I requested an estimate and was contacted by the owner to set up an appointment.  He gave me a timeframe from 9-2 on a Saturday. I stayed home waiting the entire time and he didn't show up or call.  It's been over a week and I still haven't heard from him.  If you can't show up or reschedule for an estimate, I have no faith in your reliability to complete the actual work.

I very rarely come on YELP to review anybody, but I had to for this company. I believe I called Gina on a Wednesday to ask about pricing/installation and time frame of when work can be done since I needed it pretty quickly for my inspection for my Phoenix house. Due to the rain she said she would call me back on Friday to see if she had any openings. As promised I received my call on Friday, and my appointment was scheduled for the following Monday. What a amazing and quick turn around, when every other company gave me the run around. Gina and another lady I spoke with were more then great with the customer service and all around service, thank you. The fence that was installed by Anthony just yesterday looks amazing and he did a phenomenal job. I would recommend this company to anyone if you are looking for great customer service, friendly people, quick turn around times ( only 4 days) and great pricing. When reading online reviews, you never know what you're really getting. In this particular case I am so happy I chose Bob and his crew at Ace Fence, based on his online reviews.  Their workmanship is amazing, the prices were very reasonable, and the job was done on time and on budget. Our pool fence looks amazing!

The installer, Troy, just left after installing four new gates. He was excellent. We are very happy with both the quality of the gates and the very capable and professional installation.  When Shawn provided a quote for the gates, he was very helpful, and made the design decisions easy, but also quoted an approx. 6-week manufacturing schedule.  We were pleasantly surprised to hear the gates were ready for installation well ahead of schedule.  We got them powder-coated to match the trim on our home and they look great.  Thank You, Sunset Gates!

Although I haven't yet done business with Alex at Integrated Metal Structures, he has been MORE than helpful in talking over my ideas with me. Alex and I have exchanged emails with different ideas, suggestions and quotes for my front yard project. He has been more than patient, has a great sense of humor, and is candid in his approach. Our pool company's demolition subcontractor damaged our existing side yard gate. So I had to get it replaced because one panel is literally pulling the stucco off the side wall of my house! I contacted several businesses and Sebastian (Gates The Right Way) came off as efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. He came out, did the measurements and gave us a bid. In a little over a month, we have a brand new gate installed the right way (with a new metal post in concrete footing instead of attaching it to the side wall with toggles). The gate looks great and we are already getting compliments from our neighbors.

Before You Read My Review: I am a client who has high expectations. I rarely write someone a review unless they deserve it. But when I hire a company/person that knocks my socks off and goes above and beyond, I make sure to write them reviews everywhere because they are worthy of it.

LOW cost and extremely high custom screen doors.

We hired Juan (Juan Custom Iron Works) to custom build 3 security screen doors for our home in Gilbert. Before I called JM Custom Iron Work, I had 2 other well known companies come out and give us quotes to custom build and install 3 security screen doors. These other companies were expensive.

I originally had reservations about hiring a company that is not licenses/bonded. So before I gave them my 50% down payment, I did extensive online research. They have their LLC through the AZ Sectary of State, they have numerous online reviews from other very happy customers, and I was able to drive over to their shop and see their set up.

My Experience With Juan: When I called Juan, he immediately responded to my text message. I sent him the pictures of the doors on our home and then sent him pictures of the types of custom screen doors we wanted. Juan is super fast to respond to text messages and phone calls. I love that! I love working with a business that understands that customers want answers and they wants answers NOW. Juan is professional, patient, a super nice dude, and takes his time to understand his customers wants and needs.

Price: JM Custom Iron Work was the lowest costing. I had received several other quotes from other companies in the valley but all of them were beyond expensive. Juan came out the same day, measured our doors, and got me a quote within 24 hours. JM Custom Iron Works beat the other companies cost, hands down.

Quality: Wow! They just installed our 3 custom security doors today and the doors are incredible. They seriously build the doors from scratch. I went to their shop out in Tempe/Scottsdale and saw their shop. Great talent.

