I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

We had the best experience with AAA Valley Rooter Service! A different company told us our pipe was broken under our slab and would need extensive work to repair. We called John for a second opinion. He cleared the clog in no time!! He was prompt, professional, courteous and honest. We will definitely be calling John for our future plumbing needs. We give our highest recommendation!!

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

When you want the absolute best, call Singletary. They have been the greatest business I have ever dealt with here in Westbrook Village for many years. A family run business, you will be very happy to deal with them on the phone and in person. These people offer more than just plumbing and have great AC service too. And, the most HONEST business you could possibly ask for!  It's great to know they are there for you. Easily FIVE STARS.

Plumber Masters utilizes a combination of old school in person care and project conversation and combines it with new age technology.  At each step I received notification via text of who was going to be meeting with me, time, date. There was in person follow up.  Brad, our service technician, then follow up with making sure we understood the work that was being done, took the time to educate us about the rest of the buildings plumbing.  The office staff at each of my visits, was very accommodating and again, provided outstanding follow up.  No one enjoys having to call a plumber cause all it means is having to pay for something. That being said it's nice to find a capable, qualified outfit that I hope I'll never again need but would be happy to refer.

After calling several plumbers to quote moving my sewer line for installation of a pool, I settled on Emergency Plumbing. They matched the lowest offer I had previously received and their straightforwardness and willingness to complete the work in a short amount of time was very much appreciated.

They couldn't come the day we originally agreed upon (the Bobcat was needed for another job), but I had already told them that the next day (a Saturday) would also be fine. The crew showed up Saturday morning and got to work right away. Due to the depth of the sewer lines in the neighborhood, it was a deeper dig than expected. Despite this, they completed the work on schedule and stuck to the original quote.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is, after a week, they still have not dropped off the two brass clean-out covers I was promised. I will be calling about the status of those tomorrow morning.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

my problem was a switch being off,  if Michael would have done his job, he would have noticed that a switch was off, instead he wanted to break down my walls.  

service requested was electrical, Michael came to my house looked at the electrical panel and his expert opinion was that my walls needed to be broken down, and new wiring system was needed, he didn't even take the time to look in my kitchen for the outlets that were not working.  Until I asked him, how was he able to say what I need if he has not even tested my outlets. he avoided answering my questions and avoided looking at me. instead, he would answer my husband's questions. I contacted his customer service manager Tanya and reported the problem, she didn't call back until days later, then after she made me believe that she cared and promise to call me back with updates and also promised to give me back my $69.00 that Michael insisted to get pay after doing nothing, I paid him because I was so disappointed and frustrated on how this company worker operated.  I thought it was a department issue not a company problem.  As of Now I have left messages and no one has called me back,  neither my $69.00 has arrived yet.
