Rick is a true professional that delivers helpful, excellent service with a smile. He truly goes above and beyond. We are so happy with his services. Besides having his team regularly service our commercial kitchen hoods, Rick personally trained our staff on the proper use of our kitchen equipment and makes sure that he not only does his job, but also makes sure we can do ours if we ever had an emergency. This company gets an A++ and we will continue to give them our business.

I was in desperate need of a reliable septic company who could come out and give me an honest opinion of what was going on with our septic issues, and not just try to pump our tank and collect a quick check. JT came out on a Friday afternoon, evaluated the issues, and got right to work. This was no small task, our entire yard was dug up, leach line was replaced, amongst other major repairs. Tameron's wasn't willing to give up without providing us with a functional seepage pit and drainage. I am so thankful I finally found a reliable company who was willing to work through whatever issues we were having. I highly recommend JT, and Tameron's plumbing and Septic. This is the first time in 5 years I have a fully functional septic tank and seepage pit. Thank you JT for fixing some major issues in our backyard. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

A Big Thank you to Mike Paar of Paar Plumbing.  My main water line had a leak and water was running over the sidewalk and into the street.

Another plumbing company came and gave me some conflicting information that just didn't ring true. Something told me to get another opinion.

Mike answered immediately and said he had two stops and then would be right over.  He temporarily laid a new line so I would have water overnight. he also installed new hardware and shutoff valves.

Mike and his worker came back the next day and buried the line.  He is fast, thorough, and restocks everything he needs every morning. also, his price was fair which I truly appreciate.  Oh yeah, Mike is a really nice guy, too.

You GUYS. Airspeed is THE best. Came right out same day on a Saturday in August and had my A/C up and running within 30 minutes. Tech was super nice and honest and informed me of future possible problems without once trying to up-sell me. Thanks Airspeed! I won't use anyone else!

I had a smoke detector that was going bad and needed to have my smoke detectors updated/replaced. Fire and safety team got the job done wonderfully and at a very affordable price! Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would be a repeat customer. Thank you fire and safety team!

He is NOT 24/7! I called at 3:30 pm on Saturday and never received a return call.  I called him back at 12:50 because the septic had started to overflow in my tubs and toilets.  He said let me give you a call back and 40 minutes later he is not answering his phone  and my septic is still overflowing!!  NOT RELIABLE!  JUST LIKE OTHER REVIEWS!

In 2014 our pool had a leak and AZ Leak Detection was recommended.
Long story short, they came out, found the reason for the leak, it was repaired quickly and effectively.  We were impressed.
In late March 2018 we discovered our pool losing water, so based on our previous experience, we contacted them..............A completely different experience this time.
The kid that showed up seem to blow through the pressure test.  I wasn't sure if he knew what he was doing.  I asked a few questions and really didn't get satisfactory answers.  I asked about why he hadn't done a dye test and was told that the water level was too low, but he sure remembered to ask for the $225 service charge.   I filled the pool and had to call back for them to do the dye test.   This time he brought his mommy with him (supposedly the company owner) wasn't impressed with her either.
Early this month because of a really high water bill I found that the pool's autofill had been continually running.  Still had a leak.  So I called and spoke to a rather snarky girl.  She told me the warranty period had passed and it would be another $225 to come out.  When I protested, she said she'd text the owner and I'd be contacted at the end of the day.  3 days later and no call.
I contacted another company.  A polite and knowledgeable young man came out and actually listened to my problem, took his time.  In short he found 2 areas that caused to pool to loose water.  He took the time and effort to find the cause and recommend a fix.
The young lady who answered the phone was also very pleasant and seemed to have empathy for why I called.  These folks have the customer service that Arizona Leak Detectors do not!
I found that since our first contact with AZLD, the company had been sold to the schnooks that came out in March.  IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME DO NOT CALL ARIZONA LEAK DETECTION!

We had a great experience with Ricardo from Custom Plumbing. He was working next door, came over after job was done, suggested a treatment for a rust problem in our 4 year water heater that two other plumbers had looked at and only suggested purchasing a new one of a different brand.  Three plumbers suggested by the manufacturer did not return our call.  The manufacturer denied we had a problem. Ricardo scheduled us at a time of our choosing.  He came out to do the simple repair but showed us why it would not work.  He then devoted the whole day, got the water heater replaced under warranty, and made sure everything was working.  He was an ultimate professional.

Very timely, professional and helpful.  Good customer service and communication.  My water softener pipes busted while I was out of town.  I returned to find my garage flooded on a Sunday.  I turned off the water main and contacted Top Dollar first thing Monday morning.  I spoke with dispatch and they gave my number to the technician.  I got a call from the technician right away and he was here within 2 hours He not only fixed the problem and cleaned out my bathtub drain too.  All for a great price!  I also had water damage in the garage and he was able to get me with a contractor who came out to assess the situation for a free consult within the hour.  Top Dollar is Top Mitch, I would highly recommend their services

I have had a friendly and nice chat with Jason while he was working the issues of H2O Concepts plumbing and I consider him a company man, and for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with technical skills so that the customer does not have him come back again for something that should have been right the very first time.
His technical skills will leave the customer pleasantly pleased to have him working on your property while doing what he knows best:
Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied. Jason and co worker proved that again by walking away today knowing that this writer and Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning customer both know that Jason will not have to repeat another service call simply because Jason and co worker both did it right the first time.
