Three cheers for Nick and Bottazi-DePasquale Plumbing! We had a plumbing emergency--leak that was already affecting the floor beneath. Nick was here in 30 minutes and fixed the situation quickly and reasonably, even for an emergency visit. We have been using Bottazi for years and it is nice to see that the service is as good as ever with Nick in charge.

After 1st visit to check a tub issue, asked us to order parts, which we did. Then they stopped responding after repeated attempts to contact. I guess they don't need our business, or yours.

I had an emergency situtation, no hot water. Nick was able to juggle things around and get us back in working order that day. I asked for a quote. The price was fair and reasonable. I was happy with quote.

He did an excellent jobwith minimal disruption I will use him again.

I've never contracted their plumbing services, but have had the displeasure of driving behind him. It was the worst example of staring at his phone instead of the road I've ever seen. I only hope he cuts that out and doesn't hurt anybody.
