I was working on a timeline due to other house projects and I called Roy's Trees. What an amazing experience! They were responsive, fair, easy to schedule, and they did an exceptional job. This will be my go to tree service.

Price quote was exact, they showed up on time and did a wonderful job! They answered all our questions and kept us informed. My trees look healthy and ready for spring. I'm very satisfied with this company. A

ArborCraft trimmed a very large pecan tree in my backyard and did an excellent job. They avoided dropping limbs on my new pool fence and they cleaned everything up afterwards better than they found it. All the guys were super nice. Their price was the best I found in the Valley as well.

If I could give this company Arbor Care tree service a 10 + I would.

I called and sent the pictures of my tree that needed to be removed and another tree that needed trimming and I heard back right away.

I had a situation with the original tree that was compromising the structure of my block fence and Arbor Care sent their best crew out that took care of the removal and in one hour. They were here and gone and cleaned up.

Their lead was faced with some unhappy individuals (who know more than an arborist) that did not want the tree to go, but let me tell you, the lead Terry (apologize if I got the name wrong) was hands down VERY PROFESSIONAL during this time and directed them to me.

And kept on with the job I hired them to do. I appericiate the professionalism, customer service and kindness that was on display today.

Before and after pictures and when I say you can't tell there was a huge tree that's all Arbor Care!!! These folks are 100% legit and if I had more stars to give I would.

Our 25-year-old Chinese Elms had grown taller than our two-story house and the past monsoons had taken out two fairlly large branches.  It was time to do something.  
One of our neighbors had recently had three trees tirmmed and the company that did the job cut all three trees back to just the trunk and some stubs.  I didn't call that company.  
Another neighbor across the street had his tree trimmed a few months ago.   While we talked in his front yard I got to watch the crew trimming his tree.  They did a great job.  I called them.
That company was  Core Tree Service.
The responce to my request for an estimate was very fast.
All text messages from me after that about scheduling a date, and a time, were answered proptly.
On the day they were to arrive between 8 and 9 AM they were just a few minutes late.  If I had checked my  phone I would have seen the text telling me they were going to be a few minutes late due to a flat tire.
They did a great job and were open to my suggestions and requests while they were working on my trees.  They even honored my request to cut up some of the larger branches so I could use them for my backyard fireplace. All of the larger branches were cut into about 12-inch-long pieces and they stacked them along the backyard wall at the side of my house!
Then they finished by blowing off all debris from the front yard.
I could not have asked for better or more from a company.

Jesse and his crew did an amazing job cutting down my tree. I contacted several places and they all gave me high quotes and estimated a two day job. Jesse quoted me a very good price that shocked me. He and his crew finished the job within hours. My neighbors till this day compliment how quick his services were. Him and his crew were really friendly and if I ever need tree services, I wouldn't hesitate to give him a call.

I showed up at this location a little skeptical and wasn't sure exactly even what I was looking for all I knew is I was looking for some form of privacy block. Tom stopped me and asked if I needed help we explained what we were looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. Tom gave me a large option of different plants shrubs and trees that were low maintenance that would get the job done. I made an appointment with Tom who even came by my house to take a look at what I had going on. We locked down the best option for my application and got them installed. Start to finish it was a seamless operation, I would recommend Tom and this location hands down.

Azael and Innovation is a great company. He is super responsive. I would recommend for tree trimming. He did a great job on a massive tree and cleaned up really nicely. Got me in very fast too!

Our Palo Verde Tree fell during the storm. Misael arrived at my house shortly after I contacted him for an emergency tree removal. He had the tree taken care of within an hour.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Of the three companies we called for an estimate, AZ Desert Tree Care was by far the most responsive, professional, and courteous. From the very start, Julie replied to my inquiry by text, phone and email which gave me the option on how best I'd like to correspond. Edward arrived when scheduled, was knowledgeable and provided a fair estimate. We had two dead queen palms removed, an olive tree and a large ficus tree trimmed. The crew was efficient and thorough in their work. Highly recommend!

Joe and his workers are AWESOME! Highly communicative, quick and efficient, and very professional from beginning to end. I did a lot of research into other arborists, and Bassett Tree Service was my top choice- and I was not disappointed! I am SO impressed with this company, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional tree service specialist.

Not only did the team show up early to when they said they'd arrive, but they did an exception job at an extremely affordable rate and was very quick to finish (they cleaned up so well afterwards you couldn't tell that they were there). Will certainly use these guys for future tree trimming needs!

Wow the job isn't even finished and I'm already posting a 5 star review. First their bid was half of the 2 other companies I contacted. Echoing prior posts Jose gave me a quote in the morning 2 hours later they started the job. A job which other companies told me would take all day (in order to justify their outrageous quotes) Jose and his crew will finish in about 3 hours. I had 2 trees removed ,way to close to my house, both removed with great care and no damage. As I type they're cleaning up every last scrap. Save your self aggravation and call Jose first.

Valentin came out to quote us for sprinkler repair and after having another company quote an alarmingly high amount their quote was reasonable and we signed for the job on the spot. They scheduled soon thereafter and delivered as promised. We discovered additional work which needed to be done and they completed that for us the following week. I have since referred them to my brother and a coworker. Great doing business with them!! Honest reliable and the owner operates with great integrity.

A crew of nine tree pros descended on my home and tackled two very tall Australian bottle trees that should've been trimmed five years ago. The trees now look great and they cleaned up all the debris. The owner, Jon, was attentive and thorough, and his price was fair. Several of the crew were certified tree specialists and the owner had multiple certifications and professional association credentials.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I was impressed with Sebastian's thorough walk through to give me an estimate. He took the time to look at the health and condition of the trees. That was the main reason I went with Hayward. If someone is going to be concerned about my trees health like they would their own, I'm sold! The quote was less than expected as well.

The crew was friendly, hard working and fast. They made sure I was satisfied with the look of the trees before cleaning up. The trees were perfectly trimmed and all the deadwood was cleaned out. They even helped me collect some fallen citrus fruit! When finished, my yard looked better than before they came! Again they were extremely fast and efficient.

I also had a fertilization treatment the day before the trees were trimmed. The man who came was extremely nice and quick.

Hayward employees are really respectful and do a great job. I recommend them and I will hire them again when needed. Thanks!

Velasco guys came on time and worked all day clearing out high weeds on our  property.
We live on a acre lot, so it was a lot of ground. They hauled everything away, and they were
nice guys too!

The good.  Robert, their arborist has always been good to deal with and seems to know his stuff and communicates well to the crew on what needs to be done.  That part is executed well.  The bad is that they are overly aggressive in trying to get back in to trim trees, etc.  This is a $1,100 to $1,300 job.  Mark your calendar please as we will not be doing more than every 10-12 months.  When my spouse reached back out to them, it took them a week or so to get back to her.  They need to tighten up communication a bit.
