I want to commend Hector's Iron.  Hector and assistant were very professional, on-time and on-schedule.  We had both a new gate added to our home,  as well as our existing gate refurbished.  I cannot recommend this service highly enough.

This has to be the worst  experience I have had with getting a gate added to my house.  The photos attached will show the issues.  I paid $500 for the gate and install.  Told the guy about the issues said he would make me another gate.  He has change the date to come replace the gate 2 times now and still hasn't showed up for the last appointment.  Told me he was busy and had other customers so pretty much I'm last on his priority list.

Alden contacted me immediately and we were able to talk through the issue I was having with my gate hinge. He came out at the next available day and fixed the gate hinge quickly. He's very friendly, accommodating and knowledgable. If you need a local gate repairman, I would definitely recommend Alden's Gate!

On project number 3 at our property and always consistent. Shows on time and projects are always as expected. With inconsistencies in product due to Covid and soaring inflation, some costs have needed to change, through no fault of his own. We appreciate his military service to our country and his hard work making our yard what we want it to be. We don't mind paying good money for quality work and a having a company that actually shows up.

Fence AZ did a fantastic job custom building our 18x25x8ft chain-link kennel. They were able to cover the top with chain-link without having to use center poles. Couldn't be happier with the job they did. On time, super professional and the price for what was done was really fair. It's always nice when a contractor lives up to your expectations and Fence AZ did just that!

Needed a Dalton tube spring repair and ended up with upgrade/replacement to a newer torque spring. Everything was explained thoroughly, lots of mechanics and history described. They were courteous, timely, ended up being less expensive than we had thought with searches on line about the Dalton hardware. No hidden costs or fees.
Would definitely recommend and plan to call again for maintenance/upkeep.

Very impressed with my experience and composite wood gage purchase at Martins Fencing. David was very responsive throughout the measurement and fabrication process and able to meet my desired timeline.

Let's back up two months...

Took afternoon off from work to meet Steve for a quote. Sounded professional on the phone and I was happy for an appointment (hey, Western Fence and others - return calls to potential customers).  He showed up on time and we reviewed what I was wanting to have fenced.  Promised an email quote in a few days. That night, I sent him a few questions and no response.  Not the next day, not the next week, not ever.  Zip, zero, zilch.  No contact, even after four written requests to Steve and his office asking when I'd get a quote.  Here we are, two months later.  Nada.

Should've known something was up when Steve pulled in front of my house with, get this, the obligatory big plastic scrotum dangling from his back bumper.  I got truck nuts, but no quote.

Horrible gate, doesn't close all the way, no cement hole for the poles to go into so the gate swings back and forth when it's windy. Called 2 tell this company about the problems and Chris was NOT nice saying that I was trying to scam money out of them when all I wanted was my $1200 dollar gate to be fixed RIGHT. Go with a different gate company!!!!
