This is the only tree service to use.  I have a number of trees on my property that require trimming and recently needed a tree removal thanks to the monsoon.  Roy was responsive, provided great communication and did the work for a fair price.  His crews came on time and efficiently completed the job.  Best of all, Roy proved to be a trustworthy business owner that comes through as promised - even if unexpected circumstances spoil the original plan.  Roy's Trees provided a better experience than all other prior services I've used and will be my go-to tree service going forward.

Once again, fantastic customer service, promptly came out as scheduled and did a great job removing a tree in my front yard.  Very easy to deal with whether it be in the front office or at my home.  I will always recommend ArborCraft to my friends and family that are looking for someone to do this kind of work for them and will continue using them myself if the situation presents itself again down the road!

I cannot say enough about Arbor Care.  They are truly amazing.  We bought a house last fall that had several dead trees that needed to be removed and several large trees that were in need of some TLC.  I had 5 different companies come on site to price the job.  Not only did Arbor Care come in with one of the best prices, their knowledge alone, willingness to share it and customer services were what sold us. Burt is awesome!  He spent a good amount of time walking through each tree and why it should be removed, what he recommended and how to care for the ones we were going to keep.
 
We had 5 large tress removed from our property, from a jacaranda, to an oak and two ash trees; they also pruned and shaped a few trees on the property.  The day they came out for removal they made sure there was a certified arborist onsite throughout the entire job.  Jacob was wonderful and walked our property with me and pointed out things I need to look out for, recommendations for replacement trees based on what I would like, and nursery
recommendations.  

From start to finish they were extremely professional, and delivered what they promised with excellent customer service.   I ended up recommending them to family who has since also had them out to do tree service at their homes.  We just recently had them come back to fertilize two large ash trees and prune and shape up our lemon tree.  We will absolutely be using them for all our tree care needs.

JR and his crew did a stellar job for us. They had our 60 foot tree off my property, chopped into pieces, chipped and hauled away in just about 60 minutes. They didn't show up on time; they showed up EARLY! Very reasonably priced, very friendly and very fun to watch. Highly recommend this team.

Timely, responsive and great work! Can't be more pleased with the work done. Highly recommend. Eric was the lead person who managed our cleanup. Everyone was courteous and they got right to work and finished in one day. The following day we had a crew come for stump removal and I'm sorry I didn't get anyones name but they were again courteous, prompt and did great work. Both crews made sure the yard was cleaned up and looking great!

Misael did a great job trimming my 2 olive trees and 1 palm tree. He was quick to respond and able to do the job within a couple days! Misael provided amazing value as well compared to the other much higher quotes I got for the same job. I will definitely be using him in the future for all my tree care needs!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Third year in a row I have used this service. Super reasonable prices, excellent job on the trees (trimmed several palms and a Palo Verde), and they cleaned up everything when they were done.

Oh, and they're speedy, too. Trimmed four trees and start to finish was less than an hour.

We used Murphy's Trees to remove two tall palm trees which were leaning over our house. They did a terrific job removing them and cleaning up afterwards.  We highly recommend using them.

Easy working through the quote process and was able to get them onsite within a few days to trim back a large carrob tree. They did a good job and cleaned up after, would recommend to others.

Terrible customer service. Quoted a price and quarter of the way through the job, I'm told they need more $ or they will have to pass. I said, we agreed to a certain amount, so they walked away, left the mess they had started all over the property.  I'm VERY surprised by these good reviews!

Valentin and his crew did a great job with removing one of my silk oak trees. Very respectful of my property and their communication was excellent.

We called Jon to see about getting 7 big trees trimmed and to remove one that was right up next to our house.  He responded quickly, got us a quote within 24 hours and we were on the schedule within a short amount of time. Now my trees look fantastic!  These guys know what they're doing, they're not just hacking at branches, they actually make them look good.  Even more impressive though, the crew that came out was the most professional group of guys I've ever hired.  They came to the door and introduced themselves so I'd know they were there.  They got right to work and worked steadily all day long.  They cleaned up everything, including some big branches my husband had left in the yard previously.  Nothing was left undone, no trash was left anywhere, my yard looked better after they got done than when they started.  They even closed the gates behind themselves so I could let my dogs out.  Just an all around wonderful experience with this company.  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

After the frustration of the no show for an estimate, Hayward did come and give us a quote and ultimately won our confidence with their knowledge of trees and fair price.  They did a good job and I would use them again.

text after hours ,response was quick , got a call and was asked for info and pic , I sent them got a quote, receive great fast and most of all no hidden charges , what he told was what was done  I highly recommend ,also he was one of the few to proceed without a lot of hassle , others wanted me to fill info and paperwork  for a simple one item move

I have utilized Velasco's yard service for several years. They do an exceptional job maintaining our landscaping. They promptly fix any issues with the irrigation system. Very friendly and courteous. Alex and his crew provide excellent customer service.
