will steal your money.  They ask for money up front and then do not return to do the work.  They created another Yelp account, Illuminated Waters which is the new account they are using to steal money.  Be Aware!!!
