A little bit slow, but these are all custom cabinets that require craftsmanship. They did a very nice job. We were very pleased.

JEREMY and his TEAM are professional, friendly and detailed oriented. Not to mention extremely efficient. They installed my front door and baseboards in my home and also went the extra mile by replacing my leaking washing machine valve and offered to move my bedroom furniture back in place.
I highly recommend Artistic Trim & Crown Molding for beautiful custom trim/crown molding in your home.

Wolf Custom Creations promised me QUALITY, gave me a completion date they met and provided PROFESSIONAL service to the max! They even CUSTOMIZED a mural my mother had special ordered years before she passed this last January and it meant the world to our family to keep her memory in her remodeled kitchen. If you need any type of cabinets or shelving, Wolf Custom Creation is top notch! Thank you so much for jumping into the middle of what started off as a bad experience from the previous contractor and making it a wonderful experience. You did a beautiful job. I'm 100% thankful! In a bathroom remodel project that was otherwise fraught with problems, the piece with which Krieger Cabinets was involved, was a true bright spot. Whew, something went right. They made a custom cabinet, an oversized medicine cabinet for us, to go in a bathroom remodel. It was made using a mirror from the 1960s. (That required extra care. If that broke, replacing it was not easy. they did NOT break it.) The wood they selected was perfect, beautiful maple. The final product fit perfectly, they followed the specs to the tee. And they did it all within budget and on time. Can't ask for more than that! I highly recommend this shop.

Trevor and his team were exceptional. The team at CanAm was able to carefully guide us through selecting the perfect natural stone for our kitchen and bathrooms. From start to stop we were installed and using our new stone in just 7 days!
To Trevor, thank you sir! I will refer anyone I know that is looking for new countertops to you and your team.
Thanks again,
Scott and Becky

I really like the updated new showroom. I also really like the new guy working at the showroom. Super friendly and helpful. Very positive. A much more pleasant experience than in the past. They didn't have what were looking for, but I definitely will be back to look at their backslash options for our kitchen.

An Outstanding company to deal with. We have long wanted our dream kitchen. Finally deciding to move forward, we began our search last Summer (2018). First on our list was cabinets. We visited six or seven cabinetry companies in the Phoenix area as well as Lowes and Home Depot (we almost immediately scratched out the Big Box stores as being able to help us achieve our vision). We walked into Envision Cabinetry and we were greeted by Deborah Morris, an outstanding customer service person who understood almost immediately what our end goal was. After another visit or two and her visit to our house for measurements, we ordered Crystal cabinets (a MN fabricator). She helped us redesign our kitchen to deliver just what we were after. We also met Kris Beeman, the company owner and discovered he lives less than a mile from us. The order and delivery time gave us the time we needed to move forward with shopping for countertops, floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, and appliances. All came together on-time, on-budget (NO SURPRISES). Deborah told us she had the best cabinet installers and she was right. Everett Barker and his sons showed up on a Saturday and finished the install in less than six hours. All very meticulously installed. While any major project is stressful, our relationship with Kris and Deborah significantly reduced the stress. Highly recommend you visit them and they have our permission to put you in touch with us if you'd like to see the finished project.

Beware of these people! Signed contract and gave sizable deposit Nov 10,2022, told delivery in Jan. one custom cabinet and lots of countertops. They came in mid-December to do measurements and that person said it was a good thing he came to remeasure because the depth would have been too short. Feb 3,2023 I called salesman looking for update and she said two weeks. Then she texted and said maybe sooner, she'd let me know the next day. Heard nothing further.
March 9, I called office and asked for the manager and was told she was out of the office. I left a message for them to call me, I was very unhappy and going to call Sonoran Living to tell them my experience if they did not call by March 10. I really hate to do business like this, so I waited to call again March 14, no one from Granite Transformations available again, so I left the message I was prepared to take stronger measures. no call until 3 PM the next day. Now they want to come out to measure on the 20th and install same week - I'm not interested in some half ass job for the amount I paid..
I said if you haven't even started on them cancel the order-he says they have my material so I will have to pay a restocking fee. if they had my material, why aren't my countertops done. Why didn't anyone call me about the delay? supposedly the hold up was my custom cabinet in a separate room. Really then why didnt they call and offer to install countertops and finish when the cabinet wasdone?

Canyon Kitchen Cabinets did a great job on our new kitchen remodel. Norm is wonderful to work with and Brian is the best skilled craft person we have ever encountered. We rehired them again to do our master bath remodel. Like previous reviewers we had and are having problems with the details. The salesperson makes all sorts of oh yah we can do that, no problem. Then if it's not specifically written down on the contract you are in trouble. Make sure the thickness of your countertops & shower glass are specified, the height of your shower glass. The kind of edge you want on your granite or quartz? Is the tile included? What part of the plumbing job isn't included? The amount they will allow you for knobs & pulls and which Company they will allow you to get them through? Then, just what won't they pay for? Get your project broken down on the salesperson's work-up sheet and get a copy of it. Your whole experience will run a lot smoother if there is a good understanding on both sides. They do great work, there just seems to be a disconnect between the sales/office staff/production side of this Company. (the above is just our take, and to help prospective customers & CKC alike).

