We reached out to Phoenix Home Remodeling to get our fireplace remodeled, a light fixture replaced, and one fan replaced with a light fixture as well as the electrical being moved to a different spot. We couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

The house we purchased came with an old wood fireplace that simply didn't fit our style anymore. Since we don't really need the heat, we decided to go with an electric fireplace, and let me tell you - best decision ever. We anticipated that we would love looking at it, but I would have never expected that we would use it as much as we have been.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the process was highly professional and super customer focused. Everyone we met was amazing, friendly, respectful, and super knowledgable. Every member of the team respected our schedules, our home, and our pets, and they made sure that we are well informed about every step of the process. Amazing level of communication!

We loved the initial assessment to see if the partnership is a fit on both sides, and also really enjoyed the design component and the insider knowledge that everyone involved brought to the table. Very transparent and upfront, which is something I personally very much appreciate and value.

I have rarely seen any contractors who communicate as much as Jeremy's team, work as reliable, and clean up to the point that you could barely tell that anything was being done. They have an amazing crew and I highly recommend hiring them for your next remodel, you will absolutely not regret it.

I wish we would have the bandwidth and savings to just have Jeremy and his crew help us immediately with our remaining projects, but when the time comes we will definitely be reaching back out!

A five star experience, reminiscent of the most impeccable and faultless...
A remodeling dream turned into reality thanks to Sunset Tile and Bath, whom master creative wizard designer Audrey to superintendent Paul to everyone in between.

Sunset was such a professional organization to deal with in every way, from initial contact, to design, to follow up and communication. Discovering them by my best find in years of dealing with contractors. This is a company that sets the standard in not only the product and service that they offer, but also how they are so incredibly focused on the customer and ultimate satisfaction.

Sunset tile and bath took whatever time necessary to discuss all possible options with my bathroom remodeling project. I had the basic template of what I wanted, but they really listened...even met me at the granite warehouse to help me select what's best considering my budget and overall design layout. Even after installing one shower head that I hated the second I saw it, Sunset promptly offered an alternative and replaced it.

Their promptness and cleanliness were second to none, and I honestly felt that I was dreaming thru the progress of the project as I could not fault them for anything. They were so respectul of my time, budget, house even considering I had a 80 lb dog in my house while they were working.

I never once doubted Sunset's honesty, integrity and superb craftsmanship...and they led me to conclude that they truly a role model for other contractors.

I can never thank enough  the team an Sunset for making one of my biggest home improvement projects come true on time and on budget.

Kent provides a great service.  Great communication.  This was a big project for us completely remodeling our townhome. We had 2 bathrooms, a large area of tiling, kitchen counter tops and backsplash, replaced all trim and repainted.  Kent gave us a schedule but always accommodated our additions and changes.  On the rare occasion where one of his subcontractors couldn't fit our exact timing ( usually after I changed or added something), he communicated revised dates very clearly and then met the schedule he provided.  So refreshing after other experiences we have had.  The end result is really fantastic.  Beautiful tiles, quartz countertops, new bath and shower all better than expected.  Thank you Kent!

We've had a great experience with Irving and his company. They have so far tackled our kitchen and baseboard mouldings throughout the house, and we will be adding stone to the fireplace next. They have been very helpful and informative at every step of the project, helping guide us towards making sound decisions. Their workmanship is excellent and they clearly take pride in what they do. We look forward to completing more projects together!

Called this "supposed" business owner for some handyman assistance. He claimed he spoke five languages so I assumed he was a great communicator. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth. He asked me how 6 PM to 7 PM worked for me and I said fine. He then asked where I lived and I said Casas Adobes. OK, great I will spend an hour cleaning up before he comes over. Later, I looked up his location and it said Phoenix. I'm in Tucson so not sure why he said he would come over between 6 PM and 7 PM. I assumed he might have a worker here or that perhaps he was working in Tucson. I texted him twice with Radio silence as his reply. Is he coming? Is he not coming? Based on his previous reviews it's apparent that his lack of professionalism and communication lacks average standards.  Operating a small business encompasses more than just doing the work. The majority of owning a small business is interacting with people. I would say he gets 2 F's, 1 for a communication fail and 1 for being a flake. Buyer beware unless you don't care about common human decency.

