Called them to unplug one of our toilets.  They quoted $370 to removed toilet and remove clog or $207 just to run snake line to remove clog.  I was temped to say no and find someone else that could do it cheaper but was in a bind since i was leaving town.  I opted for the snake line to unclog toilet.  It took him all of 5 minutes to unplug it.
Let me first say, the tech was nice, professional and certainly didn't push anything on me but $207 for 5 minutes to unplug a toilet seems a bit steep.  I know there are other companies out there that will charge less than that for a simple toilet clog.  Lesson learned... Won't use them again.

I just wanted to take the time to write what a great job Alec Lykins and his crew did. We had an emergency water line break in our front yard and they were out the same day and not only fixed the issue they were originally called for but also did a courtesy check on a bathroom drain that was clogged without any extra cost. Both guys were friendly and personable and our family will be using them from now on.

Every place has that one employee that thinks they can talk to people anyway they want on the phone. My company does a lot of business with Backflow Parts USA and their employee Mike never wants to be bothered or inconvenienced with looking up a purchase order and acts like when you're calling for something we are bothering him. Do yourself a favor and use American Backflow Parts or Bavco. In the long run both of these companies are cheaper even though you may need to wait on shipping from Bavco but it is always reliable and only 2 days to receive.

Terrible.  Do not call rotor rooter.  They wanted $212 to unclog a toilet.  The guy was so rude when I said too much.  He said good luck finding someone else to do it for less.  We did.  TCH Plumbing in Phoenix did it for $70.  They will not quote a price on the phone.  The guy comes out for free and then tries to sell you things you do not need.  DO NOT Use Rotor Rooter.

Needed to install a commercial ice maker with the plumbing. Joe gave us a great estimate and completed the work professionally. On time, knowledgeable, finished the job one hour earlier than the estimated finish time.
We recommend his services and will use him again in the future!

Our first experience with AAA.  I purchased it for my wife, so when I'm out of town she would be taken care of, so I thought.  My wife called at 3:30 Pm for a tow truck, nobody came.  At 5pm another call waited on hold for 20 minutes, not joking, so they could tell us when truck would arrive.  We were placed on a priority list.  Sounds good?  6:30 the truck shows up.  Not pleased with how they left my wife stranded in the heat for 3 hours, in a bad part of town.  Everything closed.  Very upset.  Wouldn't waste your money.

We had this company do our commercial backflow tests on our two backflows.  One failed and they did not provide a bid to repair it nor tag the backflows as inspected.  When we contacted them to find out when they were there they gave us a date.  In checking our video surveillance their truck was never on our property.  He is very rude to talk to and said one backflow failed.  As there was another address on the report and no sign of them on video so I had another company inspect the backflows.  Both passed with no problem.   Maybe they did inspect them, I don't know but I've never talked to such a rude business owner in my life.  Told me my annual inspection fee is no loss to his business!
