Called them on a Tuesday afternoon to install some new valves for a washing machine installation. Showed up bright and early Thursday AM and completed the task with the quickness for a fair price. I have been a customer of Royalty plumbing for few years. I have always referred them to friends.
I purchased GE water softener from Royalty which was installed by them (Junior) who no longer works for company. Installation was 4/2021.  I have had Anthony come by to look at a leak last year. He said customers have had problems with that brand. This am softener burst and ruined my new Air Conditioner Unit plus flooded my garage. Clark came by to disconnect water softener. Kristen (manager) said it would cost me $150 to haul away and they will not honor the warranty since warranty was good for 1 year. Clark looked at softener and said it was not installed properly and the tank inside softener was crooked. Shame on your company. You could have made this better. Maybe if Anthony was here it would have been different. Kristen you were nasty.

A+ job done to perfection. First I want to acknowledge Clark. His professionalism and honesty were on point. Two complete sink piping and faucets. He used  the existing reverse osmosis and garbage disposal and works better than when it was originally installed.
Had the job done in a timely manner- but didn't shortcut and made sure the cleanliness of the work.
My pregnant girlfriend (cranky-pants) was overjoyed with the attitude Clark displayed. He's an asset to Royalty plumbing. A genuine person.

If you want a professional plumbing company, look no further. The office staff was great and the owner and his employee that worked at our home was exceptional. We had a R/O water filtration system installed plus a water softener. We like the fact that when the owner was out he gave us tips on the systems and other things that we did not know when having a vacation home here. I had my time wrong so I called the office to see where the tech was and if he was still coming. They were right on top of it and came right away. I had the wrong two hour window. So I would state that they are prompt, professional, and really knowledgeable about not only plumbing but other things with the home. We appreciate a company that is friendly and one that works quickly so that the water to our home was not off more than a reasonable time. If you want quality and a price that is in line with other companies, call Royalty.

Nick at Loyalty Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, and had a great demeanor.  I rarely leave reviews for anyone, but he was definitely the best serviceman I've had out to my residence in a long time.  The company was fast in response and I appreciate Nicholas coming out on a Sunday to work on unclogging my sewer line.

Each time, they (Anthony, Kristen, Clark, Chris) were responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, thorough and pleasant to work with. Pricing is also very fair. Highly recommend!

I have used Royalty Plumbing to install water heaters in 3 of our homes.
Each time, the technicians have arrived on time and completed the job quickly with no problems. The last water heater that was replaced was inside the house and the technician put down tarps on the hardwood floors and kitchen tiles to avoid any damage.
The cost for all the repairs never went over the estimates quoted.
I will always use Royalty Plumbing for any future jobs.

We discovered our relatively new dishwasher was not draining water correctly. A little online research led us to suspect it might be a blocked drain line.

I called Royalty at about 4pm, and they were able to arrange an appointment for me between 10am and noon the next day! They explained that they didn't repair dishwashers but could definitely check and clear the drain line to see if that was the problem.  

Their technician Junior arrived right on time at 10am. He quickly determined the drain line was, in fact, blocked. He carefully removed and replaced all the cleaning items below the sink to access the line. He cleared it rapidly and very quickly the dishwasher was draining correctly. And the price was extremely fair with payment easily accepted by credit card.

This was our second experience with Royalty having had them replace parts on three toilets last year. Both experiences were great. I highly recommend them, and it's great to support a family owned business!

This is an incredible and reliable company and I recommend them 100%! As a senior on a fixed income it's hard to trust people but these people are just amazing!!!

Our hot water started leaking and Royalty was able to replace the heater. Then we had a problem with the brand new heater. The pilot light was not staying on. Royalty was out quickly to replace the unit with a new one.

After that we were doing some back yard renovations and urgently needed a pipe re-routed. Once again Royalty came out quickly and took care of the work for a reasonable price.

Royalty is great and we can't recommend them enough.

We wanted to replace kitchen sink which would require a little granite work, Royalty said it would be no problem and  they gave us the number for the granite company they normally use, Royalty also recommended a sink that would work, I ordered the sink ($633) plus bottom sink grid ($113)
    I call Royalty back when the sink is delivered and they said to call and schedule with granite company which told us it would be extremely hard and risky to replace undermount sink below granite countertop and they didn't want the job, I call Royalty back and they pretty much blew us off, said they would contact granite company and get back to us. No call, No show.
     Luckily, I found a handyman that did the job for us at a pretty reasonable price, significantly lower than Royalty's price, including the granite work.

Last week we had a leak in our wall behind our washer. A friend referred us to Royalty Plumbing and all I can say is that their name is truly spot on!

Clark came out the next day after I called them. His professionalism and his honesty were impeccable. We had to end up cutting a hole in the drywall and he found the leak. We could see the water on the garage floor and it wasn't leaking in the house.

