I don't have a ton of experience with remodels (this was our first) but I can't imagine the process being any smoother. The Phoenix Home Remodeling team is a well oiled machine. They kept our fairly substantial remodel (flooring, 3 bathrooms, Kitchen, Paint and more) on time and on budget. Even after we added a large amount of scope to the project (decided to do all 3 bathrooms) they still finished the project within a week of their original estimate.

The quality was outstanding, but their communication was even better. I text Ben (PM) regularly through the process and they always kept me up to date which helped a ton.

As it is with most things, you get what you pay for, and hiring Phoenix Home remodeling is a decision I would make over and over. They might not be the cheapest option, but they are undoubtedly the best.

I hope this review is helpful for anyone looking to get their home remodeled. This is definitely the company to hire.

Mark helped me out with a small bathroom remodel.  Even though it was not a big job and his team was booked months out, he personally took time to do the work himself, something he doesn't really do anymore.  It was more of a favor to us but, it shows his character and willingness to help out.  We would recommend Sunset Tile & Bath if you needed a remodel.

I can't recommend Kent and his team enough. He remodeled two bathrooms in my home and worked with me on all requests to make my vision come to life. Kent is communicative and on site daily which I appreciated greatly. Looking for a trustworthy and high quality contractor can be daunting but look no further as you will not regret choosing Details Remodeling!

Hired Russ to do an accent wall with laminate in our master bedroom. He did a fantastic job and even helped us put back the shutters on the windows and helped put back king size bed frame and mattress! Being retired senior citizens, that little extra help was greatly appreciated. Thank you for a job well done!

What can I say? Sam delivered.  We had our whole kitchen remodeled including removing walls to open up the space. Sam gave us great recommendations.  From the shaker cabinets, the color, the backsplash.  Everything came out exceeded my expectations.  It really transformed my kitchen.  As with any renovations it came with headaches.  I didn't really had good experiences with the installers.  when it came to detail stuff they kinda skip or would hope the owner don't see them.  But a call to Sam and he was able to help me out and get things right.  We ran into problems with materials being short but after talking to Sam,  he finally agreed to cover for us.  I think it is important that Sam did that because it wasn't the money considering I paid thousands of dollars when the part is only 80 bucks.  So it came down to the principal kinda thing.  So I'm glad Sam saw that.  Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the result.  Don't hesitate to use him for your kitchen design.  He will deliver for you.  My wife and I will definitely call him when we are ready to remodel our bathrooms.

Seemed very nice and responsive at first.  Came to the house to see the job and write up a quote - never heard from him again.

Edit: Response to my review is misleading.  It was a project much larger than just countertops, and I found someone that was willing to do just the countertop if that's what made the most sense.  Skyler did not respond to this inquiry/suggestion.  It wasn't as if I waited 4 days, got impatient, and wrote a review.  I waited 13 days and not a peep.  Skyler did reach out to me with apologies after seeing the review, which I appreciate.

Juan and his crew did a fantastic job with our remodeling project! We couldn't be happier! G & C are true professionals. Very consciousnesses while doing their work. They always made sure to prep each area extensively like it was their own home. They were careful about not letting my dog out and keeping things locked up. Very courteous. They are detailed oriented and are so very knowledgeable. When the project started and as it moved along Juan had great remodeling suggestions and brought up things that  would have never crossed my mind. It was great to have him do the thinking for me. Overall, the project was very stress free and reasonably priced. Additionally, the communication between G&C was phenomenal. Juan is super responsive 7 days a week and always kept me updated on the daily schedule, so I knew what to expect which was helpful in planning my day. I never experienced any "no shows" and G&C was very flexible with scheduling and with last minute project changes that were made by me. We worked well together. Everything went smooth throughout my month-long remodel and Juan and his crew are so accommodating and great to work with. I highly recommend them. Additionally, they stand behind their work.

DJ and his team recently finished a remodel of 2 bathrooms, added a stone accent wall and lighting in our entry, and backsplash and molding around our kitchen island and peninsula.

We love the finished product and quality of their work. Just as importantly they came in on our original budget.

We would highly recommend DJ and the VETS Built crew. DJ always promptly returned calls, communicated well on all apects of the project and had many great ideas to help us design our project to get what we wanted and stay under budget.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

I used this company to remodel my house kitchen and bathrooms. They did a superb job on time with a very reasonable price. I dealt with Tyson one of the company's principals and he was great to deal with and was very responsive to all my questions as the work progressed.

We hired Az Remodeling Pros to install new porcelain flooring and kitchen. The work was quite extensive as it required removal of walls, new plumbing lines, and a lot of electrical work.

The team was hard working, timely, knowledgeable, and professional. We now have the home of our dreams and the chef's kitchen that is the centerpiece of family time.

Andrew dose excellent work. I have referred him to many people knowing that he will do the job on time, and with the highest standards. Anyone who is contemplating a remodel, will get the best service.

After seeing a few great reviews, we called Kyle @ Capital Mark for a quote for a kitchen island reconstruction and all new countertops. I called and within an hour or so he was at our house measuring and going over the possibilities. We were very impressed so far. To check out the cabinets and countertop materials we went to his very nice storefront on Val Vista in Gilbert. With help from Kyle and his wife we decided on materials. His quote was very competitive so he gave us the proposed schedule to get the work done. They started right on time and finished early! They did a beautiful job, were very neat and conscientious. I wouldn't think twice about using this company again and would recommend them 100%! When we're ready to redo our master bathroom, we will call Capital Mark period!

The design process was easy. My salesman designed a great layout and I picked up the cabinets I wanted. However, the construction company that reconfigured my kitchen layout was not up to par. My dishwasher was not installed correctly, the extra tiles i supplied not applied correctly with huge grout lines. The window they put in has gaps , the black, splash tiles are a little wonky ,,in the corners of the cabinets looked pieced together. I would recommend affinity again, but not the construction company that they used

If you don't care about how you are treated as a customer from just plumbing's customer service this might be the plumbing company for you! Their plumbing technician did a fantastic service job for me even stayed late into the evening and made a special trip to get my missing part. However trying to deal with the office help Kayla is a disaster and a nightmare she is extremely rude AND unprofessional..... she hung up on me......
I then proceeded to call back and ask to speak with the office manager, I was told she is not in, when I asked for her name I was only given a first name, I asked for an email address along with the last name, in which I was told  they do not go by last names and they do not have email addresses.  When I went to the company's website I sent an email requesting the office manager get ahold of me I also sent an email to the dispatch. Nobody has ever gotten back to me.
Needless to say I called a different plumbing company to fix their error!

 The reviews speak for themselves, my home warranty company was also informed  Of just plumbing's rude customer service.
