My garage door stopped working on a Saturday afternoon due to broken torsion springs, I called UpRight and was surprised to have Rod pick up my call on a weekend afternoon. He quoted me $225.00 to repair the broken springs and I called back a few days later to schedule an appointment. Rod was very accommodating and friendly, Alex was my service technician at the appointment and he was just equally pleasant. He notified me that he was running ahead of schedule and asked if it was okay for him to stop by before our appointment time. Alex performed the service without trying to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs and stuck to the quoted price. I highly recommend these guys for your garage repairs needs.

Like everybody says, these guys are awesome! Waited around for months for friends to help me weld a piece of steel on to one of my cars...decided to call these guys and they were at my door the next day ready to work in the 110 degree heat. They came to me and brought everything they needed to get the job done. They even went the extra mile and welded a few cracks to strengthen the area. I was skeptical calling random people to weld something up for me but they did great work and I completely trust the job that was done! Saved their number because I won't be calling friends for welding jobs anymore, these guys have my business for life!

Nick is amazing, he took the time to make sure we were happy with what we wanted. Very attentive and professional. Definitely will refer him to others. Our gates came out beautiful.

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

We had Victory Metal Works add a new front door to our home.  I cannot say enough good things here.  From the start, Todd was fantastic.  No pressure and great detail.  They delivered in the timeline they said it would be and the workmanship of the installation was absolutely amazing.  The quality is good and their installation team was attentive to every detail.  The two owners, Tod and Andrew, were hands-on for the entire door installation.  The team did stucco drywall and baseboards to make this 100% turnkey.  

I will tell anyone who's interested to use this company.  5 stars for sure. Thank you Todd, Andrew and their entire team.

Rusty came by to repair our pool gate. What impressed me the most was the price, very reasonable, and the quality of the work. Thanks for providing such great customer service and for the quick response Rusty!

We had some damage to our back gate - Joel fixed several boards, re-stained them and put user-friendly latches on both doors. Joel was absolutely wonderful to work with - fast response, a great communicator, even sent me video of the work he did (we live down in Phoenix and rent the house). Pricing was very reasonable - I would work with him again in a heartbeat! Thank you Joel!!

This company is the best as far as follow up if you have any problems. I called in the morning the had their technicians out in three ours to fix my problem. Tony and Levandros got the job done quickly. Highly recommend Katchakid!!

This company is great at: not returning phone calls about obtaining a quote, answering the phone (in general), or responding to emails about quotes.

I had reached out to Dave months ago regarding a fencing project. We knew we wanted a fence, but didn't know where to start.

In my discussions with Dave, he came up with several fantastic fencing options. In the end we did a mix of corrugated steel and wrought iron.

Although I did meet with a couple of other fencing companies, Dave really stood out for his knowledge of building fence in this challenging desert terrain. He also has a fantastic laid back, straight forward personality which makes him perfect to work with (sometimes personalities are half the battle).

He's efficient, and makes himself available for literally every question and concern you have. Trust me, I had lots and he never turned me down or failed to respond.

It's clear Dave and the crew love what they do, and want you to love the end result. They don't just build a fence, they do it in the utmost professional way, never taking any shortcuts or skimping on quality.

I could not be more happy with the final effect and how professional it looks. I'm thrilled with the amazing welding job of the custom steel doors, there's definitely a high level of craftsmanship here. Pricing is fair for the quality of the finished product.

We LOVE the end result. We have new found privacy, and the fence even provides a little sound buffer. You never realize how important a fence is until you don't have one.

If you're thinking of adding a fence, call Dave right away and have him draft up a quote. You'll wonder why you waited so long.

The salesman was pleasant and worked to get me what I wanted. They had a wait before could begin the construction but they got me in as promised. It was done efficiently by a great duo of workmen and I am very pleased at the result plus they cleaned up area and it looked pristine! I would encourage you to use this company for your fencing needs!

After installing sunscreens on the majority of my house, we decided there were 3 windows missed that should have been done. We don't know how they were missed from the original quote... so ... We asked for pricing to get screens for these 3 windows.

It seems once they have the bulk of your order and payment, the pricing completely changes.

Original work was for 18 windows @ $1500. 14 windows were 2nd floor windows.

These additional 3 ground floor windows is being quoted now for over @ $500! Really???

Fairly typical of some vendors I've seen - once they have been paid, and there isn't much work left that might be available, they don't seem all that interested in your additional business - unless you're willing to let them pick your pocket while they're at it.

No - I won't ever use them again(Awning Works)or the parent company Eaglewings Iron Craft... ever.

I have another company that is now doing the additional 3 windows for hundreds less (yes, multiple hundreds!)

This company is an excellent choice for attractive high quality screen doors! From showroom(Helen) to measuring(Brad) to delivery and installation(John), they were pleasant, prompt, and professional. Oh, and their prices were better than their larger competitors. I can't recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

Brian arrived first thing in the morning to fix my gate and did an excellent job.  He was super friendly and prompt.  The price was lower than other companies had charged me and the service was amazing.  I would definitely recommend this company.

He will take your money and leave! He won't finish the job, says he will come tomorrow, make promise after promise and always has an excuse for no-show (cut his finger, water issues, loss of family member, daughter scored a soccer goal and had to celebrate...those are just a few). Horrible work that needs to be professionally fixed now. We begged for 3 months to finish the job and never did.  DO NOT USE HIM!!!!!

Most unprofessional, unkind, threatening, emotionally charged, inept, business that I've encountered to date. I'm glad that I had a chance to verify this in-person. Word of mouth is powerful. The dozens of different businesses that I engage with daily. I'm glad to make this company an example at every talk, and conference that I attend throughout Arizona. We need to ensure to keep the good businesses open, and let fade out the ones who don't treat their neighbor with human decency.
