I selected Glendale Welding to replace a section of wrought iron fencing because they were the best prepared. Larry came out to view the work area and created a sketch detailing the H x L, the spacing of the rails and the attachment points to the wall and existing wrought iron post. The section of fencing was not a standard. I had other vendors that came out and they talked about what they would do. Having a sketch vs a verbal description totally eliminated any misunderstanding about the work and product to be produced. Larry had the fence section manufactured and installed inside a week.

Needed to change the old ugly scrolled screen security door at the rear of my house. I contacted another company first. Their sales rep came out and when I explained what I wanted he said we don't do that, but here's who you need to contact.  He told me to call Steel Shield.  Boy am I glad he did! Steel Shields sales person came out and quoted me a lead time that would conflict with my vacation.  When I told him my drop dead date for install (1 week prior to his lead time) he made a call and changed their time to accommodate my time frame. They were actually even able to install a week before that!  Then I had a delightful young man, Buzz, do the install of the door.  He was very polite and professional, explained everything about the door and left my place neat and tidy when he left.

Frank came when he said he would. It was around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. When he looked at the unit he saw that the chain had broken and that we needed a new spring. He gave us the price to repair our door. And since our motor was 15 years old, he gave us a price to replace the motor, repair the chain and replace the spring. I thought it was very reasonable. I asked him how long it would take and he said about 1.5 hours. I asked him if he wanted to spend the time now at 4:30 on a Saturday night. He said he wanted to take care of us and that he would fix everything that night. He stayed and by around 6:00 PM everything was in working order. Needless to say, we were very impressed.

Called Dan and he gave me a quote over the phone in minutes (with a couple of options), it was the cheapest around. He came out to confirm that the option I chose would work, and scheduled his team to come out and take measurements. They were out the next day, and two days after that (in less than an hour and a half!) I had a beautiful RV gate where there was once just a block wall.

We requested many quotes thru Yelp and other sites. We requested M&M to quote and to perform an onsite evaluation.

M&M's Office staff (Chloe) was remarkably polite, courteous and responsive.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

We needed to get a fence installed since we are going to start having children around the house, we are foster parents. I probably had about four different companies come in and gave me an estimate. We decided on Pool Barriers of AZ based on the Life Saver fence. I did not want a iron rod fence, I wanted to be able to remove the fence myself if we no longer needed the fence. I was original worried how this fence was going to look? However after it was installed, it looks great! Now the only reason why they did not received a five star rating, I had to call them back to look at a cut on one of the panels, and a couple of holes on another panel. They sent someone over right away to replace the cut panel. We are very happy with the service from Pool Barriers, very happy with the product. We had the house painted and I already had to remove the fence. It was very easy to remove and re-install. We have had a very positive experience with Pool Barriers.

Protect a child pool fence did an amazing job.  They did exactly what was promised.  They showed up on time.  They were professional and efficient.  We love our new fence it is safe and secure!

I contacted Fence Pros to come out and install a new gate for my backyard. After the consultation I decided to go with this company over some of the others and now I vastly regret that decision.

Once I made my initial deposit payment I was told by the salesperson Don that the gate would be installed in 3-4 weeks. In the middle of the 3rd week I called to try to schedule the install and was then told 4-6 weeks. I called a few more times over the next couple weeks to check on the status and every time I was told there was some sort of delay, which wasn't communicated to me until I reached out to them.

When they finally came out to install the gate after over 6 weeks, the installers, after finishing install, told me that the column on my brick wall was a little loose but shouldn't be an issue.

I had to call them multiple times over the next 2 weeks as my gate continually shifted and wasn't able to shut at all, leaving my backyard open to my whole neighborhood.

On the 3rd time calling them to come fix my brand new gate I spoke to the owner Bryan. He proceeded yell at me for 5 minutes and used the F word multiple times. I was blown away by the fact that a business owner would treat a customer this way. As I tried to talk him down from his tirade he wouldn't budge. I explained to him that I didn't want him on my property again and then he began to apologize and tell me he would come adjust my gate again. Too little too late unfortunately. I now have to pay another gate company to come and actually fix the brand new gate I bought from Fence Pros.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Not in a rush for replacing my RV Gate as I've been told that people are backed up.  I get that, times are a little stressful.  Waiting wasn't a big deal.

But I asked for a quote.  3 days in, still no quote.  I was told 2 days in a row I would get it that day...nothing.

I've called, texted, texted pics, followed up.

Nada.

Will not use these guys and don't suggest that anyone else does either.

Can not be counted on.
I have made not one but two appointment with Gray's Gate and both times he has stated he would meet me at a scheduled time. He has never called me or made good on his own time request.
Poor business ethics...
Go somewhere else and save yourself the grief.
