Excellent work by Roy's Trees!  We had to remove a ton of bushes and 3 mature trees in preparation for an in-ground pool.  They gave us a GREAT price, and we had received a couple of other bids.  Everything was done as agreed upon and they cleaned up afterwards.  I will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbors!

Andy and his crew are professional, on time, and listened to what I requested, KEEP THE SHADE  They quoted me over the phone for thinning out the branches for the 25 year old TEXAS EBONY.  The tree has many thorns but Andy climbed the tree and the results are just astounding. i can see the blue sky when standing under the tree which will help during the monsoon storms.  The tree has been thinned out and the branches still provide the shade.  They know what they are doing and could not be more satisfied with the price and job performance.  Highly recommend.

Max is a great representative of company. Gets problems fixed! Not what I expected but in the end it was rectified.

Had to get 2 larger trees to be trimmed back and have smaller holly in the backyard trimmed. When the team came out and trimmed the trees, I was happy with the results. They were thinned out properly for the season and even more importantly they were shaped as well so future growth could be adjusted. After trim, the clean-up by the crew was good as well as they removed all the extra trimmings and blew out the area just in case as well to keep everything clean looking. The only thing keeping the service from being 4 stars was the fact that I was told that they could manage to fit me in the schedule in the morning however after a bit they told me I was scheduled for the afternoon instead. I told them that I adjusted my schedule planning on the original committed time but it looked like the person that I was in touch with just said that's a tough break and live with the new time or have to push out again by several months. I would recommend this company for the work crew themselves by yea the customer service commitment and how that was handled was less than stellar.

I can see why this company has all five star ratings!! This company and crew are fabulous! We have a Palo Brea tree (the ones with the horrible prickers) and the team did a wonderful job trimming and thinning it out! Prices were very fair and the cleanup was spotless. We have had three other houses on on our street use this company!! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Al and team!!

This crew was on time, communicated well, were respectful to my property, did the job they were here to do, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone needing tree/stump removal.

Ok soooo I have a not so great update that is bringing the originally top service down in the dumps. We bought 2 chinese pistache trees, and were convinced to buy a 3rd Brazilian pepper tree. We were talked into the Brazilian pepper tree that was not native to AZ or ok with desert climate and well, it died. They replaced the tree as they had guaranteed... BUT I was told that they would wave the ($100) delivery cost if I paid for another ($100) warranty. I declined this and it was delivered at no cost. They did replace the dead pepper with one of the chinese pistache that we already purchased that does very well here yadayadayda. Well, they gave us the smallest tree that likely has a fungal disease from what I have researched so far . The leaves were shriveled up upon its arrival and they still are looking this way even with watering it (in addition to our irrigation).  

Why give us the smallest and sickly looking tree?
We still have plans to landscape our entire front and back yard... so dumb.

They did an amazing job. Had a few estimates and Innovation was the best. Sent pictures of trees I needed trimmed and he sent the estimate over the phone right away. Comminication was great and very professional. Very detailed oriented. Cleaned up everything after they were done. I will definitely use them again.

What a pleasant experience we had with Arizona Desert Tree Care.  Julie, the receptionist is delightful and efficient in scheduling and communicating.  We bought a new home with an extensive plot of and overgrown trees and shrubs.  Edward came out, walked the entire property, and suggested improvements and gave us an estimate.  Within a few days he returned with a large and hardworking group of arborists and workers that transformed the place.  Now the trees are trimmed, fed and look so much healthier. They cut back shrubs in order to shape them and help them grow back with more structure.  They also transplanted some cactus and agave that were crowding one another.  We are very pleased with the work they did and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Called them to grind a stump they said they would be there the next day called and said they had a big job and said they would definitely be there by end of day Friday. They never showed up on Friday and never texted me or called to let me know he had an emergency out of town I don't think this company is too reliable and I would never use them in the future.

I sent a request through YELP looking for assistance in having some trees removed. The response back from Bassett Tree Service was Sorry, I am booked for this time. He did not inquire or attempt to see if a later service would suffice. I replied back and stated that was not a problem. There are more companies to choose from. Honestly, I would not work with a business that lacked any customer service.

Professional, fast and a great price. Drew even pulled out an old stump on the property for no extra charge. They really went above and beyond. I will definitely use them for any tree work I need in the future.

He asked me to send photos so he could quote me a price. Sent him photos. When he showed up he said the photos weren't clear (not true) and tried to strong arm me into a higher price.  I told him to leave.  I do not trust him and would not do business with him.

Never showed up during the window of time scheduled between 2pm-4pm.  Never called with a reason or even attempted to retain our business.  Since we have no faith in their word from this bad first impression, we'll take our business elsewhere.

We engaged All American Arborist to take a look at our two ficus trees, two queen palms and on a death's doorstep Orchid Tree.  Jon came out to talk with me, was very professional and very patient with all of my questions and concerns.  Ultimately, we hired him to trim the four trees, fertilize the Palms and buy and plant an 8 ' tall Mexican Lime tree.  He offered great detailed quotes with landscaping plots with identification.  His quote process was very clear and efficient.  He impressed me so, I simply said you do what your experience and expertise tells you.  His crew came on time, did a fine job, were very respectful and cleaned up afterward (much better in the back yard work, less so in front - but not worth taking away a star).  His company is now officially in my address book and I can now say I have a tree guy.   (we cut down the dead orchid tree our selves, we had been struggling for years to keep it going - it doesn't help that is not native to Phoenix.)

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

These guys were as good as it gets.  Everything from the initial bid, (very reasonable) to the follow up by Sher in the office was perfect.  The crew was on time, courteous, and professional.  The job they did (wow)  3 huge trees (grapefruit, Juniper, and a bottle brush tree) were all at least 30 years old.  They did the job, even did a little extra at no additional charge, and their clean up was spot on.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for tree service.

I called on Monday, Ana came out the same day and did a free estimate.  She had them out here Wednesday morning and they did an incredible job on my yard!!! Super friendly, on time, and it even rained on them and they stayed to get the job done.  Also very hard-working. Absolutely recommend!!!

Great service at a great price. Alex is prompt and courteous with his response and quote. And the job was done within two days of first visit of  the quote. The service was so good I hired them on a monthly plan.
