He accepted the job and we scheduled an appointment. I called when he didn't show up and he said something had come up and he'd call to reschedule. I called to follow up when he didn't call to reschedule and he never called me back. I get it if he doesn't want the job or can't take it on, but just tell me so we can hire someone else. Don't leave me hanging.

Last year we bought a new home and used Arizona Pool Fence to install a 4-foot fence.  This year we decided to become foster parents and had to install a 5-foot fence to meet state requirements.  We got the exact same thing, just a foot higher, because it's exactly what we wanted.  Both installers were friendly and did great work, and it all was done very promptly.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Sounds like Tim and Carol build very nice gates but unfortunately waiting three weeks for them to come out and measure and then another week for an estimate was just too much.  Carol told me that I would have a bid today and when I asked her if it was available she said no not yet, maybe tomorrow.  sounds like they build excellent gates from what other reviewers say but their customer service skills are really lacking and that was a deal breaker for me.

I am so happy we chose Bob and Ace Fence Co.  From the begining Bob was concerned about the safety of our daughters and making sure the fence looked visually appealing in our backyard.  He went above and beyond and the result is absolutely wonderful.  I had no idea a pool fence could look so good!  If anyone needs a pool fence PLEASE call Bob!

I recently had Sunset out to replace my 15 year old sun battered side gate. I cannot remember the last time I have been so satisfied with a home improvement project. The gate is beautiful. The quality and installation were both top notch. My only regret is not having done the upgrade sooner. I've gone out and opened and closed the gate probably 70 times to enjoy the silent and smooth operation. Worth every penny.

They did a great job replacing/repairing the hinges and connecting bars on my iron gate. I found them responsive, friendly, reasonable and easy to work with. The turn-around time was excellent and I would highly recommend them for any metal installation or repair. Mark was easy to communicate with and seemed to care about the end result. 5 Stars!

Our pool company's demolition subcontractor damaged our existing side yard gate. So I had to get it replaced because one panel is literally pulling the stucco off the side wall of my house! I contacted several businesses and Sebastian (Gates The Right Way) came off as efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. He came out, did the measurements and gave us a bid. In a little over a month, we have a brand new gate installed the right way (with a new metal post in concrete footing instead of attaching it to the side wall with toggles). The gate looks great and we are already getting compliments from our neighbors.

I am so happy with the gates Paul created and installed. I wanted heavy duty durable metal gates for my front and back. Paul did not disappoint. He designed exactly what I had envisioned. From the onset of communication to the day of installation Paul was very professional and accountable. I found him on Yelp and messaged him. He returned my message promptly same day. He came over the next day to discuss and measure the job. Within 2 days he emailed me an estimate. He showed so much more initiative than any other contact that I had made for the job. Not only that, I really like his reviews on Yelp. I am going to have him do some additional work for me in the near future. I highly recommend Paul for your home improvement needs. Alex came out quickly, assessed my gate damage and made the repair that day.  He left the area in order just as he found it and even cleared out some post guides for free.  His price was a fraction of other bids.  I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent experience! Roger, our sales consultant, was professional and very helpful in guiding me to make the best decisions regarding color, style, material, and measurements. The wait was quicker than I thought and the installation was perfect and professional. We had a large security door installed on the front door, one in our master bedroom (now we can sleep with the interior door open) and we had 4 cross bars installed for decoration. Everything went without flaw and everyone at First Impression was professional, happy, and helpful. I would refer them to family, friends, and neighbors. They installed a wood gate with metal frame for the back yard. Redwood stain and I love it!

Geoff responded to my quote request immediately on a Sunday and was at my house the following mid morning. He was honest and gave me a few options for price points, all being fair in price. I chose my option and within the hour my problem was fixed efficiently. Again, great price and super friendly service. Highly recommended.

Sunset Fence just finished our 120 feet of block wall.  They arrived when promised and finished on time (a bit early).  The quality was clear, and everything was done to code and plans.  They even helped obtain the permit.  In terms of price, they were in the middle of our bids but with quality consistent with our higher bids.  They also fixed a small loose brick as a courtesy, outside the original scope.  I was very impressed and I would use them again without hesitation.

Owner responded with a sorry I don't do that kind of work the end.  Didn't ask me to clarify my wants or if you ever need xyz...obviously doesn't need my business!   If I ever need whatever he does do, I wouldn't bother with him!

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

Just had Michael put in our pool fence. He was on time and efficient and his  price and materials were top notch. His warranties are great and he personally installs your fence.  Having him do it was a no brainer!

Mario is great. He was out right away and we received a professional shortly after. Communication was great throughout. They were always on time. Mario works as hard or harder than his employees. They demoed part of my wall to expand my gate and rebuild a pillar. We went with all metal due to the lack of composite slats. It was about the same price and it looks great. It will be less maintenance in the future.
Mario even called a week later to make sure I was satisfied.

I had at least half a dozen architects and contractors look at our master suite project, but none of them had the skill, vision, or knowledge of Sacred Steel AZ.  From understanding how to preserve the original block (I had master masons tell me that wasn't possible), to knowing the structural constraints of the wall, to working within the overall aesthetics of our home, Gabe Castle demonstrated professional expertise that surpasses his competitors.  He worked meticulously on every detail of our slider door to ensure a perfect, unique final product.  He also took time to collaborate with me about different decisions during the process.  Sacred Steel did all of this for a fraction of the price of other bids...and for 100% custom work!  The true beauty and quality of this project has far exceeded my expectations for only a fraction of the price.  Now I'm eager to see how Sacred Steel can blend more steel features across the exterior of the home.

Unfortunately I would have loved to have given a 5 star review. We had a door done by FI previously and all was well. This go round has literally been the BIGGEST headache-the door came was installed and there is a missing bracket for the door to be able to swing and auto close as well as the stucco brace/bracket to hide the stucco from the exterior door to the FI door. Additionally the lock cylinder is not flush nor straight in the door, light comes through the actual door and frame and all of this to be fixed with second visit. Second visit came and went after requesting a different installer the same installer showed up to resolve all the issues. However, this did take place. It has been over a month since initial installation and still have no eta on completion. The only positive note to this entire headache is a gal named Bonnie who has been nothing short of wonderful to communicate frustrations and concerns with. If not completed soon will be faced with contacting the BBB for complaint. This company was so highly regarded to us as have done our previous door as mentioned along with family members doors....completely and utterly disappointed.
