Roy did an amazing job at removing 4 palm tree stumps and one bush from our backyard. He responded within the hour upon request for a quote and he gave us a very competitive price. You can't even tell the stumps or bush were ever there! We'll be calling Roy back for all our backyard/front yard needs!

Great job! They were very responsive,  through the Yelp messaging app. I was able to send pictures & they gave me a quote all through the app. Andrew called to scheduled a time& date. They were there on time and ready to go. Did an excellent job removing to Sisco trees.

Good price and efficient! We had a bunch of trees (51 cypress and 2 16-fr palms) and they were done with all of it (ground stumps and all) in a day and a half. Really impressive crew.

I've used a lot of tree services over the years and latched onto Arbor Care due to their Yelp rating.  I have a MONSTER Argentine Mesquite in the back that always demands a pint of blood from me every time I attempt to trim it.  After letting it go for two years it was overgrown and getting crazy so I contacted AC via Yelp and they responded quickly.

A certified arborist came out and discussed the job with me and walked through a few options with the Mesquite on a few major limb cuts.  He had some good suggestions and a week and a half later the crew showed up on time with a reminder call 24 hours prior.  

They did a great job on the mesquite and despite damaging a few cactus underneath I'm leaning toward a 5 vs 4 star review.  This was because they did a good job cleaning up a lot the beans dropping from the mesquite and blowing out all of the sawdust etc.  

Posting a before and after shot so you can see the shape of the tree and the selections of branches they took. Our yard is more open now yet they still left the structure of the tree how I wanted it.  

Prices are a little high but some of my comparison points were unlicensed individuals which is apples to oranges.  Thanks AC for the great work today and tackling that monster of mine.

Trimmed an African Sumac. Quick communication and scheduling. Did a great job trimming the tree and cleaning up the yard. Left us with some useful advice on managing all of the trees in our yard. Bets of all was the price.  So reasonable. Especially compared to some of the other bids we received for the same job. Highly recommend!

We've already received compliments on how great our trees look and I have passed his info along to neighbors. We just had two large canary palms delivered to our property in north Scottsdale. The Moon Valley guys were amazing. ERIK and his crew pulled up right on time and quickly placed the palms exactly where we wanted them.  They were extremely professional, and were willing to do whatever it took to make us happy before they left. I would definitely recommend them again for the quality of trees, and the level of professional service during the install.

This company of professionals is absolutely professional and meticulous in their work.  I live in Terravita in north Scottsdale, famous for their strict rules about everything.  Ed and his crew were conscientious and thorough, but worked hard to accommodate everything I wanted to get accomplished to clean up the tree detritus and fire hazards in the area.  They are a delightful group of people who work hard and work well together.  I could not believe how reasonable their charges were.  A fair company in today's gouging market!

Our sweet acacia tree, half of it just broke off aNd needed soon wine to come remove the broken piece and assess the tree. I called and they came soon after. Very professional. Good price. They came promptly the next morning andter envied the tree and stump. They had all the equipment and crew. Cleaned up nicely. Excellent job.

Drew was responsive and sent a quote after doing his estimate. He made it easy. They have a liability policy, so I felt comfortable. I checked their better business bureau rating beforehand. I wanted a legitimate business to handle chopping down 5 ficus trees two of which were huge. They were professional, efficient and did a great job. Drew made payment easy. I'm very pleased with him and will hire again when I need more tree work. The photos are of what was removed and one after removal.

Had my date palm trimmed yesterday by Gonzalez Palm and Tree services. Called for price quote and Stephan was courteous and professional. After I text him a picture of the tree, I received a quote within 10 minutes. Also said since he was working nearby he could do the job later that same day. He came by with a couple other workers, I showed him a picture of how I would like it trimmed and they got right to it!  Trimmed, cleaned up and removed in about 1 hour. I am very impressed with the response time, the fair price and quick completion of the job. I am only giving 4 stars because we felt clean up could have been better, we had to pic up some loose debris after they left. But happy enough with this business to recommend their service. We will definitely use them again.

We're always extremely happy how beautiful our entire yard looks thanks to their fantastic work! They fertilized our grass last week and it's gotten greener by the day. Of course our bushes, tree trimming etc. are all healthy too! They adjust our sprinkler system as needed, also.
I highly recommend them, after all, we've continued using their service for about 2 years!

Short version: The price was fair, the quality of work exceptional, and I'd definitely recommend you use them!

Long version: I had a pine tree in my backyard that I wanted gone. I'm looking to start a grass lawn and I've been told that pine needles don't play well with grass. I called and had John come out and give me a quote on a tree removal plus stump grinding. He was even kind enough to provide me with some ideas on what trees I could plant once my lawn was established. As I had no baseline for what a fair price is I called a few more people, and when they all quoted me the same price, I went with All American Arborist based on their reviews and my experience with John. They were able to fit me in to an earlier time slot than expected, which was great. Within an hour of the crew arriving the tree was gone, and the stump ground. Not only did they work efficiently, they also cleaned up after themselves AND they cleaned up the pine needles my tree had shed prior to their arrival.

After they left I noticed the mound where the tree stood was still raised, and after raking away some of the fill I noticed a few roots just under the surface. I called John and he sent out the stump grinder again. They didn't have to, but they were still gracious enough to grind the roots down even further, which is going to save me a ton of time and labor when it comes time to plant my grass lawn. I'm blown away by how they're willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy.

A company's reputation isn't just built on the quality of the initial service, but also on the way they handle any issues that occur afterward. To that end, these folks deliver. If you need a tree gone, definitely call them first. I'm extremely happy that I did.

Wow!  I was so impressed with the surgical precision that Hayward removed this 50 foot Sissoo tree from my backyard.  Three or four cuts removed by a crane to a crew that cut it into smaller pieces for the chipper.  Larger trunk pieces into a waiting trunk and then they stumped it down the ground.  Cleaned up nicely and were reasonably priced!  Thank you guys!

Alicia and Bryan are amazing! My girlfriend and I each had a two bedroom apartment at different locations and moving to a one bedroom in San Diego.

They were so responsive, friendly and affordable! I've moved more to numerous cities in numerous states and they were the best movers I've ever had!
