Our toilet backed up on. Saturday night. Sunday morning no plumbers were open. I posted a request for bids and Sean responded very quickly. He had great questions that helped diagnose the problem. Great communicator, giving us good heads up ahead of his arrival. Recommend.

These guys arrived on time and completed the work with no hiccups. Saved me money and time. Zhuliyan communicated well with us and  stopped the water leak from the meter. Great service and fast efficient work !!

I had a clogged kitchen sink (2 days before hosting Thanksgiving at my house) and called a couple other plumbers to see if they could fit me in and was told it would be a couple days.  That was not the case when I called John @ John D plumbing.  He said he was just heading out to a job but that he would come by on his way and fix my kitchen sink.
He Showed up quickly & went right to work.  He snaked the line & added a clean out that apparently we are suppose to have & didn't and all for a very affordable price.  
He was friendly & informed me about what we shouldn't be putting down out garbage disposal which was helpful.
This guy is my #1 call for any kind of plumbing service from here on out!

I read numerous positive reviews on Thumbtack regarding water softener repairs by this outfit, and I'm VERY pleased to say Waterfoul Plumbing did not disappoint!  Corey was very professional, very courteous, and corrected our issue. Because our softener is 20+ years old, I figured we would have to purchase a new one, however, Corey indicated the unit was fine but just needed a new part. He corrected our issue within an hour. He's also very reasonable in terms of price. Waterfoul is now our go-to for all of our plumbing needs. Thanks, Corey!

Great service. Atheer Siba (aka Art) was my plumber and he was extremely friendly, polite, efficient and affordable ($85). He even taught me some DIY solutions if the problem happened again, openly recognizing that he was potentially costing himself business! Oh and he said after 9pm I could call him as a consultant if I had an issue but didn't want to spend the money on a plumber. What a guy!

I and my family have used them for many years in a variety of situations.  They have always done quality work and were fair regarding the price they charge for the work they do .  I would strongly recommend them, especially if its an emergency situation.

Fantastic service!  They went above and beyond to fix an issue I had installing a smart thermostat.  Rick was especially available, responsive and respectful.

hot water started a big time leak as i was walking out my door at 8AM. I called they answered and came out right away. Friendly and completed work in a good manner. Replaced my hot water tank ( 40gal) and a valve . The only down side was the price $2100 for a 40 gal tank which was about $850 the rest was labor without any additional plumbing needed

Plumber was rude and insulting so I told him to leave. He refused to leave until I called his office and they told him he had to leave.

Horrible. This place is a rip off! They charged me 200 dollars to fix a leak and then two weeks later it was leaking again. I called and asked if they could comp me for the first visit since it was never fixed and they said would comp me a small percent and wanted to charge me 800 dollars to get a new faucet. Also, the man on the phone was very rude and rushed me off the phone.

We have not had air conditioning for 5 days because reliance has made two appointments to fix it but can't be bothered to show.....have now been on hold for 50 minutes....talked to one customer rep....she said she would put me on hold to check...but then kicked me back to the main que  to start my wait over again....oh..btw..

After an hr and a half in hold I finally got someone who seemed to have a clue...he said he understood...and was sorry..but he can't get me a technician til friday..so over a week with no air..even though I pay for service..

Reliance sucks!