What impressed me the most is that that was his last resort, not his first. He checked in with his boss before he proceeded and that spoke volumes about his character and work ethic.

He treated me with respect and was patient. It was a great experience in a stressful time. They are my new plumbers!!!

Can't say enough good things about the office manager (Kristen) and the technician, Anthony.  He responded quickly to my call for help with an Electric Hot Water Heater.  My father was a plumber so I grew up helping him and learning the basics. Throughout my many residences over the past 70+ years,  I've always maintained my hot water tanks without any major issues.  This time I just could not figure out the problem.  Anthony took care of the problem and went out of his way to help with some other issues that he was not obligated to do. He even stayed after hours making sure everything was in order.  Expert service and great attitude.  What a great way to start the New Year.

I could not be happier with Royalty Plumbing. Clark went above and beyond installing a new water shut-off for our washer.  I highly recommend Royalty Plumbing and will use them again.

Anthony and the entire team at Royalty Plumbing have been great. From a leaking pipe under our slab to installing fixtures, they have covered it all and done an excellent job. When people move to town, I immediately give them Anthony's information along with my mechanic, electrician, etc.

I found a large water puddle in my garage this morning at around 8:30am this morning and saw that my water heater was leaking. I called a plumber we previously used but they were not available until the next day so I made another phone call. I texted pictures of my water heater to Royalty Plumbing and as soon as I did that, I got an immediate response stating that the heater needed to be replaced and received a reasonable quote. As soon as I authorized it, they said they could send someone today from 12-2pm! I was so elated because they were so responsive and accommodating! The timeframe worked perfectly with my schedule because I was working from home and had 3 conference call meetings. To my surprise, our Technician, Junior, arrived promptly at around 12pm instead of the latter part of the 2pm window! That was another plus! He was extremely pleasant, kind, and very personable. Another added surprise during installation of the water heater was a large drain pan and a drain line so that any water leakage would not accumulate on the base. After he was done, he provided on paper the instructions to flushing the water heater along with reminder dates and another paper outlining the warranty. Lastly, the final cost was the amount of the exact quote which included parts and labor; no added charges!

I am so happy and impressed with the services provided by Royalty Plumbing from the initial call, the same day appointment, the installation, their professionalism, excellent customer service, and warranty!!! I highly recommend them and will use them again for future needs.

Replaced main water line street to house. Anthony/Owner has an awesome crew, was on property as scheduled. Very professional, each and everyone was respectful and hard working. Fair pricing, more then fair you will not be disappointed. Job was completed a day earlier then expected. We were never without water. Pictures were emailed throughout the day,  you do not have to be concerned about not be on property, they had everything under control. At the end of day two it didn't even look like a crew had been there digging up our front yard. Our rock was put back like it hadn't ever been moved. I highly recommend Anthony at Royalty Plumbing.

I LOVE this company! They took great care of my mother who needed her hot water heater changed out and Clark was a pleasure to have working in my home on two of my showers that needed some cartridges and hardware changed out. Royalty Plumbing/Water Heater Pros was Great! The office manager Kristen was so sharp and great to talk to, the assigned gentleman, Rey/Roy came on time and replaced &  installed our water heater within 1.5 hours! Now we got a consistent nice hot water :-)

Called Royalty Plumbing for our dead water heater. Anthony worked on replacing it in a timely fashion. Their pricing is the most reasonable out of all the other companies my husband called. Anthony was informative and open to questions. We never knew water heaters needed to be maintained and he showed us what to do. He even left a how-to flyer taped on the heater. I will recommend this company to my friends and co-workers.

Royalty Plumbing was fabulous! Kristen was really friendly and Anthony came out the same day we called to replace our water heater. He gave us instructions on how to flush the water every 6 months so the heater lasts longer, and didn't try to upsell us on every little thing he did. SO much different from most plumbers, who seem to want your water heater to die quickly so you have to call them again, and who nickel and dime you on everything. We found our plumbers for life. I wanted to remove a dead R/O system and install a whole house filter system. Called Royalty Plumbing and requested an estimate. I was told they would be at my house at a certain time. Having dealt with contractors in LV for years I added 2 hours to the promised time. Boy did that backfire, my doorbell rang at the promised time-to the minute!!  I was given a fire estimate scheduled the work two days out. When it was time to get started they were again on time. The work was completed timely, in a professional manner and cleaned up after without me saying a word. I am extremely happy with the work done and how Anthony was concerned that we were happy before he left. If you need a plumbing contractor you'd be crazy to not give Royalty a call.

Honestly just came and did the work they were asked to do at the price they quoted. Needed new toilet and faucets installed. Was going to do it myself but the valves were too corroded/rusted for me to trust myself. Was better to just call professionals anyway. Right on time, polite, got the work done at a great price. $700 less than Goettl quote for the same work. For real.

