I would hire them again because they did a great job. Fast friendly & reasonably priced.

We are so happy we found this company! They are efficient, professional, thoughtful and do a great job at clean up.  We have used them two years in a row and will continue to call Veteran Family Tree Service to trim our giant palms! They kept the dates out of our pool and we really appreciate that!  The crew works well together and make this a pleasant experience. You can't find a better tree trimming company!

Very friendly and responded fast to my questions.

However, they are way to expensive!! $450 to trim one palm tree is beyond excessive. If you don't have the time or the man power to do a job don't high ball me on the price. Just say you don't have time and stop wasting mine.

Arbor took down two big mesquites on my property and did a great job! They ground the stumps and cleaned up really well after their job was done. They are professional and fairly priced, I'd recommend them if you need to get some trees removed.

I had 6 estimates to remove my tree that was blown down as a result of a Micro-burst that hit the Surprise area on 8/4/2018. Core responded and gave me an estimate of $2,000, which didn't include removing the stump. When I advised the person that I had another bid of $750, which included removing the stump. The person laughed and mocked that offer, and, said he estimated 2 days to remove the tree. I'm retired Law Enforcement and am aware that there are companies who will take advantage of people who need help because of an unforeseen event. Core Tree Service is an example of a company who chooses to gouge people, especially in an emergency. The company that gave me the $750 bid, Jonzy Landscaping, removed the tree and stump in 5 hours, which included their lunch break. I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking of using Core to get other estimates first. I would definitely NOT recommend Core

Great Service.   I used a popular local referral network to find a tree removal service.   I use this service a lot and its great.  The company they recommended couldn't come to look at my trees till after Christmas.   So I went to Yelp.  Found  Next Level.  Called them on a Wednesday,  they came and looked at on Thursday and gave me an estimate on Friday.   It was a more than fair price and I accepted.   They came the following Monday and completed the job. Jesse and Tanya are great they educated me a bit on my trees while they were here.   Would recommend them and definitely will use them in the future.

We had a large mesquite tree in our front yard that required so much maintenance and left so much mess in our yard that we decided to remove it.

They provided a prompt accurate estimate, detailing exactly what that price included. Their price was also very competitive compared to others we got quotes from.

Turned up on time, and had the tree removed within a matter of hours, including grinding the stump, cleaning and clearing the yard.

After a cactus died (which my HOA wasn't thrilled about) I reached out to several landscaping companies for help.  

I knew it would be a challenging request because I needed the dead cactus cut down within a few days (to avoid a delightful HOA fine) and because I was out of town during this time.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Third year in a row I have used this service. Super reasonable prices, excellent job on the trees (trimmed several palms and a Palo Verde), and they cleaned up everything when they were done.

We needed some last minute emergency tree trimming (who knew that was even a thing?) and Jose was able to come out to give us a quote and perform the work the same day! He was so great and his prices were so reasonable that we ended up having him do twice as much work as we had originally planned!
He and his team trimmed our lemon and palm trees as planned, then removed two dead trees we had as eyesores in the yard and gave some much needed pruning and TLC to our VERY overgrown olive tree! On top of all of that, they hauled away every last twig and leaf!
I've been recommending them to anyone who will listen, and would definitely use them again! I also love that he communicates via text (a big bonus for me since I hate talking on the phone)

Owner replied in a timely manner with a reasonable quote ready because I texted a photo of the palm tree I needed him to trim. Great turnaround; he & his crew did an exceptional job! I'm very happy with the quality of work and would highly recommend his services to anyone in need. A huge plus was that I was able to pay him via Venmo because I couldn't be there and he sent me photos of the finished job.

We're always extremely happy how beautiful our entire yard looks thanks to their fantastic work! They fertilized our grass last week and it's gotten greener by the day. Of course our bushes, tree trimming etc. are all healthy too! They adjust our sprinkler system as needed, also.
I highly recommend them, after all, we've continued using their service for about 2 years!

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

Look no further than Hayward Tree Service.  All of the people from answering the phones, coming to give us an estimate and the crew taking down our trees were exceptional.
Miguel and his team removed 2 large palm trees and stumps grounded down.  They were very professional and caring.
