We we will definitely be using them again.  We had an emergency burst pipe situation and they had a technician out within an hour on a Saturday evening.  We received great customer service from the dispatcher who updated us when the technician was on his way.  Stephano, the technician, was professional and knowledgeable.  Stephano, even came back to check on the work the next day.  The quoted price was the price we paid.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

The owner John smalley did not hold our appt time. I am a disabled veteran female and my dad recommended this company. John made an appt time with me and the conversation was recorded, but when I called to confirm the appt he vaguely remembered the conversation. And did not follow thru with the appt. He was very rude and condensending.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

We had a water main break.  Ryan's customer service was exceptional.  They responded early the next day, prior to the scheduled time, and trenched the area for the water line.  The workers were personable and did a fantastic job.  The price was extremely reasonable.  I can't recommend them enough and plan on using them again for synthetic grass in the back yard!

We called them the first time to check a gas leak at the property we were purchasing and they were quick to come out and take care of it with reasonable prices.  The second time we had them come out to add gas lines for our new dryer and stove. Both times the staff were professional and courteous. They were on time and the quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend.

We have used David Singletary Plumbing for over a year.  They have done an excellent job with our plumbing and A/C.  They are very honest.  The service provider, Randy, is very knowledgeable and courteous.  We highly recommend Singletary.

I had a water heater problem where the water was getting way too hot no matter what the temperature was set for. I called these guys based on a referral from our homeschool group where they said that Liberty was fair and honest. Well, they were more than fair and honest. They checked on my warranty for me and went ahead and gave me the warranty when they couldn't get through on the phone lines. They had to call me back a few times and each time they said they would call me back, they did. Imagine that!

They were able to come out early and they called ahead to make sure it was ok and then they were here within about 15 minutes after that call. Joe was very professional and helpful and took time to explain things to me. And the price was very fair especially considering they went ahead and covered the parts under the manufacturer's warranty. This company was a real pleasure to deal with, a far too rare occurrence in today's age. I will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

A guy that claims to be the owner of the company almost ran me off the road call me and c*nt flipped me off. Hire better employees

March 19th 2019 I had an emergency sewer blockage, I didn't know it until my downstairs toilet ran over. It was really late and had to call off work to find out what was going on. So, read some reviews and contacted Plumbing masters if I could give them all zero stars I would! I called them they charged me a fee for calling in after hours but I was okay with that. Around 2-3 hours later a guy showed up at my home. He went to my bathroom took the cap off the back cover to access the sewer line inside the house. He started rodding it and said he really couldn't see where the blockage was. So, he told me I need to pay upfront for them to come back with a camera and rod the home from the outside of my house. Let me say sewer water was everywhere inside my home and the next day when the two guys came out to rod the outside omg, the previous owners cut down the cleanouts (my an the city's sewer lines) So, they had to remove the pavers and dig up all the dirt to rod the line. They found it, opened it and rodded my line. Sewer water, poop, toilet paper you name it all came flowing out in my entryway. Then the left,and left me with shit flowing everywhere! They did not finish the job! Didn't return to clean up, clean the cleanouts or raise them up. Reporting them to Roc.

Had issue where NONE of my toilets would flush @9p.m. on a Thursday.  Called Emergency Plumbing, Nick and Jared arrived less than an hour later.  Diagnosed the problem as clogged main sewer line.  They cleared the line, ran a camera down & found a massive amount of Roots had infiltrated the pipe.  Nick and Jared fixed the problem so we could use our plumbing and scheduled the permanent fix for 48 hours later.  Promptly arrived dug up the yard and fixed the line.  Price was fair and Nick and Jared were professional, knowledgeable & courteous.  I would highly recommend Emergency Plumbing, and specifically Nick and Jared for any plumbing needs!!

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

I sure wish that I had read these reviews before I made the mistake of calling Penguin Air. I have a two year old A/C unit. The condenser outside started making racket intermittently a couple of weeks ago. When the technician came to the house naturally it wasn't making the noise. He started checking the air handler inside and I told him that the A/C unit was working and giving me cold air, but I was concerned that the condenser would soon break. He said that he wanted to do a thorough inspection. So I let him do his thing. he finally did go outside for a short time. He then gives me a diagnosis that this filter is dirty, and that capacitor is too small, ect,ect. He gives me an estimate of $804 and since I was leaving town the next day, I told him to go ahead as I didn't want to chance the A/C going out while I was gone since I have pets. When I got back from my trip I turn down the A/C and hear the same noise from the condenser. This time I recorded the noise. When I called back, the same technician calls me and tells me that he can come out but the manufacturer wont replace the condenser until it stops working and that I would just have to live with the noise. Its so bad that the neighbors are complaining. Long story short, I paid $800 for some repairs that weren't really needed since the A/C was blowing cold air before I called,  and its in the same condition that it was before they came out. DONT USE PENGUIN AIR
