The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

They were suppose to pump my moms septic tank out and he did NOT we had to call another company because after bio-green services came out she was still having flooding  issues had to repay another company would never recommend these guys

Got them from Angie's list where they have a great Rating.  Should have checked Yelp first.  They have been out Three times and I still have leaks.  They seem nice and all but two trips should have been enough to fix the issues.  After reviewing my itemized receipt  I noticed that my wife over paid them, and we are having difficulty in getting them to refund me an over payment.  They want to send a new invoice that matches what they were paid, because their itemized receipt was ~$200.00 less than what we paid.  The owner John, made several excuses looking for way not to pay me.  In my last conversation with him he said he would email me a new invoice and hung up.

Ask them for an itemized receipt if you choose to deal with them out.  If they refuse to do this, don't have them to do the work. Or call someone else.

Back in April (may have been may) I had an issue with my AC on a Sunday, they came out bright and early the next day and checked it out for me. My transaction with them could not have been any smoother. I didn't need to be home which was great since I work normal business hours. They called me while they were there to let me know what was going on and fixed it for me the following day. They would have fixed it same day, but I had to follow up with my home warranty company. Thanks for the great customer service!

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away.  He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.

Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.

In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

My a/c went out on 6/22/11, so we made a service call for the next morning.  The technician came while I was at work, spoke with my wife.  Technician said that there was a leak and the unit needed replaced, but he could go ahead and fill it with 3lbs of freon.  My wife told him to go ahead if it would get us through the summer, and we could start looking for someone to maybe replace the unit.  So, $367 later, the technician leaves and 6 hours later the a/c unit completely dies.  I called them back that evening when I got home from work and their response? What do you want us to do about it?  Why would he fill the freon and charge us if he knew it would die?  Screwed again by an a/c company in Phoenix.