These guys are awesome. I sent a request message for service right through Yelp for a leak in my kitchen sink at 9:45 am, and they were finished fixing it by 11:45 am. This team installed a gas line inside my home. Actually rerouted it. They were prompt, clean, communicated every step of the way and did awesome work. Took care of the drawings, permit, and inspection. Highly recommend them for jobs large and small. They are friendly, professional and get the job done in a timely fashion.

Our laundry room sink needed to be connected. The builder just left the lines. Royalty came in and gave me an awesome estimate. I authorized the work and within 35 minutes we had our sink ready. They were quick, professional and easy to talk to. Recommend!

You will probably find cheaper plumbers out there, but if you want the job done right the first time go with Royalty Plumbing. The owner (Anthony) personally came out to install our whole house water filtration system. He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive bid we got, but after a few emails back and forth I knew he was our guy. Believe it or not most plumbers I talked to had never even installed a whole house water filtration system before. Anthony not only knew exactly how to install it, he used all copper pipes and fittings just like we wanted.  You would be surprised how many plumbers don't even know how to solder, they just use those shark connections and cheap pex plastic pipes. We would definitely recommend Royalty for any plumbing job, big or small.

The only person that I will call for my plumbing needs! I have a home warranty and won't bother with calling them for plumbing issues. I've known Anthony for quite some time and he is the most honest guy you'll ever meet. In fact, the first time he came to my house to repair my hot water heater, he informed me that it was still under warranty and explained to me how I can get the parts replaced under warranty. No other plumbing company that I know of would have told me this information. He's knowledgeable, professional, and fixes it right the first time.   His prices are reasonable too.

Called them up again as they replaced my heater, I was not getting hot water. They came out free of charge to check the Heater, found out we have a water leak and was not the Heater. Junior was very courteous and helpful, he discussed with Anthony how they could help as they do not do leak detection. Being fairly new to Las Vegas. I didn't have the referrals that I normally would have had in my past home town.  I was given a referral for Royalty Plumbing. Best thing that could have happened to me. Anthony and Kristen set me up for a water heater flush, which required other minor repairs. He arrrived on time and during the process showed me how much sediment had a accrued since the last owner of my home had flushed. I was totally satisfied with his work and his integrity. I have known Anthony (owner) of Royalty Plumbing since 2014.  As you know and can appreciate it is so very difficult to find a reliable and trustworthy plumber these days.  I have lived in Las Vegas since 1998 and probably went through about 10 plumbers up until 2014.  Anthony not only knows his craft he is caring and beyond trustworthy.  No job is too little or too big for him.  Even after completing the job, he will call a few days later to check to see if all is well.  Where do you find this kind of customer service these days...only with Royalty Plumbing.  If you decide to go with another company, Big Mistake.

Hands down the best in Southern Nevada. Fast service, and superb work. When contacting Anthony, he and his team responded immediately and made a reservation for the same day. When he arrived, he assessed all the plumbing issues that needed to be addressed. Replaced toilets adjusted sinks and all the additional things that needed to be corrected.

Needed a new tankless water heater installed.  After the first company I contacted was a no-call/no-show, I called Royalty Plumbing.  I couldn't be happier.  I received an estimate super fast on Wednesday, about an hour after Anthony, the owner, came to see my current system. He and his team were installing my new tankless water heater and water filtration system on Friday morning at 8:00 AM.  They showed up on time and did a great job.  This is a completely professional and skilled/knowledgeable company. If you hire them, you can be confident that your job will be completed correctly, on time and at a fair price.

Anthony runs great business. He does exceptional work for more than fair rates. I have already given out his contact info to other people needing a plumber. The work he did for me was for a kitchen remodel. He capped and moved gas lines, water lines, drain piping and refilled a trench with concrete. I was told 2 days of work, but he completed all work in one day.

I wish I could give more stars than 5 to Royalty Plumbing. From start to finish, absolutely seamless transaction(s). I had several issues inside the house that needed attention (3 sinks, tub, faucet) and 1 major issue outside - main water line leaking to house). The main water line entailed digging up a portion of the front yard / laying new line / and replacing the disturbed landscaping to original state. The team performing the work were on time daily, totally professional, and a pleasure to interact with. All work was completed prior to the original estimated time needed, which was fantastic, and was reflected in the the final invoice, which I thought was a touch of class and seldom done with contractors now days. My biggest concern going into the work was how the yard was going to be 'put back together' after the work / digging was completed. Turns out, it wasn't a concern at all, as the yard looks perfect and absolutely nothing for me to do at all. The team really cleaned up afterwards as well, which I truly appreciated. Frankly, if you didn't know that some major work was going on in the yard the last few days, you still wouldn't know based on the finished product. I highly recommend Royal Plumbing (Anthony / Kristen) as I am a totally satisfied / appreciative customer and I'm sure you will be too.
