Communication was great! A+ We needed a palm tree removed so we can extend the driveway. They gave us a quote using photos we sent over and were able to start the next week. Jacob was professional and prompt, he checked in with us twice to make sure we were happy with the progress. They even noticed Bulk item trucks in the area and gave us a discount for letting them stack the debris neatly on the sidewalk for city collection. Easy for us, easy for them, good offer! I would

UPDATE: 1 month later : Owner, stopped by/cleaned up tree roots after we removed tons of rock,found bit left! He SERIOUSLY went above beyond to make us happy (tree originally removed month ago). A++

The owner Andy is honest, courteous, professional and gives very good pricing. His company is hard working up in the trees and down on the ground. They do the job thorough and right the first time. They are very quick to come out and get the job done. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone who needs trees attended to.

I was completely pleased from start to finish in working with Arbor Care. I called and someone was available to come out to give me an estimate within 3 days. The appointment was made and a Certified Arborist, Clayton, arrived on time and it was very clear he knew exactly what he was talking about. He and I spent about 90 minutes going through my yard and when he left, I was certain I would have Arbor Care do the work. I felt so good about Arbor Care that I cancelled another appointment I had the next week with another tree service. Clayton thoughtfully wrote up what each tree needed and was right on target with the cost involved. When the day came for the work, Samuel and his crew arrived right on schedule and again, Samuel walked the yard with me and we talked about everything that they were going to do. It was clear he was very professional and knew exactly what was going on. I was in awe watching the crew climb up into my big Mesquite trees as they trimmed the branches. There were no accidents, no plants were harmed and when I returned home after they had left, it looked as though they had vacuumed the yard! Very clean and all the trees looked artistically done and just beautiful. I had 12 trees trimmed and each one looks thoughtfully trimmed. Before the work was done, my yard looked like a jungle :( Now it looks like paradise! :) In addition, Gary in the office was very easy to work with and made the transaction super smooth. I helped my father who is 88 years old , find a tree service , we had a couple of other companies  give us quotes .We decided to go with core and Bernardo because of the review I read  on yelp . We had 2 huge shoe string acacias in the backyard that needed to be removed, and two huge mesquites in the front that needed to be trimmed , extremely .The price they quoted us was very reasonable compared to the other quotes we got. Bernardo and his crew were very professional and worked together impressively . They all seemed to know just what to do , very organized .They seemed to work very safe also . My dad and myself were very pleased with the job they did and would recommend them to anybody who needs a tree service.Thanks a lot Bernardo!!

Azael and Innovation is a great company. He is super responsive. I would recommend for tree trimming. He did a great job on a massive tree and cleaned up really nicely. Got me in very fast too!

The team did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.  They are a small service so they don't use stump grinders or chippers (at least not yet) but you'll pay much, much more with a bigger company.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Arborist with a conscientious crew. Knowledgeable about tree care and can remove a tree + stump leaving no trace. Contractors with this level of enthusiasm and follow-thru are difficult to come by. (In this relationship, the customer has been more challenging to schedule than the work crew!)

Met Edward and AZ Desert Tree Care through a friend a couple of years ago and have used them for multiple properties since.

Quick Servie, Joe and his team are fast and friendly, great clean up and is priced way cheaper than everyone else.

Excellent communication.  I needed to fan palms trimmed and a diagnosis of my tree in the front yard.  Stephen showed up promptly, worked diligently and have my trees looking excellent, all for a reasonable cost.  Will use him annually to maintain my palms.

I called Gonzalez Tree Trimming and left a message, but I also text him per his request on his message. We communicated back and forth via text message, I sent him a picture he gave me a very reasonable price and showed up first thing the next morning to trim my palm tree.
I'm glad I googled searched for a palm tree trimmer finding a good dependable one with good Yelp reviews.
Originally I had inquired on Home Advisor, most was unreasonably high priced the one I had chosen never showed up. I called him twice both times he said he would be here in 20 minutes, never showed up.
So far to date Home Advisor is 0-3 for having responsible contractors on 3 projects I've inquired with them on.

Due to my desert landscape I only really need them twice a year for big cleanups. They do a great job every time! (Very reasonably priced and excellent customer care).

Fabulous!  Jon, the owner of this business, is knowledgeable, in fact, expert in the tree business. His kindness and integrity are evident as soon as you spend a few minutes with him.  Jon has provided service to us in the past, giving skilled care for our trees at a fair price.

That's why I called him when I moved to a new property.  Jon's crew, Dillon and Zack, came on the day of our appointment at the scheduled time.  They went to work, and the results exceeded my expectations.  The bonus was that these young men were friendly, skilled, professional, and a lot of fun!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I got an estimate from Hayward after 2 other companies gave their bid - Hayward was by far the cheapest. Removed a 25 year old pine tree that was dead in 1.5 hours. Ground stump but did not go deep enough, however and had to finish myself. Owner did estimate & the work - crew of 4 worked efficiently & took care. 3 of my neighbors came to get a bid while he was working. Highly recommend using Hayward.

I received an unsolicited text message from Tree Pros advertising their services and requesting I contact them for more information and to set up a a time to get an estimate for any requested work.  I have never contacted Tree Pros in the past or have they ever performed services for me previously.  I texted Tree Pros back after checking recent reviews on Yelp that were less than positive regarding their customer service and their professionalism, to inform them that due to Yelp reviews, I would encourage them to address those areas of complaint before I would consider hiring them for work.  They responded that they had a 3.5 star rating with Yelp and appeared to be quite happy with mediocrity.
