I'm updating because when I emailed to cancel my service, I received a reply 2 minutes later of, OK.  That's it.  Now I've done an online review and he answers wth paragraphs.

I think the bottom line with Matt is he knows yards, but if you want to change your service in any way, you're a pain and he lets you know it with his attitude.  Once I hired him, I was made to feel like, Get out of my way, I know my stuff and if you change things, it's a pain.  That's not what I want when I'm a new customer.

When I wrote to cancel, I said, The communication was lacking and it wasn't up to my standard, please acknowledge that you received this.  His answer, literally, was OK.   This just confirmed why I was cancelling and in my opinion, why he's so defensive about my review.  He knows it wasn't the right way to answer my email.

Use him if you'd like, your lawn will look great, just be prepared for the attitude.

Bim's has been doing my landscape maintenance for the past three years, and I say the same thing every time they leave: They really do a great job cleaning up when they are done! Not long ago, I asked one of the crew about some trees that seemed to be dying.  He told me to contact the owner, Jeremy, who could possibly help me.  Jeremy came out and evaluated the trees and came back a second time to treat the soil--and at a price significantly lower than a tree service would have charged.  My trees are flourishing now.  Thanks to Bim's my yard is a beautiful, peaceful  place to hang out.

Really couldn't have been better. Goodroads was the last step in a huge and frustrating 2 year project. From first contact, layout, pre-work check, the work and post look over it was organized and detail oriented in ways no other landscaping company I've ever dealt with was. Even payment has modern options.  The vision we had was understood and followed. Leaving a small pile of stones to cover an unfinished area. Working with me as I laid my own 12V and audio wiles, etc. It was a pleasure and positive experience.

Danny was very quick to respond and was the best price by far for trimming 2 palm trees. He was done in about 45 minutes and did a great job.

I hired Arizona Yards to help with landscaping work.  The previous company we were using would always do an okay job but would leave the pool a mess.  Arizona Yards had the  landscaping spotless and the pool was left clear, without any debris from their work.

I had some leaking issues with the new irrigation system due a fitting that was defective and Jake came out and spent a good portion of a day digging up and replacing the leaking line and several adjacent lines and tees that ran under recently laid pavers just to make sure no other leaks occurred in the future.  It was not a small or trivial job, but Jake said that's why I provide a three year warranty and he backed it up with action not excuses.  He also did some recent  drainage work and additional (large/thick) flagstones around our house which look great.  He has a high attention to detail like me (a retired aerospace engr.) and was very picky on how the drains were designed to avoid things like collecting silt over the years versus cutting corners.  I summary I'm very pleased with the quality, pricing and attention to detail.  What more could one ask for...

I loved the service that these guys provided. I have never used a moving company before and because i had such a short time to move out of my apartment I was desperate and with my work schedule it was just so hectic getting everything ready, but at last I was referred by my sister and I was very satisfied with the price and service. They were very careful with all my things and moving was just made so much easier for me thanks to them. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and next time I need to move again they are the first ones I'm calling.

Wonderful service, fast replies. Will definitely contract again. I asked for gravel service and they were so quick to get the job done. My front yard looks amazing.

Used twice.  First time showed up on time and did a good job with a small rock job.  Let my guard down on the second job.  Paid upfront and owners never darkened my doorstep again.  Had to call several times to get them to get job done. Used subs for all work leaving pretty good mess behind.  Had another contractor clean up the mess.  Somewhat overpriced for what they eventually delivered. Will look for other contractors if future needs/projects arise.

