Daniel is good guy. does good work, has integrity and good work ethic. Rare these days to find alot of that . We ran into problems here and there on my fence project and to be fair not a small or easy job. Plus with the summer weather and limited help during these covid times he still made things right and put in some long days. If you want good work and trust worthy here you go.

We had our roll-up sunshades manufactured and installed by Mark.  We just love them. The sales person, Alan, was outstanding at showing us all the options and Mark did a follow-up measurement just to make sure they fit perfectly before installation.

We liked them so much we had valances made to hide the hardware which wasn't much of an issue but finished them up beautifully. Mark uses marine grade stainless steel in all the hardware and marine grade pull ropes. They operate very smoothly with very little effort. It completely transformed our ourdoor patio into almost a seperate enclosed room that you cannot see thru from the outside. We wanted something that would give us privacy and shade. The fabric used was the 95% sun ray block and is not only durable but matched our house color perfectly.  We ended up using Mark because he has his own shop and does quality work. Everything is built by hand to exacting specs by him. Not to mention the many good reviews we read. Plus I know if there ever is a problem he will come out and fix it. He delivered right on time despite the fact I asked him for some extra time so I could paint and fix a minor roof problem before the installation.. Our only regret is that we didn't find Sunscreens by Mark sooner since we're not happy with the company who installed our sunscreens.  If you're looking for a quality product that will last for years, great service and quality work you can't go wrong with Sunscreens By Mark. And the price was right in our budget. Give him a call, you won't be sorry.

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Matt did a great job! Repaired my 21ft boat trailer, he came out gave us an estimate and scheduled the repair. Our main cross beam support on our trailer was rusted and needed to be replaced! So glad we called him! Give him the business he knows what he's doing! We will definitely call him for any other repairs.

Scott was great!  I struggled to find someone who could service my gate openers because they are not the most popular brand around here!  Scott figured it our pretty quickly and had it fixed in no time - at a very reasonable price!  Nice to find a go to garage and gate service company!  Thanks Scott!

Update:  guy called me 2 hours later to say he locked his phone in his office.  Owner has been very professional and responsive.  I was very rude the follow up call.

**Review from January 2020**

I used Oscar Cervantes in January 2020 to have a 10' double-wide gate installed in my side yard so we could accommodate a camper trailer.  Oscar came recommended from a friend of mine and the recommendation proved to be worth it.  

In the demo phase he removed a 10' section of block, cemented 2 columns of cells on each side for gate stability, and skip troweled the inside to blend in with my interior wall.  During the wall demo we realized that my backyard was sitting about 12 higher than my exterior yard.  Rather than re-grade my backyard to slope down to the exterior gravel, I had Oscar came back out and install 12 of new block on top of the footer (in the same split face scored block that our community uses).  He re-barred it for strength, and even accommodated some custom stuff I asked for.  

The gate looked just as good.  Gloss black finish, stainless steel hardware, and composite slats (an upgrade) made for a nice looking exterior facing gate.  Oscar is reliable, trustworthy, does quality work, and has competitive pricing.  I'd highly recommend him for any gate/fence work you need to have done.

I used Sav-On Fence to install a fence around my AC and pool pump.  They came out and did a nice job, I am pleased with the final product.  The crew accidentally cracked one of the posts on installation, it was a small crack and I probably would not have noticed it immediately.  However, they brought it to my attention and said they would return the next day with a new one and finish the job.  That alone speaks highly about this company, most would cover it up or just hope you don't notice.  I would've given them 5 stars but I think they might have been a tad higher on the price than some.  My suggestion, get some bids including them, if they are in the ballpark with others, use them, they do good work and have integrity.

Horrible gate, doesn't close all the way, no cement hole for the poles to go into so the gate swings back and forth when it's windy. Called 2 tell this company about the problems and Chris was NOT nice saying that I was trying to scam money out of them when all I wanted was my $1200 dollar gate to be fixed RIGHT. Go with a different gate company!!!!
