Roy came out personally to give an estimate and suggestions on what would be best with the trees being trimmed.  He gave us a very reasonable price.   He and his crew were on time and did amazing work!    I have already referred him to friends and will definitely use him again!

I needed to have a tree and several shrubs removed. The crew was courteous and they worked quickly and efficiently. they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The prices were more than reasonable after getting comparable quotes from other companies. The crew who came to take care of the trimming of my large Carob tree were awesome! I think this company changed ownership recently. Website shows owner as Al but it is JR now. He is not organized at all. He messed up the quote appointment and came on the wrong day. Then after coming back on the right day, he has yet to give me the quote.( 3 weeks now)  I have called him 3 times to ask him to email me the quote. Each time he says he will.....but then doesnt. One time on the phone he said he'll get it to me and it is under $2000. Next he sends me an email saying he will send me the itemized quote and the total is $2600. What? And I am STILL waiting for that itemized quote. Obviously i wont be hiring this company.

Team showed up and did a great job. Awesome communication throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again. Couldn't have asked for more. Even trimmed some small branches off a tree I didn't even ask them to work on and didn't charge me a dime for it. Great company

Wow - what an incredible company and great job they did! I received a quote quickly, and it was about half the price of other quotes I had received. Scheduling was a piece of cake and they came out swiftly. The clean up was exquisite, great service easy payment and amazing to work with! HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Edward helped tame a palo verde tree was was left un-kept for several years due to the fear of trimming after a previous poor prune.  With the recent storms several neighbors trees broke due to wind and limb weight.  I was nervous about trimming my great shade tree, but did not want it to also get broken.  Edward came out and explained how he was taught to trim my particular tree - pointing out the effects of the different cuts.  When he was done I was very happy with the results, and really like how the tree looks.

I hired them for a stump removal after a large Willow Acacia blew down.
Joe was super honest and professional.  Easy to communicate with and got me in within a few days.  Highly recommend!

Not only did the team show up early to when they said they'd arrive, but they did an exception job at an extremely affordable rate and was very quick to finish (they cleaned up so well afterwards you couldn't tell that they were there). Will certainly use these guys for future tree trimming needs!

Last Friday, I decided I couldn't wait to have a couple date palms trimmed. My normal tree guy was letting me down, so i found Jose's company here on Yelp.

Jose answered his phone and requested that I send pictures. He viewed the pic's and responded. After a quick price negotiation, we agreed and he said his crew would appear in 20 minutes. Voila,.....they appeared. Within 4 hours of contact,......job done!

Jose's son, Joseph, arrived later and helped with the job. There were two tree climbers, and the job progressed with dispatch. They did 2 date palms, and a couple of fan palms. These are big trees, and there was a lot of debris that needed to be stacked in the street for the city's bulk pickup. I was consulted, and we left just as many frawns at the top as I wanted.

Good communication, fair price, sufficient clean-up, knowledgeable assistance. Pretty darn good first time experience. I've kept the contact info, and may well seek out their help again!

Just had a major yard clean up in my front & back yards. The weeds were BAD and my back yard looked like a jungle, haha. Valentin came out for a free quote, and even encouraged me to get other quotes to do price comparisons. I decided not to bother with that because the reviews for Valle Verde were excellent, and I didn't want to go with a company that may have been less expensive and not be completely happy with the service. Valentin's crew did an AMAZING job and I could not be happier. My kids can go play in the back yard again! I will definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone needing lawn care services.

We are very impressed with the professionalism of Hayward Tree Service!  Mr. Hayward gave us a very fair estimate to remove a 40' Saguaro (dying of necrosis), a large Brazilian Pepper tree, 2 dead Queen Palms, and an Acacia Willow.  Our job was quickly scheduled by the wonderful customer service representative Cher.   The removal team arrived on-time and were outstanding.  Manuel and the guys, were courteous, safe, watchful of other landscape elements, and 'boy-howdy' were they efficient.  They cleaned up everything, including our cul-de-sac.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

We are new to the AZ area and needed an expert to come out and thin some trees in our yard that had been neglected. Free estimate was provided before hand. Scheduling was easy and appointment time quick (within a week). The trimmers were prompt and cleaned up after the job. We had some questions/concerns and the owner himself came out and answered them. We will be using them again in the springtime and would recommend.

We had a massive amount of backyard weeds. It had become a fire hazard.  I reached Ana and she put me in touch with Benito. He and his helper were there within 20 minutes, gave the estimate and went to work. Night and day. They work fast and efficient. Would hire again.

The good.  Robert, their arborist has always been good to deal with and seems to know his stuff and communicates well to the crew on what needs to be done.  That part is executed well.  The bad is that they are overly aggressive in trying to get back in to trim trees, etc.  This is a $1,100 to $1,300 job.  Mark your calendar please as we will not be doing more than every 10-12 months.  When my spouse reached back out to them, it took them a week or so to get back to her.  They need to tighten up communication a bit.
