A remodeling dream turned into reality thanks to Sunset Tile and Bath, whom master creative wizard designer Audrey to superintendent Paul to everyone in between.

Sunset was such a professional organization to deal with in every way, from initial contact, to design, to follow up and communication. Discovering them by my best find in years of dealing with contractors. This is a company that sets the standard in not only the product and service that they offer, but also how they are so incredibly focused on the customer and ultimate satisfaction.

Sunset tile and bath took whatever time necessary to discuss all possible options with my bathroom remodeling project. I had the basic template of what I wanted, but they really listened...even met me at the granite warehouse to help me select what's best considering my budget and overall design layout. Even after installing one shower head that I hated the second I saw it, Sunset promptly offered an alternative and replaced it.

Their promptness and cleanliness were second to none, and I honestly felt that I was dreaming thru the progress of the project as I could not fault them for anything. They were so respectul of my time, budget, house even considering I had a 80 lb dog in my house while they were working.

I never once doubted Sunset's honesty, integrity and superb craftsmanship...and they led me to conclude that they truly a role model for other contractors.

I can never thank enough  the team an Sunset for making one of my biggest home improvement projects come true on time and on budget.

So glad I am able to leave a great review of Kent's handyman services.  I found him here on yelp with a 5-star rating, and I wasn't disappointed!  Kent worked on installing some wrought iron fixtures on a newly installed wood floor, and the work was immaculate.  He also installed a new wireless doorbell (which he also shopped for and provided) to replace our broken system.  Kent is a great guy - honest, hardworking, and very handy!  Five star review *****

From the first day that I met Irving, I felt that he was a man of good character. I would not have hired him past that day if I thought otherwise. Throughout the course of the project he took on for my client, he continued to exemplify that good character in addition to his amazing workmanship. His team was also very professional and even more timely. I was thoroughly surprised at how great the job turned out, especially for how quickly they were able to get it done.

This project included painting, flooring, carpeting, and more of a 2 bd 2 ba condo.

When obstacles came up, Irving kept his cool and professionally proceeded with whatever solution that was necessary. Very grateful for Moden Innovations, and will continue to use them moving forward! Thanks again!

Russ was excellent. My toilet was leaking and needed to be replaced, and when Russ came he discovered that the plumbing fixture itself was also leaking and had to be replaced. He worked quickly to get it done, so it was a minimal hassle for me and the other people in the building (when we had to shut off water to the whole building). He gave a fair rate and did very high quality work. I highly, highly, recommend his services!

What can I say? Sam delivered.  We had our whole kitchen remodeled including removing walls to open up the space. Sam gave us great recommendations.  From the shaker cabinets, the color, the backsplash.  Everything came out exceeded my expectations.  It really transformed my kitchen.  As with any renovations it came with headaches.  I didn't really had good experiences with the installers.  when it came to detail stuff they kinda skip or would hope the owner don't see them.  But a call to Sam and he was able to help me out and get things right.  We ran into problems with materials being short but after talking to Sam,  he finally agreed to cover for us.  I think it is important that Sam did that because it wasn't the money considering I paid thousands of dollars when the part is only 80 bucks.  So it came down to the principal kinda thing.  So I'm glad Sam saw that.  Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.  Don't hesitate to use him for your kitchen design.  He will deliver for you.  My wife and I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

I was moving my salon to a bigger place with the same landlord. So they only give me a very short time to fix up the new place and give the old one back. I found Skyler on yep and explain my situation. He did the cabinets in less than 2 weeks. They came out great. Definitely recommend  this company.

Juan and his crew remodeled my living room and did a fantastic job. I am happy with the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Easy to work with, reliable and didn't charge me when an extra issue came up. I'm recommending him to all my friends.

I just finished a job with VETSBuilt and am very happy with the results. DJ and Bob were trustworthy and very responsive to my needs. As with any contracting job the sub-contractors could be a challenge but they kept on them until they got it right. I have beautiful new floors, a cooks dream kitchen and two beautifully tiled bathrooms. They were great to work and would highly recommend them!

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I had an excellent experience with K& B remodeling. They were easy to schedule and plan the job with. I had carpet removed and they tiled my master bedroom and closet. They did a fantastic job in record time. They even picked up the tile for me. The price was competitive and extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling jobs. My job was completed within a week of first contacting them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them for any remodel job. They seem to be able to accommodate any request I had. I will  have them come and do epoxy on my garage floor and install cabinets next time.

