I have used The Scottsdale Handyman for years. When I used to own rental properties all I did was call Eddie & give him the info about the particular problem &  the contact info on a tenant & Eddie would take it from there. The work was done in a timely manner & never had a complaint about his lack of professionalism or his manners. From installing a water heater to hanging pictures. From fixing irrigation to installing toilet & such, Eddie can do it all. I have found that there is no job too small or too large for The Scottsdale Handyman!

This company is so amazing, I thought that I knew what I was doing but in all honesty I need them to help guide me into my kitchen remodel. My favorite thing about them is how clean and organize they are, also their professional input has been so on point! I also have been adding to the project, from when it started and Kyle and his wife are so cool about making the vision come to life! I can't wait to use them again!!!

Mark was awesome to work with! He is a creative visionary who helped transform our bathrooms. I showed him a few I inspiration pics and he took it to the next level. He was always on time and delivered what he said he was going to do!

Needed an extension to our patio. Gusto had the best bid, and did a great job. Clay and his crew were friendly, professional, and punctual. I would definitely use them again in the future.

White Builder Inc just completed remodeling our kitchen. They removed the pony wall and installed new countertops all around with new kitchen sink and faucets and a new cooktop. Then they painted the cabinets. The planning took around a week then one week later they started work and finished everything by the end of that week.
They did an excellent job. Most importantly Ellen was there every day resolving all the little issues that inevitably come up and she explained to her workers what to do. She's remarkably calm and positive and it was quite relaxing to have her in charge of the project. The workers were all very professional, very helpful and they did an excellent job, each in their respective specialties.
In the end we received a beautiful kitchen at a reasonable price, quite quickly and without headaches. Everything was just right and we highly recommend them.

Work was done in two parts:
Initially raised ceiling in kitchen, moved washer and dryer to garage from kitchen, installed new lighting, and painted.
Second part involved total kitchen remodel with removing walls to create open space; new cabinets, granite, lighting.
MK remodeling did a beautiful job remodeling my kitchen. I had my kitchen gutted and completely redone. They are very professional; they completed the kitchen in a timely manner and went out of their way to make me happy. Kristina designed my kitchen; she has a natural talent for understanding what you want (and has excellent taste). Mike is wonderful to work with and will always go out of his way to make sure things are done to your satisfaction.They made a big project easy by handling everything.
This honestly was not an inexpensive endeavor, but I am a believer in you get what you pay for.  This is the third time I have used MK remodeling and would absolutely use them again for any future project  that I may have.

Had a plumbing problem that required the plumber to cut away some of the drywall in a few rooms to fix - - - called Rodriguez Remodeling to do the restoration - - - in one day, the crew had re-patched the drywall and painted the walls - - super quick and expertly handled - - these guys are artisans - they know how to repair and paint - - I can't tell where the repair starts and stops - - - It doesn't get any better!

Q is literally the best handy man ever. Ever since the first day I hired him, he has tackled all of the crazy random jobs I've thrown at him quickly and professionally. I don't even feel right calling him a handy man as he is way more than that! On top all of that, he's super sweet. I will miss him and all of his amazing work when he leaves California. Damn you Arizona for stealing Q from us!!

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

I needed a repair for a door that wouldn't close or lock. I received a quick initial response, and the repair was completed within 24 hrs. The technician, Kaelen, was courteous and professional, and the charge was reasonable. I was very pleased with the service.

We hired RH Design and Build to build out our office inside of our garage. They did a phenomenal job. We couldn't be happier with the results. The communication was awesome and the pricing was under a few other bids that I had requested. We plan on using them again for a larger project down the line.

Excellent describes Doug's work! I had him replace a hot water heater and repair the drywall box it sat on. Doug was on time, fair, professional and kept things tidy as he worked...he was also kind and personable. Thanks Doug for saving the day! Both my husband and I are grateful.

Bobby and team completely remodeled two showers and a bath. They were terrific - customer-focused, detail-oriented, reliable, punctual, and excellent communicators. Bobby checked-in frequently and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Overall, they made the entire process easy and I am delighted with the outcome. I started off my quest for a shower remodel by seeking bids.  Wow, that was harder than it should have been.  I selected D&D as they submitted the most clear response to my estimate.  I did good this time as they did a fabulous job and the shower is stunning!  Everything was just as they promised, including a cleaning service to clean the rooms after construction was complete!  Nice!  Every question I asked was answered and no detail too small was overlooked.  I'm one happy customer!

After speaking with multiple companies, Desert Mountain was the perfect choice for us. They listened to what we wanted and then they made it reality. They were professional, they provided plenty of top quality options, and they were transparent with time frames and always kept us up to speed with what was going on. We love our new kitchen and are very grateful to Desert Mountain for turning our dream to a reality.

Lev  helped resolve a sagging gate - re-poured the footer for part of the block wall, rebuilt the wall and even painted it with color matched paint. The gate was rehung and it works great. We thought the lock may have been broken, and he stated that the lead time was a few months - he called me the next day to say that he had a used one from an old project and could help me out with it for a really fair price, installed. I got the lock working and didn't take him up on the offer, but I have to say that Lev is very responsive and the entire process was straightforward.

Wow! I don't know where to begin, because our experience was exceptional.

My husband and I have been wanting to do a renovation on our kitchen for some time now. Casually, I submitted a project via Yelp to multiple contractors to shop around. After a swift response from Rosa, we set up an in-home consultation. Rosa and Erica brought samples based upon our initial conversation and were spot on with the look I was wanting. Their energy and general vibe sold us. Professional, friendly and genuine. Some days later, we signed a contract and the project began shortly thereafter.

Being in the midst of a global pandemic, I was worried with how many people would be in and out of our home. Everyone wore masks, respected social distancing, and staggered scheduling to keep down how many workers were in our home at any given time.

Both Rosa and Erica were super communicative throughout the entire process. Also, every single person on their team was so darn friendly and meticulous with their attention to detail. It truly was seamless and we are ecstatic. I think I may sleep in my kitchen tonight because I love it that much.
