I recently had a major problem with my home; termites had eaten away the wood floor in almost every room.  I put repairs off as long as possible, as well as other areas (pool, outdoor paving, painting, plumbing, lighting, furniture movers, audio/visual, carpentry) that were too long neglected.  I came across Homework Remodels and gave Steve a call.  We talked about what I needed done in general and then Sheila became involved.  This woman is amazing.  She knows pretty much everything about anything involving remodeling.  If she doesn't know something, she'll find out for you.  After lots of careful planning, searching for the right subcontractors, and scheduling, the project began.  Now I've done enough of this kind of work around my home to know it never goes as smoothly as you hope it would, but this ten-week job (just as projected) went better than I thought it could.  Jim, the project manager, deals with all the subcontractors so the client doesn't have to.  He knows if something can be done, so he doesn't accept any excuses, and makes sure it is done right.  In the end, everything is completed down to the last detail.  I highly recommend this great group of knowledgeable and professional people.

I am a licensed Realtor who has relied on Fix My House to take care of many projects for my clients.  Most recently FMH took care of several needs for a client that needed work done on a newly purchased house before move-in (i.e.:  replacing fixtures and flooring, fixing drywall and stucco, repainting, etc - there was nothing that they couldn't handle!)   Joe is super friendly and a consummate professional.   Mark is a craftsman and a perfectionist with an eye for detail.   I will definitely work with them again.

First, let me start out with stating that I am normally not the type of person that submits reviews online.  With that said, I am inclined to share my experience with TJC Contracting as they were truly first rate.  I could not have asked for more from a contractor.  From start to finish, this team was consistently punctual, responsive, clean and truly cared about the product that was being produced.  The quote was neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive. However, there is something to be said about working with a family-run business that is truly invested in the work that they do.  The owner attempted to make an appearance at the jobsite each day they were out.  When we had minor changes to the plans, he was more than accomodating.  I would gladly refer this team to my family and friends.  Thanks so much for the positive experience.  Our bathrooms, hallway and laundry room have never looked better.

So glad we chose Efficient Home Pro for our window replacements! Joe (owner) is so knowledgable in his field and he took the time to explain all the different options available to us. No hard sell to purchase the most expensive, which we greatly appreciated. We got estimates from other companies and were told the expected wait was 6-8 months or more. With Joe, after signing the contract to job completion was only 6 weeks and they did an amazing job!! Joe, Jeff & Porter were a pleasure to work with and our windows look absolutely beautiful. We also had them remove a window and it looks perfect - like there was never a window there! Just a great company to work with all around and they left everything neat & clean. We just finished a gut remodel to our house with Integrity Luxury Homes and got LEED Certified. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them. They were committed to helping us get our LEED certification at the highest level possible. They went the extra mile to make sure that we will be happy with the outcome for years to come. We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.

Their customer service, speed and quality was incredible! Their team replaced our roof underlayment and restored ceiling within 4 days. I highly recommend Schott Development. Save yourself the time and trouble of comparative quotes. Their responsiveness, price and quality is unmatched!

Redo of the master bath: Leonel, the owner, came and explained all the options clearly. His price was $4,000 less than any other so I was suspicious. I shouldn't have been.XLT gave me exactly what I wanted. He was always available for a call at anytime before and during the work.Everyhting he said would be done was done as promised. His crew was just super nice and listened to me when I wanted small changes. They also did a few extra things. They were very neat and fast! I would always use XLT for any inside work that I had!! I'm very happy that I used them.

Slade and Trinity Homes did a fantastic job on our 1800-square-foot whole house remodel!  They were on time and on budget - an amazing feat during COVID.  We love the results.  We would choose them again in an instant.  They get our highest recommendations for design and build!

My husband and I worked with Stein to re-tile and install new shower doors and medicine cabinet for our bathrooms.  From the very beginning our experience was great.  Stein was instrumental in helping us thin through materials, the pros and cons of going with certain tiles, and look and feel of what we were trying to accomplish with the remodels. Not only was the work completed in the time frame estimated, it was at a very reasonable cost.

We also needed a small amount of plumbing work in the shower during the install. Everyone we worked with through Nordic Improvements was exceptional, professional, and fast.  

We highly recommend working with Nordic Improvements, and have no reservations about the quality of work, pace of the work, and the general professionalism and guidance you get by choosing them.
