Showed up late as I waited for other potential handymen. Said he had to stop on way there with no apologies. Poor introduction and no way to start a relationship. Needless to say, the handyman who was punctual and respectful of my time and schedule was selected.

We used J and M Repairs last year to add an outdoor electrical outlet and to move two junction boxes in the ceiling and they did a great job. Excellent work at a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about this company they came in and completely saved us from a horrible job from another electrical contractor they were patient they were thorough and described everything in copious detail on their invoice they took the time to troubleshoot and find the problem so many others had overlooked I would recommend them to anyone whether it be residential or commercial. I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. I just want to start by saying that Robert went above and beyond. I messaged him on yelp and he returned my iMessage probably and told me that if he wasn't able to repair my electrical issue he wouldn't charge me. When he came over we both thought it would be a simple issue. I had purchased a ceiling fan and the ceiling fan was in working order for some reason the wiring wasn't working. I thought it would be a quick fix. However Robert ended up being at my home for over four hours in what turned out to be an electrical maze. He not only fixed the issue of the wiring in the ceiling fan but also discovered that one of my power switches had been covered up behind drywall. He fixed  the power for my ceiling fan, installed the ceiling fan, opened up the wall and installed a switch panel and also fixed a switch that controls the lights on my staircase. He could've left at any point as it ended up being a monster of a job. He took the job as a challenge and wouldn't leave until it was done and everything was in working order. His price was more than fair and I will definitely call upon him again. I highly recommend Robert!

I'm a single mid twenties woman and am buying an older home by myself. I called Core Electric to get an estimate on a complete rewire and scheduled a consultation. Not only were they exactly on time, the owner himself came out to meet me. He did a very thorough inspection and explained exactly what he saw in terms that I could understand.

He explained why a complete rewire would be unnecessary for what I'm looking to do, saving me $7000-$10,000. He recommended what he would like to do  to implement some safety features (a few hundred). I feel like I've struck gold with this company: reliable, honest, quality work, personable, and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend.

Steve did the electrical for our swim spa and got the permit for the work.  He is extremely professional and doesn't compromise when it comes to safety and quality craftsmanship.  He also came out during the weekend to finish the work which was unexpected.

Had them come out to add two new circuits for attic fans and a pantry freezer. I had some ideas how I wanted it done and they listened and did it perfectly. They were also able to come out next day, showed up on time and cleaned everything up before leaving.

I called Roger about my broken dryer. He came, on time & within a 1/2 hour was in & out & my house & my dryer was fixed. I got his number from a friend of mine who uses him for everything & has never been disappointed. I wasn't either. Roger is an honest guy who didn't waste my time & didn't overcharge on the part I needed either. I'll call Roger again. He's my new appliance guy‼

I can drone in about how amazing the service was and how the company responded so quickly it would make your head spin. But you will have to experience this for yourself. Sometimes you have to trust a company to do what they say they are going to do, and wires for life did exactly that.  They were efficient and great pricing. It's rare to find a company that didn't try and take advantage of customer from a price point.  Trust me like i trusted wires for life for your electrical needs. You will thank me later.

Was unwilling to come to the house to provide an estimate to move a light switch and a couple Outlets. easily found three other companies on Yelp that were willing to come over and give a free estimate.
