Roy and his team were excellent from start to finish. I contacted 3 different arborists for quotes to take down a towering pine tree in my front yard, and Roy's promptness AND price beat the others by a serious landslide.

Roy and his team showed up exactly when he said they would (down to the minute) and worked diligently throughout the day to take the behemoth down. They cleaned up the area so well that you can't even tell there was ever a tree there to begin with.

Andy and Steve and their crew did an AMAZING job cutting down our huge Mesquite and Palo Verde trees!!  It was fascinating watching them work and they made a very dangerous job look easy!  They were so thorough, thoughtful and respectful!  We are so happy we found Veteran Family Tree Service!!!

It was an excellent experience.  From Patricia, who answered the phone and did scheduling to Anthony, the Arborist, to the crew that came and trimmed, pruned and cleaned up after the 5 trees that we had done, it was all terrific.  (We will have them back to prune & shape the citrus in Jan/Feb when it's appropriate to do so).  
ArborCraft Tree Service came out to examine the trees the day after I called for an appointment and they finished the job 5 days after our initial contact!!!
And, they charged 1/3 the cost of their competitors.

UPDATE TO A 1-STAR REVIEW (11/24/17):  Jerry (the owner) and Burt (the certified arborist) showed me what truly professional customer service can be and reversed my opinion of the company completely.

The day after I had the bad experience with Arbor Care's guy (Jason I think his name was) not showing up and writing me a nasty email in response to my review, I heard from Jerry, the owner of Arbor Care. He was conciliatory, obviously embarrassed at the behavior of his employee, and he let me know that Jason was not with the company any longer. He then went on to emphasize that my experience was not the norm but, rather, an anomaly and he asked to be able to make it right. This morning, Burt showed up at my house about 2 minutes early for my appointment range between 7-9 am (how refreshing!) and won me over in the first 5 minutes. He apologized and explained what had happened but didn't make excuses.

Burt spent about 45 minutes with me and my elderly citrus tree, explaining what needed to be done at some point down the road. I was expecting to be told that it needed this and that and that now and it would cost several hundred dollars. None of that happened. Burt gave me a lot of excellent advice, offered to send a crew over to do minor pruning and fertilizing now (at no charge to make up for their SNAFU), and then return in the Spring to do a more major trimming and pruning for their normal fee. Burt, a Desert Storm vet, was full of excellent information. He's well-spoken and struck me as a genuinely good guy. Even my rescued Sheltie Rose who is always terrified of strangers took to Burt immediately which she never does.

So, from a 1-star to a 5-star -- and it just took Arbor Care's dedication to good customer service to get there. I highly recommend the company and, in particular, Burt.

I would use core tree service any day! Nice guys, on time, quick, and clean. Their quote was right on and very fair.

Just bought seven trees. Wes and Eric were great and treated us respectfully. They took their time helping us and answered all of our questions. We will definitely come the next time we need more landscaping.

At first he appears to be very nice and willing to complete the work but then became polar opposite, unresponsive and indifferent to the work. Leaves yard rubbish behind. Lacks clean and detailed service. Several occasions I had to remind him to please take the garden waste they had left from last time they were here. Gave him time (6 months) for the opportunity to show value to his services but continuously fell short from. I told him I would pay extra, but that we just wanted nice detailed work. They would not rake the pebbled yard.

Everybody at AZ Desert Tree Care loves their job, we've had them out to our property twice and they have always done a really good job; timely, efficient, and very professional.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This company did a horrible job on our trees! The owner came out and said he would be here while the work was done, that didn't happen. They over trimmed half and then once I said something barely trimmed the rest. You would think for the $1500.00 we spent that they would know what they are doing and do it right. Beware, do your research!

First time we utilized Bassett Tree Service was in May 2020 to remove a tree that was spewing crap into our pool. We also had his crew trim all the other trees. Joe is very responsive via text and will give quotes by text once you send the necessary photos for his review. His prices are fair and reasonable.

In June 2021, we utilized Bassett Tree Service again for additional tree removal due to more spewing of crap into our pool.  We also had Joe's crew plant additional trees. Joe and his crew were professional, friendly and fast. They also cleaned up all the left over debris. Super pleased with Bassett Tree Service! Of course, we would not hesitate to use them again.

Great price and great service from beginning to end. Fit us in quickly for 2 tree removals and several trims of large trees. Great job. Highly recommend

Job well done on one Mexican fan palm and easy quote via text with a pic. They were able to schedule service for the next day.  Jose even asked exactly how many fronds I wanted left at the top. Great work on the clean up and will definitely use again. I just wish they could do a printed invoice but they were at least able to provide handwritten one for the landlord.

Valentin and his crew are great! They are very reasonably priced, timely, and do excellent work and clean up. I really did my research before selecting a company to trim/remove some palms in my new house. I'm so happy I went with Valle Verde. I've had them out to the house twice since then, to help repair some sprinklers/ bubblers and to remove and trim bushes. Valentin even took the time to advise me on how to get my grass to grow in, how to use my mower, and was patient while I took notes while he was explaining my sprinkler system to me!! Who else would do that?

Hayward Tree service did an excellent job. The big silver oak tree in our back yard was very tall and had dead branches at the top that needed to come down before monsoon season.  There are power lines in the alley that made it inaccessible and the front yard was pretty deep for a crane to get close.
They managed to trim the tree branches.  Very large and thick heavy limbs were taken off. Our tree was on the property line with a clock wall and no damage was done at all. My neighbor is also happy with the job.
I had called 4 companies for quotes...two others looked at the job and did not want it...one never got back to me. Hayward gave me the confidence to go with them. They also cut back a messy orchid tree on property line 4 feet back from wall.  All in all a job well done.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We can only give them one star...at least they called us back at 6 PM the night before they were supposed to trim our tree to CANCEL and didn't just NOT SHOW UP.....LOL

We won't be using them.....who knows if they would show up if we rescheduled or cancel again? Next......

I won't recommend this moving service because Bryan made way with my tenants money he is a low life scammer you'll should watch out fit him he lets you make payment then don't deliver with agreement .

Needed to have a large pine tree removed. I watchd them for a while and they knew exactly what they were doing! Real pros. Highly recommend!!!
