I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

Five star contractor! Mark, Paul, and the rest of the crew were great. Project was started on time and completed on budget. Absolutely pleased with the work and I am scheduling some additional work now.

Kent has been helping me with several properties for several years now... whenever I contact him, he returns my calls or email in a prompt fashion. He is professional, speedy, and very detail oriented (as his business name suggests). I have had him do drywall repair, fit custom doors, and other small projects. I would highly recommend Kent... he's awesome!

He did a decent job. Nothing stellar. He was more than an hour late every day. He gave me a quote for the work then did half the job and then changed the price on me to more than double the original quote and hand cuffed me into having to have him finish. Just all around pathetically embarrassing professionalism.

I was so lucky to find Russ through Yelp. I tried reaching out to few other Handyman for quotes but did not hear back from some and others over priced. Does not sound like much but to me it was something important that needed to be done same day, chirping smoke detectors at home. They were driving me crazy.  Thank God that I was so gifted that he responded so quickly with a reasonable estimate AND available to come out the same day!! He arrived on-time, professional, friendly and can do attitude with confidence. He was able to answer my questions, confirmed estimate and  immediately got started. Within no time he had all 5 smoke detectors replaced, they look great and no more chirping! OMG... Russ is an amazing hard worker, very brilliant and fully equipped for any job. Definitely from here on out, he will be my go to Handyman, without a doubt.!!! As well, I will be recommending him to all of my family, friends and co-workers!! Thank you again Russ, keep up the great work that you do!!!

I highly recommend using Pelleco for your remodeling projects. Sam J  is great to work with but importantly has a very creative mind and comes up with fantastic suggestions to help you design your space. Our team was excellent, led by Daniel,  who was our the project manager. Daniel's attention to detail is great. Pelleco's office staff, led by Becky, is also impressive as she is relentless in making sure everything gets ordered and shipped. Pelleco remodeled our entire home to include kitchen, family room, living and dining room, two bathrooms and laundry room. We interviewed multiple contractors before selecting Pelleco and it was absolutely the best decision.

We wanted to upgrade our kitchen with a larger fridge and are lucky to have found Skyler/Lux Remodeling. Skyler assessed and matched our cabinets and executed a clean design seamlessly blending into the space. In addition, he communicated clearly with us on timelines and delivered awesome results.  

The best part of the Lux team was the vibe and communication felt like a friend in the house helping us, and you can't beat that.

Highly recommend Lux and Skyler for all your remodeling needs.

They were nice and Pro.  my place become great!  They reconstruct the old area and cleaned up after, i will call them again for the next service.

I trust our Vets before I found them.  I am happy to tell Yelp viewers that they proved our Vets are the most efficient and organized group.  I live in CA and take care my dad's property in AZ.  Because I am not in the area, I have been taken advantage of by bad contractors.  I finally had Bob help me with some serious issues.  I am so blessed to have chosen this crew.  I still have more unresolved projects that I will be trusting them with. They have been very reliable and shown great care if the work they have done.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Do not ever recommend them, worst, unprofessional pluming and Superintendent ever worked with. They don't check their work how it has been done. Too expensive for  terrible job they do. Stay away from this company.

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

I would highly recommend Andrew and his team. They did a great job for me with a bathroom remodel and some other repair work I needed. The upfront estimate was below two others I received, and Andrew also consulted with me on ideas for reducing the cost even further.

When I hired them, I asked if the work could be completed within 3 weeks to fit into my schedule. Andrew was able to move some other projects around and bring in some extra people. They not only met my requested deadline, they finished one week early!

Andrew is very easy to deal with and everyone on his team was courteous and professional while they were here. The work was well done and the bathroom looks great!

Kyle at Capital Mark was fantastic to work with. We were just going to install granite counter tops but after Kyle came to our home he suggested new cabinets and are we glad he did. What a difference! Kyle walked us through the entire process and explained everything, made some suggestions such as sliders in the cabinets. The install went surprisingly easy with no major problems at all, in fact the only problems was some of the cabinet doors had woodgrain that didn't look good. Kyle came over and immediately order replacements and that was that. My wife wanted to add extra sliders when job was almost complete and it was no problem. The installers were John and his son Jason and they were excellent, very nice and personable. Their work is second to none. They were always on time and at the end of each day they completely cleaned up the work areas.
I've had experiences on other projects in the past and with out a doubt this was the BEST.
We will be using them for our bathroom remodel next year.

I wish I could've had a similar experience to other reviewers here, but the salesman who "helped" me that day made me vow to not spend a dime at this place. I walked in and was paired with an available salesman on the floor. We started looking for some cabinet options since we're remodeling our bathrooms & kitchen. I had an idea of what I was looking for and he pulled out some samples. I pulled out my phone to take photos of the ones I liked, and was told that photography is not allowed.

Interesting, because all the tile stores I've been to before didn't seem to mind. But ok, not a big deal. I put my phone away and went back to looking at my options. At this time, another couple walked into the store and they were short a salesperson. My sales guy lets them know that he'd be with them soon, and I told him to go ahead and help them since I was going to take some time looking.

This is where he made an offensive remark and I decided I'd never do business with this store again. The salesman actually told me he couldn't leave me alone with the samples because he was afraid I would take a picture of the samples when he wasn't present. So he continued to stand by me as I looked at the selection.

Well thank you sir for making judgments and accusing your potential clients of wanting to do something they weren't even thinking about! I can respect that no photography is allowed, but I cannot respect a salesperson who treats his customers as if they were criminals.

You lost out on not just one client, but all her friends who are in the midst of remodeling their kitchens and bathrooms as well.

Marcus was a pleasure to contract for renovation of a bathroom shower. This was a first time experience for me and Marcus was accessible, provided great advice and did terrific work. Marcus provided an onsite estimate and helped craft the job based on what we were looking for. Every step of the way Marcus provided updates and receipts. I would not hesitate to contract Marcus for another job.

I can not give lower than one star unfortunately!  I too, had a home warranty claim, a leak in the ceiling, from a pinhole in a copper pipe.  Technician arrived, saw the hole in the drywall that the leak made, determined he needed to cut an access hole in another location to get to the leak.  Apparently technician told the owner that he didn't cut any holes, just made it bigger, so they will not repair the drywall.  I stood there and watched him cut a hole in my ceiling with a hand saw!
First American Home Warranty (impossible to contact, BTW)  said they aren't going to cover the repair because Just Plumbing didn't cut any holes!  I called Just Plumbing, I just got off the phone with the 'owner' who yelled at me, gave incorrect facts, and called me a liar!  wouldn't let me explain, she just kept saying I'm going to side with my technician, who didn't cut any holes'...called me a liar, nice way to treat customers!

Amazing!   and their tagline is proving integrity...
