These guys totally rock.  I had some problems with my plumbing that prevented installation of a new ice maker.  I called at 6pm yesterday and very courteously got an appointment for 6am today.  The technician Kris was right on time, very friendly, and had me to work on time by 8am.  I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing issues (knock on wood...).

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is such a knowledgeable and reputable service person.He has helped us several times over the years. The last call we made he said we probably dont need his service that it is another situation and he was correct. The good news was that just by circulating air in our house all the time versus just when heat or cooling comes on the septic smell went away..Yea and yea

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

We are building a house right now and Desert Sky Excavating has been a pleasure to work with . Their work is great and they are always reliable, friendly and fun. When we have a request, they listen and promptly execute. I never thought I would write a review for an excavating business, but I really love their service.

My Air Conditioning went out late on a hot Friday night.  I called on Saturday to see if I could get someone out from Singletary to fix it.  They were completely booked but gave me a Monday morning date and promised that if the technician could spare time between calls, then he would come out that Saturday.  The technician was there one hour later and diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes and provided a warranty fix with parts carried on the truck.  They charged us nothing for the fix or the call and we are again enjoying the cool thanks to Singletary.  We use them for Heating & Cooling and plumbing.  If they ever offer anything else I need, we probably would use them for that.  They are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable.

I had a water heater problem where the water was getting way too hot no matter what the temperature was set for. I called these guys based on a referral from our homeschool group where they said that Liberty was fair and honest. Well, they were more than fair and honest. They checked on my warranty for me and went ahead and gave me the warranty when they couldn't get through on the phone lines. They had to call me back a few times and each time they said they would call me back, they did. Imagine that!

They were able to come out early and they called ahead to make sure it was ok and then they were here within about 15 minutes after that call. Joe was very professional and helpful and took time to explain things to me. And the price was very fair especially considering they went ahead and covered the parts under the manufacturer's warranty. This company was a real pleasure to deal with, a far too rare occurrence in today's age. I will definitely be calling them again for any future needs.

David came to my house yesterday & it was the first visit for him to service my RO system... He not only did that & did an excellent job but he installed a new filter for me which I didn't have but needed, so now my water is the proper ph for my health.. He also added air to my tank & moved the system higher on the cabinet wall as it had been installed to low.. He also tighten up connections and replaced some washers & did all of this at no additional charge, plus gave me a discount on my filter insulation...

I'm not sure what gives you the impression this is a landlord tenant situation. I'm the homeowner. There is no tenant. You guys gave me a time window, failed to show up, and never called. The only reason we ever talked was because I called you.

Again, the guys who came out were good guys. And they were very honest about how tough the job would be.

I feel completely ripped off by this company and being a new homeowner, didn't know any better at the time.  We called this company to come out since our shower drain malfunctioned and water was dripping downstairs in our son's room.  We didn't know what to do and asked for emergency assistance.  The guy came out then and told us that he could fix it and if there was anything else he could do as a plumber while he was there the next day... we did want new sink faucets, so he said to let him know what kind and he would purchase them for cheaper than we could.   Also that night, after freaking us out about mold - we agreed to have their affiliates come out and dry the 2ftx2ft ceiling area with their machines which cost us another separate $800.  The next day he tells us he could not get the faucets so we would have to purchase, which we did.  He fixed the plumbing issue our shower was having (easy fix, just the piping came loose) and installed the two faucets.  $1300.00!!  I don't understand why it was so expensive and feel that he made up a number to take advantage of us.  I will never do business with this company again.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

I have called on Penguin Air & Plumbing for the last 3 years and I'm amazed that every single time I have needed them they FAR exceed my expectations. Their professionalism, service, prompt response, knowledge and attention to detail is far superior to other service providers. One example of their exceptional service was tonight, a Friday night in the middle of summer when my family and I came home to find our AC unit not working. I called their number expecting to leave a message in hopes of getting an appt first thing Saturday morning. But to my surprise they answered and even at 9:00pm, they scheduled a technician to come get it back up and running as part of their normal service they provide. Ryan Franco was my service technician and he was very professional, personable, very thorough in explaining what the issues were and what the plan would be. Never in any of my experiences with this company have I ever felt that they were upselling me or telling me I needed something that I didn't. Sadly I've had that situation from other AC companies I've used previously. I have recommended Penguin Air to multiple people during these past 3 years and highly recommend them to anyone looking to utilize their services.

Will, the company owner has built an amazing team and formed one of the most well respected companies in a service industry. As a business owner myself, I am always impressed with companies who continue to excel year after year and who have employees that  are so passionate about what they do.
