Just did my final walk through this morning on a rehab in Sun Lakes, AZ.  Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on this project.  It's only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience.  I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!  Here's a peak at my favorite before and afters of the project.

We just went through Sunset Tile and Bath to have our tub removed and shower elongated. We found this to be the best experience we have ever had with a business. Everyone who we had contact with there were courteous, honest, patient and highly skilled. We absolutely love our new shower and would highly recommend Sunset Tile & Bath.

I needed someone who could do a variety of tasks at my house to get it ready for sale. I've had good luck with people/services I've found through Yelp and Kent was no different.

He came to my house at least 3 times. He installed closet doors, fixed drywall, tiled a vanity, hung mirrors & more. He showed up on time, got things done quickly, was reasonably priced, couldn't ask for more than that. Great to find someone who's licensed and can get multiple things done fast.

Irving is absolutely amazing!!!  If I could give him 10 stars then I would.  I don't think I have the vocabulary to express just how awesome he and his crew are.  I'm going to try my best.  First and foremost - Irving and his team do great work at a reasonable and fair price.  His commitment to excellence is evident.  

To give a little background, I contacted Irving in May '22, about a potential plumbing project and building a closet for a spare bedroom.  Over the course of the next 7 months, Irving and his team have helped me completely remodel the house.  This is due in large part to 3 main qualities that Irving possesses - honesty, dependability, flexibility

Irving is honest about what things will entail and upfront about costs and timeframes.  If something won't look good or is going to cost a lot to do, he is the first one to speak up and share that

Irving and his team are dependable. When he says he will show up and get a job done, that is what he does.  In the rare instance he couldn't make it, he was quick to communicate and ensure he was there at his earliest convenience.  Also the jobs were completed on time or quicker than quoted which is uncommon to find now

Irving is extremely flexible.  Many times I would add to jobs or change design or just generally change the vision for a project.  Irving was always willing to listen and adapt.  

Over the last few months, I've really felt like Irving was more of a partner in this renovation than just a contractor doing some project.  I can't thank him enough for everything he's done.  And it has been my absolute pleasure to get to know him.

I rarely write reviews and certainly none of this length, but Irving is special and deserves all of this and much more.  If you get the opportunity to partner with Irving then I highly encourage you to do so

Russ did a great job. He met me at the store. He loaded the couches on his truck. He delivered them to my house. He removed the old couches and took them to the dumps. He set up my couches (electrical).  He was fast efficient. He wore a mask for safety. He cleaned up the space. I highly recommend his work.

I used Pelleco for a kitchen and bath remodel. I spent over a month shopping around taking various quotes and i can say without a doubt you won't find a better bang for your buck with your remodel/renovation. Most places needed much more time than Pelleco to complete the job. Not to mention the fact that with Pelleco, i received real plywood cabinets for the same price i was quoted with MDF or particle bored built cabinets. Very few issues came up but when they did they were handled promptly. Sam is very personable, i can tell he understands how important a good reputation is in this business. He knows if you succeed he'll succeed.

I highly recommend Lux Home Remodeling! Skyler and his team are dependable, timely, respectful and very professional!  Lux has done several projects at my home. Lux is my Go-To for all of my projects and upgrades.

I reached out to Juan at G&C Construction to get a quote for replacing the floors, countertops, and backsplash in my house. Juan responded quickly and came out the next day to walk through the house, get measurements and discuss the plan and provide me a quote. The next day I received a detailed quote with a breakdown of all the costs. He and his crew were able to start as soon as I needed them to. Once I was ready Juan came out again with the crew to introduce me and once again confirm the plan (flooring direction, countertops, etc). Juan quoted 2 weeks to finish the job and they finished in exactly 2 weeks and I could not be happier with the outcome. I have dealt with many contractors in the past, so I was waiting for some sort of hiccup or delay, but that never happened. Juan has been the most reliable and communicative contractor I have ever worked with. I highly recommend him for any work you need done in your home.

I had needed help fixing a hole in my drywall and a few other fixes around the house and reached out to VETSBuit to see if this was something they could help with. In less than an hour, they responded saying that not only they could help but would be happy to do so and provided me a handful of times they could come by in the next few days to do the work.

They were incredibly professional and explained the process to me as they started the job. I was curious as to how this worked as I watched a few YouTube videos thinking I could maybe do this myself, but in the end felt it was best to higher a professional.

I was very pleased with their work, professionalism, and helpfulness with me. I would definitely recommend VETSBuilt to anyone looking for a contractor that goes above and beyond your expectations.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

We used Kitchen and Bath Remodeling for a bathroom remodel.  Mike P. and his crew were amazing.  We removed a small shower and separate tub and had Kitchen and Bath Remodeling create one large shower with a bench and three showerheads.  The process was seamless from demo, to plumbing, to tiling, and all the finishing touches.  They had a crew repaint the bathroom ceiling and touch up other areas that were needed.  The tile crew was very clean, polite, and courteous and did a great job.  They worked long hours just to get the job done quickly.  I'm so pleased with how the bathroom remodel turned out and would recommend Kitchen and Bath Remodeling without hesitation.  Thanks for turning my drab shower into a spa-like retreat!

Edit: These guys are super strange. And I'm not sure as to the ethics behind sharing emails. He also negated to share the final email I. Which I assured him that at no point did I think his disorganization and lack of communication stemmed from malice. However, being disorganized and uncommunicative is noteworthy, and thusly why the review was posted.

Andrew and his team are professional and punctual, willing to provide budget-conscious design insight to make a project successful . You can tell they take pride in their work and the attention to detail is evident. We have been happy to hire them for a few projects with our kitchen and bath.

Simply The Best!
I can't say enough positive things about owner, Kyle Zimmerman and his crew. They did our complete kitchen and hallway remodel in three weeks. Kyle is extremely professional, punctual, knowledgeable and eager to meet our needs. His crew were friendly, talented, dependable and always left the worksite clean and organized at the end of each work day. Our whole experience was outstanding! I highly recommend Capital Mark Interiors for any new home build or remodel. You will not be disappointed!

Affinity Kitchens is an amazing business led by the most professional designers and craftsmen in Phoenix.  We have enjoyed buying two fully-integrated kitchen cabinetry packages from Affinity and we wake up every morning loving our kitchen just like the first day it was installed!

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

Would definitely not recommend. Was the company that was contractor for AHS and had the worst customer service. Wish I had read the Yelp reviews before I used with AHS. Put in a service claim with AHS on Monday and called Just plumbing at 9am Tuesday for water heater service. Had another company out on Monday night and already knew I needed a new water heater. 1st appointment was end of day Wednesday. When the installer came on Wednesday Matt he was great and had contact to AHS shortly after arriving to get the claim going. Called just plumbing to schedule installation and 1st appointments was Friday 8 to 10am. Hot water had been off since Monday night. On Friday when no one showed up by 1030 called office and spoke with Brad. Somehow my appointment was no longer on the books but he said that the installer would be there next. At noon when the installer called to say he was on the way but needed to pick up water heater and would be another 45 min to 1hr I called the office. Initially got Mike asked to speak to a manager. He transferred me to Brad who then for the next 30 min refused to get me a manager, belittled me, was rude, condescending, confrontational and only offered me  $20 out of his own pocket and would put it in the mail if that would make me happy. Unbelievable that such unprofessional people would be working with customers every day and had the time to fight with me for over 30 minutes on the phone.  
Never did get to talk to manager or couldn't even leave a voice mail for manager because apparently they don't have voice mail.
Do not use...EVER.
