I selected Glendale Welding to replace a section of wrought iron fencing because they were the best prepared. Larry came out to view the work area and created a sketch detailing the H x L, the spacing of the rails and the attachment points to the wall and existing wrought iron post. The section of fencing was not a standard. I had other vendors that came out and they talked about what they would do. Having a sketch vs a verbal description totally eliminated any misunderstanding about the work and product to be produced. Larry had the fence section manufactured and installed inside a week.

This company installed 3 security doors for us over 2 years ago and they still look & work beautifully.
They have also stood by their product and whenever there is a minor adjustment to be made there is never a hassle and are quick to respond. I first came across SDGF on Thumbtack when I needed a new garage key pad installed. Last summer my garage opener was malfunctioning and since Frank was so helpful the first time, I called them back again for my opener repair. I had another issue just recently with my garage springs and he came to fix it the same day with the appropriate parts on hand. SDGF's customer service, punctuality and reliability is above all the rest. Highly recommend!

We used Toro Construction to repair a section of stucco retaining wall that had caved in at my mother's condo complex. Dan's quote was very reasonable, the job was done within a week of accepting their quote, the crew that day was wonderful, and the end result is fantastic. Everything done as promised, quickly, and with great advice about aftercare from Dan. Will attach photos so you can see the end result -- you'll have to look carefully, as the pattern they created with the stucco is identical to the original, done decades ago. The painter we chose also commented on how great a job this contractor had done. Thanks, Dan and crew!

Great response and quality of work was exceptional.   Created a beautiful courtyard gate 6 ft wide x 9 ft tall.  About 3-4 weeks from quote to complete install.  Would recommend these guys for any welding need

My sister in law purchased a door from these folks and my wife loved it when she visited tucson last time. After checking with several door companies in Denver (where we live) we called Shane and got an estimate. The price was reasonable and the door could be shipped to us.

We worked with a designer and while it took several designs to get it just right we got there. Our door is 9 feet tall so there was a lot of tweaking involved.  Her patience and responsiveness was much appreciated.

Within three or four weeks the door arrived (all 410 pounds of crate, door, glass and screen).  It truly turned out perfect. The door is exactly what my wife wanted and she couldn't be happier. We drive by our house and she always says Look at that beautiful door.  Getting a little tired of that but Happy wife, happy life.

There were a couple of minor issues but they have been addressed to our satisfaction.  In my opinion, the mark of a good company isn't whether they are perfect, but how they handle issues.

The forks at FISD were always patient, professional and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable considering the quality of their products.

I called All Pro and arranged for a quote. They came out and looked at the project, measured, and said that they would email me a quote later that day. This was on Friday the 31st of May. The following Monday I had not heard from them or received a quote. I sent a text message Monday evening to the person who gave the quote and he responded (cut and paste from text) Sorry for the delay, I haven't forgotten- I wasn't in the office over the weekend and I'm just getting caught up. I will have it to you first thing tomorrow morning. I responded no worries--thank you. I am writing this review a week later on Saturday June 8th and I did not receive a quote or ever hear back. How do companies like this stay in business? And if this is what they consider customer service before a sale, imagine the service once they have your money?! Proceed with caution with this outfit.

Wow, I am so impressed with Rob and crew.  We had a block privacy wall that was starting to crack and crumble.  Rob responded quickly to my request for a quote.   His price was very reasonable and the work was done in one day shortly after getting the quote.  Rob also provided a protective fence for my neighbor's dogs since it was a shared wall being fixed.  The quality of work was exceptional.  Thank you, Rob!

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! Far From Average is the company to have your fence installed.We needed a second opinion on our pool fence after having a rough start with our first estimate, Bryan was quick to come by and give an estimate and help us know what would work best for our situation.  We weren't sure how we wanted it to look or the height we wanted. Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

Ralph and his apprentice did a great job fixing our gate brace that was broken.  He kept in great communication with us, he was on time and finished quickly.

I have tried to reach them for a quote. They answered my call the first attempt and told me to send pics. I did so and never heard back. I texted them the next day and nothing. I called again and the guy who answered told me to text pics again, which I received no response again!

I get it, times are busy, but to forget about your customer that many times when I am trying to give you my business? It makes me wonder if I dodged a company that would have not provided good services. First impressions are important! Please improve if you are going to offer services to people!

I would not recommend, as it has been 3 weeks and still no follow up...

I gave Gary a call and the next day he was at my house. He put together a design for my walk through gate that was fantastic. The price was the same as a cheaper standard gate at other places that I checked. Its like a piece of art. It took about a month to fabricate, but I was not in a hurry. I would recommend his company. Easy to work with.
