The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.
I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.

Home makeover completed our kitchen remodel 2 years ago the entire job from start to finish was done within two weeks. They were thorough, reliable, friendly, and even worked on Sundays. I can't say enough about how awesome they were. I have a 2 year old and a 4 year old and their patience with them and their millions of questions was also amazing! We wanted a quote to re-bath a tub/shower enclosure. The salesman gave us the exact amount it would cost and did the measurements. I thought they were a bit high, but I wanted it done right and felt comfortable with this company (not the first we tried) . T
The day came for the work, everyone was on time and did what they said they would. As it turned out the salesman had made an error in measuring out tub. Oh no, I thought, here it goes! But they were great. He said it was not our fault that the measurement was not correct. They proceeded to go out and purchase a brand new tub for the bathroom that would fit their measurements. Everything came out looking awesome! I now trust them to do further work because they stood behind their word when they could have added extra onto the bill or not done anything. I see all of the negative reviews and feel that some people may have had a bad experience, but overall, people want a perfect job for next to nothing and when it isn't absolutely perfect, their review is poor.

Tiana and Glen stole $18950.00 of my money as a deposit on a large cabinet order for a new build of my home. they stalled and stalled and in the end would not produce the cabinets or a refund of my money. Cannot trust them to give you what you payed for. please contact the ROC regarding their reputation and they are not licensed contractors.

Very nice guys who mean well, but just don't know what they're doing when it comes to tiling.  Your bathroom may look good at a glance, but do your homework and know what you should be looking for when inspecting their work during build.  I stopped them half way through 2 bathroom remodels and so glad I did.  It cost me a couple thousand dollars to demo what they did and buy new material, but it saved me several more in regards to problems I would've incurred in the future.