I was working out of state and getting notices from my property management that my yard needed cleaned up. There was a dead citrus tree that was blown down in one of the storms. I looked up landscaping in the Mesa area and saw God's Garden , I thought.
I contacted Tyler, he came to my place the next day or two, looked it over and said that he could do the job. I think he said it would cost $80. I thought that was reasonable. I said just clean up debris and cut up the dead tree, stack it behind the home. He sent pictures. The yard looked cleaned up but, I saw the tree against the side of the house and Not cut up. I asked him if he cut it. He said yes. So I sent him the payment for the work. My cousin came out and told me that the tree was still Not cut up. I texted Tyler and asked that he finish the job and he said ok. Not done. When I called him and confronted him he hung up on me. I reported him to the BBB. I texted him and asked him to complete the work or return my $ or I would report him to the Better Business Bureau,  which I did.
I would NEVER recommend that you use this company.

I was on a tight budget and needed about $3000 worth of major cleanup in my yard.  Just bought 2 acres and a house in Chino Valley in June 2017.  The yard had been neglected for over 15 years.   Cottonwood trees overgrown with suckers as high as the main trunk.  Ugly black plastic erupting from the layer of rocks and looking really bad.  I hate black plastic and wanted the weeds and grass to grow freely.  A weed is only a weed if it grows where you do not want it to.  I do not like anything linear and defining so the lava rock rings around the 4 willow trees had to go and the whole yard needed some love.  I had 4 landscape companies come out for an estimate and all 4 gave the the mantra of your project is not doable because of your small budget.  What? Just because I am a small potato does not mean I do not qualify for your workers.  They wanted a budget of over $10,000 AND THAT WAS NOT GONNA HAPPEN.
Grrr.  I knew what I wanted done but was open to ideas but not more money.  So looking thru the weekly shopper I found Yavapai Landscaping and called them.  I told them I was small potatoes and would they give me an estimate for my desired aesthetics.  Nathan was so comforting and assured me they will work with me and take my direction as to what I wanted.  It is often hard for men to listen to a woman and get the same picture in their head that I had in my mind.  But Nathan and Devon were very professional and understood that I wanted a free flowing rock scape and plastic removed and no other weed control used.  A natural vibe - serene and undefined.  I hired them and am so happy with the work they did.  I could hear my overgrown yard breathe a huge sigh of relief as they methodically trimmed trees, pulled plastic, hauled trash to their dumpster.  The bobcat work was so expertly done by Louis that I asked if they could level my back yard and how much would that cost.  The gopher farm in the back was a tripping hazard for me and too uneven to risk a fall.  So I now have no more gopher holes and a smoother yard.  BTW: That bobcat work was a free-bee.
The work crews were very polite, respectful of this retired USAF woman who knew the vision she wanted (me), and best of all no Spanish was spoken - that is professional in my ethics book.  All-in-all when they finished the initial cleanup job and I charged it to my credit card I am a very happy camper.
rd art About 2 weeks later I called Nathan back and negotiated the price of putting in a 6ftx20ft paver sidewalk from the drivewayto the front porch.  The estimate was within my credit limits and I not only got the beautiful paver sidewalk but also splurged and got a slice of heaven in the front ard.  I now have a 10 x 15 foot green scape of high quality astro turf right out my front door.  It is lined with the same pavers and is very sturdy with the wind and rain storms.  I planted a plastic pink flamingo on my lawn (it is not a putting green) and sun bleached flamingos and other yard art (turtles, gnomes, lizards, etc) that no one wants.  My Flying Flamingo Refuge  accepts donations of your unwanted and outdated yard art.

I needed one 11' palm tree trimmed to appease my hoa. I found him on the next door app.  After receiving quotes for $430.00 I went with them as they were under $100.00. They also cleaned up afterwards. They were very efficient and I will be using them again.

Luis and the crew are fantastic. I found them on Yelp and called midday on a Thursday about my overgrown backyard and to trim a very tall tree reaching over into my neighbor's yard after the monsoons. Luis offered to come over later that afternoon to give me a quote. He arrived and gave me a great estimate, and offered to come by early the next morning! He said he could fit it in if they could get started at 6:30 am. They arrived as expected and went right to work, and finished by 9am! The trees look fantastic, the bushes are well groomed, and my whole yard is spotless!

Best tree and landscape service I've used, I will always use them and recommend them from now on!
