let's just say has the worst platform for filling in a review. The next paragraph is me finishing the first one:
Irving had a bit of difficulty with my slider because the frame was old and slightly bent. Nonetheless, he was able to install the door so that it latched. He had to make frames for four of my windows because they are not standard frames. He did a fine job. I recommend him.

Pelleco Home Design and Sam are excellent partners for DIY remodelers...talking with Sam is worth the time and effort and will result in significant savings and excellent design ideas.
After years of saving, my wife and I managed to purchase our first home in the desirable 85254 zip code and we knew it was going to require a minor modification to master bath and kitchen and our budget was tight.
We contacted Sam after getting another cabinet bid and he took the opportunity to evaluate the other bid and then verify the specifications. Sam came to our home and measured the kitchen and bath. He called out discrepancies in his effort to find an "apples to apples comparison".
While he was making his measurements, he made several suggestions for how to convert the existing space to reflect current design trends, without going overboard.
His suggestions were spot on, but after disclosing our budget restrictions, he focused his recommendations on the areas we intended to remodel. Note - his ideas for future remodel were excellent.
After taking measurements and asking many questions about the scope of our remodel, he assured me he would have a very competitive bid and would email the specifics later in the day.
Sam sent the bid as promised and it was significantly lower and had upgrades that others overlooked (Lazy Susans in corners and other subtle but important upgrades). The cabinets he bid were comparable in construction and appearance, and included upgrades.
We continued to refine the bid and expanded the scope of the bid to include counter-tops, back-splash, hardware, sink and vanities. Each of his bids was easy to read and competitive.
Throughout this process, Sam was/is courteous, professional and takes the time to understand the limitations and considerations of his customer. This made us feel like valued customers at the start of the process and throughout the contracting relationship.
We highly recommend Sam and Pelleco Home Design for those families seeking competitive bids on home remodel projects, including, but not limited to: kitchen, master & guest baths, and living areas (including lighting).
Thank you Sam and Pelleco for making our home remodel possible within the budget we set forth.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first. Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.
Edit: Response to my review is misleading. It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense. Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion. It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review. I waited 13 days and not a peep. Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

Juan and his crew remodeled my living room and did a fantastic job. I am happy with the quality of work and the communication throughout the project. Easy to work with, reliable and didn't charge me when an extra issue came up. I'm recommending him to all my friends.

We used VetsBuilt Contracting to renovate our master bathroom. DJ was great to work with from start to finish. We had ideas in mind of the design we wanted and DJ did a great job of providing additional alternatives and suggestions. The crew did a wonderful job of getting the job done timely while being considerate of our home. There were a couple of minor things we noticed through the process that needed to be fixed and DJ quickly addressed our concerns with his crew and got every item on our list corrected quickly. When the bathroom was finally completed we were ecstatic about the finished product and the quality of the work that was done. DJ even gave us a thank you card and a thank you gift at the end of the project. Top notch service and quality work. I would highly recommend VetsBuilt for your construction/renovation needs.

I was helped out by Marty in the office who was extremely helpful. I knew he cared to know about our remodeling project as he took the time to get to know my husband and I and our vision what we had in mind. 3 days after our conversation Mike came out to talk to us further about our project. It took about a week to get the proposal and I'm glad I waited as I previously had 2 other quotes in hand from other companies. They were decently priced, not the cheapest, but definitely the best in communication and really understood what we wanted. Although, not fully complete as of yet as i keep adding things, it's honestly just a fun process to go through with these great guys.

Our tub was sinking and creaking and also a different shower was leaking so we had Green Home come out to check it out. We had our fix and remodel completed and now our bathroom looks beautiful, we got a sturdy tub and pricing was reasonable. Really you can tell these guys are honest and hard working. Definitely went the extra mile to help me and my wife. Really happy with their service. 5 stars.

"Kristin S., our Affinity Kitchen Designer, was great. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She was open to our ideas and yet not afraid to guide us through the process. We appreciated her professional skills and her promptness. She took away our anxiety about undertaking this project, and we feel we have made a new friend."

I must fall in-line with the previous poor reviews of Just Plumbing Services.
I also have First American Warranty company (maybe I should be writing a less than stellar review on them too) and they contracted out JPS to come out and look at my water heater which was leaking from the bottom.
The tech (bobby I believe) showed up and concurred that the water heater needs to be replaced. He then said he had to take some notes and make a call. I presume to gather the specs and locate a water heater. I went in the house figuring it was going to cost me the normal $60...........well that was a mistake.
He came back and told me the cost of the water heater was covered but they had to do modifications which would tack on an additional $565.00 to my costs. He then explained that the modifications were required because they had special water heaters that needed different water, venting, gas and ball valves then my current set-up. Even though they were going to replace with a similar Bradford brand water heater.
When I told Bobby that I wanted to call the warranty company because I've never paid more than the standard charge to replacement a water heater, he got very terse with me and claimed he didn't have 5 minutes to wait for a call.
In short, I took the buyout from the warranty company and called a more reputable plumber to replace the heater and it's going to cost me less than going through these yahoo's.
In short, I believe Just Plumbing Services is in the business of ripping of customers who utilize a home warranty company (they may do better to the standard customer) but I would highly recommend you stay clear of this company at all costs. If I could have given less than 1 star I would have.
