I was working on a timeline due to other house projects and I called Roy's Trees. What an amazing experience! They were responsive, fair, easy to schedule, and they did an exceptional job. This will be my go to tree service.

This was a top notch experience! Received an estimate very quickly, Andy showed up to do the job right on time and did a beautiful job of cutting back and shaping our out of control grapefruit tree. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Prompt service, great response time and they were able to give me a quote by me sending them pictures, which was very convenient. They did a great job removing a large tree from our backyard, and you cannot even tell it was there, looks great! Very fair prices as well!

In preparation for this year's monsoon season, which has thus far been more of a 'nonsoon', I made several calls to multiple tree trimming outfits, trying to find someone to get a couple of large trees pruned back to the property line. You'd think this would be an easy thing to accomplish, but I found it incredibly difficult to get someone to take my money.

To provide but a sampling, here are the ones I can recall from memory: Hayward Tree services couldn't even set an appointment, insisting on taking a message and calling me back, Radley's never answered their phone or responded to multiple voicemails, Harris and Sons did a drive-by and never got out of the car before giving an exorbitant estimate, Terry's Tree Service never picked up their phone or responded to voicemails, Mike Macchiaroli was backed up for over two months and Tidy Tree Trimming told me they basically don't trim residential trees anymore. You can't make this shit up folks.

So, imagine my delight when JR at Core Tree Service actually picked up the phone, was able to come out the same day for an estimate, and return a few days later to do all the work I needed! Never in a million years would I have thought it would be this difficult to get someone to trim a couple of trees. Prices were fair and there was no attempt to up-sell or anything else. Another thing I liked was that JR came out personally with his crew and made sure everything we discussed during the estimate was taken care of. I appreciated that very much, because miscommunication with a job like this can have lasting consequences, especially on mature trees.

JR and his crew were prompt, worked quickly and took care of everything I needed. I would definitely call them again, because unlike so many of the others, JR and his crew actually wanted and appreciated my business.

Quick and Affordable. Sent Jessie a request and other companies for a quote. He responden quickly and beat everyone else with his prices. Booked them, they came did a great job on cutting down a tree, removing a stump and trimming two over grown trees. They cleaned up best part he informed us about what type of tree we took down and how it's very difficult to kill and gave us great advice on what kind of product to use if we see and sprouts. Thank you!!

Misael tree service was not only fast & responsive they also did an amazing job cleaning up the yard at our first house & Maintence service at our 2nd house. Their pricing is extremely fair compared to other in the area. We will be using them moving forward for all our houses. They are the best in the valley

We had been neglecting our yard since the monsoon season ended and there was some serious weeds and overgrowth, not to mention dead palm leaves everywhere from our two trees. The owner responded within 20 minutes with a very fair rate. We scheduled a morning and he arrived right on time. They were efficient and professional. Misael included the tree trimming for our two giant palms in the price and they look great! He definitely has our business for monthly maintenance!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Ed and his team did an amazing job with removing the overgrown branches of my neighbors tree over my pool as well as grind the stump of an 80 ft pine tree we had removed.  He also removed a branch from the neighbors tree that was hanging over my flat roof garage.  As his team was working, multiple neighbors came out and hired them to do work on there trees as well.  I couldn't be more pleased and will use them in the future and recommend them highly!

First time we utilized Bassett Tree Service was in May 2020 to remove a tree that was spewing crap into our pool. We also had his crew trim all the other trees. Joe is very responsive via text and will give quotes by text once you send the necessary photos for his review. His prices are fair and reasonable.

In June 2021, we utilized Bassett Tree Service again for additional tree removal due to more spewing of crap into our pool.  We also had Joe's crew plant additional trees. Joe and his crew were professional, friendly and fast. They also cleaned up all the left over debris. Super pleased with Bassett Tree Service! Of course, we would not hesitate to use them again.

Professional, fast and a great price. Drew even pulled out an old stump on the property for no extra charge. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely use them for any tree work I need in the future.

We needed to get 4 palm trees trimmed up. I called Jose based on the reviews here. He had me text him photos of the palms I needed trimmed - he responded quickly with a reasonable quote and indicated he could do the work the same day. We weren't in a rush to have the work done, but grateful to have it done so quickly. he showed up on time and he and his co-worker got right to work. They quickly got the palm trees trimmed then offered to trim 2 over grown mesquites -- gave a reasonable quote so we had them go ahead and trim those as well. They did a fantastic job - cleaned up all the trimmings and hauled them away.  Probably not the cheapest around but the prices seem about the going market rate so not bad. They were thorough, friendly, and did quality work.

This is our second year in a row using Valentin and his company to trim our palm trees. They are communicative, respectful and efficient. The day before they arrived to trim our trees, Valentin called to confirm their early morning arrival. I mentioned they may wake our sleeping baby. Unbeknownst to me, he heard that and instructed his crew to not use power saws. They spend more time and energy doing the work to accomodate a passing remark, not even a request. They're my guys for the foreseeable future.

Thanks to the winds my willow decided to land on my house tonight. I called John from All American Arborist and his crew came out to my house within a half hour after I got off the phone with him.

John made sure that his crew wore their safety gear at all time and that none of my plants were damaged while taking down my tree.  It was worth the extra money to have them come out tonight.  Thanks John I look forward to see what kind of trees you have to replace the one that was cut down.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

These guys did an OUTSTANDING job today.  We had 2 insanely huge and out-of-control Sissous in our backyard and they showed up on time and completed the job they quoted.  They really did above and beyond.  We are very happy with the way our trees were trimmed: they climbed up even the tallest branch (50ft?) and pruned and corrected the growth of these trees.  We really hadn't expected that level of thoroughness and were quite impressed.  They also did a great job on clean-up.. if you know Sissous, they are a total PITA when it comes to leaves.. they cleaned all the mess on their way out.  I highly recommend them for your serious tree pruning jobs.!

I requested help moving through the Yelp app. Bryan was one of the first to respond. His price was a little high but I agreed. They were to unload our U-Box and put it on their trailer and drive a couple miles unload the trailer and move everything into the 2nd floor apartment. They were fast and efficient and also unloaded our SUV into the apartment. It was an extremely hot day and took them about an hour from start to finish. We had mainly boxes, 3 mattresses and box springs. I would most definitely call on Bryan and his crew again. Thank you so much again for all your help.

Thr arborist Paul that was assigned to give me a quote calls on Easter during dinner and wants to come over on Easter Monday. I told him my faith celebrates Easter and Easter Monday and to call back on Tuesday after the season is over. While speaking with him he was very snarky making a comment he's been to my place hundreds of times. If ge's been here hundreds if times, why does he need to come over to give me a quote? Normally after a couple times, I'm able to remember the beautiful trees I see. He never called back and Amanda who runs  the Customer Service Relations for the company tells me the quote would be taken care of. Nada a week later. I've moved on.
