The laundry room washing machine drain became clogged. Cordie was very quick to respond with reasonable quote. He was on-time for the appointment and cleared the problem in the drain pipe. He conducts himself in a professional manner. I highly recommend him and his company.

Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

It's a really good feeling when you get work done on your home that finally solves the problems you've been having! Mike, the owner of Paar Plumbing, is so great, I had to review his company. I was referred to him by my Dad's friend. I had many plumbers over the years come in and sorta fix the problems (we have on our 1950's home).

Mike was the first one who SOLVED the problems. It was messy, it was not super cheap, but it was done CORRECTLY. He even hooked up the Ikea sink which turned out to be a huge hassle for my DIY project. FYI-- those Ikea sinks are Euro plumbing fitted, so you have to pay to get the hookups converted (nothing about that in the catalog)! Oh and they cleaned up things and left a great finish on things like doing the caulking right.

He was also honest about which things were long term issues and which things to not worry about.  He grew up in a plumbing family, he knows his stuff. He also told me he prefers new install stuff the most. I hate to even tell everyone, since it means he will be that much more busy, but I had to share. We even high fived at the end. Okay, that part was kinda yucky! :) Thanks Mike (and your assistant) things are so much better now.

We had a very unfortunate experience with Custom. Paid to have 2 new toilets installed and everything seemed to go pretty well at first. The plumber arrived on time and seemed like a nice guy. The price appeared to be reasonable as well. Fast forward about a year and we find water coming out of our ceiling (toilets installed on second floor). Had a different plumber come out (also from Custom) and he told us that the original plumber not only reused the old rusty bolts from the previous toilets, but that he also only used 1 wax ring when our floor height clearly required 2! He fixed the issue promptly and referred us to a remediation service to deal with the water damage. The next day we contacted the manager (Jerry) at Custom who rudely answered the phone and seemed infuriated that his employee identified their poor workmanship and told us as much. He eventually agreed to cover the costs, but it was an unpleasant encounter to say the least. As of today we are now having water coming out of the ceiling again, this time from the other toilet that Custom installed at the same time. Since we are out of their warranty period I am guessing it will be coming right out of our pocket. All I can say is stay far away!

***UPDATE: We tried to contact the service manager (Jessie) at Custom when the water began leaking but were unable to reach him so we hired a different plumber to fix the issue and start the water and mold (yes, mold!) remediation process. The next day we were able to speak with him and basically were told that it was OUR fault for providing our own toilets that included only 1 wax ring each instead of the needed 2. However, the installing tech never said ANYTHING to us about this and just went along his way with the installation using 1 ring for each toilet. So he either didn't know what he was doing (bad) or did know and purposefully did the installation in a way that was totally wrong (even worse). Since Custom has so far refused to compensate us in any way for the costs (almost $1500) incurred as a result of their careless and shoddy work, we decided to submit a complaint to the BBB. During this process we realized that Custom has an F RATING, something that comes as no surprise to us now. We will also be investigating options for submitting a complaint to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. These guys are shady as it comes. Don't be fooled into allowing them in to your home or business!

Did a great job getting my water softener installed. Stayed as long as needed to get the job done when some surprises came up. Great price for the quote, too.

OWNER WILL NOT TALK TO CLIENTS ACCORDING TO SERVICE MANAGER ABOUT PROBLEMS !!!!!    RUN  WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN !!!!

i was very discouraged with the over priced plumbing that I had done on a rental in Avondale Az. I was charged then I had a time frame scheduled from 10 am to 2 pm for air conditioning check.
They did not show up or call until after 330 pm.
I called back to the office and the secretary stated that the technician had gone out earlier in the day then I told her that she was wrong and she said that yes he did not go out until after 330.
She then said she had emailed me a copy of the air conditioning proposal I looked my email after I got off the phone and she then said that they couldn't send the email until after the $69 service fee had been paid. I told her that I had already given her the credit card number and been charged for the plumbing. She said that they sent it and it was denied.

I then talked with Jason the service manager he said that they had made 'several calls to me.  He then admitted that they had made two calls. He then said that two calls were several to him.

I asked to talk with the owner and he said that the owner Anthony Livermore does not talk with clients.  I asked with question that the owner will not talk with clients and Jason said no he will not.

If the owner will not talk with clients why would any one do business with them?????????
