Richard and his team were fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.   I do not normally write reviews but truly they did an excellent job on my fence repair. Seeing that I was out of state he communicated exactly what he was going to do, stayed within the price he stated, quick turnaround, and sent me pictures when the job was complete. Thanks Richard....there are still honest hard working guys out there :)

As I mentioned in a previous review my family recently moved. The RV gates on the side of the house had seen better days so I needed to have them replaced. I called a half a dozen or so fence companies and was not satisfied with their quotes. As a final resort I called Levi with A1 Bobcat and asked him if he knew of any reputable fencing company's.  He did and recommended Landmark. Chris (the owner) came out and did a free estimate and I hired him on the spot. I was just as pleased with my new RV gates as I was with my pool fill in!! Thank you Landmark!

They made us a custom side gate that turned out even better then I thought. Installation was done to perfection. Andrew and his team are true professionals. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent Service--Called early morning as husband could not get the garage door to open.  They came right over and had the door repaired in 20 minutes! Spring broke and replaced fast and efficiently.  Very impressed with response time to call and immediate service with quality work. We will use them again when we are ready to install a new garage door or need future repairs.

Joel replaced our gate and a small section of fencing. Showed up in time and got the work done in one day. Communication was excellent from the start. Very professional and knowledgeable highly recommend

Chris came out and installed the net he was nice at first but after he installed the net  he started ignoring us I had to call the manager to help us that's when it got to his attention. We installed the pool net and we hate it no pool service will service your pool when they know you have the net and it's very complicated to remove the net. And neither Chris or the company informed us that not a lot of pool service would work on the pool.  we brought 4 pool service and all 4 of did not want to service because of the net.  I had no choice but to remove the net and install a new fence so it costed me more than double of the price. Would not recommend this company.

I can not say enough good things about Jonathan N and Progressive Fence Co.   He came out to give us a quote for a pool fence and he stuck to that price.  No up pricing once he started the work.  He gave excellent advise and keep us informed on each step.  His crew were always on time and the workmanship was excellent.  I only wish he did pools because I certainly will not be able to give my pool company a good review.  I would highly recommend Progressive Fence Co to anyone that needs fencing done.  Ours was a combination of block stucco (which he matched our house perfectly) and iron view fence in the back.  Thanks for the great job!

My OG side gate had enough of life and snapped. After multiple companies couldn't even get an estimate out in two weeks, I put the job out on Yelp. Legacy was responsive, had an estimate with 24 hours, and a new gate in under a week. They showed up first thing in the morning, and all was done by 1pm, and the gate looks good, with a cool locking system to boot. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I don't have time to write a full review right now, but wanted to quickly say that Dave and Steve were a dream to work with. Don't hesitate to reach out, and trust them to do efficient, excellent work. I would hire them again or recommend them in a heartbeat.

Fence is nice looking but installation does not last more than 3 years. After one year no warranty for shotty workmanship. Repairs at owners expense. Horrible company!!!

I met Dan/owner at the Phoenix/Maricopa Home & Garden show back in April 2017.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable.  I was able to have him out in May to give me a quote (Front gate & Back gate) and actual install in Nov; based on my timeline available.  He was very accommodating and easy to do business with.  When the installers (Dusty & Tim) arrived, there were very professional & courteous and completed the installation in a timely fashion.  I wish I had more work for them to do, but I will definitely utilize them for all my gate needs.

Worst company I ever interacted with.
Placed an order for a Security Screen Door in late October 2019, paid the security deposit, was told 8-12 weeks.
Placed numerous calls after 12-weeks, the only response I received, without empathy, was It is not ready yet. We will call you once it is ready.
I understand that custom work and fabrication takes its time, but 15+ weeks, come on! That's a joke.
In the age of Amazon spoiling everybody with instant service, the customer expectations have shifted and you have to realize this. Going way over your promised delivery time without communication, not good enough.
When we didn't hear after 15 weeks, we just cancelled the order. A week later we received a voicemail that they could install.
A company like that should sell their business to somebody who knows how to operate and knows something about providing a solid, customer centric experience.
I will never do business with this company again.

Brian gave me an estimate on Yelp between $800 and $1900 for my job.
I asked him if he needed to come to the house to give me an accurate estimate. I sent him pictures of both sides of both gates. He said: (his text)
 
To replace all the wood with composite, repaint the gates black, and make sure they function properly will be $1,550.64

He set a date of 11-9 he came after 11:30
He took measurements then just left, I contacted him by text after dark and he said he was working up an estimate for me and would send it to me for 1/3 deposit before set up start date.
 Told him I would pay in full when job was done since he has no Yelp reviews and no BBB rating under this company name. He said not enough time open to have BBB review when his web site says 15 years .....
 Then he said he didn't want the work.
I was more than a little apprehensive when a fence contractor shows up in a small Mercedes car. 1/3 down before set start date is a fool.
 Brian just called me and left a voice message telling me I don't know how business works and nobody will do a job without down payment. I just had a pool filter put in at my house and paid in full when it was in. I've been an Optical Consultant for over 30 years now. I know how business works. You told me before you had 3 stellar reviews but Yelp says mine is the first. Sorry you don't know that if you give an exact price that the customer would not expect another estimate later. Had Ray out to remove some fencing in our backyard.  He was on-time, reliable and very efficient.  I'd highly recommend Ray and Humble Fence for your fencing needs!

We had some wrought iron fence installed by Associated Fence.  Jaime and Guillermo were the crew that installed it.  They did an excellent job of installation.  However, equally important was that Jaime communicated with me at each step of the way.  He told me what he was going to do, and showed me the work after placing the line, locating the posts, tacking the rails, etc.  This was of enormous help in obtaining the fence that we wanted.  They completed the project in two days.
