Best Businesses in Arizona

I had a bad experience with Matthew.  He is interested in baking in a lot of money per customer, as opposed to taking on customers to actually help them out.  My evidence is below:

I called Matthew on Thursday, July 24th to ask if I could get a quote on a yard clean up.  He said yes and came out the next week.  Instead of calling me, he emails me a quote with only 2 options. 1) $375 for a major overhaul of my bushes (that I never asked for) or 2) $150 monthly to clean the yard.  (twice a month).  I only want a clean up once a month, and Matthew rejected the business. I might even have paid $150 for once a month.

Make no mistake--Matthew is trying to make as much money per customer as possible--and it is in his interest to do so--not yours.  He doesnt care what you need--he wants those customers he desires.  I've seen that behavior a lot in Arizona, but being originally from the east coast I am used to hard working companies who genuinely want to help you out.

Stay away from Matthew.

The guy clearly doesn't care about kids (or laws) as he sped through the school zone and then tailgated the car in front of him this morning.  There are plenty of landscape companies that probably care about others.

I had another positive experience w/GoodRoad Landscaping.  My property was serviced yesterday and as has been my past experience(s), the work was excellent.  Robbie, the owner is a wonderful person and excellent businesswoman who knows her industry.  Now they just have to bill me and tell me where to send the payment LOL.  *****Highly Recommended.

Danny was very quick to respond and was the best price by far for trimming 2 palm trees. He was done in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

I hired Arizona Yards to help with landscaping work.  The previous company we were using would always do an okay job but would leave the pool a mess.  Arizona Yards had the  landscaping spotless and the pool was left clear, without any debris from their work.

Very professional company exhibiting high integrity. Hired Jakescape to completely redo the front landscape which was all overgrown and in complete disarray. They help me with the design and made recommendations, but the final plan was up to me. They arrived when they were supposed to and completed the work when they said they would. Jakescape met the expectations I had for the cost agreed upon. Now my new home has the curb appeal I was looking for! Thanks Jake! Kudos to you and your crew! I would definitely recommend Jakescape for your landscaping needs.

We had curbing installed in our backyard last fall and they did a great job. When we decided to had a sidewalk installed from the backyard to the front we called them and the work was completed quickly and I have to say we love it!! I would recommend them for any concrete projects .

Wonderful service, fast replies. Will definitely contract again. I asked for gravel service and they were so quick to get the job done. My front yard looks amazing.

Chris and his team from Lone Star Landscaping did an unbelievable job on our yard. They took an ugly desert landscape and turned it into a mini oasis! Him and his crew were always on time, professional and willing to answer any of the many questions we had about our new yard. Also, the price was very competitive and Chris was willing to help us stay within our budget. We will definitely be using them again. Lone Star is highly recommended for any landscaping job big or small!

Tyler is great! He's responsive, reliable, dependable and honest. Highly recommended! Thank you for saving our Amazon forest of a yard and making it pretty again!

We worked with Ted Ferris to design and install our landscaping in the front and back of our home in April of 2022. We live in an HOA community, therefore we have some semi-strict rules that needed to be followed, and Ted and crew were more than happy to accommodate.  

You can tell that Ted is super passionate about his job, which made me feel at ease, that I wasn't just being sold some product mix to increase sales. I felt that Ted genuinely cared that Yavapai Landscaping understood our vision for our yard front and back, and after some design change edits, we ultimately decided to go with Yavapai.  

Ted's installation crew was extremely professional and cared very much about making sure I was happy with the work they were doing throughout the process. Im very pleased with the end result of this landscape install. If I have to install new landscaping again the future, the first call Im going to make is to Ted.  

Lastly (and probably most importantly), I felt the cost was extremely competitive, especially compared to some of the quotes we got from other installers.

Miguel & his crew did a fabulous job! They were prompt, courteous & did more than they promised. They are knowledgeable & take great pride in their work!
So happy to find someone who knows how to repair irrigation systems & won't just mow & blow.

Called Medinas Landscaping to come look at removing two trees and trimming two palm trees. They came out and gave me a quote then completed the job the next day. They were very professional and attentive. I would recommend to anyone who needs large tree trimming or removal.
