Transplanted 7 saguaros and they've done good over the last five months. Also transplanted a mini pineapple palm which promptly died.  Didn't plant some items that he said he would and never came back to complete the job once paid.

Just a note: they parked in my driveway & ON my landscaping. When my friend asked them nicely to move their truck, the boss came over & gave him a hard time about moving the truck. He was very rude to my friend & when he was told that they'd be responsible for any damage caused, the boss' response was, Like Hell I will. Then he walked away. Not very kind or considerate of the neighbors around their jobs.

My lawn over time has started to look bad so I thought I would try aeration.  I show them a message on here and was scheduled right away.  The day if they were running a tad late but he kept me updated.  That's important to me.

Anyway, the owner was pretty cool and gave me some suggestions that I am going to try. Use em.  They are a good company.

Love, love, love this business! I reached out to them last week and received my service today. Everybody I've communicated with has been so friendly and helpful. Gilbert completed the service and was excellent, very kind and attentive to all my concerns! I will definitely be in contact with them again for all future needs.

Excellent experience from start to finish!  I did comparison pricing and B & D was the best!  Thanks to Diane for easy and efficient ordering.  Delivery was on time by a courteous (masked) driver who put the gravel right in the yard instead of the street - which made it much easier to spread.  Two thumbs up for B & D Gravel!

I recently moved to Queen Creek, not familiar with weather patterns in the valley needless to say!!   Nick seemed so kind when he came out.....but boy after he had his thousands of cash $$$ in his hands the service went out the window and and down the road!  One of the trees (that i didn't order....he decided what was better for me and planted who knows what) broke in half because of what I have come to know as a haboob just two days after he planted them. Nick proceeded to tell me too bad for you....I don't have to replace anything He was rude, belligerent, said he would fix things and then never came back.  Didn't show up for scheduled appointments..... and that's not all.  He fixed my timers.....LOL  with his $2000 assessment of my property and set the new trees to water THREE AND A HALF HOURS FOR TWO AND A HALF WEEKS....flooded my yard and wasted God only knows how many gallons of water?!?!!?  He never did come back to check his work I had to hire a new company, which if fabulous by the way, to fix his mess.....in all fairness Nick replaced the tree with a Charlie Brown branch but at least he sent his guy back out...so from TOL I paid $3000 cash for 9 $75.00 trees!!!  He was very threatening and I am furious!!  This will not be the end of it!  Again, beware of wolf in sheeps clothing!!  :(

Alex  Has been landscaping my friend's property for 15 years. He shows up with a smile, on time and when he says he will. I would have no qualms suggesting him for any senior as I feel he is very honest and accommodating.

Jovany's lawn care is amazing I called them over to trim my palm tree by my pool. They did a great job and made sure everything was cleaned up and out of the pool.  Looking forward to having him come over to get help with my lawn.

This company employs some great people. They did a tremendously thorough, well groomed clean up job at my house. The crew was courteous and friendly. Thank you. Looking forward to the next service.

After my regular yard-care person went AWOL I was desperate for a new person with reasonable prices.  My HOA loves to threaten fines if we don't keep our yards in order and when I asked them for the number for the people who do the landscaping for the common areas of the subdivision, I got a quote for $300 (my yard is only as big as your typical two-car garage...it's a tiny patio home.  The man who had been doing it for two years did it for $150.  Well Adrian answered the phone when I called after 7:00 and I expected to get a voicemail.  We agreed he would come in the morning for an estimate and he gave me a VERY reasonable price.  He said that he could do my work right then and there and within minutes a helper arrived and they did a wonderful job on my small front and back yards.  They trimmed my giant Queen Palm and other shrubs and got all the leaves from every nook and cranny.  He even blew all the leaves off my roof and didn't ask for any extra money.  I highly recommend his services.

What a refreshing level of service. We had called three other businesses before finding Romero. Two never even bother to call back. The third set an appt and never showed up. Romero not only responded to our inquiry, he came out the same day to give us an estimate. His team was curteous and worked hard to doing a one time clean up (2 acres). We have scheduled him to continue to do regular service, very happy with price and service. Good value. Absolutely recommend.this is legit business.

Seth has done a great job keeping my home maintained , He got rid of all the weeds growing in my front and backyard on gravel and also my grass. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic company to do business with!  We were looking to have our pool rock water feature repaired and beefed up as it was rather plain looking.  Jason, one of the owners immediately had suggestions to improve the look of the area.  There was no hard sell - we were able to pick and choose what we wanted.  He suggested what he thought would have the most impact.  They built boulders to match the existing feature and extended them around the pool.  In addition, they added landscaping to finish off the area.  We were wowed by the results - it's not often that work exceeds your expectations!  We ended up having them do more extensive work:  changed the pavers to travertine, leveled a raised fire pit area and extended/updated planter areas.  They were also able to transplant plants/trees to other areas of the yard.   We like that Jason was onsite every day for a short while to oversee the project, there was attention to detail, he kept me updated, and their pricing is fair.  We would recommend Rock Works highly!

Eric and his team did such a great job super last minute. I called Wednesday needing my front and backyard both done before Sunday and Eric made it happen. He came out first thing Thursday morning to give me an estimate, which after talking to two other companies worked out to be the best deal, and him and his crew came Friday morning. Both yards needed a ton of work, the backyard was basically a jungle and the front yard was just badly neglected. Due to the amount of overgrowth in the front yard, Eric accidentally broke a piece of the valve for one of my sprinklers because it was covered by grass and he couldn't see it. He went right to the store, got the piece and fixed it at no charge. They were all super friendly and professional and left everything very clean. I will definitely be using them again for my next project. Thank you guys!!

Sergio's Lawn service did work at our property in Peoria on Wednesday August 29, 2018 . We were given the following  information by an employee at phone # 602-224-0516: The owner is Sergio Valles, address is 3506 E Oak St. Phoenix AZ 85008. This business is licensed,bonded and insured.
They were hired to trim branches off a tree in the front yard that were laying on the roof and trim a bush along the front sidewalk.The remainder of the job was to remove weeds and rake gravel in the front and back yard. They have done similar work there a few times prior.
This time they took it upon themselves to cut down to the ground a FanTex Ashe tree that was planted two years ago because they determined it was dead (Which it was not)the cost at that time to have that tree delivered and planted was $600.00. At no time was it discussed or permission given to trim or cut anything in the back yard other then weeds.

Several phone calls have been made to the company and the owner Sergio,is never there and apparently cannot be reached . I have only spoken to a man named Joseph. Each phone call I asked for their insurance information so we can file a claim or what they want to do to make this right. We have had no follow-up from them with an answer.
