Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

Mirage does an awesome job and the prices are very competitive.  BJ the owner may come across as aloof (man of few words on the phone, has headphones in all the time) but make NO MISTAKE...This guy knows what he is doing, cares about each job and is VERY HONEST!!! You will be very happy if you go with these guys.  So nice to see hard working honest people these days!!!!!!

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. I was very impressed with how everything was presented to me, and even more impressed with his efficiency. I had a major kitchen remodel completed in less than 30 days. DJ and his wife Nancy are very nice people and easy to work with. Makes me so happy I found them. They took all the time to answer any questions and made any edits to the original drawing as needed. Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I live in an older home so I am constantly having people in to tune up or fix something. I hired Five40 for a attic remodel to provide storage and even on the first day could tell these guys were on another level compared to the previous contractors we had hired.  The attention to detail and craftmanship was so amazing that I ended hiring them to do multiple other projects. They are meticulous about cleaning up at the end of the day and left me with absolutely no mess (or dust) to pick up at the end of the project. I felt prices were very fair and estimates were right on every time. The crew was always on time and communication with the crew and Shannon (owner) was continuous to make sure that I was always in the loop on the progress of the projects. We had 2 Clawfoot tubs re-glazed by Chromatic Coatings last week and they look Amazing!  Ardi came and looked at all 5 of our tubs, we own Starlight Pines Bed and Breakfast in Flagstaff, and we decided only 2 needed to be re-glazed.  He gave us a fair price and we scheduled the work to be done during a week we closed for some remodeling.  He showed up on time and stripped both tubs, came back the next day and glazed them.  His work is impeccable!  He removed everything from both bathrooms, taped and covered anything that could have been damaged by the process AND cleaned up completely.  As I mentioned at the top, the tubs look FANTASTIC!  We are so glad to have found Ardi and Chromatic Coatings.  I was worried that this was a lost art and the tubs would never look new again!  Thank you so much for a wonderful job!

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.