What an amazing experience ... Sam and his entire staff were absolutely great , when doing a major renovation there's lots of stress Sam answered all my questions and even my texts at times I didnt even expect him to respond. Sam/Pelleco made it so easy and painless ... the work is top notch , will definitely recommend Sam / Pelleco , you will not be disappointed.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

It disappoints me I have to write this review. I wanted to hire this group because I'm remodeling the house that my dad (Vietnam vet) left to me. I know it would make him proud to have vets work on our house. I also saw the positive reviews and posted response times which made me even more excited.  Unfortunately, I have submitted their online form to get a quote (a week ago) AND I have called and left a voicemail (Saturday) but noone has contacted me.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I had an excellent experience with K& B remodeling. They were easy to schedule and plan the job with. I had carpet removed and they tiled my master bedroom and closet. They did a fantastic job in record time. They even picked up the tile for me. The price was competitive and extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them again for any future remodeling jobs. My job was completed within a week of first contacting them and they did excellent work. I would recommend them for any remodel job. They seem to be able to accommodate any request I had. I will  have them come and do epoxy on my garage floor and install cabinets next time.

Quick and efficient. We needed our entire 2nd floor carpet replaced under a tight deadline. Brian and team were efficient, professional, and great to work with. The carpet looks amazing and they finished in one day.

We started on our first remodel this year and wanted to start with the kitchen and our kid's bathroom.  Andrew had some great advice while talking through what we wanted that really helped us get our vision together.  He also helped reign us in and keep us from doing stupid things that may become an issue years down the line.

As a first time owner doing renovations I was beyond nervous about finding a contractor to work with that I could trust to be fair with us and deliver quality work on time. After going through two projects with Capital Mark I can honestly say that working with them has been one of the best experiences I've had as a homeowner. Kyle Zimmerman (the owner) is highly responsive, honest and extremely communicative about every step of the renovation process. You will never have to worry about Kyle not getting back to you or not knowing what's going on with your project.

My husband and I worked with Kyle and his teams on a full kitchen remodel and full master bath remodel in our home. I was so impressed by the meticulous detail Kyle kept on both jobs and how well organized him and his team were. There were rarely any deadlines missed and if there were schedule changes they were very clearly communicated and the work always got completed in a timely matter.

Given the complexity of supply chain issues we were dealing with in this pandemic time Kyle could have easily padded costs and timelines but he never did and will do everything he possibly can to make sure the agreed budget doesn't change. I spoke with many contractors prior to signing with Capital Mark and Kyle by far had the most fair pricing without compromising quality of work.

Capital Mark helped us from concept to design with both our projects and their designer Nancy was great in helping make my vision for the master bath come yo life. Both contractor teams we worked with (Larry on our Kitchen and Eric for our bathroom) we're highly professional, on time and helpful in making sure we got everything we wanted in our renovations. Everyone was extremely responsive and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or to be expected with our projects. We looked forward to having them in our home and would work with both teams again for future projects.

Hired Affinity for my kitchen remodel.  Their attention to detail, sense of urgency and design talent all exceeded expectations!  This is a very well run company and I cannot recommend them enough.  Debi's design talent made the difference between a good remodel and a perfect remodel!

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN. NEVER call this company, only if you want to be treated like sh*t. First person that I talked was Erika trying to make an appointment and she told me that would have one only in 3 days, when I asked her if they had the possibility to send anyone earlier because my water heater isnt working she interrupted me and started to say having hot water isnt an emergency case since outside is so hot so the water temperature is not so bad. She didnt even give a chance to explain that my wife is 35 weeks pregnant and the shower water IS indeed cold and I dont think she should pass through this for 3 days.

I called back to complain about Erika since the calls are supposedly recorded. Keila answered the call and I said to her I would like to talk to her manager because I would like to open a complaint, she said I could talk to her that she was the manager and after I explain how rude Erika was, she said Erika wasnt rude and the temperature outside is good enough to not have hot water. Well, it seems those call are recorded for nothing. I hope at least the business owner read these complaints and do something about it. I'm glad the property managment company could find for me another company and scheduled an appointment for tomorrow.
