Mirage Marble & Granite did a great job ordering, fabricating & installing our Quartz counter tops. They got the Quartz for us much cheaper than we could get it at The Yard. Then they worked with us to install it. (Install had to be delayed a couple times because a sink I ordered from a different supplier didn't come  time.) They were professional & affordable. Would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful service. Punctual, knows what he usa doing. Advices the right things. Cost effective.

Prompt each day to start worked and was finished as promised!! High quality materials used and fantastic expertise in remodeling!  After receiving 3 bids for the same work, even though DJ.S were the higher of the other two!!  We paid for what we got, which was exactly what was done and done in a very professional manner. Will use for any future remodels as they are excellent in their profession!!  Would suggest you do is well as this guy just knows his business and performs it Well!

Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.
I've recommended Brian to a number of my clients and colleagues who have all been pleased with his performance.

I've been meaning to write this for a while. Chuck (William Ahl) is as good as they come. We had moved into our home last year and it had a large load bearing wall that we needed removed that was adjoining a sunken in living room. Chuck was the first contractor that was able to tell us right away what the scope of the project was going to be and how he would get it done. From the onset, he was always very professional. He kept good records, always showed up on time, and was very pleasant to be around (we had to live in our home during the construction). It was a big job but him and his right hand man Evan did a fantastic job and it turned out beautifully. A few more things I appreciated where Chuck took the extra step: 1. He always cleaned up after every day as much as he could. We were still living in our home and we appreciated that everything was kept as neat as possible especially since we have little kids. 2. He does not ever compromise safety. He will always do the job right the first time even if it means more work. We have peaked ceilings and he took the time to put up temporary supports while putting up the new beam. 3. He prides himself on his work. He won't cut corners. He has a high standard for himself and will make sure whatever project he's doing will be done right every time. In addition to our load bearing wall Chuck also made us a beautiful custom chimney cap, filled an old doggie door, and took out some really big columns. Our new great room is now complete and absolutely beautiful! I definitely hope to use Chuck again for future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start a small or large project. He is licensed and insured so he can do anything!

As a real estate investor, this is the worst experience I have had with a company so far during my career.

There were problems throughout, but the climax of the problems occurred during and after install.  On the day of the install, I went to the property to check on the work.  The work itself looked fine, but as a side issue, I noticed my AC system was not functioning.  Evaluation of the AC system revealed a freon leak from a pipe behind the wall where the countertop work was done, and after the wall was pulled apart, a screw from the countertop work was found to be puncturing the copper pipe.  The AC company contacted me and said, Have you had new countertops put in lately?  It looks like the problem is due to one of their screws.  (See attached picture with the screw penetrating the pipe).  Two weeks after I notified Diamond Granite regarding the problem, I received the official response that the case was reviewed with Daniel and they were not going to provide compensation for damages as they did not believe they did the damage.  Of course I laughed at the irony that the AC stopped working on the day of the install, and no one else had been doing work on the counters or driving screws into that wall!  Despite the overwhelming evidence, they say there is a chance it wasn't them.  Not even a penny returned!

Service was poor throughout.  When I went to the appointment to meet my sales rep at the granite site to choose granite, he said, I have to go to a job in Scottsdale, but ... will take care of you.  He handed me off to someone who was not their employee who proceeded to show me 2 pieces of extremely veiny pieces of granite as my options.  I called my sales rep and told him the granite options weren't going to work and that I wished to cancel the job.  His response was, I don't think the company allows that.  He eventually sent me a picture of another piece of granite that I found acceptable.  He realized later that he forgot to have me sign a large part of the contract and paperwork and asked me to drive the 40 miles or so to the office, which I wasn't going to do.  He ended up bringing it to my house.  I think he didn't realize he could easily email or fax the paperwork.

In summary, once this company receives your entire payment up front, you will never see it again.  They do not back up their work.  If something is done incorrectly, or damage is done, you are on your own.

I highly advise steering clear of Diamond Granite.

We would recommend FIVE40 Remodeling.  We contracted Shannon and his team for a carport-to-garage conversion at our house in Tempe.  The end result was fantastic, as Shannon's team executed our vision for the new garage while adding suggestions and touches that we would not have thought of.  His crew was always on-time, respectful, courteous, and always left the job site clean and secure.  Shannon was very responsive, especially when the project was off-track to start, and was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process.  Very easy to work with.  Our job was completed on budget and beyond expectation, and we are really happen with the outcome.

Professional, dependable and compassionate. I would highly recommend to anyone requiring home health services.

Clover home  came in and Shiplap my guest bathroom. They were great and I would recommend them for sure. I have had Clover home before,and I would have them again to do work in my home .

This is a review on my experience with the company. 3 weeks ago my landlord scheduled the company to come to my apartment and correct peeling bath/ shower combo surfaces. I was out of town and unaware there would be paint being sprayed in my apartment. I came back to my belongings not just covered in dust from sanding but PAINT! I informed my landlord and they told me to educate the contractor on what the damages were. When Ardi came to my apartment he was very dismissive and repeatedly told me my belongings were covered in plastic. This may have been but obviously the plastic was loosely placed. All paint in air went under the plastic and coated our tables, chair, tv, sound bar, and a spot in carpet. The sound bar you can see appears to have had the plastic up against it so the paint dripped down and created this type of pattern. Ardi was able to remove the paint on my chair and carpet, while I had to scrub our wood tables and furniture for hours to remove the residue. We were UNABLE to remove the paint from our sound bar and tv. Nothing was done financially or otherwise to compensate for damages that could not be fixed. My suggestion to anyone thinking of using Chromatic Coatings is that you continuously watch the work being done, wear a mask or whatever you have to do to ensure your belongings are not damaged. Remove your property completely or ensure that they are covered in plastic and taped down with no air flow inside. This was very disappointing to come home to this mess after a summer vacation, when I had left my place very clean.

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.
