Very professional. We had 3 trees removed that were dying and growing too close to the house over the roof. With Monsoon season coming and future extreme weather events in the near future the way the world is now it is best to remove brush that can damage the home easy. ArborCraft are the best for the Fountain Hills area. Burt came out and gave me a great estimate, a week later the guys rolled up with their trucks. All 3 trees were down in 30 minutes, another 30 minutes later they were done the job and all cleaned up. 1 hour of work that would have taken me a few days and trips to the dump. 1000% worth it. These guy know trees and they know how to do a great job. Finally the pricing? The best in the Valley and especially for Fountain Hills. Anyone else would have charged me 2-3 times more just because of my location. You know honest workers when you find them. Give them a call!

Gary replied immediately to my call/message, scheduled a day to come give me an estimate, and then set an appt to have my trees cut down and stumps ground once I approved the scope of work and price.

The crew arrived on time with an on site supervisor. The crew made quick work of the trees, worked clean, and pointed out potential issues before committing to the next step.

Chris followed up with me later in the day to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction and asked if the crew left my yard clean. He even came by to check on it himself.

So a couple of years ago I had my trees trimmed by a company that was very expensive and didn't do a good job. This year I decided that instead of paying $350 every other year I would have it  thinned and cut back. I contacted Core at 9:00 a.m. He said he would be there at 12:45. He was on time I did my best to explain what I wanted the next day he came back with his crew and quickly got the job done. Perfecto! Not only would I recommend this company to you but friends and family!

Jesse and Tanya helped me above and beyond explaining on what to do and why the trees looks like dying.  They explained why and how the watering systems works.  They sent me all the information needed and very quick to answer my inquiries for free consultation.  I definitely recommend them for being so knowledgeable and professional.

Just like the service we received with Steven of the purchase of our Mexican Palm, the tree maintenance that we signed up for dosen't disappiont.  Josh

5 Star Service! Hired innovation tree care this past Friday. Two trees and 6 stumps were removed on property. ITC were quick to reply, on time, and we very reliable. They even cleaned up before leaving. Would highly recommend them. Already booked another service for them to come back in the next few weeks. Thank you for everything!

I requested a quote from multiple tree service companies, luckily Misael was one of them. He quoted me the lowest, and provided immediate availability. I sent him pictures of the tree and cactus I needed removed, and confirmed he could get it done and haul away. He got to my house and got to work, even raked and used a leaf blower to get rid of debris. Very efficient, friendly, and a good price. I highly recommend using Misael for any tree removal/landscaping needs.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

This is the second time we have had AZ Desert Tree care trim our trees and they did another great job.  Jospeh was the crew leader and he and his team did a fantastic job - they worked efficiently and completely cleaned up everything.  We had several large trees that needed to be trimmed in a tight space which they were able to manage without a problem.  We will definitely be using them again.

I sent a request through YELP looking for assistance in having some trees removed. The response back from Bassett Tree Service was Sorry, I am booked for this time. He did not inquire or attempt to see if a later service would suffice. I replied back and stated that was not a problem. There are more companies to choose from. Honestly, I would not work with a business that lacked any customer service.

Sorry guys but you canceled on your first day. Showed up late for the estimate and told me you couldn't make it on the day you scheduled on the first job because you where too busy. Double negative. Hire better or get organized, what ever the issue is. Valentine was nice and polite on his visit.  Don't know how his work is because they never came. They did text me for a rescheduled visit but wasn't prepared to do so.

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

I used the company for 2 years on the recommendation of a friend. Palm removal-went well. Deep citrus fertilization-went well. I asked the arborist his opinion about my citrus. Response: Your gardeners are trimming them into balls & they think they are bushes. So let them grow out, we will come back & start shaping. Six months later, please come back & trim my citrus trees. I came home from work and they were-------balls. I called to express my disappointment. I talked to the arborist (a different one, not convinced she really was an arborist, rather the girl in the next desk) who said some people like balls, you should have said you don't. I  asked if there were notes from my previous visit. No, we don't keep them. So I paid an outrageous amount of money for something my gardeners were doing each month as part of my service. I should not have paid for this, but I did and I am moving on.

We had a massive amount of backyard weeds. It had become a fire hazard.  I reached Ana and she put me in touch with Benito. He and his helper were there within 20 minutes, gave the estimate and went to work. Night and day. They work fast and efficient. Would hire again.

One year ago they charged me $300.00 to trim two palm trees. This year they quoted $700.00. I don't think so but nice try.
