Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

18 years ago we had Goodroad Landscaping design and install our desert landscaping when we built our home. Every few years we will have them come and freshen and clean up our property. We had a well dug that they had to dig up our front area to make all the connections, so we had to get the Goodroad crew out to clean up the mess. The men came, worked hard, and the property looks amazing. We know we can depend on Goodroad Landscaping!

Hire Jake if you want a crappy lawn.

I have never written a review before but this situation has me very upset and I feel that the public needs to know what happened.

I spent over $1700 for Jake to put down Bermuda grass.  

Did I get Bermuda grass?  No.   I got at least four different kinds of grass seed, including winter rye (which he put down in June, by the way.  It's July now and the grass is dead).

He keeps saying give it time, give it time...but it's been a couple of months and the lawn is looking worse by the day.  And I am out all of that money with an embarrassing lawn to show for it.

Very disappointed and highly recommend that you go elsewhere.  He talks as if he knows his stuff.  But he doesn't and the photos tell the story.

STAY AWAY.

Our HOA parking lot had broken curbing at the entrance.  Mike and his team were out yesterday and did a great job. Arrived on time and got about 100' of curbing done in 2 hours. The complex looks great again.

Wonderful service, fast replies. Will definitely contract again. I asked for gravel service and they were so quick to get the job done. My front yard looks amazing.

This company is awesome! You can definitely tell when people care about their work and I was so lucky to find them! They have been incredibly responsive, helpful and the work that they did was thorough and precise! It's always fantastic when you can find a company with good, genuine people that make you want to use them again and again. I have signed up for regular service with this company and I am confident I dont have to worry about a thing with them!

Bennett Landscaping seems to really stick out in an area with tons of fly by night landscaping companies. It seems to be a small family business with great customer service and reasonable pricing. The guys put  a lot of time and effort into fixing up my yard, way more than I expected. It really looks nice and they seem to be one of those rare businesses that truly take pride in their work.

My neighbor had some landscaping work done - I am sure it turned out great. Unfortunately, they used a portion of my yard to run their wheelbarrows through when carrying stone and landscape rock which lead to a rut in the landscaping rock. They also usually parked their truck in front of my house so the sand used wound up in the front of my house. As mentioned in other reviews, this company doesn't clean up after itself. If you use them, make sure they don't leave a mess.

I had an issue with an ugly, neglected & front yard that needed some serious help. I called God's Garden Landscaping. Tyler answered the very first time I called, set up a time to come by, showed up, gave me multiple options at a very competitive price. We agreed on a price for supplies & labor, Tyler showed up when he said he would & just got the job done. Tyler is very efficient & thorough with his work. You can tell he takes pride in his work & would prefer to earn your future business as well, which we have already discussed a backyard makeover. I highly recommend Tyler & his company!

I wish I could do negative stars but I cant because this keeps getting better. Had someone out today because I am not longer getting water through the hose that connects the valve to my back yard. Somewhere there is a kink in the line, but when I was the company that came out to try and fix this nightmare I noticed that the line was spliced just before it went under the wall going into my back yard. They didn't replace the line going into my back yard line I asked them too when they first installed the system. They cut corners just like before. At this point I am about to have the whole system ripped out and replaced. I should not be having this many issues in a system that is only a few years old.

P.S. Nathan (owner) I haven't had a fucking drink in over 15 years. Your business cuts corners and does not stand by their product. I am a 20 year decorated Veteran and your comment is absolutely Disgusting and will never recommend your business and I will post this review on every single review site I can find as well as every Veteran board, Veteran organization, Facebook ect.  You should of NEVER made that alcoholic comment. Miguel did great work at first, he was with me for three months. Maintaining my business landscaping, and doing great work. I pay him $140 a visit, and according to my cameras his crew is on site never longer than 24 minutes. That equates to $350 per hour, a hefty price but well worth it in my opinion, for great work.

However in my most recent experience I found not only has his work changed, he personally has become very rude. After this service I found that there were hundreds of grass blades and weeds coming through the desert landscape that had not been handled during their service. I reached out to Miguel via text and asked that he send his crew out again to address the grass/weeds. He quickly called to tell me that he sprayed them himself so he knows they were already handled. I asked, shouldn't they be turning color and dying 5 days later, he said Yes the spray must not have worked and that he's not sure why. He agreed to come back out and respray.
The next morning I receive an angry text that says This is the first and the last time I will be doing this I spray this morning and the little rain we got this morning wash out the product tomorrow I will stop by again tomorrow and spray next time I will charge you for doing this.

I decided to call Miguel since text can lead to misunderstandings, and angry words. Miguel answered very rudely, treating me like I had done something wrong, not like I was his client! He was talking over me, and told me it was not his fault that the product didn't work, and that he doesn't need customers acting like BLEEPS... Gasp, I ended the call with saying that it's time to cease our relationship goodbye.

I am not sure what has happened to Miguel Espinosa and his landscaping and Irrigation Business, however I do know this, Poor, Rude behavior, accompanied by attacking and name calling a client who never has called you and complained, Zelle's you money every time without question... in a Service industry this is unacceptable behavior that leads to failure. I hope you get things figured out sooner rather than later. Your'e Fired!

Enrique came and gave an estimate to clean up my heavily overgrown backyard and remove a couple dead trees. He and his crew returned a couple days later and did a great job clearing out weeds from the dirt and rock-covered areas of the yard, and removed both trees without incident, one which was hanging over into the neighbors yard. He also cleaned up leaves in the front yard. I was very satisfied with the work they did and would definitely recommend for yard cleanup and maintenance.

I had these guys come out this morning to seed for winter grass and they were great. Easy to work with and professional. Did the job fairly quickly and left everything clean. They even picked up the dog poo around my yard which was amazing! Thank you so much!! Would definitely recommend to others and will hire again for future landscaping needs. Thank you!!

Was very happy with Creative Yards, hired them for synthetic grass install in my backyard and they did a great job!
