What an amazing company! I had some extremely overgrown oleander trees in my backyard that were threatening the integrity of my block wall.  After a simple and straight forward consultation with one of the company owners, I was given an honest bid; which was lower than the other competitive I had out. 2 days later,  the crew was out and made quick work of the problem trees.
They did an outstanding job on every aspect,  including to make sure the entire work area was cleaned up prior to their departure.  Thanks for a job extremely well done!! I'll definitely be calling again for any and all future landscaping needs here at my home.

Last week, I decided it was time for our giant ficus tree to be removed and have other trees trimmed. I called several companies to get bids. ArborCraft quickly got me on their schedule for a certified arborist to come look at my trees. I was able to get a bid that came in a bit below other bids I received. I was happy to hire a company that was licensed and insured. ArborCraft came out today and removed my ficus as well as trimmed up my neighbor's ficus tree that was beginning to grow over my roof. The employees were kind, attentive to details and did a great job. I would recommend this company.

After receiving multiple quotes and offers I chose arbor care. The owner was able to provide the best price and back it up with years of exp. They showed up and did an incredible job. They removed a sissoo tree from my yard that was going to eventually turn Into my worse nightmare. They carefully removed the tree, grinded the stump, poured poison, removed roots that were surfacing in my lawn, and cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend!

Core came out to cut down some limbs from a tree in the front yard. They did an amazing job, very quick, and very professional. Very nice guys as well. The price was also the best we found for the job needed. I will only use these guys for future tree needs.

They were beyond Fantastic! I have a HUGE Ficus tree which HAS NEVER  been trimmed like the UNBELIEVABLE JOB they did!  The whole crew was so knowledgeable & professional. I have fruit trees along the sidewalk where they had to take the branches out. Rather than hold them up & carry them out,( which no doubt would have been easier) they dragged them out so as not to knock the fruit off my trees! When they were cleaning up, they cleaned up leaves & debris that was not made by them. The yard & the pool were so clean when they left!  Jessie is so knowledgeable about trees that I would trust him with any recommend he would make regarding my yard!!  To add to this,  their pricing is more than reasonable!! Just TRY them... you definitely won't be sorry!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I have had an open complaint with Moon Valley since June. They refuse to address my concerns. I filed with the BBB and the representative from MV has lied to the BBB that they have been in contact with me and that I signed off on service calls. I was not at home both times a crew was sent out. The second crew was sent out because the sales person was NOT happy with the job when she drove down my street. I contacted 4 individuals within the organization and not one person has contacted me back. My complaint stemmed from the fact that they billed for services not provided. I agreed to pay for what was done..but not what wasn't. Beware..they take your money upfront and proclaim satisfaction guaranteed but if you have issue with work done...it's crickets. Many other nurseries out there that deserve your business over MV.

UPDATE: MV continues to provide false information to the BBB about this dispute. They have stated that I was present with all work and signed off on it. Easily disproven by my employment records. Besides poor customer service, add dishonest to the list. I will say that this may just be dishonesty of the one employee responding on behalf of the company to the BBB, but their actions are determining the companies reputation.

We were looking for a landscape company to trim our two tall queen palm trees as well as general shrub/lawn trimming. Misael replied to our Yelp inquiry and came to our property 24 hours later. He trimmed and cleaned up the front yard very nicely. He trimmed the requested shrubs in our backyard, and then cut and trimmed our lawn. Finally, he shimmied up our Queen Palms ( 40 feet tall), and cleaned up the heads as well as trimming all of the low hanging fronds. He arrived at noon and was finished with all the work at 1:50pm. Prompt, efficient, and a very fair value. We thought about recovering from a 40 foot fall from a palm tree and the value of what we paid became a no brainer. We will be retaining Misael on a monthly basis to maintain our property. He earned the business.

Misael was great! We were overwhelmed by weeds after all the rain and he came to our rescue. Good value, good communication and reliable service. I'm definitely calling him again. Thanks Misael!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Does not reply or return phone calls. Communication is lacking. Better to take business elsewhere.

I love supporting a hardworking family owned local business.  That's what you get with Bassett Tree Service.  I have 3 huge ficus trees that needed some serious trimming/balancing and Joe's crew did a great job.  They were fast, listened to my needs, cleaned my backyard up very nicely and all at a very fair price!  I will use them again and recommend them thank anyone I know.

Great price and great service from beginning to end. Fit us in quickly for 2 tree removals and several trims of large trees. Great job. Highly recommend

I phoned this gentleman for palm tree clean up, sent him pictures at his request and received a timely and reasonable quote. I hired him based in these 5 star reviews. He said he would be here in the afternoon the first day, so I stayed home all day and waited, waited and waited.  He never called or showed up. I finally called him at 6:30. He said he would be here the next day at 3:00, so I took another day off of work. Again, I waited, waited and waited without the courtesy of a phone call or text.  In my opinion, he owes me a days wage.  No respect for my time, therefor I can't see a reason for giving these people any stars, but Yelp says I have to Atleast rate a one star,  and I am a nice and tolerant person.

Great work, but only gave 3 stars because Valentine promised to call us back to set up monthly yard service and we never heard back from him. Left a couple
of messages, but our calls went unanswered.

They provided a quote for a tree stump removal that was anticipated to be a 1-2 hour job. The stump ended up taking all day to remove. But they kept their original quote even though they had to stay longer. Great guys!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I have a 30' ash in my front yard that I have been neglecting for years, and knew it was time to do something about it before the whole thing ended up on my roof. There were many dead spots from previous years late freezes and this recent one (27 deg for three nights straight!) I knew I needed to get the thing looked at.
Sebastian was on time for the estimate and very helpful with what needed to be done. We settled on a feed and crown clean.
After some initial confusion regarding their Yelp Deal, we got the service scheduled.
Trimming day arrived and the crew was early (I like that). Unfortunately, once they got up in the crown of the tree the true damage could be seen. They had to cut most of the crown out (dead and brittle) as well as much of the lower branches. They gave the tree a 70% chance of making it by the time all was said and done.
It looks like a bit of a Charlie Brown Christmas tree right now, but there are signs of life yet. I'm hopeful that in the next couple of years with some proper care we can bring this guy back to its former glory.

Bryan and his team helped me out of an emergency when my original movers went MIA on the day of the move. Not only were they able to help me same day (!) but they were incredibly friendly, organized, and efficient. I called Tree Pros to diagnose a sick Jacaranda tree. As usual, I requested my favorite arborist, Kyle Thoma. I had come to trust him when treating some sick Queen Palms. Within minutes of showing up, Kyle identified the problem and solution. I appreciate that kind of experience. Kyle is personable and knows his trees. It is refreshing to find someone so competent.
