Wasn't pleased with the service we received. To begin, I am not a complainer and I am fair in my reviews of good and bad. We hired this company to cut back and thin out 4 of our trees. We were quoted $600. We have had this job done multiple times as we have lived in our home for close to 7 yrs. When the job was complete I went outside and was shocked at the little change made to our trees. They simply cut out branches to bring the tree in, but did not thin the tree out - at all. I was told he does not thin out trees and if I wanted him to, he would charge more. We went back and forth until he decided he would come back and fix the
Trees. When I arrived home, he had thinned one tree, but failed to do the other. He was not thorough in his work, at all. In addition, one of his men left our pool gate hitched open with a rock which was seen on camera and left open and they left my property that way. As a parent of small children, I can not begin to express my outrage. All in all, they did a half hearted job and I would NOT recommend them.

Happy with the tree thinning/trimming service received and price was reasonable and comparable to other quotes received. Everything was cleaned up nicely once work was completed too. Andy was professional and prompt with all communications. The only negative thing may have been the fact they were booked out a couple weeks but considering it was right in the middle of monsoon season it was understandable.

My wife & I just bought a home in Scottsdale and inherited a bunch of mature trees we didn't know anything about so we called up ArborCraft. They sent out Burt who was a pleasure to work with. He educated us on what each tree needed in regards to watering, fertilizing, pruning, etc. - it was really helpful. And they were able to send out a crew the same day to prune some trees that needed immediate attention. We feel so much better knowing we have a trusted arborist that we can contact any time and will definitely be using them moving forward.

Due to the summer heat, one of our trees died. We had to have it removed, and unfortunately one of our gas lines was right next to it. (Picture included on how close the gas line was to the trunk.)

These guys did a great job on removing the tree and trimming the others on our lot. They were quick and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely be using them again.

First I have never met Al, I have never worked or have known of Core Tree services. With that said, Al was super nice and gave me a great tip and free advice about a chinese grapefruit tree. I really thought it needed to be trimmed, but low and behold it is just fine. He very well could have trimmed and charged me for unnecessary work but did not.

Bottom line, If his work is as good as his advice  you have one winner here folks!

Loved that I was able to handle everything remotely for my rental property. Tammy was very helpful and responsive.  The crew that came out to complete the work called ahead of arriving, took care of removing a few large bushes and sent pictures of the completed job. Very satisfied!

I have now used Innovation Tree Care 3 times and I have never even considered using another company. These guys are QUICK. 2 of them finished a full front and back yard weed spray and trimmed and cleaned up TEN palm trees (4 of them super tall ones) and they finished in less than an hour and a half. They have always showed up on time, been very communicative, and have extremely fair prices.

I contacted Misael last minute for some general maintenance and the planting of about about ten plants we purchased. Misael responded to my inquiry within minutes and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. Misael did a great job communicating and they were here on time as scheduled. Once here, we had Misael perform the requested work and it was done extremely well within a reasonable amount of time. The prices Misael charges are fair and overall I was extremely pleased with my experience. I have now scheduled Misael for monthly maintenance. Highly recommend this company.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Called them to grind a stump they said they would be there the next day called and said they had a big job and said they would definitely be there by end of day Friday. They never showed up on Friday and never texted me or called to let me know he had an emergency out of town I don't think this company is too reliable and I would never use them in the future.

Requested a quote through Yelp on the Sunday before Christmas 2018. They immediately replied. We schedule a date after the holidays. They removed our tree and ground the stump 1 foot down. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for tree removal services.

We contacted Gonzalez Tree service and they were extremely responsive and were able to come out the very next day. The prices are reasonable and fair! Don't look any further for your next tree service!

We needed to get 4 palm trees trimmed up. I called Jose based on the reviews here. He had me text him photos of the palms I needed trimmed - he responded quickly with a reasonable quote and indicated he could do the work the same day. We weren't in a rush to have the work done, but grateful to have it done so quickly. he showed up on time and he and his co-worker got right to work. They quickly got the palm trees trimmed then offered to trim 2 over grown mesquites -- gave a reasonable quote so we had them go ahead and trim those as well. They did a fantastic job - cleaned up all the trimmings and hauled them away.  Probably not the cheapest around but the prices seem about the going market rate so not bad. They were thorough, friendly, and did quality work.

Really impressed with this company! Did a great job with our palm tress and very considerate of my time. I only had two palms to trim, and most companies didn't even bother calling me back. Always gave me a heads up about the time they'd be coming, who was coming, and very reasonably priced and knowledgeable about lawn care - happily answered a lot of my questions about more trees that needed trimming, replanting grass seed, etc. Will use them again!

We are very impressed with the professionalism of Hayward Tree Service!  Mr. Hayward gave us a very fair estimate to remove a 40' Saguaro (dying of necrosis), a large Brazilian Pepper tree, 2 dead Queen Palms, and an Acacia Willow.  Our job was quickly scheduled by the wonderful customer service representative Cher.   The removal team arrived on-time and were outstanding.  Manuel and the guys, were courteous, safe, watchful of other landscape elements, and 'boy-howdy' were they efficient.  They cleaned up everything, including our cul-de-sac.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We are new to the AZ area and needed an expert to come out and thin some trees in our yard that had been neglected. Free estimate was provided before hand. Scheduling was easy and appointment time quick (within a week). The trimmers were prompt and cleaned up after the job. We had some questions/concerns and the owner himself came out and answered them. We will be using them again in the springtime and would recommend.

My husband and I had a horrible weed problem in our yard. It was in terrible shape. We were contacted promptly by Alex from Velasco when I inquired about a quote for the job. He came over the same day and gave us a thorough, free consultation. I was impressed by his quick response and the description he gave about exactly what he could do to improve our yard. His quote was very reasonable as well. Today, his team came out and did a wonderful job on clearing the weeds/grass patches in our yard and spraying any stragglers for weed prevention. It looks like a new yard! I was also impressed that they even netted our pool to get rid of the debris from the blower. Excellent customer service! The workers were very polite.
