Jeff did an awesome job installing a dedicated outlet for my office and expanding on another for me.  He was quick, friendly, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after himself.  His pricing was great too!  I recommended him strongly.  Great work for a great price!

He charged $300 for a $20 repair and quoted me nearly $4500 to install tile when a reputable tile company quoted $1700

The power went out on our kitchen wall, rendering our fridge, coffee maker, and microwave without power. I called Hector and he said he was able to come over within a few hours on a weekend and said he should be able to repair the issue within an hour.

Not only did he show up earlier, he repaired our circuit breaker, three light switches and a power problem to our security light all within an hour. He also gave us excellent advise on what would make our house safer and how to go about replacing the older switches in our house.

He is a fantastic guy, very professional and exceptionally helpful. I would give this company 10 stars if it was possible.

I'm amazed of this electricians ability to troubleshoot.   We had extreme problems with the wiring in our house and come to find out it was wired wrong and became an electrical hazard that potentially would have burned my home.  County Electric came in and rewired the whole house and a fair price and now can live comfortably that I know it was done the right way.  Thank you Ketter and crew.  A+++++.  Highly recommended.

I grew up with electric, even memorized our state's electrical code as a young kid when I helped my dad install electric in a new summer home.  So I tend to do everything by myself.

But over the past 25 years or so I've had to resort to using someone else due to work travel. First two were horrible, I had to fix their poor work. We got lucky with Trinity around 2000 and have used them ever since.

Honest, very knowledgeable throughout the company and they are friendly while being very cost effective.

AJ just left my house and He was excellent! He was punctual, nice, clean, and fast! I had AJ install an outlet in my bathroom. I figured it would be messy and difficult to come off of one outlet to make another one but AJ made it look easy! My wife and ai are super happy with the job that was performed. I had Fox Valley Electric come out to check a light fixture that was not working at our home. I had previously called a different company that told me I had power to the unit, which wasn't true. They did a terrible job and I needed someone else to come out and take a look. Lloyd came out and was very professional. He confirmed that there was no power to the unit and provided me with several options on what could be done to fix it. Although we decided not to fix it at this time, I would highly recommend Fox Valley Electric. They arrived sooner than expected and worked quickly to address the issue. If you do contact them, ask for Lloyd!

Total flakes.  Emailed (not called) 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say they could not be there.  Rescheduled and then did not show/call or email.  AVOID.

I had Harmon install solar to my house since 2015 and here we are 2020 I'm still paying as much as I was without solar , everyone I know that has solar pay zero dollars at times and that's never happens to me . I have a 3500 sq foot home and yet only 28 panels . I have family members that have smaller houses that have over 48 panels . My producation is not even 50 percent I was promised 75 percent producation and that haven't happed . I also reached backed to them last week for maybe adding more panels they still didn't get back to me . Horrible services from this company . I will be reaching the company CEO Julie king and let her know how her company is screwing me over for that past 5 years I'm still producing the same amount each year  .

John A. did a small contracted job for my senior living community last week. From receiving a quote, setting an appointment, and completeing the job, we were done in less than a week. All people involved were courteous and efficient. John showed up on time, was friendly, and did a timely job that turned out just as we wanted. I wouldn't give them a 1-star .... but had no choice.  
Their work was faulty.  They do not stand by their work.   Do not return calls.  Their technician took a ceiling fan down to check the electrical.   It had be hanging just fine for 7 years.  He RE-installed it and it fell off the ceiling 3 weeks later and hit floor narrowly missing our dog, damaged the floor and footboard on the bed ...... and .....   they said it was NOT their fault.   It was ours.  
Think twice before calling this company.