Purchased custom gate, scheduling was a bit difficult, communication was lacking.  Biggest problem is the gate didn't come with a stop nor was it recommended that I add that on.  The gate did put a hole in my stucco on a new house.  When I reached out it was just basically said you should get a stopper and it's an internal debate as to if we should offer those upon installation. Regardless I like the gate but not so much on the customer service.  Many options in the area for these products.

I had Aldo make a gate and privacy barrier at our home in CantaMia. He did a great job, and we moved down the road to another home and needed a security gate fabricated and installed. It is absolutely beautiful and we are so happy with his work. I strongly recommend Aldo's Metal Fabrication.

I recently had double gates installed by Geoff and couldn't be more pleased. He shows up when he says he will and the work is great. The gates turned out fantastic. If you're looking for gates, I highly recommend Gates by Geoff.

They did a fantastic job on our privacy wall! They were very knowledgeable and so patient with us while we worked with our HOA for approval. Kudos to the guys who did the hard labor, especially in the extremely hot weather! Price was reasonable too.  Would recommend this company to anyone!

Had an old side yard gate that wouldn't open or close properly anymore, had the owner Ron come and take a look and we decided the best course of action was to take out the equally broken block wall and turn it into an RV gate. Everything was measured and custom built for the space, and 48 hours later I had a brand new gate perfectly installed. Excellent craftsmanship and Ron was very professional.  My wife loves that we can now use our gate again! I would highly recommend Ron and Designer Gates for any and all of your gate needs.

Just completed a project with Mike Stocker  at Steel Creations & Fabrications. Reputable, reliable and honest are great ways to describe this experience and these folks. And.......their work is top notch! They replaced my exterior fence and it looks beautiful!

After all the great reviews I set up an appointment with Michael. Unfortunately he never showed up for the appointment and never reached out to reschedule. Eventually we ended up going with another company. I understand sometimes things come up but the total lack of communication was very unprofessional.

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.

Like most home owners I had a vison of what I wanted done at my home but did not know how or where to begin. I came across Gabe Castle, owner of Sacred Steel AZ's work on Offer Up and was intrigued by the many unique projects Gabe completed. It can be intimidating reaching out to a company you have never worked with but I decided to reach out to Gabe and am very thankful I did.

From the moment I contacted Gabe I was impressed with Gabe's willingness to actively listen to my thoughts while answering questions and offering suggestions. I did not feel any pressure from Gabe and at no time felt rushed when explaining my vision. Gabe helped me understand what can be done with metal and offered suggestions from his years of experience and his expertise took my vison to another lever that I did not think would be possible.

Gabe's attention to detail was evident from start to finish. (I am that annoying homeowner that loves to hover and ask questions so I was very involved with the project which allowed me to see the time and effort Gabe displayed in making sure my project was being constructed to my liking). The more I got to learn about Gabe to more I realized the pride Gabe takes in his work and his willingness to always go the extra mile.

My project involved working closely with another contractor which can be challenging but Gabe did not skip a beat and worked hand in hand with my paver installation allowing both companies to do their best work. Gabe showed up on time, every time with strong communication skills that kept me in tune with the project completion and was also patient with me when I asked to modify the plans on the fly. At the end of day, Sacred Steel aims to please.

If you are considering getting any type of metal work done I would highly recommend Gabe at Sacred Steel AZ. Through the entire project my thoughts were at ease knowing that Gabe was on job and that's a piece of mind money cannot buy.  While we are on the subject of money I felt Gabe was honest with the cost of materials and did his best to get the maximum yield out of material to help stretch my dollar further. Gabe's labor cost was fair in relation to the type of work he performed. (I later learned he was well below the average cost of his competitors.) When it came time to compensate Gabe for his work I had no reservations on the price as I felt it was deserved based on the wonderful outcome.

Each time I pull in my driveway and see Gabe's work it brings a smile to my face. I have had countless compliments on my projects originality and coolness and feel that others should give Gabe an opportunity for their projects, you would be in good hands.
