Phx Home Remodeling is great.  You hear nightmares all the time about contractors that don't follow through, do poor work, and can be very difficult with whom to work.  These guys were excellent on every front.  They were always on time, very considerate, easy to work with when you run into issues, and outstanding quality.  It is so nice to find a group like this in a very hit or miss industry.

In summary, KENT ROCKS!  We have come to Kent for multiple projects in four different residences over the past three years. He has consistently exceeded our expectations. We have also referred Ken to at least a dozen of our friends--who have each reported back to us experiences that went well beyond their expectations.

What we specifically appreciate about Kent:

1) He is responsive--returning our e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner.

2) He is a good listener--making a concerted effort to listen to what we aim to do, and why we want to do it...but (and this is important) being sure to interject, when appropriate, with his experienced and professional opinion. On a number of occasions, what we had first asked of Ken turned out not to be the best way to address the situation at hand. Kent opened our minds to a more efficient and/or a less expensive approach, or even a different solution entirely that we would have never considered.

3) His estimates are spot-on. We have never been surprised. Kent presents us with and explains options for labor and materials so that we can make an informed selection of the level of each that best fits our budget for the project. We really appreciate the fact that he has been willing to provide estimates and assist us with both very small, hourly projects, as well as large, long-term projects.

4) He and any contractors he brings into our residences have been on-time, courteous, conscientious, and CLEAN! Even during a very significant dusty, dirty kitchen demolition, Kent and his team took great care to clean-up as best as possible at the end of each day, and to seal-off the work area with plastic so that dust and debris wouldn't migrate into other parts of the home.

5) We trust him. There have been plenty of times when Kent has guided us to a less expensive approach to completing a task.  We can also trust that when he says that we need to consider a more complicated or more expensive approach, that it is truly in our best interest to take his advice. We trust Kent's work to the point that we are comfortable arranging for him to work in our own home, and in our tenants' homes, while we are traveling out-of-town--knowing that we will return home to find the work done properly, on-time, and within budget...and that we will have interacted with our tenants with the highest degree of courtesy and conscientiousness.

Irving did a great job with our laundry room cabinets and countertop and an amazing job on our 24 foot accent wall. He has a high attention to detail and he shows up and is super reliable. Highly recommend

Russ installed a stair railing that had been removed during a flooring project.  It was the type of small job that many contractors don't want to tackle.  Russ's estimate was in line with others and I chose him largely based on other Yelp reviews.  I was not disappointed.  Rather than purchasing or building new railings, Russ examined the original and said that I could save money by reusing what I had.  He worked over 2 days and was very detailed.  There were a couple of decisions to be made and he shared different options for me to consider (without changing he estimate).  It's obvious that he stands by his work which drives him to do a quality job the first time.  I've got a couple of other home projects on the horizon and he will be my first call.  Highly recommend him.

I can't say enough great things about Pelleco!!! Justin was so awesome to work with!! I must have called him every day with questions.  He was always patient and kind!  I am new at this and my kitchen turned out like something out of a magazine!! I would highly recommend them to you!! Occasionally, scheduling can be a bit hectic when multiple specialists are on the job, but Juan is responsive to feedback and his team improves after each trip.

Yes ---- a true 5 STAR rating !!!!!  

Our project was to build an 850 square foot guest suite --- not a small job.  After attempting to work with 3 other contractors, we were frustrated and disappointed with their lack of integrity and follow up.  THEN --- we found VetsBuilt Contracting and the owners - DJ and Bob Jenkins.  They are fair, honest, dependable and want to do what the client wants --- and they pulled out all of the stops to make sure we were ..... and are happy with the results.   We couldn't be happier.  It was a big job --- with a lot of detail and they performed as promised.

If you want to work with people you can trust to have your best interest at heart- give them a call.  They are for real.

We had our shower done by these guys and it came out beautifully! They were all so friendly and put up with our nosey kid and dog, we would absolutely recommend going with them! Any hiccups that came up Ali addressed immediately and we appreciated that!

Just completed a full master bath remodel with K&B. Very pleased with the results. Tyson and crew did an excellent job. Workers were efficient, professional and clean. Including wearing masks when appropriate. They were flexible and helpful in both functional and design recommendations. Pricing was clear and competitive. I highly recommend adding K&B to your contact list if you're in the market for any remodeling project, big or small.

Quick and efficient. We needed our entire 2nd floor carpet replaced under a tight deadline. Brian and team were efficient, professional, and great to work with. The carpet looks amazing and they finished in one day.

Green Home extended our second floor into an unneeded high ceiling over the first floor giving us valuable additional closet space.  They took care of the drywall, painting, electrical, molding, and installing a new door.  They also handled the refinishing and re-staining of the wood floors on the 1st floor.  All in all, great work at a reasonable price.

This is truly a winning team.  My kitchen turned out AMAZING!  The black galaxy granite they installed on my island is just flawless...so gorgeous!  I especially appreciated how they communicated with me through the process to make sure I knew just what to expect.  Not only did they do spectacular work, but they made me feel like they really cared.  Quality workmanship and good people...that's a winning combination!  Thanks Kyle, Pablo and the team!!!

I had a great experience at Affinity Kitchens.
Starting with a very pleasant receptionist answering the phone (which might not seem like a big deal but after about 10 phone calls to other cabinet companies I either didn't get an answer ;if I left a voicemail ,did not get a return call back ???  or people were not overly friendly on the phone).
I had a kitchen drawer that needed to be repaired which any other company I called said - go find a handyman to do the work.  
I brought my kitchen drawer in so they can take a look at it (The faceplate had fallen off of the drawer box ) and they were able to fix it and I got it back within two days. Everyone was very nice there and
The drawer looks perfect.

I'm not in need of new cabinets but I have to say the show room was beautiful if you're looking for a kitchen remodel!

Marcus did an amazing job on our tile and showers. His work is impeccable, he does exactly what he says and always is prompt with his time. I would highly recommend him for any type of bath, shower and tile work!!

I have not been treated this rudely in a very long time!
They were supposed to replace an outside valve for me, while I was absent.  When I returned home from vacation, I found it was still leaking.  When I called to have the repairman come look again, I was interrupted in speaking with the phone scheduler by the Owner, Alexis, who jumped on the line and started yelling at me. She did not introduce herself, she just butted in to tell me that i was informed by the technician that a repair could not be guaranteed.  I do not remember that part, or I would not have paid them $285 for a repair that never worked.   Since I was not present, I had to take their word for it that it had been repaired when I paid them.  But if they did repair it, it  lasted less than a month, so now they offer to buy brand new, for over $600!  Throw good money after bad? I don't think so.

They are not trustworthy, and obviously not at all interested in repeat business.  So they got me for $285, I hope this review saves some other people some money.  Go elsewhere and save yourself money, rudeness, aggravation and time.
