My basement flooded and they showed up.  Guess it's part of the Doan group when you call for water help. Started out ok. There were so many people it was hard to keep track of where these people were coming from. I only called Doan. The rest of them just show up.   They packed out my things are the water was removed.  I can't say I was impressed.  I bought all the plastic tubs to get my things out of the basement. they didn't pack things together. 1 example: my tv still doesn't have the cables/cords or remote controls. I saw this happening and told Ethan the items will never get back to each other. He promised they would. Well they have not.  I'm still missing things. I hurt my back and then got covid and more delays trying to find product and people to put the basement back together too way too much time.  While waiting Ethan came back to my house THREE times to say he left someone elses things at my house. I still had not gone thru my tubs they brought back. I just wanted my things at my house.  He went thru EVERYTHING 3 times and couldn't find what he was looking for or what I asked him to find while looking.  I still don't have my things and I am missing things that were in my basement. Ethan implied I had these things when he had full access to everything before I even started unpacking.  My things were packed wet and things were ruined. I still have found tubs with water in them and they went thru my things 3 times. I don't like being accused of their error in recording my things or the other individual that can't find their things either. They have not answered my concerns about the items I am missing or the items they broke. I am still waiting. Be careful; watch them

If you want your project drawn out over a long period of time. If you want poor workmanship. If you want a person to show you pictures of what caused damage into your condo, then tell the HOA something completely different so he's not responsible. Well, then this is your guy. Our Condo flooded, and this came out and was completely unprofessional. Was on his phone, didn't try to fix the problem, and while he was in our home he called his friend who was close by "an off duty security guard to come over, and talked to him outside of our house, talking loud and cussing." The next day he showed up and showed my wife pictures of a broken sprinkler caught in a lateral pipe and said that is what causes black water to come up through our kitchen sink and flood our home. He is the person responsible for the damage, so of course he said it was roots that cause the blockage. Not a single one of my neighbors in our Condo community approves of the work he does, if it weren't for a power hungry board member, this guy wouldn't even be allowed on our property. This guy, is completely unprofessional, dishonest, and is about to be sued by people at our property. Please stay away.

Great company. Quality work. Great communication and timely. They followed up numerous times to make sure we were happy with the work and they even dealt with changes we made in the middle of the job.

It's very hard to find reliable people for what many may refer to as a small job. Finally I found a company that does a great job for large and small jobs around the house. I would highly recommend Ruben and B4 and After Home Repair for home projects or repairs.

Our house was completely destroyed on the inside due to a pipe burst over 4th of July weekend. We are a young family and have never had to deal with anything like this. I was calling EVERYWHERE and was not getting a call back. In fact, people were turning us away. I went to the Better Business Bureau and I found Mark Steven Construction. I called and left a message, and Mark himself contacted me back straight away. Off the bat he was extremely communicative and honest. Aside from insurance related repairs (which was truly gutting the whole interior) he also helped us with some upgrades we decided to do at the same time.
I found it invaluable that never at any point did we feel taken advantage of during a very hard time. In fact, Mark gave us great advice on how to save and reassured me through the whole process. He took our ideas, and often made them better. If there was something structurally that couldn't be done without a high ticket price, he offered reasonable alternatives.
From putting in a doggy door to going out of his way to find us a fabricator to get our granite in on time (during a pandemic!) he was great. I'm sure he has my name in his phone as "lady who texts a lot" and not once did he every get bothered by my questions.
While he does not exclusively work on insurance claims, it's worth noting he has tons of knowledge on them as well and helped us understand that process.
His team members were extremely polite and always greeted me with a smile and an update if I popped into the house. I trusted them all completely with our space.

We are so happy that we found Mark Steven Construction, and without hesitation will tell others to use his business as well!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

Called yesterday with pool issues,  Ray came right out, found the issue and came back next morning and solved the problem. Very professional and we will be using them again.

Brad quickly responded to my project quote request and was able to come out immediately to look at my door. Pricing seemed fair when compared to other estimates I got. Everything from the quote to the finished product was professionally done and appeared of high quality.  Would definitely recommend!

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Only do business with this company if you want to throw your money away.  My experience with this company was much like Bruce K's.  I used this company for a kitchen install four years ago.  They insisted on money up front for the cabinets, but the cabinets were all ordered wrong.  The job was scheduled to be done prior to my move in October, but I did not even have a kitchen sink until February.  They had to reorder the doors for the cabinet under the sink three times and they were still never ordered right.  They were supposed to place drawers in my pantry, but that was never done.  The crown molding fell down.  Brett made appointments to follow up and then no-showed.  I had some major surgeries so could not spend my time chasing him down.  The cabinet installer was patronizing and condescending and insisted that my cabinets had to be raised to accommodate my wood floor or my dishwasher wouldn't fit.  They never properly installed the dishwasher so the door ended up breaking.  The countertop is too high so the dishwasher clips don't stay.  I spent a lot of money, but instead of enjoying a nice kitchen I cry every day because it is nothing but a giant mess.

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

Terrible service. We had granite counters installed and they say they will be done in 1 day. Well that didn't happen. Then they damage the granite, in several places, and don't even say anything about it and leave. After leaving them a message to have them call me they call my wife and send someone out to "repair" the granite and the walls that they messed up. The repair is still visible and they are saying that it is just part of the stone. Well that's a bunch of BS because they have just used what appears to be silicone to fill it in with and it doesn't even match!! STAY AWAY from this company!!! They are terrible to work with. We had even asked them at the beginning to give us a quote on re-facing our cabinets and they told us they would have it in 3 days. Well still never got that quote and it has been over a month and after this crap sure wont be using them anyways. Though we would use a local company and keep in the community. Well that was sure the wrong thing to do here!!! Trying to figure out to upload pictures here so you can see the horrible workmanship!!

This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with.  Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early...yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

My shower is shown on her webpage and it looks beautiful  Kris has great talent and vision but unfortunately it was a horrible experience and therefore cannot recommend her. I could've gotten this same shower with much more professional contractors. She is much more interested in control and being right than doing what the customer wants and is paying for. I was even insulted, called names, sworn at and when I approached her about that, I was told to go f*** myself!!
