I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom  remodel with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. I recently purchased new kitchen cabinets through Sunset Tile and Bath. I initially went to them because they carry the line of cabinets that I wanted. I had several design meetings with Audra and found her to be the first designer that actually listened to my concerns and offered solutions to my design issues. Audra was also very professional and patient when I made requests for alternative quotes and layout changes. The cabinets actually arrived ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were also very professional and personable. I would definitely use Sunset again and highly recommend them.

We just completed a remodel on shower, and Kent was great to work with.  He was willing to consult every step of the way, if there were questions about whether we would like how something was going to turn out.  Additionally, he was very flexible when changes were brought in during the process.  He updated the quote each step of the way.  Also, he was very responsive via email.  I would just like to add, that the subcontractors he used for the shower tile were also great.

We found modern innovations on Yelp after a few other companies either turned us down or wanted to charge way to much. We needed a door frame widened to remove an old air conditioning unit from a utility closet. Irving was knowledgable, professional, and affordable. If and when I have more home projects to tackle I will definitely use them again!

I contacted Russ through Yelp to remove and seal up two dog doors. He responded quickly and showed up on time to provide a reasonable estimate and time frame. He completed the job within a few hours and exceeded my expectations by also using a texturing spray on the inside wall areas to match the look of the surrounding area. The external walls were patched and are ready to be re-stucco'd.

Sam did a bathroom remodel for us.  When it was finished we noticed the two cabinet doors were warped and other items needed fixed of which he did correct. It took awhile before he sent someone out to fix the doors.  His crew didn't get it right several times. After TWO YEARS he finally got someone to correct the problem. We had to call or text him constantly to find out what was going on with the doors. He had all kinds of excuses such as he was out of town or the guys we're out of town. Also someone had Covid or were sick. Excuses after excuses one of which they were out of paint.  he had no one who could fix it, etc. At times he seemed irritated with us for asking about our doors. We would either call or text him every other week. Glad it's over. To say the least would never hire Sam.

I highly recommend Lux Home Remodeling! Skyler and his team are dependable, timely, respectful and very professional!  Lux has done several projects at my home. Lux is my Go-To for all of my projects and upgrades.

Good work and fair price (got multiple quotes). There were some delays in completing the project but Juan kept in communication so it didn't bother me. He actually did a little extra free of charge because he felt bad.   Would use again.  For reference, the job included replacing a wood fence, Installing a new gate and replacing some siding.

My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor to take down our load bearing wall (in between the kitchen and living room) and raise our ceiling up a couple feet. Bob and his team were the most attentive, personable, and professional of everyone we met. They did a great job with the work they did, while finishing the project on time and very close to our estimated budget. We will definitely be using them again when we add on to our home.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

We used Kitchen and Bath Remodeling for a bathroom remodel.  Mike P. and his crew were amazing.  We removed a small shower and separate tub and had Kitchen and Bath Remodeling create one large shower with a bench and three showerheads.  The process was seamless from demo, to plumbing, to tiling, and all the finishing touches.  They had a crew repaint the bathroom ceiling and touch up other areas that were needed.  The tile crew was very clean, polite, and courteous and did a great job.  They worked long hours just to get the job done quickly.  I'm so pleased with how the bathroom remodel turned out and would recommend Kitchen and Bath Remodeling without hesitation.  Thanks for turning my drab shower into a spa-like retreat!

Andrew and his team restored me and my wife's trust in contractors and could not be happier with their work and professionalism.  Having just fired our previous contractor and being completely naive to home renovations, Andrew meticulously walked us through every step of the project, made sure we understood every charge and did not move forward until we accepted.  Having two children in our house, we were concerned that construction would become a big distraction for the family, this was not the case whatsoever.  Andrew and his team were respectful, clean and treated our house and the bathrooms they remodeled as if they were their own.  The pictures do no justice to the craftsmanship by Andrew and his team and I would recommend him to anyone.

Marcus is the type of professional who takes pride in his work. He framed, tiled, and electrically wired the entire bathroom of our older Phoenix home, no easy task. For someone like me who has little to no experience remodeling- Marcus went through step by step the process and answered any questions we had. He's a great listener and definitely knowledgeable. When we even had a question after the job was complete, he came back immediately. Would trust him again with another project.

I can not give lower than one star unfortunately!  I too, had a home warranty claim, a leak in the ceiling, from a pinhole in a copper pipe.  Technician arrived, saw the hole in the drywall that the leak made, determined he needed to cut an access hole in another location to get to the leak.  Apparently technician told the owner that he didn't cut any holes, just made it bigger, so they will not repair the drywall.  I stood there and watched him cut a hole in my ceiling with a hand saw!
First American Home Warranty (impossible to contact, BTW)  said they aren't going to cover the repair because Just Plumbing didn't cut any holes!  I called Just Plumbing, I just got off the phone with the 'owner' who yelled at me, gave incorrect facts, and called me a liar!  wouldn't let me explain, she just kept saying I'm going to side with my technician, who didn't cut any holes'...called me a liar, nice way to treat customers!
