JB Yard Maintenance

I would have written this review last week, but I was too busy enjoying the view from the fresh yard! I called Jerry in the morning, he came by for a quote in the early afternoon, and the job was done by that evening. He made everything easy from start to finish, he was transparent in pricing and the final product came out looking perfect. He knocked out a very overgrown front and backyard, cleaned up our bougainvillea bushes, and sprayed a weed treatment in a couple hours.
Quick, responsive, efficient, and priced very fairly. 10/10!

I'm giving JB Yard Maintenance five stars because I can't give them six or seven. Hard hard-working guy. Super responsive. Showed up early. And worked hard the entire time. 100% I recommend Jerry from JB Yard Maintenance!  I was super thrilled with the job. I had a ton of weeds in my desert landscape yard left over from all the rain. He came in he had a plan and he crushed it! I'm going to have them back. Get them to do my backyard and then try to maybe see if I can set up a monthly maintenance plan. Follow up:  I had JB yard maintenance come back out and do my backyard. So many weeds from the rain. I know the pictures are going to look bad but it happened really fast. So I'll show you the before and after of my backyard. Thank you again Jerry!

Jerry came and mowed our front yard lawn the day of request. Very responsive and can take payment over Zelle. I am so glad that we found someone we can depend on to help us with yard maintenance!

I reached out for work in my front yard. Someone responded and asked for my address, stated I was nearby, they would take a look and give me a quote. Days later and I have yet to get a response of any kind despite sending another message to follow up with them.

My initial encounter with Jerry was excellent. He was prompt and courteous and reasonable. I actually chose him because of his BBB rating. The monthly service became the issue. He wasn't thorough in his service. He would just mow the lawn and not much else. I had to ask him to pick up tiles that came off the roof, instead of mowing over them. Then he started not showing up when he was supposed to.  One time not at all with no explanation.  The last time (one month ago) He broke off sprinkler heads, only did a partial job in removing grass and leaves in the front yard. I also paid him to remove debris in the backyard. He said he would come back the next day to take care of it. He never showed up. A week later he said he would be by - never showed up. The last time he said his truck was in for repair. He really did not seem interested in my business. So I hired someone else and am very happy with the service I now receive.
