Best Landscapings in Phoenix, AZ

Usually when you use a company that charges a lot, you get excellent customer service which includes a willingness to make things right when there is a dispute.

This was not my experience with Goodroad who, after adjusting watering times on my drip system clock, refused to accept that the reason all my plants died was because they had programmed the timer incorrectly. Robbie continued to push back even after I demonstrated to her that the unit was functioning fine but had faulty programming. She blamed dust storms, power outages, timer firmware, and even my reluctance to change the backup battery several times a year. Computers do funny things she told me. Yeah, I'm a tech geek - you're not going to pull that one over on me. Eventually she reluctantly claimed to take responsibility for the error and agreed to replace the dead plants which were barely a month old.

The low point to this fiasco was when I saw her at Sprinkler World (she didn't see me) and overheard her talking trash about me and the dead plant situation. She suggested to the staff that I had somehow altered the programming in the timer after she left in order to get her to have to replace $300 worth of plants. Right - I'd lie to get her to replace perfectly good plants because that somehow benefits me. Coincidentally, my bill was $300 above average the month that she agreed to replace the plants for free. There hasn't been a problem with the timer since all this happened.

With a remodel underway and a new baby coming in January I haven't made the time to replace Goodroad, but I plan to. It's too bad - she has a knack for putting together a great looking yard.

Robbie is very creative, but you pay top dollar for it and you don't get professionalism if you end up in a dispute. Nothing is ever her fault, even when it plainly is.

A+++ Integrity, trust, character is how I'd describe Jacob from Jakescapes. We had a pond started and the previous guy ran off with our money mid work. Jake was able to work with our pond installation midstream. Jakescape was quick, hardworking and pond was done on time and on budget. He took extra care to find us some extra nice rocks for our application as he sources them direct and thus able to pick and choose himself.

These guys did an excellent job, this is the second landscape curb they did for me.  great communication and project was done quick, would highly recommend !!!

Wonderful service, fast replies. Will definitely contract again. I asked for gravel service and they were so quick to get the job done. My front yard looks amazing.

Jonathan is amazing! He came out same day to look at work and within a couple days we're back and did an amazing job! Was only thinking about doing a clean up but because of his service I'm hiring him monthly!

Bennett Landscaping seems to really stick out in an area with tons of fly by night landscaping companies. It seems to be a small family business with great customer service and reasonable pricing. The guys put  a lot of time and effort into fixing up my yard, way more than I expected. It really looks nice and they seem to be one of those rare businesses that truly take pride in their work.

This review is long overdue. I had Chris and his team at Lonestar Landscaping give my front and back yard a major makeover a few months ago. I hadn't had the best luck with landscapers in the past because I always ended up feeling that they were in a hurry to get my job finished, collect a check and generally weren't too concerned with my satisfaction. It was the complete opposite with this company. Chris took the time to listen to my overall goals and never seemed to be in a rush. He made plant and design recommendations based on his expertise which resulted in a much more complete end result. Lone Star reinstalled my grass, pulled out two huge Mesquites, fixed my entire watering system, put in new and awesome plants and installed my lighting system. When I pull up to my house I love the way it looks and don't have that my landscaper ripped me off feeling. Do yourself a favor, pick up the phone and give them a call, you'll be happy you did!

Great communication, fair quote and work done exactly as expected. Would definitely hire Tyler and God's Garden Landscaping again.

We recently completed our landscape project with Yavapai Landscaping after considering several companies to do the work.  Ted who was our contact for the project listened to what we wanted to create and helped us fine tune all of the details we wanted included.  Hugo and his crew were TOP TIER Artists and their workmanship was 2nd to NONE!!!  I have done many landscape projects over the years and by far this was the most satisfying and finely executed one I have ever done.  I would not hesitate to recommend Ted and his team to anyone looking for PERFECTION!!!  Thank you Team Yavapai!!! :)

I needed one 11' palm tree trimmed to appease my hoa. I found him on the next door app.  After receiving quotes for $430.00 I went with them as they were under $100.00. They also cleaned up afterwards. They were very efficient and I will be using them again.

Theses guys are terrible. Lowest bid? Yes. But they don't finish the job. I asked for new grass and pavers this is the mess that I'm left with. Said they would fix it over and over. They give landscapers and contractors a bad name. They will just change the company name and be back on yelp.

I started trimming a palo verde tree in my front yard. I had received an HOA notice that it had been done. Shortly into the process I realized I was way over my head. So I looked for a landscaper online and Luis came highly recommended and local. We called him and he came out that same afternoon to give us a quote. It was beyond reasonable. So we scheduled it for the following morning at 6am. He very punctual and immediately got to work. Luis and his employees did an amazing job. I can't say how grateful I am for him. If you guys need someone to do trimmings I would 1000% recommend him. Thank you Luis for the hard work. It's very much appreciated

Martin and his team did an excellent job finishing our backyard pavers and artificial grass areas.  They started work early and worked hard into the early evening to finish the job. Martin and his workers were very skilled at their craft, courteous and professional.  The pricing was fair.  We were very pleased with their work and will use them again. We highly recommend their services.