We have done a lot of work with Unique over the years in our extended family. The company was awesome - exceptional work and service. However, the owners retired and the new owner has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I have been trying to get him or anyone from his company to come to give us a quote for repair and work on cabinets that Unique installed 6 years ago. He is simply not interested at all and won't return phone calls. We cannot recommend this company anymore. Look elsewhere.

Selection of hardwood is great. That gets them a star, and I'll give them one more because the people working at the desk are nice and helpful. Other than that this place is run like a complete shit show. Every time I walk in, I walk passed this guy that is never working but always refuses to help. I think he supposed to working on laminate stuff. As a Carpenter and contractor I know what it looks like when people are pretending to work. There's a lot of that going on here.
I've learned you really need to know exactly what you're looking for and ask lots of questions to help the people at the desk. While they are helpful, there is an extremely high turnover rate. I've been coming here for 3 years now (no better choices) and no one has been at that desk more than a year. This does not make knowledgeable staff.
The lumber yard is where the real fun happens. I'm currently standing here waiting for one sheet of melamine and some wood tape. I ordered it last week, so it should be here ready for me. I've been here over an hour. It took me 20 minutes just to get a staff member to help me. They are extremely slow moving. I'd be a little more understanding if this was how all lumberyards were, but I've been to much larger operations that run like well oiled machines. Keim lumber in charm, Ohio is 4 times bigger, and I've never waited longer than ten minutes to have them personally load my truck. Saroyan hardwoods in Southern California is roughly the same size, and once again, it's never taken my more than 15 minutes to get out of there.
If you don't care how perfect the lumber you order is, or can afford to order 10-20% more to account for cull, I recommend ordering the day before and having it delivered. They will kindly show up anytime between 8 am and 4 p.m.. it's just that easy. (Note my sarcasm?).
If you do decide to work with them and start ordering material, don't ever get complacent and assume your order is always right. Always double check your order before leaving or letting the delivery guy leave. I had an order last year, I needed 21mdf sheets. I was given a price of ~$30 a sheet. Which is ok. I received my order the next day, but due to the craziness of the job I did not notice until a week late that they only sent 19 sheets. While they luckily only charged me for 19, since they couldn't fulfill the order they sent me 14 sheets at the price quoted and then 5 sheets of a different grade of mdf at $45 a sheet. And they didn't bother to ask. What really tops off the story, the guy that took and handled my order was a guy named Timmy. From what I understand he's management now. Don't ever let him handle your order.
Another note: don't try to go there first thing. They are busy loading up deliveries and aren't helping customers. You're better off stopping by after ten or so. You would think that if advertise they are open at 7 that they would be ready to handle customers. They are not.

Run Fast, this company changes names to hide bad reviews. Horrible experience with Trinity. Prices kept changing, would not provide itemized list of charges, wants all money up front, even installation and never comes to check in install is correct. Wrong cabinet ordered and Anthony wanted to overcharge us to get correct cabinet even though he ordered it. He adds small drawers to increase costs without letting you know(BE CAREFUL). My husband had to finish all the trim. I agree with James review, worst business transaction I have ever had. Dont recommend at all.

I ordered both an epoxy flooring and cabinets for my garage. As far as I can tell all the work was done properly and is still there 1.5yrs later. All work was done by 1-4 people depending on what was being done.
Complaints? Communication. The initial consultation was straightforward and easy. I picked out the base color, the chip colors, and the date. The first day they came and prepped the surface by sanding and using chemicals. They also filled in any cracks and put down the first epoxy coat. I had to leave to go do something and I came back and they were gone with the garage door cracked open. They didn't leave a note or anything such as - don't step on the floor, must dry for 2 days, or anything like that. I had to call them and ask what was going on and when they were coming back. I thought this was kind of odd seeing as how I would think that if this process was going to take multiple days that I should be privy to that knowledge (maybe in case I couldn't be there other days?). Luckily my schedule allowed me to be there for the subsequent days. Day 2 was a second coat and chips... and then they were gone again. Again, with no instructions or follow-up.
WTF?!
I had to call back again and figure out when they were coming back for the cabinets.
Aside from me feeling like I was completely in the dark about what was going on and when it was going on I feel they did a good job. I would suggest them again permitting they made sure to nail down specific instructions and dates/times for the entire process.

13 weeks, they've left us with a gutted kitchen! Another day of no replies on any inquiry to our cabinets whereabouts (currently 13 weeks behind) and another day of having a gutted kitchen. Another day of Sanels not responding appropriately to even our BBB complaint. If your order requires shipping from Arizona - DO NOT ORDER FROM SANELS. Read the other reviews too! The ONLY positive name mentioned in any (Brayden Day) left the company. The only negative name listed in any (Amber Freeze and Joe Darger) is still employed and still lying to customers daily about their cabinets being on the truck when Amber is well aware they are not.
