I have been a customer of One Call Plumbing for almost 10 yrs. Yesterday, Mac came out to see why I was having an issue with my hot water heater. What a nice, thorough young man Mac is. Of course he found the problem and fixed it.
Also, I want to compliment the lovely young lady, Janaya (sp) who answers the calls and sets up appointments. She is a breath of fresh air and makes the whole experience pleasant. She's a keeper and deserves a raise.

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is the very best!! He has been taking care of our home almost 10 years! He's so kind and caring! He is a pro...knows exactly how and what to do to solve the problem! Plus, he is honestly one of the very nicest people you'll ever meet!! I recommend him highly!!!

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

We had a water main break.  Ryan's customer service was exceptional.  They responded early the next day, prior to the scheduled time, and trenched the area for the water line.  The workers were personable and did a fantastic job.  The price was extremely reasonable.  I can't recommend them enough and plan on using them again for synthetic grass in the back yard!

Our water heater stopped working and it was 12 years old so we knew it was time to get it replaced. We called so many places and some were unavailable, some charged a fee just to come out, and some were just too expensive. I heard about this place from a Facebook group called Goodyear Moms. I called and they asked if we had our own water heater. I didn't even know that was a possibility, but I'm so glad we got to make that choice based on what we wanted to choose and spend. So I said yes that we would get our own. And we did get one for under $500 at Home Depot. I called Amigo around noon and they came out that day around 5pm and finished the job around 7:30ish. They installed our new water heater, took our old one, and fixed our emergency water valve shut off all for $475-and this was a price match we mentioned that we found another place to do it, but they couldn't come out that day. Amigo was honest, reliable, and I would refer them! So grateful they helped us so quickly!

Simply outstanding service with Singletary Plumbing.  Hot water heater down...called the service early am...Victor was in local area and here in 10 minutes....Diagnosed .....Started heater/recirc install just a bit later that morning....expeditious install and cleanup superb.... Not our first experience with Singletary services... certainly won't be our last if we have any new plumbing issue.  Fair price; incredibly responsive and stand behind their work. Well done and thank you Singletary Plumbing and Victor.

My water main line broke and the entire thing had to be replaced. Bill and his crew from Liberty were awesome, professional, and had the best prices. They replaced my shrubs and grass and I can barely tell where they had to dig anything up. Highly recommend this company.

My husband and I were in a dilemma, but David came to our rescue providing us excellent service and installing a brand new water heater after letting us know it was still under warranty!  It was a pleasure having you in our home. Thank you, David!

Woah - Firstly, Plumbing Masters was able to get me someone pretty quickly, within about 1.5 hours of calling.  The first gentleman (Mike) was nice and realized the problem required one of their other technicians.  Jessie was dispatched and I cannot stress how amazing this man is and what kind of job he does.  He is 100% the same from the first moment he enters to the moment he leaves.  Jessie was at my house from about 1000 to almost 2100 and never once did he change his kindness or attention to detail.  The only concern was they also dispatched another gentleman to help Jessie who did not appear to have the same dedication or interest (Wilmin?) and left prior to finishing.  One other note, one of their Managers also came to check on the activity (Mike) who was somewhat abrasive and claimed they would help put things back.  While Mike helped move some items out, it isn't Jessie's responsibility to move items back to their original location that is unrelated to the repairs so making promises you aren't going to keep is not very helpful.  In addition, leaving Jessie to try and complete the repair alone while he already worked so many hours is unacceptable.  Jessie should be promoted as one of their regional managers and respected for his integrity and ability.  **Note: Plumbing Masters is somewhat pricey although they guarantee their work for about 10 years (both labor and parts).

Had two guys over to the house the night before Thanksgiving for a clogged garbage disposal. They were quick, courteous, and got the job done. Was an expensive fix, but for 11:00pm during the holidays, seemed reasonable.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

These guys suck.  My ac unit went down on Saturday afternoon.  I called them and they told me that they could not send someone until Sunday.   They never showed or called and when I called them on Sunday afternoon they told me they were busy and someone would be at my house first thing Monday.  Again, no one showed and no one ever called.  When I called them back, Scott told me that they had been trying to call me.  He lied.  We were waiting for their call all morning (I gave Scott my cell phone and home number).   I finally called another company and they showed up right away.  This company needs to hire people that are more responsive.  I will never call them again and/or refer them to anyone. I'll have to replace two ac units in the next year or so.  They lost this business.
