These guys totally rock.  I had some problems with my plumbing that prevented installation of a new ice maker.  I called at 6pm yesterday and very courteously got an appointment for 6am today.  The technician Kris was right on time, very friendly, and had me to work on time by 8am.  I will definitely be using them for all my plumbing issues (knock on wood...).

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is one of the kindest, honest people I've met in a while. He will come and take care of your problem the right way and you can rest assured he has your best interest at heart. Wonderful business.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

We are building a house right now and Desert Sky Excavating has been a pleasure to work with . Their work is great and they are always reliable, friendly and fun. When we have a request, they listen and promptly execute. I never thought I would write a review for an excavating business, but I really love their service.

Avoid at all costs.  Any positive reviews must be from their friends.  Shady one or two man shop that operates out of their vans as their office is actually their residence.  Showed up an hour and a half late, failed to properly fix a backed up garbage disposal, charged my wife $125 for a five minute visit where the tech put a screw under the sink to hold up a line (which later fell out), and refused to refund after the issue reoccurred.  Their secretary (most likely the owner's kid or wife as there is always a crying baby in the background on the phone) does not have the capacity to understand simplistic issues.  The owner(s) are just a couple of clowns with vans - they are not professional plumbers.  Hire anyone else.

Dave is as good as they get and I highly recommend his family run business!! I live in Sun City and had a sewer pipe collapse under my home. I had 5 plumbers give me estimates and I was given a thorough description of the work that each would perform. 3 of the 5 were going to break holes thru my newly installed ceramic tile flooring to accomplish the replace/repair job on my pipes. Dave and one other plumber had a better idea which was to reroute the 2 inch pipe thru the garage and out to the front yard. The only scar that was left on my property was some new concrete patchwork in the garage and driveway. Way better than my new kitchen floor being trashed. Dave even did the drywall patchwork where he accessed the plumbing pipes for the repair. His drywall repair work is as good as any drywall installer too! All I had to do was paint it!! I also had a 26 year old hot water heater (which Dave needed to disconnect for the repair job), so I went to Lowes and purchased a new one. I told Dave I would install it myself when he was done. No, he did the install of the new hot water heater as well. WOW!!! And there were issues on the install, but it was done perfectly!! Thanks Dave for going the extra mile for me.

Long story short: My parents bought a house 6 months ago and bought a home warranty plan along with it. The water heater went out on a Friday. Dad called the warranty company and they sent out a horrible plumber on Monday (3 days without hot water!) that said that the unit needs to be replaced. The replacement and labor are covered under the warranty but the modifications that need to be done ($400) are not covered. I found out the water heater was 4 years old and contacted the manufacturer to see if it was still covered under their warranty. The manufacturer got me in touch with a local dealer that in turn recommended Liberty to do the replacement under warranty. Boy were we lucky!!!! I spoke with Jennifer close to 4pm and she managed to secure the delivery of the new heater the NEXT MORNING. She also said her tech Eli will be there by 12 or sooner after the delivery to install it. She was also very helpful answering all my questions and concerns. Tuesday morning the tank was delivered and Eli called and showed up by 9AM! AND Jennifer called my mom to make sure everything was going fine!! Talk about above and BEYOND customer service! And my mom was thrilled with how professional Eli and Jennifer were. People and companies like these restore my faith that there are still good people out there that really do care and aren't just trying to scam extra money wherever they can. I'm glad to know that my whole family now has a trusted plumber to call anytime.

A guy that claims to be the owner of the company almost ran me off the road call me and c*nt flipped me off. Hire better employees

First I wasn't sure to expect. This place has some seriously hokey commercials. However, I was fortunate enough to have been assigned to their plumber Jessie Green.
Meeting Jessie was a pleasure and he really knows his trade. I appreciated the straightforward pricing. His customer service is exceptional. Jessie is also very personable, which is helpful when going through a typically stressful situation. Thanks Jessie!!

Just had a great experience the Emergency Plumbing! I managed to plug up my disposal with celery and gave them a call (of course this happened on not only a Sunday but New Years Eve!). Within thirty minutes Dan was there. In five minutes he had the drain trap cleaned out and was on his way. The bonus is that he didn't even charge me! What a great New Years present. I will definitely use them again.

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

Wel. I dislike writing bad reviews. But.  I got Penguin air as a referral from a friend. Said they would be out today to fix my non working unit. I was told they would come today and I let them know I needed to leave before 4. Checked at 230 like - haven't heard from anyone. No response.  345. No response to checking again. Finally cancelled at 4 when I had to leave. Tech (likely not his fault) called with a 30 minute notice ) at 4:21.  No thanks. As a new customer this isn't any company I would ever use.

Frustrated beyond belief. They won't be getting my business