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. They did a great job for me with a bathroom remodel and some other repair work I needed. The upfront estimate was below two others I received, and Andrew also consulted with me on ideas for reducing the cost even further.

When I hired them, I asked if the work could be completed within 3 weeks to fit into my schedule. Andrew was able to move some other projects around and bring in some extra people. They not only met my requested deadline, they finished one week early!

Andrew is very easy to deal with and everyone on his team was courteous and professional while they were here. The work was well done and the bathroom looks great!

I can't say enough positive things about owner, Kyle Zimmerman and his crew. They did our complete kitchen and hallway remodel in three weeks. Kyle is extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable and eager to meet our needs. His crew were friendly, talented, dependable and always left the worksite clean and organized at the end of each work day. Our whole experience was outstanding! I highly recommend Capital Mark Interiors for any new home build or remodel. You will not be disappointed!

The sense I got from my experience is this: Don't waste your time unless you're ready and willing to do at least an $80,000 kitchen remodel and that's just for "midrange cabinets" only. My husband and I were ready to go on a remodel and went in the store twice for our quote and kitchen design, which we were told was on the way.  However, after continually reaching out to our "salesperson," (Not to be named bc I'm not that callous) after we hadn't heard back week after week of reaching out to him, we were basically told it was "renovation season" and that fortunate for them they were able to "pick and choose" whose remodels they wanted to do.  (No joke, that was said) I am pretty sure since we said we weren't looking for a drastic overhaul as our boxes need not be changed and just want the faces changed that we were not selected. The salesperson/designer wanted to also talk about removing soffits that architecturally didn't make sense with respect to the rest of the house or even room for that matter, so I'm guessing these were the "feeler" questions or interview for how much of a dummy we were and how much we were willing to overspend since we also were first asked what area of town we live, which we always dread admitting Paradise Valley. Would have been nice to know before wasting a few weeks of our time just trying to get a quote and kitchen design for which we agreed to pay.  You know, I'm all about freedom we have here in the U.S.A. and if you want to dick me around several weeks acting like you're the best quality and worth the wait, that's your prerogative but at least give me the respect and courtesy from the beginning to set the expectation you may or may not even get an answer back to me with a quote after spending so much time discussing and viewing my kitchen. It's just common courtesy. Oh, also reading through the comments I laughed because I was also told not to take pictures. Only place that cared about pictures as well. It's just hilarious. It reminds me of that bourgeosie tactic of be so snobby and rude that your customers will want to prove they're able to afford whatever you're selling that Abercrombie & Fitch Co. are known for aside from their news reports of their various discrimination cases. I know that's off topic but it's just too hilarious. Well anyway, I never want your business trust me and when I show off my beautifully renovated new kitchen, (all new Quartz countertops, new top of the line appliances, marble backsplash, banquette, new larger and modernized island, new can lighting, under cabinet lighting and all new cabinet faces-all for around the 30k range, and according to our salesperson just a decent quality cabinet of 80 linear feet would be around $80k, makes you wonder just how much others are overpaying), I'm sure all our friends will also get a kick out of our experience too. Audacious. However, the real moral of the story is, just be honest and decent and don't waste the most precious resource in life: my time. I really wish sales rep would have just said, hey, you know what, we just don't take on projects between 30-40k, we only want to work on jobs worth $80k and up. Instead of I'll get back to you, repeat, repeat, repeat. It really is so rude.

I added stars just because the owner's sincere response & apology & the fact that since I didn't actually get to experience their service Its not really right to lower someone score just bc one sales rep was rude. I'm sure if I had rock star type of money to blow I'd of liked to spend it here if my sales rep hadn't been so sassy, but alas two kids under 2 wouldn't be kind to a dream world uber top of the line remodel.

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

So I call this company and ask what type of water heaters they deal in, because they are coming out tomorrow and I would like to know that I'm not getting some POS that is a wholesale layover. After the receptionist or whoever she was doesn't know, she tells me that the tech is only coming out to diagnose the problem not replace the water heater. I ask why is that , she says because they don't drive around with a box truck full of water heaters. So I ask when will it actually get fixed, now at this time The owner gets on the phone an I try to explain to her that there are 5 wholesale plumbing warehouses hear in Phoenix. She starts to give me attitude because I was expecting a timely repair and she states the they come out to evaluate, then request permission to replace said water heater from the Home Warranty Company , then order the water heater THEN do the repair, maybe Thursday (it's Monday). Looking at the BBB and this yelp thread, It is all coming to light. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
