Very responsive, skilled, efficient and ultimately did what they said they would do.  Definitely will hire them again.

We recently had Veteran Family Tree Service trim a large Jacaranda tree in our front yard. It is about 50+ years old and 25 feet tall, and was in desperate need of a trimming (hadn't been trimmed in about 4 yrs).

Their quote was the lowest I received (which ranged from $400-$600). They were very professional, showed up when they said they would, did an excellent job, and charged me exactly what they quoted. Our tree looks like a tree again(instead of an overgrown bush)! I would definitely recommend these guys if you have trees that need some attention.

After my first review the owner, Clayton, got in touch and offered to send his crew back out to balance out the trees and clean them up.  They came over and did a good job.  Clayton is all about achieving full customer satisfaction and I do not doubt he will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.  The only reason I did not go with 5 stars is because they had to come back out but this company will take good care of you.

I reached out through yelp messages and obtained a quote. I was told I would be contacted by that Friday, but they didn't call me back until the week after. The appointment was scheduled with Gary to take place on a Friday. Friday arrived and I received a call that morning asking me to remind them which tree I wanted removed. That made me nervous.

They showed up on time and completed the service as requested. Asked for the top to be trimmed down more, but it was not trimmed very much. The tree removal looked like the tree was never there. It looks great.

I never got a phone call or the pictures they agreed to send to me. I had to call and request them. There was a one foot oil stain left on my driveway by some of their equipment. Gary denied responsibility when I asked him about it. I have before photos showing no oil stain. Anyways the price was pretty darn good and the tree removal looks awesome. The tree I had trimmed wasn't trimmed enough. Couple days later I had to call and ask for the invoice. They then sent it to me. If you can deal with potential issues noted above then they can be a good deal. I'm just disappointed they did not take responsibility for the oil stain....

4/9 update- updated review from 3 stars to 4 stars after owner Jerry reached out to me to try and rectify the situation. He was apologetic for what happened. I appreciate his concern and solutions.

We had a Palo Verde tree crack 3 limbs in a wind storm recently leaving tree branches in the street.  I called a number of places and nobody but Core Tree Service would respond to the emergency the next day.  They came out the next day, wrote a quote for a cleanup only option and tree removal option.  They did the cleanup immediately and came back at a more convenient time for the full tree removal.  They were fast, fair priced, and communicated all options clearly.  Highly recommended and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

These guys are good - used them to trim up two medium sized trees in my front yard.  Very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and follow up questions.  The trees look good and the crew cleaned up the mess.  I would use NEXT LEVEL TREE SERVICE again.  Thanks!

We had a large mesquite tree in our front yard that required so much maintenance and left so much mess in our yard that we decided to remove it.

They provided a prompt accurate estimate, detailing exactly what that price included. Their price was also very competitive compared to others we got quotes from.

Turned up on time, and had the tree removed within a matter of hours, including grinding the stump, cleaning and clearing the yard.

Extremely professional, great to communicate with, honest prices, and all round great work. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

These guys did an AMAZING job.   Joe got me scheduled right away as I needed the work done asap.  Best quote out of 10-15 quotes that I received.  They performed the work flawlessly.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Bassett Tree Service did a great job removing 7 large pomegranate trees - they did stump grinding too. They worked fast and cleaned everything up. You'd never even know they cut down a bunch of trees that day. They also thinned out my large bottle tree in the front and then, last minute, my neighbor had them take down a very large palm tree. All of this took about two hours and, again, they cleaned up every bit of the mess. The price was very reasonable too. Great job!

Drew and his crew were excellent to work with. Gave us a great rate with exceptional service would definitely use again for all my tree service. They removed 1 dead queen palm & trimmed up all the other trees we had as well. Our backyard looks great.

Terrible customer service. Quoted a price and quarter of the way through the job, I'm told they need more $ or they will have to pass. I said, we agreed to a certain amount, so they walked away, left the mess they had started all over the property.  I'm VERY surprised by these good reviews!

Our entire yard looks beautiful, and as always we're very pleased with the outcome. Including the reasonable price. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Fabulous!  Jon, the owner of this business, is knowledgeable, in fact, expert in the tree business. His kindness and integrity are evident as soon as you spend a few minutes with him.  Jon has provided service to us in the past, giving skilled care for our trees at a fair price.

That's why I called him when I moved to a new property.  Jon's crew, Dillon and Zack, came on the day of our appointment at the scheduled time.  They went to work, and the results exceeded my expectations.  The bonus was that these young men were friendly, skilled, professional, and a lot of fun!

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We had a great experience from start to finish with Essence AZ.  They were extremely responsive with the quoting process, very relatable and professional. We initially chose a different moving plan but when those plans blew up, Essence managed to get us a crew and a truck within hours and saved the day!

I called Tree Pros to diagnose a sick Jacaranda tree. As usual, I requested my favorite arborist, Kyle Thoma. I had come to trust him when treating some sick Queen Palms.
